Transcript
- 0:01I don't even know how to begin the show tonight one I should
- 0:05probably check my my fit here. I'm wearing a clue Velta shirt.
- 0:09If you guys can see this, it's available in the merch store.
- 0:13Clue Velta is for chronic true crime brain syndrome.
- 0:18Not quite sure how to begin it today.
- 0:20It looks like the JLR situation is spiraling.
- 0:26It's going, it's getting worse. I do think that was possible and
- 0:32I kind of feel bad in that this is kind of gossipy, man.
- 0:37This is, we're kind of just, we've gone into gossip
- 0:40territory. However, I also need to remind
- 0:44myself that a crime is alleged to have occurred now not one
- 0:50time, but twice. We the, the felonious, the, the,
- 0:57the thrice felonious allegations from Washington State and now
- 1:03what is basically a slap on the wrist.
- 1:05It's a misdemeanor citation coming out of Arizona.
- 1:13I guess we'll get into it. What?
- 1:16What are we doing, Gavin? You need to be a professional.
- 1:19Gavin, Be a professional and do a good tease.
- 1:22OK, so today we're going to cover the JLR Investigates thing
- 1:25with the whole weirdness with Nerdy Addict.
- 1:28We're going to listen to a little audio from Magnolia from
- 1:32February 1st. This is audio that was released
- 1:37publicly by First I Think by Paula Mooney over at Plunder
- 1:42True Crime. If I've set a goal for tonight,
- 1:46if we can reach that goal, then we will extend this thing out.
- 1:49We will listen to all the entire tape.
- 1:52It's like 47 minutes long, but we'll do it.
- 1:55OK? I'm here for it.
- 1:57We got all that, plus we got three questions, and we've got
- 2:01some headlines in the world of true crime that cover Ashley
- 2:05Buzzard, Nancy Guthrie, Spencer and Monique Tepe and Luigi
- 2:10Mangioni. There's a lot going on.
- 2:13Stay with me. Let's dig into.
- 2:27Are you constantly narrating your own life like it's a
- 2:30dateline episode? Do you whisper the husband did
- 2:33it at weddings? You may be one of the millions
- 2:36silently suffering from a condition known as True Crime
- 2:40Brain Syndrome or TCBS, but now there's hope.
- 2:45Cluevelta, The first semi legal, questionably tested treatment
- 2:51for TCBS. Cluevelta helps restore balance
- 2:54to your life by gently replacing your obsession with murder with
- 2:58an obsession with real estate, shows Cluevelta users report.
- 3:03Fewer murder boards, shorter rabbit rabbit holes, and an
- 3:08increased ability to trust their spouses again.
- 3:12Maybe. Side effects of Kluevelta may
- 3:15include watching cooking shows and actually following the
- 3:16recipes, trusting your neighbors not to be serial killers,
- 3:18starting in an eating club and accidentally solving local
- 3:20grains anyway. Hallucinations of keep more
- 3:21scenario in your dreams and in rare cases mild interest in
- 3:23HDTV. If you experience sudden urges
- 3:25to say let's circle back or this doesn't add up, discontinue use
- 3:29immediately and call your podcast Co host immediately
- 3:32Kluevelta because even you deserve to sleep without
- 3:36checking your Ring camera 12 * a night.
- 3:45This video contains mature themes and discussions intended
- 3:48only for adult audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
- 3:54Hello there my friend. Welcome back to another true
- 3:56crime conversation with me Gavin Fish.
- 3:58I had forgotten that I had queued up a clue Velta that was
- 4:02one that I had all set for a day before yesterday and then just
- 4:05forgot about it. I I want to give you guys a
- 4:09maybe a disclaimer that I am an old man, have re injured my back
- 4:18or I guess re aggravated my injured back and have taken an
- 4:24inordinate though safe amount of ibuprofen.
- 4:29So maybe that's the reason that I, I forgot that I'd done that.
- 4:32Mooney kicking us off tonight with a super chat for $10.
- 4:36Appreciate that Mooney And then Robin coming in clutch with the
- 4:42Super chat. Robin is representing team Javi.
- 4:46Javi got a fan there. You got a fan and Robin.
- 4:50OK guys, what are we talking about tonight?
- 4:51We are talking about the saga that is Jonathan Lee Rich's.
- 4:57Now I, I can already see what's happening in the comments.
- 5:01You have to put GF in a comment if you want me to see it.
- 5:05It highlights it on my end. So as I'm just kind of scrolling
- 5:08through, I'll be able to see it a little bit easier.
- 5:12But you know, people are asking why you picking on JLR?
- 5:16I'm not picking on JLR. OK.
- 5:19This is news within the true crime community.
- 5:22There is an allegation of a serious crime.
- 5:25It's an allegation. I'm not saying that it happened.
- 5:28I'm not saying it didn't happen. I'm saying the allegation is
- 5:31there and then we've got like this, we've got this sideshow
- 5:38happening where live streaming Youtubers, and I include myself.
- 5:44I am a live streaming YouTube though I do it on Matukas in my
- 5:48office, but live streaming boots on the ground.
- 5:51Youtubers are are clashing and calling each other out for
- 5:56current and past crimes. I, I got to talk about it.
- 6:01That's just the way it is. Got to talk about it.
- 6:04Hey, look at that. We have got Sandra coming in.
- 6:08Sandra's coming in with super chat #3 hitting the goal.
- 6:12Thank you very much Sandra. I appreciate that.
- 6:16You know I forgot to do my whole line.
- 6:18Thank you for joining me. Wherever you're joining me from,
- 6:22please tell me in the comments where you're joining me from.
- 6:24And bonus points if you can do so cleverly without totally
- 6:30stumping me. I don't have tons of brainpower
- 6:32to figure out some of the awesome riddles you guys are
- 6:34giving me, but it is it's awesome to see where you guys
- 6:41TuneIn from. Hey 2 Wongs, welcome to being a
- 6:44fanatic. Appreciate you.
- 6:47Let's see, I, I just, there are lots of comments where people
- 6:55aren't into to JLR and people who are against JLR.
- 6:59I'm kind of I'm, I'm skating right down the middle man.
- 7:02I'm not, I'm not pro or against here.
- 7:04I'm just, this is news within our industry, not our industry,
- 7:08our hobby, whatever we want to call it, right where you guys
- 7:11tuning in from? Let's see.
- 7:14Oh, Autumn says that she missed me.
- 7:17Thank you. I guys, I have this thing where
- 7:20I injured my back six or seven years ago.
- 7:24I was helping my sister and brother-in-law move their piano
- 7:27and I am a fella of kind of a tall stature.
- 7:31I'm about 6 foot 2 and I was on the side of this piano with
- 7:37another gentleman who was working hard, but he was
- 7:40probably 5 foot 2 and he just wasn't putting.
- 7:43He just wasn't capable of of putting as much lift into that
- 7:48side of the piano and it just absolutely wrecked my upper back
- 7:51of all things, right between my shoulder blades.
- 7:54And every once in a while I will pick up something heavy like a
- 7:59bowl and it will my back will just be gone.
- 8:03Yesterday I was working on a ceiling fan.
- 8:05Not super heavy work, not super heavy lifting.
- 8:09And I've been doing the gym. This is such a tangent.
- 8:12My goodness, this is such a tangent.
- 8:14Gavin, Let's, let's give us that.
- 8:20Yes, this is a total tangent, but that's why it wasn't on
- 8:24yesterday. I wasn't on yesterday because I
- 8:27was laying on the floor just looking at the ceiling, just
- 8:31wishing that it would all either end temporarily or permanently.
- 8:36It really didn't matter to me at that point.
- 8:38I had enough. That's why I wasn't here.
- 8:43Let's see Dodie Atkins coming in from San Diego.
- 8:47Who else have we got? We've got St.

- 9:23It's along the coast. Wow, what a beautiful spot.
- 9:30Kind of in between Marbella and Gibraltar.
- 9:33Who? I'm jealous of you right now.
- 9:35I am in western Pennsylvania myself.
- 9:37Thank you very much for being here.
- 9:39Glad you are here. Pammy says Thrice Felonious.
- 9:44Awesome band name. We should.
- 9:46Oh, yeah. I need to come up with a
- 9:48commercial for Thrice Felonious. A Robin Mooney.
- 9:52Autumn. Maybe you can remind me of that
- 9:54one in Slack. Thrice Felonious.
- 9:56That would be a good band name. Hello.
- 9:58From the State of the Unabomber, Montana Sunshine.
- 10:01Are you from Montana? I thought the Unabomber was
- 10:05Colorado. I don't know.
- 10:07I don't know what else we got. Just want to the bean and I
- 10:13Robin says I would like to suggest that your backlight be
- 10:16blue so it will pop the color and your eyes.
- 10:21Robin. Robin your wish is my command.

- 12:00if I can maybe refresh if I see if I can get this to to work
- 12:07again. You guys, you know, just just
- 12:12talk amongst yourselves for a moment and I wonder if I wonder
- 12:25if we've just got a Internet connectivity issue here or
- 12:28something like that. I don't know.
- 12:30Hopefully you guys can still hear me.
- 12:32I've got YouTube's having a hard time loading.
- 12:35Let me Yeah, I might be. I might be offline.
- 12:44Let me let me give myself some. There we go.
- 12:50We're back online. OK, so I just want to make sure
- 12:56that H&R Block makes it easy to reserve.
