Johnna: with his feet on the ground, grounding, and duh sings the song. Every single cell inside my body, every single cell is happy and well. And it has been stuck in my head. And so I wanted to share that with everyone on the podcast. You're welcome. Yeah, yeah. Have you been singing it? No. I literally had that stuck in my head all day Monday, which was really good. I think that that's Clint: You're welcome. No. Johnna: What helped me not go completely bonkers. Why would happen Monday? I don't know. I can't remember. But I guess that's where that's where it's at. Anyway, so the gym sold. We can talk about that now because I'm not a yeah. I'm not a business owner anymore. Weird. Yeah. Clint: Why what happened Monday? It's officially official, yeah. Yeah, so talk through that. How you feeling? What or do you wanna get into the logistics first or Johnna: Yeah. Logistics first or No, I feel really good about it. I it was odd because so we did this big social media push yesterday and you know, introduced the new owner and all the things and then she posted on her own Facebook like I'm the owner of elevated fitness and it just like like hit me. I was like, ⁓ my gosh and I'm so happy for her. She is Absolutely lovely. Caitlin Lewis. ⁓ yeah, it's great. But it just like hit me like, ⁓ my goodness. Cause I've been wondering like when is the like sad emotion gonna happen because I wanna make sure I work through this, right? And it it wasn't a sad emotion, it was maybe there was a little bit of sadness, but it was just weird or what's our new word Nord. Clint: Right. And it it wasn't a sad emotion, it was But it was just weird. Or what's our new Nord. Nord. It was Nord. It was Nord. And I just kinda felt it and it w it moved. Johnna: was ignored it was gnared. And I just kind of felt it and it w it moved through rather quickly. ⁓ yeah. Which isn't surprising considering how quickly everything's moving. So anyway, today is Wednesday. You guys are gonna hear this, like we're gonna upload this right after we record. So this is gonna be like on time podcasting. Clint: Yeah. Johnna: ⁓ so you know, I woke up when I wanted to, no clients, I'm packing all day and doing like a a long list of you know, still transferring things over to Caitlin, all the social media, all the you know, power, the all the things. So have a long list of things to do. And tomorrow I see one last I have one last session with a client. And Friday I have beginner circuit training at eight thirty and then ta da I I'm unemployed. Yeah. And it feels great. I haven't really thought of it that way. Yeah. Probably doesn't feel so great for you, but it's it's it's Clint: It feels great. I haven't really thought of it that way. Yeah. No, it is. It's it's really exciting. It's a ⁓ it's a huge moment. I mean, I don't think it can be understated the all of the effort, all everything really that's gone into what you've done the last three and a half, three years, whatever it's been. Three and a half. It's ⁓ Johnna: Yeah. Yeah. Three three and a half. It's a Clint: Monumental ⁓ achievement to be able to start something from literally nothing, yeah. An idea and build it into what it is. I know, it's really Johnna: Yeah. I know, it's really lovely actually. And I think I was talking about it in the last podcast, where the biggest emotion that I'm feeling is just proud of myself. And it's just a testimony to when you have an idea and you're all in just what can be birthed out of that. So, you know, super excited that it's going to continue and really happy that I'm moving on to the next chapter. Sure there's like a sadness of, ⁓ this is, you know, so I spent time in the space this week just like, wow, I I did this and I'm so proud of myself. And then to have it sell and to sell someone who sees the vision and wants to continue it is just like it's such an amazing feeling. So very happy to be to have that done because ⁓ my goodness, the the things that we have gotten done this in June. So it's July first and I just did a quick like list. Let me pull this out and put on my readers so I can read. And this isn't even everything because I didn't get finished with the list. This is what has happened in June. June was thirty days, okay. Clint: things that we have gotten done this in June. So it's July first. And I just did a quick like list. Let me pull this up. And this isn't even everything because I didn't get What has happened in June. June was 30 days. Okay. The house went into contract, right? So there was pressure. Johnna: The house went into contract, right? So there was prep that happened before June. ⁓ Eve graduated, which was huge. The family was over. We had a whole vague shadel of it. It was like a whole weekend of graduation. The very next weekend was Eden's first birthday. We traveled to the West Side and celebrated that and did all the things. Then last weekend. ⁓ which I haven't even posted any of this on social media. We went to Oregon, and I went to a renaissance fair with Olivia and I got some body work done from my best friend Megan. You guys have heard me talk about her, ⁓ at Body Works in Albany, Oregon, and I'll talk more about that later. Sold a business. We've been packing and getting rid of a ton of stuff, booked the moving company. Clint: company Johnna: booked the car ⁓ yeah. Like that took a couple of weeks and we'll get into that. ⁓ booked the car shipping, found out how to how to ship the boards and endless trips to the dump and donation and also worked, right? And just did life. And it really is a testimony