  So the issue is that I'm not there in person.

  suggested that I go to Garland County, Arkansas Sheriff's

  Department and ask if they can fill out what he called a

  courtesy report and then to Pasco.

  But I went there Friday and they said that that's not really

  something they would do. So they just said I should call

  back and try to initiate a report over the phone because I

  just need to have, I just want to have the assault reported

  because the reason I didn't report in the past is because he

  threatened to kill me if I did. So now that I'm safely away, you

  know I want to at least have a report.

  your ex, but was it your ex-boyfriend or ex-husband?
