- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to Indivine Flow, your podcast for conscious manpreneurs.
- 0:05Speaker 1: And today I have my very first podcast interview guest and it's... My sister!
- 0:14Speaker 1: You might know her from our podcast that we've been running for nearly seven years for Prana Abhi Alive.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Today we come together in Individe Flow and talk about intuitive motherhood And I'm very, very happy that she's even with me here on Crete.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Visiting us from Australia and you are about to listen.
- 0:36Speaker 1: a powerful talk we're gonna have together.
- 0:39Speaker 1: so welcome Josie!
- 0:42Speaker 0: Thankyou for having me.
- 0:43Speaker 0: i am really excited to be here On your new podcast.
- 0:48Speaker 0: We had like tons of interviews already and podcast episodes together.
- 0:52Speaker 0: So this is new.
- 0:54Speaker 0: It's a first in English, so let's see how we go because usually we speak German together.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Maybe it will be a mix!
- 1:00Speaker 1: Let's see... So you've been a mom for nearly six months now?
- 1:08Speaker 0: Five and half months.
- 1:11Speaker 1: And I'd love to talk about a little bit of your intuition when it comes to motherhood.
- 1:19Speaker 1: is that does that come easily to?
- 1:21Speaker 1: you do have tools whereas maybe the where it's a bit
- 1:27Speaker 0: off sometimes.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Yeah, let us in!
- 1:31Speaker 0: I think it depends for sure like i'm a person who likes to talk to other people about what she is experiencing.
- 1:42Speaker 0: so i would say i have a mix of following my intuition but also seeking for help, seeking guidance with other mums.
- 1:52Speaker 0: Also not only other mumps but also my partner Johannes and I always can feel where my intuition goes especially when it comes to sleep.
- 2:05Speaker 0: in the first few months everything is about sleep
- 2:09Speaker 1: mostly eating
- 2:12Speaker 0: and pooing But sleep is such a main thing in the beginning.
- 2:17Speaker 0: So I always feel into what he needs, like...I have a son so it's a he!
- 2:27Speaker 0: And i can feel if he is needing some sleep or not and that's where I follow my intuition.
- 2:36Speaker 0: but sometimes I seek for reassurance.
- 2:42Speaker 0: Sleepy tired.
- 2:45Speaker 0: And it's so hilarious because I actually know the answer but maybe its just also a partner thing, cause i want to include him and he don't wanna be like this person who is like no hes tired and im putting into bad.
- 3:00Speaker 0: now Because I also wanted him to... Give
- 3:04Speaker 1: them a vote?
- 3:05Speaker 0: Yeah seek for their signs too to get to know the signs of our son when he's tired.
- 3:13Speaker 0: So that we are partners in that regard, but yeah I think...I still don't know when he is tired and That's the mom intuition i guess And hungry Whatever he needs
- 3:30Speaker 1: But also feel like met him now for a week, nearly a week and I think he's also very clear in his signs.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Like it's maybe like the noise is my oh boy...like he's very easygoing and then something is off but that was like okay i think.
- 3:50Speaker 1: see you know
- 3:51Speaker 0: so true.
- 3:51Speaker 0: yeah
- 3:52Speaker 1: And I think that's not the case with every child.
- 3:54Speaker 1: It's so different.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Yeah But if you are going out there and seeking for reassurance, have you had a moment where you felt like the other person or maybe even doctor?
- 4:13Speaker 1: advice from your book online was something that you would've answered differently.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And then what did you do?
- 4:25Speaker 0: A few mom and friends, I would say these are my people that i'm talking to.
- 4:33Speaker 0: Maybe not only seeking for reassurance but also sharing is something I really like when we talk about it because sometimes its getting real.
- 4:51Speaker 0: I have this deeper integration.
- 4:57Speaker 0: Also, when i say something then can feel that feels right or sometimes it feels wrong.
- 5:03Speaker 1: When you speak loud must be get out loud.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Then your intuition says Ah!
- 5:08Speaker 1: This is not...
- 5:10Speaker 0: So That's my personal way of working through something and getting a deeper level next initiation.
- 5:22Speaker 0: Also, like it doesn't need to be big but also in the really small moments and of course when you talk with other people or other mumps they have different approaches.
- 5:33Speaker 0: They had different experiences.
- 5:39Speaker 0: It's good that there are different And then I feel... Ah yeah No!