to when you put your mind to something and you're all in how quickly things move, especially when you're in alignment with the universe doing what you're supposed to be doing. When we were going over this last night, just like, ⁓ my goodness, it's July first tomorrow and let's talk about what we did in June, it was like, holy smokes, we did a lot. Clint: Mm-hmm. We did a lot. Yeah. We did. Yeah. Now it's your turn. That's me like passing the torch to you. So what what do you want to get into first in that? Johnna: We did. Yeah. Now it's your turn. That's me like passing the torch to you. So what what do you want to get into first? Any of it Yeah. Clint: It's been it's been really fascinating to maybe fascinating isn't the right word. you know, w we've we've kinda detailed out how, over the last several months this whole process of okay, we're gonna move, where are we gonna move, you know, and and being hit with closed doors, I guess, or signs that like ⁓ this isn't it. Johnna: It's been Yep. And then all of a sudden everything just starts falling into place. Mhm. Clint: And then all of a sudden everything just starts falling into place. Like ⁓ this is it. But then being able to balance that with understanding there's still gonna be road bumps. Yeah. Or, you know, speed bumps, roadblocks, whatever you wanna say. And ⁓ the the moving part of it has certainly been something that we've had to work through, I'll I'll say. it's been Johnna: Still gonna be road boss. Yeah. Or you know speed boss. Clint: It it's it's so crazy. It really the the big takeaway for those of you who have never tried to ship your ⁓ and we don't have a whole bunch of stuff, but we have stuff. Tried to ship it over an ocean. Yeah. It you're kind of ⁓ beholden to whoever does it. You know, not a lot of people do it. It's not like you can just load everything up in a horse trailer and, you know, haul it down the road and then you're good and you just have to rely on yourself. Johnna: It's it's so crazy. It really the the big takeaway for those And we don't have a whole bunch of stuff. Try to ship it over an ocean. Yeah. It you're kind of ⁓ beholden to whoever does it. Yeah. Clint: S and the biggest takeaway and Jonna made this point ⁓ first as we've gone through I think we've talked to every company that does it. That exists. Yeah. And what it turns out is ⁓ most of those without getting in too much of it, most of them are just brokers. You know, there's only a couple companies that actually operate ships. Yeah. And so it's just, you know, are you gonna go with there's five different people that are all getting your container on the same ship, essentially, and they do business their own way. It seems like they all do it like used car salesmen. Johnna: That exists. Yeah. Yeah. What it turns out is ⁓ most of those without getting into too much of it, most of them are Yeah. And so it's just you know, are you gonna Right. Seems like they all do it like used car salesmen. Yeah. I mean we talked about this on the last podcast. And just but it's just been Clint: Yeah. I mean it's not this one. Yeah, and just but it's just been, you know, it it hasn't just been one. Yeah. It's been all of them. So we finally decided, which tends to be the case quite often, and we've talked about it more and more with us recently. We decided, you know, as much as we can possibly control, that's the one that we're gonna go with. Yeah. Johnna: Yeah. It's been all of them. Mm-hmm. So we finally decided, which tends to be the case quite often, and we'll talk about it more. That's the one that we're gonna go with. Yeah. And you know, because the prices are all the I mean it's expensive. Yeah. No matter what you're doing. Well, and it's shady. Most of these places are shady. Right. So we're going with the least shady. Because we can control most of it. So we ended up Clint: And you know, 'cause the prices are all within I mean it's expensive. Yeah. No matter what you're doing. Shady. Right. with the least shady. Because we can control the most of it. So we ended up going with something that we just we pack ourselves. I don't think did we I don't think we talked about this. I know because we hadn't completely decided. Yeah, yes. Johnna: I th I don't know because we hadn't completely decided but yes, we're packing ourselves. We pack ourselves, we we get it into the container and then they just ship it. Take the container and then we unpack it. Yeah. Kind of the same thing with the car. There was a whole bunch of Clint: We pack ourselves, we we get it into the container, and then they just take the container and then we unpack it. Kind of the same thing with the car. There was a whole bunch of of companies, again, same idea. They're just picking your car up and getting it onto the same boat. It's just a bunch of different people. And we're at a little bit of a weird situation because we live way out in the middle of nowhere. Right. So it's harder. But same type of deal of okay, well, we can't really give you a quote, we can't really tell you what Johnna: same idea. They're just picking your car up and getting it onto the same boat. And we're at a little bit of a weird situation because we live way out in the middle of nowhere. Right. Clint: day they're gonna pick it up. ⁓ there, you know, if any extra charges come up for any reason, we don't have to tell you about it. You just have to pay for it at the end. And they're like, well that doesn't seem that cool. So so we ended up going with again something that we can control the most of. We drive