  I
• 0:00
  was
• 0:00
  chatting
• 0:01
  to
• 0:01
  a
• 0:01
  client
• 0:01
  the
• 0:02
  other
• 0:02
  day
• 0:02
  and
• 0:03
  she
• 0:03
  said
• 0:03
  something
• 0:03
  that
• 0:03
  really
• 0:04
  made
• 0:04
  me
• 0:04
  stop
• 0:05
  and
• 0:05
  smile
• 0:06
  and
• 0:06
  it
• 0:06
  stayed
• 0:06
  with
• 0:07
  me
• 0:07
  ever
• 0:08
  since.
• 0:09
  It
• 0:09
  was,
• 0:10
  I
• 0:10
  like
• 0:10
  the
• 0:10
  sport
• 0:11
  of
• 0:11
  it.
• 0:13
  And
• 0:13
  it
• 0:13
  hit
• 0:13
  me
• 0:13
  that
• 0:14
  you
• 0:14
  really
• 0:14
  do
• 0:15
  need
• 0:15
  to
• 0:15
  like
• 0:15
  the
• 0:15
  sport.
• 0:16
  I
• 0:16
  often
• 0:17
  call
• 0:17
  it
• 0:17
  the
• 0:17
  game.
• 0:18
  You
• 0:18
  need
• 0:18
  to
• 0:18
  like
• 0:18
  the
• 0:19
  game
• 0:19
  of
• 0:19
  entrepreneurship.
• 0:21
  You
• 0:21
  need
• 0:21
  to
• 0:21
  like
• 0:22
  that
• 0:22
  game
• 0:22
  of
• 0:22
  building
• 0:23
  your
• 0:23
  business.
• 0:25
  And
• 0:25
  this
• 0:25
  isn't
• 0:25
  me
• 0:26
  here
• 0:26
  to
• 0:26
  discourage
• 0:27
  you
• 0:27
  because
• 0:28
  somebody
• 0:28
  tried
• 0:29
  to
• 0:29
  do
• 0:29
  that
• 0:29
  to
• 0:29
  me
• 0:29
  when
• 0:30
  I
• 0:30
  started
• 0:30
  my
• 0:30
  business,
• 0:31
  but
• 0:31
  it
• 0:31
  is
• 0:31
  sharing
• 0:32
  some
• 0:32
  honest
• 0:33
  truths
• 0:33
  that
• 0:33
  I
• 0:33
  wish
• 0:34
  I
• 0:34
  had
• 0:34
  known
• 0:34
  earlier.
• 0:35
  Because
• 0:36
  when
• 0:36
  you
• 0:36
  understand
• 0:36
  these
• 0:37
  things,
• 0:37
  it
• 0:37
  becomes
• 0:38
  so
• 0:38
  much
• 0:38
  easier
• 0:39
  to
• 0:39
  keep
• 0:39
  going
• 0:40
  and
• 0:40
  actually
• 0:40
  enjoy
• 0:41
  the
• 0:41
  journey.
• 0:43
  It's
• 0:43
  of
• 0:43
  no
• 0:43
  surprise
• 0:44
  to
• 0:44
  me
• 0:45
  that
• 0:45
  this
• 0:45
  person
• 0:46
  is
• 0:46
  probably
• 0:47
  my
• 0:47
  most
• 0:48
  successful
• 0:49
  client
• 0:50
  and
• 0:51
  that's
• 0:51
  why,
• 0:52
  because
• 0:52
  you
• 0:52
  have
• 0:53
  to
• 0:53
  like
• 0:53
  the
• 0:54
  sport
• 0:54
  of
• 0:54
  it
• 0:55
  to
• 0:55
  actually
• 0:56
  build
• 0:56
  that
• 0:56
  success.
• 0:58
  She,
• 0:58
  like
• 0:59
  everybody
• 0:59
  else,
• 1:00
  went
• 1:00
  through
• 1:01
  all
• 1:01
  of
• 1:01
  the
• 1:02
  lows
• 1:02
  that
• 1:02
  come
• 1:03
  with
• 1:03
  the
• 1:03
  highs.
• 1:04
  So
• 1:05
  putting
• 1:05
  in
• 1:06
  six
• 1:06
  months
• 1:07
  of
• 1:07
  work
• 1:07
  with
• 1:07
  zero
• 1:08
  return
• 1:08
  at
• 1:08
  the
• 1:09
  beginning.
• 1:10
  Going
• 1:11
  through
• 1:11
  all
• 1:11
  of
• 1:11
  the
• 1:12
  generic
• 1:12
  niching
• 1:13
  things.
• 1:13
  Going
• 1:13
  through
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  whole
• 1:14
  phase
• 1:15
  when
• 1:15
  your
• 1:15
  content's
• 1:16
  just
• 1:16
  boring
• 1:17
  and
• 1:17
  no
• 1:17
  one's
• 1:17
  really
• 1:18
  liking
• 1:18
  it,
• 1:18
  and
• 1:19
  you're
• 1:19
  working
• 1:19
  really
• 1:19
  hard,
• 1:20
  you're
• 1:20
  doing
• 1:20
  all
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  consistent
• 1:21
  things,
• 1:22
  and
• 1:22
  it's
• 1:22
  just
• 1:22
  not
• 1:23
  working.
• 1:24
  So
• 1:24
  don't
• 1:24
  think
• 1:24
  that
• 1:24
  this
• 1:25
  is
• 1:25
  just
• 1:26
  like
• 1:26
  a
• 1:26
  magic
• 1:26
  pill,
• 1:29
  but
• 1:29
  the
• 1:29
  fact
• 1:29
  that
• 1:29
  she's
• 1:29
  come
• 1:30
  through
• 1:30
  those
• 1:30
  things
• 1:31
  is
• 1:31
  what
• 1:31
  makes
• 1:31
  me
• 1:31
  realize
• 1:33
  that
• 1:33
  that
• 1:33
  is
• 1:33
  why
• 1:34
  she
• 1:34
  is
• 1:34
  successful.
• 1:35
  Because
• 1:35
  she
• 1:35
  likes
• 1:36
  the
• 1:36
  sport
• 1:36
  of
• 1:37
  it.
• 1:38
  So
• 1:38
  my
• 1:38
  key
• 1:39
  point
• 1:39
  here
• 1:39
  is
• 1:39
  to
• 1:40
  fall
• 1:40
  in
• 1:40
  love
• 1:40
  with
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  process,
• 1:41
  not
• 1:42
  just
• 1:42
  the
• 1:42
  outcome.
• 1:43
  When
• 1:44
  you
• 1:44
  embrace
• 1:45
  the
• 1:45
  fact
• 1:45
  that
• 1:45
  there
• 1:45
  are
• 1:45
  no
• 1:46
  guarantees
• 1:47
  in
• 1:47
  life,
• 1:48
  you
• 1:48
  also
• 1:49
  give
• 1:49
  yourself
• 1:49
  permission
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  be
• 1:50
  creative,
• 1:51
  to
• 1:51
  trust
• 1:52
  yourself,
• 1:52
  to
• 1:52
  try
• 1:53
  new
• 1:53
  things,
• 1:54
  and
• 1:54
  to
• 1:54
  take
• 1:55
  complete
• 1:56
  ownership
• 1:56
  of
• 1:56
  what
• 1:57
  happens
• 1:57
  next
• 1:58
  in
• 1:58
  your
• 1:58
  life
• 1:58
  and
• 1:59
  your
• 1:59
  business.