- 5:43Speaker 0: Its' good to talk about this But This is not my way.
- 5:47Speaker 0: I think i don't have any example where we just did it after I heard something maybe sometimes on Instagram, i can see something and then its like oh yeah my baby sleeps through the night.
- 6:01Speaker 0: Like three months and im like
- 6:03Speaker 1: okay
- 6:04Speaker 0: interesting you know there comes these five tips that you have to follow And Im always like ah yeah maybe i could integrate them but at next moment
- 6:18Speaker 1: No, no.
- 6:20Speaker 0: That's probably not your way and also I'm very... Yeah i want to give him a lot of safety because of my nervous system background?
- 6:31Speaker 0: I know that it is super important to give the baby a lotof safety so their nervous system can evolve even into a very nourishing flowing flowering person or a system and that I want to give him the co-regulation he needs.
- 6:57Speaker 0: My body, my breathing can do this so it's just the most amazing thing i guess To witness.
- 7:04Speaker 0: you can actually corregulate another human being And of course in my birth work practices with other people but having like little teeny tiny baby whose nervous system is so fragile.
- 7:21Speaker 0: And you can actually regulate that in, I don't know two seconds when you pick him up and breathe?
- 7:28Speaker 0: It's just the most amazing thing!
- 7:31Speaker 0: So yeah totally gotta...
- 7:36Speaker 1: I think it fits very well because what you often see on Instagram So strange tips like I'm out of this baby's sleep Instagram rhythm already, but remember the algorithm
- 7:50Speaker 0: is
- 7:51Speaker 1: my mom.
- 7:51Speaker 1: My algorithm with a toddler tantrum whatever you do then thing and when it comes to
- 8:00Speaker 0: sometimes
- 8:00Speaker 1: such Like give them banana And they will sleep on like.
- 8:05Speaker 1: are you freaking real?
- 8:08Speaker 1: And They think what's missing Is What You're Saying Right Now.
- 8:11Speaker 1: the most basic things like, the co-regulation through breathing just body contact or humming.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And that's so.
- 8:24Speaker 1: maybe it is even normal to us especially mothers.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I don't know That.
- 8:32Speaker 1: its not a hype.
- 8:32Speaker 1: talk about.
- 8:33Speaker 1: you know what i mean?
- 8:35Speaker 0: Yeah but also can see there are some things I never thought about, and i've ever felt the thing.
- 8:45Speaker 0: I'm thinking of an example.
- 8:46Speaker 0: but sometimes experience from other parents can also help what they see because my business partner has like five girls so that have a lot of experiences not saying okay hundred percent want to do it as you did.
- 9:06Speaker 0: some things are just very relatable and then I try them.
- 9:12Speaker 0: And if they work for me, um-hmm Then i can do that like more often or why?
- 9:18Speaker 0: If you're like no That's not my style You just let it go.
- 9:21Speaker 0: so there is a very fine line I guess.
- 9:23Speaker 0: Um but I trust obviously more the people in my surroundings rather than Instagram.
- 9:33Speaker 0: But here some things on instagram was like ah interesting yeah didn't know that It was even possible.
- 9:39Speaker 0: So, you know that was what I mean with a fine line and not that i want to put him too bad on his own.
- 9:50Speaker 0: It just...I don't feel like it's my style but in the other hand its actually possible!
- 9:59Speaker 0: And I didn't know that.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I think it also depends if some children are born you know, easier co-regulation themselves or with just a little bit of corregulation.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Others need more core regulation and I think what's very important is that you don't compare yourself to the examples online like...I saw one time when parents said do this?
- 10:28Speaker 1: Just put your hands over their eyes and close them then they will sleep!
- 10:33Speaker 0: It actually works for us.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I'm jealous.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Like, are you freaking serious?
- 10:40Speaker 1: That is like... And for Ananda she would cry out if i'd do that!
- 10:48Speaker 1: It's the opposite effect!
- 10:50Speaker 0: You have a good example because he loves to have something over his eyes and thats how my partner trained him.
- 10:58Speaker 1: It's so funny.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Yeah,
- 11:00Speaker 0: and even when we start putting something on his eyes like his eye is already closed And then I try to get rid of that Like i don't want him to have something over the eyes anymore.
- 11:11Speaker 0: So We started doing them.
- 11:13Speaker 0: Then you can see When he was tired He was closing his eyes But not yet We play a little bit more and yeah, I just remembered it.
