  Marketplace.
• 0:36
  We're
• 0:36
  here
• 0:36
  again
• 0:37
  just
• 0:37
  me
• 0:38
  as
• 0:38
  it
• 0:38
  will
• 0:38
  be
• 0:39
  for
• 0:39
  the
• 0:39
  next
• 0:39
  few
• 0:39
  months
• 0:40
  because
• 0:40
  I
• 0:40
  think
• 0:40
  you
• 0:41
  have
• 0:41
  heard
• 0:41
  in
• 0:41
  the
• 0:42
  last
• 0:42
  episode,
• 0:42
  my
• 0:42
  dear
• 0:43
  co
• 0:43
  founder
• 0:43
  Valerie
• 0:44
  is
• 0:44
  pregnant.
• 0:45
  And
• 0:45
  so
• 0:45
  she
• 0:45
  will
• 0:46
  be
• 0:46
  off
• 0:46
  on
• 0:46
  Maternity
• 0:46
  Live
• 0:47
  for
• 0:47
  a
• 0:47
  few
• 0:47
  months.
• 0:48
  But
• 0:48
  never
• 0:49
  worry.
• 0:49
  I
• 0:49
  have
• 0:50
  stacked
• 0:50
  a
• 0:50
  whole
• 0:51
  lot
• 0:51
  of
• 0:51
  great
• 0:51
  guests
• 0:52
  that
• 0:52
  I
• 0:52
  can
• 0:53
  share
• 0:53
  with
• 0:53
  you
• 0:53
  over
• 0:53
  these
• 0:54
  months.
• 0:54
  So
• 0:55
  you
• 0:55
  don't
• 0:55
  have
• 0:55
  to
• 0:55
  listen
• 0:55
  to
• 0:55
  me
• 0:56
  just
• 0:56
  on
• 0:56
  my
• 0:57
  own.
• 0:57
  And
• 0:58
  yeah,
• 0:58
  starting
• 0:58
  today
• 0:59
  I
• 0:59
  already
• 0:59
  have
• 0:59
  two
• 1:00
  great
• 1:00
  guests
• 1:00
  with
• 1:00
  me
• 1:01
  because
• 1:01
  I
• 1:01
  wanted
• 1:02
  to
• 1:02
  talk
• 1:02
  a
• 1:02
  bit
• 1:03
  about
• 1:04
  one
• 1:04
  of
• 1:04
  my
• 1:04
  most
• 1:05
  favorite
• 1:05
  topics
• 1:05
  actually,
• 1:06
  which
• 1:06
  is
• 1:06
  internationalization.
• 1:07
  I
• 1:07
  love
• 1:07
  talking
• 1:08
  about
• 1:08
  that
• 1:09
  and
• 1:10
  specifically
• 1:11
  about
• 1:11
  how
• 1:11
  to
• 1:11
  internationalize
• 1:13
  on
• 1:13
  a
• 1:13
  marketplace
• 1:14
  that
• 1:14
  sort
• 1:15
  of
• 1:15
  wrote
• 1:15
  a
• 1:15
  book
• 1:15
  on
• 1:15
  it,
• 1:16
  I
• 1:16
  think
• 1:16
  you
• 1:17
  can
• 1:17
  say,
• 1:17
  and
• 1:17
  that
• 1:17
  is
• 1:18
  ebay.
• 1:19
  And
• 1:20
  with
• 1:20
  us
• 1:20
  from
• 1:20
  ebay
• 1:21
  is
• 1:21
  Isabel.
• 1:22
  Hi
• 1:22
  Isabel,
• 1:22
  it's
• 1:23
  great
• 1:23
  to
• 1:23
  have
• 1:23
  you
• 1:23
  back.
• 1:24
  We
• 1:24
  saw
• 1:24
  each
• 1:24
  other
• 1:25
  last,
• 1:26
  I
• 1:26
  think,
• 1:26
  what
• 1:26
  was
• 1:27
  it,
• 1:27
  April
• 1:27
  May
• 1:28
  for
• 1:28
  our
• 1:28
  joint
• 1:29
  webinar
• 1:29
  on
• 1:30
  cross
• 1:30
  border
• 1:30
  trade.
• 1:31
  And
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  was
• 1:31
  great.
• 1:32
  So.
• 1:32
  So
• 1:32
  yeah,
• 1:33
  introduce
• 1:33
  yourself
• 1:34
  to
• 1:34
  our
• 1:34
  listeners.
• 1:35
  Yeah,
• 1:36
  happy
• 1:36
  to
• 1:36
  be
• 1:37
  back
• 1:37
  in
• 1:37
  a
• 1:38
  way.
• 1:38
  Thank
• 1:39
  you
• 1:39
  for
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  invitation,
• 1:39
  Ingrid.
• 1:40
  I'm
• 1:40
  Isabelle,
• 1:41
  I'm
• 1:41
  from
• 1:42
  ebay
• 1:42
  and
• 1:43
  I'm
• 1:43
  now
• 1:43
  with
• 1:43
  ebay
• 1:44
  since
• 1:44
  almost
• 1:45
  seven
• 1:45
  years.
• 1:46
  Time
• 1:46
  is
• 1:46
  definitely
• 1:47
  flying.
• 1:47
  I'm
• 1:48
  part
• 1:48
  of
• 1:48
  the
• 1:49
  seller
• 1:49
  and
• 1:50
  brand
• 1:50
  engagement
• 1:51
  team
• 1:51
  in
• 1:51
  ebay
• 1:52
  Germany
• 1:53
  and
• 1:53
  I
• 1:53
  look
• 1:53
  after
• 1:54
  basically
• 1:54
  everything
• 1:55
  that
• 1:55
  is
• 1:55
  related
• 1:55
  to
• 1:56
  go
• 1:56
  to
• 1:56
  market
• 1:56
  activities
• 1:58
  around
• 1:58
  D2C.
• 1:59
  So
• 1:59
  everything
• 1:59
  that
• 2:00
  we
• 2:00
  are
• 2:00
  publishing
• 2:01
  for
• 2:01
  our
• 2:01
  business
• 2:02
  sellers
• 2:02
  for
• 2:03
  ebay
• 2:03
  Germany.
• 2:05
  It's
• 2:06
  where
• 2:06
  our
• 2:06
  team
• 2:06
  is
• 2:06
  basically
• 2:07
  included.
• 2:09
  Okay,
• 2:10
  right,
• 2:10
  great.
• 2:11
  And
• 2:11
  so
• 2:11
  you're
• 2:11
  just
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  right
• 2:12
  person
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  tell
• 2:12
  us
• 2:13
  more
• 2:13
  about
• 2:13
  what
• 2:13
  ebay
• 2:14
  is
• 2:14
  doing
• 2:14
  for
• 2:15
  international
• 2:15
  sellers.
• 2:16
  And
• 2:17
  also
• 2:17
  here
• 2:18
  to
• 2:18
  sort
• 2:18
  of
• 2:19
  challenge
• 2:20
  what
• 2:20
  you're
• 2:20
  going
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  say
• 2:22
  regarding
• 2:22
  the
• 2:23
  day
• 2:23
  to
• 2:23
  day
• 2:23
  daily
• 2:24
  seller
• 2:24
  business
• 2:24
  is
• 2:25
  Kim.
• 2:25
  Kim,
• 2:26
  hi.
• 2:26
  It's
• 2:26
  really
• 2:27
  great
• 2:27
  to
• 2:27
  have
• 2:27
  you
• 2:27
  with
• 2:27
  us
• 2:28
  and
• 2:28
  why
• 2:29
  don't
• 2:29
  you
• 2:29
  tell
• 2:29
  us
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  little
• 2:29
  bit
• 2:30
  about
• 2:30
  yourself
• 2:30
  as
• 2:30
  well.
• 2:31
  Hi.
• 2:31
  Hi
• 2:32
  ladies.
• 2:32
  Thank
• 2:32
  you
• 2:32
  so
• 2:32
  much
• 2:32
  for
• 2:32
  having
• 2:33
  me.
• 2:33
  I'm
• 2:34
  Kim
• 2:34
  Mooney.
• 2:34
  I
• 2:35
  am
• 2:35
  a
• 2:35
  small
• 2:36
  business
• 2:36
  owner
• 2:36
  here
• 2:37
  in
• 2:37
  Ireland.
• 2:38
  And
• 2:38
  my
• 2:38
  company
• 2:39
  name
• 2:39
  is
• 2:39
  Uncanny
• 2:40
  Collectibles
• 2:41
  and
• 2:41
  I'm
• 2:42
  eight
• 2:42
  years
• 2:42
  doing
• 2:42
  this.
• 2:42
  And
• 2:43
  what
• 2:43
  Uncanny
• 2:43
  Collectibles
• 2:44
  does
• 2:44
  is
• 2:44
  it
• 2:44
  takes
• 2:45
  its
• 2:45
  name
• 2:45
  from.
• 2:45
  In
• 2:45
  case
• 2:46
  you
• 2:46
  can't
• 2:46
  tell,
• 2:46
  I'm
• 2:46
  a
• 2:46
  massive
• 2:47
  geek,
• 2:47
  it
• 2:47
  takes
• 2:47
  its
• 2:47
  name
• 2:48
  from
• 2:48
  X
• 2:48
  Men
• 2:48
  because
• 2:49
  I
• 2:49
  love
• 2:49
  selling
• 2:50
  toys
• 2:51
  and
• 2:51
  action
• 2:51
  figures
• 2:52
  and
• 2:52
  just
• 2:52
  trying
• 2:53
  to
• 2:53
  help
• 2:53
  people
• 2:53
  reconnect
• 2:54
  with
• 2:54
  those
• 2:54
  little
• 2:55
  things
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  you
• 2:55
  couldn't
• 2:55
  get
• 2:56
  when
• 2:56
  you
• 2:56
  were
• 2:56
  a
• 2:56
  kid.
• 2:57
  So
• 2:57
  whether
• 2:58
  it
• 2:58
  be
• 2:58
  vintage
• 2:58
  Star
• 2:59
  wars,
• 2:59
  whether
• 2:59
  it
• 3:00
  be
• 3:00
  mask
• 3:00
  toys,
• 3:01
  whether
• 3:01
  it
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  more
• 3:02
  modern
• 3:02
  stuff
• 3:02
  like
• 3:03
  horror,
• 3:03
  which
• 3:03
  is
• 3:03
  my
• 3:03
  absolute
• 3:04
  jam
• 3:04
  right
• 3:04
  now,
• 3:05
  that's
• 3:06
  what
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  sell
• 3:07
  and
• 3:07
  that's
• 3:07
  my
• 3:07
  bread
• 3:08
  and
• 3:08
  butter.
• 3:08
  That's
• 3:08
  my
• 3:08
  day
• 3:08
  to
• 3:09
  day
• 3:09
  thing.
• 3:09
  And
• 3:09
  it's
• 3:09
  a
• 3:09
  long
• 3:10
  way
• 3:10
  from
• 3:10
  when
• 3:10
  I
• 3:10
  used
• 3:10
  to
• 3:10
  work
• 3:10
  in
• 3:11
  a
• 3:11
  bank
• 3:11
  13
• 3:11
  years
• 3:12
  ago.
• 3:12
  So
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  was
• 3:14
  there,
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  felt
• 3:15
  like
• 3:15
  I
• 3:15
  was
• 3:15
  losing
• 3:15
  my
• 3:15
  soul
• 3:16
  and
• 3:16
  started
• 3:17
  this
• 3:17
  up
• 3:17
  and
• 3:17
  here
• 3:17
  I
• 3:17
  am
• 3:18
  eight
• 3:18
  years
• 3:18
  later.
• 3:19
  That's.
• 3:20
  Yeah,
• 3:20
  that's
• 3:21
  quite
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  shift.
• 3:23
  A
• 3:24
  big
• 3:24
  shift.
• 3:24
  A
• 3:24
  big
• 3:25
  shift.
• 3:26
  Okay.
• 3:26
  So
• 3:27
  letting
• 3:27
  out
• 3:27
  your
• 3:27
  inner
• 3:27
  geek
• 3:28
  with
• 3:28
  your
• 3:28
  own
• 3:28
  shop
• 3:29
  and
• 3:29
  on
• 3:29
  ebay
• 3:30
  as
• 3:30
  well
• 3:30
  and
• 3:31
  on
• 3:31
  other
• 3:31
  marketplaces
• 3:32
  too.
• 3:33
  Oh,
• 3:33
  100%.
• 3:34
  So
• 3:34
  I
• 3:34
  have
• 3:35
  my
• 3:35
  own
• 3:35
  store
• 3:35
  is
• 3:36
  it
• 3:36
  started
• 3:37
  literally
• 3:37
  just
• 3:37
  as
• 3:37
  an
• 3:37
  online
• 3:38
  store
• 3:38
  only
• 3:38
  here
• 3:38
  in
• 3:39
  Ireland.
• 3:40
  I
• 3:40
  don't
• 3:40
  know
• 3:40
  if
• 3:41
  I
• 3:41
  don't
• 3:41
  know
• 3:41
  what
• 3:41
  it's
• 3:41
  like
• 3:41
  in
• 3:41
  other
• 3:42
  countries.
• 3:42
  I'm
• 3:42
  sure
• 3:42
  it's
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  same
• 3:43
  but
• 3:43
  it
• 3:44
  is
• 3:44
  almost
• 3:44
  impossible
• 3:45
  to
• 3:45
  get
• 3:46
  something
• 3:47
  to
• 3:47
  rent
• 3:47
  as
• 3:47
  a
• 3:48
  storefront
• 3:48
  here.
• 3:49
  The
• 3:50
  rents
• 3:50
  are
• 3:50
  absolutely
• 3:50
  crazy.
• 3:51
  Between
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  rents,
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  rates,
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  insurance,
• 3:54
  it's
• 3:54
  a
• 3:54
  massive,
• 3:54
  massive
• 3:55
  risk.
• 3:55
  So
• 3:55
  this
• 3:55
  all
• 3:56
  started
• 3:56
  in
• 3:57
  my,
• 3:57
  in
• 3:57
  my
• 3:57
  bedroom,
• 3:58
  my
• 3:58
  spare
• 3:58
  room
• 3:58
  that
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  this
• 3:59
  day
• 3:59
  I
• 4:00
  still
• 4:00
  don't
• 4:00
  really
• 4:00
  see.
• 4:00
  You
• 4:01
  know
• 4:01
  there's
• 4:01
  still
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  lot
• 4:01
  of
• 4:01
  stock
• 4:02
  in
• 4:02
  there
• 4:02
  but
• 4:03
  genuinely
• 4:03
  thanks
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  selling
• 4:05
  online,
• 4:05
  selling
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  Eve,
• 4:07
  selling
• 4:07
  on
• 4:07
  ebay
• 4:07
  and
• 4:08
  even
• 4:08
  co
• 4:08
  was
• 4:08
  actually
• 4:09
  super
• 4:09
  friendly
• 4:09
  in,
• 4:10
  in
• 4:10
  terms
• 4:10
  of
• 4:10
  actually
• 4:11
  helping
• 4:11
  grow
• 4:11
  my
• 4:11
  business.
• 4:12
  So
• 4:13
  I,
• 4:13
  I
• 4:13
  moved
• 4:14
  from
• 4:14
  it
• 4:14
  being
• 4:15
  in
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  bedroom
• 4:15
  to
• 4:16
  I
• 4:16
  have
• 4:16
  a.
• 4:17
  I'm
• 4:17
  a
• 4:17
  business
• 4:17
  inside
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  business
• 4:18
  now
• 4:18
  in
• 4:18
  a
• 4:19
  storage
• 4:19
  facility
• 4:20
  that's
• 4:20
  like
• 4:20
  acts
• 4:21
  as
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  warehouse
• 4:21
  and
• 4:22
  that's
• 4:22
  my
• 4:22
  main
• 4:23
  place
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  operations
• 4:24
  for
• 4:24
  people
• 4:24
  to
• 4:24
  come
• 4:24
  in
• 4:24
  and
• 4:24
  visit.
• 4:25
  That's
• 4:25
  as
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  kind
• 4:26
  of
• 4:26
  a
• 4:26
  makeshift
• 4:27
  shop
• 4:28
  for
• 4:28
  dispatching
• 4:29
  orders
• 4:29
  worldwide.
• 4:30
  So
• 4:30
  there's
• 4:30
  ebay,
• 4:31
  there's.
• 4:31
  I
• 4:31
  did
• 4:32
  do
• 4:32
  Amazon
• 4:33
  but
• 4:33
  don't
• 4:33
  like
• 4:33
  that
• 4:33
  anymore.
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  refuse
• 4:35
  to
• 4:36
  do
• 4:36
  vintage.
• 4:36
  That's
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  new
• 4:37
  one
• 4:37
  but
• 4:37
  that's
• 4:37
  an
• 4:37
  interesting
• 4:38
  one.
• 4:39
  I
• 4:39
  use
• 4:40
  another
• 4:40
  company
• 4:40
  here
• 4:41
  in
• 4:41
  Ireland
• 4:42
  called
• 4:42
  Adverts
• 4:42
  ie
• 4:44
  do
• 4:44
  dabble
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  little
• 4:45
  bit
• 4:45
  with
• 4:45
  Facebook
• 4:45
  Marketplace
• 4:46
  but
• 4:46
  ebay
• 4:47
  and
• 4:47
  my
• 4:47
  own
• 4:47
  website
• 4:48
  and
• 4:48
  in
• 4:48
  shows
• 4:49
  are
• 4:49
  my
• 4:49
  main
• 4:49
  channels
• 4:50
  that
• 4:50
  I
• 4:50
  would
• 4:50
  use.
• 4:52
  Right,
• 4:52
  interesting.
• 4:53
  So
• 4:53
  Isabella,
• 4:54
  I
• 4:54
  Guess
• 4:54
  you
• 4:54
  brought
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  seller
• 4:55
  that
• 4:55
  goes
• 4:56
  right
• 4:56
  into
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  heart
• 4:56
  of
• 4:57
  ebay
• 4:57
  with
• 4:58
  the
• 4:58
  collectibles
• 4:59
  and
• 5:00
  the
• 5:00
  geeky
• 5:00
  great
• 5:01
  stuff
• 5:01
  that
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  can't
• 5:01
  find
• 5:02
  anywhere
• 5:02
  else.
• 5:03
  So
• 5:04
  before
• 5:04
  we
• 5:05
  go,
• 5:05
  you
• 5:05
  know,
• 5:05
  into
• 5:06
  business,
• 5:07
  let's
• 5:07
  geek
• 5:08
  out
• 5:08
  a
• 5:08
  bit
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  because
• 5:09
  I
• 5:09
  always
• 5:09
  like
• 5:09
  to
• 5:10
  finish
• 5:10
  up
• 5:10
  and
• 5:11
  find
• 5:11
  out
• 5:11
  more
• 5:11
  about
• 5:12
  my
• 5:12
  guests
• 5:12
  with
• 5:12
  a
• 5:12
  little
• 5:12
  fun
• 5:13
  fact
• 5:13
  question.
• 5:13
  But
• 5:14
  in
• 5:14
  this
• 5:14
  case
• 5:14
  I'd
• 5:14
  like
• 5:14
  to
• 5:15
  twist
• 5:15
  it
• 5:15
  a
• 5:15
  bit
• 5:15
  because
• 5:16
  Kim,
• 5:16
  I
• 5:16
  can
• 5:16
  already
• 5:17
  tell
• 5:17
  the
• 5:17
  two
• 5:17
  of
• 5:18
  us
• 5:18
  can
• 5:18
  go
• 5:18
  along
• 5:19
  geeking
• 5:19
  forever
• 5:21
  because
• 5:23
  massive
• 5:23
  D
• 5:24
  and
• 5:24
  D
• 5:24
  geek
• 5:24
  and
• 5:24
  Star
• 5:25
  Trek
• 5:25
  geek.
