39. Shedding “New Nurse” Stigma
Join me this week as I get to interview Yasmine! She is one of my clients that came to me nervous to be a new nurse, and starting out in an ICU, and wanting to start a career as both a nurse and real estate agent. She speaks of shedding her “new nurse” mentality and how it has moved her into precepting and in a rapid response position so soon in her nursing career. She speaks of how coaching had also helped her realize her inevitability in being successful in both Nursing and Real Estate.