- 11:29Speaker 0: really nice example because we weren't Fiji for Honeymoon.
- 11:33Speaker 0: And i always thought the mother is bringing that child to bed like with your example but you have also very specific example.
- 11:43Speaker 0: Yeah how do you do it?
- 11:56Speaker 0: We talked to them.
- 11:57Speaker 0: Well, breathe!
- 11:59Speaker 0: So we met this couple and there the mother AND the father brought the baby.
- 12:08Speaker 0: too bad.
- 12:08Speaker 0: it was five months at that time little Archie.
- 12:11Speaker 0: he was super cute And I was like how is that possible?
- 12:15Speaker 0: That the father's bringing the baby to bed because i never Thought about it.
- 12:20Speaker 0: I never knew that It was even possible because i didn't have a lot of mom friends at the time Um, and ever thought About it to be honest?
- 12:30Speaker 0: And we're just like okay yeah
- 12:32Speaker 1: The boob
- 12:32Speaker 0: in them maybe is falling asleep.
- 12:35Speaker 0: So That Was the first Time i'm Like.
- 12:37Speaker 0: Something Else Is also Possible and it Actually Works with Us too.
- 12:41Speaker 0: so Yeah that's Where i was like.
- 12:45Speaker 0: Okay Seeking for inspiration maybe and trying, we are lucky because it works.
- 12:54Speaker 1: And I think that's the most important point!
- 12:57Speaker 1: It is like okay see seeking also seeking help.
- 13:01Speaker 1: even you can get professional help with different topics that are difficult for babies but then try out in seeing if it works for your parents or i think it needs to work not only And then, if not let it go and don't say okay something is wrong.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Something's wrong with me or my child because in... My instance for example all the things did NOT work like everything I tried did not work!
- 13:36Speaker 1: Then its so important that we stay within ourselves and trust also our intuition to say But I have something that works.
- 13:49Speaker 1: And be grateful for that and don't always listen to the outside noise, i think thats very important.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Listen for inspiration but if its not working no one then let it go.
- 14:07Speaker 0: That's super-important.
- 14:10Speaker 0: Yeah, what it does to you and how it makes you feel I guess.
- 14:14Speaker 0: But also i think its a personality thing because you get your inspiration often times out of yourself.
- 14:22Speaker 0: You know the creation and all that vision
- 14:24Speaker 1: And then
- 14:26Speaker 0: have another personality again You know inspired by other people from outside world.
- 14:31Speaker 0: so maybe it's also A little bit more for personality things.
- 14:36Speaker 1: yeah Also a combination because I also like to seek assurance from outside or, you know.
- 14:47Speaker 1: But then i use my spiritual connection with my intuition and
- 14:53Speaker 0: ask
- 14:54Speaker 1: in meditative state what is the right thing to do?
- 14:58Speaker 1: Or go forward... And it's like an online-offline thing!
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's so beautiful that we have all of this together use it all, and especially as a in combination.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So actually my new aim what I would love to bring into the world is this... The sharing that you're talking about?
- 15:21Speaker 1: Like a sharing circle for moms but then also a practice circle for mums where we practise really listen our own intuition even though other person might have said something else That work for them And than can be open abouedit But still like check in with ourselves again and see, ah does it really resonate with me?
- 15:43Speaker 1: or am I responding out of oh i want this too?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Or...I don't know.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I fear that if I don't do something else will happen.
- 15:57Speaker 1: so always the other and how can benefit from all sides.
- 16:05Speaker 0: Yeah, that's beautiful.
- 16:06Speaker 0: I think yeah this non-judgmental energy to create that is the most important thing for mums because it's something we don't get in like normal life probably because you get judged or you get unasked advice on every corner and i mean in Australia.
- 16:27Speaker 0: its not as awkward not in Australia, but the area where it's not as bad I would say.
- 16:33Speaker 0: But i also got like unasked advice and yeah...I was like okay thank you for our cleaners who
- 16:40Speaker 1: are
- 16:40Speaker 0: very clean of a house.
- 16:44Speaker 0: Like three things at one second!
- 16:50Speaker 0: And she just wanted to share whatever helped her And I guess it comes from a really nice and loving perspective, but at that point i was just not open for it.
- 17:05Speaker 0: Couldn't really receive whatever she said.
- 17:08Speaker 0: But yeah...it wasn't an experience!