• 5:25
  And
• 5:25
  yeah,
• 5:26
  nice.
• 5:27
  Geeking
• 5:27
  is
• 5:27
  my
• 5:28
  thing.
• 5:29
  So
• 5:29
  you
• 5:29
  said
• 5:30
  horror.
• 5:30
  So
• 5:30
  what
• 5:30
  is
• 5:31
  your
• 5:31
  main
• 5:31
  thing
• 5:32
  at
• 5:32
  the
• 5:32
  moment?
• 5:32
  If
• 5:33
  you
• 5:33
  go,
• 5:33
  oh
• 5:33
  my
• 5:33
  God.
• 5:35
  So
• 5:35
  Fred,
• 5:36
  you've
• 5:36
  got
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  80s
• 5:36
  slashers.
• 5:37
  So
• 5:37
  you
• 5:37
  have
• 5:37
  your,
• 5:38
  your
• 5:38
  Jason's,
• 5:38
  your
• 5:39
  Jason
• 5:39
  Voorhees
• 5:39
  From
• 5:39
  Friday
• 5:40
  the
• 5:40
  13th,
• 5:40
  you
• 5:40
  have
• 5:41
  your
• 5:41
  Michael
• 5:41
  Myers.
• 5:42
  More
• 5:42
  modern
• 5:43
  slashers
• 5:43
  is
• 5:43
  Arthur
• 5:44
  Clown
• 5:44
  from
• 5:44
  Terrifier.
• 5:45
  He
• 5:46
  is,
• 5:46
  I'm
• 5:47
  telling
• 5:47
  you
• 5:47
  now,
• 5:47
  anyone
• 5:48
  who
• 5:48
  stalks
• 5:48
  him
• 5:48
  right
• 5:49
  now
• 5:49
  is
• 5:49
  just
• 5:49
  making
• 5:49
  crazy
• 5:50
  money.
• 5:50
  You
• 5:50
  cannot
• 5:51
  keep
• 5:51
  him
• 5:51
  in
• 5:52
  stock
• 5:53
  for
• 5:53
  anything.
• 5:53
  He
• 5:53
  is
• 5:53
  doing
• 5:54
  amazing.
• 5:55
  He's
• 5:55
  just
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  modern
• 5:55
  slasher.
• 5:56
  And
• 5:56
  the
• 5:56
  fact
• 5:57
  that
• 5:57
  he's
• 5:57
  so
• 5:57
  silent
• 5:57
  and
• 5:57
  it's
• 5:58
  all
• 5:58
  expressive
• 5:58
  is
• 5:58
  just
• 5:59
  absolutely
• 5:59
  fantastic.
• 6:00
  So
• 6:01
  horror.
• 6:01
  Because
• 6:01
  here
• 6:02
  in
• 6:02
  Ireland
• 6:03
  it
• 6:03
  was
• 6:04
  never
• 6:04
  really
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  thing.
• 6:05
  You
• 6:05
  could
• 6:05
  never
• 6:05
  really
• 6:06
  get
• 6:06
  anything
• 6:06
  horror.
• 6:07
  And
• 6:07
  I'll
• 6:08
  never
• 6:08
  forget
• 6:08
  when
• 6:08
  I
• 6:08
  was
• 6:08
  a
• 6:09
  kid,
• 6:09
  I
• 6:09
  shouldn't
• 6:10
  have
• 6:10
  been
• 6:10
  doing
• 6:10
  it.
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  was
• 6:10
  watching
• 6:11
  an
• 6:11
  old
• 6:11
  black
• 6:11
  and
• 6:11
  white
• 6:12
  TV
• 6:12
  at
• 6:12
  2
• 6:12
  o'
• 6:12
  clock
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  the
• 6:13
  morning
• 6:13
  and
• 6:13
  the
• 6:14
  Evil
• 6:14
  Dead
• 6:14
  2
• 6:14
  came
• 6:15
  on.
• 6:15
  And
• 6:15
  that's
• 6:16
  what,
• 6:16
  that's
• 6:16
  what
• 6:16
  sold
• 6:17
  it
• 6:17
  for
• 6:17
  me.
• 6:17
  There's
• 6:17
  a
• 6:17
  little
• 6:18
  part
• 6:18
  in
• 6:18
  that
• 6:18
  where
• 6:19
  Ash
• 6:19
  goes
• 6:19
  insane,
• 6:20
  where
• 6:20
  the
• 6:21
  moose
• 6:21
  starts
• 6:21
  talking
• 6:21
  to
• 6:22
  him
• 6:22
  and
• 6:22
  his
• 6:22
  hand
• 6:23
  starts
• 6:23
  becoming
• 6:23
  possessed.
• 6:24
  And
• 6:24
  it
• 6:25
  was
• 6:25
  just
• 6:25
  one
• 6:25
  of
• 6:25
  those
• 6:25
  things
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  should
• 6:26
  not
• 6:26
  be
• 6:26
  doing.
• 6:27
  And
• 6:27
  it
• 6:27
  was
• 6:28
  just
• 6:28
  absolutely.
• 6:28
  I
• 6:29
  was
• 6:29
  just
• 6:29
  hooked
• 6:30
  at
• 6:30
  that
• 6:30
  point.
• 6:31
  So
• 6:31
  when
• 6:31
  I
• 6:32
  started
• 6:32
  my
• 6:32
  business,
• 6:33
  I
• 6:33
  wanted
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  bring
• 6:34
  that
• 6:34
  and
• 6:34
  bring
• 6:34
  that
• 6:34
  to
• 6:34
  other
• 6:35
  horror
• 6:35
  collectors
• 6:35
  there
• 6:35
  because
• 6:36
  there
• 6:36
  was
• 6:36
  no
• 6:36
  market
• 6:36
  for
• 6:37
  us,
• 6:38
  really.
• 6:39
  Yeah,
• 6:40
  I
• 6:40
  can
• 6:40
  see
• 6:40
  that.
• 6:40
  So,
• 6:41
  Isabella,
• 6:41
  can
• 6:41
  you
• 6:41
  geek
• 6:42
  with
• 6:42
  us?
• 6:42
  Is
• 6:42
  there
• 6:42
  anything
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  you
• 6:43
  would
• 6:43
  go
• 6:43
  for
• 6:44
  the
• 6:44
  collect?
• 6:44
  If
• 6:45
  you're
• 6:45
  looking
• 6:45
  on
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45
  collectible
• 6:46
  site.
• 6:46
  On
• 6:47
  ebay,
• 6:48
  it's
• 6:48
  definitely
• 6:49
  becoming
• 6:50
  Pokemon
• 6:50
  cards
• 6:50
  on
• 6:51
  my
• 6:51
  end.
• 6:53
  You
• 6:53
  might
• 6:53
  have
• 6:53
  heard
• 6:54
  that
• 6:54
  we
• 6:54
  just
• 6:54
  launched
• 6:55
  ebay
• 6:55
  live
• 6:56
  in
• 6:56
  Germany.
• 6:56
  And
• 6:57
  I
• 6:57
  have
• 6:58
  to
• 6:58
  admit,
• 6:58
  since
• 6:59
  we're
• 6:59
  testing
• 6:59
  and
• 7:00
  going
• 7:00
  through
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  beta
• 7:01
  phase,
• 7:02
  it
• 7:02
  didn't
• 7:03
  just
• 7:03
  stay
• 7:03
  with
• 7:03
  one
• 7:04
  Pokemon
• 7:04
  card
• 7:04
  purchase.
• 7:07
  So,
• 7:08
  yeah,
• 7:08
  it's
• 7:08
  basically
• 7:09
  coming
• 7:09
  one
• 7:10
  Pokemon
• 7:10
  package
• 7:10
  per
• 7:11
  week
• 7:11
  almost.
• 7:13
  But
• 7:13
  I
• 7:13
  can't
• 7:14
  geek
• 7:14
  with
• 7:14
  you,
• 7:15
  so.
• 7:15
  I
• 7:16
  could
• 7:16
  fully
• 7:17
  follow
• 7:17
  Kim
• 7:18
  about,
• 7:18
  about.
• 7:18
  The
• 7:18
  things
• 7:19
  that
• 7:19
  you
• 7:19
  just
• 7:19
  shared.
• 7:20
  But
• 7:20
  it
• 7:21
  sounds
• 7:21
  super
• 7:21
  hyped.
• 7:22
  So
• 7:22
  I'm
• 7:23
  happy
• 7:23
  that
• 7:23
  you
• 7:24
  both
• 7:24
  can
• 7:24
  connect
• 7:24
  on
• 7:24
  it.
• 7:26
  That's
• 7:26
  fine.
• 7:27
  I
• 7:27
  can
• 7:27
  co
• 7:28
  connect
• 7:28
  for
• 7:28
  the
• 7:29
  Pokemon
• 7:29
  part
• 7:29
  as
• 7:29
  well.
• 7:30
  I
• 7:30
  got
• 7:30
  two
• 7:30
  boys,
• 7:31
  they're
• 7:31
  out
• 7:31
  of
• 7:31
  the
• 7:32
  Pokemon
• 7:32
  phase
• 7:33
  by
• 7:33
  now,
• 7:33
  but
• 7:33
  they
• 7:34
  have
• 7:34
  been
• 7:34
  in
• 7:34
  it
• 7:34
  for
• 7:35
  quite
• 7:35
  a
• 7:35
  while.
• 7:35
  So
• 7:36
  yeah,
• 7:36
  I
• 7:36
  can
• 7:36
  relate
• 7:37
  to
• 7:37
  that.
• 7:37
  Yeah.
• 7:38
  Great.
• 7:38
  So
• 7:38
  I
• 7:39
  guess
• 7:39
  we'll
• 7:39
  be
• 7:39
  talking
• 7:39
  a
• 7:40
  lot
• 7:40
  about
• 7:40
  collectibles
• 7:41
  and
• 7:41
  how
• 7:41
  they
• 7:42
  are
• 7:43
  really
• 7:43
  present
• 7:44
  on
• 7:44
  ebay
• 7:44
  and
• 7:44
  also
• 7:45
  about
• 7:45
  how
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  bring
• 7:46
  that
• 7:46
  to
• 7:47
  an
• 7:47
  international
• 7:49
  audience
• 7:49
  on
• 7:50
  the
• 7:50
  platform.
• 7:51
  Great
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  have
• 7:51
  you
• 7:52
  both
• 7:52
  here
• 7:52
  and
• 7:52
  we'll
• 7:53
  get
• 7:53
  right
• 7:53
  into
• 7:53
  it
• 7:53
  after
• 7:54
  a
• 7:54
  very
• 7:54
  short
• 7:54
  advertising
• 7:55
  break.
• 8:01
  In
• 8:01
  which
• 8:01
  I
• 8:01
  wanted
• 8:01
  to
• 8:02
  tell
• 8:02
  you
• 8:02
  a
• 8:02
  little
• 8:02
  bit
• 8:03
  about
• 8:03
  our
• 8:03
  partner,
• 8:03
  PixelModa.
• 8:04
  So
• 8:04
  if
• 8:05
  you
• 8:05
  are
• 8:05
  looking
• 8:05
  for
• 8:06
  high
• 8:06
  quality
• 8:07
  product
• 8:08
  pictures,
• 8:09
  especially
• 8:09
  in
• 8:09
  the
• 8:09
  fashion
• 8:10
  and
• 8:10
  luxury
• 8:10
  area,
• 8:11
  this
• 8:11
  is
• 8:11
  a
• 8:11
  difficult
• 8:13
  thing
• 8:13
  because
• 8:13
  one
• 8:13
  style
• 8:14
  guide
• 8:14
  for
• 8:14
  your
• 8:14
  online
• 8:15
  shop
• 8:15
  and
• 8:15
  another
• 8:15
  for
• 8:15
  Solando
• 8:16
  and
• 8:16
  different
• 8:16
  rules
• 8:17
  for
• 8:17
  about
• 8:17
  you
• 8:17
  and
• 8:17
  Amazon
• 8:18
  embroidering
• 8:19
  different
• 8:19
  backgrounds,
• 8:20
  poses,
• 8:20
  cuts,
• 8:21
  endless
• 8:21
  rounds
• 8:22
  of
• 8:22
  retouching
• 8:23
  that
• 8:23
  might
• 8:24
  sound
• 8:24
  familiar
• 8:25
  to
• 8:25
  you.
• 8:25
  And
• 8:25
  then
• 8:25
  if
• 8:26
  that's
• 8:26
  so,
• 8:26
  then
• 8:26
  this
• 8:27
  one
• 8:27
  might
• 8:27
  be
• 8:27
  for
• 8:28
  you
• 8:28
  because
• 8:28
  this
• 8:29
  is
• 8:29
  exactly
• 8:29
  where
• 8:29
  PixelMotors
• 8:30
  steps
• 8:31
  in.
• 8:31
  They
• 8:31
  know
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  visual
• 8:32
  rules
• 8:32
  for
• 8:32
  every
• 8:32
  major
• 8:33
  marketplace
• 8:34
  and
• 8:34
  they
• 8:34
  combine
• 8:35
  that
• 8:35
  know
• 8:35
  how
• 8:35
  with
• 8:35
  AI
• 8:36
  assisted
• 8:36
  production
• 8:37
  to
• 8:37
  create
• 8:38
  product
• 8:38
  images
• 8:38
  and
• 8:39
  videos
• 8:39
  that
• 8:39
  are
• 8:40
  faster
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  produce,
• 8:40
  smarter
• 8:41
  across
• 8:42
  channels,
• 8:42
  higher
• 8:43
  in
• 8:43
  quality
• 8:43
  and
• 8:45
  especially
• 8:45
  lower
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  cost.
• 8:47
  So
• 8:47
  we've
• 8:47
  got
• 8:47
  a
• 8:47
  webinar
• 8:48
  on
• 8:48
  this.
• 8:49
  It's
• 8:49
  called
• 8:49
  How
• 8:50
  AI
• 8:50
  Driven
• 8:50
  Product
• 8:51
  Images
• 8:51
  and
• 8:51
  Videos
• 8:52
  are
• 8:52
  Boosting
• 8:52
  Sales
• 8:53
  and
• 8:53
  Cutting
• 8:53
  Costs
• 8:54
  for
• 8:54
  Fashion
• 8:54
  Brands
• 8:54
  on
• 8:54
  marketplaces.
• 8:55
  And
• 8:56
  there
• 8:56
  we'll
• 8:56
  have
• 8:56
  Gianni
• 8:57
  Sarazi,
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  president
• 8:58
  of
• 8:58
  PixelModer,
• 8:59
  with
• 8:59
  us
• 8:59
  and
• 8:59
  he
• 9:00
  will
• 9:00
  show
• 9:00
  us
• 9:00
  how
• 9:01
  brands
• 9:01
  can
• 9:01
  increase
• 9:02
  sales
• 9:02
  with
• 9:02
  better
• 9:03
  visuals,
• 9:03
  reduce
• 9:04
  returns
• 9:05
  and
• 9:05
  production
• 9:05
  costs
• 9:06
  and
• 9:06
  scale
• 9:06
  content
• 9:07
  seemingly
• 9:08
  across
• 9:09
  marketplaces
• 9:09
  and
• 9:09
  everything.
• 9:10
  And
• 9:10
  what
• 9:10
  all
• 9:11
  that
• 9:11
  has
• 9:11
  to
• 9:11
  do
• 9:11
  with
• 9:12
  AI
• 9:12
  generated
• 9:13
  imagery
• 9:13
  and
• 9:14
  what
• 9:14
  you
• 9:14
  can
• 9:14
  do
• 9:14
  with
• 9:14
  AI
• 9:15
  and
• 9:15
  what
• 9:15
  you
• 9:15
  can't
• 9:15
  do
• 9:16
  with
• 9:16
  AI
• 9:17
  will
• 9:17
  all
• 9:17
  be
• 9:17
  part
• 9:18
  of
• 9:18
  that
• 9:18
  session
• 9:18
  on
• 9:19
  December
• 9:19
  2nd
• 9:20
  from
• 9:20
  11am
• 9:21
  so
• 9:22
  why
• 9:22
  not
• 9:23
  join?
• 9:23
  You'll
• 9:24
  find
• 9:24
  the
• 9:24
  registration
• 9:24
  link
• 9:25
  in
• 9:25
  the
• 9:25
  show
• 9:25
  notes.
• 9:32
  Okay
• 9:33
  ladies,
• 9:33
  let's
• 9:34
  go
• 9:34
  in
• 9:34
  and
• 9:35
  talk
• 9:35
  about
• 9:35
  collectibles
• 9:36
  and
• 9:36
  internationalization.
• 9:37
  Maybe
• 9:38
  first
• 9:38
  can
• 9:38
  you
• 9:38
  give
• 9:39
  us
• 9:39
  a
• 9:39
  little
• 9:39
  lookout?
• 9:40
  What
• 9:40
  does
• 9:41
  your
• 9:41
  business
• 9:41
  look
• 9:41
  like?
• 9:42
  You
• 9:42
  already
• 9:42
  touched
• 9:42
  upon
• 9:42
  it
• 9:43
  a
• 9:43
  bit,
• 9:43
  told
• 9:43
  us
• 9:43
  about
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  marketplaces
• 9:44
  you're
• 9:45
  active
• 9:45
  on,
• 9:45
  but
• 9:46
  now
• 9:46
  let's
• 9:47
  look
• 9:47
  at
• 9:48
  it
• 9:48
  from
• 9:48
  the
• 9:49
  international
• 9:49
  perspective.
• 9:50
  Where
• 9:50
  are
• 9:50
  you
• 9:50
  selling
• 9:51
  and
• 9:51
  which
• 9:52
  marketplaces
• 9:52
  are
• 9:52
  you
• 9:53
  present?
• 9:54
  So
• 9:55
  my
• 9:55
  main
• 9:55
  website
• 9:55
  is
• 9:56
  mostly
• 9:56
  Irish
• 9:57
  based
• 9:57
  and
• 9:57
  it
• 9:57
  was
• 9:57
  based
• 9:58
  on
• 9:58
  say
• 9:58
  Woocommerce
• 9:59
  up
• 9:59
  until
• 9:59
  recently
• 10:00
  when
• 10:01
  I
• 10:01
  was
• 10:01
  just
• 10:01
  getting
• 10:02
  absolutely
• 10:02
  bogged
• 10:02
  down
• 10:03
  with.
• 10:03
  Woocommerce
• 10:04
  is
• 10:04
  absolutely
• 10:04
  Amazing
• 10:04
  if
• 10:04
  you're
• 10:05
  starting
• 10:05
  out.
• 10:06
  But
• 10:06
  eight
• 10:06
  years
• 10:06
  later,
• 10:07
  there
• 10:07
  was
• 10:07
  too
• 10:07
  much
• 10:08
  that
• 10:08
  I
• 10:08
  needed
• 10:08
  on
• 10:08
  it
• 10:09
  and
• 10:09
  there's
• 10:09
  too
• 10:10
  much
• 10:10
  time
• 10:10
  being
• 10:10
  spent
• 10:11
  developing,
• 10:11
  fixing
• 10:12
  problems
• 10:12
  in,
• 10:13
  in
• 10:13
  the
• 10:13
  technical
• 10:13
  back
• 10:13
  end,
• 10:14
  losing,
• 10:15
  losing
• 10:15
  time.
• 10:16
  And
• 10:17
  one
• 10:17
  of
• 10:17
  the
• 10:17
  things
• 10:17
  that
• 10:18
  I
• 10:18
  love
• 10:18
  about
• 10:18
  ebay
• 10:18
  is
• 10:18
  they
• 10:18
  gave
• 10:19
  me
• 10:19
  an
• 10:19
  account
• 10:19
  manager
• 10:19
  during
• 10:19
  COVID
• 10:20
  and
• 10:21
  he's
• 10:21
  Dutch.
