Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #283: Designing Your Day One Segment at a Time
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hello. Good day again again, so nice, so nice to
- 0:11Speaker 2: see your face again again.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Get to hang out together a little bit.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Do what I said, How are you doing?
- 0:23Speaker 1: I'm I'm doing pretty good. I am. You just have
- 0:30Speaker 1: a lot, a lot on my plate right now and
- 0:35Speaker 1: navigating time and energy and self care and all the
- 0:44Speaker 1: things and enjoying all the things.
- 0:48Speaker 3: So it's a.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'm at that spot right now. There's so many things happening.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I have to to of course prioritize, and sometimes that's
- 1:04Speaker 1: really really hard with all with the different compartments.
- 1:10Speaker 3: So okay, but do you ever ask like the angels?
- 1:15Speaker 1: Do you ask?
- 1:16Speaker 2: You probably do all the time, But do you ask
- 1:18Speaker 2: them all the time, like to help you when you're
- 1:20Speaker 2: doing all the stuff, Like, hey, I need help any way,
- 1:22Speaker 2: you guys can help me out on this to get
- 1:24Speaker 2: all the stuff done.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah. I My main affirmation for myself when I
- 1:33Speaker 1: get into a space where I feeling there's way too much,
- 1:38Speaker 1: I just have all the time, space and energy I
- 1:41Speaker 1: need to leave the tasks that need my attention today
- 1:44Speaker 1: and it always works out. But then and then there's
- 1:50Speaker 1: those days where this is probably, I would say, is
- 1:55Speaker 1: probably helping me be more intentional like April, you know
- 2:01Speaker 1: Esther Hicks and Abraham with segment intension, And I just
- 2:07Speaker 1: heard that video her talking about that the other day.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Was the segment intention and I was like, oh yeah,
- 2:16Speaker 1: well yeah, there's that I could use. So as just
- 2:22Speaker 1: an overview for the listener, is a segment intension. I
- 2:27Speaker 1: wake up and it's like blocks of time. You're only
- 2:32Speaker 1: focused on blocks of time instead of the entire day.
- 2:35Speaker 1: So block of time, I have a relaxing, enjoyable morning,
- 2:40Speaker 1: get ready for work, enjoy my I like to have
- 2:44Speaker 1: a cup of coffee and read and then I meditate,
- 2:47Speaker 1: and so it's just gonna be smooth, easy morning. Everything's
- 2:51Speaker 1: gonna go well. And then my next segment is my
- 2:55Speaker 1: drive from work or from home to work. So the
- 3:00Speaker 1: segment intention is it's going to be a clear path
- 3:06Speaker 1: going to work, easy right, just and then from maybe
- 3:13Speaker 1: when I get to work, maybe just that that morning,
- 3:16Speaker 1: the morning is going to be fabulous. There's going to
- 3:18Speaker 1: be ease in everything that I touch, And I have
- 3:23Speaker 1: all the time, space and energy I need for the
- 3:25Speaker 1: tasks that need my attention. Today. I feel supported, I
- 3:29Speaker 1: have the guidance I need, like and just keep affirming
- 3:33Speaker 1: each segment of the day. And if you're going to
- 3:38Speaker 1: the store, the segment might be the segment intention might be
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm going to get the best parking spot for me
- 3:47Speaker 1: and it maybe you like the close up parking spot,
- 3:50Speaker 1: maybe you like to park far away get your steps in,
- 3:53Speaker 1: doesn't matter, but the fact is you're going to get
- 3:55Speaker 1: the perfect spot for you. That even might mean that
- 4:00Speaker 1: wherever the parking spot is open, you might see somebody
- 4:03Speaker 1: you haven't seen in a very long time, but you've
- 4:05Speaker 1: been thinking about them. Because that's how you know, the
- 4:09Speaker 1: universe works. It brings to us what we focus on.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So that perfect parking spot might be in correlation with
- 4:20Speaker 1: somebody you've been thinking about, So just being open to that.
