• 0:20
  I'm
• 0:20
  Yaya,
• 0:21
  your
• 0:21
  confidence
• 0:21
  and
• 0:22
  mindset
• 0:22
  coach.
• 0:22
  Here
• 0:23
  to
• 0:23
  be
• 0:23
  the
• 0:23
  voice
• 0:23
  that
• 0:24
  finally
• 0:24
  says
• 0:24
  a
• 0:24
  thing
• 0:24
  that
• 0:25
  you
• 0:25
  have
• 0:25
  been
• 0:25
  needing
• 0:25
  to
• 0:26
  hear.
• 0:27
  Something
• 0:27
  has
• 0:27
  been
• 0:27
  sitting
• 0:27
  on
• 0:28
  my
• 0:28
  chest
• 0:28
  for
• 0:28
  a
• 0:28
  while
• 0:29
  now,
• 0:29
  and
• 0:29
  I've
• 0:30
  been
• 0:30
  waiting
• 0:30
  for
• 0:30
  the
• 0:30
  right
• 0:31
  moment
• 0:31
  to
• 0:31
  say
• 0:31
  it.
• 0:33
  All
• 0:33
  season,
• 0:33
  we
• 0:34
  have
• 0:34
  been
• 0:34
  going
• 0:35
  deep
• 0:36
  plain
• 0:36
  small
• 0:37
  perfectionism,
• 0:38
  people
• 0:39
  pleasing,
• 0:40
  avoidance,
• 0:41
  comfort
• 0:42
  over
• 0:42
  self
• 0:42
  respect.
• 0:44
  And
• 0:44
  I've
• 0:44
  been
• 0:44
  watching
• 0:45
  it
• 0:45
  click
• 0:46
  for
• 0:46
  a
• 0:46
  lot
• 0:46
  of
• 0:47
  you.
• 0:47
  The
• 0:47
  awareness,
• 0:48
  the
• 0:48
  growth,
• 0:49
  the
• 0:49
  oh,
• 0:50
  wow,
• 0:50
  that's
• 0:50
  me.
• 0:51
  But
• 0:51
  awareness
• 0:52
  without
• 0:53
  action
• 0:53
  is
• 0:54
  just
• 0:54
  really
• 0:55
  staying
• 0:55
  well
• 0:55
  informed.
• 0:56
  But
• 0:57
  stuck.
• 0:58
  So
• 0:58
  today
• 0:58
  I'm
• 0:58
  not
• 0:58
  teaching.
• 0:59
  I'm
• 0:59
  not
• 1:00
  breaking
• 1:00
  anything
• 1:00
  down
• 1:01
  or
• 1:01
  unpacking
• 1:02
  a
• 1:02
  framework.
• 1:03
  Today,
• 1:04
  I
• 1:04
  am
• 1:04
  drawing
• 1:04
  a
• 1:05
  line
• 1:05
  in
• 1:05
  the
• 1:05
  sand.
• 1:06
  Because
• 1:07
  every
• 1:07
  single
• 1:08
  pattern
• 1:08
  we
• 1:08
  talked
• 1:08
  about
• 1:09
  this
• 1:09
  season
• 1:10
  has
• 1:10
  one
• 1:10
  thing
• 1:10
  in
• 1:11
  common.
• 1:12
  And
• 1:12
  once
• 1:12
  you
• 1:13
  see
• 1:13
  it,
• 1:13
  you
• 1:13
  can't
• 1:14
  unsee
• 1:14
  it.
• 1:25
  Now,
• 1:25
  this
• 1:26
  season,
• 1:26
  we
• 1:27
  went
• 1:27
  there.
• 1:28
  We
• 1:28
  talked
• 1:28
  about
• 1:29
  playing
• 1:29
  small,
• 1:30
  the
• 1:30
  ways
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  you've
• 1:31
  been
• 1:31
  shrinking
• 1:32
  yourself
• 1:32
  to
• 1:32
  make
• 1:33
  others
• 1:33
  comfortable.
• 1:34
  We
• 1:34
  talked
• 1:35
  about
• 1:35
  perfection
• 1:36
  and
• 1:36
  how
• 1:36
  it's
• 1:37
  not
• 1:37
  about
• 1:37
  standards,
• 1:38
  it's
• 1:38
  about
• 1:38
  fear.