• 2:00
  That
• 2:00
  is
• 2:00
  when
• 2:00
  you
• 2:01
  20
• 2:01
  x
• 2:02
  your
• 2:02
  personal
• 2:02
  growth
• 2:03
  as
• 2:03
  a
• 2:03
  person
• 2:04
  and
• 2:04
  also
• 2:04
  as
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  business.
• 2:06
  Because
• 2:07
  reward
• 2:07
  comes
• 2:08
  with
• 2:08
  risk.
• 2:09
  So
• 2:09
  whilst
• 2:10
  I've
• 2:10
  helped
• 2:10
  hundreds
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  people
• 2:11
  do
• 2:12
  this.
• 2:12
  There's
• 2:13
  no
• 2:13
  reason
• 2:13
  you
• 2:13
  won't
• 2:14
  be
• 2:14
  successful.
• 2:15
  You
• 2:16
  as
• 2:16
  the
• 2:16
  business
• 2:17
  owner,
• 2:17
  as
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  CEO
• 2:19
  for
• 2:19
  your
• 2:19
  business,
• 2:20
  need
• 2:20
  to
• 2:20
  learn
• 2:21
  how
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  take
• 2:22
  risks,
• 2:22
  how
• 2:22
  to
• 2:23
  believe
• 2:23
  in
• 2:23
  yourself,
• 2:24
  how
• 2:24
  to
• 2:24
  trust
• 2:25
  yourself
• 2:25
  to
• 2:26
  get
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  outcome
• 2:26
  that
• 2:27
  you
• 2:27
  want.
• 2:28
  Every
• 2:28
  single
• 2:28
  time
• 2:29
  I've
• 2:29
  made
• 2:29
  an
• 2:29
  investment
• 2:30
  right
• 2:30
  from
• 2:31
  the
• 2:31
  start
• 2:31
  of
• 2:31
  my
• 2:31
  business.
• 2:32
  I've
• 2:33
  felt
• 2:33
  just
• 2:33
  like
• 2:34
  you
• 2:34
  do
• 2:34
  when
• 2:34
  you
• 2:34
  make
• 2:34
  an
• 2:35
  investment
• 2:35
  thinking.
• 2:37
  I
• 2:37
  don't
• 2:37
  wanna
• 2:37
  waste
• 2:37
  this
• 2:38
  money.
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  need
• 2:38
  to
• 2:38
  know
• 2:39
  this
• 2:39
  is
• 2:39
  gonna
• 2:39
  work.
• 2:40
  What
• 2:40
  if
• 2:40
  this
• 2:40
  is
• 2:40
  the
• 2:40
  wrong
• 2:40
  decision?
• 2:41
  All
• 2:42
  of
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  fear,
• 2:43
  I
• 2:43
  still
• 2:43
  actually
• 2:44
  feel
• 2:44
  it
• 2:44
  now.
• 2:45
  I've
• 2:45
  invested
• 2:45
  in
• 2:46
  two
• 2:47
  different
• 2:47
  coaches
• 2:47
  over
• 2:48
  the
• 2:48
  summer
• 2:49
  and
• 2:49
  I
• 2:49
  still
• 2:50
  really
• 2:50
  do
• 2:51
  get
• 2:51
  that
• 2:51
  fear
• 2:51
  and
• 2:52
  afterwards
• 2:52
  I
• 2:52
  think,
• 2:53
  oh,
• 2:53
  did
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  really
• 2:54
  need
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  spend
• 2:54
  this
• 2:55
  money?
• 2:55
  Maybe
• 2:56
  I
• 2:56
  don't
• 2:56
  really
• 2:56
  need
• 2:57
  to
• 2:57
  do
• 2:57
  this,
• 2:58
  and
• 2:58
  all
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  things,
• 2:59
  but
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  just
• 2:59
  know
• 2:59
  once
• 3:00
  I
• 3:00
  start
• 3:00
  working
• 3:01
  with
• 3:01
  these
• 3:01
  people,
• 3:02
  I
• 3:02
  will
• 3:02
  be
• 3:03
  so
• 3:03
  grateful
• 3:04
  that
• 3:04
  I
• 3:04
  made
• 3:04
  the
• 3:05
  investment
• 3:05
  in
• 3:05
  myself.
• 3:06
  That
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  took
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  time
• 3:07
  to
• 3:08
  spend
• 3:08
  on
• 3:09
  me
• 3:09
  and
• 3:10
  my
• 3:10
  personal
• 3:10
  development,
• 3:11
  my
• 3:11
  business
• 3:11
  development,
• 3:13
  because
• 3:13
  a
• 3:13
  lot
• 3:13
  of
• 3:13
  the
• 3:14
  time
• 3:14
  we
• 3:14
  are
• 3:14
  just
• 3:15
  sending
• 3:15
  signals
• 3:15
  to
• 3:16
  ourself
• 3:16
  that
• 3:16
  this
• 3:17
  will
• 3:17
  work
• 3:18
  for
• 3:18
  us,
• 3:19
  and
• 3:19
  that
• 3:19
  is
• 3:19
  the
• 3:19
  power
• 3:20
  in
• 3:20
  investing
• 3:20
  as
• 3:21
  well,
• 3:21
  is
• 3:22
  showing
• 3:22
  yourself
• 3:23
  that
• 3:23
  you
• 3:23
  are
• 3:23
  serious
• 3:24
  about
• 3:24
  this.
• 3:25
  You
• 3:25
  are
• 3:25
  gonna
• 3:25
  actually
• 3:26
  show
• 3:26
  up
• 3:26
  and
• 3:26
  get
• 3:27
  the
• 3:27
  results
• 3:27
  that
• 3:27
  you
• 3:27
  have
• 3:28
  paid
• 3:28
  for.
• 3:29
  I
• 3:29
  don't
• 3:29
  know
• 3:30
  many
• 3:30
  entrepreneurs
• 3:31
  that
• 3:31
  have
• 3:31
  that
• 3:32
  glowing
• 3:32
  success
• 3:33
  story
• 3:34
  where
• 3:34
  they
• 3:34
  didn't
• 3:34
  have
• 3:35
  the
• 3:35
  rock
• 3:35
  bottom
• 3:35
  moment
• 3:36
  where
• 3:36
  they
• 3:36
  thought,
• 3:37
  oh,
• 3:37
  this
• 3:37
  is
• 3:37
  never
• 3:37
  gonna
• 3:38
  work.
• 3:38
  Why
• 3:38
  is
• 3:38
  nothing
• 3:39
  working?
• 3:39
  Why
• 3:39
  is
• 3:39
  no
• 3:39
  one
• 3:40
  paying
• 3:40
  me?
• 3:41
  Why
• 3:41
  is
• 3:41
  no
• 3:42
  one
• 3:42
  engaging
• 3:42
  with
• 3:42
  my
• 3:43
  content?
• 3:44
  And
• 3:44
  that's
• 3:44
  what
• 3:45
  entrepreneurship
• 3:46
  gives
• 3:46
  you
• 3:46
  is
• 3:47
  the
• 3:47
  personal
• 3:47
  growth
• 3:48
  to
• 3:48
  go
• 3:48
  through
• 3:49
  those
• 3:49
  moments
• 3:50
  again
• 3:51
  and
• 3:51
  again
• 3:51
  and
• 3:51
  again.