- 4:24Speaker 1: But yeah, so I was like, oh, yeah, segment intention,
- 4:27Speaker 1: So it might be a good idea if I implement that.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Ye potentially. That's so freaking awesome though, because it's it's
- 4:36Speaker 2: you're basically intentionally you're creating all your day. You're you're
- 4:40Speaker 2: not out of expectation, not out of want, need or like,
- 4:43Speaker 2: it's just a matter of what you're creating. That's awesome.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Yeah, So maybe That's where I'm at right now, is
- 4:52Speaker 1: just leaning more on the and actually being focused on
- 4:55Speaker 1: intention for a segment for the day, whatever that looks like.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I because I've noticed and a lot of times I
- 5:07Speaker 1: notice these things when you are you and I show
- 5:09Speaker 1: up to record tea. Time is at ever given time
- 5:16Speaker 1: we're in this we're just in this classroom, and today
- 5:23Speaker 1: right now the class is intention focus on which is interesting,
- 5:27Speaker 1: I'm talking about this. By the time this recording is posted,
- 5:30Speaker 1: it will be passed. But as we're recording this, we're
- 5:34Speaker 1: in a new moon, and new moon is to set
- 5:38Speaker 1: your intentions. So quite interesting that that topic is coming
- 5:41Speaker 1: up because I did not plan this conversation, so so
- 5:47Speaker 1: it's just maybe that's where I'm at. That's the classroom
- 5:49Speaker 1: I'm in right now is setting intentions, be focused on
- 5:54Speaker 1: those intentions, hold your attention to those intentions, right, because
- 6:00Speaker 1: that's the important pieces.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and you're maintaining you're maintaining a vibrational frequency throughout
- 6:07Speaker 2: all that too, as you're creating and stuff. It's pretty
- 6:10Speaker 2: phenomenal really, because we are creators, we're master creators, and
- 6:14Speaker 2: it's so it's just one of the ways that we
- 6:16Speaker 2: can create One of the ways that I like to
- 6:18Speaker 2: create is if I see if I'm experiencing something I
- 6:21Speaker 2: don't like, I start automatically creatively thinking what would I
- 6:25Speaker 2: like from that space, and so switching the gears right,
- 6:29Speaker 2: So we're still creating, We're still we're still we still
- 6:32Speaker 2: have our hand in the making of everything that's around us,
- 6:35Speaker 2: and we always do. But we've been doing it willy nilly,
- 6:38Speaker 2: and I mean I had.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Even still do.
- 6:42Speaker 2: There's lots of times that I'll create stuff that I'm
- 6:44Speaker 2: maybe not intentionally wanting to create, but I'm creating it,
- 6:48Speaker 2: and so as soon as I recognize it, then I'm
- 6:50Speaker 2: an awareness and then I can change it right at
- 6:52Speaker 2: that moment, so I don't even have to stay in
- 6:53Speaker 2: that space anymore. Things have things have definitely evolved from
- 6:58Speaker 2: that space, and then recognize I'm always telling the universe. Okay, well,
- 7:03Speaker 2: you guys, surprise and delight me with whatever you decide
- 7:05Speaker 2: to pop into, you know, into my experience, because you
- 7:08Speaker 2: know better than I do what's going to really surprise
- 7:10Speaker 2: and delight me. My I have limited beliefs, or maybe
- 7:14Speaker 2: I've got beliefs that don't allow certain things to come
- 7:17Speaker 2: into fruition.
- 7:18Speaker 3: For myself because I think that that's not possible.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And then the only way that I explore that so
- 7:24Speaker 2: I might even I might spend time tonight or I
- 7:27Speaker 2: did it a few days ago, like really sitting with money,
- 7:30Speaker 2: like how does money feel for me? Where do I
- 7:32Speaker 2: feel that in my body? And then exploring all the
- 7:36Speaker 2: parts where I feel like it's kind of shut off
- 7:38Speaker 2: or pinched off, and then I recognize that, and then
- 7:41Speaker 2: I wait till I feel when I'm in my body
- 7:44Speaker 2: with the process, till I feel good, until I feel
- 7:47Speaker 2: good about that whole situation. And if I can't get
- 7:50Speaker 2: there from there, then I start calling in spirit and
- 7:52Speaker 2: ask and Spirit help guide me because I'm not sure
- 7:54Speaker 2: what to do to help lift this because I want
- 7:57Speaker 2: to feel better about it. I just want to feel good.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And then when I do these things, things start coming forward,
- 8:02Speaker 2: They start presenting themselves. Information comes forward. You might maybe
- 8:06Speaker 2: Amy posted up a post on Facebook or something, and
- 8:08Speaker 2: it's like that totally caught my attention and resonated with me.