• 1:39
  We
• 1:39
  talked
• 1:40
  about
• 1:40
  people
• 1:40
  pleasing,
• 1:41
  giving
• 1:42
  everyone
• 1:42
  else
• 1:43
  your
• 1:43
  yes
• 1:43
  while
• 1:43
  you're
• 1:44
  left
• 1:44
  with
• 1:44
  what
• 1:44
  energy
• 1:45
  remains.
• 1:46
  We've
• 1:46
  talked
• 1:47
  about
• 1:47
  avoidance,
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  hard
• 1:48
  conversations,
• 1:49
  the
• 1:50
  bold
• 1:50
  moves,
• 1:51
  the
• 1:51
  things
• 1:51
  you
• 1:52
  kept
• 1:52
  putting
• 1:53
  off
• 1:53
  until
• 1:53
  the
• 1:53
  right
• 1:54
  time.
• 1:55
  We
• 1:55
  talked
• 1:56
  about
• 1:56
  regulation,
• 1:57
  learning
• 1:57
  to
• 1:58
  stay
• 1:58
  in
• 1:58
  your
• 1:58
  body
• 1:59
  instead
• 1:59
  of
• 1:59
  reacting
• 2:00
  to
• 2:01
  your
• 2:01
  triggers.
• 2:02
  We
• 2:03
  talked
• 2:03
  about
• 2:03
  comfort
• 2:04
  and
• 2:04
  how
• 2:04
  choosing
• 2:04
  it
• 2:05
  over
• 2:05
  and
• 2:05
  over
• 2:06
  again
• 2:06
  is
• 2:07
  slowly
• 2:07
  costing
• 2:08
  you
• 2:08
  the
• 2:08
  life
• 2:09
  that
• 2:09
  you
• 2:09
  actually
• 2:09
  want.
• 2:11
  Now,
• 2:11
  let
• 2:11
  me
• 2:11
  ask
• 2:11
  you
• 2:12
  something.
• 2:12
  What
• 2:13
  do
• 2:13
  all
• 2:13
  of
• 2:13
  those
• 2:13
  have
• 2:14
  in
• 2:14
  common?
• 2:15
  Every
• 2:16
  single
• 2:16
  one
• 2:16
  of
• 2:16
  them
• 2:17
  is
• 2:17
  a
• 2:17
  version
• 2:17
  of
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  same.
• 2:18
  Same
• 2:19
  choice.
• 2:20
  The
• 2:20
  choice
• 2:20
  not
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  decide.
• 2:22
  Playing
• 2:23
  small
• 2:23
  is
• 2:23
  deciding
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  room
• 2:24
  doesn't
• 2:25
  need
• 2:25
  you.
• 2:26
  Perfectionism
• 2:27
  is
• 2:27
  deciding
• 2:28
  you
• 2:28
  won't
• 2:28
  move
• 2:29
  until
• 2:29
  it's
• 2:30
  flawless.
• 2:31
  People
• 2:32
  pleasing
• 2:32
  is
• 2:32
  deciding
• 2:33
  everyone
• 2:34
  else's
• 2:34
  comfort
• 2:35
  matters
• 2:35
  more
• 2:36
  than
• 2:36
  your
• 2:36
  own.
• 2:37
  Avoidance
• 2:38
  is
• 2:38
  deciding
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  risk
• 2:39
  isn't
• 2:40
  worth
• 2:40
  it.
• 2:41
  Comfort
• 2:42
  is
• 2:42
  deciding
• 2:43
  that
• 2:43
  familiar
• 2:43
  is
• 2:44
  better
• 2:44
  than
• 2:44
  possible.
• 2:46
  Indecision
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  a
• 2:47
  decision
• 2:49
  all
• 2:49
  season.
• 2:49
  The
• 2:50
  real
• 2:50
  thing
• 2:50
  standing
• 2:51
  between
• 2:51
  you
• 2:51
  and
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  life
• 2:52
  that
• 2:52
  you
• 2:52
  want
• 2:53
  has
• 2:53
  always
• 2:53
  been
• 2:54
  your
• 2:54
  unwillingness
• 2:55
  to
• 2:55
  choose
• 2:56
  yourself.
