On this episode, the boys recapped an epic weekend in Louisville! Danny and Scotty had some stories to share from before the track meet, and then we also got recaps of both of their evenings and individual races. We also started planning for next year and brainstormed some fun ideas on how we can make the event even better! Blue Jeans Mile? Spindrift Mile? Prize money for leader of the mile at halfway?

After the race, a lot of us met up for a long run at the Parklands here in Louisville to cap off an epic weekend. Enjoy!
