- 0:01Welcome to authentic living with Roxanne, a place where we have as conversations about
- 0:08things that really matter in our lives.
- 0:11And now here's your host, Roxanne Derhodge.
- 0:36Hi, everyone.
- 0:36It's Sal Roxanne.
- 0:38Thanks for tuning in again.
- 0:40This week, I have a special person, someone that I've actually used as a practitioner in in
- 0:46in, lots of different ways from a holistic perspective.
- 0:51This is, Tammy Rakes.
- 0:52So, Tammy, thanks for coming on today.
- 0:54Thank you for having me.
- 0:55I'm excited to be here.
- 0:58So I often try to, on my show, you know, showcase things related to, obviously, physical
- 1:06and mental health.
- 1:07Yes.
- 1:07And, you know, Tammy's background is quite fascinating.
- 1:10I'm gonna tell you a little bit about her background and her business is called
- 1:13spiritually in tune.
- 1:14And her, you know, her training is quite diverse, starting off, you know, in the field
- 1:22with, as an RMT and then going on to have different specialty.
- 1:26So I'm gonna have Tammy tell you a little bit more, and then we're gonna talk a lot about,
- 1:31kind of blocked emotions and what kind of things we need to kind of understand from a
- 1:36holistic perspective and treatment applications.
- 1:39So, Tavy, tell everyone a little bit about you and kinda your path and why why you kind of
- 1:44made this choice to to come in to this field?
- 1:48Well, I mean, I've always had, a strong connection to holistic health care growing up
- 1:54where I did.
- 1:55My mother having a native background, that kinda is where it really started for me.
- 2:01And then it kicked it up a notch when I went through my own health issues.
- 2:04I went through cancer.
- 2:06I've been through multiple other things from organ prolapse to other stuff, and I mean, that
- 2:10happened later on, but it really geared me into wanting to look into the body.
- 2:14And, what I can do to better myself and control what was happening essentially And that
- 2:20actually led me into massage therapy.
- 2:24And that's when I fell in love with the body completely as a whole, getting into anatomy and
- 2:28physiology.
- 2:29On the orthopedic assessments and and seeing all these different correlations that we store
- 2:34within us.
- 2:35But from my massage therapist, fact, after I was finished with that, I, I went into
- 2:40reflexology.
- 2:42And I was actually piggybacking a lot of programs at that point.
- 2:45So I was doing my reflexology.
- 2:47I had also done a cadaver, program through Western University.
- 2:52I've done a Roma touch as well at aroma therapy programs.
- 2:56I then furthered into, Yuesui Reiki.
- 3:00Then I had the, wonderful opportunity of meeting a beautiful woman named Yvonne, who is,
- 3:07Japanese and she was traditionally Romeo Raki Kai, Raki.
- 3:10So then I actually spent 4 years learning that.
- 3:13And furthering my studies into more the metaphysical, the more energetical side of the
- 3:18body.
- 3:19And then from there, I started to move forward, into my my medical chi kung.
- 3:28And now I'm about to finish my masters in that as well.
- 3:31And, as well as my bio feedback.
- 3:34So it's been it's been quite an interesting journey.
- 3:36A lot of different schools, a lot of beautiful is a lot of beautiful people, and I've been
- 3:40quite blessed, to learn all of the knowledge that I have.
- 3:44And I've been fortunate enough that none of it was a weekend program.
- 3:48It's been my life journey, and it's ultimately changed every which way I look at the human
- 3:53body and at the being.
- 3:55Itself now as well as the soul.
- 3:57So let's let's let's talk about emotion.
- 3:59Right?
- 3:59So, obviously, you're in you're in tune and we're kind of working with the body, you know,
- 4:04initially with massage.
- 4:06And I I know in talking to massage therapists or even osteopaths.
- 4:11So different people that work with the body, they say that when you touch the body, you can
- 4:16actually, experiencing emotions.
- 4:20So let's talk a little bit about that.
- 4:22Yes.
- 4:22I
- 4:22find that that quite fascinating not knowing enough about it.
- 4:25And I know oftentimes people will talk a lot about, emotions and how trauma traps emotions
- 4:32in the in in the body.
- 4:34That.
- 4:34Well, I mean, it's it's so much deeper, even here than just the trapping of the trauma.
- 4:41Essentially, we we hold 6 gig of 6 gigabytes of information per second, stored in 1.7 trillion
- 4:50cells in the body from the time that we're born and conceived.
- 4:52So it really does go extensively deep.
- 4:55But without going there just yet, from the moment that I was a kid, I've always, been
- 5:01energetically tuned.
- 5:02And I've been gifted enough to be so, and be open to that and have a mother that was
- 5:06extremely open to that and guiding me.
- 5:09So putting my hands down on people I think the best way that I can put it is initially the
- 5:15moment that I put my hands down on people, it's almost like a slight tingle that goes up the
- 5:18fingertips and then you feel it traveling up the whole entire arm almost up into your chest.