• 2:58
  So
• 2:58
  let
• 2:58
  me
• 2:58
  be
• 2:59
  real
• 2:59
  with
• 2:59
  you.
• 3:00
  Waiting
• 3:01
  feels
• 3:01
  safe.
• 3:02
  I
• 3:02
  know
• 3:02
  it
• 3:02
  does
• 3:02
  because
• 3:02
  I've
• 3:03
  been
• 3:03
  there.
• 3:04
  It
• 3:04
  feels
• 3:04
  responsible,
• 3:05
  thoughtful,
• 3:07
  patient.
• 3:08
  It
• 3:08
  feels
• 3:08
  like
• 3:08
  you're
• 3:08
  being
• 3:09
  careful,
• 3:09
  like
• 3:10
  you're
• 3:10
  protecting
• 3:11
  yourself.
• 3:12
  But
• 3:12
  let's
• 3:12
  call
• 3:12
  it
• 3:13
  what
• 3:13
  it
• 3:13
  actually
• 3:13
  is.
• 3:14
  Waiting
• 3:15
  is
• 3:15
  a
• 3:15
  way
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  avoid
• 3:16
  being
• 3:16
  wrong.
• 3:17
  Waiting
• 3:18
  is
• 3:18
  a
• 3:18
  way
• 3:18
  to
• 3:19
  avoid
• 3:19
  judgment.
• 3:20
  Waiting
• 3:21
  is
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  way
• 3:21
  to
• 3:22
  stay
• 3:22
  in
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  in
• 3:23
  between
• 3:25
  where
• 3:25
  nothing
• 3:26
  has
• 3:26
  failed
• 3:26
  yet
• 3:27
  because
• 3:27
  nothing
• 3:27
  has
• 3:28
  been
• 3:28
  tried.
• 3:29
  And
• 3:29
  I
• 3:29
  get
• 3:30
  it.
• 3:30
  I
• 3:30
  really
• 3:30
  do.
• 3:31
  Because
• 3:31
  deciding
• 3:32
  means
• 3:32
  committing
• 3:33
  and
• 3:33
  Committing
• 3:34
  means
• 3:34
  you're
• 3:34
  accountable
• 3:35
  for
• 3:35
  the
• 3:35
  outcomes.
• 3:36
  And
• 3:36
  accountability
• 3:37
  is
• 3:37
  too
• 3:37
  terrifying
• 3:38
  when
• 3:38
  you've
• 3:39
  spent
• 3:39
  your
• 3:39
  whole
• 3:39
  life
• 3:40
  trying
• 3:41
  to
• 3:41
  be
• 3:41
  safe.
• 3:42
  Well,
• 3:43
  here's
• 3:43
  what
• 3:43
  waiting
• 3:44
  has
• 3:44
  actually
• 3:45
  cost
• 3:45
  you.
• 3:46
  The
• 3:47
  opportunity
• 3:47
  you
• 3:48
  almost
• 3:48
  applied
• 3:48
  for,
• 3:49
  but
• 3:49
  waited
• 3:50
  too
• 3:50
  long.
• 3:51
  I've
• 3:51
  been
• 3:51
  there.
• 3:53
  The
• 3:53
  business
• 3:53
  you
• 3:53
  almost
• 3:54
  started,
• 3:54
  but
• 3:54
  you
• 3:55
  kept
• 3:55
  saying
• 3:55
  when
• 3:56
  the
• 3:56
  time
• 3:56
  is
• 3:56
  right.
• 3:58
  The
• 3:58
  boundary
• 3:59
  you
• 3:59
  almost
• 3:59
  set
• 4:00
  that
• 4:01
  kept
• 4:01
  pushing
• 4:01
  to
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  next
• 4:02
  week.
• 4:03
  The
• 4:03
  version
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  yourself
• 4:04
  you
• 4:05
  almost
• 4:05
  became.
• 4:06
  But
• 4:07
  keep
• 4:07
  waiting
• 4:08
  until
• 4:08
  you
• 4:08
  feel
• 4:09
  ready.
• 4:11
  Waiting
• 4:11
  doesn't
• 4:12
  protect
• 4:12
  you
• 4:13
  from
• 4:13
  the
• 4:13
  risk.