- 12:59Get that. Let's let's see if my thing is
- 13:06refreshing now. No, it.
- 13:08Oh, yeah, it is. OK, OK, good.
- 13:10We're working. We're working.
- 13:12I'm glad that is working. OK.
- 13:15All right. Wow, Gavin, that is the longest.
- 13:20That is the longest intro to a show I think you may have ever
- 13:23done. Javi, 13 minutes is a little too
- 13:26long, bud. Do you think you can help me out
- 13:28the next time That that I just. I just went way, way, way too
- 13:34long. OK, let's get into the story,
- 13:36shall we? I want to start.
- 13:40I want to start bringing. Come on over here to Firefox
- 13:47with me. This is a post from JLR
- 13:52investigates on Twitter about a day ago.
- 13:57It's he's obviously making fun. It's it's not the world's
- 14:02greatest picture that he is that he's showing there help police.
- 14:08My name is nerdy addict AKA Ali Islami and he keeps asking me
- 14:13about my Florida CA allegations. Please stop him from asking me
- 14:18questions about wow, let's call it abuse in Florida and
- 14:23Connecticut. I'm just here to find Nancy
- 14:25Guthrie. OK.
- 14:27And then there's this one where he's like I asked nerdy addict
- 14:31about CA and abuse and he runs to the police.
- 14:36I feel like that is probably not the entire story.
- 14:42Feel like, I feel like that's kind of 1 sided.
- 14:45I don't know, check my pulse. Am I, am I over excited on this
- 14:50one? Am I clutching my pearls?
- 14:52I'm wearing pearls. But this does feel rather one
- 14:56sided. So let's go over to nerdy
- 14:58addict. I noticed that he didn't tag
- 15:00nerdy attic in in there And OK, here's a nerdy addict.
- 15:05And this is from yesterday about 3:41 PM Eastern Time.
- 15:10Jonathan Lee Rich's AKAJLR has new charges in Arizona and a
- 15:15court date. After stalking me and waiting
- 15:18for me in baggage claim to harass me, he's pacing back and
- 15:21forth, still with police. I'm afraid to go.
- 15:24And then he he shows a picture showing that it appears this
- 15:30really isn't a charge guys. OK, this is a this is as much of
- 15:35a charge as a speeding ticket. Is it is a citation.
- 15:41He didn't he wasn't arrested and detained.
- 15:45He was he, I mean, I guess technically it's a charge, but
- 15:50he he's he's been given a citation.
- 15:54See that suspect cited and released, referred.
- 15:57He's been given a citation. The suspect is indeed Jonathan
- 16:02Lee Rich's the date is from it says 4/28/26.
- 16:11Oh, no, that's the court date. I'm sorry.
- 16:15So he's got a court date on April 28th, 2026, 9:30 AM.
- 16:20But that is you can see down there if the citation is issued,
- 16:24the accused may appear at any time prior to the date and time
- 16:27shown. So he's, he's probably just been
- 16:31given a citation where he needs to pay a fine.
- 16:33It's it's a summary citation. It might be misdemeanor level.
- 16:38I don't know. I don't have any of the details
- 16:40on this. But yeah, now I don't know what
- 16:46you guys think of this stuff. This is this is like a train
- 16:49wreck, right? It's like a train wreck and I
- 16:52just can't look away. But like, I just wish that
- 17:00Youtubers now, and I'm including myself in this would stop with
- 17:05the gotcha citizen journalism. It's not.
- 17:09I mean, it's technically journalism, but there's no
- 17:13ethics in it. I mean, I mean, they cross the
- 17:16ethical boundary all the time, right?
- 17:18Holding a phone up, put it in someone's face, baiting them to
- 17:22react, and then Pearl clutching when the reaction is exactly
- 17:27what you'd expect it to be. Just it's we this has got to
- 17:35stop. Please, let's let's just all
- 17:37stop this. If both and I don't know, I I
- 17:42know less about nerdy addict than I know about JLRJLR.
- 17:47And and I'll get this out of the way too, so that you guys can
- 17:50can just like you can just stop. Yeah, I'm completely jealous of
- 17:56JLR. 100% hundo. The dude has a large following
- 18:02that he has worked incredibly hard to build.
- 18:06All right, but see, two things can be true at the same time.
- 18:10It can be true that he is a hard worker, that he is a talented
- 18:13YouTube, and that he is a dill hole.
- 18:16It can be the same time. And by the way, neither of those
- 18:21things are permanent conditions, right?
- 18:23Some days he's not a dill hole, we take that off the table.
- 18:27Some days he is. I think that if you are beating
- 18:32your partner, whether you are a man beating a woman, a woman
- 18:37doing the same thing to a man, a man on man, woman on woman,
- 18:40whatever you Sir, Madam, whatever, are a dill hole.
- 18:48And yeah, just please stop. Just just please stop the
- 18:52behavior. Please stop with the gotcha
- 18:55journalism. I haven't.
- 18:58Again, I don't follow Nerdy addict.
- 18:59I don't follow JLR, but. But I can't keep my eyes off it.
- 19:04So what am I doing? I'm sitting here.
- 19:06OK, It's time for introspection. Do we need Uncle Gavin?
- 19:09We. I need Uncle Gavin, everybody.
- 19:12I need Uncle Gavin. Uncle Gavin, Come save me.
- 19:14Listen up, kids. Uncle Gavin has some wisdom for
- 19:20you. OK, I have to have the right
- 19:34glasses for my Uncle Gavin bit. OK.
- 19:39Hi kids, it's your Uncle Gavin. Stop rubber necking this train
- 19:49wreck. Rubber necking is no good for
- 19:51anyone. I'm going to allow you this live
- 19:55stream to finish out the rubber necking and then just stop, OK?
- 20:01We all just need to be better people.
- 20:05We all just need to get along. We all just so so yes please
- 20:13please please stop with the rubber necking.
- 20:16Except for the next 40 minutes or so, we're going to keep
- 20:19rubbernecking. All right, Gavin back.
- 20:21Uncle Gavin has left the building.
- 20:24OK, so let's just keep digging into the saga.
- 20:29I have to give a shout out to Paula Mooney from From Plunder
- 20:37True Crime. I would like to bring up this.
- 20:42There's links in the description down below.
- 20:44By the way, I just want to bring up this post from yesterday.
- 20:49Now keep in mind once again that like, so JLR posted his thing,
- 20:54what, yesterday around 8:19 PM? That was about 5 hours after
- 21:01Nerdy Attic posted his thing at 3:41 PM.
- 21:04So not quite five hours later on.
- 21:07Oh no, it was a day later. So it was April 2nd, then April
- 21:103rd, and then this came the wrong one.
- 21:14This one came yesterday about 3:20 PM OK.
- 21:19Now Paula Mooney, you may love her, you may hate her, you may
- 21:22have no feelings toward her whatsoever.
- 21:24I personally think that she is a talent when it comes to finding
- 21:29records and being in the dogged pursuit of open records.
- 21:33I think she's terrific at that. She posted this, OK, because
- 21:39what had happened given a little background on this is couple,
- 21:44couple folks, I think including maybe nerdy addict.
- 21:48Somebody help me in the in the comments here.
- 21:50I think I think it was nerdy addict and a person going by
- 21:53white boy staged a peaceful protest holding signs kind of
- 22:00outside where JLR lives. They're kind of down the street.
- 22:06They had told police that they were going to be there and JLR
- 22:10was doing a live stream and apparently started Pearl
- 22:14clutching. So this is what Paula reported.
- 22:18And shout out to Paula, there's a link to her in the description
- 22:20below. Pasco County, Florida 911
- 22:23records. Jonathan Lee Richards did not
- 22:26call 911 on March 29th, 2026. You may have caught the YouTube
- 22:30video stream live on March 29th, 2026 titled Breaking Manhunt.
- 22:35Nancy Guthrie kidnapping live on.
- 22:38JLR investigates at the end of the three hour, 43 minute and
- 22:42four second long video. She is anything.
- 22:46She is nothing but not detailed. Let's say that JLR told his
- 22:51audience he was fearful because of a couple guys holding a
- 22:54domestic ADV violence. Oh Gavin, come on Javi, can I
- 22:59get a take two on that ADV protest down the street from his
- 23:03house? Not even on the same St.
- 23:06Those guys say they informed Pasco County of their intentions
- 23:10prior to the protest and it seemingly ended peacefully.
- 23:14However, Mr. Riches told his audience he was so fearful and
- 23:18afraid and worried that he ended his live stream to go call
- 23:21police. So fearful and afraid and
- 23:24worried that he ended his three hour, 43 minute and four second
- 23:27long video to go call police. OK, continuing Paula's post,
- 23:31Funny, I just got a response to my public records request for
- 23:35911 calls from him to Pasco County that day and they have
- 23:39none. So did JLR really call the
- 23:41police? Perhaps he had his lawyer handle
- 23:43it a different day. He certainly let his audience to
- 23:47believe he did with these words. Quote.
- 23:49But I might have to go contact the police right now and let
- 23:53them know and take appropriate measures, right?
- 23:57close quote. Jr.
- 23:58JLR Investigate said during his YouTube live stream on March
- 24:0129th, 2026. Listen note to self note to
- 24:05Gavin. Hey, Gavin, or, or maybe Javi,
- 24:09you can help me remind, help remind me of this.
- 24:14Don't tell stories on YouTube, OK?