- 17:12Speaker 0: So..I think the non-judgmental zone circle space is very important because in Bahrain It's a postpartum circle.
- 17:27Speaker 0: And I always think it is amazing how women can share.
- 17:32Speaker 0: to be that vulnerable...
- 17:34Speaker 1: Oh,
- 17:35Speaker 0: don't like the word!
- 17:36Speaker 0: But you know what i mean?
- 17:40Speaker 0: You had talk about really deep fears and challenges maybe also not so beautiful mom moments which makes them cry of their guilty or whatever.
- 17:55Speaker 0: And I found that so beautiful.
- 17:58Speaker 0: and yeah, a lot for you to bring that to life in this kind of atmosphere.
- 18:05Speaker 0: who would say hemisphere?
- 18:07Speaker 1: Yeah!
- 18:10Speaker 1: I think what i've noticed now is...I went on business retreat but it was very personal with lots of moms actually present where I felt like we have this online connection, in the year-long mastermind.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And then... We got to meet offline and i think that is a beautiful combination!
- 18:34Speaker 1: To have it both because sometimes when you are on daily life You can't meet every day right?
- 18:41Speaker 1: Even if we live close by.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Sometimes its so good that we had those tools to check an online.
- 18:48Speaker 1: just send voice message.
- 18:50Speaker 1: For me as a mom, it's the easiest thing to do.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Just send a quick voice message when you can.
- 18:59Speaker 1: but I think we need to allow ourselves also seek for support and maybe don't even allow themselves to seek out or help especially if they fear being judged.
- 19:20Speaker 0: And I think also in our generation, i would say that we learn to do a lot of things on
- 19:28Speaker 1: our own
- 19:29Speaker 0: and independent.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Yeah
- 19:31Speaker 0: like the strong woman We are very grateful That we got raised Like that.
- 19:35Speaker 0: but it was also bit over unlearning again To seek help because my partner Was at home In the beginning.
- 19:45Speaker 0: No, I need to do that by myself because at some point he's going back to work.
- 19:49Speaker 0: So you know i'm doing it by my self and He always was asking me like i'm here why don't you ask for help?
- 19:55Speaker 0: And we're like no You know i need to train.
- 20:00Speaker 0: It was so ridiculous But now i am here maybe just take the help um...and That was yeah with such a Leverious moment in their hindsight Why didn't ask him to watch the baby for like five minutes, then everything is a lot easier.
- 20:24Speaker 0: So yeah I think it's a lot of unlearning again when you got raised as this strong independent woman who was also an entrepreneur before becoming a mom.
- 20:33Speaker 0: because i think that what we learned right?
- 20:36Speaker 0: Like being self-sustainable and doing all things by ourselves.
- 20:45Speaker 0: Huge growing learning journey, you guys?
- 20:49Speaker 1: It doesn't stop really.
- 20:53Speaker 0: Nope!
- 20:54Speaker 0: Probably not.
- 20:56Speaker 0: Now I can witness what happens when they are toddlers.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Ah yeah there's a new challenge coming.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Is he still sleeping?
- 21:07Speaker 0: Yeah He is moving but as long as he is not
- 21:11Speaker 1: This real life recording why babies sleeping?
- 21:16Speaker 0: Nice,
- 21:18Speaker 1: we've covered a lot of ground already.
- 21:23Speaker 1: What is the one thing?
- 21:27Speaker 0: and
- 21:28Speaker 1: there's probably not one thing but
- 21:31Speaker 0: what
- 21:31Speaker 1: has changed most for you in becoming mother?
- 21:34Speaker 0: I think caring for another human being made myself very humble And also it connects to them the point we were talking about before, being just by yourself.
- 21:55Speaker 1: But with another human than you
- 21:57Speaker 0: need to be loved!
- 21:58Speaker 0: Yeah but now... You cannot do this one hour practice and do
- 22:03Speaker 1: that work
- 22:04Speaker 0: I was doing before.
- 22:06Speaker 0: It's like when will it start working again?
- 22:10Speaker 0: Because at the moment i don't know I could make it obviously possible, but that's not my main goal at the moment.
- 22:17Speaker 0: But being humble in regard to everything changes is so beautiful and also changing.
- 22:34Speaker 0: So learning how to live with change Surrender to what is I think that started with not for me Not with pregnancy because my pregnancy was just the easiest journey.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Others will be jealous about
- 22:52Speaker 0: it.