- 8:11Speaker 2: So it's just recognized there's so many different tools out there,
- 8:16Speaker 2: and we don't have to get caught up in all
- 8:18Speaker 2: the emotional stuff that's going on in the world. I'm
- 8:20Speaker 2: not saying there's anything wrong with the things. I'm just
- 8:23Speaker 2: saying it doesn't have to be our focus. Because whatever
- 8:27Speaker 2: we're focusing on growths, right we've basically that's what we're
- 8:31Speaker 2: talking about. We've been talking about forever. But whatever, we
- 8:34Speaker 2: focus on growth. And so if I want to sit
- 8:36Speaker 2: and put all my attention into I don't know that
- 8:40Speaker 2: there's trash everywhere, then I'm going to see trash everywhere.
- 8:43Speaker 2: But if I start thinking, oh my gosh, like look
- 8:46Speaker 2: at all that there's all this land out in front
- 8:47Speaker 2: of me right now, it's clear I don't see nothing
- 8:49Speaker 2: out there, and then I'm going to start seeing more
- 8:51Speaker 2: and more. That's going to show me proof that there's nothing.
- 8:54Speaker 2: There's no trash out there. Everybody's picking it up. I
- 8:57Speaker 2: had the conversation with my granddaughter there today because she
- 8:59Speaker 2: wants to stop and pick up all the trash, which
- 9:00Speaker 2: is fine. I have bags in my truck so that
- 9:03Speaker 2: we can stop and pick up trash. That's just the
- 9:05Speaker 2: way it is. But it's it's also what we focus
- 9:09Speaker 2: on if we focus on it. If I if I
- 9:10Speaker 2: focus on seeing trash, I'll find it everywhere everywhere. It's everywhere.
- 9:14Speaker 2: But if you're not focused on you're focus on all
- 9:17Speaker 2: the clean the clean air, the focus on the clean plants,
- 9:20Speaker 2: and you're focused on the clean water, what's coming in
- 9:22Speaker 2: and feeding the plants, then we're not feeding more to
- 9:26Speaker 2: something that we don't want to create, because otherwise I
- 9:30Speaker 2: feel like it's creating a lot of stuff that doesn't
- 9:34Speaker 2: That's that from what we're hearing.
- 9:36Speaker 3: It's harmful for the body.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Well, but these bodies adapt, they really do, and we
- 9:43Speaker 2: put so much focus into how to make it work
- 9:45Speaker 2: instead of letting the body tell us what it needs
- 9:48Speaker 2: or doesn't want. So it's just it's just all It
- 9:52Speaker 2: goes back to all the awareness. It's just being an
- 9:54Speaker 2: awareness and really focused on where you're putting your energy.
- 9:58Speaker 2: What are you focused on? Are you? Are you yourself?
- 10:00Speaker 3: Are you sitting yes to this because you don't want
- 10:02Speaker 3: to deal with it? You're sitting at home with yourself?
- 10:04Speaker 2: Are you?
- 10:05Speaker 1: You know?
- 10:06Speaker 2: It's just really checking in with ourselves all the time
- 10:09Speaker 2: and being honest with ourselves. What do we really want
- 10:12Speaker 2: and like, not what does everybody else like? What am
- 10:14Speaker 2: I going to do that's going to make them like
- 10:16Speaker 2: me more? It's not about any of that stuff. What
- 10:18Speaker 2: are you going to do that you're going to like
- 10:19Speaker 2: yourself even more?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Yeah, And a lot of times that's the issue. Right,
- 10:28Speaker 1: We focus on other things to keep us from focusing
- 10:31Speaker 1: on ourselves, and our intention sets starts with ourselves. And
- 10:39Speaker 1: so it's okay to focus on the your thoughts, emotions,
- 10:47Speaker 1: your words, how you're feeling, because that is going to
- 10:51Speaker 1: contribute to the intentions that you set for your life,
- 10:54Speaker 1: for your day, for your segment of the day. So
- 10:58Speaker 1: having the intention of very common, having the intention of
- 11:03Speaker 1: having wanting more money, but inside you're just like, I
- 11:09Speaker 1: have too many bills, I'll never catch up, I'll never
- 11:12Speaker 1: get ahead, there's never enough money coming in. It's two
- 11:15Speaker 1: different stories, and you're just gonna it's just the resistance
- 11:21Speaker 1: is going to be stronger than the intention of wanting more.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And that's also a key word, is wanting. You're saying
- 11:29Speaker 1: it's out there, I want it, and it's out there
- 11:32Speaker 1: and I want it and it's out there, but it's
- 11:34Speaker 1: not coming because you want it.