- 24:15Don't fabricate lies. Don't tell stories that you're
- 24:20going to do something that is verifiable because Paula will
- 24:27verify that stuff. She will do it and and sleuths
- 24:31like her. So we got to, we got to stay
- 24:33above board again, in case you ever wanted to slump down into
- 24:37that. Don't do it, OK?
- 24:39He continued. Quote, scary stuff, scary stuff.
- 24:42So I think with that being said, I'm going to sign off and go
- 24:45handle things. But please, please pray for me.
- 24:48Please, please pray for my family.
- 24:50This guy here has been stalking me for years.
- 24:54This is the same one that's been calling my house and he's
- 24:57literally by my house and I'm reasonably in fear here.
- 25:01You know what he's doing there. Let's see, this is Gavin
- 25:05breaking in here. He is establishing, he is
- 25:10establishing a crime. He he's trying to, he's trying
- 25:14to establish a crime, a record of crime.
- 25:17It's actually smart. It's like if there is a crime
- 25:20going on around you, if you are being stalked for years, you
- 25:27should definitely make make a record of it.
- 25:31But that's, that's what it seems like he's doing here.
- 25:33He's like, hey, I need to, I need to have the evidence here.
- 25:36Continuing his quote so you guys seeing it, documenting it.
- 25:43This stuff is crazy. This is crazy.
- 25:46So I'm calling the police and I'm filing a restraining order.
- 25:49It's this guy. So be safe out there folks.
- 25:53God is with me. Close quote.
- 25:54He kept on according to Paula quote, this is this, you know,
- 25:59sometimes when you do your reporting, this is the type of
- 26:01stuff that happens. So crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy.
- 26:06Kind of sounds like Jake from Brooklyn 99.
- 26:08Cool, cool, cool. So crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy.
- 26:11So a seconds. Should we end the live or should
- 26:14we just keep going? Should we just end the live?
- 26:17I don't know. I'm in reasonable fear.
- 26:19He's using legal jargon there. So I'm going to sign off for
- 26:23now. I'll be back and take care of
- 26:25this and take care. Take legal action immediately.
- 26:29All right, we'll talk soon and then Paula shares, you know, an
- 26:35e-mail that she got from the records request basically saying
- 26:39he didn't know such thing. So note to self.
- 26:42So that is that's kind of the that's let me check my agenda,
- 26:47Gavin, check, check to make sure that you have covered everything
- 26:51that you wanted to cover. Let's see, we got JLR on X ES
- 26:56Nerdy Addict on X ES Plunder Studios on Facebook.
- 26:59Yes, OK, we're so that is where we are before we move on to the
- 27:04audio from the February 1st call to police from Magnolia, which
- 27:11is 47 minutes long. I had planned on playing about
- 27:151520 minutes of it tonight, but if we reach our goal and it
- 27:19looks like we're we might be getting close.
- 27:21I should, I should have checked in on that.
- 27:23I had to refresh my system. So let me scroll back up.
- 27:28Let's see, Spearhead says. Isn't that cyberbullying what
- 27:33they're doing? He can't fight his own fights.
- 27:38I think it is a bit cyberbully ish.
- 27:41What is happening here? Yeah, yeah, I don't think it's
- 27:46necessarily cyberbullying what Nerdy Addict did or what Paula
- 27:50from Plunder did, but what JLR did that is bullying 100% in my
- 27:55opinion. Faux show.
- 27:58Let's see, was there another one that came in?
- 28:01Pammy says Uncle Gavin has good advice.
- 28:03Uncle Gavin is is as smart as a whip.
- 28:07Smart as a whip. Let's see what Internet jury
- 28:13says. No, it's not Gavin.
- 28:16It's a serious misdemeanor. It's up to six months in jail
- 28:18and a $2500 fine. He was arrested and released
- 28:22with a citation. It's still an arrest.
- 28:26OK, I'm OK. I stand corrected.
- 28:33I don't know. I, I, I cover crime in my day
- 28:38job. I cover everything from the
- 28:40petty stuff all the way to murder.
- 28:42OK, so criminal complaints come across my desk every single day
- 28:46and I'm in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- 28:48It's a little bit different, bit different in every place.
- 28:51But if if there was a a citation that came through for a
- 28:58misdemeanor disorderly conduct that didn't have anything else,
- 29:05it didn't have harassment, aggravated harassment, stalking,
- 29:09it didn't have, you know, something like that.
- 29:12I wouldn't report on it because disorderly is like the catch
- 29:16all. I really don't have anything to
- 29:19arrest you for. But but I find this disorderly.
- 29:23It's like the catch all crime. It actually drives me crazy how
- 29:26often it's used, but I'm also not always right so I I am happy
- 29:38to take your comment and I appreciate you saying that.
- 29:43Great lady down said JLR was waiting for nerdy addict and was
- 29:46literally in his face yelling. I'm sure that he was, I'm sure
- 29:50that he was. I did not know that he went to
- 29:52the airport to seek out nerdy addict, not I wasn't sure about
- 29:57that. And it is one of the dangers of
- 30:00constantly being online telling people where you are.
- 30:03I mean nobody knows when when I'm at an airport.
- 30:08It's pretty funny. Oh well let's hear this one
- 30:14Doesn't have GF in it but a good comment.
- 30:16JLR new Nerdy was coming to Tucson from Florida so he could
- 30:19look up the flights from Florida when flights from Florida were
- 30:22coming and literally cross the street from parking and met
- 30:25nerdy right there. The airport is real small.
- 30:27OK, great lady down. Since there's no news, no new
- 30:34news on Guthrie. He's still there doing petition
- 30:37to recall Nanos. All right.
- 30:43Don says he has a large following of idiots.
- 30:46He does not work hard. I don't know, guys.
- 30:49Listen, this is me being a professional Quibbler.
- 30:54And yes, I'm a professional Quibbler professional.
- 30:58I have my own theme song. I love to quibble.
- 31:00I quibble. Why do I quibble?
- 31:05Yeah. Yeah.
- 31:09OK, So I'm doing this just to quibble, not because I
- 31:12necessarily agree or disagree, Don Marie.
- 31:15This is just what we do here. OK.
- 31:19You tubing is hard work. It honestly is.
- 31:22It looks easy, especially when somebody does it really well.
- 31:28I won't dispute the large following of idiots because I
- 31:31have been the target of some of those idiots.
- 31:33But he does not work hard. I think he does.
- 31:36I really do. And that's just me.
- 31:38That's just me. We can we can agree to disagree.
- 31:44Teton hiker says JLR is his own crime, crime scene.
- 31:48Truly. Thank you, Gavin.
- 31:50You are welcome. Robert the Rue says Gavin.
- 31:54No, it's a legitimate topic. We, some of us care.
- 31:57No one gets a free pass. OK.
- 31:59All right. So.
- 32:00So we need to, we need to stay on this.
- 32:03Is that what you're saying? It's not just rubber necking.
- 32:06Uncle Gavin gave bad advice this time.
- 32:08Is that what we're saying? Hey, Autumn.
- 32:11Autumn is home. Finished training and passed all
- 32:14certifications, everybody. Round of applause for Autumn.
- 32:17Guys. Autumn, this is a tangent, but
- 32:20I'm not going to play the music, but I should have like, awesome
- 32:26Wanda. Wanda, do you have anything that
- 32:30we could use that would be just, I don't know, fun music for just
- 32:36to celebrate autumn for a second while I describe how awesome
- 32:40autumn is? Yeah, I like that.
- 32:45OK, So can you turn it down just a little bit, Wanda?
- 32:48Just just put it in the background a little bit there.
- 32:51OK, good. Autumn Doyle, my lead moderator.
- 32:58OK, that that's good enough, Wanda.
- 32:59Thank you. Autumn Doyle, my lead moderator,
- 33:04is somebody who is inspiring to a person like me and I hope to a
- 33:09lot of people like you and maybe there are a lot of people like
- 33:13Autumn in the comments right now that are watching this, but
- 33:16Autumn has completely, completely turned her life
- 33:21around 100 percent, 180°. She has turned her life around
- 33:28and she has, she has gone from somebody who my publication used
- 33:32to report on to somebody who I am proud to have as part of my
- 33:37team. She has been, she's a hard
- 33:40worker. She is a she's a good mom.
- 33:44She's a good member of our community.
- 33:46She lives right down the street from me.
- 33:48We live in a small town and she has been doing training down in
- 33:53down in the Berg down in Pittsburgh and she's gotten
- 33:57herself a terrific good paying job and I am proud as punch
- 34:04Autumn like do we have any? Let me see if I can.
- 34:08I think I have do I have I'm trying to think if I have any
- 34:13like no, not that Gavin. Wow, that that blew out my ears.
- 34:18I I wish I had like applause music because autumn is amazing.
- 34:22Autumn, good on you. Congratulations.
- 34:25You are awesome. Trying to think here it is guys.
- 34:32Here it is Autumn. You're the best Good job.
- 34:39Okie dokie let's see average normal adult Gavin, have you
- 34:47seen the musical that a creator created of GLR talking about him
- 34:52being scared a lot channel I believe it's hilarious.
- 34:56No, I haven't seen it. I need to check that out.
- 34:59Definitely need to check that out.
- 35:01See what else people are saying before we get into just
- 35:05refreshed again. What do we have?
