- 0:37[SPEAKER_01]: What's up, man?
- 0:37[SPEAKER_01]: How are we doing?
- 0:38[SPEAKER_01]: How are we doing?
- 0:38[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, as we look out the window because it might rain.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's hope it rains.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_01]: We needed in the desert.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_01]: I saw a map of like, uh, uh, I don't know, the last like, twenty five years in amount of hundred, hundred, hundred degree days.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: It was like thousands.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: We're having hundreds of airs, don't know.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: It was like three for like Florida or something.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_01]: But the next goal to move like eighty five or something.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: We have a hundred days.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's just hot here guys.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: You ever run into the sun?
- 1:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of like that.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: Like just take a quick trip to come on out.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: Speaking of we're hosting an event in the dead of summer next year on purpose.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: And we great.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: You guys come out, you get to experience a hundred and twenty-two degrees.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: I think you'll love it.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: Some people will be like, oh my God.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: You know what's interesting, too?
- 1:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's like Las Vegas.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't get the wrap that Phoenix does.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's literally the same heat.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: Almost, yeah.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: You can go to Vegas and be a hundred and seventeen.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: You know, but you're hammered in the camera all day.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so you don't feel it.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_02]: You know, eighty five yards, you know, seventy degrees in there, twenty four seven, seven days a week.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: No one knows.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_02]: You have no idea how hot it is outside.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, unbelievable.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: So let's talk about the resources you have at your fingertips as an owner and they typically fall into two categories.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: You either have more time than you have money or you have more money than you have time or in a great situation, you have money and time.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: It would be a great, you know, I think you can get to that point where you've got all of your things systematized and your generic enough revenue that you could do the work if you want to or you could outsource it and buy the work.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: It sounds like a goal.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do it.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: It sounds like a goal from any.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: So timer money.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_01]: So like when it comes to the things that need to happen in the gym, one of them is marketing.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_01]: Like at the end of the day, if you don't market your die, you dry up.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's like
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: trying to get a train on the track started again, you just takes a lot of energy versus just doing a little bit every day, right?
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I was at the perform battle on beach and I got to the point where I start to talk about paid marketing strategies and I said, hey, raise your hand if you're
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: running paid ads, whether it's Instagram or Facebook or YouTube or any other paid digital media in like, ten hands went up.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, whoa, whoa.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_01]: There's maybe a hundred people in there, something like that.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_01]: And so it was like ten percent.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: I said, okay, just so I heard this.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: How many are not running in all the hands went up?
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: So they were listening.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, cause you always wondering, yeah, somebody just doesn't want to throw their hand up.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: So the vast majority of gyms weren't marketing.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, whoa, this is news.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: Like explain you why you why you why and it was education.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how to do it.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_01]: I got burned in the past and turned all of our stuff off or it didn't work.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_01]: You know, there was a lot of things.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: I think part of that too is the cost of an agency baked in the right.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: If they're not, if they don't have the knowledge, they're going to pay somebody else to do it.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_02]: Do I have a hundred or fifteen hundred or twenty five hundred bucks a month just for the service to be done?
- 3:44[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_02]: Not let alone the ad spend.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: The Zuckerberg fund.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: So, so then it was like, okay, well, how are you getting clients?
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: And it was like, well, referrals or organic or walk-ins or stuff like that.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: And I just kind of thought to myself, a lot, a lot after I look after the event, I was like, man, there is this no way to run a business.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: You cannot just hope and pray people are going to come in as a customer today.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know if many other, let's do a really small amount of pops that don't market.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if another business that doesn't market, you've got to market for customers.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's your growth engine.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's what we call it.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like,
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: What is the reason you don't?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: So, comes to back to the time or money thing.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_01]: So, if you don't have the money to pay for ads or an agency, your time needs to be spent getting your message out there.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: And just posting on Facebook and you're going to cut it.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: It might have in twenty fifteen.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_01]: When eighty percent of your people that followed you saw your stuff, but now it's like what fraction of a percent?