- 11:37Speaker 3: It is.
- 11:40Speaker 1: We are, we are. We are full of abundance. Now,
- 11:45Speaker 1: I mean everything in this room. Somebody, even if there
- 11:50Speaker 1: were a gift to me, somebody paid money for that.
- 11:52Speaker 1: So the abundance in this room is a great example
- 11:55Speaker 1: everything that's in my screen right now abundance. And I
- 12:02Speaker 1: don't want to get on on a tangent about money
- 12:05Speaker 1: or that. It's where's your intention? Where are you focused on?
- 12:10Speaker 1: That's in alignment with where you're at. And just like
- 12:13Speaker 1: Bev said that, if you're focused on you don't have
- 12:17Speaker 1: enough money and you have these bills to pay, then
- 12:20Speaker 1: stop thinking about the money and just stop thinking about
- 12:24Speaker 1: the bills for a second and just you can focus
- 12:28Speaker 1: on the abundance that you have, the gratitude for what
- 12:30Speaker 1: you have. Go outside and appreciate the sun where we
- 12:36Speaker 1: have flowers or plants. One of the things caught me
- 12:41Speaker 1: this morning was I was in the kitchen and we
- 12:44Speaker 1: have a door with a window to the backyard and
- 12:48Speaker 1: there's a cat in the neighborhood that makes its round,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and this morning it was in our yard and I
- 12:54Speaker 1: got to see a hummingbird flew down to the cat's
- 13:00Speaker 1: and was checking out the cat and then went up
- 13:02Speaker 1: in the bush and then flew away. I was like, well,
- 13:05Speaker 1: that was cool to see. It's things like that allow
- 13:08Speaker 1: yourself to appreciate those moments because then that brings ease
- 13:12Speaker 1: into the body and then set your intentions of Wow,
- 13:18Speaker 1: that was amazing, And I just know that the universe
- 13:21Speaker 1: or God is abundant in these moments and they're coming
- 13:26Speaker 1: to me and I got to see that, right. It
- 13:28Speaker 1: relaxes the body, the nervous system, it takes you off
- 13:33Speaker 1: of there's not enough money too. Oh my gosh, look
- 13:38Speaker 1: at that hummingbird checking out the cat. That was cool, right,
- 13:42Speaker 1: And it was very close, like I would say, within
- 13:46Speaker 1: twelve inches of the cat. Like, it was very close
- 13:48Speaker 1: to the cat. Dad, And the cat's on the ground.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Cat wasn't up on a wall or anything. It was
- 13:53Speaker 1: on the ground buy some bushes, and the hummingbird came
- 13:57Speaker 1: down and was checking it out. I was like, wait, right,
- 14:00Speaker 1: that was cool.
- 14:02Speaker 2: It is cool, And it's funny that you bring up
- 14:05Speaker 2: those kind of things.
- 14:06Speaker 3: It's not funny.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I love I actually love everything you just said because
- 14:10Speaker 2: it's true and it's a lot of things that I've
- 14:12Speaker 2: been doing. And you know, I'm sitting I might watch
- 14:14Speaker 2: sit and watch ants. I'll sit and watch how they
- 14:16Speaker 2: communicate with each other. I'm watching the cows. I'm watching
- 14:18Speaker 2: the cows like I'll sit and watch there's a couple
- 14:21Speaker 2: that they get kind of goofy with each other and play,
- 14:23Speaker 2: and they're older, so it's there's like a bond between
- 14:26Speaker 2: these two. So I've noticed that. I've noticed how the babies,
- 14:29Speaker 2: how the how they all communicate with each other. It's
- 14:32Speaker 2: these are things that I would have missed out on.