• 4:14
  It
• 4:14
  just
• 4:14
  makes
• 4:15
  sure
• 4:15
  you
• 4:15
  never
• 4:16
  find
• 4:16
  out
• 4:16
  what's
• 4:17
  on
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  other
• 4:17
  side.
• 4:18
  And
• 4:19
  somewhere
• 4:19
  in
• 4:19
  you,
• 4:20
  you
• 4:20
  know
• 4:20
  exactly
• 4:21
  what
• 4:21
  I'm
• 4:21
  talking
• 4:22
  about.
• 4:22
  There's
• 4:23
  something
• 4:23
  you've
• 4:23
  been
• 4:24
  sitting
• 4:24
  on.
• 4:25
  A
• 4:25
  decision
• 4:25
  that's
• 4:26
  been
• 4:26
  waiting
• 4:27
  for
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  to
• 4:27
  make
• 4:27
  it.
• 4:29
  And
• 4:29
  you
• 4:29
  have
• 4:29
  been
• 4:29
  doing
• 4:30
  everything
• 4:31
  except
• 4:31
  actually
• 4:32
  making
• 4:32
  it.
• 4:34
  Now,
• 4:34
  I
• 4:34
  want
• 4:35
  you
• 4:35
  to
• 4:35
  picture
• 4:35
  two
• 4:36
  women.
• 4:37
  Same
• 4:37
  goal,
• 4:38
  same
• 4:38
  dream,
• 4:39
  same
• 4:39
  fear.
• 4:40
  The
• 4:41
  woman
• 4:41
  who
• 4:41
  hesitates.
• 4:42
  She
• 4:43
  researches
• 4:44
  a
• 4:44
  lot.
• 4:45
  She
• 4:45
  asks
• 4:46
  everyone
• 4:46
  around
• 4:46
  her
• 4:47
  what
• 4:47
  they
• 4:47
  think.
• 4:48
  She
• 4:48
  makes
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  pros
• 4:49
  and
• 4:49
  cons
• 4:49
  list.
• 4:50
  She
• 4:50
  waits
• 4:50
  for
• 4:50
  a
• 4:51
  sign.
• 4:51
  She
• 4:51
  waits
• 4:52
  for
• 4:52
  clarity.
• 4:53
  She
• 4:53
  waives
• 4:53
  for
• 4:53
  confidence.
• 4:55
  She
• 4:55
  waits
• 4:55
  for
• 4:55
  the
• 4:55
  fear
• 4:56
  to
• 4:56
  go
• 4:56
  away.
• 4:57
  And
• 4:57
  while
• 4:58
  she's
• 4:58
  waiting,
• 4:59
  light
• 4:59
  keeps
• 4:59
  moving.
• 5:00
  The
• 5:01
  opportunity
• 5:01
  expires,
• 5:03
  the
• 5:03
  window
• 5:03
  closes,
• 5:05
  and
• 5:05
  another
• 5:05
  season
• 5:06
  passes.
• 5:07
  And
• 5:07
  you
• 5:08
  know
• 5:08
  what
• 5:08
  she
• 5:09
  tells
• 5:09
  herself?
• 5:10
  Next
• 5:10
  time,
• 5:11
  next
• 5:12
  year,
• 5:12
  when
• 5:13
  I'm
• 5:13
  more
• 5:13
  ready.
• 5:15
  Now,
• 5:16
  the
• 5:16
  woman
• 5:16
  who
• 5:16
  decides
• 5:18
  she
• 5:18
  has
• 5:18
  the
• 5:19
  same.
• 5:21
  Let
• 5:21
  me
• 5:21
  say
• 5:21
  that
• 5:22
  again.
• 5:22
  She
• 5:23
  has
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  same
• 5:24
  fear.
• 5:25
  She's
• 5:25
  not
• 5:25
  fearless.
• 5:26
  She's
• 5:27
  definitely
• 5:27
  not
• 5:28
  certain,
• 5:28
  and
• 5:29
  she
• 5:29
  doesn't
• 5:29
  have
• 5:29
  a
• 5:29
  guarantee,
• 5:30
  but
• 5:30
  she
• 5:31
  decides
• 5:31
  anyway.