- 35:07Let's see, just Ducky. Hope you can have at least one
- 35:10Jelly Bean with your diet on Easter.
- 35:11Thank you very much. Thank you.
- 35:13I continue to lose weight. Thank you.
- 35:16How do you know the flight number and airport?
- 35:17I do not know. I do not know, but also, I mean,
- 35:26nerdy addict had his he was connected to the Internet on his
- 35:30flight and live tweeting while he was doing it.
- 35:33Internet jury says. I will clarify.
- 35:35My late husband was a law enforcement officer.
- 35:37It's still technically an arrest and release.
- 35:39Very common for that type of offense.
- 35:42Very good. I think.
- 35:43I think we're on the same page there.
- 35:44Thank you very much for that. And yeah, I'm I'm going to have
- 35:49to check out that musical of JLR crying from the protest.
- 35:53I will have to check that out. Let's see if there's anything.
- 35:58All right, so we are good. Yeah, I need, I do need I I need
- 36:03a new soundboard. It is true.
- 36:04I need more. Okie, dokie.
- 36:07Let's move on, shall we? Let's move on.
- 36:11OK. What we have here guys is some
- 36:17audio that again Paula Mooney from Plunder True Crime
- 36:26Unearthed by doing a open records request in the state of
- 36:31Florida. Florida is really good for that.
- 36:34And this is Magnolia calling the police.
- 36:39I don't know if it was the the emergency number, the
- 36:42non-emergency number, but but anyway, it's about a 44 minute.
- 36:49I thought it was 47, about a 44 minute call.
- 36:54Let's listen to about, I don't know, 10-15 minutes of it.
- 36:58And if we can reach our goal, we will, we will listen to the
- 37:03rest. Here we go.
- 37:04Sunday, February 1, 2026. Oh, I should also just say the
- 37:12beeps in this were so dissonant, so loud that I went through and
- 37:19I removed the beeps And so where where the police have redacted
- 37:24things like JL Rs name, his address, the telephone numbers
- 37:28and stuff like that. They put a beep in there.
- 37:31I just I took it out so and I have also brought back the audio
- 37:35to about 6 DB down. So it shouldn't blast your your
- 37:39old ears, but just a quick little headphone check, make
- 37:44sure that it doesn't hurt. OK, here we go. 1312 and 50
- 37:49seconds. OK, so this call is February
- 37:521st, 2026 at 1:12 PM. Communications How can I help
- 37:57you? Hi.
- 38:00Yeah. Dang it, Gavin, stop
- 38:01interrupting. But I had to do this.
- 38:02Thank you, Thank you. Thank you.
- 38:04Diddly Squat for the amazing super chat.
- 38:09Diddly Squat says I just love your content.
- 38:11Glad you're staying on this topic.
- 38:13We all love studying the good, the bad, and the ugly in human
- 38:16behavior. What better channel to do that
- 38:17on than this one? We shall all clutch our pearls
- 38:20with you. Deal.
- 38:22OK, deal, deal. All right, here we go.
- 38:28Anyway, I was calling to ask about filing a police report.
- 38:35This is sort of like an ongoing domestic violence situation.
- 38:41Your office disturbs a protection order on my behalf to
- 38:48the respondent that lives there in Pasco County, and I just
- 38:52wanted to talk to a deputy about that.
- 38:56And also I was advised by other law enforcement to file a report
- 39:04for prior incidents. OK, give me just one moment.
- 39:15I'm just putting a couple of call notes.
- 39:21All right? Yeah, I can get something
- 39:23started for you here. What's the phone number we're
- 39:25speaking on? It's.
- 39:30So this is the example where it was beeping and I took that out.
- 39:36And repeat that phone number for me one time.
- 39:48All right. And do you live in Pasco County?
- 39:53I did our our house that we jointly is there in Port Richey,
- 40:02but I had the it's. Vaxley Lane, Baxley Lane, and
- 40:19it's 34668 zip code. Gotcha and just repeat the
- 40:27street name and house number for me one time.
- 40:32Again, just. Got Vaxley Lane and I believe
- 40:36y'all just served the I don't know what day it was served, but
- 40:40I think he was trying to deduct service for a while.
- 40:43So I don't know when it actually got served, but that's that's
- 40:49the reference that you would have for this situation.
- 40:53I. Gotcha.
- 40:59So, so basically just in a nutshell, I mean, I've called
- 41:03into Pasco a few times. Basically what happened is we
- 41:07went on vacation to Washington State for Christmas and while we
- 41:12were there he assaulted me and broke my nose and then he went
- 41:19on the run to avoid being arrested.
- 41:24They had warrants out for him for a felony install.
- 41:28And so he got a new rental car and literally drove across the
- 41:35whole country all the way back to Florida.
- 41:39And I flew back and got back before he did.
- 41:43And I was able to clear out all my belongings from the house and
- 41:48leave. So I actually came to Arkansas.
- 41:53So that's where I'm at now. Yeah, Granny Debbie, she owned
- 41:58the house with him. That's what she said.
- 41:59She said that they they were domestic partners, right?
- 42:03They were cohabitating and that her name is on the title, too.
- 42:07She But she got there first and was able to get her stuff and
- 42:12head to Arkansas, which is apparently where her family is
- 42:14from. So yeah, I mean, this was this
- 42:17was more than just boyfriend girlfriend, right.
- 42:19These are these were domestic partners in a in an in a long
- 42:25term living together cohabitating relationship.
- 42:28Yeah, crazy. Let's see there was a there was
- 42:32a comment while I've got this paused from Nam's journey.
- 42:35Any possibility of a quick recap of what happened with JLR and
- 42:38nerdy, please? Quick recap is that Nerdy flies
- 42:43into Tucson, JLR meets him at the airport, puts a camera in
- 42:48his face and kind of does one of those things that is popular
- 42:53nowadays where he puts a camera in his face and he is basically
- 42:58daring him to respond and then will clutch his pearls if he
- 43:01responds away. A normal human would respond,
- 43:04right? So he was.
- 43:06JLR was charged with disorderly conduct given a citation and a
- 43:11court date. And so not only is he facing,
- 43:16oh, I should say, I did look for the case in Washington state,
- 43:20have not found, still have not found like a charging document
- 43:24or a court docket or anything in Washington state for JLR yet.
- 43:29Though we heard audio last week from his lawyer saying that
- 43:35they're expect a lawyer in Washington state saying they're
- 43:38expecting service. But I have not found that case
- 43:43yet. But he is facing potential
- 43:47charges in Washington state and that are felonious in nature.
- 43:52Thrice Felonious is the band name that we came up for that
- 43:55one. And then he's got a misdemeanor
- 43:58charge now in the state of Arizona.
- 44:00That is the recap. Thanks for joining Nam's
- 44:03journey. This is where my family is, so I
- 44:08escaped there. It's been a few weeks now.
- 44:11I've been in Arkansas and I just had surgery and I'm recovering
- 44:16from surgery but so I had done the protection work.
- 44:21She's recovering from surgery, she said.
- 44:25She said in the well. She didn't say the deputy said
- 44:32no. I'm trying to remember where the
- 44:34where the information came from. Was it a previous thing, a
- 44:39previous recording or was it in the documents?
- 44:42Oh, no, I think it was in her handwritten application for APFA
- 44:48where she said she's going to have to have reconstructive
- 44:51surgery on her nose. I think that's what she said.
- 44:55So it she just said in this recording, I had to have
- 44:58surgery. I wonder if that is
- 45:00reconstructive surgery. And the, you know, the police in
- 45:04Washington, the case is pending in Washington, but the
- 45:09authorities there had told me to get a protection order.
- 45:14You know, so once I got here at Arkansas and I was able to do
- 45:18that. And I guess that's been served.
- 45:21But they had also told me that I needed to speak to Pasco County
- 45:27about filing a report for prior assault that are actually
- 45:33referenced in the police report for Washington because I told
- 45:37the police about prior incidents.
- 45:39So they wanted me to file a report on that.
- 45:43So the issue is that I'm not there in person.
- 45:48So that's why I need to talk to a deputy.
- 45:51I talked to a deputy last week when I called to see about the
- 45:56protection order and if it had been served yet.
- 45:59And I talked to a deputy then. And he had told me that when he
- 46:05suggested that I go to Garland County, Arkansas Sheriff's
- 46:08Department and ask if they can fill out what he called a
- 46:12courtesy report and then to Pasco.
- 46:16But I went there Friday and they said that that's not really
- 46:22something they would do. So they just said I should call
- 46:26back and try to initiate a report over the phone because I
- 46:33just need to have, I just want to have the assault reported
- 46:39because the reason I didn't report in the past is because he
- 46:43threatened to kill me if I did. So now that I'm safely away, you
- 46:49know I want to at least have a report.
- 46:54I understand. I'm sorry, was it, I know he's
- 46:58your ex, but was it your ex-boyfriend or ex-husband?
- 47:01It's boyfriend, yeah. We own the house there jointly,
- 47:05so my name is also on that house and a few other assets.
- 47:13So if you pull up property records or whatever, we're both
- 47:16on the House, but we're not married.
- 47:20I got you. I mean, the only reason I didn't
- 47:28stay there is simply because I don't have any family or anybody
- 47:35in Florida. I only had moved there because
- 47:39of him. So because I actually had the
- 47:43option on the protection order to have him removed from the
- 47:47home. And if I were planning to stay
- 47:50in Florida, that's what I would have done.