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, last we saw, last we were looking.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_02]: The hard numbers were under two percent.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_02]: And that, I mean, we're talking to three plus years ago.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: I would be willing to bet that an organic post gets half of one percent.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: So if you have a thousand followers, fifty people are going to see that at most.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's the threshold to get it out there.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: Then depending upon the engagement, Facebook is going to decide, are we going to show this tomorrow or not?
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's just engaging.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's just interesting.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: So it's almost not even where it isn't worth it to me.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: So we have agencies that post or just generic stuff.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know if I think you have to have something there.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just coming to look at see if you're even in business anymore.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: But like as a lead strategy, just not it or getting posts.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's just not it.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: I think I think you could do.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you have to own a list.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's the first step into the game.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_01]: So you can not buy a list, but you can collect leads all the time.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: The fact that should be always a goal of any time somebody calls walks in, you meet somebody in the streets, whatever it is, get their card, get them into your list, get them into your system, get them into the nurture sequences.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: coming up as black Friday.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's just kind of starts and how are you going to build, kind of build a list.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: And it's harder to help to build a list anymore through the standard, you know, Facebook ads.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: But it's also hard generating leads, you know, compared to what it was years ago on Facebook and in socials and things like that.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_02]: It's yes.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_02]: Is it difficult?
- 6:30[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_02]: Is it something that because it's difficult, you don't do?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's, you gotta find a way.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: You have to, you have to have these poles in the water.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I know you had your, you got that kind of room to give you feedback on that.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's the same thing when I take calls with gym owners.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_02]: You know, what is their paid ad strategies?
- 6:47[SPEAKER_02]: How many leads are they generating a month?
- 6:49[SPEAKER_02]: That type of thing.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_02]: And, man, it's dismal.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_02]: Most jam owners that I speak with are collecting.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_02]: They might get five to ten leads a month from organic avenues, whether it be, you know, walking a referral, something like that.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: But because they're not doing paid ad strategies, can you grow your business?
- 7:10[SPEAKER_02]: What is your retention rate?
- 7:11[SPEAKER_02]: Is it, you know what I mean?
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: Like, can you actually out?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: A choir client.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, paste your iteration.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: If you don't have a paid ad strategy, or you literally just watching your business dwindle away in front of you, because to your point, you're unwilling to either learn what it takes to do that.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_02]: And to clarify too, boosting a post guys is not a paid ad strategy.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's exposure.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: But you might get you a little bit more eyes on something, but that is not a strategic plan for acquiring leads.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_02]: So having a paid ad campaign where you're generating direct response for the services that you sell in your business needs to be part of your business.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: I don't, we used to say that it's the age of information, right?
- 7:56[SPEAKER_02]: We live in the age of information.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: We heard it our whole lives type of thing.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_02]: And I would go as far as saying that we're past that now, it's the age of application, it's the age of action.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: Because the difference is the education's there, right?
- 8:05[SPEAKER_02]: Our cell phone has every bit of frickin' knowledge that exists, bar none, you know, and you could have it at your fingertips in seconds now, whether it be YouTube, whether it be AI, whether it be, I mean, hell, Google, like any of these mediums, you can get the information you need to get the answer.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_02]: to solve the problem that you have.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_02]: Are you doing it?
- 8:24[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the difference, right?
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: No offense guys, but not having the knowledge for how to set up a Facebook ad campaign is not enough to not do it.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, that's that's not excuse anymore.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: There's so many resources for that.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it changes.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: You have to find make sure that you have an up to date version, but you can go to YouTube and find Facebook ad tutorials day in and day out.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: hundreds of all you can you can go into a month old and you can ask chbt like the the levels of awareness and understand breakthrough advertising and Eugene Schwartz and and how to how to tap into the psychology and some other different levels and it's all out there so why aren't you doing it is it the money okay well then you have to you have to have I guess it's your time like period if you can't pay somebody to do it you're gonna have to learn it
- 9:17[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just what it is.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: But here's the, here's the other thing, the fear side of it, right?
- 9:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't know what I'm doing.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: So once you do know what you're doing and you start getting, um, spend going on and you have to know your data.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: You have to know and understand that.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: You know, the cost per lead is x and the my click through rate is y and my return on ad spend is z and what numbers matter?