- 14:34Speaker 2: And when you talk about abundance, if I don't know
- 14:36Speaker 2: why I'm getting emotional, but I am because there's things
- 14:38Speaker 2: that I recognize.
- 14:40Speaker 3: But just like the.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Hummingbirds, Oh my gosh, they've been they were they must
- 14:45Speaker 2: have been passing them through here or whatever, but they were,
- 14:47Speaker 2: like there must have been like twenty of them out there.
- 14:49Speaker 2: It's just so crazy and for that, but I sit
- 14:51Speaker 2: and watch them forever. So now I go out there
- 14:53Speaker 2: and I'm watching the quill because I like to feed them.
- 14:55Speaker 2: But I got, like I said before, probably in the
- 14:58Speaker 2: last video, I know that my energy has shifted because
- 15:02Speaker 2: I'm noticing more and more animals and insects and everything
- 15:05Speaker 2: that are coming close up to me.
- 15:07Speaker 3: I'll be at the window of the kitchen.
- 15:09Speaker 2: And the hummingbird WI come up to the window and look,
- 15:11Speaker 2: you know, they're looking right at you. They're looking right
- 15:14Speaker 2: at you that the coil are getting more comfortable around here.
- 15:17Speaker 2: They're all nice, fat and sassy. We don't hunt them,
- 15:20Speaker 2: so it's like they're they're not big enough for me
- 15:22Speaker 2: to eat, so but they're you know what.
- 15:25Speaker 3: I mean there, And I love watching them.
- 15:26Speaker 2: But it's like watching how they are with each other,
- 15:28Speaker 2: like it's their dynamics.
- 15:29Speaker 3: How are they communicating with each other?
- 15:31Speaker 2: Watching my dogs, like all these things that I didn't
- 15:34Speaker 2: do before, and I'm taking the time to watch instead
- 15:38Speaker 2: of trying to control and figure everything out, like even
- 15:41Speaker 2: with the kids, the grants and stuff like that.
- 15:43Speaker 3: They've got to figure their stuff out.
- 15:45Speaker 2: So I sit and watch something, and I only would
- 15:48Speaker 2: come into come into the space now to say something
- 15:51Speaker 2: if it's something needs to be said. Otherwise let them be.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Who cares If they're arguing with each other?
- 15:55Speaker 3: Who cares?
- 15:55Speaker 2: If I feel like what that's doing is wrong. Nobody's
- 15:57Speaker 2: getting hurt right now, and they've got to work it
- 16:00Speaker 2: out because that's that's how they're learning how to communicate.
- 16:02Speaker 2: They're learning and the things they don't like and what
- 16:04Speaker 2: they do, like right now, right in front of your face,
- 16:08Speaker 2: like when all this stuff's happening, So it's it's it's
- 16:11Speaker 2: just recognizing to sit back and witness all of it,
- 16:13Speaker 2: because it's really it is beautiful because then you get
- 16:16Speaker 2: to see how they grew and then you didn't have
- 16:17Speaker 2: to have a hand, and then it wasn't something that
- 16:19Speaker 2: you did, it was something that they did. That's their confidence.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and and they're setting the intention of this is
- 16:28Speaker 1: what I want. You're not going to change my mind,
- 16:31Speaker 1: and I'm going to do it.
- 16:32Speaker 3: That's right, that's right.
- 16:36Speaker 1: My aunt tells the story of my son. You know,
- 16:41Speaker 1: she helped uh when she watched him while I was
- 16:44Speaker 1: while I was working. And so when he started walking,
- 16:49Speaker 1: he walked over to the planter and you know, holding
- 16:52Speaker 1: on to it and and put his hand in the
- 16:55Speaker 1: dirt and grabbed a handful of dirt and moved it
- 16:58Speaker 1: over the floor with this handful of dirt. And she
- 17:03Speaker 1: looked at him and she's like, you know, joking, laying,
- 17:07Speaker 1: not mean or anything. I believe this to be true.
- 17:10Speaker 1: And she's like, don't you dare And he goes opened
- 17:15Speaker 1: his hand, dropped the dirt on the floor and then
- 17:17Speaker 1: laughed and they both laughed. And so, yeah, they're just kids.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Show us, they show us how to stand in their power.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, it's interesting.