• 10:22
  I
• 10:22
  have
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  shout
• 10:22
  out
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  Johan
• 10:23
  because
• 10:23
  he's
• 10:23
  absolutely
• 10:23
  amazing.
• 10:24
  And
• 10:25
  he
• 10:25
  literally
• 10:26
  gives
• 10:26
  out
• 10:26
  to
• 10:26
  me
• 10:26
  in
• 10:26
  a
• 10:27
  friendly
• 10:27
  way
• 10:27
  saying,
• 10:27
  kim,
• 10:28
  you're
• 10:28
  doing
• 10:28
  too
• 10:28
  much.
• 10:28
  You
• 10:28
  need
• 10:29
  to
• 10:29
  get
• 10:29
  a
• 10:29
  red
• 10:29
  card
• 10:29
  system
• 10:29
  in
• 10:30
  there
• 10:30
  and
• 10:30
  just
• 10:30
  stop
• 10:31
  and
• 10:31
  focus
• 10:31
  on
• 10:31
  these
• 10:32
  things.
• 10:33
  So
• 10:33
  from
• 10:33
  having
• 10:33
  literally
• 10:34
  just
• 10:34
  as
• 10:34
  a
• 10:34
  sole
• 10:35
  trader,
• 10:36
  you
• 10:36
  probably
• 10:37
  know
• 10:37
  yourself
• 10:37
  when
• 10:37
  you're
• 10:38
  doing
• 10:38
  everything
• 10:38
  yourself,
• 10:39
  you
• 10:39
  just
• 10:39
  get
• 10:40
  caught
• 10:40
  up.
• 10:41
  So
• 10:41
  he
• 10:42
  introduced
• 10:42
  me.
• 10:43
  Sorry,
• 10:43
  a
• 10:43
  previous
• 10:43
  account
• 10:43
  manager
• 10:44
  called
• 10:44
  Jamie
• 10:45
  introduced
• 10:45
  me
• 10:46
  to
• 10:46
  ebay
• 10:46
  mag.
• 10:47
  Megan
• 10:47
  who
• 10:48
  came
• 10:48
  along
• 10:48
  then,
• 10:49
  she
• 10:49
  literally
• 10:50
  taught
• 10:50
  me
• 10:50
  all
• 10:50
  about
• 10:50
  ebay
• 10:51
  mag.
• 10:51
  And
• 10:51
  the
• 10:52
  fact
• 10:52
  that
• 10:52
  we
• 10:52
  can
• 10:52
  now
• 10:52
  take
• 10:53
  it
• 10:53
  from
• 10:53
  it
• 10:53
  was
• 10:54
  on
• 10:54
  WooCommerce
• 10:54
  and
• 10:55
  it
• 10:55
  was
• 10:55
  connected
• 10:55
  via
• 10:55
  a
• 10:56
  plugin
• 10:56
  called
• 10:56
  WP
• 10:57
  Lister.
• 10:57
  So
• 10:58
  it
• 10:58
  takes
• 10:58
  it
• 10:58
  from
• 10:58
  the
• 10:58
  website
• 10:59
  WooCommerce
• 10:59
  without
• 11:00
  having
• 11:00
  to
• 11:00
  do
• 11:00
  all
• 11:00

• 11:04
  it
• 11:04
  into
• 11:04
  ebay
• 11:04
  Ireland.
• 11:05
  Then
• 11:05
  from
• 11:06
  ebay
• 11:06
  Ireland,
• 11:06
  it
• 11:06
  would
• 11:07
  cross
• 11:07
  post
• 11:07
  it
• 11:07
  into
• 11:07
  ebay
• 11:08
  mag,
• 11:08
  where,
• 11:09
  I
• 11:09
  don't
• 11:09
  know,
• 11:10
  I
• 11:10
  can
• 11:10
  only
• 11:10
  speak
• 11:10
  for
• 11:10
  myself.
• 11:11
  My
• 11:11
  linguistic
• 11:12
  skills
• 11:12
  are
• 11:12
  absolutely
• 11:13
  terrible.
• 11:13
  I
• 11:14
  cannot
• 11:14
  learn
• 11:14
  anything.
• 11:15
  Even
• 11:15
  with
• 11:15
  Google
• 11:15
  Translate,
• 11:16
  I
• 11:16
  am
• 11:16
  terrible.
• 11:16
  And
• 11:17
  I
• 11:17
  love
• 11:17
  the
• 11:17
  fact
• 11:17
  that
• 11:17
  ebaymag
• 11:18
  is
• 11:18
  literally
• 11:18
  translating
• 11:19
  stuff
• 11:19
  for
• 11:20
  me
• 11:20
  into
• 11:20
  native
• 11:20
  languages
• 11:21
  and
• 11:21
  currencies.
• 11:22
  So
• 11:23
  in
• 11:23
  the
• 11:23
  beginning
• 11:24
  it
• 11:24
  was
• 11:24
  most
• 11:24
  of
• 11:25
  the
• 11:25
  sales
• 11:25
  were
• 11:25
  coming
• 11:25
  from
• 11:25
  ebay
• 11:26
  Australia,
• 11:27
  ebay,
• 11:27
  Canada
• 11:28
  and
• 11:28
  eBay
• 11:28
  USA,
• 11:29
  with
• 11:29
  some
• 11:30
  residuals
• 11:30
  coming
• 11:31
  from
• 11:31
  France,
• 11:32
  Germany
• 11:32
  and
• 11:32
  Italy.
• 11:33
  And
• 11:34
  now
• 11:34
  because
• 11:34
  of
• 11:34
  the
• 11:34
  world
• 11:34
  that
• 11:35
  we're
• 11:35
  in,
• 11:35
  where
• 11:35
  the
• 11:35
  American
• 11:36
  market
• 11:36
  is
• 11:36
  essentially
• 11:36
  shut
• 11:37
  off,
• 11:37
  it's
• 11:37
  shut
• 11:37
  itself
• 11:38
  off.
• 11:39
  I
• 11:39
  found
• 11:39
  that
• 11:40
  a
• 11:40
  lot
• 11:40
  of
• 11:40
  Europeans
• 11:41
  are
• 11:41
  looking
• 11:41
  for
• 11:42
  more
• 11:43
  European
• 11:43
  sellers.
• 11:44
  So
• 11:45
  ebay
• 11:45
  mag
• 11:45
  has
• 11:45
  been
• 11:45
  absolutely
• 11:46
  fantastic
• 11:46
  in
• 11:46
  terms
• 11:47
  of
• 11:47
  helping
• 11:47
  me
• 11:47
  reach
• 11:48
  those
• 11:48
  people
• 11:49
  in
• 11:49
  those
• 11:49
  languages
• 11:50
  in
• 11:50
  those
• 11:50
  currencies.
• 11:51
  So
• 11:51
  my
• 11:51
  biggest
• 11:51
  markets
• 11:52
  right
• 11:52
  now,
• 11:52
  where
• 11:53
  it
• 11:53
  used
• 11:53
  to
• 11:53
  be
• 11:53
  Australia
• 11:54
  and
• 11:54
  America,
• 11:55
  is
• 11:56
  now
• 11:56
  Germany,
• 11:57
  France
• 11:57
  and
• 11:57
  Italy.
• 11:59
  Great.
• 11:59
  Okay,
• 12:00
  let's
• 12:01
  take
• 12:01
  a
• 12:01
  little
• 12:01
  step
• 12:02
  back
• 12:02
  because
• 12:02
  you
• 12:03
  dove
• 12:03
  right
• 12:03
  into
• 12:04
  ebaymag.
• 12:04
  But
• 12:05
  Isabelle,
• 12:05
  maybe
• 12:06
  you
• 12:06
  would
• 12:07
  like
• 12:07
  to
• 12:07
  explain
• 12:07
  to
• 12:08
  our
• 12:08
  listeners
• 12:08
  what
• 12:08
  eBayMac
• 12:09
  is
• 12:09
  and
• 12:09
  what
• 12:10
  that
• 12:10
  program
• 12:11
  contains.
• 12:12
  Yeah,
• 12:13
  it's
• 12:13
  actually
• 12:13
  not
• 12:13
  a
• 12:14
  program,
• 12:14
  it's
• 12:15
  rather
• 12:15
  a
• 12:15
  tool
• 12:16
  that
• 12:16
  we
• 12:16
  are
• 12:16
  offering
• 12:16
  for
• 12:17
  all
• 12:17
  our
• 12:18
  sellers
• 12:19
  and
• 12:20
  it's
• 12:20
  a
• 12:20
  tool
• 12:20
  that
• 12:21
  takes
• 12:21
  the
• 12:21
  translation
• 12:22
  efforts
• 12:23
  from
• 12:23
  you.
• 12:24
  So
• 12:25
  taking
• 12:25
  another
• 12:26
  step
• 12:26
  back,
• 12:27
  how
• 12:27
  international
• 12:28
  shipping
• 12:28
  or
• 12:28
  international
• 12:29
  selling
• 12:29
  on
• 12:29
  ebay
• 12:30
  works
• 12:30
  is
• 12:30
  that
• 12:31
  you
• 12:31
  basically
• 12:31
  have
• 12:31
  two
• 12:31
  options
• 12:32
  the
• 12:32
  first
• 12:32
  one
• 12:33
  is
• 12:33
  we
• 12:33
  call
• 12:33
  it
• 12:33
  passive
• 12:34
  cbt.
• 12:35
  So
• 12:35
  passive
• 12:35
  cross
• 12:35
  border
• 12:36
  trade
• 12:36
  where
• 12:37
  you
• 12:37
  just
• 12:37
  have
• 12:37
  a
• 12:38
  local
• 12:38
  listing
• 12:39
  on
• 12:39
  your
• 12:39
  domestic
• 12:39
  site
• 12:40
  and
• 12:40
  you
• 12:40
  just
• 12:40
  add
• 12:41
  the
• 12:41
  international
• 12:42
  shipping
• 12:43
  options
• 12:44
  about
• 12:44
  the
• 12:44
  countries
• 12:44
  where
• 12:45
  you
• 12:45
  want
• 12:45
  to
• 12:45
  sell
• 12:45
  to.
• 12:46
  And
• 12:46
  the
• 12:46
  second
• 12:47
  option
• 12:47
  is
• 12:47
  that
• 12:47
  you're
• 12:48
  actively
• 12:48
  going
• 12:48
  to
• 12:49
  the
• 12:49
  ebay
• 12:49
  site
• 12:50
  where
• 12:50
  you
• 12:50
  want
• 12:50
  to
• 12:50
  list
• 12:51
  your
• 12:51
  item.
• 12:51
  And
• 12:52
  in
• 12:52
  the
• 12:52
  second
• 12:53
  option
• 12:53
  you
• 12:54
  have
• 12:54
  to
• 12:54
  take
• 12:54
  the
• 12:54
  full
• 12:54
  translation
• 12:55
  efforts
• 12:56
  and
• 12:56
  basically
• 12:56
  create
• 12:56
  a
• 12:57
  new
• 12:57
  listing
• 12:57
  on
• 12:57
  those
• 12:58
  sites.
• 12:58
  And
• 12:59
  what
• 12:59
  eBayMag
• 13:00
  does
• 13:00
  is
• 13:00
  basically
• 13:01
  the
• 13:01
  transformation
• 13:02
  from
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  passive
• 13:03
  listing
• 13:03
  to
• 13:03
  an
• 13:04
  active
• 13:04
  one.
• 13:04
  So
• 13:05
  you
• 13:05
  just
• 13:05
  have
• 13:05
  your
• 13:06
  domestic
• 13:06
  listing
• 13:07
  in
• 13:07
  your
• 13:07
  native
• 13:08
  language
• 13:08
  and
• 13:09
  you
• 13:09
  go
• 13:09
  to
• 13:09
  ebaymac.
• 13:11
  It's
• 13:11
  actually
• 13:11
  also
• 13:11
  ebaymac.com
• 13:12
  where
• 13:13
  you
• 13:13
  can
• 13:13
  access
• 13:13
  it
• 13:14
  and
• 13:15
  there
• 13:15
  you
• 13:15
  can
• 13:16
  choose
• 13:16
  which
• 13:16
  listings
• 13:17
  you
• 13:17
  want
• 13:17
  to
• 13:17
  sell
• 13:18
  to
• 13:18
  which
• 13:18
  sites.
• 13:19
  Just
• 13:19
  a
• 13:20
  tip
• 13:20
  there
• 13:20
  it
• 13:20
  makes
• 13:21
  sense
• 13:21
  to
• 13:22
  fulfill
• 13:22
  your
• 13:22
  business
• 13:23
  policies
• 13:23
  before
• 13:24
  you
• 13:24
  go
• 13:24
  to
• 13:24
  eBayMac
• 13:25
  because
• 13:25
  it
• 13:25
  just
• 13:25
  simplifies
• 13:26
  the
• 13:26
  process
• 13:27
  overall.
• 13:28
  But
• 13:28
  then
• 13:28
  in
• 13:29
  eBayMag
• 13:29
  you
• 13:29
  can
• 13:30
  select
• 13:30
  the
• 13:30
  listings
• 13:31
  and
• 13:31
  the
• 13:31
  countries
• 13:31
  you
• 13:32
  want
• 13:32
  to
• 13:32
  sell
• 13:32
  to.
• 13:33
  And
• 13:33
  eBayMag
• 13:34
  takes
• 13:34
  the
• 13:34
  translation
• 13:35
  from
• 13:35
  your
• 13:35
  shoulders,
• 13:36
  it
• 13:36
  translates
• 13:37
  and
• 13:37
  fully
• 13:37
  localizes
• 13:38
  the
• 13:38
  listings.
• 13:39
  Meaning
• 13:39
  also
• 13:40
  Kim
• 13:40
  was
• 13:41
  just
• 13:41
  saying
• 13:41
  she
• 13:41
  was
• 13:41
  sending
• 13:42
  to
• 13:42
  Australia
• 13:42
  and
• 13:43
  us
• 13:43
  which
• 13:43
  obviously
• 13:44
  also
• 13:44
  has
• 13:44
  a
• 13:45
  different
• 13:45
  currency.
• 13:46
  So
• 13:46
  even
• 13:46
  Mac
• 13:46
  techs
• 13:47
  also
• 13:47
  care
• 13:47
  of
• 13:47
  that.
• 13:48
  But
• 13:48
  you
• 13:48
  always
• 13:49
  have
• 13:49
  the
• 13:49
  full
• 13:49
  control.
• 13:50
  So
• 13:50
  even
• 13:50
  if
• 13:51
  you
• 13:51
  are
• 13:52
  into
• 13:52
  languages,
• 13:53
  you
• 13:53
  can
• 13:53
  still
• 13:53
  do
• 13:54
  some
• 13:54
  adjustments
• 13:55
  and
• 13:55
  titles
• 13:55
  or
• 13:55
  item
• 13:56
  descriptions
• 13:57
  or
• 13:57
  even
• 13:57
  in
• 13:58
  prices.
• 14:00
  Okay,
• 14:01
  so
• 14:01
  that's
• 14:01
  quite
• 14:02
  a
• 14:02
  full
• 14:03
  offer
• 14:03
  that
• 14:03
  you
• 14:04
  have
• 14:04
  here
• 14:04
  with
• 14:04
  this
• 14:04
  tool.
• 14:05
  Kim,
• 14:06
  would
• 14:06
  you
• 14:06
  say
• 14:06
  anything
• 14:06
  is
• 14:06
  missing
• 14:07
  from
• 14:07
  the
• 14:07
  tool?
• 14:07
  What
• 14:07
  would
• 14:07
  you
• 14:08
  still
• 14:08
  like
• 14:08
  to
• 14:09
  see
• 14:10
  or
• 14:10
  what
• 14:10
  would
• 14:11
  help
• 14:11
  you.
• 14:13
  Like
• 14:13
  additude?
• 14:13
  Nothing
• 14:14
  is
• 14:14
  ever
• 14:14
  is
• 14:14
  ever
• 14:14
  truly
• 14:15
  perfect,
• 14:15
  no
• 14:15
  matter
• 14:15
  whether
• 14:16
  it
• 14:16
  be.
• 14:16
  There
• 14:16
  was
• 14:17
  a
• 14:17
  previous
• 14:17
  one
• 14:17
  that
• 14:17
  I
• 14:17
  was
• 14:17
  working.
• 14:18
  God,
• 14:19
  for
• 14:19
  the
• 14:19
  life
• 14:19
  of
• 14:19
  me
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  cannot
• 14:20
  remember
• 14:20
  the
• 14:20
  name
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  it.
• 14:20
  It
• 14:20
  was
• 14:21
  before
• 14:21
  ebay
• 14:21
  Mag
• 14:22
  and
• 14:22
  it
• 14:23
  was
• 14:23
  costing
• 14:23
  me
• 14:24
  €100amonth
• 14:26
  just
• 14:26
  in.
• 14:26
  In
• 14:27
  doing
• 14:27
  exactly
• 14:27
  what
• 14:27
  eBay
• 14:28
  Mac
• 14:28
  does.
• 14:29
  And
• 14:30
  eBay
• 14:30
  Mag
• 14:31
  at
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  time
• 14:31
  would
• 14:31
  say
• 14:31
  five,
• 14:32
  six
• 14:32
  years
• 14:32
  ago
• 14:32
  was
• 14:33
  not.
• 14:33
  It
• 14:33
  was
• 14:33
  not
• 14:34
  at
• 14:34
  the
• 14:34
  races.
• 14:34
  It
• 14:35
  could
• 14:35
  not
• 14:35
  do
• 14:35
  what
• 14:36
  these
• 14:36
  other
• 14:36
  paid
• 14:36
  plugins
• 14:37
  were
• 14:37
  starting
• 14:37
  to
• 14:37
  do
• 14:38
  you.
• 14:39
  It
• 14:39
  has
• 14:39
  increased
• 14:41
  in
• 14:41
  functionality
• 14:42
  in
• 14:43
  leaps
• 14:43
  and
• 14:43
  bounds.
• 14:44
  It's
• 14:44
  still
• 14:44
  not
• 14:44
  perfect,
• 14:45
  but
• 14:46
  it's
• 14:46
  a
• 14:46
  free
• 14:46
  tool
• 14:47
  that
• 14:47
  increases
• 14:48
  your
• 14:48
  sales.
• 14:48
  That's
• 14:48
  absolutely
• 14:49
  fantastic.
• 14:50
  So
• 14:50
  as
• 14:50
  a
• 14:51
  small
• 14:51
  business
• 14:51
  owner,
• 14:51
  you're
• 14:51
  constantly
• 14:52
  looking
• 14:52
  at
• 14:52
  the
• 14:52
  bottom
• 14:52
  line.
• 14:53
  You're
• 14:53
  looking
• 14:53
  to
• 14:53
  try
• 14:53
  and
• 14:53
  see
• 14:54
  where
• 14:54
  can
• 14:54
  I
• 14:54
  cut
• 14:54
  corners,
• 14:55
  what's
• 14:55
  the
• 14:55
  best
• 14:55
  way
• 14:55
  to
• 14:55
  do
• 14:56
  it.
• 14:56
  So
• 14:57
  in
• 14:57
  terms
• 14:57
  of,
• 14:58
  as
• 14:58
  Isabelle
• 14:59
  said,
• 14:59
  there
• 14:59
  is
• 15:00
  some
• 15:00
  functionality
• 15:00
  there
• 15:00
  where
• 15:01
  it
• 15:01
  does
• 15:01
  tend
• 15:02
  to
• 15:02
  go
• 15:02
  off
• 15:02
  and
• 15:02
  make
• 15:02
  up
• 15:02
  even
• 15:03
  though
• 15:03
  you
• 15:03
  have
• 15:03
  Your
• 15:03
  policies
• 15:03
  set.
• 15:04
  It
• 15:04
  decides
• 15:04
  to
• 15:05
  make
• 15:05
  its
• 15:05
  own
• 15:05
  policies
• 15:06
  and
• 15:07
  kind
• 15:07
  of
• 15:07
  overrides
• 15:07
  here
• 15:07
  and
• 15:08
  there.