- 9:40[SPEAKER_01]: At the end of the day, it's a math equation.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_01]: I put x amount of dollars in.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: I got x amount out.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_01]: Did it?
- 9:46[SPEAKER_01]: Is it worth my time?
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: Is it read?
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: Is there an investment on the money that I put in?
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: And the time that you put in?
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: See there?
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yes or no?
- 9:54[SPEAKER_01]: Or it's a break even, but at the end of the day, those those that data having that data in front of you right there right now.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: Well, alleviate all fears that you would have from running ads.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_01]: And so there it is.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: The excuse goes away right there, too.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was looking for a quote and I don't remember where it is.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: I was trying to see if I could find it, but something like fear isn't an emotion.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's a decision.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 10:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yes, you might be feeling that, but the decision to when you take action fear goes away.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_02]: like it's always going to be there type of thing until you do what your fearful of you're always going to be that state of fear and it was kind of interesting like it kind of hit me because it was like man all everything people have resistance around because of the fear all they have to do is make the decision to do it and also that's yeah now you're passed it over overcome the emotional you know it's tough I mean marketing's one of them leveraging time another another area in the business that we see this a lot is
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: the decision to hire somebody to take on and training.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: Jim owner, guys, I could tell you guys, girls, you guys don't value your time that you spend in your business like you would.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: I want you to think about your time, everything that you do in your business at the rate at which one you should be paid for that time as the pinnacle of that organization, right?
- 11:13[SPEAKER_02]: You should be three, four, five, hundred dollars an hour value.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: You bring to that table that business.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_02]: When you're spending it on the training floor, and I hate to say, because I know it's passion for a lot of gym owners, but if your business isn't at a point where you can leverage a full team and leverage the time that others are spending in your business, you have to get to that point.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_02]: At any point, I always say, you can't always be handcuffed to your business.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: You shouldn't always be the trainer yourself.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_02]: When you start to get other people in those seats and see what it does for your business and then allow yourself to work on other income producing activities, that's getting out of your own way and watching your business grow for the first time.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_02]: Or, you know, for the next, whatever you need.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_02]: But that the decision to leverage an agency to run your ads or the decision to have an employee running those training sessions.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_02]: You're buying your time back and that time needs to be spent on other high value
- 12:10[SPEAKER_02]: areas of the business, not going in, you know, mapping the floors or repairing a piece of equipment or these are meet like the lowest level tasks that need to happen in the business, but you as the pinnacle, you as the owner should not continually put that stuff back on your plate just because you can.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_02]: You need to get that hell out of that seat and you'll realize, I spent a month doing it.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a month having somebody else do the stuff
- 12:35[SPEAKER_02]: You know, all of those little tacks.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_01]: You'll be surprised how much time you have.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_02]: And not only time, but like you'll start to see the fact that like your business will start to grow because your time is then spent on the things that actually grow a business, not in the weeds, in the trenches doing the service, the fulfillment.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_02]: If you don't get it off your plate, you're always going to be in that seat.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: And the one thing you need more is time.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: So you can actually work on the direction of the bill.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_01]: Check in the A, correct?
- 13:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, do I pay for this to get the time or do I do it so I can get the money?
- 13:04[SPEAKER_01]: To then I could pay for the person get the time.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that is because Jim, if Jim owner's val, if you want, went into the business every single day and you had to write yourself a paycheck for the hours that you spent at a four or five, six hundred dollar per hour rate, how fast would that change?
- 13:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's the things that you thought about.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_01]: You wouldn't be paying somebody four hundred bucks an hour to mop the floor.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_02]: But what is the value of that job, right?
- 13:25[SPEAKER_02]: What is the value of the return that you can pay somebody else to do?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_02]: That's, you know, the whole concept of damn articles by your time back, right?
- 13:33[SPEAKER_02]: But that's the whole thing is you have to start looking at your business to a different lens to get to the next.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: position for you to work on the things that are actually going to change the hammer tell us a book that says by your time back it's hiring people to do the jobs that you should be doing that's the whole book literally that's the book some yeah pretty much I mean he's got he's literally has a formula for like the value of when it's makes the most so common sense okay it would see that way yeah okay all right it's just it's just interesting I thought everybody would know that
- 14:03[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, but they might know it, but the decision to do it.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's a different way to do it.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's the four hour work week by Tim Ferriss's outsourcing.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's the same.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_01]: So is that the same book?