- 5:22And then it's like the moment that it hits the heart, your mind gets these images of an
- 5:27emotion of a feeling or you actually feel it yourself.
- 5:31It's taken me many years, but I don't absorb anybody's emotions anymore, because you can.
- 5:37And, especially if they're going through a lot of traumatic things, that they're unaware of
- 5:41and they can be projecting it.
- 5:43But without that being said, yeah, it It's a vibration.
- 5:48It's a vibration that you feel.
- 5:50And, I know it's not just me.
- 5:52I know it's many, many workers like me, and I I'm sure that's why we all get into this field
- 5:57because we all have the ability to the moment that we lay our hands down, we can resonate
- 6:02with you in a way.
- 6:03And we can almost, like, bring ourselves into that emotional state of
- 6:07where you are, and it
- 6:08allows us to to feel and then further what our treatment is, not only spiritually, but
- 6:18physically.
- 6:20So so let's let's go right to the big guy because I think, you know, most people have
- 6:24been through Rakey.
- 6:25I would assume most people have tried reflexology, which, again, all is
- 6:31everyone of them ties in.
- 6:32Everyone of them ties in.
- 6:34But I think the one that I I I I and I've try and I've done it and I continue to do it with
- 6:39Tammy.
- 6:40And I I'm gonna give you an example.
- 6:42This is a funny one.
- 6:43She probably doesn't even remember this.
- 6:45So I go for treatments.
- 6:47And, that morning, I was flossing my teeth.
- 6:51And, I I was flossing, and and it was a, you know, there was a little bit of blood.
- 6:55You know, I don't know if you get that once in a while, and I'm like, oh my goodness.
- 6:58So, you know, okay, I thought, oh, Jesus, you know, I've gotta get to the dentist, whatever,
- 7:02whatever, not not thinking about it.
- 7:03And I think I have a treatment with Tammy, maybe that day or a day or 2 later.
- 7:08And then I go and and we're, you know, running, you know, through the machines to kinda see how
- 7:13my body's doing, and we had done some before, and we were kinda seeing how I was gauging.
- 7:18And then we started to talk a bit just about what we should see.
- 7:21And she said to me, and I thought, this is really freaky.
- 7:26Your your your gums are have been bloody.
- 7:30I'm like, what?
- 7:32And I and I said, Yeah.
- 7:34I said, well, how did you know that?
- 7:36She said, and you had said to me that the machine was showing you that that there was
- 7:41some something in my gums and that it was actually bleeding, and I was blown away.
- 7:45Yes.
- 7:46You know, at that point, I thought, okay.
- 7:48Let's let's let's, talk about this because I'm experiencing it.
- 7:52I don't know what it's done for me.
- 7:54So, Sammy, let's talk let's talk about how the bio what the concept of bio feedback is about?
- 8:01Well, I mean, the the the life system, the life bio feedback system to be specific, because
- 8:08there is many systems out there, but not all of them are FDA approved and not all of them are
- 8:13recognized.
- 8:14Some of them are just, just personal stress reducers, for in home use and such.
- 8:20But, the life system is designed to aid in the reduction of stress and muscle relaxation.
- 8:25I mean, it does go much further than that by reading the stress frequencies that the body is
- 8:29giving out.
- 8:30Because, during your first initial interview, I go through doing an overall, which is taking in
- 8:38about 7000 frequencies and putting them into 39 different categories of the body.
- 8:43Now this can be anywhere from allergens to respiratory to digestive to spinal, so on and
- 8:49so forth.
- 8:51But it allows me to see the the quantum stress levels in the body that may that are subtle
- 8:59that are so subtle that we may not even be noticing them at this point.
- 9:02And sometimes it'll take it to the level of like you were just saying.
- 9:05It took it so long that your gums were bleeding.
- 9:08Now maybe if I had seen you prior to that, I might have been able to pick up that stress
- 9:11frequency in the body and said, we have something that we're looking at here.
- 9:15You know, it's nothing serious ever because they are just stress frequency.
- 9:19Stress frequencies can be rectified.
- 9:21You know, especially with not only work of a proper holistic health practitioner, but also
- 9:26the work of your your at home care.
- 9:29So with that being said, you know, being able to pick up those stress frequencies in the body
- 9:33to see what's starting to happen, what's starting to come.
- 9:37And everything essentially comes from stress.
- 9:39We know this, whether it's Western medicine, Eastern Medicine, you know, holistic medicine,
- 9:44metaphysical, however you wanna go about it, we all know that everything comes from stress.
- 9:49You know, that's why we have been trying to combat that since the beginning of time.
- 9:54You know, Apple a day keeps the doctor away kind of thing.
- 9:57Right?
- 9:58You know?