- 22:52Speaker 0: Yeah, but i would say birth
- 22:54Speaker 1: yeah.
- 22:55Speaker 0: Then there It's started too to surrender To Be patient Learning that Every day And at The moment I'm Just I'm Having This Very easy baby, right?
- 23:11Speaker 0: Like at the moment you can see it.
- 23:14Speaker 0: It's very...it's nice he is having fun when he's awake and he sleeps when he should sleep.
- 23:17Speaker 0: so that was just like an easy ride.
- 23:20Speaker 0: but in the beginning obviously it wasn't different.
- 23:22Speaker 0: then we'll change again.
- 23:24Speaker 0: So yeah surrender and learn the patience
- 23:29Speaker 1: because changes don't.
- 23:31Speaker 1: And right it's like, no
- 23:33Speaker 0: just the beginning.
- 23:33Speaker 1: It changes here again and then try to fit in.
- 23:40Speaker 1: you tried to make your planner on it?
- 23:42Speaker 1: Then you ditched a plan again because of change.
- 23:46Speaker 0: Yeah yeah that is so true.
- 23:48Speaker 0: You made a chain at plan but we're talking about the sleep plan, right?
- 23:54Speaker 0: And then it's like oh yeah he has to sleep.
- 23:56Speaker 0: Or It would be good that he could sleep better than
- 23:59Speaker 1: me and
- 24:00Speaker 0: then is okay um... We change it!
- 24:04Speaker 0: Be very flexible instantly.
- 24:06Speaker 0: Okay Very easy I think.
- 24:09Speaker 0: since we are here or since The Journey i'm just more relaxed with this Sleep thing.
- 24:16Speaker 0: Yeah in Australia was more like Oh no..I need you know bring him to sleep at that certain point because otherwise he's overtired or overstimulated.
- 24:27Speaker 1: But I think this is...I was forced into different environments when Anna and I were little, but i learned everything can be adjusted.
- 24:42Speaker 1: sometimes they need a bit more core regulation.
- 24:46Speaker 1: As long as they're with their mom and dad or parents, the main caregiver are happy.
- 24:55Speaker 1: This was a big learning for me that... ...they don't really care how outside looks like.
- 25:04Speaker 0: An island with Ananda also has strong babies.
- 25:11Speaker 0: So strong.
- 25:12Speaker 0: It's sometimes stronger than us
- 25:16Speaker 1: and
- 25:16Speaker 0: I also witnessed that with the journey, i think the the bub did The most amazing job from all of us like
- 25:23Speaker 1: yeah
- 25:24Speaker 0: you're honest okay he was he was chill but i was like in the beginning god this is going to be such a huge thing!
- 25:31Speaker 0: And in the end
- 25:31Speaker 1: it wasn't actually not big thing But when you flew from Australia Yeah To Europe Because I think not everyone knows that.
- 25:43Speaker 1: No,
- 25:43Speaker 0: no but yeah mom brain.
- 25:46Speaker 0: Oh
- 25:46Speaker 1: the mom brain!
- 25:48Speaker 1: Can you start it on that one?
- 25:52Speaker 1: Something i wanted to ask again something else oh my goodness now I know it again.
- 25:59Speaker 1: and your practice your spiritual practice how do?
- 26:06Speaker 0: I'm just watching the monitor and he's playing with it below.
- 26:11Speaker 0: But i don't think that he is crying, at least we would hear
- 26:13Speaker 1: him.
- 26:15Speaker 0: So my spiritual practice... It's definitely different!
- 26:22Speaker 0: Not as expanded as used to be but my breath work helped me a lot in the beginning because of, you know when the nervous system cannot switch off and You're just awake in the night Then I can regulate myself.
- 26:46Speaker 0: So that what did
- 26:47Speaker 1: she do then?
- 26:50Speaker 1: If he couldn't fall asleep back?
- 26:53Speaker 0: They try to Extend my breathing especially they exhale to really switch on their parasympathetic nervous systems.
- 27:03Speaker 0: so my system has them The sign that it can switch off and then it can relax.
- 27:11Speaker 0: And also I learned Not learnt, but i practice breath holds because in pregnancy you're not supposed to do breath holes But when your postpartum You Can Do It Again.
- 27:24Speaker 0: So That's what I did?
- 27:25Speaker 0: And it really helped me too.
- 27:26Speaker 0: we calm down and reconnect To What Really Matters.
