- 1:26Speaker: With virtuosity, of course.
- 1:30Speaker: It is through virtue we find success and happiness using the experience we view and have information about fostering, creating, coming to a depth of understanding in oneself.
- 1:55Speaker: As a witness, as we've been suggesting, objective, being here now, bundles of miracles, whom we are.
- 2:12Speaker: It is a time to better understand what these words symbolize.
- 2:21Speaker: Digging a little deeper and wider, we consider our DNA, our background, of being alive, of being physical organisms, living, existing upon a planet we call Earth, in a star system we call Sol, in a galaxy we call the Milky Way, in a universe which we are realizing is infinite in scope, continuing for far distances and with an increasing number of galaxies till the very end of our ability to measure...
- 3:22Speaker: Comprehend, being present, focusing upon one's own foundation, with the width and breadth and depth of creation, let us bring ourselves back to this which is behind our nose, up our nasal passages to our brains, our skulls, our hair, our skin, our ears, our eyes, our mouths, our chins, remembering easily with kindness, with humility of whom we now fashion ourselves to be, most importantly one's DNA.
- 4:24Speaker: It is everything for each of us as unique human beings, the culmination of evolution of Homo sapiens.
- 4:39Speaker: It is these moments right now as the flicker of a clock's hand moves in each moment of time.
- 4:56Speaker: Remembering one's whole body is glowing with energy.
- 5:09Speaker: Thermally, step back a few feet and take an infrared picture, and one is glowing with energy, thermal energy of one sort.
- 5:24Speaker: There are many kinds of energies in which we are immersed.
- 5:30Speaker: Think about the atmosphere, the air, the oxygen we breathe to feed our thirty-seven trillion cells.
- 5:41Speaker: Know thyself to thine own self be true.
- 5:51Speaker: Here is an avenue into one's own being.
- 5:55Speaker: Rather than sitting confused, looking to find one's place, wanting to set oneself right, be able to alight oneself in self-awareness.
- 6:12Speaker: There are paths one can take being aware of one's bodily functions, one's physicality, one's DNA, and how all these tie together in this universe in which we play, are curious of.
- 6:36Speaker: It is to be here now seeking increasing amounts of virtuosity.
- 6:44Speaker: Okay, how do I do that?
- 6:47Speaker: By becoming more aware of one's own being, bundle of miracles, humbled in the immensity of creation, virtuously thankful and appreciative, and full of gratitude for, even feeling ecstasy and awe toward, be-ing here.
- 7:30Speaker: Reflection.
- 7:37Speaker: Music's continuing for another minute. namaste