- 9:59So the machine, when you come with
- 10:00it
- 10:01comes, you kind of put them on the system and then you're you're kinda looking for the
- 10:06stressors then that the body is showing you at that time.
- 10:10Is that what you're looking for?
- 10:11Okay.
- 10:11Yes.
- 10:12I'm looking for the stressors that the body is showing me at this time.
- 10:15Stressors that the body has been holding on to for long periods of time because I do have a
- 10:19program in my my machine that is a neuromotional program.
- 10:23And that will show me, conflict stresses in your life.
- 10:26It will show me relationship stresses in your life.
- 10:29It will show me even, conception stressors from the time that you were conceived as as the time
- 10:35you were growing up and up until now.
- 10:37I mean, it can even show me, predictive preventative that if you keep on a certain path
- 10:42of these stresses that this is this this is the outcome of it, you know, so that's where we can
- 10:47be a lot more preventative and focusing on the type of stress that you're experiencing to
- 10:51alleviate it to alleviate the possibility of a disease in the body.
- 10:56You know?
- 10:57But it it it we all we have to find where those stressors are first.
- 11:01Sometimes it happens right off the hop.
- 11:04Sometimes we need to look through the acute to the sub acute to the chronic.
- 11:08I'd see what's been going on for long periods of time, that is now taking effect in a toll on
- 11:13the body.
- 11:14I mean, like, we even know.
- 11:15Go ahead.
- 11:16So let's let's talk.
- 11:17Okay.
- 11:18So you you do the assessments and, basically, what you're, you know, just to for anybody
- 11:22listening, lay on like a massage table and then there is, things that she puts on your, red and
- 11:31on your legs?
- 11:32Yes.
- 11:32You have.
- 11:34So what I'm doing is, I I'm putting I'm literally using, I I can pretty much show you
- 11:41them.
- 11:41So everybody kinda has an idea here.
- 11:44So I'm just putting little, like, like, what you would wear almost getting, like, an ECG
- 11:49except that this one wraps around your head, then you have once a wrap around the wrist, one
- 11:53that wrap around on the ankles.
- 11:55So I'm monitoring all of the, all of the subtle energies and frequencies coming out of the body
- 12:01via those sensory areas.
- 12:04So what I'm looking for is it records the subtle stress potentials.
- 12:09It allows the flow or the blockage of information that reflects a pre of found system
- 12:15of communication to demonstrate and show me that interface so that I can start kind of
- 12:20working through that with you.
- 12:22So example, let's say you came in for a biofeedback session, the first acute thing to
- 12:26show up was, relationship conflict.
- 12:30Trauma, abuse, emotional detachment.
- 12:33These are things that I would bring up to you and say, are you aware for one because some
- 12:39some people are, some people are not.
- 12:42Not everybody's aware of what they're afraid of until they start to discuss it and unfold it.
- 12:47The human body is like an onion.
- 12:49It has multiple multiple layers, and we have multiple, multiple years to hide those
- 12:54stressors.
- 12:55So sometimes people that are aware, we can start working through it a lot quicker and I
- 13:01can start talking about where these frequencies come from.
- 13:05And we can actually start rectifying them not only via the machine, but via yourself as well
- 13:10because you start to recognize where you're in denial, where you're in stress, where you're in
- 13:15pain, where you're in trauma, and you start to express it.
- 13:19And that's just another format, assisting the biofeed tracking what it does in helping you to
- 13:24alleviate alleviate that frequency.
- 13:28So when you when you do that, you find it out The body shows you that.
- 13:33And I know so what happens next?
- 13:36Well, it evaluates the responses and then it challenges the individual with the information
- 13:41by feeding it back into the client.
- 13:43Okay.
- 13:43Okay.
- 13:44So not only do I take that information from you, the multiple frequency but I also take
- 13:49those frequencies and I feed them back in to you.
- 13:52Okay.
- 13:53So, after I'm done feeding that back into the client, the client uses the information to self
- 13:58regulate and redefine areas of stress and muscle tension in the body or any other areas,
- 14:04any type.
- 14:05How do you do that?
- 14:06Because, just just because okay.
- 14:09Let's say you give them a prognosis.
- 14:11Do you say it's a relationship problem?
- 14:13You talk share that with them.
- 14:15The machine is showing in particular areas of the body that that's the stress.
- 14:20Yes.
- 14:20And then what does the machine do?
- 14:22So, well, what I'm doing essentially is, like, the 5 point 5 point harnesses, contain 8 LED
- 14:29light emitting diodes.
- 14:31So and they provide a full spectrum of color, which is used to assist in the release of
- 14:36stress tension and as well as the essential release of muscle relaxation.
- 14:40So I'm actually using light frequency to retain information and then reinmit information back.
- 14:51So it's almost like smoothing the frequency out in a nice way to say it, I guess.
- 14:55So I take assess frequency And then I smooth it out and I reintroduce it back into the body so
- 15:01that your body looks at it in a different way and it can redefine it.