- 47:53But I I don't have any like support system in Florida.
- 48:02Good for her for going to Arkansas then that that's smart.
- 48:05Let me let me just pause this for a second, Right.
- 48:08This is, you know, OK, if this were a jury trial, which it is
- 48:14not obviously, But if this were going to a jury, if this were
- 48:19headed to a jury, what is the jury's responsibility?
- 48:22One of the major responsibilities for the jury is
- 48:26to judge credibility. They're the judges of the facts.
- 48:31They are the judges of the credibility of the witnesses,
- 48:35right? The judge in a case really just
- 48:38judges the law, right? Are we, are we following the law
- 48:40here? The the jury, they judge
- 48:43credibility. So if we were to practice this
- 48:45right now and say, OK, is she credible?
- 48:48You know, say this goes to trial and she were to be called to the
- 48:52witness stand and there's all sorts of evidence, including the
- 48:57photos that the deputies took in Washington, maybe some
- 49:01photography from her doctors. If she did indeed have to have
- 49:05reconstructive surgery on her face and and then she gets into
- 49:09the witness box, the the jury would have to figure out is she
- 49:15credible or not? And let's say JLR, he testifies
- 49:19on his own behalf. And then the jury also needs to
- 49:22judge whether he is credible or not, right?
- 49:25So based on what she just said, where she's talking about how we
- 49:29owned the house together, you know, I went there, I got there,
- 49:35I arrived there before he did. I got my stuff and I got out and
- 49:38I went to Arkansas because I wasn't going to stay in Florida
- 49:42because I have no support system there as a juror member, a jury
- 49:48member, a juror slash jury member.
- 49:51Wow, Gavin, take two. Javi as a juror, I, that would
- 49:55go to credibility for me. Oh, she is being wise.
- 49:59She's getting in there fast before he has a chance to get in
- 50:03there. She's taking her stuff.
- 50:04She's going someplace where she will be safe in a different
- 50:07place, different state. She has a support system and
- 50:11yes, she owns a house with him. Yep.
- 50:14But she's willing to to like forgo all of that just for her
- 50:19own safety. That would go to credibility for
- 50:22me. I find her extremely credible.
- 50:25That's all I'm saying. While we're paused from Eve
- 50:28Phelps marketing Gavin, who was the girlfriend before this, Did
- 50:31she speak up or something? I haven't followed it, but while
- 50:35we're while we get the audio going, I'll do a little bit of
- 50:38research. OK, here we go.
- 50:42All right, so just so I know I have my call notes here just to
- 50:49confirm, you had a protection order served against your
- 50:54ex-boyfriend and your local sheriff told you to file a
- 50:58report about previous assaults that had occurred here with our
- 51:02county, OK. And you'd also like to speak to
- 51:06a deputy about just the general situation?
- 51:11Yeah. Well, I just need to know how to
- 51:14go about filing the report, what all I would need to do for that.
- 51:19Because they were telling me here at the Garland County
- 51:22Sheriff's Office, they said that they they said if it was if it
- 51:27was a crime that had happened here and it happened a few
- 51:30months ago, they would just take the report over the phone and
- 51:35then, you know, sign it out to be investigated, I guess.
- 51:40But I just don't know how how you do things there.
- 51:45I gotcha now. How long ago did this?
- 51:49How long ago did the assaults happen?
- 51:53So the so this there. So basically over the course of
- 51:57our relationship for the last, we were together for three.
- 52:00Let's see, this part is very, very important, but just to
- 52:02answer your question, Eve Phelps marketing I, I wasn't able to
- 52:07quickly and easily look up any other XS, but if anybody has a
- 52:11link that they wouldn't mind sharing with me, just go to my
- 52:14website, gavinfish.com. There's always a link in the
- 52:17description below. Click on this little envelope
- 52:20here. And if you have any, any links
- 52:23that you could send me or any documents or any information
- 52:26that you can give me, just fill out the form.
- 52:30It comes to me. I'll look through it for the
- 52:32next time that we talk about this because Uncle Gavin was
- 52:35wrong on this one. I guess we are still going to
- 52:39follow this one. All right, so and now let's get
- 52:43back to this important part where she's talking about the
- 52:46history. Here we go.
- 52:48Years exactly. And over the last two years is
- 52:54when he started becoming violent.
- 52:56And most of the time it would be like a strangulation incident.
- 53:02And then time would go by and then he would do it again.
- 53:08And, and that was what it was for the longest time.
- 53:12And then all of a sudden. OK, so that sounds pretty
- 53:15laissez faire of her to just say strangulation incident.
- 53:18But guys, we had, we had Brian Bennett on here to talk about
- 53:22this. A strangulation a, a victim
- 53:25survivor of, of strangulation is 800% more likely to be the
- 53:32victim of a homicide than somebody who is not a
- 53:36strangulation victim surviving victim.
- 53:39OK, victim survivor. So, and she's saying it happened
- 53:43more than once. This is a major issue.
- 53:48This is if it's true, this is her allegation.
- 53:51This is what she's telling police, right?
- 53:54But if it's true, dude, she's lucky to be alive.
- 53:58Late summer he escalated and the specific default that I want to
- 54:05report was September 6th into the 7th.
- 54:12It was like overnight, the 6th, 7th and then that that's the one
- 54:17that I want to report. And that one he I mean, it was
- 54:22like insane. He he just beat me with his
- 54:26first like over and over in my head and my face, my ribs, just
- 54:32all over while I was on the floor cower.
- 54:36Like he just kept on beating me. And I almost went to the
- 54:41hospital after that. But you know, he just always
- 54:44would threat what he does after what he what he did after that
- 54:47assault is he started recording me.
- 54:50He started recording me like having an emotional breakdown
- 54:58and he recorded like multiple videos of me after that.
- 55:02Wow, OK, if that is true that he's waiting for her to have
- 55:09like emotional breakdowns and then pulling out the video like
- 55:12he did a nerdy addict, right, pulling out the phone, getting
- 55:14it on video. That is a new level of control.
- 55:21That is a new level of control. Not new to the world, but to
- 55:25this case like that is downright evil that again, he is doing
- 55:32this thing where he is gathering information, gathering data,
- 55:37gathering a record in order to have it later say, hey, look,
- 55:41she's crazy to to to go against her credibility, right?
- 55:45And it it could work, could work.
- 55:48But of course, if you were the victim of DV and you were a
- 55:52multiple time victim, survivor of strangulation, would you have
- 55:57emotional breakdowns? Of course you would.
- 56:00This reminds me of Micah Miller, right?
- 56:03There's the good pastor Gavin uses his air quotes talking
- 56:08about. You guys know that she had
- 56:10mental health issues. She had issues, right?
- 56:13Yeah. Caused by you, you dingus.
- 56:16Like, that's that. Those are the vibes that I'm
- 56:20getting out of this, that he is, he is the 'cause he is the root
- 56:27of her, her emotional mess and and he's just evilly.
- 56:40That's what it looks like to me based on, again, allegations.
- 56:45We don't know that there's a fact.
- 56:46We know these are allegations, but if they're true, yeah,
- 56:50that's that's just evil. Just evil.
- 56:53And told me he would post those videos if I ever, like, reported
- 56:58him, things like that. So I feel pretty certain that
- 57:03given his criminal case that's happening, that he probably will
- 57:08try to use videos against me and things like that.
- 57:13But yeah, so that's the specific one.
- 57:15It would be September 6th to the 7th and then you know, in the
- 57:22report I would also like to reference prior strangulation
- 57:28incident. Good for her.
- 57:31OK. I mean, it was like an ongoing
- 57:35thing. Yeah, I think, she said.
- 57:38But the one from September, you know, it's really brutal.
- 57:44So I had really bad breathing on my face and, you know, I've got
- 57:50the pictures and all that. But so, yeah, I mean, I just
- 57:56think that it's important to have a record of that because in
- 58:01the Washington case, Washington state has pretty well what they
- 58:11told me in the hospital that they have pretty extreme
- 58:13domestic violence laws. And so their case will almost
- 58:20certainly reference prior incidents because they look at
- 58:25patterns as what they told. They look at like a pattern of
- 58:29events and escalation and different things like that.
- 58:33And so they will most likely, you know, weigh prior incidents
- 58:39and things like that. So I just think it's important
- 58:43to have a report filed. And I've also written, I also
- 58:48made a written report. Like I, I kind of put everything
- 58:53together and I made a print out that I took with me to the
- 58:58Sheriff's Office here in Garland County that sort of this is my
- 59:04report. It's what I want to say and
- 59:06report. And so I don't know if that's
- 59:10helpful or? This is a good place to pause
- 59:13for a second. This is a good comment from the
- 59:16Cowboy logic. Gavin, at the beginning of the
- 59:18stream, you said you were right down the middle.
- 59:20It is time for people of good conscience to stand up and
- 59:22choose a side. OK, here's the thing.
- 59:27I'm trying to stay right down the middle in terms of
- 59:31unemotionally, and I'm not successful at this, but I'm
- 59:36doing my very best to be emotional, emotionally detached
- 59:40from the allegations and just report on what's going on.
- 59:45What people are saying is going on, what this woman right here
- 59:48is saying is going on and report it.
- 59:51It is. They are allegations and and
- 59:56that's what they are. Now.
- 59:58Am I right down the middle when it comes to DV?
