- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 0:00Speaker 1: The habits we've learned during our life have been many, many of them, most of them, taken for granted.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Understandably so.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We've not been indoctrinated, educated, shown the importance of keeping a wide perspective.
- 0:24Speaker 1: In today's world, it is not needed to be this way.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We are not the creatures we were a hundred thousand years ago, for instance, fifty thousand years, two hundred thousand years.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And yet each one of us is a vestige of this time frame of alertness, of being awake, or being eaten by something else.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Time.
- 0:57Speaker 1: evolution has evolved.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Civilization, we are here now, capable of considering these things.
- 1:07Speaker 1: We are discussing, making room for in our minds to digest, leaving us with a greater sense of awareness, of awakening one's senses, one's receptivity to what we don't know beyond our five senses, which are kind of base, right?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Feeling is one, seeing is two, hearing is three, tasting is four, smelling is five.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Beyond this, in the realm of just mental, spiritual thinking and feeling, allowing also in this realm to be relaxed and to be more free.
- 1:56Speaker 1: We are ready for this.
- 1:58Speaker 1: We are here.
- 1:59Speaker 1: If one is here, we are ready.
- 2:02Speaker 1: This is the way it is.
- 2:04Speaker 1: One would not be here.
- 2:06Speaker 1: If it weren't in one's heart to be, different decisions would have been made.
- 2:14Speaker 1: My wish for all of us, each of us individually, in our unique ways to benefit is self-improving, listening to one's better virtues, one's better consciousness, one's better adaption in the scheme of society, of civilization, of following rules, of creating a basis of community and working and living and enjoying the prosperity of being alive in more and more fruitful ways.
- 2:51Speaker 1: This is a worthy goal, in my humble opinion, as I suspect it is in yours.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Being present in our bodies, we find ourselves becoming aware of the textures we're feeling inside, in our warmth, outside, in the air, feeling this boundary in between, one's skin, one's hair, one's different anatomical parts which are perhaps touching something.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Something's got to be giving, right?
- 3:30Speaker 1: Could be one's feet or one's buttocks or whatever, something.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Everything.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Everything is touching something.
- 3:39Speaker 1: We need consider the air.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Making the effort to remember and be aware of everything is a goal of mindful meditation.
- 3:51Speaker 1: The air is not nothing.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Remember whom and what we are.
- 4:00Speaker 1: We are bundles of energy, and so is everything else.
- 4:05Speaker 1: The air we breathe brings us energy in our bodies to ourselves.
- 4:13Speaker 1: We call it oxygen, but it's just a name.
- 4:18Speaker 1: We are immersed in this sea of atmosphere, taken for granted usually.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And yet it is a tool to help one remember, if one so chooses and learns, educates oneself, experiences, creates a habit of asking oneself for guidance, for a sense of understanding when we are individually or as a group confused or challenged in making a decision.
- 5:04Speaker 1: This is what consensus is about.
- 5:07Speaker 1: This is what cooperation is about, collaboration, communication is about.
- 5:13Speaker 1: And it is going on ceaselessly across the vaster sea of the universe.
- 5:23Speaker 1: The primal energy of creation is continually oscillating, just like us.
- 5:31Speaker 1: The air is teeming with energy, listening for it in one's mind's ears, listening to the roar of this ambiance, feeling it where your auditory nerve touches, joins your brain, feeling it here in this place, imagine, visualize, allowing wherever this might be in one's head, to just perceive a potential of sound, being present in the awareness of one's pulse.
- 6:21Speaker 1: One's pulse meaning the result of one's heart squeezing in muscular activity, generating the heat we exude from our body.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Ninety thousand times every day this occurs.
- 6:40Speaker 1: This is another means, not only following one's breath, but another means is following one's pulse, following.
- 6:51Speaker 1: This word, following, means aware of and is related to the word flowing.
- 7:01Speaker 1: One wants to be flowing in following realization of the present moment, now, vibrating across the universe continually.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Change is in the air, being here now, beginning to feel one's pulse, the vitality of our own being alive.
- 7:29Speaker 1: It is here, being aware.
- 7:33Speaker 1: How many millions of years has it taken for this to appear?
- 7:41Speaker 1: A heart and a vascular system.
- 7:44Speaker 1: How many millions of years of evolution did these attributes take to be created?
- 7:53Speaker 1: Be of such importance they've been handed down through generations of millions of years.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Think of what we are.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Who am I?
- 8:09Speaker 1: What am I?
- 8:14Speaker 1: Seek and ye shall find.
- 8:18Speaker 1: You know.
- 8:19Speaker 1: If you don't know, you have enough sense to ask questions, to seek answers.
- 8:26Speaker 1: The internet today is full of knowledge.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Not necessarily all accurate or correct, but all kinds of different positions on what we consider knowledge.
- 8:38Speaker 1: One might get a wider perspective and be able to view this making one's own mind up.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It is why it is always the best suggestion to seek to expand one's experience within reason, safely, with consideration, again, with virtue.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Is this not what we want?
- 9:02Speaker 1: Being aware of one's heat, one's breathing, one's pulse.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Where have we found our pulse so far today?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Have you found some favorite places more recognizable in one's hands between, if you have them pressed together gently as I do?
- 9:24Speaker 1: Or one's thighs where one's forearms are pressing gently.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Allowing one's expansion of this awareness to increase, bringing a greater and greater crescendo of feeling in oneself.
- 9:42Speaker 1: In all these different kinds of energy which we are created of.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Being a bundle of energy.
- 9:54Speaker 1: A bundle of miracles.
- 10:02Speaker 1: It is not such a far reach, and the value of remembering is the value of a greater perspective.
- 10:11Speaker 1: This is all we're talking about.
- 10:14Speaker 1: This is mindful meditation, allowing oneself to feel, be receptive, be accepting of.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Have understanding, compassion for self.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Of course, all others.
- 10:34Speaker 1: If it's good for you, it's good for everyone.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Being virtuous.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Warm, breathing, flowing, glowing, pulsing, energetic bodies is what we are.
- 11:14Speaker 1: When we look beneath under our skin and find our pulse, and then we look under our pulse to find our shimmer, it is a good way to help one remember.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Our bodies are celebrating in every moment of every day.
- 11:37Speaker 1: We can take advantage of this, join this ecstatic vibration when we tune in.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Tune in, being in awe of one's own being, one's own vitality, one's own worth.
- 12:03Speaker 1: For surely, every one among us is a bundle of miracles.
- 12:11Speaker 1: This is the truth.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Lingering on these thoughts, the music continues for around another minute. namaste