- 15:05So instead of looking at it, like, harmful.
- 15:07It's now looking at it almost like it's it's more beneficial and the body can alleviate it
- 15:13much easier instead of fixating upon it and creating a further frequency into maybe an
- 15:19organ or or somewhere else in the body.
- 15:21So do you direct the machine?
- 15:23Does it the does the machine into it?
- 15:25No.
- 15:25The machine the machine, actually, it's you that directs me, which the interesting thing.
- 15:30So, I mean, this is not something that I just get to sit there and play around or or play
- 15:34guide or anything like that.
- 15:36The machine shows me what is going on, quantumly, with you and ener energetically.
- 15:42And then the machine guides me into what you need.
- 15:45So, if you only need the neuroemotional program, that will actually show up on there
- 15:51and gear me towards the neuroemotional area for you so that that where we're focusing our
- 15:56treatment because that's where you need rectification.
- 15:59If you needed the cell comp program where you've been storing so much in the body at this
- 16:04point, actually starting to affect organs, then we can go into the Cellcom program and start
- 16:09working through the the vibrations and rectify the vibrations individually in each of those
- 16:14organs to remove those stress frequencies.
- 16:18Interesting.
- 16:19So based on what you find, that protocol gets adapted into the machine, or you put it
- 16:24into Each individual.
- 16:26Right.
- 16:26And then let's say it's, you know, he person's having problems sleeping.
- 16:31There's a protocol that would probably go to what's it.
- 16:34So how long
- 16:37And it actually shows that stuff.
- 16:38I mean, a lot of people don't even realize that we're we're a lot of the stress that we're
- 16:43developing.
- 16:44I mean, aside from the societal and all of the other stuff that is placed in front of us that
- 16:49we have to deal with, but a lot of the other stuff is coming from the lack of self care.
- 16:55You know, not putting in the the proper sleep time, not putting in the proper dietary time,
- 16:59not putting in, you know, the proper self love time.
- 17:02And and then without that, we seem to stress more because we're not taking care of
- 17:07ourselves.
- 17:08And then we vary that until it erodes, and we have to do something drastic, unfortunately.
- 17:15You know, but that that seems to be a pattern that I see a lot of.
- 17:20So on average, and I know this might be this is a hard question.
- 17:24How how often, let's say someone comes, maybe they don't have a lot of back history.
- 17:30They, you know, you know, maybe it's just present stress maybe it's a stress at work,
- 17:35whatever.
- 17:37How long does this treat how long or what's the average amount of session see that someone
- 17:41would have with the biofeedback?
- 17:44Well, I mean, that it is a hard question to ask because it is based upon the individual.
- 17:51You know, like you said, if it's not somebody who has a whole lot of issues going on, you
- 17:56know, just the standard kind of day to day life stress maybe, you know, the more simplistic or
- 18:02simplistic things.
- 18:04I mean, no stress is simplistic, but what they would consider.
- 18:08Most of the time their sessions are anywhere from, like, 4 to 6 sessions.
- 18:13And then I see a lot of change, a lot of dress to change.
- 18:16And most of the time, the people just start it's almost like getting a lot of clarity given
- 18:23you because you've been so bombarded here for so long that you're not even reading your own
- 18:27frequencies properly.
- 18:29So it's almost like you get a lot of clarity in the sense of where you need to go, what you
- 18:32need to start doing.
- 18:33And, also, you start getting that vibration happening in the body for it to start to
- 18:39happen.
- 18:40So people with a little little amount, I mean, anywhere from 4 to 6 sessions, people who have
- 18:46been through, severe, trauma, anywhere from 6 and up.
- 18:52I mean, and and and it really all depends on how much work that person really wants to put
- 18:56into themselves.
- 18:57Right.
- 18:57I mean, the machine is FDA approved.
- 18:59It's a U2M2 class license.
- 19:01We've done double blind, triple blind, studies on this.
- 19:05We know a 100% that it works.
- 19:08But at the same time, it can't be just a band aid.
- 19:12Mhmm.
- 19:12You know, we can we can smooth out these frequencies.
- 19:15We can rectify a lot of things.
- 19:16We can work through a lot of beautiful stuff, but at the same time, that that comes back to
- 19:21that self care and, that self health care and being preventative and not going back into the
- 19:28same mode, not going back into a cycle again.
- 19:31And and fully moving forward and not just utilizing it as a fix me up when you can't take
- 19:36anymore.
- 19:37So can you walk through me me through maybe a scenario?
- 19:41An actual scenario you've worked through?
- 19:44Ah, so, yeah, recently, I've just started working with a gentleman I won't give away too
- 19:50much information.
- 19:51Sure.
- 19:52I I get just just make it general.
- 19:53You could change things up, but just the process so people might be able to understand
- 19:57it.