• 15:09
  There
• 15:09
  has
• 15:09
  been
• 15:09
  some
• 15:10
  capacity
• 15:10
  issues
• 15:11
  with
• 15:11
  it
• 15:11
  as
• 15:12
  well
• 15:12
  but
• 15:12
  that
• 15:12
  is
• 15:12
  something
• 15:13
  that
• 15:13
  I'm.
• 15:13
  I'm
• 15:13
  aware
• 15:14
  that
• 15:14
  they
• 15:14
  are
• 15:14
  working
• 15:14
  on
• 15:15
  and
• 15:16
  I
• 15:17
  think
• 15:17
  like
• 15:18
  at
• 15:18
  the
• 15:18
  moment
• 15:18
  my
• 15:19
  ebay
• 15:19
  mag
• 15:19
  can
• 15:20
  only
• 15:20
  do
• 15:20
  say
• 15:20
  Germany,
• 15:21
  France,
• 15:21
  Italy,
• 15:22
  Spain,
• 15:24
  Australia,
• 15:24
  Canada
• 15:25
  and
• 15:26
  usa.
• 15:27
  But
• 15:27
  there's
• 15:27
  other
• 15:27
  ebays
• 15:28
  out
• 15:28
  there
• 15:28
  like
• 15:28
  Poland,
• 15:29
  Switzerland,
• 15:30
  Netherlands
• 15:31
  if
• 15:31
  you
• 15:31
  could
• 15:31
  get
• 15:32
  those
• 15:32
  in
• 15:32
  there.
• 15:32
  So
• 15:32
  I
• 15:33
  have
• 15:33
  within
• 15:33
  Shopify
• 15:34
  now.
• 15:34
  So
• 15:34
  I
• 15:34
  use
• 15:35
  Shopify
• 15:36
  to
• 15:36
  ebay,
• 15:37
  ebay,
• 15:37
  ebay
• 15:38
  to
• 15:38
  ebay
• 15:38
  Mag
• 15:38
  and
• 15:39
  now
• 15:39
  ebay
• 15:39
  mag
• 15:39
  then
• 15:40
  feeds
• 15:40
  into
• 15:40
  another
• 15:41
  plugin
• 15:41
  that
• 15:41
  I've
• 15:41
  used
• 15:41
  called
• 15:42
  M2E
• 15:42
  channel
• 15:43
  that
• 15:44
  should
• 15:44
  I
• 15:44
  ever
• 15:45
  decide
• 15:45
  to
• 15:45
  sell
• 15:45
  on
• 15:45
  Tick
• 15:46
  Tock
• 15:46
  Shop
• 15:47
  or
• 15:47
  Amazon
• 15:47
  or
• 15:47
  something
• 15:48
  like
• 15:48
  that,
• 15:48
  that
• 15:48
  again
• 15:48
  is
• 15:48
  a
• 15:49
  plug
• 15:49
  in
• 15:49
  that
• 15:49
  can
• 15:49
  just
• 15:49
  connect
• 15:50
  in
• 15:50
  my
• 15:50
  stock
• 15:50
  and
• 15:50
  my
• 15:51
  inventory
• 15:51
  into
• 15:51
  all
• 15:51
  them.
• 15:53
  But
• 15:53
  the
• 15:53
  weird
• 15:54
  combination
• 15:54
  of
• 15:54
  all
• 15:55
  three.
• 15:55
  So
• 15:55
  my
• 15:56
  website,
• 15:56
  eBay
• 15:57
  Mag
• 15:57
  and
• 15:58
  M2E
• 15:58
  has
• 15:59
  just
• 15:59
  made
• 15:59
  my
• 15:59
  actual
• 16:00
  international
• 16:00
  sales
• 16:01
  explode
• 16:01
  which
• 16:01
  is
• 16:01
  something
• 16:02
  that
• 16:03
  here
• 16:03
  in
• 16:03
  Ireland
• 16:04
  you
• 16:04
  shouldn't
• 16:04
  just
• 16:04
  be
• 16:04
  focusing
• 16:05
  on
• 16:05
  just
• 16:05
  selling
• 16:05
  in
• 16:05
  Ireland.
• 16:06
  I,
• 16:06
  I
• 16:06
  would
• 16:06
  not
• 16:06
  survive
• 16:07
  as
• 16:07
  business
• 16:07
  if
• 16:07
  I
• 16:07
  just
• 16:08
  did
• 16:08
  that.
• 16:08
  So
• 16:09
  having
• 16:09
  that
• 16:09
  tool
• 16:10
  that
• 16:11
  is
• 16:11
  free
• 16:12
  to.
• 16:12
  Well
• 16:12
  sorry
• 16:13
  it's
• 16:13
  free
• 16:13
  when
• 16:13
  you're
• 16:14
  within
• 16:14
  the
• 16:14
  business
• 16:14
  plan
• 16:15
  is
• 16:15
  absolutely
• 16:15
  fantastic.
• 16:18
  Isabella,
• 16:18
  is
• 16:19
  this
• 16:19
  then
• 16:19
  something
• 16:19
  that
• 16:19
  you
• 16:20
  heard
• 16:20
  before
• 16:20
  what
• 16:21
  Kim
• 16:21
  is
• 16:21
  saying
• 16:21
  that
• 16:21
  she
• 16:22
  now
• 16:23
  that
• 16:23
  ebaymax
• 16:24
  is
• 16:24
  opening
• 16:24
  up
• 16:24
  this
• 16:25
  opportunities
• 16:25
  to
• 16:25
  do
• 16:26
  internationalization
• 16:26
  in
• 16:27
  a
• 16:27
  relatively
• 16:28
  easy
• 16:28
  way
• 16:30
  that
• 16:30
  this
• 16:30
  helps
• 16:31
  sellers
• 16:31
  really
• 16:31
  explode
• 16:31
  their
• 16:32
  business?
• 16:33
  Yes,
• 16:33
  it's
• 16:34
  something
• 16:34
  that
• 16:35
  we
• 16:35
  hear
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  capacity
• 16:36
  issues
• 16:37
  that
• 16:37
  Kim
• 16:38
  was
• 16:38
  just
• 16:38
  mentioning
• 16:38
  is
• 16:39
  something
• 16:39
  that
• 16:39
  the
• 16:39
  team
• 16:39
  has
• 16:40
  been
• 16:40
  worked
• 16:40
  really
• 16:41
  hard
• 16:41
  on.
• 16:42
  So
• 16:42
  our
• 16:42
  recommendation
• 16:43
  usually
• 16:44
  is
• 16:44
  when
• 16:44
  you
• 16:45
  have
• 16:45
  about
• 16:45
  5000
• 16:46
  listings.
• 16:46
  EBayMag
• 16:47
  runs
• 16:48
  quite
• 16:48
  smoothly.
• 16:49
  When
• 16:49
  you
• 16:49
  exceed
• 16:50
  the
• 16:50
  5k
• 16:51
  it
• 16:51
  still
• 16:51
  works,
• 16:52
  just
• 16:53
  the
• 16:53
  loading
• 16:53
  times
• 16:54
  are
• 16:54
  increasing.
• 16:55
  It's
• 16:56
  a
• 16:56
  tool
• 16:56
  for
• 16:56
  free
• 16:56
  but
• 16:57
  if
• 16:57
  you
• 16:57
  have
• 16:57
  tons
• 16:58
  of
• 16:58
  listings
• 16:59
  you
• 16:59
  should
• 16:59
  bring
• 16:59
  some
• 17:00
  some
• 17:00
  patience
• 17:01
  until
• 17:01
  everything
• 17:01
  is
• 17:02
  fully
• 17:02
  going
• 17:02
  through.
• 17:03
  Especially
• 17:04
  when
• 17:04
  you
• 17:04
  just
• 17:04
  start
• 17:04
  ebaymac
• 17:05
  and
• 17:05
  you
• 17:06
  decide
• 17:06
  to
• 17:07
  push
• 17:07
  like
• 17:07
  10
• 17:08
  100k
• 17:09
  or
• 17:09
  even
• 17:10
  more
• 17:10
  listings.
• 17:11
  So
• 17:11
  that's
• 17:11
  definitely
• 17:12
  also
• 17:12
  a
• 17:12
  recommendation
• 17:13
  from
• 17:13
  my
• 17:14
  end.
• 17:15
  And
• 17:15
  yes,
• 17:16
  what
• 17:16
  Kim
• 17:16
  just
• 17:17
  said
• 17:17
  is
• 17:17
  also
• 17:17
  what
• 17:17
  we're
• 17:17
  hearing
• 17:18
  from
• 17:18
  other
• 17:19
  sellers.
• 17:19
  So
• 17:20
  there
• 17:20
  are
• 17:21
  here
• 17:21
  and
• 17:21
  there
• 17:21
  a
• 17:21
  few
• 17:22
  hiccups
• 17:23
  which
• 17:23
  is
• 17:24
  I
• 17:24
  think
• 17:24
  something
• 17:24
  that
• 17:24
  happens
• 17:25
  in
• 17:25
  all
• 17:25
  technical
• 17:26
  systems.
• 17:27
  But
• 17:27
  yeah,
• 17:27
  as
• 17:28
  I
• 17:28
  said
• 17:28
  it's
• 17:28
  something
• 17:28
  for
• 17:29
  free
• 17:30
  which
• 17:30
  definitely
• 17:32
  reduces
• 17:32
  the
• 17:33
  costs
• 17:33
  of
• 17:34
  entering
• 17:34
  a
• 17:35
  new
• 17:35
  market.
• 17:35
  Especially
• 17:36
  when
• 17:36
  you
• 17:36
  are
• 17:36
  just
• 17:37
  about
• 17:37
  to
• 17:37
  start
• 17:38
  and
• 17:38
  are
• 17:39
  not
• 17:39
  sure
• 17:39
  if
• 17:39
  you
• 17:40
  fully
• 17:40
  want
• 17:40
  to
• 17:41
  enter
• 17:41
  to
• 17:41
  a
• 17:41
  new
• 17:41
  market.
• 17:42
  And
• 17:42
  it's
• 17:42
  a
• 17:42
  great
• 17:42
  tool
• 17:43
  where
• 17:43
  you
• 17:43
  can
• 17:43
  just
• 17:44
  test
• 17:44
  and
• 17:44
  learn.
• 17:47
  Kim
• 17:47
  how
• 17:48
  are
• 17:48
  you
• 17:48
  addressing
• 17:48
  these
• 17:49
  marketplaces,
• 17:50
  these
• 17:50
  different
• 17:50
  markets?
• 17:51
  Are
• 17:51
  you
• 17:54
  going
• 17:55
  for
• 17:55
  different
• 17:55
  assortments
• 17:56
  in
• 17:56
  different
• 17:56
  markets?
• 17:57
  Are
• 17:57
  you
• 17:57
  just
• 17:57
  offering
• 17:58
  everything
• 17:58
  you
• 17:58
  have
• 17:58
  to
• 17:59
  all
• 17:59
  people
• 17:59
  who
• 18:00
  are
• 18:00
  interested
• 18:00
  in
• 18:00
  every
• 18:01
  country
• 18:01
  or
• 18:01
  is
• 18:01
  there
• 18:02
  anything
• 18:02
  that
• 18:02
  you
• 18:02
  are.
• 18:03
  Yeah,
• 18:04
  localizing
• 18:05
  in
• 18:05
  a
• 18:05
  way.
• 18:06
  I
• 18:07
  don't
• 18:07
  have
• 18:07
  the
• 18:07
  skills
• 18:07
  to
• 18:08
  localize.
• 18:08
  I
• 18:08
  let
• 18:08
  ebay
• 18:09
  Mike
• 18:09
  do
• 18:09
  that.
• 18:10
  Okay.
• 18:11
  But
• 18:12
  in
• 18:12
  terms
• 18:12
  of
• 18:13
  like
• 18:13
  what
• 18:13
  I
• 18:13
  would
• 18:13
  see
• 18:14
  in
• 18:14
  different
• 18:14
  areas.
• 18:14
  So
• 18:15
  France
• 18:15
  absolutely
• 18:16
  loves
• 18:16
  vintage,
• 18:17
  proper,
• 18:17
  real
• 18:18
  vintage,
• 18:18
  Star
• 18:18
  Wars.
• 18:19
  They
• 18:19
  absolutely
• 18:19
  love
• 18:20
  that.
• 18:20
  So
• 18:21
  if
• 18:21
  I'm
• 18:22
  pushing
• 18:22
  through
• 18:23
  ebay
• 18:23
  mag,
• 18:23
  as
• 18:23
  Isabella
• 18:24
  said,
• 18:24
  I
• 18:25
  will
• 18:25
  make
• 18:25
  sure
• 18:25
  that
• 18:25
  those.
• 18:26
  I
• 18:26
  will
• 18:26
  focus
• 18:27
  in
• 18:28
  on
• 18:28
  getting
• 18:28
  those
• 18:28
  ebay
• 18:29
  mag
• 18:29
  listings
• 18:30
  into
• 18:30
  France
• 18:30
  first
• 18:31
  for
• 18:31
  say
• 18:32
  Thunderbirds,
• 18:32
  which
• 18:33
  is
• 18:33
  very.
• 18:34
  Thunderbirds
• 18:34
  is
• 18:35
  a
• 18:35
  huge
• 18:35
  thing
• 18:35
  here
• 18:35
  in,
• 18:35
  in
• 18:36
  Ireland,
• 18:36
  in
• 18:36
  the
• 18:36
  UK
• 18:37
  but
• 18:38
  the
• 18:38
  market
• 18:38
  is
• 18:39
  flooded
• 18:39
  with
• 18:39
  them,
• 18:39
  so
• 18:40
  we
• 18:40
  have
• 18:40
  no
• 18:40
  interest
• 18:40
  in
• 18:41
  them.
• 18:41
  But
• 18:41
  yet
• 18:41
  the
• 18:41
  Netherlands
• 18:42
  and
• 18:42
  Australia
• 18:43
  and
• 18:44
  Germany
• 18:44
  loves
• 18:44
  Thunderbirds.
• 18:45
  So
• 18:45
  it's
• 18:46
  very
• 18:46
  interesting
• 18:46
  to
• 18:47
  see,
• 18:48
  even
• 18:48
  though
• 18:48
  when
• 18:48
  I
• 18:48
  list
• 18:48
  it's
• 18:49
  just
• 18:49
  kind
• 18:49
  of
• 18:49
  in
• 18:49
  theory,
• 18:50
  just
• 18:50
  goes
• 18:50
  out
• 18:50
  to
• 18:50
  everybody
• 18:51
  with
• 18:51
  no
• 18:51
  localization
• 18:52
  done.
• 18:52
  But
• 18:52
  it's
• 18:53
  very
• 18:53
  interesting
• 18:53
  just
• 18:53
  to
• 18:54
  see
• 18:54
  the
• 18:54
  differences
• 18:54
  between
• 18:54
  each
• 18:55
  market
• 18:55
  and
• 18:55
  what
• 18:55
  the
• 18:55
  tastes
• 18:56
  are
• 18:56
  in
• 18:57
  that
• 18:57
  regard.
• 18:58
  So
• 18:58
  it's,
• 18:59
  it's
• 18:59
  a
• 18:59
  great
• 18:59
  tool.
• 19:01
  Again,
• 19:01
  it
• 19:01
  can
• 19:02
  always
• 19:02
  be
• 19:02
  improved.
• 19:02
  Everything,
• 19:03
  no
• 19:03
  matter
• 19:03
  what
• 19:03
  it
• 19:04
  is,
• 19:04
  whether
• 19:04
  it's
• 19:04
  free
• 19:04
  or
• 19:04
  paid,
• 19:05
  there's
• 19:05
  always
• 19:05
  some
• 19:05
  sort
• 19:06
  of
• 19:06
  refinement
• 19:07
  that
• 19:07
  can
• 19:07
  be
• 19:07
  done.
• 19:08
  But
• 19:08
  it's.
• 19:08
  It's
• 19:09
  absolutely
• 19:09
  fantastic
• 19:09
  just
• 19:09
  to
• 19:10
  set
• 19:10
  and
• 19:11
  forget.
• 19:11
  That's
• 19:11
  the
• 19:11
  big
• 19:12
  thing
• 19:12
  for
• 19:12
  me
• 19:12
  is
• 19:12
  I
• 19:13
  want
• 19:13
  the
• 19:13
  automation.
• 19:13
  I
• 19:14
  want
• 19:14
  to
• 19:14
  set,
• 19:14
  forget
• 19:15
  and
• 19:15
  just
• 19:15
  know
• 19:15
  it's
• 19:15
  running
• 19:16
  in
• 19:16
  the
• 19:16
  background.
• 19:17
  Yeah,
• 19:18
  set
• 19:18
  and
• 19:18
  forget
• 19:18
  is
• 19:18
  a
• 19:18
  very
• 19:19
  good
• 19:20
  point
• 19:20
  here,
• 19:21
  I
• 19:21
  think,
• 19:21
  for
• 19:21
  many
• 19:21
  sellers
• 19:22
  because
• 19:22
  you've
• 19:22
  got
• 19:22
  so
• 19:23
  many
• 19:23
  other
• 19:23
  things
• 19:23
  on
• 19:23
  your
• 19:24
  table
• 19:24
  and
• 19:24
  don't
• 19:24
  want
• 19:24
  to
• 19:25
  worry
• 19:25
  about
• 19:25
  operations.
• 19:28
  Isabelle,
• 19:28
  I
• 19:29
  know
• 19:29
  that
• 19:30
  ebay
• 19:30
  is
• 19:31
  also,
• 19:31
  apart
• 19:31
  from
• 19:32
  the
• 19:32
  great
• 19:32
  tool
• 19:32
  that
• 19:33
  you're
• 19:33
  offering,
• 19:33
  is
• 19:33
  giving
• 19:34
  sellers
• 19:35
  advice
• 19:36
  and
• 19:37
  some
• 19:37
  strategic
• 19:37
  input
• 19:38
  and
• 19:38
  where
• 19:38
  to
• 19:38
  go
• 19:38
  and
• 19:39
  which
• 19:39
  markets
• 19:39
  to.
• 19:41
  To
• 19:41
  focus
• 19:41
  on
• 19:42
  and
• 19:42
  which
• 19:42
  categories
• 19:43
  are
• 19:43
  working
• 19:43
  well
• 19:43
  in
• 19:44
  what
• 19:44
  countries
• 19:44
  and
• 19:45
  stuff
• 19:45
  like
• 19:45
  that.
• 19:45
  So
• 19:46
  can
• 19:46
  you
• 19:46
  give
• 19:46
  us
• 19:47
  some
• 19:47
  insights
• 19:47
  here?
• 19:48
  What
• 19:48
  can
• 19:49
  you
• 19:49
  offer
• 19:49
  sellers
• 19:50
  and
• 19:50
  do
• 19:50
  you
• 19:50
  have
• 19:50
  maybe
• 19:50
  some
• 19:51
  examples?
• 19:52
  You
• 19:52
  mean
• 19:53
  offering
• 19:53
  sellers
• 19:54
  in
• 19:54
  terms
• 19:54
  of
• 19:55
  which
• 19:55
  insights?
• 19:56
  Yeah,
• 19:57
  just
• 19:57
  an
• 19:57
  Insights.
• 19:57
  Yeah,
• 19:58
  yeah.
• 19:58
  On
• 19:59
  Insights,
• 20:00
  we
• 20:00
  do
• 20:00
  have
• 20:01
  an
• 20:01
  internal
• 20:02
  tool
• 20:02
  that
• 20:02
  is
• 20:02
  called
• 20:03
  product
• 20:03
  research.