• 3:52
  And
• 3:52
  if
• 3:52
  you
• 3:53
  are
• 3:53
  on
• 3:53
  this
• 3:53
  journey,
• 3:53
  I'm
• 3:54
  hoping
• 3:54
  you
• 3:54
  are
• 3:54
  smiling
• 3:55
  now
• 3:55
  because
• 3:55
  you
• 3:56
  will
• 3:56
  know
• 3:56
  that
• 3:56
  rollercoaster
• 3:57
  of,
• 3:58
  oh
• 3:58
  my
• 3:58
  gosh,
• 3:58
  everything's
• 3:59
  okay.
• 3:59
  I've
• 3:59
  got
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  client
• 4:00
  today.
• 4:00
  And
• 4:01
  then,
• 4:01
  ah.
• 4:01
  Where's
• 4:02
  my
• 4:02
  next
• 4:02
  one
• 4:02
  gonna
• 4:03
  come
• 4:03
  from?
• 4:03
  And
• 4:03
  you
• 4:04
  go
• 4:04
  down
• 4:04
  back
• 4:04
  to
• 4:05
  the
• 4:05
  low
• 4:05
  and
• 4:05
  you
• 4:05
  think,
• 4:06
  oh,
• 4:06
  nothing's
• 4:06
  working.
• 4:07
  It's
• 4:08
  exactly
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  same.
• 4:09
  If
• 4:09
  you
• 4:09
  think
• 4:09
  about
• 4:09
  your
• 4:09
  social
• 4:10
  content,
• 4:11
  sometimes
• 4:11
  you
• 4:11
  can
• 4:12
  go
• 4:12
  through
• 4:12
  a
• 4:12
  really
• 4:12
  good
• 4:13
  phase.
• 4:13
  You
• 4:13
  feel
• 4:13
  like
• 4:13
  you've
• 4:14
  nailed
• 4:14
  it,
• 4:14
  and
• 4:14
  then
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  algorithm
• 4:15
  changes
• 4:16
  and
• 4:16
  suddenly
• 4:17
  nothing's
• 4:17
  working
• 4:18
  again.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:19
  what
• 4:20
  going
• 4:20
  through
• 4:20
  those
• 4:21
  moments
• 4:21
  gives
• 4:21
  you
• 4:22
  is
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  skills
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  a
• 4:23
  successful
• 4:24
  business
• 4:25
  owner.
• 4:26
  You
• 4:26
  can't
• 4:26
  have
• 4:27
  the
• 4:28
  attributes
• 4:29
  of
• 4:29
  a
• 4:29
  CEO
• 4:30
  without
• 4:30
  going
• 4:31
  through
• 4:31
  those
• 4:31
  highs
• 4:32
  and
• 4:32
  lows.
• 4:33
  If
• 4:33
  you
• 4:33
  think
• 4:33
  about
• 4:34
  the
• 4:34
  CEO
• 4:35
  in
• 4:35
  maybe
• 4:35
  your
• 4:35
  past
• 4:36
  organization.
• 4:38
  Then
• 4:38
  you
• 4:38
  will
• 4:38
  know
• 4:39
  that
• 4:39
  they
• 4:39
  usually
• 4:39
  worked
• 4:40
  their
• 4:40
  way
• 4:40
  up.
• 4:40
  They
• 4:41
  didn't
• 4:41
  just
• 4:41
  appear
• 4:42
  as
• 4:42
  the
• 4:42
  CEO.
• 4:43
  Maybe
• 4:43
  they
• 4:44
  slowly
• 4:44
  started
• 4:45
  getting
• 4:45
  promotions,
• 4:46
  running
• 4:46
  a
• 4:46
  team,
• 4:47
  until
• 4:47
  eventually
• 4:48
  they
• 4:48
  had
• 4:49
  earned
• 4:49
  their
• 4:49
  stripes
• 4:50
  as
• 4:50
  the
• 4:50
  CEO
• 4:52
  so
• 4:52
  stop
• 4:53
  seeing
• 4:53
  early
• 4:54
  progress
• 4:54
  as
• 4:54
  pointless
• 4:55
  if
• 4:55
  it
• 4:55
  doesn't
• 4:56
  hit
• 4:56
  those
• 4:56
  big
• 4:57
  income
• 4:57
  targets,
• 4:58
  those
• 4:59
  are
• 4:59
  the
• 4:59
  moments
• 5:00
  that
• 5:00
  you
• 5:00
  will
• 5:00
  look
• 5:01
  back
• 5:01
  on
• 5:02
  and
• 5:02
  be
• 5:02
  so,
• 5:02
  so
• 5:03
  proud
• 5:03
  of.
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  think
• 5:04
  my
• 5:05
  biggest,
• 5:06
  most
• 5:06
  proud
• 5:06
  moment
• 5:07
  is
• 5:07
  probably
• 5:08
  my
• 5:08
  first
• 5:08
  ever
• 5:08
  paying
• 5:09
  client.
• 5:09
  I
• 5:09
  tried
• 5:10
  to
• 5:10
  sell
• 5:10
  at
• 5:10
  650
• 5:12
  pounds
• 5:13
  and
• 5:13
  she
• 5:13
  negotiated
• 5:14
  me
• 5:14
  down
• 5:14
  to
• 5:15
  550
• 5:16
  pounds.
• 5:17
  It's
• 5:17
  still
• 5:17
  the
• 5:17
  moment
• 5:18
  I
• 5:18
  feel
• 5:18
  in
• 5:19
  my
• 5:19
  body
• 5:20
  when
• 5:21
  I
• 5:21
  think,
• 5:22
  oh
• 5:22
  my
• 5:22
  gosh,
• 5:23
  someone
• 5:24
  who
• 5:24
  I
• 5:24
  think
• 5:24
  is
• 5:24
  amazing
• 5:26
  has
• 5:26
  paid
• 5:26
  me
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  be
• 5:28
  their
• 5:28
  coach.
• 5:29
  So
• 5:29
  just
• 5:30
  know
• 5:30
  that
• 5:31
  all
• 5:31
  of
• 5:31
  these
• 5:31
  moments,
• 5:32
  these
• 5:32
  small
• 5:33
  ones
• 5:33
  especially
• 5:35
  are
• 5:35
  the
• 5:35
  moments
• 5:35
  you
• 5:35
  will
• 5:36
  look
• 5:36
  back
• 5:36
  on
• 5:36
  and
• 5:36
  see
• 5:37
  that
• 5:37
  all
• 5:37
  along
• 5:37
  you
• 5:38
  were
• 5:38
  blooming.
• 5:39
  I
• 5:40
  had
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  big
• 5:40
  wake
• 5:40
  up
• 5:41
  call
• 5:41
  of
• 5:41
  this
• 5:41
  myself
• 5:42
  recently
• 5:42
  because
• 5:43
  I
• 5:44
  have
• 5:44
  a
• 5:44
  mastermind
• 5:45
  called
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  Next
• 5:45
  Level
• 5:45
  Mastermind.
• 5:46
  I
• 5:46
  sent
• 5:47
  out
• 5:47
  a
• 5:47
  feedback
• 5:48
  form
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  the
• 5:48
  previous
• 5:49
  participants.
• 5:50
  I
• 5:50
  must
• 5:51
  admit,
• 5:51
  I
• 5:51
  have
• 5:52
  a
• 5:52
  huge
• 5:53
  teaching
• 5:54
  element
• 5:54
  in
• 5:54
  me
• 5:55
  and
• 5:55
  because
• 5:56
  in
• 5:56
  the
• 5:56
  Mastermind
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  don't
• 5:57
  really
• 5:58
  teach.