- 19:58Well, this, this gentleman, he he came to see me and, he's had a couple of sessions He's had
- 20:062 sessions now.
- 20:07In the first session, we spent a lot of time, really just looking into everything and seeing
- 20:12what information we needed to gather for him.
- 20:16And, by a second session, he came in and and he hadn't cried, and I I'm I'm an intuitive
- 20:21person.
- 20:22I just I don't know how to explain it, but I get feelings in the moments of things.
- 20:27It's like I get guided to say, or to reach out a certain way.
- 20:33And that's what happened during the session.
- 20:34And the bio feedback, actually found that he had went through a massive trauma, when he was
- 20:41a child.
- 20:43And, he hadn't cried in 30 years.
- 20:46And me even just bringing that up allowed him to start releasing, and then it allowed him to
- 20:52start talking.
- 20:54And then it allowed him to start healing essentially because he hadn't wanted, he didn't
- 20:59have, actual memory of anything, and he hadn't wanted to even find out but he had emotional
- 21:05memory there.
- 21:07And, he he knows that we were able to discuss things.
- 21:13He knows.
- 21:13But me being able to bring that to the surface and the biofeedback, finding it, and seeing
- 21:17that he had went through that trauma at a young age it brought it to a surface.
- 21:21So I was able to address this with him and then help coach him through the release, and through
- 21:27the repair.
- 21:29So it's been quite beautiful.
- 21:30Then I've I've had other people who have had, allergies that are bothering them and they
- 21:35can't figure out why.
- 21:36And they have a they have a frequency that seems to not react with certain pollings, but
- 21:41yet it doesn't show up on an allergy test.
- 21:43Yet these people are extremely bothered and I've been able to find those allergens and
- 21:48start rectifying those frequencies through their body.
- 21:50And they've actually noticed that their sinuses have cleared, They're not draining post nasally
- 21:56as much anymore.
- 21:57I've also worked through, certain womb traumas, with women.
- 22:04With rape.
- 22:06I've had some women who have went through some very traumatic things, and they didn't
- 22:10understand why they were having so many health difficulties.
- 22:14In the reproductive area or with their bladder or with anything in in that area at all.
- 22:19And, the biofeedback was able to find a frequency connecting that trauma that they were
- 22:26still holding on to and that they had actually, like, placed it in there and held onto it with
- 22:30ownership.
- 22:31And with by doing that, it it can manifest in multiple different ways, and it was.
- 22:37And by working with the biofeedback and finding frequencies and being able to work with the
- 22:42people and the machine and rectify it, there's been great success.
- 22:45There's been great healings.
- 22:47And I, I, I'm, I'm just on my knees to be able to, like, to be a part of it.
- 22:53You know, even the simple things I I've worked with children, you know, who are who are
- 22:58struggling emotionally and they just don't know why that anger, that, you know, just sheer
- 23:05hatred going on and can't figure it out.
- 23:07And I've been able to find the frequencies that we're disrupting them and disturbing them and
- 23:12work through them in to find those and get them back on the right path as well.
- 23:16So it's it's done a lot.
- 23:18It's definitely done a lot.
- 23:19It's it's it's quite fascinating.
- 23:21And, when I It is.
- 23:23Well, and it's it's one of those things.
- 23:25I think, you know, and I, you know, me, I'm a analytical person.
- 23:29In my way.
- 23:30And, so there's no words to put to it other than you do.
- 23:34I remember the first two times I went, I fell asleep.
- 23:37Both times because I think my, stress level was so high.
- 23:41And then after that, it just became, you know, whatever the machine was doing, I was like,
- 23:45okay.
- 23:45Let's just let it do thing.
- 23:47And the mar the markers and some of the things that I was experiencing had dramatically
- 23:51dropped since I'd seen, Tammy co a couple of times.
- 23:55So, really, let's Let's look at the lens that have emotion.
- 23:59And let's talk a little bit about medical chi gong.
- 24:02Yes.
- 24:03And a little bit about the hot stone stuff and massage.
- 24:06So just let's kinda talk about what you know and how you, you know, with with with touching
- 24:15the body?
- 24:16Yes.
- 24:18Say, intuitively, we had messages that tells you, but what kind of things from, you know,
- 24:23medical chi gong, for instance, you know, how how does it kind of assist to clear emotions
- 24:29that are blocked?
- 24:31Well, Medical Chi Kong, it it it is a practice of rebalancing and, destabilizing the internal
- 24:41chi of the system.
- 24:42Of your whole entire body system.
- 24:45So, I mean, for me, I I've been going through this for a little while now, and it it is it is
- 24:52another journey, that I'm honored to be a part of because it reestablishes the heavenly and
- 24:58the earthly chief.
- 25:00It it allows any form of blockage or stagnation in the internal key to start to flow again.
- 25:07And start to rebalance itself.
- 25:11An internal chi is what?
- 25:13Internal chi is your internal energy.