- 1:00:01No, I've got a side. I've got a side.
- 1:00:05Now I and I believe her. I believe that she is a victim,
- 1:00:09survivor of strangulation. I believe it and I hope, my hope
- 1:00:15is that there's such good documentation that that they
- 1:00:21will, that they will press those charges and he will face the
- 1:00:26music for it. That's what I hope if it's true,
- 1:00:30right? Again, I kind of have to be
- 1:00:33right down the middle on that. I don't know that it's true.
- 1:00:35Neither do you. We, we suspect we believe it
- 1:00:40might be true, but we don't know it's true.
- 1:00:43And that's where I want to be right down the middle.
- 1:00:46OK. But when it comes to DV, when it
- 1:00:49comes to SA, when it comes to CA, no, we pick a side, man.
- 1:00:54We, we pick a side and we, we and we know the side that we're
- 1:00:59on, right? We are con, we are not pro.
- 1:01:02We are against all sorts of DV, all, all SA, all CA.
- 1:01:10We are against those things wholeheartedly.
- 1:01:14No equivocation. But when reporting on this, I
- 1:01:18cannot tell you with good conscience that I know that
- 1:01:21she's telling the truth. I can't, I can't tell you with
- 1:01:27good conscience that I know that JLR is telling the truth.
- 1:01:31What I can tell you is I believe her.
- 1:01:34I do not believe him but and I hope that this will go through
- 1:01:39the process where the truth will be made known.
- 1:01:45Certainly. Thanks for that comment.
- 1:01:46Great comment. I could e-mail that.
- 1:01:56Yeah, we will get on that in just a moment.
- 1:01:58I'm just putting a few more call notes in here for you and then
- 1:02:01I'm going to ask you a couple of questions, OK?
- 1:02:14Sorry, my dog is. No, that's OK.
- 1:02:16Thank you for being so patient with me.
- 1:02:21You be good, boy. They redacted the name of the
- 1:02:26dog. That's funny.
- 1:02:28Yeah, this has been like an insane last month.
- 1:02:32I mean I can't even describe. It's like it's just been so much
- 1:02:40work like and it's crazy because I'm the victim and it's become
- 1:02:45like a full time job recovering and surgery and like all doing
- 1:02:51reports and Protection Orders and I didn't think that I was
- 1:02:56going to have to do a protection order.
- 1:02:58What a great point. This is like a full time job.
- 1:03:03Everything that she has to do is like a full time job.
- 1:03:07Like it is so dangerous to be in a situation that she is in,
- 1:03:11statistically speaking. And I think that, man, she's
- 1:03:17doing a really, really good job. But yeah, she has to work on a
- 1:03:20full time man. They're only, they kept telling
- 1:03:23me to do it and I was like, well, there's no way he's going
- 1:03:28to contact me. I was like, he would be crazy to
- 1:03:31contact me. And then he did.
- 1:03:34He actually did a couple weeks ago.
- 1:03:37He emailed me about money because he's trying to basically
- 1:03:42take all the assets out of my name without anything in return.
- 1:03:48This is classic financial abuse, right?
- 1:03:51From coercively controlling people.
- 1:03:53If what she's saying is true, that she she said, just to
- 1:03:58recap, I wasn't going to do a PFA, but he reached out to me
- 1:04:03about money and taking away things that were ours, right?
- 1:04:07That is coercively controlling behavior and that is financial
- 1:04:11abuse. Wow.
- 1:04:14He emailed me about so I went ahead and filed the protection
- 1:04:17order right after he did. I mean, I couldn't believe that
- 1:04:22he had the nerve to contact he. Gotcha.
- 1:04:26But you have a couple questions for you.
- 1:04:29Yeah. What's your boyfriend's first
- 1:04:31name? It's.
- 1:04:33Jonathan Lee, Regions. And what's his last name?
- 1:04:42And what's his date of birth? OK.
- 1:05:06And in reference to. I had not seen that bloom.
- 1:05:11Wow. And I'm sorry, just cause one of
- 1:05:32my dispatchers is asking me what was the county that you're
- 1:05:38located in where you tried to make the report with your
- 1:05:41county? Oh, I'm in Garland County,
- 1:05:46Arkansas Hot Springs in the city that's.
- 1:05:51Right, Sarah? And they're the ones that I went
- 1:05:59and I did the protection order through their courthouse because
- 1:06:05it's a, and it's a nationwide. I mean, I'm sure you know what
- 1:06:10it is. Again, thank you for being so
- 1:06:46patient. We're just trying to figure out
- 1:06:47what the best way to get this record handled is.
- 1:06:52Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's just, it's
- 1:07:14just crazy how this actually is the way it has.
- 1:07:18But yeah, I mean, I'm, I'm sure I'm not the first person you
- 1:07:24first say that. It's just like it's just
- 1:07:28stalking that someone is capable of.
- 1:07:33Yeah, I am very sorry that that did happen to you.
- 1:07:38Well, it's just hard to believe that it you know, he made
- 1:07:42threats like it's really crazy too, because one of the things
- 1:07:46like whenever you assign this to whoever and detective or
- 1:07:50whatever, one of the things that I have to send is, you know,
- 1:07:57during these like rage episodes that he would have, he would he
- 1:08:02would literally say that he was going to smash my face and
- 1:08:07rearrange my face and he would go to prison for it.
- 1:08:10All this kind of stuff. And a couple of times I recorded
- 1:08:14him saying that stuff because it was just like so outlandish.
- 1:08:17And I was just like, what, you know, and I talked it up to you.
- 1:08:24Like, he's got mental issues. Like there's something really
- 1:08:27wrong here. He needs help and things like
- 1:08:30that. And it just like, I just, it's
- 1:08:34just hard to like believe that he actually did what he said he
- 1:08:39would do, you know, And then the police were like, well, you
- 1:08:45know, he probably he could have killed you.
- 1:08:47Like it's, I mean, because the attack in Washington was like
- 1:08:53beyond. I mean, it was, it was like the
- 1:08:55attacks in September, but it was like way worse because.
- 1:09:02I gotcha so. He shattered my nose and touched
- 1:09:06him. There was blood everywhere, you
- 1:09:08know, like just crazy. And I believe he left me
- 1:09:14unconscious there. So it's just like really crazy
- 1:09:18to believe that anyone is capable of any of that.
- 1:09:22Let's pause that there. Let's pause it there.
- 1:09:24We're we're running late and we're not quite halfway through
- 1:09:29the recording. We didn't quite make our goal
- 1:09:31today, but I deeply, deeply appreciate you all for the Super
- 1:09:36chats. You guys, you guys are awesome.
- 1:09:40That really goes a long way to helping my channel.
- 1:09:42While while I'm on this subject, thank you to all of you who
- 1:09:45support me through your YouTube memberships and your Patreon
- 1:09:49patronage, and also those who watch and listen to me on
- 1:09:53Spotify. Deeply, deeply appreciate each
- 1:09:56one of you. What we're going to do is we're
- 1:10:00going to save this for Monday's show.
- 1:10:01We're going to save the rest of this for Monday's show and we
- 1:10:04will continue this recording of Jamie Phillips, also known as
- 1:10:09Magnolia, as she talks to the police there in Pasco County,
- 1:10:15Florida, reporting on the things that happened to her.
- 1:10:19Now, we're not done for tonight. We're going long, but we're not
- 1:10:22done for tonight because we have a couple other things that I
- 1:10:24want to get to. 1st being of course our three question
- 1:10:31segment, but but I also want you to know that we've got, what do
- 1:10:35we got? We got headlines coming up.
- 1:10:37Got an update on Nancy Guthrie on Ashley Buzzard, Spencer and
- 1:10:41Monique Tepe and Luigi Mangioni. After three questions, let's get
- 1:10:46into it. OK, guys, in the three questions
- 1:10:57segment, I answer three of your questions that you sent in to me
- 1:11:02to the e-mail address on the screen.
- 1:11:03Three questions at gavinfish.com, Three questions
- 1:11:06at gavinfish.com. It's spelled out THREE questions
- 1:11:10at gavinfish.com. I promise that I will answer
- 1:11:17them fully, truthfully, honestly, whatever question you
- 1:11:21give me, it could be a could be I'm I'm wondering about the
- 1:11:25secrets of the universe and I'm going to ask a guy on YouTube.
- 1:11:28You could do that. You could ask me my favorite
- 1:11:31color. It could be everything in
- 1:11:32between. I especially like the questions
- 1:11:36where you ask something that other people could answer in the
- 1:11:42comments, so bonus points for that one.
- 1:11:44Brooke starts us off with is Wanda real or AII am sensing by
- 1:11:49your comments that Wanda is not real.
- 1:11:53Ha ha ha. I love your show though.
- 1:11:55To you Brooke, I say how dare you, how dare you, how dare you.
- 1:12:04Is Wanda real or not? Wanda, let me ask you, this is
- 1:12:12Punxsutani feel. Is Punxsutani Phil real?
- 1:12:16Is he? Course he is.
- 1:12:18Yeah. He's the he's the seer of seer
- 1:12:21of the prognosticator of prognosticators.
- 1:12:24That is very much the way Wanda is.
- 1:12:27Now, Wanda is a talented, she's a aged, but you know what?
- 1:12:32She's a talented musician with many arms and many instruments
- 1:12:38and a beautiful voice. Listen to Wanda, could you
- 1:12:41perform one of your transition pieces for me?
