- 0:02Continuation of the Holy Gospel according to Saint Matthew At
- 0:07that time Jesus spoke to his disciples this parable.
- 0:12The Kingdom of heaven is like unto a treasure hidden in a
- 0:16field, which a man having found, hid it, and for joy thereof
- 0:22goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field
- 0:29again. The Kingdom of heaven is like to
- 0:31a merchant seeking good pearls, who when he had found one Pearl
- 0:36of great price, went his way and sold all that he had, and bought
- 0:41it again. The Kingdom of heaven is like to
- 0:45a net cast into the sea, and gathering together of all kind
- 0:49of fishes, which when it was filled, they drew out, and
- 0:54sitting by the shore they chose out the good into vessels, but
- 0:59the bad they cast forth. So shall it be at the end of the
- 1:03world. The angels shall go out, and
- 1:06shall separate the wicked from among the just, and shall cast
- 1:10them into the furnace of fire. There shall be weeping and
- 1:14gnashing of teeth. Have ye understood all these
- 1:18things? They say to him, Yes, he said
- 1:24unto them. Therefore every scribe
- 1:27instructed in the Kingdom of heaven is like to a man, that is
- 1:31a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure new
- 1:35things and old.