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: I have a letter back and back.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_02]: The four hour work week is probably one of the first personal growth books.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think I was ever given.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a minute since I read that one.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_02]: Mainly because it seems like what you read it.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: It is that.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: It's common sense.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I'm going through this equation with a couple of Jim owners that have an opportunity to hire a GM type director style sales guy who's they know this guy from another previous life and they've got two gyms and this guy obviously is a heavy hitter.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: So he's going to cost a lot.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: And the question is, can we afford it?
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: Should we buy this guy, you know, bring them into the organization?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_01]: And it, it's just a series of questions.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_01]: Basically, it's like, what are the, what's the role he's going to do?
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: Who's doing it now?
- 14:59[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, the owners are okay.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_01]: Cool.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: So you're going to free up your time for X amount of dollars.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_01]: Is he going to generate a return on that investment?
- 15:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, no, maybe.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: is the time that you now have free you're going to be able to go leverage that into more revenue that's going to more than double the time that you're paying this guy in just a question yeah and that's how I think about everything right so it's a really interesting one because this this is exactly how I thought about
- 15:25[SPEAKER_01]: Zach and what I should pay him because of the time that it's going to free me up and what I can do with my time.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't do anything with your time, then it's literally you're wasting it, right?
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: Because money or time.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're paying for the somebody to do the job that your time was being used to.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now you have all this new free time.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_01]: What are you going to do with that time to then generate more income, more money?
- 15:50[SPEAKER_01]: to offset all of the, it's up again.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_01]: It's a math equation.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_01]: Again, common sense, but if you're in the mix, it's hard to kind of zoom out and be like, okay, oh, I see what you're saying.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_01]: X, Y and Z, taking me about thirty hours a week to do all these roles.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_01]: This person can make sales.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing sales.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_01]: So if we're both doing sales, maybe that'll double some revenue, like in some areas, et cetera, et cetera, leverage, et cetera.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: Anyways, guys, time or money, take a look at it.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_01]: You should always be marketing, leveraging your own time, stop doing all the media, task, media, task, and look at what your true value is to the organization as he thought later, visionary, the guy kind of the captain of the ship, the girl, captain of the ship, whatever.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: And are you using your time?
- 16:38[SPEAKER_01]: as best you possibly can.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and with that too, I mean, because the often, we'll get your monitors like, do get their time back.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_02]: and then the question is, what should I be working on type of thing, right?
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: You know that before you get the type of thing.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you should, but it's also a great place and this is where a lot of, I mean, everything I listen to is everybody who succeeds, everybody who gets ahead, the people that you look at that are successful, every one of them is constantly learning something new.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_02]: And so you might not have a direct ROI to your business the next hour you spend doing something.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, maybe that next task would be free that time up.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have something right away that's going to make you the money, same date type of thing.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_02]: But what is it in the business that you need to learn, right?
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: We were just talking about Facebook ads.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_02]: Once you get that time back, if you don't know how to launch and do those yourself,
- 17:30[SPEAKER_02]: You bought your time back, go spend it, educating yourself on the areas that you know you need to know in order to move the needle of the business.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_02]: And so whether the task can get done on your plate or the education can get done so that you could do the task, that's my recommendation on what to go work on.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_02]: But at the same point, I mean, to that point,
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: of anything that you can do as a business owner in your business, acquiring new clients, new leads, the ideation that goes around being innovative, being different, that type of thing.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's where I think you should spend some of your time.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not huge on your traditional networking groups like the B&I's and the local things for our positions.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it's going to generate more leads for your business to a rate that makes sense.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_02]: But other opportunities like the gross summit are iron circle, mentorship, coaching programs, things that will help.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_02]: We have somebody else coming to look at your business and say, hey, maybe you should be working on these things.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's where you're going to get the most growth and gain out of getting out of that seat and pulling the people to do those lower level tasks and continue to be the visionary for your business.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_02]: That has to be the direction that you take your business as a business owner.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_01]: All right, guys, that's it for this episode.