- 1:12:50Sounded so good. Wanda.
- 1:12:52All that live music is amazing. And let's transition to the next
- 1:12:56question from Diane G Gavin, do you have a personal mission
- 1:13:00statement? Guys, if you have a personal
- 1:13:01mission statement, please put it in the comments.
- 1:13:04I'd love to know yours. I don't, I don't have a personal
- 1:13:09mission statement now. I have a personal mission.
- 1:13:12My personal mission is to be a good person that that my wife
- 1:13:16and our children can be happy with and proud of.
- 1:13:21I want, I want my parents. Hopefully, hopefully it works
- 1:13:25out this way. They go to their grave before I
- 1:13:28go to mine. That's the natural progression
- 1:13:30of things. But I hope that when they are
- 1:13:33laid to their final rest, they will do so having thought, Gee,
- 1:13:38I have terrific kids. And Gavin, that guy's the top of
- 1:13:41the heap. That's, that's the way they
- 1:13:42think. Now, I'm definitely my parents
- 1:13:44favorite. But no, I don't have a personal
- 1:13:45mission statement. Do you guys, do you guys have a
- 1:13:48personal mission statement? Do I need to come up with one?
- 1:13:50Should it be serious? Should it, should it be tongue
- 1:13:53in cheek? Should it be full on comedy?
- 1:13:56I don't know. Yeah.
- 1:13:59Tell me yours and question #3 what is one thing that you are
- 1:14:04proud of that you did today? Oh, you know, as you guys know,
- 1:14:08I am a big baby with a broken back, probably overdosing on
- 1:14:14ibuprofen. Don't worry, it's not, not
- 1:14:15really. I'm taking it according to the
- 1:14:17label. My sister's afraid I'm going to
- 1:14:21get a touch of autism if I take too much of it, so I'm not going
- 1:14:24to do that. So my wife who works so hard and
- 1:14:32to make our home a beautiful 1A comfortable 11 where people want
- 1:14:37to come and stay. We have a big dining room.
- 1:14:42We live in a in an old Victorian home in western Pennsylvania in
- 1:14:49an area that is called the oil Heritage region.
- 1:14:52It is where oil was first pumped out of the ground back in 1860.
- 1:14:57Something can't remember 6818 sixties.
- 1:15:02And so there was a lot of money in the late 1800s and 1900s in
- 1:15:09our town. So there are lots of these big
- 1:15:11beautiful historic homes that need people to take care of
- 1:15:14them. And we are the caretakers of
- 1:15:16such a home. Our our dining room table seats
- 1:15:23comfortably 16, probably 16. You can get around the table.
- 1:15:33It's big. It's a big table.
- 1:15:36So yeah, 47 on each side plus the ends.
- 1:15:40I think that we can fit 16, but we haven't had chairs for that
- 1:15:45table. In fact, that table I got out of
- 1:15:48AI mean it was from a a person in Ohio who had saved it from a
- 1:15:53library that was being demolished.
- 1:15:55It's a big giant library table, solid wood, man, I can't believe
- 1:16:01I didn't throw my back out and when we moved that.
- 1:16:04But it's this huge, huge, huge table.
- 1:16:07We have not had chairs that that go with the table.
- 1:16:12We we've kind of got this hodgepodge mix of metal chairs
- 1:16:18and wooden chairs and different styles and everything in order
- 1:16:21to get people around the table. And we do have people over the
- 1:16:23house quite, quite frequently. Just this past Sunday, we had
- 1:16:29what, 12345678910? I think it was 10 guests, 10 for
- 1:16:36brunch, maybe 12 guests for brunch.
- 1:16:39So anyway, it's, it's a thing that we do.
- 1:16:42Buying chairs for such table is an expensive, monumental,
- 1:16:46herculean task. And my wife who works so hard
- 1:16:52did order that she ordered, I think she ordered 12 of them
- 1:16:57because we have all the other chairs that we could bring in
- 1:17:00when there are more guests. But she ordered 12 beautiful
- 1:17:05dining room chairs. Now I am my back is hurt right
- 1:17:08now. And so I can't work.
- 1:17:10I can't, I can't put them all together.
- 1:17:14So I worked with our two little ones to start putting the chairs
- 1:17:18together because this weekend we have 3 guests coming to stay.
- 1:17:22We have our daughter and our son-in-law four yes, sorry.
- 1:17:24Our daughter and our son-in-law and my father-in-law and
- 1:17:28mother-in-law are coming for Easter weekend.
- 1:17:30So we're excited to have guests and we're excited to have the
- 1:17:35opportunity to have Easter dinner and we want to put all
- 1:17:38those chairs together being hurt.
- 1:17:42I got our two littles and we started putting them together,
- 1:17:45which was just terrific. It was awesome.
- 1:17:49They they flat packed them and the furniture store receives
- 1:17:53them that way. And the furniture store said we
- 1:17:54can put them together and deliver you deliver them, but
- 1:17:57they, but it would have taken an extra day.
- 1:17:59Said no, just deliver them to us and, and we will put them
- 1:18:02together. So that's yeah, I'm proud of
- 1:18:05that. Spending some time with the
- 1:18:06kiddos, teaching them how to use a power drill and be careful
- 1:18:11when you cut into boxes and you know, how to how to put things
- 1:18:15together. I'm I'm proud of that.
- 1:18:16So yeah, I guess, I guess those are the three questions.
- 1:18:22Remember, you can send in your questions to three questions at
- 1:18:25gavinfish.com. I promise to answer them.
- 1:18:29And I'm looking forward to reading your comments on, you
- 1:18:33know, to answer like what, what did you do today that you're
- 1:18:35proud of Autumn? You know what you did?
- 1:18:38You passed. You passed, You should be proud
- 1:18:43of that. I'm proud of that.
- 1:18:44What are the things you guys proud of and do you have
- 1:18:46personal mission statements? I want to know, I want to know
- 1:18:49and I want to know. Do you believe Wanda is real or
- 1:18:52do you think Wanda is some figment of my imagination
- 1:18:55assisted by AIA? Ridiculous notion, by the way.
- 1:19:00And while you're answering those things in the comments, here are
- 1:19:04your headlines. True prime headlines.
- 1:19:14Okie Dokie, I've got 4 headlines for you that I want to bring to
- 1:19:17you. This one from The Hollywood
- 1:19:19Reporter. Highly unusual business as
- 1:19:22usual, written by Tony Malyo. He probably pronounced it
- 1:19:26Maglio. All eyes in Midtown Manhattan on
- 1:19:30Monday may be on those giant Today Show studio windows trying
- 1:19:34to catch a glimpse of Savannah Guthrie as she returns to work.
- 1:19:38When Guthrie anchors the Today Show on Easter Monday, a major
- 1:19:42break in the case with standing. The Christian spillover holiday
- 1:19:45will mark the 65th day since her mother, Nancy Guthrie, 84, was
- 1:19:49taken from her home in Tucson, AZ.
- 1:19:52There's still no suspects and there has been no proof of life.
- 1:19:56The most anticipated comeback in morning TV since, well, ever
- 1:20:00will not be business as usual inside or outside 10 Rockefeller
- 1:20:04Plazas, across the street from 30 Rock, famed.
- 1:20:07Studio 1A, where fans of the show gather daily to catch a
- 1:20:12glimpse of the Today show's talent and celebrity guests.
- 1:20:15Savannah will be welcomed home with an outpouring of love via
- 1:20:18poster board and Sharpie, I am sure.
- 1:20:21So what does it say? Yeah, so Savannah Guthrie is
- 1:20:27returning tomorrow barring some crazy break in the case.
- 1:20:34And I have mixed feelings about that.
- 1:20:36I wonder what your feelings are about that in the Melody Buzzard
- 1:20:41murder. This from independent.com
- 1:20:43written by Christina McDermott Judge sets hearing to evaluate
- 1:20:47search warrant and Ashley Buzzard murder case An upcoming
- 1:20:53court hearing will determine whether prosecutors can use
- 1:20:56evidence from a search warrant in the case against Ashley
- 1:20:58Buzzard, the Vandenberg Village woman.
- 1:21:01This is down in Lompoc, CA Woman accused of murdering her nine
- 1:21:05year old daughter Melody. On Wednesday, Buzzard made a
- 1:21:08brief appearance in Lompocs Criminal Court where Judge
- 1:21:11Stephen Dunkel said that Judge Denise Hiphoc would hear the
- 1:21:15defense's motion to quash and traverse a search warrant on May
- 1:21:196th. Judge Hip Hop issued the warrant
- 1:21:22last fall during the search for Melody.
- 1:21:24Buzzard warrants come with affidavit statements that a law
- 1:21:27enforcement officer makes swearing they have probable
- 1:21:30cause to search a specific location.
- 1:21:32If Judge Hibbock finds that the affidavit does not have probable
- 1:21:36cause or that it contains omissions or misstatements, the
- 1:21:39defense can request Judge Dunkel suppress the evidence obtained
- 1:21:44through the warrant. So this is a, this is a pretty
- 1:21:47typical thing. We don't need to, you know, get
- 1:21:50all nervous about it. This is typical the, the defense
- 1:21:53is doing what they should do, which is mounting a a vigorous
- 1:21:57defense. And it makes sense to me that
- 1:22:02the search warrant would be something that they would
- 1:22:04attack. So we will see that when we will
- 1:22:08see that on do do do, do do, do, do do do.