• 5:59
  It's
• 5:59
  actually
• 6:00
  been
• 6:00
  really
• 6:01
  tricky
• 6:01
  to
• 6:02
  own
• 6:03
  my
• 6:03
  value
• 6:04
  in
• 6:04
  that
• 6:04
  space
• 6:05
  initially
• 6:06
  because
• 6:06
  I'm
• 6:06
  so
• 6:07
  used
• 6:07
  to
• 6:07
  teaching
• 6:08
  like
• 6:08
  I
• 6:08
  do
• 6:09
  all
• 6:09
  of
• 6:09
  the
• 6:09
  time
• 6:10
  in
• 6:10
  this
• 6:10
  podcast,
• 6:11
  in
• 6:11
  my
• 6:11
  business
• 6:11
  of
• 6:11
  coaching
• 6:12
  program,
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  webinars
• 6:14
  and
• 6:14
  other
• 6:14
  things
• 6:14
  that
• 6:14
  I
• 6:15
  do
• 6:15
  that
• 6:15
  it
• 6:15
  felt
• 6:15
  really
• 6:16
  uncomfortable.
• 6:18
  Just
• 6:18
  holding
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  space.
• 6:20
  And
• 6:20
  anyway,
• 6:20
  I
• 6:21
  opened
• 6:21
  the
• 6:22
  feedback
• 6:22
  forms
• 6:23
  and
• 6:23
  they
• 6:24
  were
• 6:24
  10
• 6:25
  out
• 6:25
  of
• 6:25
  10.
• 6:26
  Would
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  recommend
• 6:27
  this
• 6:28
  mastermind
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  other
• 6:29
  people?
• 6:30
  Which
• 6:30
  made
• 6:30
  me
• 6:32
  so
• 6:32
  confused
• 6:33
  in
• 6:33
  all
• 6:33
  honesty
• 6:35
  of
• 6:35
  like,
• 6:35
  oh,
• 6:36
  wow,
• 6:37
  people
• 6:38
  are
• 6:38
  still
• 6:38
  gaining
• 6:39
  so
• 6:39
  much
• 6:39
  from
• 6:40
  just
• 6:40
  being
• 6:40
  part
• 6:41
  of
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  space.
• 6:42
  Having
• 6:42
  somewhere
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  celebrate
• 6:43
  wins.
• 6:44
  Having
• 6:45
  an
• 6:45
  amazing
• 6:46
  group
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  people
• 6:47
  who
• 6:47
  really
• 6:47
  get
• 6:47
  where
• 6:47
  they're
• 6:47
  at
• 6:48
  to
• 6:48
  share
• 6:49
  their
• 6:49
  experience,
• 6:50
  ask
• 6:50
  them
• 6:51
  great
• 6:51
  questions,
• 6:52
  but
• 6:52
  being
• 6:53
  part
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  something
• 6:54
  matters
• 6:55
  as
• 6:55
  much
• 6:56
  as
• 6:56
  information.
• 6:57
  So
• 6:57
  that's
• 6:57
  been
• 6:58
  my
• 6:58
  really
• 6:58
  big
• 6:59
  win
• 6:59
  over
• 6:59
  the
• 6:59
  summer.
• 7:01
  And
• 7:01
  that's
• 7:02
  why
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  am
• 7:02
  recording
• 7:03
  this
• 7:03
  podcast
• 7:04
  in
• 7:04
  fact.
• 7:05
  Because
• 7:05
  most
• 7:06
  of
• 7:06
  my
• 7:06
  podcasts,
• 7:07
  I
• 7:07
  teach
• 7:07
  a
• 7:08
  lot
• 7:08
  because
• 7:09
  I
• 7:09
  know
• 7:09
  a
• 7:09
  lot
• 7:09
  and
• 7:09
  there
• 7:10
  is
• 7:10
  a
• 7:10
  lot
• 7:10
  to
• 7:10
  learn.
• 7:11
  But
• 7:12
  what
• 7:12
  I
• 7:12
  really
• 7:12
  want
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  start
• 7:13
  doing
• 7:14
  is
• 7:14
  helping
• 7:14
  you
• 7:14
  to
• 7:15
  shift
• 7:15
  perspective.
• 7:17
  Because
• 7:17
  often
• 7:18
  it's
• 7:19
  not
• 7:19
  always
• 7:19
  in
• 7:20
  what
• 7:20
  we
• 7:20
  know.
• 7:21
  It
• 7:21
  is
• 7:21
  about
• 7:22
  who
• 7:22
  we
• 7:22
  are
• 7:22
  as
• 7:23
  a
• 7:23
  person
• 7:23
  that
• 7:23
  brings
• 7:24
  that
• 7:24
  success.
• 7:25
  And
• 7:25
  if
• 7:25
  I
• 7:25
  look
• 7:25
  around
• 7:26
  the
• 7:26
  room
• 7:26
  at
• 7:26
  my
• 7:27
  mastermind,
• 7:28
  there
• 7:28
  is
• 7:28
  not
• 7:28
  one
• 7:29
  person
• 7:29
  there
• 7:30
  that
• 7:30
  would
• 7:30
  ever
• 7:31
  ask
• 7:31
  for
• 7:32
  a
• 7:32
  guarantee
• 7:33
  that
• 7:33
  they
• 7:33
  will
• 7:33
  get
• 7:33
  X,
• 7:34
  Y,
• 7:34
  Z
• 7:34
  by
• 7:35
  becoming
• 7:35
  part
• 7:35
  of
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  Mastermind
• 7:37
  because
• 7:37
  they're
• 7:37
  experienced
• 7:38
  business
• 7:38
  owners
• 7:38
  and
• 7:39
  they
• 7:39
  know
• 7:39
  that
• 7:40
  they
• 7:40
  are
• 7:41
  responsible
• 7:41
  for
• 7:42
  their
• 7:42
  business
• 7:43
  and
• 7:43
  their
• 7:43
  results
• 7:44
  and
• 7:44
  their
• 7:44
  progress
• 7:45
  in
• 7:45
  that
• 7:45
  mastermind.
• 7:46
  So
• 7:47
  I
• 7:47
  think
• 7:47
  that
• 7:47
  is
• 7:48
  the
• 7:48
  difference
• 7:49
  between
• 7:50
  a
• 7:50
  new
• 7:50
  business
• 7:50
  owner
• 7:51
  who
• 7:51
  hasn't
• 7:52
  currently
• 7:53
  established
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  skills,
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  responsibility,
• 7:55
  the
• 7:55
  risk
• 7:56
  taking
• 7:56
  that
• 7:57
  entrepreneurship
• 7:57
  requires.
• 7:59
  Versus
• 8:00
  established
• 8:01
  business
• 8:01
  owners
• 8:02
  who
• 8:02
  have
• 8:03
  been
• 8:03
  through
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  highs,
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  lows,
• 8:05
  and
• 8:05
  got
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  the
• 8:05
  other
• 8:06
  side.
• 8:07
  So
• 8:07
  this
• 8:07
  episode
• 8:08
  is
• 8:08
  more
• 8:08
  about
• 8:09
  uncomfortable
• 8:09
  truths
• 8:10
  I
• 8:10
  don't
• 8:10
  always
• 8:11
  share
• 8:12
  because
• 8:14
  what
• 8:14
  I've
• 8:14
  realized
• 8:14
  from
• 8:15
  having
• 8:15
  a
• 8:15
  month
• 8:16
  off
• 8:16
  so
• 8:16
  far,
• 8:16
  I'm
• 8:17
  on
• 8:17
  my
• 8:17
  school
• 8:17
  holidays
• 8:18
  and
• 8:19
  suddenly
• 8:19
  I
• 8:20
  have
• 8:20
  the
• 8:20
  inspiration
• 8:21

  you.
