Prior to joining the firm, Bill was First Vice President at Chelsea Piers, a position he held for 9 years. As a senior member of the management team, he helped establish Chelsea Piers as the third largest tourist attraction in New York City, and a strong neighborhood amenity that increased real estate value in the surrounding area.