it to the essentially to the port. Yeah. Johnna: Yeah. And they're like, Well, that doesn't seem that cool. Yeah. So so we ended up going with again something that we can control the most of. We drive it to the essentially to the port. Yeah. Clint: but it it's just been it's been so many confirmations that kinda go back in line with what you're saying when you put your mind to something and you just things just you just go, you just move with it. But also not outsourcing as much as possible, doing things yourself when when you have the vision. Yeah. You know, it kind of gets back to the main character syndrome that we talked about a while ago. Johnna: and you just things just you just go, you just move with it. Yeah. But also not outsourcing as much as possible doing things yourself when when you have the vision. Yeah. You know, it kind of gets back to the main character syndrome that we Clint: Everybody else is doing their own shit. You know, that you're not number one for them. You're just one of of many. ⁓ so as much as you can take that control, I think that's been a big lesson that we continue to learn. Anywhere we can do that, we need to do it. Johnna: Everybody else is doing their own shit. Yep. You know, th you're not number one for them. You're just So as much as you can take that control, I think that's been a big lesson that we continue to learn. Yeah. Anywhere we can that, we need to do it. Well and the interesting part is both of these companies, both for the truck and for the shipping, they were the very first places that we called, right? And then we s did this whole circle and came back to them. And so and on our last podcast, you know, I talked about letting it all go. Right, not caring about the furniture and it's really interesting how the universe works. And I've talked about this before because when I completely let go is when things fall into place, right? So turns out I don't have to completely sell absolutely everything. Clint: everything ⁓ but I do have to downsize and I'm okay with that. And and for me what I've realized is that and I've said this before, I can say that I've let it go and I know in my gut it that I haven't completed Johnna: ⁓ but I do have to downsize and I'm okay with that. And and for me, what I've realized is that and I've said this before, I can say that I've let it go and I know in my gut it that I haven't completely let it go. I have to go through this entire process. So that's why we like to circle the wagon with those ⁓ companies that you know, we chose and then we went, ⁓ let's research everyone else ⁓ but I think ultimately ended up being Clint: Which I I think ultimately ended up being valuable and something we talked about a little bit last night is the idea again if you're going for something, you know, and you're just you're all in going for it. All the time spent in it is valuable, even if it doesn't end up producing the result you thought it would. Right. You know, meaning, hey, we found this one moving company. Let's take a little bit of time, do some due diligence, make sure this is the correct one, not putting stuff off, not procrastinating or anything like that. Just really, you know, making sure this this matches with what we're trying to do. And then turns out it did, you know, but but now we Johnna: Right. You know, meaning, hey, we found this one moving company, let's take a little bit of time. make sure this is the correct one, not putting stuff off, not procrastinating or anything like that. Just really, you know, making sure this this ⁓ matches with what we're trying to do. Yeah. And then turns out it did. Yeah. But but now we know this was the best scenario for us versus just jumping in with the first thing. Sometimes that's good. Yeah. You know, I I don't know that I'm Clint: know this was the best scenario for us versus just jumping in with the first thing. Sometimes that's good. Yeah. You know, I I don't know that I'm giving any answers right now, maybe talking in circles a little bit. I like to diligently Johnna: You know, I like to diligently search out a matter and so I really wanted to make sure that this was the best option. And obviously things have changed in twenty plus years since I moved from Maui to the mainland. So, you know, shit's changed and it's r it just seems so shady now. Why is everyone so shady? I don't get it. But that's what I've really learned is that it's good to read all the fine print and to really find the companies that work for you wherever you're located, right? And for us, we are going to be driving a U-Haul over to Spokane on like the 20th, unloading our things into our container. We get to pack it and then it's gone. And we are driving our truck over to Tacoma on the 9th. Clint: Right and for us we are going to be driving a U Haul Johnna: and driving it to basically the dock and then it arrives like on the tenth of August. Ish. And the stuff arrives what, the fifteenth or the twentieth? ⁓ somewhere there. Something like that. Yeah. So on the other side, because we leave on the first, we obviously, you know, had to rent a car and we're, you know, figuring that out. So Clint: Ish, yeah. And the stuff arrives what, twentieth? ⁓ somewhere in there. Middle of August. Yeah, so Johnna: Anyway, it's it's been an adventure. So if you're planning on moving out of the country or I know Hawaii's not out of the country, but you know, where there's water involved, do your due diligence because it's different for everywhere that you live. I can say on the east side of Washington State, this is absolutely our best option, in my opinion. For our hour specific. Clint: For our our specific situation. Yes. Yeah, it'd be different if we were moving all of our household stuff. Yeah. Yeah. And I guess just to to broaden that to maybe make it more applicable to if you're not moving over the ocean. I always want to say overseas, but it isn't really because it's still the United States, but it kinda is. But anyway, Johnna: Yes. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. And I guess just to say overseas but it isn't really because it's still the United States. Yeah kinda is but anyway, just kinda tying all that stuff together that John was talking about at the start, when you find something that is the thing Clint: just kind of tying all that stuff together that John was talking about at the start, when you find something that is the thing that you're gonna just dive into, really finding that balance of okay, I need to do my due diligence, I need to make sure that this is the right thing, but also I gotta act. It it can't be, you know, because we were kind of running out of time because stuff takes time. Johnna: So I gotta act. Yeah. It can't be, you know This stuff takes time. Yeah. And you know, we've seen with other aspects of our Clint: And you know, we've seen with other aspects of our recent lives where, you know, if you do too much due diligence and too much pondering and wondering, then all of a sudden the opportunity passes you by. Yeah. So it's that and and there's no right answer to it, but it's just a matter of, okay, I know I'm doing this, now I gotta lock in on it, make sure this is the right thing. Once I know that, now I gotta go. Right. Johnna: Yeah. Then all of a sudden the opportunity passes you by. Yep. Exactly. And and there's no right answer to it. But it's just a matter of, okay, I know I'm doing this, now I gotta lock in on it, make sure this is the right thing. Once I know that, now I gotta Right. And then also being able to pivot when things come up. You know, we're really good at pivoting. It was funny because I was telling you this morning that this whole move to Kawaii really reminds me of when I made the decision to ⁓ join the gym and get fit. And I just I was like, okay, I tried the gym for like a month and I was I remember I was driving. I'm like, okay, I'm I'm going all in. I'm going all in on this. this whole move to Kawaii really reminds me ⁓ of when I made the decision to ⁓ join the gym and get fit. I remember I was driving. I'm going all in. I'm going all in on this. Clint: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Johnna: and how quickly I watched body my body composition change from just being locked in. Not one foot in, one foot out. I have a exit plan, kind of a situation. It was just, nope, this is gonna work. This is the thing. and how quickly I watched body my body composition change from just being locked in. Not one foot in, one foot out. I have a exit plan, kind of a situation. It was just, nope, this is gonna work. This is the thing. And it's been the same thing with Kawaii. I mean, when did we come back from our trip? May May ninth. May ninth. Clint: kind of a situation. It was just nope, this is gonna work. This is the thing. kind of a situation. It was just nope, this is gonna work. This is the thing. And it's been the same thing with Hawaii. I mean when did we come back from our trip? May May ninth. May ninth. It's just insane to me that we are at the point that we're at now. Johnna: It's just insane to me that we are at the point that we're at now with what has gotten done, how things are moving, and super exciting. But again, when you have a goal, listener, or you have a hope and you have a dream and you just make that decision in your head, this is what I'm doing, it it will happen, right? The universe backs you unless it's, you know, not not your plan. Clint: You just make that decision in your head, this is what I'm doing, if it will happen, right? The universe backs you. Johnna: Right, not not in your cards because we've also we've had that, right, with previous ideas of moving. But I will say couple things. Clint: with previous ideas. But I will say a a couple things. Shocker. ⁓ just to that point, I don't know that those other things were ever really locked in as our plan. It was like, well this kind of sounds good. This might be an option. And then nope. This one was when when we I I mean, I don't know when it exactly happened, but when we decided this is what we're doing. Yeah. Johnna: No. Yeah. This one. Clint: there hasn't been any sort of hesitation since then. And so I think that's an important it's an important feeling to remember with whatever that is, whether it's, you know, you're gonna you're gonna start resistance training, you know, get healthy, change your diet, open a business, move wherever you're moving. Johnna: None. No gut feeling. And so I think that's an important it's an important feeling to remember with whatever that is. start resistance training, you know, get healthy, change your diet, open a business, move over your movement. You've got that feeling of I know this is it. Like like we were just talking about with going to the gym. And then remembering that feeling because there there's always going to be something that, you know, ⁓ it's it's snowing outside so I can't get to the or I I can't quote unquote get to the gym. You know, or I can make an excuse now. Clint: you've got that feeling of I know this is it like like what you were just talking about with