This competency draws on an OD practitioner’s organizational awareness, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and possessing a toolbox of OD interventions that drives a company’s success. We use the term OD Sherpa, a person with the endurance to overcome difficult circumstances and the skills to lead the way, to best describe this OD competency.
