Brian had a coaching session this morning with a seller about ten months in, and inside twenty minutes the guy had racked up three strikes without knowing it.
Strike one: counting sales rank drops. Amazon changed how it presents sales rank in May 2025, and Keepa's drops were redesigned to average out rather than spike. That signal stopped working, and Robin Joy owns the uncomfortable part out loud: "including some of ours, because we used to do it that way."