going to the gym and then remembering that feeling because there there's always going to be something that you know ⁓ it's it's snowing outside so I can't get to the or I I can't quote unquote get to the gym, you know, or I can make an excuse now. You know, or this is it seems like it's it's preventing me from doing opening this business or or moving or whatever. Go back to that feeling of no there's nothing Johnna: you know, or this is it seems like it's it's preventing me from doing opening this business or or moving or whatever, go back to that feeling of no, there's nothing that's gonna stop me. These are just things I need to pivot through. These are things obstacles that I need to overcome. But but really maintaining that feeling of this is what I'm doing. Clint: that's gonna stop me. These are just things I need to pivot through, these are thing obstacles that I need to overcome, but but really maintaining that feeling of this is what I'm doing. Johnna: Yeah. I you know, maybe it's because I'm a Capricorn. But I I actually feel the switch in my body, plus I'm in tune with my body and we always talk about being in tune. There's a switch that happens where when I lock in on something, it is literally like eye on the prize. Like I just get this tunnel vision. That's not always great because a lot of things go to the wayside outside of that vision. And I'm really trying to you know be aware of that. That is a struggle that I have. so but there's just like this switch where it's like if that old feeling comes up, I'm like, no bitch, that's your bitch voice. You're gonna shut up. Like this is what we're doing. So so anyway, now I'm unemployed and yay. So I'm gonna read this, ⁓ I've been looking for jobs on Kawaii. And ⁓ what? You just gave me a you wanna say something look. Clint: I have to pee. Okay, so we're gonna pause. Johnna: Okay, so we're gonna pause and then Clint's gonna go pee and then we'll start back. Okay. Clint: If you okay. Johnna: Okay. All right, we're Clint Pede. And so ⁓ I this is ⁓ ⁓ this is kind of job I'm looking for on Kawhi. I'm just gonna read this post because ⁓ I ⁓ I need respite, People have been asking me, What are you gonna do on Kawhi? Are you gonna continue to train? Like what's your what's your future looking like? And I am at the point where I'm not controlling that and I'm not limiting the universe. I know that this entire move is God's plan and I'm really excited for whatever that next thing is, but I don't want to box myself in. It could be a whole new level of creativity. I'm ⁓ I'm a creative. I'm also an entrepreneur. I also love making ugly things beautiful. Like honestly, that's something that I absolutely love. But I'm still scanning for like, okay, what's what's the job? Because I'm gonna be a little bit selective and I I really just want a respite job, if that makes sense. Like something that's fun and casual and I can just chat with happy tourists, you know, and talk to people all around the world. So I'm gonna read this to you guys because this is like the perfect Jana job. The Beach Hut at Kaiuna Plantation in Kaloa. We are looking for a part time and full time help at our beach hut in Poipu. This is a service job at our beach hut that's right on the beach that will be dealing with beach rentals, booking surf school lessons, and helping customers that are staying on the property. ⁓ my goodness. I mean Clint: goodness. I mean any any ⁓ job description that is that was relatively short job description that says beach that many times beach hutch like so this is this is just one of many you know I just thought I'd Johnna: Yeah. Yeah. That says beach that many times. Yeah. And hut. Beach hut. I was like so this is this is just one of many. You know, I just thought I'd read this one. This is kind of what I'm looking for. Right? I just want to chill for a moment, kind of recalibrate and spend time on the beach like Asking the universe what I'm supposed to do. I am carrying a theme back from like, I don't even know, twenty nineteen. We've talked about how in the past each year I have like a theme for that year. And that year was no missed opportunities. And I am fully walking into that when when we move. Like no missed if I feel like I'm supposed to talk to someone, if I feel like you know, I'm supposed to go. somewhere I'm pretty in tune with my intuition, I'm gonna go ahead and do that and no missed opportunities. So that's what the future looks like. Now does that mean that I'm never going to do fitness again? No, it doesn't mean that because I I know that fitness is a gateway drug, right? And I want everyone to experience that gateway drug. That is my passion and you know is just a through line. But I need a little bit of a rest and a reset. So that's what future looks like for working Jana. Clint: And a little bit of an opportunity to allow for I mean you kind of alluded to this, but allow for whatever is next to present itself. Yeah. Just like just like with with what happened with the gym. Johnna: Yeah. Yep. Clint: You know, it's not like ten years ago you had this dream and then or not even this dream it was just like, Okay, now this is what I'm gonna do and now I'm gonna grind to do it and you know, whatever. It's like that kind of you put yourself in a position for that opportunity to present itself for you to then run with. Right. And so that's that's the goal really again is and I'm Johnna: Right. Yeah. So that's that's the goal, yeah. Yeah. And I'm just walking in complete trust that the best thing is going to happen. And