• 20:04
  It's
• 20:04
  also
• 20:05
  part
• 20:05
  of
• 20:06
  the
• 20:07
  seller
• 20:07
  hub
• 20:07
  or
• 20:08
  in
• 20:08
  Germany
• 20:09
  Pro,
• 20:10
  where
• 20:10
  sellers
• 20:11
  can
• 20:11
  go
• 20:11
  to
• 20:12
  and
• 20:12
  actually
• 20:13
  also
• 20:13
  select
• 20:13
  the
• 20:14
  site
• 20:14
  where
• 20:15
  they
• 20:15
  are
• 20:15
  interested
• 20:16
  to
• 20:16
  look
• 20:16
  into
• 20:16
  and
• 20:17
  there
• 20:17
  I
• 20:17
  can
• 20:17
  just
• 20:17
  look
• 20:18
  for
• 20:19
  my
• 20:19
  items.
• 20:20
  Obviously
• 20:20
  it's
• 20:20
  a
• 20:21
  little
• 20:21
  bit
• 20:21
  manual,
• 20:22
  but
• 20:22
  it's
• 20:23
  a
• 20:23
  good
• 20:23
  tool
• 20:23
  to
• 20:23
  see
• 20:24
  the
• 20:24
  demand
• 20:24
  and
• 20:25
  the
• 20:25
  prices
• 20:26
  your
• 20:26
  items
• 20:26
  are
• 20:27
  being
• 20:27
  sold
• 20:28
  to
• 20:28
  and
• 20:28
  it
• 20:29
  helps
• 20:29
  you
• 20:29
  a
• 20:29
  little
• 20:29
  bit
• 20:29
  better
• 20:30
  to
• 20:30
  get
• 20:30
  the
• 20:30
  understanding
• 20:31
  of
• 20:31
  the
• 20:32
  different
• 20:32
  international
• 20:33
  ebay
• 20:33
  sites.
• 20:35
  Something
• 20:35
  that
• 20:36
  we
• 20:36
  are
• 20:36
  also
• 20:36
  aware
• 20:37
  is
• 20:37
  that
• 20:38
  sellers
• 20:38
  are
• 20:38
  lacking
• 20:39
  a
• 20:39
  little
• 20:39
  bit
• 20:39
  the
• 20:39
  understanding
• 20:40
  of
• 20:40
  where
• 20:40
  actually
• 20:40
  is
• 20:40
  the
• 20:41
  demand
• 20:41
  for
• 20:41
  my
• 20:42
  item
• 20:42
  but
• 20:42
  it's
• 20:43
  not
• 20:43
  really
• 20:45
  covered
• 20:45
  yet.
• 20:45
  So
• 20:46
  basically
• 20:46
  where's
• 20:46
  the
• 20:46
  gap
• 20:47
  of
• 20:48
  demand
• 20:48
  and
• 20:48
  products
• 20:49
  that
• 20:49
  are
• 20:49
  already
• 20:49
  being
• 20:50
  offered?
• 20:50
  And
• 20:51
  that's
• 20:51
  why
• 20:51
  we
• 20:51
  have
• 20:52
  launched
• 20:53
  the
• 20:53
  so
• 20:53
  called
• 20:54
  export
• 20:54
  matrix.
• 20:55
  So
• 20:55
  we
• 20:55
  actually
• 20:56
  looked
• 20:56
  through
• 20:56
  our
• 20:56
  different
• 20:57
  categories
• 20:58
  per
• 20:58
  market
• 20:58
  and
• 20:59
  did
• 20:59
  an
• 21:00
  analysis
• 21:00
  of
• 21:01
  where
• 21:01
  are
• 21:02
  buyers
• 21:02
  searching
• 21:03
  for
• 21:03
  items
• 21:03
  but
• 21:04
  actually
• 21:04
  not
• 21:04
  really
• 21:04
  finding
• 21:05
  them
• 21:05
  yet.
• 21:05
  And
• 21:06
  where
• 21:06
  do
• 21:06
  we
• 21:06
  already
• 21:06
  see
• 21:07
  those
• 21:07
  items
• 21:08
  already
• 21:09
  being
• 21:09
  listed
• 21:09
  on
• 21:09
  other
• 21:09
  markets?
• 21:11
  Maybe
• 21:11
  it's
• 21:11
  something
• 21:11
  that
• 21:12
  we
• 21:12
  can
• 21:12
  link
• 21:12
  into
• 21:13
  the
• 21:13
  show
• 21:13
  Notes.
• 21:14
  Happy
• 21:14
  to
• 21:15
  share
• 21:15
  the
• 21:15
  link.
• 21:15
  I
• 21:15
  don't
• 21:15
  want
• 21:16
  to
• 21:16
  go
• 21:16
  all
• 21:16
  through
• 21:17
  all
• 21:17
  the
• 21:17
  markets
• 21:17
  in
• 21:17
  different
• 21:18
  categories
• 21:18
  now,
• 21:19
  but
• 21:20
  it's
• 21:20
  also
• 21:20
  something
• 21:20
  that
• 21:20
  we
• 21:21
  are
• 21:21
  offering
• 21:21
  for
• 21:21
  sellers
• 21:22
  to
• 21:22
  just
• 21:22
  give
• 21:22
  them
• 21:23
  an
• 21:23
  indication
• 21:24
  and
• 21:25
  maybe
• 21:25
  to
• 21:25
  also
• 21:25
  add
• 21:26
  on
• 21:26
  that.
• 21:26
  I
• 21:26
  mean
• 21:27
  obviously
• 21:27
  resources
• 21:28
  like
• 21:28
  this
• 21:28
  ones
• 21:29
  are
• 21:29
  also
• 21:29
  some
• 21:30
  that
• 21:30
  we
• 21:30
  are
• 21:30
  offering
• 21:31
  to
• 21:31
  our
• 21:31
  sellers
• 21:32
  where
• 21:32
  we
• 21:32
  are
• 21:32
  just
• 21:32
  sharing
• 21:32
  our
• 21:33
  insights
• 21:34
  and
• 21:35
  maybe
• 21:35
  to
• 21:35
  just
• 21:36
  share
• 21:36
  a
• 21:36
  few
• 21:37
  like
• 21:37
  top
• 21:37
  export
• 21:38
  matrix,
• 21:40
  not
• 21:40
  matrix
• 21:41
  top
• 21:41
  export
• 21:42
  markets
• 21:43
  where
• 21:44
  sellers
• 21:44
  are
• 21:44
  actually
• 21:45
  selling
• 21:45
  to.
• 21:46
  We
• 21:46
  saw
• 21:46
  that
• 21:47
  especially
• 21:47
  looking
• 21:48
  into
• 21:48
  international
• 21:49
  sales
• 21:50
  that
• 21:51
  Italy,
• 21:51
  Austria,
• 21:52
  France,
• 21:53
  Spain
• 21:53
  and
• 21:53
  also
• 21:54
  the
• 21:54
  UK
• 21:55
  are
• 21:55
  really
• 21:55
  top
• 21:56
  ranking
• 21:56
  when
• 21:56
  it
• 21:56
  comes
• 21:57
  to
• 21:57
  receiving
• 21:58
  international
• 21:59
  sales.
• 21:59
  So
• 21:59
  basically
• 22:01
  where
• 22:01
  buyers
• 22:01
  are
• 22:01
  also
• 22:02
  quite
• 22:03
  open
• 22:03
  for
• 22:04
  exported
• 22:05
  items.
• 22:05
  And
• 22:06
  that's
• 22:06
  also
• 22:06
  always
• 22:06
  something
• 22:07
  to
• 22:08
  consider.
• 22:09
  But
• 22:09
  obviously
• 22:09
  that
• 22:09
  depends
• 22:10
  on
• 22:10
  the
• 22:10
  category
• 22:10
  you're
• 22:11
  selling
• 22:11
  in.
• 22:11
  But
• 22:12
  overall
• 22:12
  those
• 22:12
  are
• 22:13
  the
• 22:13
  top
• 22:13
  five
• 22:14
  markets
• 22:14
  that
• 22:14
  we
• 22:15
  are
• 22:15
  seeing
• 22:15
  where
• 22:16
  sellers
• 22:16
  are
• 22:17
  actually
• 22:17
  selling
• 22:17
  to.
• 22:19
  Interesting
• 22:19
  to
• 22:19
  see
• 22:20
  UK
• 22:20
  on
• 22:20
  there
• 22:21
  because
• 22:21
  it's
• 22:23
  not
• 22:23
  that
• 22:23
  easy
• 22:24
  to
• 22:24
  receive
• 22:25
  products
• 22:26
  from
• 22:26
  outside
• 22:26
  the
• 22:26
  UK
• 22:27
  at
• 22:27
  the
• 22:27
  moment
• 22:28
  there.
• 22:28
  So
• 22:28
  but
• 22:28
  still
• 22:29
  obviously
• 22:29
  consumers
• 22:30
  don't
• 22:30
  mind,
• 22:31
  so
• 22:31
  it
• 22:32
  seems.
• 22:32
  So
• 22:33
  yeah,
• 22:34
  that's.
• 22:34
  That's
• 22:34
  really
• 22:34
  great
• 22:34
  insights
• 22:35
  that
• 22:35
  you
• 22:35
  have
• 22:35
  there
• 22:36
  with
• 22:36
  the
• 22:36
  product
• 22:36
  research
• 22:38
  tool.
• 22:40
  Maybe
• 22:41
  some
• 22:41
  examples
• 22:42
  on
• 22:42
  some
• 22:42
  categories
• 22:43
  in
• 22:43
  some
• 22:43
  markets
• 22:44
  that
• 22:44
  like
• 22:45
  it
• 22:45
  very
• 22:45
  much.
• 22:45
  So
• 22:46
  maybe
• 22:46
  some
• 22:46
  something
• 22:46
  in
• 22:47
  the
• 22:47
  way
• 22:47
  we
• 22:47
  can
• 22:47
  go
• 22:47
  a
• 22:47
  bit
• 22:48
  deeper
• 22:48
  and
• 22:48
  just
• 22:48
  give
• 22:48
  a
• 22:49
  hint
• 22:49
  on
• 22:49
  what
• 22:50
  insights
• 22:50
  we
• 22:50
  can
• 22:50
  find
• 22:50
  on
• 22:51
  it.
• 22:52
  Yeah,
• 22:52
  maybe
• 22:52
  we
• 22:52
  can.
• 22:53
  I
• 22:53
  can
• 22:54
  take
• 22:54
  a
• 22:54
  look
• 22:54
  at
• 22:54
  collectibles
• 22:55
  as
• 22:55
  we
• 22:55
  are
• 22:56
  now
• 22:56
  having
• 22:56
  seen
• 22:57
  here
• 22:57
  we
• 22:58
  see
• 22:58
  that
• 22:58
  actually
• 22:59
  Pokemon
• 22:59
  cards
• 23:01
  demanded
• 23:02
  in
• 23:02
  Spain,
• 23:02
  France,
• 23:03
  Italy
• 23:03
  and
• 23:04
  UK
• 23:05
  and
• 23:06
  arts
• 23:06
  and
• 23:07
  antiques
• 23:07
  are
• 23:08
  rather
• 23:08
  high
• 23:09
  performing
• 23:09
  in
• 23:09
  France
• 23:10
  and
• 23:10
  also
• 23:11
  the
• 23:11
  UK.
• 23:12
  And
• 23:12
  when
• 23:12
  we
• 23:13
  look
• 23:13
  into
• 23:14
  more
• 23:14
  like
• 23:15
  playing
• 23:16
  stuff,
• 23:17
  for
• 23:17
  example
• 23:17
  into
• 23:18
  Lego,
• 23:18
  we
• 23:18
  see
• 23:18
  that
• 23:19
  Spain
• 23:19
  and
• 23:19
  Italy
• 23:20
  are
• 23:20
  quite
• 23:21
  high,
• 23:22
  high
• 23:22
  on
• 23:22
  the
• 23:22
  list.
• 23:23
  And
• 23:23
  for
• 23:23
  example
• 23:24
  for
• 23:24
  fashion,
• 23:25
  if
• 23:25
  we
• 23:25
  look
• 23:25
  into
• 23:25
  that
• 23:26
  category
• 23:27
  we
• 23:27
  see
• 23:28
  that
• 23:28
  Spain
• 23:28
  and
• 23:29
  Italy
• 23:29
  are
• 23:29
  quite
• 23:29
  demanding
• 23:30
  for
• 23:30
  watches
• 23:32
  specifically.
• 23:32
  So
• 23:33
  we
• 23:33
  can
• 23:34
  see
• 23:34
  also
• 23:34
  the
• 23:35
  trend
• 23:35
  of
• 23:35
  Italy,
• 23:35
  Spain
• 23:36
  and
• 23:36
  The
• 23:36
  UK
• 23:36
  across
• 23:37
  categories,
• 23:39
  kind
• 23:39
  of.
• 23:40
  But
• 23:40
  yeah,
• 23:40
  there's
• 23:41
  still
• 23:41
  like
• 23:41
  nuances
• 23:42
  in
• 23:42
  terms
• 23:42
  of
• 23:42
  the
• 23:42
  categories.
• 23:44
  That's
• 23:45
  really
• 23:45
  a
• 23:45
  cool
• 23:45
  tool.
• 23:46
  Absolutely.
• 23:48
  Kim,
• 23:48
  have
• 23:48
  you
• 23:48
  been
• 23:48
  using
• 23:49
  that
• 23:49
  one
• 23:49
  as
• 23:49
  well
• 23:50
  already?
• 23:50
  I.
• 23:51
  I
• 23:51
  do,
• 23:51
  but
• 23:52
  what
• 23:52
  I'll
• 23:52
  quantify
• 23:53
  the
• 23:54
  way
• 23:54
  I
• 23:54
  use
• 23:54
  it
• 23:54
  is
• 23:54
  that
• 23:56
  eBay
• 23:56
  Ireland
• 23:57
  actually
• 23:57
  doesn't
• 23:57
  have
• 23:57
  that
• 23:58
  tool.
• 23:58
  I
• 23:58
  have
• 23:58
  to
• 23:58
  log
• 23:58
  on
• 23:59
  to.
• 24:00
  So
• 24:00
  the
• 24:00
  smaller
• 24:00
  eBay.
• 24:01
  So
• 24:01
  eBay,
• 24:01
  Ireland,
• 24:02
  Austria
• 24:03
  and
• 24:03
  I
• 24:03
  think
• 24:03
  Belgium,
• 24:04
  we
• 24:05
  don't
• 24:05
  have
• 24:05
  a
• 24:05
  lot
• 24:05
  of
• 24:05
  the
• 24:05
  tools
• 24:06
  that
• 24:06
  the
• 24:06
  bigger
• 24:06
  eBay
• 24:06
  is
• 24:07
  like.com
• 24:07
  UK
• 24:08
  and
• 24:08
  Germany
• 24:08
  have.
• 24:09
  And
• 24:10
  if
• 24:10
  I
• 24:11
  was
• 24:11
  to
• 24:11
  use
• 24:11
  it,
• 24:11
  I
• 24:11
  have
• 24:11
  to
• 24:11
  log
• 24:12
  on
• 24:12
  to
• 24:12
  eBay
• 24:12
  UK
• 24:12
  which
• 24:13
  is.
• 24:13
  Which
• 24:13
  is
• 24:13
  fine.
• 24:14
  But
• 24:14
  it
• 24:14
  does
• 24:14
  kind
• 24:15
  of
• 24:15
  skew
• 24:15
  the
• 24:15
  pricing
• 24:16
  in
• 24:16
  terms
• 24:16
  of.
• 24:17
  So
• 24:17
  say
• 24:17
  if
• 24:17
  I
• 24:18
  have
• 24:18
  a
• 24:18
  really.
• 24:19
  So
• 24:19
  recently
• 24:20
  I
• 24:20
  was
• 24:20
  looking
• 24:20
  up
• 24:20
  the.
• 24:21
  The.
• 24:21
  The
• 24:21
  Rancor
• 24:22
  monster
• 24:22
  from
• 24:23
  Star
• 24:23
  wars,
• 24:23
  the
• 24:23
  1970s
• 24:24
  one.
• 24:25
  And
• 24:25
  I'm
• 24:26
  trying
• 24:26
  to
• 24:26
  get
• 24:26
  a
• 24:26
  reading
• 24:26
  on
• 24:26
  it.
• 24:27
  And
• 24:27
  it's
• 24:28
  all
• 24:29
  I'm
• 24:29
  really
• 24:29
  seeing
• 24:29
  is
• 24:30
  kind
• 24:30
  of
• 24:30
  in.
• 24:30
  In
• 24:31
  Sterling.
• 24:31
  And
• 24:32
  okay,
• 24:33
  I'll
• 24:33
  know
• 24:33
  what
• 24:33
  Irish
• 24:33
  people
• 24:34
  will
• 24:34
  pay.
• 24:34
  I'll
• 24:34
  know
• 24:35
  what
• 24:35
  kind
• 24:35
  of.
• 24:35
  From
• 24:36
  looking
• 24:36
  at.
• 24:36
  I'll
• 24:36
  kind
• 24:36
  of
• 24:36
  know
• 24:37
  what
• 24:37
  the
• 24:37
  kind
• 24:37
  of
• 24:37
  threshold
• 24:38
  is
• 24:38
  for
• 24:39
  Europeans
• 24:40
  to
• 24:40
  pay
• 24:41
  to
• 24:41
  kind
• 24:42
  of
• 24:42
  see
• 24:42
  some
• 24:42
  of
• 24:42
  the
• 24:42
  results
• 24:43
  there.
• 24:43
  In.
• 24:43
  In
• 24:44
  sterling
• 24:44
  kind
• 24:45
  of
• 24:45
  throws
• 24:45
  you
• 24:45
  a
• 24:45
  little
• 24:46
  bit.
• 24:46
  Now
• 24:46
  you
• 24:47
  do
• 24:47
  eventually
• 24:48
  kind
• 24:48
  of
• 24:48
  get
• 24:48
  used
• 24:48
  to
• 24:48
  it.
• 24:48
  You
• 24:48
  do
• 24:48
  a
• 24:48
  little
• 24:49
  bit
• 24:49
  of
• 24:49
  mental
• 24:49
  maths
• 24:49
  and
• 24:49
  you're
• 24:49
  like,
• 24:50
  okay,
• 24:50
  you
• 24:50
  know,
• 24:51
  80
• 24:51
  quid
• 24:52
  is
• 24:52
  about
• 24:52
  this.
• 24:54
  And
• 24:54
  it
• 24:54
  is
• 24:54
  absolutely
• 24:55
  fantastic
• 24:55
  to
• 24:55
  have
• 24:56
  something
• 24:56
  too
• 24:56
  like
• 24:57
  that
• 24:57
  and
• 24:57
  just
• 24:58
  even
• 24:58
  see.
• 24:58
  So
• 24:58
  you
• 24:58
  can,
• 24:58
  you
• 24:59
  can
• 24:59
  drill
• 24:59
  down
• 24:59
  into
• 25:00
  it,
• 25:00
  you
• 25:00
  can
• 25:00
  go
• 25:00
  in,
• 25:00
  you
• 25:01
  can
• 25:01
  actually
• 25:01
  use
• 25:01
  it
• 25:01
  for
• 25:01
  keyword
• 25:02
  research.
• 25:02
  Which
• 25:03
  was
• 25:03
  something
• 25:03
  that
• 25:03
  one
• 25:03
  of
• 25:04
  my
• 25:04
  account
• 25:04
  managers
• 25:04
  had
• 25:04
  me
• 25:05
  do,
• 25:05
  which
• 25:05
  was
• 25:06
  why
• 25:06
  are
• 25:06
  my
• 25:06
  items
• 25:07
  not
• 25:07
  selling
• 25:07
  well?
• 25:07
  It
• 25:07
  was
• 25:07
  because
• 25:08
  I
• 25:08
  didn't
• 25:08
  have
• 25:09
  it
• 25:09
  written
• 25:09
  in
• 25:09
  the
• 25:09
  way
• 25:10
  the
• 25:10
  top.