• 8:23
  I've
• 8:23
  been
• 8:24
  running
• 8:25
  the
• 8:25
  same
• 8:25
  program
• 8:25
  now
• 8:25
  for
• 8:26
  over
• 8:26
  four
• 8:26
  years,
• 8:27
  which
• 8:27
  is
• 8:27
  really
• 8:27
  exciting.
• 8:28
  It's
• 8:28
  changed
• 8:29
  loads
• 8:29
  in
• 8:29
  that
• 8:30
  time.
• 8:30
  I'm
• 8:31
  still
• 8:31
  completely
• 8:31
  obsessed
• 8:32
  by
• 8:32
  it,
• 8:33
  but
• 8:33
  I'm
• 8:33
  also
• 8:34
  slightly
• 8:35
  jaded,
• 8:35
  I
• 8:35
  guess,
• 8:36
  when
• 8:36
  I
• 8:37
  see
• 8:37
  new
• 8:37
  coaches
• 8:38
  misled
• 8:39
  by
• 8:40
  a
• 8:41
  real
• 8:41
  lack
• 8:41
  of
• 8:42
  knowledge,
• 8:43
  and
• 8:43
  it
• 8:43
  hurts
• 8:44
  me
• 8:44
  because
• 8:44
  that
• 8:45
  was
• 8:45
  me.
• 8:45
  When
• 8:45
  you
• 8:46
  look
• 8:46
  back
• 8:46
  on
• 8:47
  what
• 8:47
  you
• 8:47
  used
• 8:47
  to
• 8:48
  think
• 8:48
  and
• 8:48
  believe,
• 8:50
  and
• 8:50
  I
• 8:51
  genuinely
• 8:51
  had
• 8:51
  no
• 8:52
  idea
• 8:52
  that
• 8:53
  there
• 8:53
  was
• 8:53
  gonna
• 8:53
  be
• 8:53
  a
• 8:53
  learning
• 8:54
  curve
• 8:54
  involved
• 8:54
  in
• 8:55
  building
• 8:55
  my
• 8:55
  business,
• 8:56
  as
• 8:56
  many
• 8:56
  coaches
• 8:57
  don't.
• 8:58
  I
• 8:58
  thought
• 8:58
  as
• 8:58
  soon
• 8:58
  as
• 8:59
  I
• 8:59
  had
• 8:59
  that
• 8:59
  qualification,
• 9:00
  I
• 9:00
  would
• 9:00
  just
• 9:01
  have
• 9:01
  people
• 9:01
  queuing
• 9:02
  up
• 9:02
  at
• 9:02
  my
• 9:02
  door
• 9:03
  for
• 9:03
  my
• 9:03
  coaching.
• 9:04
  I'm
• 9:05
  privileged
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  have
• 9:06
  started
• 9:07
  working
• 9:07
  with
• 9:08
  a
• 9:08
  few
• 9:08
  coach
• 9:08
  training
• 9:08
  organizations
• 9:09
  recently
• 9:10
  and
• 9:11
  super
• 9:11
  established
• 9:12
  ones
• 9:12
  at
• 9:12
  that,
• 9:12
  so
• 9:13
  I'm
• 9:13
  so,
• 9:13
  so
• 9:13
  glad
• 9:14
  that
• 9:14
  some
• 9:15
  coaching
• 9:15
  organizations
• 9:16
  are
• 9:17
  starting
• 9:17
  to
• 9:18
  prioritize
• 9:19
  and
• 9:19
  share
• 9:19
  the
• 9:19
  real
• 9:20
  honest
• 9:20
  truths
• 9:21
  of
• 9:21
  what
• 9:21
  happens
• 9:21
  the
• 9:22
  other
• 9:22
  side
• 9:22
  of
• 9:23
  coach
• 9:23
  training.
• 9:24
  The
• 9:24
  final
• 9:24
  uncomfortable
• 9:25
  truth
• 9:25
  I
• 9:26
  wanted
• 9:26
  to
• 9:26
  share
• 9:26
  today
• 9:27
  is
• 9:29
  really
• 9:29
  learning
• 9:30
  to
• 9:30
  treat
• 9:30
  your
• 9:30
  business
• 9:31
  like
• 9:31
  a
• 9:31
  job
• 9:32
  with
• 9:32
  accountability,
• 9:34
  consistent
• 9:34
  hours,
• 9:35
  and
• 9:36
  thinking
• 9:36
  to
• 9:37
  yourself
• 9:37
  if
• 9:38
  this
• 9:38
  was
• 9:38
  an
• 9:38
  employed
• 9:39
  role.
• 9:40
  Would
• 9:40
  you
• 9:41
  have
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  job
• 9:42
  right
• 9:42
  now?
• 9:43
  Because
• 9:44
  what
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  notice
• 9:45
  is,
• 9:45
  oh,
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  put
• 9:46
  out
• 9:46
  one
• 9:47
  social
• 9:47
  post
• 9:47
  this
• 9:48
  week,
• 9:48
  and
• 9:49
  that
• 9:49
  is
• 9:50
  essentially
• 9:50
  an
• 9:51
  hour's
• 9:51
  work.
• 9:52
  Amazing.
• 9:53
  And
• 9:53
  I
• 9:53
  get
• 9:54
  it,
• 9:54
  maybe
• 9:54
  you
• 9:54
  are
• 9:55
  not
• 9:55
  working
• 9:55
  full-time.
• 9:56
  There
• 9:57
  are
• 9:57
  all
• 9:57
  sorts
• 9:58
  of
• 9:58
  variations
• 9:59
  of
• 9:59
  building
• 9:59
  a
• 9:59
  business.
• 10:00
  Like
• 10:00
  I
• 10:00
  do
• 10:00
  term
• 10:01
  times
• 10:01
  school
• 10:01
  hours
• 10:01
  only.
• 10:02
  So
• 10:02
  I
• 10:02
  certainly
• 10:03
  don't
• 10:03
  have
• 10:03
  full-time
• 10:04
  hours.
• 10:05
  But
• 10:05
  whatever
• 10:06
  hours
• 10:06
  you
• 10:06
  do
• 10:07
  have
• 10:07
  in
• 10:07
  your
• 10:08
  business,
• 10:09
  it's
• 10:09
  really
• 10:09
  worth
• 10:10
  focusing
• 10:10
  on
• 10:11
  a
• 10:11
  small
• 10:11
  number
• 10:12
  of
• 10:12
  high
• 10:12
  value
• 10:13
  activities.
• 10:14
  Usually
• 10:15
  these
• 10:15
  are
• 10:15
  the
• 10:15
  things
• 10:16
  that
• 10:16
  mean
• 10:17
  real
• 10:17
  interaction
• 10:18
  with
• 10:18
  real
• 10:19
  people.
• 10:19
  So
• 10:19
  that
• 10:20
  might
• 10:20
  be
• 10:21
  going
• 10:21
  to
• 10:22
  a
• 10:22
  networking
• 10:22
  meeting
• 10:23
  that
• 10:23
  is
• 10:23
  very
• 10:23
  specific
• 10:24
  to
• 10:24
  your
• 10:24
  ideal
• 10:25
  client.