obviously we're gonna continue with elevated life. All of the regular content is just gonna get an upgrade because it's gonna be on Kawaii. And I'm also gonna have time to pour into it, right? I feel very divide or I I have felt very divided, as we've gone through this because I'm running elevated fitness and mobility. I've got personal training clients, I've got a home, I've got kids, I've got all these things. So now that I'm just can focus on elevated life and my beach hut job, ⁓ you know, it's just gonna expand even more. So that's that's what Jonna is going to do for work in the immediate future. I don't know what'll happen after that. Clint: Yeah, I'm excited. I mean, I don't know I don't have much to add to that. I'm I'm really excited to see what happens because I know when you've been given the opportunity to do those things in the past, you know, the the the gym came up, the this came up, 'cause this was just another thing that wa that spawned out of your having an opportunity to be creative. Yeah. Johnna: Yeah. Winter. That's how Elevated Live was was formed because what do you do when the sun goes down at three thirty and you're like twiddling your thumbs, right? Well you create something. At least that's you know, what I like to do. So I know that our podcasts have been like super full of kawaii and moving and all of those things and that's just where it is right now, guys, because we are sharing our life with you and really to inspire you that you can Can do it. Whatever that hope and dream in your heart is, it is there for a reason. It was planted there for a reason. Start taking the steps to have that come into the three D world, right? Take it out of the quantum and bring it into the three D world with action. You can absolutely do it. I mean that's really it. Yeah, I I I really like Clint: Yeah, I I I really like to think of this as the the the proof in the pudding, so to speak, of w what we've been doing, you know, at various levels for a long time. But if you just take like the last maybe like with elevated life when you know, I just found a notebook of when we did seventy five hard which was the beginning of twenty twenty five. And Johnna: Yeah. ⁓ Yeah. Clint: you know, all those things that in the moment it's really hard to see, you know, how is all this inner work really helping? What is it really doing? You know, which is something that we struggle with a lot on this podcast, trying to give examples or or talk about the end result because it's different for everybody. You don't really know when it's gonna happen. You don't know how it's gonna happen. Johnna: All those things that in the Yeah. Doing, you know, which is something that we struggle with a lot. give examples or or talk about the end result because it's different for everybody. Yeah. You don't really know when it's gonna happen. You don't know how it's gonna happen. But then when things happen and you can look back on it and say, you know, at the very least you can say stuff like, Man, I wouldn't have been able to pivot like this Yeah. With Clint: But then when things happen and you can look back on it and say, you know, at the very least you can say stuff like, Man, I wouldn't have been able to pivot like this Yeah. Without you know, because the the other thing that we don't talk about a whole bunch, but ⁓ like unless I've suppressed something, I don't think we fought. Johnna: unless I've suppressed something, I don't think we fought. No. No. In this whole time. And we've had some stressful moments. And not that we're perfect. Like I don't want to come out and be like, ⁓ my gosh, we have the best relationship because I have gotten snarky and you know There's been moments for both of us. Yeah. But I I just wanna highlight that one of the ways we've been able to really quickly get Clint: in this whole time. And we've had some stressful moments. Right because There's been moments, for sure, for both of us. But I I just wanna highlight that one of the ways we've been able to really quickly get through those things is because of all the stuff that we've done. Because of all the stuff that we talk about on here, that's that's what's one thing at least. Johnna: is because of all the stuff that we've done. Totally. All the stuff that we talk about on here, that's that's what's one thing at least, enabled us to be able to pivot, to be able to, okay, I'm all fucking pissed off about whatever, but it I got it out. I dealt with it, I in you know, internalized it, I dealt with it. I didn't take it out on you. Yeah. And you Clint: enabled us to be able to pivot, to be able to, okay, I'm all fucking pissed off about whatever, but it I got it out. I I dealt with it, I in you know, internalized it, I dealt with it. I didn't take it out on you. Yeah. and you didn't look for something or vice versa. Y you know what I mean? Because maybe we're both irritated and then you get a little snarky, well, that might be my opportunity to snark back and then get out my frustration that way. You know, there wasn't or again, vice versa. There there wasn't that because, at least in part, of everything that we've done individually and together from all the stuff that we talk about all the time. Johnna: didn't look for something or vice versa. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. Because maybe we're both irritated and then you get a little snarky, well, that might be my opportunity to snark back and then get out my frustration that way. You know, there wasn't or again, vice versa. Yeah. There there wasn't that because, at least in part, of everything that we've done individually and together, from all the stuff that we talk about. Well, and it's really fascinating 'cause even last night I I have these moments where I'm very dysregulated in the packing, in the overwhelm of my house being completely chaotic, you know, and Clint was like, How you doing? And I was just like, I'm ⁓ what did I say? I just did a line of life. Yeah. Meaning I'm like really amped up and dysregulated and trying to figure out all these things and you know, then he knows. Clint: Yeah. Meaning I'm like really immed up and dysregulated and Johnna: Like, okay, I forget what you said. Like you were very gentle with me and it just kind of brought me down. So we and it's a little bit cheesy too because it's like I'm projecting right now. Like we we actually speak the words, right? Because we're ⁓ knowledgeable on what we're doing. So it's like Clint: And it's a little bit cheesy too because it's like I'm projecting right now. Like we we actually speak the words, right? Because we're ⁓ knowledgeable in what we're doing. So it's like I'm completely dysregulated right now. I'm Johnna: I'm completely dysregulated right now. I'm out of my mind. And that's how I am. And I'm sorry, but this is how I'm gonna be right now because it has to work through my body. And he's not taking personal offense to that. Cause very rarely is it clean going, I'm dysregulated. It's it's me. Okay, it's me who's like, you know, feeling a lot of stress. There's been a couple of days where it's just been a lot of stress. And so, but because Clint: dysregulators. It's it's me. Hey, it's me who's like, you know, feeling a lot of stress. There's been a couple of days where it's just been And so but because we've had to go to the depths of hell to retrieve our soul. you know, we can talk about it and not take things personally when the other person is feeling fussy or whatever that is. It just kind of rolls off. Johnna: We've had to go to the depths of hell to retrieve our soul. you know, we can talk about it and not take things personally when the other person is feeling fussy or whatever that is. It just kind of rolls off. And I'm not gonna say that it's always gonna be like that because we're in the thick of this. We still have a flight to catch and a whole unpacking on the other side that's going to happen. But so far, you know, integration. I've talked about this. Walking the shit out that you spew. Clint: you know, integration. I've talked about this. Walking the shit out that you spew. I could never listen to myself if I sat in front of this mic and was like, ⁓ my gosh, blah blah blah and then I turned off the mic Johnna: I could never listen to myself if I sat in front of this mic and was like, ⁓ my gosh, blah, blah, blah. And then I turned off the mic and I walked out of here and lived completely different. Like that is such bullshit. So this is why it's like, no, this is real life here. And I'm so grateful that we've gone through all of this shit in all the past podcasts, especially 2025, was just a fucking shit show. And we told you guys all about it. Clint: different. Yeah. Like that is such bullshit. So this is why it's like, no, this is real life here and I'm so grateful that we've gone through all of this shit and Johnna: And I'm so grateful for it now because I wouldn't even have I wouldn't even have the capacity to hold a Kawhi move in my field had I not walked through this or that. And I'm still doing it, right? Clint: And I'm so grateful for it now. Yeah. Because I wouldn't even have I wouldn't even have the capacity to in my field had I not walked through this or that. And it, right? I was just gonna say walked through it as consistently excuse me. As consistently as we could in the in the moments where really applying the things in in situations that weren't as Johnna: say it walked through it as consistently, excuse me, as consistently as we could in the in the moments where really applying the things in in situations that weren't as Clint: Man, excuse me, sorry about that. That weren't as ⁓ far reaching, let's say, as as they are now, but still being able to to practice those things essentially. Yeah, and and really refining them and in integrating, embedding, ingraining, you know, what ha whatever words you want to use into just how we exist all the time. Again, not saying we're perfect, far from perfect, but Johnna: that weren't as ⁓ far reaching, let's say, as as they are now, but still being able to to practice. Having the tools. Yeah. Right? And really refining them and in integrating, embedding into just how we exist all the time. Again, not saying we're perfect. No perfect. But man, it it something in the past that might have escalated into, you know, a three day I'm sure a lot Clint: Man, it it something in the past that might have escalated into, you know, a three day I'm sure a lot of you listening ⁓ know what I'm talking about, that three day of fine, we're just not gonna talk to each other, you know, and just go about our separate lives and then all of a sudden it's like, ⁓ everything's fine now. Yeah. Which no, it doesn't, but it's very common. We I'm very comfortable in saying we do not do that now. Johnna: Day of fine, we're just not gonna talk to each other. Yeah, you know, and just go about our separate lives, and then all of a sudden it's like, ⁓ everything's fine now. Yeah, that doesn't work. No, it doesn't, but it's very common. Yes. We I'm very comfortable in saying we do not do that now. No. And and