• 25:10
  The
• 25:11
  product
• 25:11
  titles
• 25:11
  written
• 25:11
  in
• 25:12
  the
• 25:12
  way
• 25:12
  that
• 25:13
  people
• 25:13
  are
• 25:13
  searching
• 25:13
  on
• 25:13
  ebay.
• 25:14
  And
• 25:15
  that
• 25:15
  in
• 25:15
  itself
• 25:16
  is
• 25:16
  an.
• 25:16
  Is
• 25:16
  an
• 25:16
  eye
• 25:16
  opener
• 25:17
  when
• 25:17
  you
• 25:17
  use
• 25:17
  a
• 25:17
  tool
• 25:17
  like
• 25:18
  that.
• 25:18
  And
• 25:19
  then
• 25:19
  to
• 25:19
  even
• 25:19
  see
• 25:20
  the
• 25:21
  actual
• 25:21
  sales,
• 25:22
  the
• 25:23
  actual
• 25:23
  asking
• 25:24
  price
• 25:24
  versus
• 25:24
  the
• 25:24
  sold
• 25:25
  price
• 25:25
  over
• 25:26
  a
• 25:26
  period
• 25:26
  of
• 25:26
  whether
• 25:27
  it
• 25:27
  be
• 25:27
  21
• 25:28
  days,
• 25:28
  30
• 25:28
  days,
• 25:29
  three
• 25:29
  months,
• 25:29
  the
• 25:29
  last
• 25:30
  three
• 25:30
  years.
• 25:31
  It's
• 25:31
  a
• 25:31
  fantastic
• 25:32
  tool
• 25:32
  to
• 25:32
  get,
• 25:32
  especially
• 25:32
  when
• 25:33
  you
• 25:33
  start
• 25:33
  seeing
• 25:33
  that
• 25:33
  there
• 25:33
  is
• 25:34
  other
• 25:34
  tools
• 25:34
  out
• 25:34
  there
• 25:34
  that
• 25:35
  will
• 25:35
  give
• 25:35
  you
• 25:35
  this
• 25:36
  information,
• 25:36
  but
• 25:36
  they
• 25:37
  charge
• 25:37
  you
• 25:37
  for
• 25:37
  it.
• 25:38
  So
• 25:38
  to
• 25:38
  have
• 25:39
  access
• 25:39
  to
• 25:39
  this,
• 25:40
  again
• 25:41
  as
• 25:41
  a
• 25:41
  small
• 25:41
  business
• 25:41
  owner
• 25:42
  is
• 25:42
  absolutely
• 25:42
  fantastic.
• 25:44
  So
• 25:45
  what
• 25:45
  would
• 25:45
  you
• 25:45
  do
• 25:45
  with
• 25:45
  the
• 25:45
  information
• 25:46
  if
• 25:46
  you
• 25:46
  see
• 25:46
  your
• 25:47
  Rancor
• 25:47
  is
• 25:47
  selling
• 25:48
  in
• 25:48
  Spain
• 25:49
  for,
• 25:49
  I
• 25:49
  don't
• 25:49
  know,
• 25:50
  €80
• 25:52
  and
• 25:52
  it
• 25:52
  would
• 25:52
  sell
• 25:53
  just
• 25:53
  for
• 25:53
  60
• 25:53
  in
• 25:54
  Germany,
• 25:54
  would
• 25:54
  you
• 25:54
  change
• 25:54
  the
• 25:55
  prices
• 25:55
  for
• 25:55
  each
• 25:55
  country
• 25:57
  again.
• 25:57
  I'm
• 25:58
  going
• 25:58
  to
• 25:58
  go
• 25:58
  back
• 25:58
  to
• 25:58
  my
• 25:58
  set
• 25:58
  and
• 25:58
  forget
• 25:59
  I'm
• 25:59
  lazy.
• 25:59
  Right.
• 26:00
  Let's
• 26:00
  be
• 26:00
  honest,
• 26:02
  I
• 26:02
  have
• 26:03
  so
• 26:03
  much
• 26:03
  going
• 26:03
  on
• 26:03
  at
• 26:04
  this
• 26:04
  point.
• 26:04
  So
• 26:04
  I
• 26:04
  know
• 26:05
  from
• 26:05
  say
• 26:06
  when
• 26:06
  I
• 26:06
  was
• 26:06
  setting
• 26:06
  up
• 26:06
  ebay
• 26:07
  mag,
• 26:07
  what
• 26:07
  I
• 26:07
  looked
• 26:08
  at
• 26:08
  was
• 26:09
  what's
• 26:09
  the
• 26:09
  actual
• 26:09
  ebay
• 26:09
  fees
• 26:10
  that
• 26:10
  I'm
• 26:10
  losing
• 26:10
  per
• 26:10
  market
• 26:11
  and
• 26:12
  what
• 26:13
  is
• 26:13
  the
• 26:13
  average
• 26:14
  asking
• 26:14
  price
• 26:14
  that
• 26:15
  I'm
• 26:15
  selling
• 26:15
  stuff
• 26:15
  for?
• 26:16
  So
• 26:16
  based
• 26:16
  on
• 26:17
  that,
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  threw
• 26:17
  it
• 26:17
  in.
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  used.
• 26:18
  God,
• 26:19
  I
• 26:19
  used
• 26:19
  my
• 26:19
  brain
• 26:19
  before,
• 26:20
  before
• 26:20
  AI
• 26:20
  came
• 26:20
  along,
• 26:21
  I
• 26:21
  used
• 26:21
  my
• 26:21
  brain
• 26:21
  and
• 26:21
  I
• 26:21
  kind
• 26:22
  of
• 26:22
  put
• 26:23
  all
• 26:23
  this
• 26:23
  into
• 26:23
  Google
• 26:23
  sheets,
• 26:24
  came
• 26:24
  up
• 26:24
  with
• 26:24
  a
• 26:24
  formula
• 26:25
  and
• 26:25
  then
• 26:25
  when
• 26:25
  I
• 26:26
  list
• 26:26
  on
• 26:26
  ebay
• 26:26
  mag
• 26:26
  I'll
• 26:27
  set
• 26:27
  it
• 26:27
  that
• 26:27
  each
• 26:28
  marketplace
• 26:28
  is.
• 26:29
  The
• 26:30
  asking
• 26:30
  price
• 26:30
  is
• 26:31
  say
• 26:31
  10%,
• 26:32
  20%
• 26:32
  or
• 26:33
  30%
• 26:33
  above
• 26:34
  my
• 26:34
  base
• 26:35
  website
• 26:36
  asking
• 26:36
  price.
• 26:37
  Now
• 26:37
  I
• 26:37
  will
• 26:38
  also
• 26:38
  mark
• 26:38
  it
• 26:38
  a
• 26:38
  little
• 26:39
  bit
• 26:39
  higher
• 26:39
  which
• 26:40
  is
• 26:40
  a
• 26:40
  weird
• 26:40
  trick
• 26:40
  that
• 26:41
  I
• 26:41
  got
• 26:41
  from
• 26:41
  talking
• 26:42
  to
• 26:42
  other
• 26:42
  sellers.
• 26:43
  I
• 26:43
  will
• 26:43
  mark
• 26:43
  it
• 26:44
  up
• 26:44
  a
• 26:44
  little
• 26:44
  bit
• 26:44
  higher
• 26:44
  than
• 26:44
  what
• 26:45
  I
• 26:45
  actually
• 26:45
  want
• 26:45
  because
• 26:45
  then
• 26:46
  I
• 26:46
  can
• 26:46
  enable
• 26:46
  best
• 26:47
  offer.
• 26:48
  And
• 26:49
  it's
• 26:49
  very
• 26:50
  interesting
• 26:50
  to
• 26:50
  see
• 26:50
  what
• 26:50
  I
• 26:51
  might
• 26:51
  have
• 26:51
  thought
• 26:51
  was
• 26:51
  oh,
• 26:52
  I'll
• 26:52
  just
• 26:52
  put
• 26:52
  it
• 26:52
  up
• 26:52
  say
• 26:52
  for
• 26:53
  €25
• 26:53
  or
• 26:54
  best
• 26:54
  offer.
• 26:54
  But
• 26:55
  if
• 26:55
  someone
• 26:55
  say
• 26:55
  to
• 26:55
  me
• 26:55
  put
• 26:55
  it
• 26:56
  up
• 26:56
  for
• 26:56
  35
• 26:56
  and
• 26:56
  you're
• 26:57
  thinking,
• 26:57
  Jesus,
• 26:58
  that's
• 26:58
  a
• 26:58
  bit,
• 26:58
  that's
• 26:58
  a
• 26:58
  bit
• 26:59
  much
• 26:59
  now.
• 27:00
  But
• 27:00
  there
• 27:00
  will
• 27:01
  be
• 27:01
  somebody
• 27:01
  that
• 27:01
  will
• 27:01
  come
• 27:01
  along
• 27:02
  and
• 27:02
  offer
• 27:02
  you
• 27:02
  30
• 27:03
  instead
• 27:03
  of
• 27:03
  the
• 27:03
  25
• 27:04
  that
• 27:04
  you
• 27:04
  were
• 27:04
  looking
• 27:04
  for.
• 27:05
  So
• 27:05
  it's
• 27:05
  very.
• 27:05
  Never
• 27:06
  assume
• 27:06
  that
• 27:06
  you
• 27:06
  kind
• 27:06
  of
• 27:07
  know
• 27:07
  the
• 27:07
  buyer's
• 27:08
  purchasing
• 27:08
  power
• 27:09
  I
• 27:09
  guess
• 27:09
  is
• 27:09
  the
• 27:10
  best
• 27:10
  way
• 27:10
  to
• 27:10
  answer
• 27:11
  that
• 27:11
  question.
• 27:12
  Yeah,
• 27:12
  and
• 27:13
  pain
• 27:13
  point
• 27:13
  in
• 27:14
  a
• 27:14
  way.
• 27:15
  So
• 27:15
  yeah,
• 27:16
  that's
• 27:16
  interesting
• 27:16
  how
• 27:16
  you
• 27:16
  do
• 27:17
  that.
• 27:17
  So
• 27:17
  Isabel,
• 27:18
  is
• 27:18
  that
• 27:18
  something
• 27:18
  that
• 27:18
  you've
• 27:19
  heard
• 27:19
  from
• 27:19
  other
• 27:19
  sellers
• 27:20
  before
• 27:20
  or
• 27:20
  is
• 27:21
  that
• 27:21
  I
• 27:21
  don't
• 27:22
  know
• 27:22
  the
• 27:22
  Kim
• 27:23
  set
• 27:23
  and
• 27:23
  forget
• 27:24
  brand
• 27:26
  on
• 27:26
  how
• 27:26
  to
• 27:26
  use
• 27:27
  this?
• 27:28
  I,
• 27:29
  I
• 27:29
  have
• 27:29
  heard
• 27:29
  it
• 27:29
  from,
• 27:30
  from
• 27:30
  a
• 27:30
  few
• 27:30
  other
• 27:30
  sellers
• 27:31
  also
• 27:31
  on
• 27:31
  their
• 27:32
  domestic
• 27:32
  listings
• 27:33
  actually.
• 27:33
  So
• 27:34
  not
• 27:34
  really
• 27:35
  just
• 27:35
  in,
• 27:35
  in
• 27:35
  terms
• 27:36
  of
• 27:36
  international
• 27:37
  selling,
• 27:39
  but
• 27:39
  what
• 27:39
  I
• 27:39
  also
• 27:39
  heard
• 27:40
  from
• 27:40
  from
• 27:40
  other
• 27:40
  sellers
• 27:41
  and
• 27:41
  sorry
• 27:41
  Kim,
• 27:42
  is
• 27:42
  that
• 27:42
  they
• 27:42
  are
• 27:43
  doing
• 27:43
  frequent
• 27:43
  analysis,
• 27:44
  are
• 27:44
  frequent,
• 27:44
  are
• 27:45
  doing
• 27:45
  frequent
• 27:45
  price
• 27:46
  adjustments
• 27:46
  and
• 27:46
  are
• 27:47
  basically
• 27:47
  just
• 27:48
  updating
• 27:48
  their
• 27:48
  systems
• 27:49
  from
• 27:49
  time
• 27:49
  to
• 27:49
  time
• 27:50
  just
• 27:50
  to
• 27:50
  be
• 27:51
  basically
• 27:52
  on,
• 27:52
  on,
• 27:52
  on
• 27:53
  the
• 27:53
  latest
• 27:53
  state
• 27:53
  of
• 27:54
  what
• 27:54
  the
• 27:54
  prices
• 27:54
  actually
• 27:55
  are.
• 27:56
  So
• 27:56
  I
• 27:56
  would
• 27:56
  say
• 27:57
  it
• 27:57
  really
• 27:57
  depends
• 27:57
  on,
• 27:58
  on
• 27:58
  the
• 27:58
  strategy
• 27:58
  and
• 27:58
  where
• 27:59
  you
• 27:59
  want
• 27:59
  to
• 27:59
  focus
• 27:59
  your
• 28:00
  energy
• 28:00
  on.
• 28:01
  But
• 28:01
  yeah,
• 28:02
  we
• 28:02
  definitely
• 28:02
  also
• 28:03
  see
• 28:03
  sellers
• 28:03
  who
• 28:03
  are
• 28:04
  really
• 28:05
  strategically
• 28:06
  focused
• 28:06
  on
• 28:06
  updating
• 28:07
  their
• 28:07
  prices
• 28:08
  almost
• 28:08
  on,
• 28:08
  on
• 28:08
  a
• 28:09
  daily
• 28:09
  basis.
• 28:09
  But
• 28:10
  as
• 28:10
  you
• 28:10
  heard,
• 28:10
  just
• 28:10
  heard
• 28:11
  from
• 28:11
  Kim,
• 28:11
  it's
• 28:11
  not
• 28:12
  a
• 28:12
  must
• 28:12
  and
• 28:12
  there's.
• 28:13
  Always.
• 28:15
  A
• 28:15
  trade
• 28:15
  off,
• 28:15
  trade
• 28:16
  off
• 28:16
  when
• 28:16
  you
• 28:16
  Just
• 28:16
  do,
• 28:17
  do
• 28:17
  best
• 28:17
  offer.
• 28:18
  What
• 28:18
  I
• 28:18
  also
• 28:19
  heard
• 28:19
  from
• 28:19
  one
• 28:20
  seller
• 28:20
  is
• 28:20
  that
• 28:21
  he
• 28:21
  said
• 28:21
  he
• 28:22
  just
• 28:22
  has
• 28:22
  so
• 28:23
  many
• 28:23
  listings
• 28:24
  and
• 28:24
  he
• 28:24
  went
• 28:24
  back
• 28:25
  to
• 28:25
  the
• 28:25
  auction
• 28:25
  style.
• 28:26
  So
• 28:27
  he's
• 28:27
  just
• 28:27
  putting
• 28:28
  everything,
• 28:28
  I
• 28:28
  think,
• 28:29
  for
• 28:29
  €10
• 28:30
  across
• 28:30
  the
• 28:30
  globe,
• 28:32
  just
• 28:33
  doing
• 28:33
  auctions.
• 28:34
  So
• 28:34
  he's
• 28:34
  also
• 28:34
  trading
• 28:36
  collectible
• 28:36
  stuff.
• 28:37
  So
• 28:37
  always
• 28:37
  has
• 28:38
  just
• 28:38
  one
• 28:38
  item
• 28:39
  in
• 28:39
  stock,
• 28:40
  basically
• 28:40
  from
• 28:40
  every
• 28:40
  listing.
• 28:41
  And
• 28:41
  he
• 28:41
  says
• 28:41
  in
• 28:42
  the
• 28:42
  end
• 28:42
  it's
• 28:42
  just.
• 28:42
  It's
• 28:43
  just
• 28:43
  math.
• 28:44
  Sometimes
• 28:44
  he
• 28:44
  gets
• 28:44
  hundreds
• 28:45
  of
• 28:45
  euros
• 28:45
  for
• 28:45
  items
• 28:47
  also
• 28:47
  from.
• 28:47
  From
• 28:48
  France
• 28:48
  or
• 28:48
  it.
• 28:48
  We
• 28:49
  never
• 28:49
  expected
• 28:50
  someone
• 28:50
  actually
• 28:50
  buying,
• 28:51
  like,
• 28:51
  old,
• 28:52
  old
• 28:52
  stuff.
• 28:53
  Yeah.
• 28:53
  So
• 28:54
  in
• 28:54
  the
• 28:54
  end,
• 28:54
  it's
• 28:54
  just
• 28:54
  a
• 28:55
  calculation
• 28:56
  thing
• 28:56
  that
• 28:56
  sellers
• 28:56
  have
• 28:57
  to
• 28:57
  decide
• 28:57
  for
• 28:57
  their
• 28:57
  business.
• 28:59
  Yeah.
• 28:59
  And
• 29:00
  just
• 29:00
  to
• 29:00
  add
• 29:00
  on
• 29:01
  to
• 29:01
  that
• 29:01
  as
• 29:01
  well,
• 29:01
  from.
• 29:02
  I
• 29:02
  suppose
• 29:02
  if
• 29:03
  I.
• 29:03
  If
• 29:03
  we.
• 29:03
  If
• 29:03
  Ireland
• 29:04
  was
• 29:04
  part,
• 29:04
  physically
• 29:05
  part
• 29:05
  of
• 29:05
  the
• 29:05
  eu,
• 29:07
  it
• 29:07
  would
• 29:07
  actually
• 29:08
  for
• 29:08
  me
• 29:08
  to
• 29:08
  buy
• 29:09
  stock
• 29:09
  in
• 29:09
  so
• 29:10
  much
• 29:10
  cheaper.
• 29:11
  So
• 29:12
  the
• 29:12
  reason
• 29:12
  that
• 29:13
  I
• 29:13
  wouldn't
• 29:13
  say
• 29:13
  look
• 29:13
  at
• 29:13
  the.
• 29:14
  The
• 29:14
  pricing
• 29:15
  and
• 29:15
  adjust
• 29:15
  it
• 29:16
  is
• 29:16
  one,
• 29:16
  I'm
• 29:16
  lazy.
• 29:17
  But
• 29:17
  two,
• 29:17
  also
• 29:18
  because
• 29:18
  it
• 29:18
  does
• 29:19
  actually
• 29:19
  cost
• 29:19
  us,
• 29:20
  say,
• 29:20
  Irish
• 29:20
  sellers,
• 29:21
  because
• 29:21
  we're
• 29:21
  on
• 29:21
  an
• 29:21
  island.
• 29:22
  It.
• 29:22
  It
• 29:22
  does
• 29:22
  cost
• 29:23
  us
• 29:23
  that
• 29:23
  bit
• 29:23
  more
• 29:23
  to
• 29:24
  physically
• 29:24
  get
• 29:24
  it
• 29:24
  from
• 29:25
  point
• 29:25
  A
• 29:25
  to
• 29:26
  point
• 29:26
  B
• 29:26
  and
• 29:26
  then
• 29:27
  to
• 29:27
  send
• 29:27
  it
• 29:27
  from
• 29:28
  point
• 29:28
  B
• 29:28
  back
• 29:29
  into
• 29:29
  Europe.
• 29:30
  So
• 29:30
  it's
• 29:31
  absolutely
• 29:31
  like,
• 29:32
  I
• 29:32
  know
• 29:32
  when
• 29:32
  I
• 29:32
  was
• 29:33
  using
• 29:33
  Amazon,
• 29:33
  they
• 29:33
  would
• 29:34
  really
• 29:34
  drill
• 29:34
  into
• 29:34
  you
• 29:35
  that
• 29:35
  you
• 29:35
  have
• 29:35
  to
• 29:35
  be
• 29:36
  the
• 29:36
  best
• 29:36
  price
• 29:36
  every
• 29:37
  single
• 29:37
  time.