- 27:30Speaker 0: Then Mostly I would fall asleep When I do the breath practices.
- 27:36Speaker 0: Not always, obviously.
- 27:37Speaker 0: But
- 27:37Speaker 1: it helped
- 27:39Speaker 0: me.
- 27:40Speaker 0: And spiritual wise... It actually is not that easy and I was talking to my doula about this because in the first few months you feel a lot but also not like you feel little bit numb.
- 27:59Speaker 0: when it comes too My partner asks me every week What is your vision and where do you want to go?
- 28:05Speaker 0: And what do you wanna
- 28:05Speaker 0: do?".
- 28:06Speaker 0: You know, I was like... Depending on the baby.
- 28:10Speaker 0: When he's happy-I'm happy!
- 28:12Speaker 0: And i know that at some point it needs to grow out of it.
- 28:16Speaker 0: so I am envisioning again but really feel that its not my time as a moment be in this vision space or wherever we are going because at the moment just keeping the baby safe and baby alive, a baby happy.
- 28:34Speaker 0: That was just my main goal for the last few months And that has nothing to do with my mind.
- 28:39Speaker 0: It's just nature hey?
- 28:41Speaker 0: it is whatever My body and Nature Is there Just like my Goal or not my goal but mine
- 28:51Speaker 1: I think its mothers.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I also felt because this we are here Protect our children in the when they're most vulnerable.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Yeah, and we feel that we can't.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I've also felt like there's nothing else i can concentrate on.
- 29:12Speaker 0: yeah just
- 29:13Speaker 1: Physically eat kind?
- 29:15Speaker 1: I can put my brain to thinking more than head.
- 29:19Speaker 1: then the next sleep
- 29:20Speaker 0: yes
- 29:21Speaker 1: And I was like.
- 29:21Speaker 1: I don't know when that changed but probably
- 29:25Speaker 0: it will change.
- 29:26Speaker 1: It would change at some point.
- 29:27Speaker 1: a changed somewhere along her between two and three I would say.
- 29:33Speaker 1: But even until two, how can a mother give their child away?
- 29:39Speaker 1: Even under one!
- 29:43Speaker 1: Because physically it must hurt... And i'm so sorry for mothers who actually have to do this because of different reasons.. Because we're physically wired to be close with our children We're not allowed to think about the future.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I mean we can force ourselves, but i think it's not supposed be in our nature and It doesn't mean that its'nt coming back right?
- 30:09Speaker 1: But i think thats also a modern mind like we are Supposed To Be Ambitious And Which Is I Think Coming Back Naturally Like For Me It Came Back Naturally After Some Point after Getting Out Of The Survival Mode.
- 30:27Speaker 1: I think we should allow ourselves to really be mothers.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I think that's a huge problem in our generation, maybe it is coming back but especially if you are ambitious as well or were ambitious before hand and allowing yourself The most spiritual thing you can do is being present, right?
- 30:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:56Speaker 1: And you're forced to be in present
- 30:58Speaker 0: as a mother!
- 31:00Speaker 0: You have no other choice outside... I would agree but still when yeah that's nature doing its things because your so wired too the little one and i like it comes naturally will open up again that you have different interests again and everyone probably has their own timing.
- 31:28Speaker 0: And I think also maybe some women had that earlier, but not for me!
- 31:35Speaker 0: Not for you obviously... But everyone has their
- 31:38Speaker 1: time.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Does it come out of your deep intuition or does is comes from the fear?
- 31:49Speaker 1: It all comes back to this
- 31:50Speaker 1: right?!
- 31:51Speaker 1: Do you deeply really feel like you want to create again?
- 31:56Speaker 1: Go out there, leave your child without judgment.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Or do you...do it out of fear because you think you have to or society says that you have too and because money….
- 32:10Speaker 0: I think
- 32:11Speaker 1: this is the biggest thing out here!
- 32:14Speaker 1: It always comes back for me – at this point its so important.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I
- 32:22Speaker 0: think just acting out of love is super important.
- 32:25Speaker 0: And yeah okay my baby isn't definitely awake and i think you need to cut him because he's on the move from The Bad.
- 32:33Speaker 0: So funny
- 32:34Speaker 1: how can it be so happy when waking up?
- 32:36Speaker 1: This is crazy
- 32:38Speaker 0: amazing!
- 32:40Speaker 1: We have a happy baby, but who's awake?
- 32:41Speaker 1: So thank you for listening.
