- 0:21Speaker 1: Realizing we are asking ourselves to do a special favor, become more aware.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It is not lightly one does this, for it opens a Pandora's box of mental activity, images, conversations, which can be awe-inspiring and/or overwhelming, confusion, with multiple overlapping thoughts.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Focus and concentration are tools we utilize to find our balance when we are "proverbally" lost.
- 1:07Speaker 1: It is similar to the definition of yoga, which is to harness or to yoke.
- 1:16Speaker 1: In this instance, one's mind, rather than a horse or perhaps in those days, oxen.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It is to yoke one's mind, to focus and concentrate.

- 1:52Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So what is it we're talking about?
- 1:57Speaker 1: We're each going to be having something different in our minds because each of us, uniquely and environmentally, in one's Life is going to be so dissimilar.
- 2:11Speaker 1: What do we have in common?
- 2:13Speaker 1: We have an opportunity to reflect upon our own lives, consciousness, this energy oscillating everywhere in the air as we live, breathing this energy in through our nostrils or mouths, into our throats and lungs, and we begin to realize there's another avenue, an approach we can utilize for meditation.
- 2:53Speaker 1: The attraction of meditation is to be singularly focused upon one subject.
- 3:02Speaker 1: The subject is..... what do you, what do you know?
- 3:10Speaker 1: What do you, what do you show?
- 3:17Speaker 1: To many an answer is "one's physicality" is a great and common tool helping us thus continually flow with heightened awareness, perception, our goal.
- 3:42Speaker 1: One image before one's consciousness, an expansive, participatory universe in which each of us are intricately involved, having a means of settling one's mind, one's spirit, one's thought processes into coherence.
- 4:10Speaker 1: And a place to do this is upon the foundation of one's own being, of being alive, of having such an opportunity as we share, focusing, allowing ourselves to process data, information, moments in a more harmonious manner, organized, with a wider degree of perception of what is occurring.
- 4:52Speaker 1: The universe encompasses more than just this cloud in our heads, in our bodies.
- 5:00Speaker 1: When we delve down into whom and what we are, and one begins to take apart these processes and drills further, more and more become easier to see.
- 5:19Speaker 1: This is the story.
- 5:22Speaker 1: This is everything.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Practice is how we succeed.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Making the time to do these things we're talking about, thinking.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Thinking about our processes of breathing, circulation, of the warmth emanating from our bodies, from the shimmering ecstasy of thirty seven trillion cells.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It is all here always until it's not.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Do not look to another, look inside, finding, one's shimmering majesty.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Flowing, in the firmament of this star laden universe, each of us is a star onto a different realm of energy, recognizing this fabric spread across this vastness, this immensity of which we suggest is here, is there, is everywhere.
- 6:52Speaker 1: James Webb Telescope.

- 8:15Speaker 1: Each of us is a shining beacon, allowing one's light to be positively bright, bringing warmth, humility, and gratitude to whomever and whatever you are doing.
- 8:37Speaker 1: This is a possible goal for anyone to shine your majesties with grace, kindness, compassion.