- 1:22:13Well, anyway, there will be oh, May 6th, May 6th is when that is
- 1:22:19OK. An update on the TEPI case
- 1:22:23written by Steven Levine from ABC on yourside.com Unsealed
- 1:22:27warrant provides few details about evidence taken from home
- 1:22:31after Tepi murders Dateline Columbus A newly unsealed search
- 1:22:35warrant is offering new insight into what investigators took
- 1:22:38from a Weinland Park home after dentist Spencer Tepi and his
- 1:22:42wife Monique Tepi were found shot to death there on December
- 1:22:4430th. This case so sad.
- 1:22:48Children in the house Less than 90 minutes after 37 year old
- 1:22:53Spencer and 39 year old Monique were found murdered in their
- 1:22:55home on December 30th, a judge signed a search warrant allowing
- 1:23:00police to gather evidence inside the house.
- 1:23:02The warrant had been sealed for 90 days.
- 1:23:05Retired Columbus Police Homicide Detective Jay Fulton, who
- 1:23:07reviewed the warrant, said it was limited in detail.
- 1:23:10It's pretty brief. Fulton said.
- 1:23:12He said investigators in a shooting case may look for items
- 1:23:15such as shell casings, any evidence of ballistic evidence,
- 1:23:18spent projectiles, blood, body fluids, fingerprints.
- 1:23:22Monique Tepe's ex-husband, Michael McKee is now charged.
- 1:23:25Let me bring up a photo of Mr. McKee.
- 1:23:31There is Mr. McKee in his first mug shot.
- 1:23:33Mug shot. Here's Mr. McKee in his second.
- 1:23:37He is now charged with aggravated murder in the
- 1:23:40couple's deaths. He was arrested in Rockford, IL
- 1:23:43on January 10th where he was working as a vascular surgeon
- 1:23:46and has pleaded not guilty. Hey, if any of you have a
- 1:23:51special talent of being able to request and receive this warrant
- 1:23:57and would like to share it with my audience, please reach out to
- 1:23:59me and go to gavinfish.com and click that little envelope icon.
- 1:24:02OK And lastly, last headline of the day, Manhattan judge delays
- 1:24:09Luigi Mangioni state and federal trials.
- 1:24:11This written in the Guardian by Vic the Kempus.
- 1:24:18I don't know how to pronounce your name.
- 1:24:19Luigi Mangioni's much anticipated state and federal
- 1:24:22trials stemming from the killing of a top healthcare executive on
- 1:24:26a Manhattan St. were both postponed on Wednesday.
- 1:24:29Mangioni's state trial was moved from 8 June to September, the
- 1:24:34judge in that case said in an order made public this
- 1:24:37afternoon. Hours earlier, the judge
- 1:24:39overseeing Mangioni's federal case, Margaret Garnett,
- 1:24:42tentatively postponed that proceeding to the 5th of
- 1:24:45October. Garnett's scheduling decision on
- 1:24:50Wednesday came after Mangione's team requested a postponement of
- 1:24:53this trial, which had been scheduled for the 8th of
- 1:24:56September. Of course, Mangione is charged
- 1:25:00in the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
- 1:25:06So that's where we are on your headlines.
- 1:25:17True crime headlines OK, let us finish out the the live stream
- 1:25:26tonight with your comments. This one from Robin.
- 1:25:32The Secret to the universe is 42 Hitchhiker's Guide to the
- 1:25:36Galaxy. Is that your personal mission
- 1:25:38statement? That's good, Black widower.
- 1:25:41How dare you. How dare you?
- 1:25:45How dare you? Wanda is a figment of Gavin's
- 1:25:49desire for help. Scotch's mom says Wanda is a
- 1:25:53talented fish called Wanda. That is correct.
- 1:25:57That is correct, Lee, but Punxsutawney Phil breeds.
- 1:26:02Indeed he does. What are you implying, Lee in
- 1:26:05Tennessee? How dare you, Deanna says.
- 1:26:09Personal mission statement. Don't sweat the small stuff.
- 1:26:11That is a great personal mission statement.
- 1:26:13In fact, I was reminded of that my I recently went and said
- 1:26:18hello to and met in person my high school photography teacher.
- 1:26:21This was in February and when I was in high school, I think it
- 1:26:26was my junior year of high school, his wife tragically died
- 1:26:32and he told us later, don't sweat the small stuff.
- 1:26:39And unless it's death, I think he said unless it's life and
- 1:26:42death, it's all small stuff. Trying to get us to understand
- 1:26:46as teenagers that we don't need to be so wound up, right?
- 1:26:53And that is a great personal mission statement, Mooney says.
- 1:26:57I had a mission statement when when teaching, but not a
- 1:27:00personal one. Mischievous dragon mission
- 1:27:04statements stolen from John Lennon.
- 1:27:06Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans.
- 1:27:10You know, we one of the things that Kimberly and I have taught
- 1:27:16our children, I don't I don't know that we've taught it to
- 1:27:19them. We've attempted to teach it to
- 1:27:21them. We've attempt attempted to help
- 1:27:24them understand that you need to live a purposeful life.
- 1:27:31That doesn't mean that you can't change your purpose, right?
- 1:27:35And that you know as you get new information and new experience,
- 1:27:38that purpose can change. But live a purposeful life, we
- 1:27:42tell them you happen to life. Don't let life happen to you.
- 1:27:47With all of that said, I think John Lennon's right.
- 1:27:49Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans.
- 1:27:53Scotch's mom says. I don't have a personal mission
- 1:27:55statement, but I want my kids happy and healthy, and I want
- 1:27:58the same for my grandson. That's a great one.
- 1:28:03Scotch's mom also said I survived 8 hours without Tylenol
- 1:28:07for my teeth. Tiana says there's a synergistic
- 1:28:13effect when you take ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
- 1:28:15Yes, I have been alternating actually.
- 1:28:17Thank you. Very, very good.
- 1:28:23Let's see, Mountain Mermaid says.
- 1:28:25We have estate sales and cheap auctions here where we get
- 1:28:28awesome deals on old furniture. Very cool, very cool.
- 1:28:31We have a couple of antiques in the house that we got at at
- 1:28:38well, we didn't get them in an auction or an estate sale.
- 1:28:40We got them like we have these antique malls out here that we
- 1:28:44go to. It's pretty fun.
- 1:28:47Lee, do we have grand dogs or grand cats?
- 1:28:50We do, but we don't call him that.
- 1:28:52We have, we have a daughter and son-in-law who have a cat.
- 1:28:57His name is Professor Montague J Wisconsin.
- 1:29:03We call him Whiskey and he's coming for a visit.
- 1:29:07I'm excited to see Whiskey business.
- 1:29:11Yes, it does sound wonder. Thank you.
- 1:29:13Does sound wonderful, Granny, says Gavin.
- 1:29:18And how old are the littles? The littles are, I don't want to
- 1:29:23say specifically, but they are elementary and middle school
- 1:29:25aged at this point. We have, we have two batches of
- 1:29:28children. We have our first batch.
- 1:29:31Then we waited 10 years because I don't know, we're masochists,
- 1:29:34I don't know. And then we had two more.
- 1:29:36Some people think we're a blended family.
- 1:29:38We are not. We just, we were broke for about
- 1:29:4010 years. That's really what it boiled
- 1:29:42down to. Anything else?
- 1:29:47Cheryl says. I guarantee as soon as she comes
- 1:29:49back on the show, this case will be solved.
- 1:29:52Oh, when Savannah Guthrie goes back on the show?
- 1:29:55I hope so, Mooney says. I cannot believe Leticia Stosch
- 1:30:00is getting a new trial. That was the news that blew me
- 1:30:02away. I watched the entire trial.
- 1:30:07Robert. The ruse, Gavin.
- 1:30:08I don't know, is reality really real?
- 1:30:10I mean, considering The Matrix and all.
- 1:30:11That's my dodge. I love the matrix.
- 1:30:15I love it. Let's see, I'm late but here
- 1:30:20from close to Leavenworth, living in a small town next to
- 1:30:23the Treetop factory. Awesome, thanks for joining.
- 1:30:26Are there any more? Doesn't look like it.
- 1:30:28Thank you for your comments guys.
- 1:30:30I love your, your mission statements and love your, your
- 1:30:36input. We will be back barring some
- 1:30:40other old man ailment or malady that I may suffer between now
- 1:30:44and then on Monday. The plan for now is to continue
- 1:30:49this recording from Jamie Phillips, also known as
- 1:30:54Magnolia, as she reached out to the police there in Florida to
- 1:30:58make a report on this issue. And and I'm I'm not downplaying
- 1:31:04it. This felonious issue, these
- 1:31:08allegations against her ex-boyfriend, Jonathan Lee
- 1:31:12Riches, also known as JLR investigates.
- 1:31:15I will get that scheduled for Monday.
- 1:31:19And with that, I bid you. I do thank you very much for
- 1:31:22spending your time with me. It's so good to be with you.
- 1:31:25I mean, we went a little over an hour and a half this time.
- 1:31:27So that's kind of a nice long one.
- 1:31:29I'm glad for those of you who stuck around all the way to the
- 1:31:32end. Thank you again to my patrons,
- 1:31:34to my members, to those who just send me a PayPal every once in a
- 1:31:38while, and to those of you who who offered super chats today,
- 1:31:43So generous. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