• 10:26
  That
• 10:26
  might
• 10:26
  be
• 10:26
  sending
• 10:27
  a
• 10:27
  bunch
• 10:27
  of
• 10:27
  dms
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  people
• 10:29
  that
• 10:29
  start
• 10:29
  conversations.
• 10:31
  That
• 10:31
  might
• 10:32
  be
• 10:32
  speaking
• 10:32
  on
• 10:32
  a
• 10:32
  podcast
• 10:33
  so
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  can
• 10:33
  get
• 10:34
  in
• 10:34
  front
• 10:34
  of
• 10:34
  more
• 10:34
  listeners,
• 10:35
  but
• 10:35
  it's
• 10:36
  really
• 10:36
  worth
• 10:36
  thinking
• 10:37
  about
• 10:37
  what
• 10:37
  can
• 10:38
  you
• 10:38
  do
• 10:38
  in
• 10:38
  the
• 10:39
  limited
• 10:39
  time
• 10:39
  you
• 10:40
  may
• 10:40
  have
• 10:40
  available.
• 10:42
  I
• 10:42
  actually
• 10:43
  was
• 10:43
  probably
• 10:43
  way
• 10:44
  more
• 10:44
  efficient
• 10:45
  when
• 10:45
  I
• 10:45
  had
• 10:46
  about
• 10:46
  eight
• 10:47
  hours
• 10:47
  a
• 10:47
  week
• 10:47
  on
• 10:47
  my
• 10:48
  business.
• 10:48
  'cause
• 10:48
  I
• 10:48
  had
• 10:48
  two
• 10:49
  days
• 10:49
  with
• 10:49
  my
• 10:50
  son
• 10:50
  in
• 10:50
  childcare
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  they
• 10:51
  were
• 10:51
  like
• 10:52
  10
• 10:53
  till
• 10:53
  2pm
• 10:53
  days
• 10:54
  or
• 10:54
  something
• 10:55
  really
• 10:55
  small.
• 10:56
  But
• 10:56
  I
• 10:56
  used
• 10:56
  to
• 10:56
  do
• 10:57
  far
• 10:57
  more
• 10:57
  then
• 10:58
  than
• 10:58
  I
• 10:58
  do
• 10:58
  now
• 10:59
  when
• 10:59
  I
• 10:59
  have
• 10:59
  actually
• 11:00
  a
• 11:00
  lot
• 11:00
  more
• 11:00
  time
• 11:01
  'cause
• 11:01
  my
• 11:01
  kids
• 11:01
  are
• 11:01
  a
• 11:01
  touch
• 11:02
  older.
• 11:03
  So
• 11:03
  whatever
• 11:04
  excuse
• 11:04
  you
• 11:04
  are
• 11:04
  making
• 11:05
  that
• 11:05
  you
• 11:05
  don't
• 11:05
  have
• 11:05
  time,
• 11:06
  I
• 11:06
  hear
• 11:07
  you.
• 11:08
  But
• 11:08
  jot
• 11:08
  down
• 11:08
  those
• 11:09
  really
• 11:09
  hard
• 11:10
  tasks
• 11:11
  that
• 11:11
  you
• 11:11
  don't
• 11:11
  wanna
• 11:11
  do
• 11:12
  and
• 11:12
  do
• 11:12
  them
• 11:12
  first.
• 11:13
  There's
• 11:13
  that
• 11:14
  book
• 11:14
  called
• 11:14
  Eat
• 11:15
  the
• 11:15
  Frog,
• 11:15
  and
• 11:16
  that's
• 11:16
  essentially
• 11:17
  it.
• 11:17
  Do
• 11:17
  the
• 11:17
  thing
• 11:17
  you
• 11:18
  don't
• 11:18
  wanna
• 11:18
  do.
• 11:18
  So
• 11:19
  that
• 11:19
  might
• 11:19
  be
• 11:19
  sending
• 11:20
  the
• 11:20
  dms,
• 11:21
  that
• 11:21
  might
• 11:22
  be
• 11:22
  pitching
• 11:22
  the
• 11:22
  podcast.
• 11:23
  Anything
• 11:24
  that's
• 11:24
  essentially
• 11:25
  gonna
• 11:25
  deal
• 11:25
  with
• 11:25
  rejection
• 11:26
  are
• 11:26
  the
• 11:26
  things
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  I
• 11:27
  certainly
• 11:27
  avoid.
• 11:28
  So
• 11:28
  you
• 11:28
  may
• 11:28
  be
• 11:28
  similar.
• 11:29
  Get
• 11:29
  them
• 11:29
  done
• 11:30
  first
• 11:30
  before
• 11:31
  creating
• 11:31
  your
• 11:31
  pretty
• 11:32
  Canva
• 11:32
  picture
• 11:33
  or
• 11:33
  whatever
• 11:33
  it
• 11:34
  is
• 11:34
  you
• 11:34
  will
• 11:34
  want
• 11:35
  to
• 11:35
  use
• 11:35
  your
• 11:35
  time
• 11:36
  doing
• 11:37
  So
• 11:37
  the
• 11:37
  real
• 11:38
  honest
• 11:38
  truth
• 11:38
  here
• 11:39
  that
• 11:39
  I
• 11:39
  want
• 11:39
  to
• 11:39
  share
• 11:40
  is
• 11:42
  to
• 11:42
  give
• 11:42
  yourself
• 11:43
  performance
• 11:43
  development
• 11:44
  reviews.
• 11:45
  How
• 11:45
  are
• 11:46
  you
• 11:46
  doing?
• 11:47
  Are
• 11:47
  you
• 11:47
  focusing
• 11:48
  on
• 11:48
  the
• 11:48
  hard,
• 11:49
  uncomfortable
• 11:49
  things
• 11:50
  or
• 11:51
  are
• 11:51
  you
• 11:51
  hiding
• 11:52
  behind
• 11:52
  social
• 11:52
  media?
• 11:53
  If
• 11:54
  you
• 11:54
  are
• 11:54
  to
• 11:54
  be
• 11:55
  in
• 11:55
  the
• 11:55
  top
• 11:56
  20%
• 11:57
  who
• 11:57
  succeed
• 11:58
  and
• 11:59
  if
• 11:59
  you
• 11:59
  were
• 12:00
  doing
• 12:00
  your
• 12:00
  own
• 12:01
  personal
• 12:01
  development
• 12:02
  review,
• 12:03
  would
• 12:03
  you
• 12:03
  be
• 12:03
  giving
• 12:04
  yourself
• 12:04
  feedback?
• 12:05
  What
• 12:05
  would
• 12:06
  you
• 12:06
  say
• 12:06
  you
• 12:06
  could
• 12:07
  do
• 12:07
  differently
• 12:08
  with
• 12:08
  your
• 12:08
  time,
• 12:09
  with
• 12:09
  your
• 12:09
  energy,
• 12:09
  with
• 12:10
  your
• 12:10
  focus?
• 12:12
  And
• 12:12
  this
• 12:12
  really
• 12:12
  isn't
• 12:13
  easy.
• 12:14
  These
• 12:14
  are
• 12:14
  questions
• 12:15
  I
• 12:15
  ask
• 12:15
  myself
• 12:15
  all
• 12:16
  the
• 12:16
  time.
• 12:17
  Am
• 12:17
  I
• 12:17
  making
• 12:17
  the
• 12:17
  most
• 12:18
  of
• 12:18
  the
• 12:18
  opportunities
• 12:19
  that
• 12:19
  are
• 12:19
  right
• 12:19
  in
• 12:19
  front
• 12:20
  of
• 12:20
  my
• 12:20
  nose?
