wearing all black entered and fled northbound.

A 23 year old female, the complainant's mother, stated

that Kada failed to return home after work the prior evening.

A Co worker, VA reported last seen Kada around 10:00 PM on the

fourth outside her workplace, The Terrace at Chestnut Hill at

495 E Abington Ave. Kada appeared upset, was

overheard saying. I can't believe you're calling

all network contact timing. Advance data indicated her

device traveled southeast from Chestnut Hill toward Mount Airy.

The missing person case was assigned to Detective M O'Neill

3 responded to a vehicle fire on the 2300 block of 74th Ave.

This is the Hyundai. The burned vehicle was

identified as the same stolen Hyundai Accent.

Engine 73 ruled the fire arson. This was assigned to Detective

the theft, missing person and arson incidents were related.

Search warrant returns showed communications between this

number and CADA from September 28th to October 4th.