• 29:37
  And
• 29:38
  it
• 29:38
  was
• 29:38
  almost
• 29:38
  like
• 29:38
  a
• 29:38
  race
• 29:38
  to
• 29:39
  the
• 29:39
  bottom.
• 29:40
  However,
• 29:40
  I
• 29:40
  love
• 29:40
  the
• 29:41
  fact
• 29:41
  that
• 29:42
  I
• 29:42
  have
• 29:42
  the
• 29:42
  freedom
• 29:43
  to
• 29:43
  choose
• 29:44
  what
• 29:44
  way
• 29:45
  that
• 29:45
  I
• 29:45
  want
• 29:45
  to
• 29:45
  do
• 29:45
  it.
• 29:46
  Do
• 29:46
  I
• 29:46
  want
• 29:46
  to
• 29:46
  do
• 29:46
  the
• 29:46
  race
• 29:46
  at
• 29:47
  the
• 29:47
  bottom
• 29:47
  or
• 29:47
  do
• 29:47
  I
• 29:47
  want
• 29:47
  to
• 29:48
  just
• 29:48
  set,
• 29:49
  forget
• 29:49
  and
• 29:49
  be
• 29:50
  lazy
• 29:50
  and
• 29:50
  kind
• 29:50
  of
• 29:50
  let
• 29:51
  that
• 29:51
  kind
• 29:51
  of
• 29:51
  tune
• 29:52
  to
• 29:52
  my
• 29:52
  business
• 29:52
  style?
• 29:53
  It's.
• 29:53
  The
• 29:53
  options
• 29:54
  that
• 29:54
  you
• 29:54
  have
• 29:55
  is
• 29:55
  brilliant.
• 29:57
  Yeah,
• 29:57
  that's.
• 29:58
  That's
• 29:58
  really
• 29:58
  great.
• 29:58
  What.
• 29:59
  And
• 29:59
  also
• 29:59
  what
• 30:00
  Isabel,
• 30:00
  you
• 30:00
  said
• 30:01
  with
• 30:01
  the
• 30:01
  idea
• 30:01
  of
• 30:01
  the
• 30:02
  seller
• 30:02
  to
• 30:02
  just
• 30:02
  go
• 30:02
  back
• 30:03
  to
• 30:03
  two
• 30:03
  auctions,
• 30:04
  because
• 30:04
  that
• 30:04
  is
• 30:04
  working
• 30:05
  best
• 30:05
  for.
• 30:05
  For
• 30:06
  him,
• 30:06
  that
• 30:06
  is
• 30:06
  just
• 30:07
  that,
• 30:07
  freedom
• 30:07
  of
• 30:07
  choice.
• 30:08
  And
• 30:08
  how
• 30:08
  you.
• 30:09
  How
• 30:09
  you
• 30:09
  do
• 30:10
  your
• 30:10
  business.
• 30:11
  As
• 30:11
  you've
• 30:12
  been
• 30:12
  talking
• 30:12
  about
• 30:13
  being
• 30:13
  an
• 30:14
  island
• 30:14
  and
• 30:14
  how
• 30:15
  that
• 30:15
  affects
• 30:15
  your
• 30:16
  costs,
• 30:16
  let's
• 30:17
  turn
• 30:17
  the
• 30:17
  conversation
• 30:18
  a
• 30:18
  bit
• 30:18
  to
• 30:18
  the
• 30:18
  point
• 30:18
  of
• 30:18
  shipping,
• 30:19
  because
• 30:19
  this
• 30:19
  is
• 30:19
  a
• 30:20
  big
• 30:20
  part
• 30:20
  of
• 30:20
  internationalization.
• 30:21
  Bless
• 30:22
  you,
• 30:22
  Isola.
• 30:24
  So,
• 30:24
  Kim,
• 30:25
  how
• 30:25
  are
• 30:25
  you
• 30:25
  doing
• 30:26
  that?
• 30:26
  Are
• 30:27
  you
• 30:27
  shipping
• 30:27
  everything
• 30:27
  by
• 30:28
  yourself?
• 30:28
  Do
• 30:28
  you
• 30:28
  have
• 30:28
  a
• 30:28
  provider?
• 30:30
  What
• 30:30
  are
• 30:30
  you.
• 30:31
  How
• 30:31
  are
• 30:31
  you
• 30:31
  doing
• 30:31
  it?
• 30:32
  So
• 30:33
  it's
• 30:33
  actually
• 30:33
  a
• 30:33
  bit
• 30:33
  of
• 30:33
  a
• 30:34
  pathway.
• 30:34
  So
• 30:34
  as.
• 30:35
  As
• 30:35
  a
• 30:35
  lot
• 30:35
  of
• 30:35
  small
• 30:35
  businesses
• 30:36
  know
• 30:36
  out
• 30:36
  there,
• 30:37
  a
• 30:37
  lot
• 30:37
  of
• 30:37
  the
• 30:37
  pricing
• 30:38
  that
• 30:38
  you
• 30:38
  get.
• 30:38
  So
• 30:39
  if
• 30:39
  you're
• 30:39
  reaching
• 30:39
  out
• 30:40
  to
• 30:40
  your
• 30:40
  local
• 30:40
  postal
• 30:41
  provider,
• 30:41
  the
• 30:41
  first
• 30:41
  things
• 30:42
  that
• 30:42
  they
• 30:42
  will
• 30:42
  ask
• 30:42
  you
• 30:42
  is
• 30:42
  what
• 30:43
  volume
• 30:43
  are
• 30:43
  you
• 30:43
  sending
• 30:44
  and
• 30:45
  you're
• 30:45
  not
• 30:45
  going
• 30:46
  to
• 30:46
  get
• 30:46
  as
• 30:46
  when
• 30:46
  you're
• 30:47
  starting
• 30:47
  out,
• 30:47
  you're
• 30:47
  not
• 30:47
  going
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  get
• 30:48
  great
• 30:49
  packages
• 30:49
  and
• 30:50
  prices
• 30:50
  because
• 30:51
  your
• 30:51
  volume
• 30:51
  is
• 30:51
  going
• 30:52
  to
• 30:52
  be
• 30:52
  like
• 30:52
  realistically
• 30:53
  here
• 30:53
  what
• 30:54
  they're
• 30:54
  looking
• 30:54
  for
• 30:54
  is
• 30:54
  a
• 30:54
  minimum
• 30:54
  of
• 30:55
  5,000
• 30:55
  packages
• 30:56
  per
• 30:56
  year
• 30:56
  going
• 30:56
  through
• 30:57
  their
• 30:57
  dedicated
• 30:57
  network.
• 30:59
  So
• 30:59
  in
• 30:59
  the
• 31:00
  beginning,
• 31:01
  ebay,
• 31:01
  Ireland
• 31:02
  actually
• 31:02
  has
• 31:02
  packlink
• 31:03
  attached
• 31:03
  to
• 31:03
  it
• 31:04
  and
• 31:05
  I
• 31:05
  could
• 31:06
  actually
• 31:06
  be
• 31:06
  very
• 31:06
  cheeky
• 31:06
  and
• 31:07
  I
• 31:07
  could
• 31:07
  actually
• 31:07
  log
• 31:07
  in.
• 31:07
  I
• 31:08
  discovered
• 31:08
  this
• 31:08
  by
• 31:08
  pure
• 31:08
  chance.
• 31:09
  I
• 31:09
  could
• 31:09
  log
• 31:09
  in
• 31:09
  if
• 31:10
  I
• 31:10
  had
• 31:10
  made
• 31:10
  a
• 31:10
  sale
• 31:10
  on
• 31:10
  my
• 31:10
  own
• 31:11
  website.
• 31:11
  I
• 31:11
  could
• 31:11
  still
• 31:11
  access
• 31:12
  the
• 31:12
  pack
• 31:12
  link
• 31:12
  ebay
• 31:13
  prices
• 31:14
  and
• 31:14
  send
• 31:15
  my
• 31:15
  package
• 31:15
  out
• 31:15
  from
• 31:16
  my
• 31:16
  website
• 31:16
  using
• 31:16
  ebay
• 31:17
  pricing
• 31:17
  because
• 31:17
  it
• 31:17
  had
• 31:18
  that,
• 31:18
  that
• 31:18
  thing
• 31:18
  there.
• 31:19
  So
• 31:19
  it
• 31:19
  was
• 31:19
  absolutely
• 31:19
  fantastic.
• 31:20
  But
• 31:20
  that
• 31:20
  only
• 31:21
  worked
• 31:21
  for
• 31:21
  Ireland.
• 31:22
  I
• 31:22
  couldn't
• 31:22
  use
• 31:22
  it
• 31:23
  for
• 31:23
  international
• 31:23
  shipping.
• 31:24
  So
• 31:24
  then
• 31:25
  because
• 31:25
  of
• 31:25
  my
• 31:25
  actual
• 31:26
  sales
• 31:26
  started
• 31:26
  growing,
• 31:27
  growing,
• 31:27
  growing
• 31:27
  and
• 31:27
  then
• 31:28
  I
• 31:28
  was
• 31:28
  able
• 31:28
  to.
• 31:29
  One
• 31:29
  of
• 31:29
  the
• 31:29
  things
• 31:29
  that
• 31:29
  you
• 31:30
  have
• 31:30
  to
• 31:30
  keep,
• 31:30
  keep
• 31:31
  on
• 31:31
  top
• 31:31
  of
• 31:32
  is
• 31:32
  when
• 31:32
  you're
• 31:32
  negotiating
• 31:33
  these
• 31:33
  prices,
• 31:34
  you
• 31:34
  have
• 31:34
  to
• 31:34
  know
• 31:35
  what's
• 31:35
  your
• 31:35
  average
• 31:35
  dimensions,
• 31:36
  what's
• 31:36
  how
• 31:36
  many
• 31:36
  packages,
• 31:37
  what's
• 31:37
  the
• 31:37
  weight,
• 31:37
  where
• 31:38
  are
• 31:38
  they
• 31:38
  going
• 31:38
  to.
• 31:39
  So
• 31:39
  once
• 31:39
  I
• 31:40
  started
• 31:40
  having
• 31:40
  the
• 31:40
  volume,
• 31:41
  I
• 31:42
  was
• 31:42
  able
• 31:42
  to
• 31:42
  reach
• 31:42
  out
• 31:42
  to
• 31:42
  these
• 31:43
  companies
• 31:43
  and
• 31:43
  I've
• 31:43
  been
• 31:43
  through
• 31:44
  our
• 31:44
  official
• 31:45
  government
• 31:45
  carrier
• 31:46
  on
• 31:46
  post,
• 31:46
  who
• 31:46
  are
• 31:47
  fantastic.
• 31:48
  And
• 31:48
  then
• 31:48
  I
• 31:48
  went
• 31:48
  to
• 31:49
  a
• 31:49
  couple
• 31:49
  of
• 31:49
  other
• 31:49
  courier
• 31:50
  companies
• 31:50
  that
• 31:51
  some
• 31:51
  would
• 31:51
  only
• 31:51
  kind
• 31:51
  of
• 31:52
  specialize
• 31:52
  in
• 31:52
  Ireland
• 31:52
  and
• 31:53
  the
• 31:53
  UK
• 31:53
  and
• 31:53
  then
• 31:54
  others
• 31:54
  were
• 31:54
  all
• 31:54
  over
• 31:54
  the
• 31:54
  place.
• 31:55
  And
• 31:55
  finally
• 31:56
  I've
• 31:56
  actually
• 31:56
  weirdly
• 31:57
  settled
• 31:57
  on
• 31:57
  ups
• 31:58
  and
• 31:58
  before
• 31:59
  I
• 31:59
  would
• 31:59
  have
• 31:59
  dismissed
• 31:59
  them,
• 32:00
  but
• 32:00
  they're
• 32:00
  literally
• 32:00
  giving
• 32:00
  me
• 32:00
  free
• 32:01
  boxes.
• 32:01
  I
• 32:01
  was
• 32:01
  spending
• 32:02
  2,300€
• 32:03
  a
• 32:03
  month
• 32:03
  on
• 32:04
  boxes.
• 32:05
  In
• 32:05
  part
• 32:05
  of
• 32:06
  their
• 32:06
  actual
• 32:06
  package,
• 32:06
  they're
• 32:07
  giving
• 32:07
  me
• 32:07
  free
• 32:07
  boxes
• 32:07
  that
• 32:08
  covers
• 32:08
  the
• 32:08
  majority
• 32:08
  of
• 32:09
  my
• 32:09
  stuff.
• 32:09
  So
• 32:09
  that's.
• 32:09
  Even
• 32:10
  though
• 32:10
  they
• 32:10
  seemed
• 32:10
  a
• 32:10
  bit
• 32:10
  more
• 32:10
  expensive,
• 32:12
  the
• 32:12
  cost
• 32:13
  saving
• 32:13
  was
• 32:13
  actually
• 32:13
  there.
• 32:14
  On
• 32:14
  top
• 32:14
  of
• 32:14
  that,
• 32:14
  they're
• 32:15
  saving
• 32:15
  me
• 32:15
  time
• 32:15
  by
• 32:15
  physically
• 32:16
  coming
• 32:16
  to
• 32:16
  my
• 32:17
  warehouse
• 32:17
  and
• 32:17
  picking
• 32:18
  up.
• 32:18
  So
• 32:18
  I'm,
• 32:18
  I'm
• 32:18
  saving
• 32:19
  time
• 32:19
  having
• 32:19
  to.
• 32:19
  Instead
• 32:20
  of
• 32:20
  printing
• 32:21
  off
• 32:21
  labels
• 32:21
  and
• 32:21
  going
• 32:21
  to
• 32:22
  the
• 32:22
  post
• 32:22
  office
• 32:22
  and
• 32:22
  losing
• 32:22
  two
• 32:23
  hours
• 32:23
  a
• 32:23
  day,
• 32:24
  they're
• 32:24
  coming,
• 32:24
  picking
• 32:25
  it
• 32:25
  up
• 32:26
  and
• 32:26
  there's
• 32:27
  full
• 32:27
  transparency
• 32:28
  in
• 32:28
  terms
• 32:28
  of
• 32:29
  where
• 32:29
  it's
• 32:29
  going,
• 32:30
  how
• 32:30
  it's
• 32:30
  been
• 32:30
  delivered.
• 32:30
  My
• 32:31
  actual
• 32:32
  losses
• 32:32
  for
• 32:33
  say,
• 32:33
  items
• 32:33
  not
• 32:34
  received
• 32:34
  on
• 32:34
  time,
• 32:35
  packages
• 32:36
  gone
• 32:36
  missing
• 32:37
  completely
• 32:37
  have.
• 32:38
  They're
• 32:39
  pretty
• 32:39
  much
• 32:39
  the
• 32:39
  like.
• 32:40
  I
• 32:40
  actually
• 32:40
  have
• 32:40
  one
• 32:40
  at
• 32:40
  the
• 32:41
  moment
• 32:41
  where
• 32:41
  the
• 32:41
  UPS
• 32:42
  has
• 32:42
  actually
• 32:42
  delivered
• 32:43
  physically
• 32:43
  the
• 32:43
  wrong
• 32:43
  package
• 32:44
  to
• 32:44
  the
• 32:44
  customer
• 32:45
  and
• 32:45
  the
• 32:45
  customer
• 32:45
  is
• 32:45
  actually
• 32:45
  really
• 32:46
  sound.
• 32:46
  He's
• 32:46
  lovely.
• 32:48
  But
• 32:48
  there's
• 32:48
  an
• 32:48
  open
• 32:49
  investigation
• 32:49
  going
• 32:49
  on
• 32:50
  to
• 32:50
  find
• 32:50
  out
• 32:50
  how
• 32:50
  that
• 32:50
  happened
• 32:50
  because
• 32:51
  the
• 32:51
  customer
• 32:51
  still
• 32:51
  hasn't
• 32:51
  got
• 32:51
  his
• 32:52
  package,
• 32:52
  but
• 32:52
  that's
• 32:52
  very,
• 32:53
  very
• 32:53
  rare.
• 32:53
  So
• 32:54
  what
• 32:54
  I
• 32:54
  would
• 32:55
  say
• 32:55
  to
• 32:55
  people
• 32:55
  is
• 32:56
  you
• 32:56
  need
• 32:56
  to
• 32:56
  look
• 32:56
  at
• 32:57
  not
• 32:57
  the
• 32:58
  cheapest
• 32:58
  doesn't
• 32:59
  necessarily
• 32:59
  mean
• 32:59
  the
• 33:00
  best.
• 33:00
  Because
• 33:00
  when
• 33:00
  I
• 33:00
  started
• 33:01
  out,
• 33:01
  there's
• 33:01
  one
• 33:02
  company
• 33:02
  that
• 33:02
  I
• 33:02
  used
• 33:03
  and
• 33:03
  they
• 33:03
  lost
• 33:03
  25%
• 33:04
  of
• 33:04
  my
• 33:04
  packages
• 33:05
  in
• 33:05
  three
• 33:05
  months
• 33:05
  and
• 33:05
  nearly
• 33:05
  killed
• 33:06
  my
• 33:06
  business.
• 33:07
  Ouch.
• 33:08
  Yeah,
• 33:08
  that's
• 33:09
  hot.
• 33:09
  Yeah.
• 33:10
  Yeah,
• 33:11
  okay.
• 33:11
  I
• 33:11
  absolutely
• 33:11
  agree
• 33:12
  on
• 33:12
  that.
• 33:13
  So,
• 33:13
  Isabelle,
• 33:14
  I
• 33:14
  know
• 33:14
  that
• 33:15
  ebay
• 33:15
  is
• 33:15
  also
• 33:16
  off
• 33:16
  offering
• 33:16
  some
• 33:17
  shipping
• 33:17
  opportunities,
• 33:18
  logistics
• 33:18
  opportunities
• 33:19
  for
• 33:19
  their
• 33:20
  sellers.
• 33:20
  So
• 33:20
  maybe
• 33:21
  you
• 33:21
  want
• 33:21
  to
• 33:21
  go
• 33:22
  into
• 33:22
  that
• 33:22
  a
• 33:22
  bit.
• 33:23
  Yeah,
• 33:23
  yeah,
• 33:23
  happy
• 33:23
  to
• 33:24
  do
• 33:24
  so.
• 33:24
  So
• 33:25
  it
• 33:25
  depends
• 33:25
  a
• 33:26
  little
• 33:26
  bit,
• 33:26
  at
• 33:26
  least
• 33:26
  for
• 33:27
  now,
• 33:28
  on
• 33:28
  the
• 33:28
  market
• 33:28
  where
• 33:28
  you're
• 33:29
  actually
• 33:29
  located.
• 33:30
  For
• 33:30
  example,
• 33:30
  in
• 33:31
  some
• 33:31
  markets
• 33:31
  we
• 33:32
  do
• 33:32
  have
• 33:32
  ebay
• 33:32
  international
• 33:34
  shipping
• 33:34
  available
• 33:35
  in
• 33:36
  uk
• 33:36
  we
• 33:37
  do
• 33:37
  have
• 33:37
  the
• 33:38
  global
• 33:38
  shipping
• 33:38
  platform
• 33:39
  available.
• 33:40
  So
• 33:40
  it
• 33:40
  depends
• 33:40
  a
• 33:41
  little
• 33:41
  bit
• 33:41
  on
• 33:41
  where
• 33:41
  you
• 33:41
  are
• 33:41
  located
• 33:42
  and
• 33:44
  what
• 33:44
  you
• 33:44
  want
• 33:44
  to
• 33:44
  get
• 33:44
  out
• 33:44
  of
• 33:45
  it.
• 33:45
  We
• 33:46
  do
• 33:46
  have,
• 33:46
  as
• 33:47
  Kim
• 33:47
  said,
• 33:47
  the
• 33:48
  pack
• 33:48
  link
• 33:48
  opportunity
• 33:50
  available
• 33:50
  in
• 33:50
  the
• 33:51
  most
• 33:51
  of
• 33:51
  our
• 33:52
  European
• 33:52
  markets.