• 12:21
  All
• 12:21
  I
• 12:21
  can
• 12:21
  say
• 12:22
  is
• 12:22
  that
• 12:22
  over
• 12:23
  the
• 12:23
  years
• 12:24
  I
• 12:24
  really,
• 12:24
  really
• 12:25
  have
• 12:25
  made
• 12:25
  the
• 12:25
  most
• 12:26
  of
• 12:26
  those
• 12:26
  opportunities.
• 12:27
  I've
• 12:28
  put
• 12:28
  in
• 12:29
  every
• 12:29
  ounce
• 12:30
  of
• 12:31
  energy
• 12:31
  and
• 12:32
  enthusiasm
• 12:33
  and
• 12:33
  time
• 12:34
  that
• 12:34
  I
• 12:34
  have
• 12:35
  had
• 12:36
  things
• 12:36
  like
• 12:36
  my
• 12:36
  friendships
• 12:37
  have
• 12:37
  not
• 12:38
  been
• 12:38
  prioritized.
• 12:39
  I've
• 12:39
  got
• 12:39
  young
• 12:40
  kids
• 12:40
  as
• 12:40
  well,
• 12:41
  and
• 12:42
  every
• 12:42
  waking
• 12:43
  moment
• 12:44
  that
• 12:44
  I
• 12:44
  had
• 12:45
  up
• 12:45
  until
• 12:45
  this
• 12:45
  point
• 12:46
  in
• 12:46
  my
• 12:46
  business
• 12:47
  has
• 12:47
  been
• 12:48
  building
• 12:49
  the
• 12:49
  business,
• 12:50
  and
• 12:50
  I'm
• 12:50
  finally
• 12:51
  getting
• 12:52
  to
• 12:52
  the
• 12:52
  other
• 12:52
  side
• 12:52
  now
• 12:53
  where
• 12:54
  I
• 12:54
  really
• 12:54
  do
• 12:55
  want
• 12:55
  to
• 12:55
  have
• 12:55
  my
• 12:56
  six
• 12:56
  weeks
• 12:56
  off.
• 12:57
  I
• 12:57
  don't
• 12:58
  always
• 12:58
  want
• 12:58
  to
• 12:59
  sneak
• 12:59
  onto
• 12:59
  my
• 12:59
  laptop,
• 13:00
  which
• 13:00
  used
• 13:01
  to
• 13:01
  be
• 13:01
  like,
• 13:01
  oh
• 13:01
  my
• 13:02
  gosh,
• 13:02
  I
• 13:02
  wonder
• 13:02
  if
• 13:02
  I
• 13:03
  can
• 13:03
  do
• 13:03
  some
• 13:03
  work
• 13:03
  this
• 13:03
  weekend.
• 13:04
  How
• 13:04
  very
• 13:04
  exciting.
• 13:06
  Now
• 13:06
  I
• 13:06
  just
• 13:06
  wanna
• 13:07
  go
• 13:07
  sit
• 13:07
  in
• 13:07
  the
• 13:07
  garden.
• 13:09
  I
• 13:09
  don't
• 13:09
  wanna
• 13:09
  look
• 13:09
  at
• 13:10
  my
• 13:10
  phone.
• 13:10
  So
• 13:10
  I
• 13:11
  think
• 13:11
  there
• 13:11
  are
• 13:11
  seasons
• 13:12
  in
• 13:12
  life
• 13:13
  and
• 13:13
  the
• 13:13
  initial
• 13:14
  season
• 13:15
  of
• 13:15
  your
• 13:15
  business
• 13:16
  is
• 13:17
  hard
• 13:17
  work
• 13:19
  and
• 13:19
  that
• 13:19
  hard
• 13:19
  work
• 13:20
  will
• 13:20
  give
• 13:21
  you
• 13:21
  the
• 13:21
  reward
• 13:22
  that
• 13:22
  you
• 13:22
  want
• 13:22
  in
• 13:22
  the
• 13:22
  end.
• 13:24
  So
• 13:24
  here's
• 13:25
  a
• 13:25
  view
• 13:25
  behind
• 13:25
  the
• 13:25
  scenes
• 13:26
  truths.
• 13:26
  I
• 13:26
  advise
• 13:27
  you
• 13:27
  to
• 13:28
  get
• 13:28
  to
• 13:28
  know
• 13:29
  all
• 13:29
  corners
• 13:30
  of
• 13:30
  your
• 13:30
  business
• 13:31
  so
• 13:32
  you
• 13:32
  don't
• 13:32
  have
• 13:32
  to
• 13:32
  feel
• 13:33
  scared.
• 13:34
  I
• 13:34
  remember
• 13:34
  when
• 13:34
  I
• 13:35
  just
• 13:35
  wanted
• 13:35
  to
• 13:35
  say
• 13:36
  hi
• 13:37
  first
• 13:37
  name
• 13:38
  in
• 13:38
  my
• 13:38
  newsletter,
• 13:39
  but
• 13:40
  I
• 13:40
  just
• 13:40
  didn't
• 13:40
  know
• 13:41
  how
• 13:41
  to
• 13:42
  get
• 13:42
  that
• 13:42
  first
• 13:43
  name
• 13:43
  thing
• 13:43
  to
• 13:43
  work,
• 13:45
  and
• 13:45
  I
• 13:45
  felt
• 13:45
  so
• 13:46
  stressed
• 13:47
  and
• 13:47
  overwhelmed
• 13:48
  by
• 13:48
  this,
• 13:49
  which
• 13:49
  made
• 13:49
  me
• 13:49
  realize
• 13:50
  that
• 13:50
  actually
• 13:51
  I
• 13:51
  kind
• 13:52
  of
• 13:52
  needed
• 13:52
  to
• 13:52
  learn
• 13:53
  the
• 13:53
  basic
• 13:54
  foundations
• 13:54
  of
• 13:55
  all
• 13:55
  of
• 13:56
  my
• 13:56
  business
• 13:57
  before
• 13:57
  really
• 13:58
  being
• 13:58
  able
• 13:58
  to
• 13:58
  delegate
• 13:59
  effectively
• 14:00
  and
• 14:01
  to
• 14:01
  overcome
• 14:02
  that
• 14:02
  fear
• 14:02
  of
• 14:03
  going
• 14:03
  into
• 14:04
  my
• 14:04
  own
• 14:04
  system
• 14:05
  and
• 14:05
  sending
• 14:05
  an
• 14:05
  email
• 14:06
  or
• 14:07
  updating
• 14:07
  my
• 14:08
  own
• 14:08
  website.
• 14:09
  Because
• 14:09
  I
• 14:09
  see
• 14:10
  so
• 14:10
  many
• 14:10
  people
• 14:11
  have
• 14:12
  to
• 14:12
  say,
• 14:12
  oh,
• 14:13
  I'll
• 14:13
  speak
• 14:13
  to
• 14:13
  my
• 14:13
  web
• 14:13
  designer,
• 14:15
  or
• 14:15
  I'll
• 14:15
  speak
• 14:16
  to
• 14:16
  the
• 14:16
  person
• 14:16
  that
• 14:16
  set
• 14:17
  up
• 14:17
  my
• 14:18
  lead
• 14:18
  magnet
• 14:18
  because
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  don't
• 14:19
  know
• 14:19
  if
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  can
• 14:20
  make
• 14:20
  any
• 14:20
  changes.