- 17:31Speaker 2: It's to lett to be kids though, because we learned
- 17:34Speaker 2: so much from it. And then for her to laugh
- 17:36Speaker 2: about it too, that's phenomenal. Yeah, I'm listening. I was
- 17:39Speaker 2: listening to I've listened to it a couple of times. Actually,
- 17:41Speaker 2: Suzanne's been doing this interview, and he talks about when
- 17:44Speaker 2: he was seven years old, he walks into the bedroom
- 17:47Speaker 2: of his parents because he's psychic, well he doesn't label
- 17:50Speaker 2: himself as anything, but he can communicate and stuff, and
- 17:52Speaker 2: he's like walks into the room, he said, at seven
- 17:55Speaker 2: o'clock in the morning, and he says he has this
- 17:56Speaker 2: bottle of water. He says, I finally figured it out
- 17:59Speaker 2: and he poured it out. He says, the bottle is
- 18:01Speaker 2: our body, and this is our soul. So it's like
- 18:05Speaker 2: our soul is so much bigger. It doesn't stay in
- 18:07Speaker 2: the body always, it's always constantly doing things. We're for
- 18:12Speaker 2: a seven year old to say something like that, but
- 18:14Speaker 2: that's how they know things. And it's such a teaching
- 18:17Speaker 2: moment for anybody that was in that experience, anybody that
- 18:20Speaker 2: the mom went and told anybody about, because it's now
- 18:23Speaker 2: an opportunity for someone else to see something differently, and
- 18:26Speaker 2: it was something so simple and he was seven. It
- 18:29Speaker 2: just blows my mind and it's awesome all at the
- 18:31Speaker 2: same time.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that's amazing. So yes, the thought of this, I'm
- 18:41Speaker 1: glad we had this conversation again, because I will when
- 18:48Speaker 1: we start talking about things. Just so the audience knows.
- 18:51Speaker 1: We don't plan on conversations. Bev and I are like, Okay,
- 18:55Speaker 1: nine am on Sunday, we're gonna get together. We're gonna
- 18:57Speaker 1: do some recordings. We don't talk about topics. We don't
- 19:01Speaker 1: we don't communicate any of that. And so a lot
- 19:05Speaker 1: of times when we're talking is when I'm I, for myself,
- 19:08Speaker 1: am processing the things that we're talking about. And it's
- 19:13Speaker 1: a lot of times also is it's things I've been
- 19:16Speaker 1: processing internal. But when I start talking about them out loud,
- 19:20Speaker 1: other information comes to me or divine guidance or other intentions,
- 19:28Speaker 1: whatever it might be. Clarity, excuse me, Clarity comes because
- 19:34Speaker 1: now I have a sounding board, I have somebody talk
- 19:37Speaker 1: to who can contribute to the conversation. So I look
- 19:44Speaker 1: forward to our conversations every time we get together because
- 19:49Speaker 1: of what comes out of them, and it's very selfish
- 19:52Speaker 1: to say what comes out of them for me.
- 19:54Speaker 2: So I'm in agreeance with you though, and it's it
- 20:00Speaker 2: is in a world where shallow conversations seem to happen often,
- 20:08Speaker 2: and so what can I do right now? I have
- 20:10Speaker 2: an opportunity just with what I said, and in all
- 20:14Speaker 2: the conversations that I have now, they're like deep conversations,
- 20:18Speaker 2: and so I have an opportunity to create from that
- 20:19Speaker 2: space what I was going to say. So everything's an
- 20:22Speaker 2: opportunity for me to have deep conversations with everybody and
- 20:25Speaker 2: to explore things I just haven't given everybody else the
- 20:30Speaker 2: opportunity I give you. I welcome you in because I
- 20:32Speaker 2: always know the conversations are going to be great and wonderful.
