  Speaker 1: Evolution continues and is postulated to, suggested to, continue in the future, that there is such a thing as a future, that time will continue coursing, flowing like a river, like a breeze.

  Speaker 1: Being here now witnessing whatever one pleases, one's thinking, one's bodily awareness is warmth, pulse, to one's undulations as you shimmer with the ecstasy of life with awe, in a sense of awe, to be shining o shining.

  Speaker 1: Humming is a way to find one's goal inside of oneself.

  Speaker 1: One's foundation, one's sense of calm, one's sense of relief, one's beginning to have a greater understanding because we are situated and calm and peaceful on our foundation, our physiology.

  Speaker 1: And yes, our heat, our pulse, our breath, the shimmering of thirty seven trillion cells, all the rest, whatever one can find and occupy one's consciousness in, as wide, as deep, as one can and can grow into, can nurture in oneself.

  Speaker 1: Please during one's day add more virtues to assimilate inside of one's own being, oneself, one's lighthouse, shimmering with the energy of your consciousness.

  Speaker 1: Following inside, finding one's heart inside, it is nestled between your lungs.

  Speaker 1: So as your lungs begin to vibrate with the sound of your humming or the sounds of one's vocalizations, then what is going on?

  Speaker 1: Reminds me, we are all bundles of miracles, humbled in our fortunate acknowledgement of the magnitude and majesty, the immensity of creation, humbled before this, even before ourselves, looking down upon one's nose, and all the rest, and all the things about our universe, our world, our atmosphere, our water, our land, our cells, our DNA.