• 5:32
  She
• 5:33
  says,
• 5:33
  this
• 5:33
  is
• 5:34
  what
• 5:34
  I
• 5:34
  want.
• 5:35
  I'm
• 5:35
  going
• 5:35
  to
• 5:36
  take
• 5:36
  one
• 5:36
  step
• 5:37
  toward
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  today.
• 5:38
  Not
• 5:38
  a
• 5:39
  perfect
• 5:39
  step,
• 5:40
  Not
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  fully
• 5:41
  formed
• 5:41
  plan.
• 5:42
  Just
• 5:42
  one
• 5:42
  step,
• 5:43
  then
• 5:43
  another,
• 5:44
  and
• 5:45
  then
• 5:45
  another.
• 5:46
  And
• 5:46
  six
• 5:46
  months
• 5:47
  later,
• 5:47
  she
• 5:47
  looks
• 5:48
  up
• 5:48
  and
• 5:48
  realizes
• 5:49
  she's
• 5:50
  there.
• 5:51
  Not
• 5:51
  because
• 5:51
  she
• 5:52
  waited
• 5:52
  until
• 5:52
  she
• 5:52
  was
• 5:53
  ready,
• 5:54
  because
• 5:54
  she
• 5:54
  decided
• 5:54
  to
• 5:55
  move
• 5:55
  before
• 5:56
  she
• 5:57
  was.
• 5:59
  No.
• 5:59
  I
• 5:59
  want
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  clear
• 6:00
  something
• 6:00
  up.
• 6:01
  Because
• 6:02
  I
• 6:02
  know
• 6:02
  someone
• 6:03
  is
• 6:03
  hearing
• 6:03
  this
• 6:03
  and
• 6:04
  thinking,
• 6:05
  but
• 6:05
  I
• 6:05
  don't
• 6:05
  know
• 6:05
  what
• 6:06
  to
• 6:06
  decide.
• 6:06
  I'm
• 6:07
  waiting
• 6:07
  for
• 6:07
  clarity.
• 6:09
  Clarity
• 6:10
  is
• 6:10
  not
• 6:11
  a
• 6:11
  prerequisite
• 6:11
  for
• 6:12
  decision.
• 6:12
  Decision.
• 6:13
  Let
• 6:13
  me
• 6:13
  say
• 6:14
  that
• 6:14
  louder
• 6:14
  for
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  women
• 6:14
  in
• 6:15
  the
• 6:15
  back.
• 6:15
  Clarity
• 6:16
  comes
• 6:17
  after
• 6:17
  the
• 6:17
  decision,
• 6:19
  not
• 6:19
  before.
• 6:20
  You
• 6:20
  don't
• 6:20
  get
• 6:21
  clear
• 6:21
  by
• 6:21
  thinking
• 6:22
  more.
• 6:22
  You
• 6:22
  really
• 6:22
  don't.
• 6:23
  You
• 6:23
  don't
• 6:24
  get
• 6:24
  ready
• 6:25
  by
• 6:25
  waiting
• 6:25
  longer.
• 6:26
  You
• 6:26
  don't
• 6:27
  get
• 6:27
  confidence
• 6:28
  before
• 6:28
  you
• 6:29
  act.
• 6:29
  You
• 6:30
  get
• 6:30
  all
• 6:30
  those
• 6:30
  things
• 6:31
  on
• 6:31
  the
• 6:31
  other
• 6:32
  side
• 6:32
  of
• 6:32
  the
• 6:32
  move.
• 6:34
  Decision
• 6:34
  doesn't
• 6:35
  mean
• 6:35
  you
• 6:35
  have
• 6:35
  it
• 6:35
  all
• 6:35
  figured
• 6:36
  out.
• 6:37
  Decision
• 6:38
  means
• 6:39
  I
• 6:39
  have
• 6:39
  decided
• 6:40
  where
• 6:40
  I
• 6:40
  am
• 6:41
  is
• 6:41
  no
• 6:41
  longer
• 6:42
  acceptable.
• 6:43
  I
• 6:43
  have
• 6:44
  decided
• 6:44
  that
• 6:44
  the
• 6:44
  life
• 6:44
  I
• 6:45
  want
• 6:45
  is
• 6:46
  worth
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  discomfort
• 6:48
  of
• 6:48
  going
• 6:48
  after
• 6:49
  it.