- 20:35Speaker 2: So that so it's for me to be more open
- 20:37Speaker 2: and recognize that there's lots of people out there that
- 20:41Speaker 2: love to have the deeper conversations because guess what, if
- 20:43Speaker 2: I'm feeling that way, they're feeling that way too. They're
- 20:46Speaker 2: ready for a deeper conversation. They don't care about who
- 20:48Speaker 2: won the game, what the weather is like, because those
- 20:51Speaker 2: things are always changed. When there's a whole bunch of
- 20:52Speaker 2: other stuff that's under a surface like like, Amy, you
- 20:55Speaker 2: look so happy and peaceful. What are you doing? Those
- 20:59Speaker 2: were the conversations go as we're in awareness and recognizing
- 21:02Speaker 2: and we're celebrating each other where we're at, and it's
- 21:06Speaker 2: not finding lack in ourselves because we're not in the same.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Place, right, And the internal dialogue I have with myself
- 21:16Speaker 1: is also saying an intention and intention of I need
- 21:20Speaker 1: more clarity. I would like more clarity. I would like
- 21:23Speaker 1: some guidance and support on this, I would Right, that's
- 21:26Speaker 1: the intention that I'm setting out to the universe of
- 21:30Speaker 1: when I'm asking these internal questions. And then Bev and
- 21:34Speaker 1: I come together and we have the conversations organically, even
- 21:39Speaker 1: like not even intended as a plan of this is
- 21:45Speaker 1: what we're going to talk about. It just happens so.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Every time, and it's still beneficial. I mean, it's beneficial
- 21:52Speaker 2: for us. So that's why, like you said, we have
- 21:54Speaker 2: these conversations. So hopefully it's benefiting others as well, or
- 21:58Speaker 2: certainly giving them opportunities to have deeper conversations and to
- 22:01Speaker 2: explore things. Even if they only picked up one word
- 22:04Speaker 2: from our whole conversation, they got something out of it.
- 22:07Speaker 1: That's all that matters, and so it matters, and then
- 22:09Speaker 1: you can be resourceful with the information and share it
- 22:12Speaker 1: with friends, family, coworkers, people and when you're out and about. Uh.
- 22:18Speaker 1: And I always use the grocery line because a lot
- 22:21Speaker 1: of times you're waiting and so people are there. So
- 22:23Speaker 1: I always use the grocery store as an example, standing
- 22:26Speaker 1: in line at the grocery store.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Becausere's lots of opportunities in the grocery store.
- 22:32Speaker 2: In the standing in line, there really is because you're
- 22:34Speaker 2: waiting and you're going to have people that are I
- 22:37Speaker 2: have lots of experience yep, helping like sending them lots
- 22:47Speaker 2: of love and light energy because they need that too.
- 22:50Speaker 2: They're they're handling a lot of energy throughout the day. Yeah,
- 22:54Speaker 2: a lot, a lot of people's energy.
- 22:57Speaker 1: And that's another segment intending is when you're way you
- 23:00Speaker 1: go to the grocery store, there's ease and getting your
- 23:03Speaker 1: groceries check a check. If you like to go to
- 23:06Speaker 1: an actual cashier that there is no line, you can
- 23:09Speaker 1: get right up. And so setting that intention of just
- 23:13Speaker 1: going to the grocery store, that's fun to do. I've
- 23:15Speaker 1: done that many times. Other times I just like to
- 23:19Speaker 1: be surprised and delighted as to how it unfolds, which
- 23:22Speaker 1: sometimes is very interesting, and sometimes I don't even do
- 23:25Speaker 1: it because I don't. I just I'm going to the
- 23:27Speaker 1: store and getting my stuff and I just go. I'm
- 23:30Speaker 1: in the moment. So anyway, people are out there having
- 23:36Speaker 1: these conversations, so be resourceful. You can share our videos,
- 23:40Speaker 1: you can share other podcasts and influencers that you're listening to,
- 23:44Speaker 1: and that helps support all of us who are showing
- 23:48Speaker 1: up on a regular basis. Bev and I've been showing
- 23:51Speaker 1: up for over five years now on a weekly basis
- 23:55Speaker 1: with a video. So if it's resonating with you, share it.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Either have the conversation yourself or share the links. So
- 24:07Speaker 1: with that you can you can find us on many platforms.
- 24:11Speaker 1: There's Facebook, Instagram, Speakers, Spotify, podcast, Attic and TikTok YouTube.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So any final words, BEV.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Just stay tuned and we can't wait to see you
- 24:24Speaker 2: next time.
- 24:25Speaker 1: It's it all right, friends, take care, We'll see you
- 24:28Speaker 1: next time. Tea time with Amy and Bev