- 25:15Okay.
- 25:15It is everything that it is your internal light.
- 25:19It makes it all pump.
- 25:21It it gives, your your body vibration and life and
- 25:26So when when people come to you for medical, for instance
- 25:30Yes.
- 25:31And Are they aware of the blockages sometimes or
- 25:35No.
- 25:36A lot of people, and this is this is what's a very interesting thing.
- 25:40Is that a lot of people know that they're feeling heavy.
- 25:44A lot of people can point to areas that are are painful maybe inflamed, maybe it's cold, maybe,
- 25:54you know, it feels bruised.
- 25:56It all depends on the person, but I mean, A lot of people are able to come in and say, well, I
- 26:00feel heavy and I feel stressed and I feel tired and I'm worn out and completely exhausted and
- 26:06my legs are heavy and I just You know, I I'm not sleeping good at night, and these are all
- 26:10the things that people can can bring to me, which is a symptom of a of a sign.
- 26:15Right?
- 26:15Like, so these are now on the things that they're they're suffering from, but where does
- 26:19it originate from?
- 26:21And within the body, which which's very interesting.
- 26:23I mean, even just looking at this this spinous process, the cervical spine, the thoracic
- 26:29spine, the lumbar spine, in the your cervical spine alone, within your C1, if your C1 is
- 26:36compressed, if it's displaced, if a facet is disturbed.
- 26:43You actually have fear.
- 26:44You have confusion.
- 26:46You have a fear of wanting to run away from life.
- 26:49You have a feeling of not being good enough?
- 26:51And that's the top half.
- 26:52Right?
- 26:52And that's that's just the top half.
- 26:54Yeah.
- 26:54That's just the top half.
- 26:56All good to hear is the C1.
- 26:58Okay.
- 26:59Okay.
- 26:59Okay.
- 26:59And so that is just that's just that area being compressed.
- 27:03Now getting into it even further, you know, each each spinal segment holds an emotion.
- 27:13Also each organ holds an emotion And after storing things for so long, that's when we
- 27:17start to finally feel things.
- 27:19It doesn't just happen overnight that, oh, I was stressed for a couple of days, and now my
- 27:23whole entire body is in pain, and I'm I'm suffering.
- 27:26No.
- 27:26That's normally, like, 20 years of buildup.
- 27:30That's normally, you know, time of of of emotional turmoil or or verbal or mental or
- 27:38physical, whichever form it comes in.
- 27:41Yep.
- 27:41But each area, like I was saying in the beginning, is from the time that we are
- 27:45conceived, our body is storing 6 gigabytes of information, which is 6 hours of information
- 27:53per second, per cell that is developing.
- 27:57So not only are we only storing trauma even from the time that we're young because, I mean,
- 28:02our mothers could have been suffering trauma while we were in utero.
- 28:06We may not have that that exact trauma, but we do have a stored emotional response to that.
- 28:15And that's what's very interesting is that a lot of this stuff is happening right from
- 28:19birth, you know, before we even have the opportunity to decide how we're feeling we
- 28:24already have feelings placed upon us.
- 28:27So what the medical jigong then?
- 28:29So what you know from the body, and I'm gonna assume this.
- 28:34And you tell me again, because I'm often quite incorrect.
- 28:37Things
- 28:37No.
- 28:38You can't find.
- 28:39And how's based on the blockages that are existing, you know, that into the organs or the
- 28:47different parts of the the the spinal system.
- 28:51What does well, how how does medical g gong help?
- 28:54Well, what it does is it allows you to start opening up flow of tea to that area.
- 28:59So I mean, we do have, specific prescriptions that we can give out to the patient pertaining
- 29:05to what their their issues are, or what their stressors are or what the problems are in their
- 29:11internal system.
- 29:12Like, let's say, you know, if we're talking about the liver, which a lot of people have
- 29:16liver issues, because of what we do day to day.
- 29:21But look, if we're talking about the liver, it emotionally holds compassion, but if it's been
- 29:28emotionally affected, it will also hold anger and resentment.
- 29:33After long periods of time, of storing anger and resentment, we start to show a lot of those
- 29:39symptoms again.
- 29:40But the medical chi cong, we have certain prescriptions.
- 29:43We have certain practices.
- 29:44We have certain exercises that you do that allowed the internal system and the internal T
- 29:49to open up, and we can gear directly towards that Oregon via specific Meridian channel, you
- 29:54know, or whatever and we need to use for that person.
- 29:57So what would be
- 29:58some what would be some of the symptoms of anger in the liver?
- 30:02How would that How would that show for someone?
- 30:06Well, anger in the liver.
- 30:08I mean, that could come out as, being extremely aggressive towards others all the time.
- 30:14Okay.
- 30:15I'm feeling as if you were never wrong.
- 30:17Okay.
- 30:18Like, no one can ever tell you that you're wrong.
- 30:20There's never a possibility of that.
