Mac Jones, 49ers avoid Big Easy let down with win over the Saints
The 49ers are 2-0 after a 26-21 win over the Saints in New Orleans, a game that was probably a lot closer than it needed to be. Mac Jones, in his first start for the Niners, led the team admirably, allowing the defense to close things out when it mattered the most in the end. It wasn't the cleanest game yet again, but the 49ers kept themselves on track as they look forward to their home opener next week.