• 14:21
  And
• 14:21
  they're
• 14:22
  essentially
• 14:22
  trapped
• 14:23
  in
• 14:23
  their
• 14:23
  business.
• 14:23
  And
• 14:24
  this
• 14:24
  isn't
• 14:24
  saying
• 14:24
  never
• 14:25
  delegate,
• 14:26
  but
• 14:26
  it
• 14:26
  is
• 14:27
  saying,
• 14:27
  don't
• 14:27
  delegate
• 14:28
  all
• 14:29
  responsibility
• 14:30
  to
• 14:30
  someone
• 14:31
  else.
• 14:32
  If
• 14:32
  somebody
• 14:33
  does
• 14:33
  build
• 14:33
  it
• 14:33
  for
• 14:34
  you,
• 14:35
  get
• 14:35
  them
• 14:35
  to
• 14:35
  have
• 14:36
  a
• 14:36
  little
• 14:36
  mini
• 14:36
  training
• 14:37
  session
• 14:37
  with
• 14:37
  you
• 14:37
  and
• 14:38
  record
• 14:38
  it
• 14:39
  so
• 14:39
  you
• 14:40
  aren't
• 14:40
  at
• 14:40
  ransom
• 14:41
  to
• 14:41
  other
• 14:42
  people
• 14:42
  to
• 14:42
  do
• 14:43
  really
• 14:43
  basic
• 14:44
  things
• 14:44
  in
• 14:44
  your
• 14:44
  business,
• 14:45
  like
• 14:46
  make
• 14:46
  a
• 14:46
  quick
• 14:46
  change
• 14:47
  to
• 14:47
  your
• 14:47
  website,
• 14:48
  send
• 14:48
  an
• 14:48
  email
• 14:48
  to
• 14:49
  your
• 14:49
  list.
• 14:49
  Just
• 14:50
  small
• 14:50
  things
• 14:51
  that
• 14:51
  you
• 14:51
  will
• 14:51
  need
• 14:51
  to
• 14:51
  do.
• 14:52
  And
• 14:53
  if
• 14:53
  you
• 14:53
  are
• 14:53
  petrified
• 14:54
  of
• 14:54
  tech.
• 14:55
  Honestly,
• 14:56
  I
• 14:56
  used
• 14:57
  to
• 14:57
  be
• 14:57
  petrified
• 14:57
  too,
• 14:58
  and
• 14:58
  now
• 14:59
  I
• 14:59
  can
• 15:00
  do
• 15:00
  crazy
• 15:01
  things
• 15:02
  probably
• 15:03
  better
• 15:03
  than
• 15:03
  the
• 15:03
  people
• 15:04
  I
• 15:04
  would
• 15:04
  pay
• 15:04
  to
• 15:04
  do
• 15:04
  this
• 15:05
  stuff,
• 15:05
  so
• 15:06
  please
• 15:06
  know
• 15:06
  you
• 15:07
  can
• 15:07
  do
• 15:07
  amazing
• 15:08
  things.
• 15:08
  We
• 15:09
  are
• 15:09
  so
• 15:09
  well
• 15:09
  resourced
• 15:10
  right
• 15:10
  now
• 15:10
  with
• 15:11
  YouTube.
• 15:12
  And
• 15:12
  every
• 15:12
  time
• 15:13
  you
• 15:13
  learn
• 15:13
  one
• 15:13
  new
• 15:14
  thing,
• 15:14
  you
• 15:14
  are
• 15:14
  building
• 15:15
  confidence
• 15:16
  and
• 15:16
  freedom
• 15:17
  into
• 15:17
  your
• 15:17
  business
• 15:18
  and
• 15:18
  that
• 15:18
  is
• 15:18
  worth
• 15:19
  celebrating.
• 15:21
  So
• 15:21
  I've
• 15:21
  gone
• 15:22
  off
• 15:22
  on
• 15:22
  many,
• 15:22
  many
• 15:23
  tangents
• 15:23
  today,
• 15:24
  but
• 15:24
  I
• 15:24
  hope
• 15:24
  this
• 15:25
  off
• 15:25
  the
• 15:25
  cuff
• 15:25
  episode
• 15:26
  is
• 15:27
  a
• 15:27
  good
• 15:28
  boost
• 15:28
  for
• 15:28
  you
• 15:29
  to
• 15:29
  remind
• 15:29
  you
• 15:30
  that
• 15:30
  you
• 15:30
  are
• 15:31
  responsible,
• 15:32
  you
• 15:33
  are
• 15:33
  creative,
• 15:34
  you
• 15:34
  are
• 15:34
  whole,
• 15:35
  you
• 15:35
  are
• 15:35
  resourceful,
• 15:37
  and
• 15:37
  you
• 15:37
  can
• 15:37
  do
• 15:38
  this.
• 15:39
  You
• 15:39
  really
• 15:39
  do
• 15:40
  want
• 15:40
  to
• 15:40
  fall
• 15:41
  in
• 15:41
  love
• 15:41
  with
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  process
• 15:42
  because
• 15:42
  what
• 15:43
  I'm
• 15:43
  going
• 15:43
  through
• 15:43
  right
• 15:44
  now
• 15:45
  is
• 15:46
  that
• 15:46
  reaching
• 15:47
  that
• 15:47
  destination
• 15:48
  where
• 15:49
  you've
• 15:49
  essentially
• 15:50
  made
• 15:51
  it
• 15:51
  on
• 15:51
  paper?
• 15:53
  Isn't
• 15:53
  the
• 15:53
  thing
• 15:54
  that
• 15:54
  you
• 15:54
  thought
• 15:55
  it
• 15:55
  was,
• 15:55
  and
• 15:56
  the
• 15:56
  chase
• 15:56
  is
• 15:56
  always
• 15:57
  gonna
• 15:57
  be
• 15:57
  there.
• 15:57
  There's
• 15:58
  always
• 15:58
  gonna
• 15:58
  be
• 15:58
  that
• 15:58
  next
• 15:59
  goal
• 15:59
  that
• 15:59
  you
• 16:00
  want.
• 16:00
  So
• 16:01
  how
• 16:01
  can
• 16:01
  you
• 16:02
  learn
• 16:02
  to
• 16:03
  reflect
• 16:04
  more
• 16:04
  and
• 16:04
  fall
• 16:05
  in
• 16:05
  love
• 16:05
  with
• 16:05
  the
• 16:05
  process
• 16:06
  more?
• 16:06
  Because
• 16:07
  if
• 16:07
  you
• 16:07
  can
• 16:08
  enjoy
• 16:08
  the
• 16:08
  work
• 16:08
  you're
• 16:09
  doing
• 16:09
  now
• 16:10
  before
• 16:10
  all
• 16:11
  of
• 16:11
  the
• 16:11
  big
• 16:11
  results
• 16:12
  come
• 16:12
  in,
• 16:12
  you
• 16:13
  are
• 16:13
  already
• 16:14
  winning.
• 16:15
  You
• 16:15
  will
• 16:15
  become
• 16:15
  the
• 16:16
  kind
• 16:16
  of
• 16:16
  business
• 16:16
  owner
• 16:17
  who
• 16:17
  can
• 16:17
  handle
• 16:18
  whatever
• 16:18
  comes
• 16:19
  next.
• 16:20
  This

  my
• 16:22
  business
• 16:23
  at

• 16:32
  usual
• 16:33
  stuff.
• 16:34
  I

• 16:35
  on