- 30:21And when someone does, you you become quite agitated by it.
- 30:26You know, it can show in in, like I was saying, resentment as well, not just with anger.
- 30:31There's multiple emotions that are attached to anger.
- 30:34And the liver because it is the scriber and it holds all of these stories.
- 30:39It holds all of that.
- 30:40So in developing the resentment, you could start to act improperly towards your spouse,
- 30:48your partner, your children, maybe.
- 30:51You're resentful towards the fact that you have to do your day to day work maybe.
- 30:55You know, and that can that can indicate a liver dysfunction there.
- 30:58And I
- 30:59think and physiologically, how might it how might it show?
- 31:02Would it Physologically?
- 31:04I mean, if you start having symptoms liver issues.
- 31:08You know, discoloration in the skin and the eyes and the fingernails can show up.
- 31:13You know, and then it can further from there.
- 31:15You could also notice that your hair, is a lot more brittle.
- 31:20Okay.
- 31:21Thing like, the very simple things, you know, these are just little things, and it does go
- 31:25much deeper.
- 31:26It would take me hours to go through all of this with you.
- 31:29Not that I wouldn't, but, yeah, you might just start noticing things like that.
- 31:33You might also start noticing that around the tongue, you have ridges.
- 31:38Like, indent is almost like as if you're biting on the tongue, but you're not.
- 31:43And that can indicate a, liver gallbladder imbalance in the tongue when you have ridges,
- 31:50around the side of the tunnel.
- 31:52But, yeah, when you have the ridges around the side coming out to the front, that is all liver
- 31:56and gallbladder channel in the mouth.
- 31:57So that can also give you a good indication that there's a liver dysfunction going on.
- 32:01But if you find yourself getting up every single day feeling yourself hateful towards
- 32:06happening to get out of bed and go to work, angry towards the people that you see on the
- 32:10street, feeling road rage while you're driving.
- 32:13You know, these are all indications that your story anger, but where did the anger come from?
- 32:19Yeah.
- 32:19You know, I mean, we don't just get angry.
- 32:21You know, that's that's almost kinda like the last emotion.
- 32:25Because I think, you know, the average person could relate probably relate to some of those
- 32:29symptoms.
- 32:29Right?
- 32:29So I think looking at it from that perspective, I may not realize that maybe I'm in if I'm if
- 32:36I'm in my internal world, I may not recognize that I'm being as aggressive as I'm being
- 32:39potentially, but I might recognize that my hair's a bit more brittle, or I might, you
- 32:45know, realize that like you said, blotchy eyes or whatever, So I think both are important
- 32:50because what happens oftentimes is that people, they listen to the physical symptoms, but the
- 32:57psychological you know, thoughts and the emotions are often things that they're easy to
- 33:03bat away.
- 33:04Yes.
- 33:04But until it's a until things could actually somatasize in the body, That that's oftentimes
- 33:09people start to wake up and say, woah, I've gotta do something.
- 33:13Would you agree with that when the people come to see you?
- 33:15A 100%.
- 33:16I would agree with that a 100%.
- 33:18Most of the time, like I said, a lot of people aren't, we're not taught this.
- 33:23And this this is a big problem is that we're not taught that, oh, my my vision gets blurry
- 33:28and, there's nothing wrong with my eyes.
- 33:32Well, what could that mean?
- 33:33Right.
- 33:33Nobody says, oh, that could mean your liver is not doing so well and that, you know, you maybe
- 33:38need to detoxify or you maybe need to work through emotional turmoil or whichever way it
- 33:43is, but nobody ever says that.
- 33:45Nobody ever says to you.
- 33:46Oh, you have heartburn.
- 33:47Even though they call it heartburn.
- 33:49Right?
- 33:49Nobody says, oh, you have heartburn.
- 33:50That must mean you have heart fire.
- 33:52And if you have heart fire, that means you're having an emotional imbalance and your joy.
- 33:58You know?
- 33:58But nobody says this stuff to us.
- 34:00Nobody teaches us these little things.
- 34:02We just get told, oh, acid reflux and heartburn take some tongues.
- 34:06Right.
- 34:06Right.
- 34:07Absolutely.
- 34:08Nobody says, are you okay?
- 34:10Right.
- 34:11Right.
- 34:11Nobody goes, well, wait a minute.
- 34:14How are you feeling lately?
- 34:16You know?
- 34:16Right.
- 34:16Not just what are you eating.
- 34:18The all of the all of these modalities come together as 1.
- 34:21You know, when I
- 34:22think looking at the looking at the person holistically, overall versus kinda just only on
- 34:29the one symptom that's potentially put a band aid on the one symptom.
- 34:32It's really looking at the person overall and kind of figuring out what strategy is best for
- 34:37them and to kind of go a little bit deeper.
- 34:39A 100%.
- 34:40Each person's trauma is relative to them.