• 6:50
  I've
• 6:50
  decided
• 6:51
  to
• 6:51
  stop
• 6:51
  waiting
• 6:52
  for
• 6:52
  permission
• 6:52
  and
• 6:53
  give
• 6:53
  it
• 6:53
  to
• 6:53
  myself.
• 6:55
  That's
• 6:55
  it.
• 6:56
  That's
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  decision.
• 6:58
  Not
• 6:58
  the
• 6:58
  full
• 6:59
  plan.
• 6:59
  Not
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  perfect
• 7:00
  strategy,
• 7:02
  not
• 7:02
  the
• 7:02
  certainty
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  it
• 7:03
  will
• 7:03
  work
• 7:04
  out.
• 7:05
  Just
• 7:05
  I'm
• 7:06
  going
• 7:07
  baby
• 7:07
  steps
• 7:08
  count.
• 7:09
  The
• 7:09
  half
• 7:09
  baked
• 7:10
  start
• 7:11
  counts.
• 7:12
  The
• 7:12
  messy
• 7:13
  first
• 7:13
  attempt
• 7:14
  counts.
• 7:15
  As
• 7:15
  long
• 7:16
  as
• 7:16
  you're
• 7:16
  moving,
• 7:17
  you're
• 7:17
  deciding.
• 7:18
  And
• 7:18
  a
• 7:19
  woman
• 7:19
  who's
• 7:19
  in
• 7:19
  motion,
• 7:20
  she
• 7:21
  is
• 7:21
  unstoppable.
• 7:24
  Now
• 7:24
  I
• 7:24
  need
• 7:24
  you
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  make
• 7:25
  a
• 7:25
  decision.
• 7:26
  Not
• 7:26
  a
• 7:26
  resolution,
• 7:27
  not
• 7:27
  a
• 7:27
  plan,
• 7:28
  not
• 7:28
  a
• 7:29
  promise
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  yourself
• 7:29
  that
• 7:30
  you'll
• 7:30
  think
• 7:30
  about
• 7:30
  it
• 7:30
  more.
• 7:31
  A
• 7:32
  decision
• 7:33
  right
• 7:33
  now.
• 7:34
  What's
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  thing
• 7:35
  that
• 7:35
  you've
• 7:36
  been
• 7:36
  sitting
• 7:36
  on?
• 7:37
  What's
• 7:37
  the
• 7:38
  move
• 7:38
  you
• 7:38
  keep
• 7:39
  putting
• 7:39
  off?
• 7:41
  What
• 7:41
  is
• 7:41
  the
• 7:42
  version
• 7:42
  of
• 7:42
  yourself
• 7:43
  you
• 7:43
  keep
• 7:43
  planning
• 7:44
  to
• 7:44
  become
• 7:45
  next
• 7:45
  month,
• 7:46
  next
• 7:46
  year
• 7:47
  when
• 7:47
  things
• 7:47
  settle
• 7:48
  down?
• 7:49
  That
• 7:49
  thing.
• 7:50
  That's
• 7:51
  the
• 7:51
  thing.
• 7:52
  And
• 7:52
  I
• 7:52
  want
• 7:52
  you
• 7:53
  to
• 7:53
  decide
• 7:53
  today
• 7:54
  that
• 7:54
  you
• 7:54
  are
• 7:54
  done
• 7:55
  waiting
• 7:55
  for
• 7:55
  perfect
• 7:56
  conditions.
• 7:58
  Done
• 7:58
  waiting
• 7:58
  to
• 7:58
  feel
• 7:58
  ready.
• 7:59
  Done
• 8:00
  using,
• 8:00
  I'm
• 8:01
  not
• 8:01
  sure
• 8:01
  yet,
• 8:02
  as
• 8:02
  a
• 8:02
  reason
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  stay
• 8:03
  exactly
• 8:04
  where
• 8:04
  you
• 8:04
  are.
• 8:06
  The
• 8:06
  season
• 8:06
  of
• 8:07
  sitting
• 8:07
  on.
• 8:07
  A
• 8:08
  decision,
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  move,
• 8:10
  an
• 8:11
  opportunity.
• 8:12
  It's
• 8:13
  over.
