  Speaker: Thankful for having an opportunity to arrive in one's own being with these conclusions, understandings, questions, solutions, answers, thinking in one's own unique, beautiful way, being here now, together, playing in our lives, on our wide open path, journeys, allowing oneself to feel the texture and warmth of one's skin.

  Speaker: Being aware of the process of respiration of one's lungs as they rise and subside.

  Speaker: Being aware of one's heart, one's circulation, as it squeezes oxygenated blood through one's arteries and returns to one's lungs through one's veins.

  Speaker: Thinking about the capillaries as the avenues turn into roads, and the roads turned into trails to reach every dear, neighborly cell.

  Speaker: Thinking about the energy radiating everywhere, inside of oneself, all of this, to that which is outside of oneself, all of that.

  Speaker: It is a conundrum, it is infinite, being present in all because of your simple self-realization, bringing it all to one's awareness, to one's sense of positivity, one's virtuosity, remembering mindful meditation needs direction and goals.

  Speaker: Positive nature is what supplies this.

  Speaker: Being here now, my wish is for the bestest of days for each of us to respond intelligently and wisely with a grin, with a sense of calm and harmony deep within each of us.