- 34:43Right.
- 34:43And each person needs something individually.
- 34:46You know, I mean, one person, and I think I've said this to you before, you could flick
- 34:51somebody, and one person might see that as, oh, you flicked me.
- 34:55That that just broke my heart.
- 34:57You know, and another person might laugh and go, I'm gonna flick you back.
- 35:01Right.
- 35:02Right.
- 35:02Absolutely.
- 35:03Right there is the individuality, but to each person, it's relatives.
- 35:07You know, so, I mean, it really is looking at the whole system.
- 35:10It's not just going, okay.
- 35:12I see I see a liver imbalance.
- 35:14It's going, okay.
- 35:15I see a liver imbalance.
- 35:16How is your emotional life?
- 35:18How is your nutritional life?
- 35:19How is your, you know, active active life?
- 35:24You know, it it really you have to take the whole body into consideration.
- 35:28That's that's that mind body, you know, unity.
- 35:31It has to be a whole thing, or we find that we're separating too much, and we're only
- 35:35treating individual things at that point.
- 35:37And then we may not see as much success I see greater success with my patients, working with
- 35:43all of the modalities that I have gained along with the bio feedback than I do working
- 35:48individually with one thing over another.
- 35:50Now mind you lately, I've been working with just the bio feedback over a lot of other
- 35:53things, and I've seen great success.
- 35:55I cannot deny what has happened in front of my eyes.
- 35:58I mean, some of it, I'm even shocked at myself.
- 36:02You know?
- 36:03Along with my intuition with people as it continues to gain as I continue to grow.
- 36:08You know, it's quite shocking.
- 36:10And I've realized recently that we need to be paying attention to the energetic body.
- 36:16Because the energetic body really does play a huge role with the physical body And if we're
- 36:20not treating the energetic system well, we don't seem to treat our physical system well
- 36:24because we suffer from it because we start to lack that energy.
- 36:28And it starts to cut down.
- 36:30That's where that's where the disease comes.
- 36:32Dis tease of the body comes from.
- 36:34Now, Tammy, I I, Tammy, I know we could probably go on and on, but what I want what I
- 36:39want people to know is tell them what, you know, if do you have any last words of wisdom
- 36:44for somebody?
- 36:45Maybe that's struggling And gee, let's say they they know, they're having some physical
- 36:51symptoms, what kind of things they might, you know, for a couple of first steps And then we
- 36:56can talk about where people can get ahold of you if they wanted to talk to you because she's
- 37:00located here in in, the Niagara region.
- 37:03But we could also talk about, you know, she could direct you to other resources for people
- 37:07that could offer different services if you if you're not geographically located where we are.
- 37:13Yeah.
- 37:13That's well, I mean, last words are I've lived a lot, and I know how scary it can be.
- 37:23But once you see yourself, you'll realize how beautiful you really are.
- 37:27You know?
- 37:28And then you don't forget that.
- 37:30You don't forget that once you see yourself.
- 37:33And it doesn't matter where you are, you can come out of it.
- 37:38You know, there is help, you just gotta reach out.
- 37:42And I know that I'm definitely one of the people that always reaches back.
- 37:46It doesn't matter what the state.
- 37:48But, yeah, that's kinda where I'd leave that.
- 37:52And, to let people know that it's okay to love yourself, And it's okay to forgive yourself,
- 37:59and it's safe.
- 38:01It's safe.
- 38:02Your inner peace is safe.
- 38:06So, and on a side note, yep, I am located in Niagara Falls.
- 38:10I'm located just off of Dorchester Road at 7361 Mount Joy Court.
- 38:16My web page is spirituallyontoon.ca.
- 38:19That's where you can find all my information.

- 38:28If you're just looking for some insight, not an issue.
- 38:30If you're looking to book an appointment, I can't wait to work with you.
- 38:34So
- 38:34yeah.
- 38:35Awesome.
- 38:35So so thank you, Tammy.
- 38:37This has been amazing.
- 38:38So I guess what my takeaway is is that we, you know, looking at ourselves holistically so very
- 38:47important.
- 38:48And what we know is that, you know, the marriage of Eastern And Western philosophies
- 38:53are coming along, but we're We're still now in the primary, phases.
- 38:57And to recognize that blocked emotions, are there.
- 39:01We our body stores We know that that's been proven.
- 39:06And then, of course, we that impacts our energy.
- 39:09And we are all energetic beings.
- 39:11And to recognize that some of these things that Tammy talked about today have been amazing.
- 39:15I've tried, most of them.
- 39:17And, you know, I know when I was, having some struggles, last year, and it's been made an
- 39:23amazing, impact on my life.
- 39:25So the step is to just think, what am I experiencing?
- 39:29And what do I need?
- 39:30What small step could I take to really kind of take a hold of my my health and to go from
- 39:35there?
- 39:36So again, thanks for tuning in.