• 8:14
  You
• 8:14
  have
• 8:15
  been
• 8:15
  learning
• 8:16
  all
• 8:16
  season.
• 8:17
  You
• 8:17
  have
• 8:17
  been
• 8:17
  growing.
• 8:18
  You
• 8:18
  have
• 8:18
  been
• 8:19
  doing
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  work,
• 8:20
  at
• 8:20
  least
• 8:20
  in
• 8:21
  your
• 8:21
  mind.
• 8:22
  Know
• 8:22
  it's
• 8:22
  time
• 8:22
  to
• 8:22
  take
• 8:23
  the
• 8:23
  work
• 8:23
  off
• 8:23
  the
• 8:24
  page
• 8:25
  and
• 8:25
  into
• 8:26
  your
• 8:26
  actual
• 8:27
  life.
• 8:28
  Decide,
• 8:29
  then
• 8:29
  move.
• 8:30
  Even
• 8:31
  if
• 8:31
  it's
• 8:31
  one
• 8:32
  email,
• 8:32
  one
• 8:33
  application,
• 8:34
  one
• 8:34
  conversation,
• 8:36
  one
• 8:36
  yes,
• 8:37
  decide
• 8:38
  and
• 8:39
  take
• 8:39
  the
• 8:39
  first
• 8:40
  step
• 8:40
  today.
• 8:41
  Not
• 8:42
  Monday.
• 8:42
  Not
• 8:42
  after
• 8:43
  the
• 8:43
  holidays,
• 8:44
  not
• 8:44
  after
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  summer.
• 8:45
  Today.
• 8:47
  You
• 8:48
  didn't
• 8:48
  find
• 8:48
  this
• 8:48
  podcast
• 8:49
  by

  accident.
• 8:50
  Something
• 8:50
  in
• 8:51
  you
• 8:51
  has
• 8:51
  been
• 8:52
  ready
• 8:53
  for
• 8:53
  a
• 8:53
  while.
• 8:54
  Ready
• 8:54
  for
• 8:55
  more.
• 8:55
  Ready
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  stop
• 8:56
  playing
• 8:56
  the
• 8:57
  version
• 8:57
  of
• 8:57
  yourself
• 8:57
  that
• 8:58
  keeps
• 8:58
  everyone
• 8:58
  else
• 8:59
  comfortable.
• 9:00
  Ready
• 9:00
  to
• 9:00
  stop
• 9:00
  dimming
• 9:01
  and
• 9:01
  shrinking
• 9:02
  and
• 9:02
  waiting
• 9:03
  and
• 9:03
  hedging
• 9:04
  the
• 9:05
  woman
• 9:05
  you
• 9:05
  want
• 9:05
  to
• 9:05
  be.
• 9:06
  She's
• 9:07
  not
• 9:07
  waiting
• 9:07
  on
• 9:07
  clarity.
• 9:08
  She's
• 9:09
  not
• 9:09
  waiting
• 9:09
  on
• 9:09
  readiness.
• 9:10
  She's
• 9:11
  not
• 9:11
  waiting
• 9:11
  for
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  fear
• 9:12
  to
• 9:12
  go
• 9:12
  away.
• 9:13
  She
• 9:14
  decided
• 9:14
  and
• 9:15
  then
• 9:15
  she
• 9:15
  went.
• 9:16
  So
• 9:16
  let
• 9:17
  this
• 9:17
  be
• 9:17
  your
• 9:17
  moment.
• 9:18
  The

  one
• 9:18
  that
• 9:19
  you
• 9:19
  look
• 9:19
  back
• 9:19

  and
• 9:20
  say,
• 9:21
  that's
• 9:21
  when
• 9:21
  everything
• 9:22
  started
• 9:22
  to
• 9:23
  shift.
• 9:24
  Not
• 9:24
  because
• 9:24
  everything
• 9:24
  was
• 9:25
  perfect,
• 9:26
  not
• 9:26
  because
• 9:26
  you
• 9:26
  weren't
• 9:27
  scared,
• 9:27
  but
• 9:28
  because
• 9:28
  you
• 9:28
  finally
• 9:29
  stopped
• 9:29
  waiting
• 9:30
  and
• 9:30
  decided.