we've had plenty of opportunities. Clint: And and we've had plenty of opportunities the last couple of months to do those things. And then everything else just gets derailed then. Like we have decisions to make every day. We've talked about this a lot, but we have lots of days that feel like a week. Like a week's worth of shit that happened in you know, and maybe it's like noon. So Johnna: And then everything else just gets derailed then. Yeah. Like we have decisions to make every day. We've talked about this a lot, but we have lots of days that feel like a week. Like weeks worth of shit that happened in you know, and maybe it's like noon. Yeah. So those things can't happen if you haven't already done all the stuff that we've talked about to be able to just work through all those quickly and efficiently and effectively. And not just be like, Okay, now I need to just Clint: Those things can't happen if you haven't already done all the stuff that we've talked about to be able to just work through all those quickly and efficiently and effectively and not just be like, Okay, now I need to just push this down because, you know, we have to have a conversation. I still don't want to talk to you for another two days, but we have to have a conversation now, so let's just do it. Like that just that doesn't exist anymore. Johnna: push this down because, you know, we have to have a conversation. I still don't want to talk to you for another two days but we have have a conversation now, so let's just do it. Like that just that doesn't exist in your I'm super grateful for the tools. I'm really grateful. And I can't say that ⁓ during you know, all of the shit I was grateful for all the things that were coming to the surface as I was really digging deep. Like it was so hard. And people talk about, you know, how it's easy. At least there's there's like people talking about how hard it is, people talking about how easy it is. It's frickin' hard. And it's hard to walk out. You know, it just is. But I'm so grateful that, you know, I dug deep and did it. Because it's not fake. It's real. And I'm fucking proud of myself because it was hard as fuck. Uh-huh. And anyone who tells you that it's easy is a liar and actually hasn't done it. Because it's not. It's just a lot. Clint: And anyone who tells you that it's easy Johnna: It's a lot. So I'm grateful that, you know, we both did that together and we have the growth mindset. Otherwise we wouldn't even be together. We talk about that all the time. Like it just it wouldn't have worked out. And just allowing each other to be who we are. You know, that's the other thing. And it's been super helpful. So anyway, coming up in the future, we're going camping this weekend because we need to schedule rest ⁓ because we're at that phase. And I'm super excited about that. I get to spend time on the board before it has to be shipped away. And then after that, Granger comes back from ⁓ North Carolina with his new bride and gets to spend time here and in Oregon seeing family. And then ⁓ my goodness, the countdown is on. Like we are thirty days from flying out. How many days are in July? Thirty one? Okay. Clint: Yeah. We are thirty days from flying out. How many days are in July? Thirty one? Thirty one. Okay. So we're thirty one days. Yeah. Johnna: So we're thirty one days from flying out. Can you believe that, guys? Like seriously. That is insane. Anyway, thank you for listening. Thank you for enduring our constant kawaii talk. I also wanted to say, I don't know, we haven't even talked about this. Our last podcast that we dropped. Did you put it on YouTube where I'm upside down? Clint: Did you put it on YouTube where I'm upside down? ⁓ no. What actually happened is your camera turned off. ⁓ it did. Yeah. Okay. Anyway. So the last few minutes. I'm just not there. You're just not there. You're talking. You're talking still, but Johnna: ⁓ it did. Okay. Anyway. I'm just not there. That's okay. Yeah, I just wanted to mention if you watched on YouTube I was upside down because when we were recording in the motel the phones kept falling. This might be the last podcast in this setting. We don't know because we're packing stuff up, guys. Yeah, that's a good point. I think about that. It might be outside or somewhere else. We don't know. So anyway, do you have anything else that you want to add, sir? I would just echo the Clint: Yeah, that's a good point. I didn't even think about that. Yeah, it might be. I would just echo the the gratitude of ⁓ hanging with us through this stuff. You know, it's been a lot of life updates. I mean, I won't echo everything that you said, but and a little bit you know, not as scheduled as we would like it. You know, we've tried our best, but you know, I don't even like saying that. Scratch that from the record. Johnna: Scheduled as we would like if Clint: But the just really, really grateful to everybody listening, still bearing with us as we as we go through this. Johnna: Yeah. Yeah. And we hope that this is helpful for other people that are moving to Hawaii. I think we told you guys like eighteen podcasts ago that we searched YouTube to, you know, get tips and trips tricks for moving to Hawaii and there was just none. And so part of really talking about this is that And the art of letting go, the art of pivoting, the art of finding, you know, movers and shakers, and there's not a ton of them out there. So that's why we're sharing this as well. We hope that it was helpful. Thank you for listening. Have a lovely day. Clint: We'll talk to soon.
