When it comes to public education, Arizona is the gum on the bottom of America’s shoes. It’s consistently ranked #49, #50, and even #51 when the District of Columbia is added to the list. A majority of government school graduates cannot read, write, or perform basic match functions. Not to mention all the pedophile activity taking place on K-12 campuses. Parents see the writing on the wall, but new ballot initiatives may eliminate access to ESAs funding.