• 33:53
  So
• 33:53
  basically
• 33:54
  you
• 33:54
  just
• 33:54
  go
• 33:55
  to
• 33:55
  the
• 33:55
  platform
• 33:55
  and
• 33:56
  choose
• 33:56
  your
• 33:56
  label
• 33:57
  from
• 33:57
  the
• 33:57
  shipping
• 33:57
  provider
• 33:58
  you
• 33:58
  want
• 33:58
  to
• 33:58
  get
• 33:59
  your
• 33:59
  items
• 33:59
  being
• 34:00
  shipped
• 34:00
  from.
• 34:00
  And
• 34:01
  we
• 34:01
  also
• 34:01
  do
• 34:02
  have
• 34:02
  for
• 34:02
  our
• 34:03
  German
• 34:03
  markets,
• 34:04
  a
• 34:04
  label
• 34:04
  platform
• 34:05
  available
• 34:06
  where
• 34:06
  they
• 34:06
  can
• 34:06
  also
• 34:06
  choose
• 34:07
  where
• 34:08
  they
• 34:08
  want
• 34:08
  their
• 34:09
  labels
• 34:09
  basically
• 34:10
  being
• 34:10
  shipped
• 34:10
  from.
• 34:12
  Maybe
• 34:12
  just
• 34:12
  to
• 34:12
  add
• 34:13
  on
• 34:13
  what
• 34:13
  Kim
• 34:14
  just
• 34:14
  said,
• 34:15
  independently
• 34:16
  of
• 34:16
  what
• 34:16
  provider
• 34:17
  you're
• 34:17
  choosing,
• 34:18
  you
• 34:18
  always
• 34:18
  should
• 34:19
  be
• 34:20
  careful
• 34:20
  in
• 34:21
  adding
• 34:21
  shipping
• 34:22
  tracking
• 34:22
  information
• 34:23
  because
• 34:24
  that
• 34:24
  is
• 34:24
  how
• 34:25
  we
• 34:25
  are
• 34:25
  protecting
• 34:26
  you
• 34:26
  as
• 34:26
  a
• 34:26
  seller.
• 34:27
  And
• 34:28
  this
• 34:28
  is
• 34:28
  how
• 34:28
  you
• 34:28
  can
• 34:28
  ensure
• 34:29
  that
• 34:29
  our
• 34:29
  seller
• 34:30
  protection
• 34:30
  actually
• 34:31
  applies
• 34:31
  for
• 34:31
  your.
• 34:32
  For
• 34:32
  your
• 34:33
  shipment.
• 34:34
  It's
• 34:34
  not
• 34:35
  really
• 34:35
  a
• 34:35
  difference
• 34:36
  from
• 34:36
  your
• 34:36
  domestic
• 34:37
  shipping.
• 34:37
  So
• 34:37
  our
• 34:38
  seller
• 34:38
  protection
• 34:38
  also
• 34:40
  comes
• 34:40
  in
• 34:41
  when
• 34:41
  you're
• 34:41
  shipping
• 34:41
  internationally.
• 34:42
  It's
• 34:42
  just
• 34:42
  that
• 34:43
  you
• 34:43
  have
• 34:43
  to
• 34:43
  have
• 34:44
  really
• 34:44
  this,
• 34:44
  this
• 34:45
  tracking
• 34:45
  information
• 34:46
  to
• 34:46
  make
• 34:47
  us
• 34:48
  able
• 34:49
  to
• 34:49
  decide
• 34:50
  on
• 34:50
  the
• 34:50
  cases.
• 34:52
  Okay.
• 34:54
  I
• 34:54
  have
• 34:55
  to
• 34:55
  look
• 34:55
  a
• 34:55
  bit
• 34:55
  at
• 34:55
  the
• 34:55
  time
• 34:56
  because
• 34:56
  it
• 34:56
  is
• 34:56
  running
• 34:57
  out,
• 34:57
  but
• 34:57
  I
• 34:57
  do
• 34:57
  want
• 34:57
  to
• 34:57
  touch
• 34:58
  upon
• 34:58
  two
• 34:58
  subject
• 34:59
  subjects
• 35:00
  that
• 35:00
  always
• 35:00
  come
• 35:00
  up
• 35:00
  when
• 35:01
  I
• 35:01
  talk
• 35:01
  to
• 35:02
  international
• 35:02
  or
• 35:03
  brands
• 35:03
  and
• 35:03
  retailers
• 35:04
  who
• 35:04
  are
• 35:04
  telling
• 35:05
  me
• 35:05
  that
• 35:05
  they
• 35:05
  can't
• 35:05
  go
• 35:06
  international
• 35:06
  because
• 35:06
  they.
• 35:07
  These
• 35:07
  are
• 35:07
  the
• 35:07
  main
• 35:07
  problems.
• 35:08
  And
• 35:08
  this
• 35:08
  is
• 35:09
  customer
• 35:09
  service
• 35:09
  and
• 35:10
  returns
• 35:11
  and
• 35:12
  maybe
• 35:12
  start
• 35:13
  out
• 35:13
  the
• 35:13
  customer
• 35:13
  service
• 35:14
  because
• 35:15
  you
• 35:15
  can
• 35:15
  say
• 35:15
  that
• 35:16
  ebay
• 35:16
  customers
• 35:16
  do
• 35:17
  have
• 35:17
  a
• 35:17
  bit
• 35:17
  of
• 35:17
  a
• 35:17
  reputation
• 35:18
  on
• 35:18
  that
• 35:18
  they
• 35:19
  tend
• 35:19
  to
• 35:20
  contact
• 35:20
  the
• 35:20
  customer
• 35:21
  service
• 35:21
  a
• 35:21
  bit
• 35:21
  more
• 35:21
  often
• 35:22
  than
• 35:22
  on
• 35:22
  aftermarket
• 35:23
  places.
• 35:23
  So
• 35:23
  how
• 35:24
  does
• 35:24
  that
• 35:24
  work
• 35:24
  out
• 35:24
  with
• 35:25
  international
• 35:26
  customers?
• 35:28
  Kim,
• 35:28
  you
• 35:28
  said
• 35:29
  you're
• 35:29
  not
• 35:29
  great
• 35:29
  with
• 35:29
  languages,
• 35:30
  so
• 35:31
  how
• 35:31
  do
• 35:31
  you
• 35:31
  deal
• 35:31
  with
• 35:31
  that?
• 35:33
  Weirdly,
• 35:34
  ebay
• 35:34
  has
• 35:35
  a
• 35:35
  fantastic.
• 35:35
  Not
• 35:35
  weirdly
• 35:36
  that
• 35:36
  they
• 35:36
  have
• 35:36
  it,
• 35:36
  but
• 35:36
  they
• 35:36
  actually
• 35:37
  have
• 35:37
  a
• 35:37
  translation
• 35:37
  tool.
• 35:39
  So
• 35:39
  current,
• 35:40
  since
• 35:40
  they've
• 35:40
  done
• 35:40
  the
• 35:40
  Update
• 35:41
  to
• 35:41
  the
• 35:42
  the
• 35:42
  actual
• 35:42
  chat
• 35:42
  function.
• 35:43
  Before
• 35:43
  it
• 35:43
  used
• 35:43
  to
• 35:43
  be
• 35:44
  just
• 35:44
  email,
• 35:44
  used
• 35:44
  to
• 35:44
  be
• 35:45
  email
• 35:45
  messages,
• 35:45
  but
• 35:45
  now
• 35:45
  it's
• 35:46
  like
• 35:46
  a
• 35:46
  live
• 35:46
  chat.
• 35:47
  And
• 35:47
  so
• 35:48
  you
• 35:48
  in
• 35:48
  Italy
• 35:48
  could
• 35:49
  send
• 35:49
  me
• 35:49
  a
• 35:49
  message
• 35:49
  in
• 35:49
  Italian
• 35:50
  and
• 35:50
  it
• 35:50
  automatically
• 35:51
  lands
• 35:51
  on
• 35:51
  my
• 35:51
  messages
• 35:52
  as
• 35:52
  in
• 35:53
  English,
• 35:53
  which
• 35:53
  is
• 35:53
  fantastic.
• 35:54
  That
• 35:54
  only
• 35:55
  weirdly
• 35:55
  works
• 35:55
  on
• 35:55
  desktop,
• 35:56
  doesn't
• 35:57
  work
• 35:57
  on
• 35:57
  mobile
• 35:57
  at
• 35:57
  the
• 35:57
  moment.
• 35:59
  And
• 36:00
  I
• 36:00
  don't
• 36:00
  know
• 36:00
  if
• 36:01
  it's
• 36:01
  just
• 36:01
  my
• 36:01
  customer
• 36:01
  base.
• 36:02
  I
• 36:02
  have
• 36:02
  to
• 36:02
  kind
• 36:02
  of
• 36:02
  disagree
• 36:03
  in
• 36:03
  terms
• 36:03
  of
• 36:03
  what
• 36:03
  you're
• 36:04
  saying
• 36:04
  about
• 36:04
  ebay
• 36:04
  customers
• 36:05
  having
• 36:05
  a
• 36:05
  bad
• 36:05
  reputation.
• 36:06
  Touch
• 36:07
  wood.
• 36:09
  I've
• 36:09
  only
• 36:09
  had
• 36:09
  one
• 36:09
  nightmare
• 36:10
  customer
• 36:10
  and
• 36:10
  that
• 36:10
  was
• 36:10
  recently.
• 36:12
  But
• 36:12
  I
• 36:13
  haven't
• 36:13
  had
• 36:13
  that.
• 36:13
  And
• 36:13
  I
• 36:14
  think
• 36:14
  that's
• 36:14
  because
• 36:14
  when
• 36:14
  I
• 36:14
  worked
• 36:15
  in
• 36:15
  the
• 36:15
  bank
• 36:15
  I
• 36:15
  actually
• 36:15
  worked
• 36:16
  in
• 36:16
  customer
• 36:16
  complaints.
• 36:17
  So
• 36:17
  I
• 36:17
  don't
• 36:18
  know
• 36:18
  if
• 36:18
  that's
• 36:19
  me
• 36:19
  just
• 36:20
  knowing,
• 36:20
  taking
• 36:20
  that
• 36:20
  knowledge
• 36:21
  and
• 36:21
  placing
• 36:21
  it,
• 36:21
  making
• 36:22
  sure
• 36:22
  that
• 36:22
  I
• 36:22
  kind
• 36:22
  of
• 36:22
  give
• 36:22
  almost
• 36:23
  too
• 36:23
  much
• 36:23
  information
• 36:24
  in
• 36:24
  my
• 36:24
  listings
• 36:24
  to
• 36:24
  cover
• 36:25
  all
• 36:25
  bases
• 36:26
  versus
• 36:27
  somebody
• 36:27
  who's
• 36:27
  just,
• 36:27
  you
• 36:28
  know,
• 36:28
  if
• 36:28
  you're
• 36:28
  just
• 36:28
  taking
• 36:28
  a
• 36:29
  picture,
• 36:30
  a
• 36:30
  single
• 36:30
  picture
• 36:30
  front
• 36:31
  and
• 36:31
  back
• 36:31
  of
• 36:31
  a
• 36:31
  collectible
• 36:32
  and
• 36:32
  you're
• 36:32
  looking
• 36:32
  for
• 36:32
  €400
• 36:33
  for
• 36:33
  something
• 36:34
  like
• 36:34
  that,
• 36:34
  you're
• 36:34
  gonna
• 36:35
  run
• 36:35
  into
• 36:35
  problems.
• 36:36
  Whereas
• 36:37
  if
• 36:37
  you
• 36:37
  literally
• 36:38
  take
• 36:38
  the
• 36:38
  time
• 36:39
  to
• 36:39
  take,
• 36:39
  it
• 36:40
  doesn't
• 36:40
  matter
• 36:40
  if
• 36:40
  it's
• 36:40
  a
• 36:40
  €10
• 36:41
  item
• 36:41
  or
• 36:41
  if
• 36:41
  it's
• 36:41
  a
• 36:42
  €400
• 36:42
  item,
• 36:43
  if
• 36:43
  it's
• 36:43
  pre
• 36:43
  owned,
• 36:44
  you
• 36:44
  need
• 36:44
  to
• 36:44
  be
• 36:45
  taking
• 36:45
  the
• 36:45
  time
• 36:46
  to
• 36:47
  take
• 36:47
  the
• 36:47
  product,
• 36:48
  describe
• 36:48
  it
• 36:48
  accurately,
• 36:49
  take
• 36:49
  the
• 36:49
  product
• 36:50
  listings
• 36:50
  photos
• 36:51
  and
• 36:52
  put
• 36:52
  accurate
• 36:52
  information
• 36:53
  into
• 36:53
  your
• 36:53
  listing.
• 36:54
  Because
• 36:54
  if
• 36:54
  you
• 36:54
  don't
• 36:55
  do
• 36:55
  that,
• 36:55
  that's
• 36:56
  when
• 36:56
  you're
• 36:56
  going
• 36:56
  to
• 36:56
  lose
• 36:57
  your
• 36:57
  case
• 36:57
  on
• 36:58
  item
• 36:58
  not
• 36:58
  described
• 36:59
  or
• 36:59
  you
• 36:59
  know
• 36:59
  it's
• 36:59
  faulty
• 37:00
  or
• 37:00
  something
• 37:00
  along
• 37:00
  those
• 37:01
  lines.
• 37:02
  So
• 37:03
  I
• 37:03
  again,
• 37:04
  I
• 37:04
  don't
• 37:04
  know
• 37:04
  if
• 37:04
  that's
• 37:04
  just
• 37:05
  I've
• 37:05
  been
• 37:05
  lucky
• 37:05
  or
• 37:05
  if
• 37:05
  that's
• 37:05
  just
• 37:06
  the
• 37:06
  way
• 37:06
  I
• 37:06
  do
• 37:06
  business.
• 37:06
  But
• 37:07
  I
• 37:07
  have
• 37:07
  not
• 37:07
  had
• 37:07
  those
• 37:08
  apart
• 37:08
  from
• 37:08
  that
• 37:09
  one
• 37:09
  guy
• 37:09
  recently.
• 37:09
  I
• 37:09
  haven't
• 37:10
  had
• 37:10
  those
• 37:10
  nightmare
• 37:10
  scenarios
• 37:11
  because
• 37:11
  of
• 37:11
  that.
• 37:13
  Okay,
• 37:13
  absolutely
• 37:14
  agree
• 37:14
  on
• 37:14
  product
• 37:15
  listings
• 37:15
  have
• 37:16
  to
• 37:16
  be
• 37:16
  100%
• 37:16
  so
• 37:17
  that
• 37:17
  you
• 37:18
  avoid
• 37:18
  all
• 37:18
  that
• 37:19
  problems.
• 37:19
  But
• 37:20
  still,
• 37:21
  Isabelle,
• 37:21
  you
• 37:21
  know
• 37:21
  where
• 37:21
  that
• 37:22
  reputation
• 37:22
  is
• 37:22
  coming
• 37:22
  from
• 37:23
  and
• 37:23
  what
• 37:23
  I'm
• 37:23
  talking
• 37:23
  about.
• 37:23
  There's
• 37:25
  a
• 37:25
  lot
• 37:25
  of
• 37:25
  going
• 37:26
  on
• 37:26
  sometimes
• 37:27
  in
• 37:27
  some,
• 37:27
  especially
• 37:27
  in
• 37:28
  some
• 37:28
  categories.
• 37:29
  So.
• 37:30
  But
• 37:31
  what
• 37:31
  would
• 37:31
  you
• 37:31
  say
• 37:31
  to
• 37:32
  retailers
• 37:32
  that
• 37:32
  say
• 37:33
  I
• 37:33
  can't
• 37:33
  sell
• 37:33
  internationally
• 37:34
  because
• 37:34
  this
• 37:34
  is
• 37:34
  going
• 37:34
  to
• 37:35
  be
• 37:35
  such
• 37:35
  a
• 37:35
  huge
• 37:35
  problem?
• 37:36
  I
• 37:37
  would
• 37:37
  say
• 37:38
  the
• 37:38
  German
• 37:38
  customers
• 37:39
  are
• 37:39
  always
• 37:39
  a
• 37:40
  little
• 37:40
  bit
• 37:40
  more
• 37:41
  tricky
• 37:41
  than
• 37:42
  comparing
• 37:42
  other
• 37:43
  markets.
• 37:44
  So
• 37:44
  I
• 37:44
  would
• 37:44
  say
• 37:44
  if
• 37:44
  you're
• 37:44
  a
• 37:45
  German
• 37:45
  seller
• 37:46
  and
• 37:46
  you
• 37:46
  can
• 37:46
  already
• 37:46
  deal
• 37:47
  with
• 37:47
  a
• 37:47
  German,
• 37:49
  you
• 37:49
  should
• 37:49
  be
• 37:49
  good
• 37:50
  to
• 37:50
  go
• 37:50
  internationally.
• 37:51
  Maybe
• 37:52
  that's
• 37:52
  the
• 37:52
  first,
• 37:53
  first
• 37:53
  point
• 37:54
  and
• 37:55
  and
• 37:55
  the
• 37:55
  second
• 37:55
  one
• 37:56
  is,
• 37:56
  as
• 37:56
  Kim
• 37:57
  already
• 37:57
  said,
• 37:57
  like
• 37:58
  we
• 37:58
  just
• 37:58
  launched
• 37:59
  this
• 38:00
  translation
• 38:01
  functionality
• 38:01
  within
• 38:01
  our
• 38:02
  M2M
• 38:02
  so
• 38:03
  member
• 38:03
  to
• 38:03
  member
• 38:04
  communications.
• 38:05
  But
• 38:06
  I
• 38:06
  know
• 38:06
  that
• 38:06
  many
• 38:07
  sellers
• 38:07
  are
• 38:07
  actually,
• 38:08
  actually
• 38:08
  not
• 38:08
  touching
• 38:09
  that
• 38:09
  because
• 38:09
  they're
• 38:10
  managing
• 38:10
  their
• 38:11
  customer
• 38:11
  services
• 38:11
  from
• 38:12
  the
• 38:12
  3pp.
• 38:13
  For
• 38:14
  those,
• 38:14
  I
• 38:15
  would
• 38:15
  say
• 38:15
  in
• 38:16
  times
• 38:16
  of
• 38:16
  AI
• 38:17
  it
• 38:17
  should
• 38:17
  become
• 38:18
  easier
• 38:18
  and
• 38:18
  easier
• 38:19
  to
• 38:19
  have
• 38:19
  a
• 38:19
  good
• 38:19
  conversation
• 38:20
  with
• 38:20
  your
• 38:21
  buyers
• 38:21
  in
• 38:21
  their
• 38:22
  native
• 38:22
  language.
• 38:23
  And
• 38:23
  that's
• 38:23
  probably
• 38:23
  also
• 38:24
  the
• 38:24
  point.
• 38:25
  Maybe
• 38:25
  you
• 38:25
  should
• 38:26
  start
• 38:27
  also
• 38:27
  then
• 38:27
  communicating
• 38:28
  in
• 38:28
  their
• 38:28
  language
• 38:29
  just
• 38:29
  to
• 38:29
  make
• 38:29
  a
• 38:29
  step
• 38:30
  towards
• 38:30
  them
• 38:31
  and
• 38:31
  not
• 38:31
  having
• 38:31
  them
• 38:32
  translating
• 38:33
  your
• 38:33
  messages.
• 38:35
  And
• 38:35
  the
• 38:35
  second
• 38:35
  one
• 38:35
  is
• 38:36
  if
• 38:36
  there
• 38:36
  are
• 38:37
  any
• 38:37
  problems
• 38:38
  and
• 38:38
  you
• 38:38
  have
• 38:38
  to
• 38:38
  contact
• 38:39
  the
• 38:39
  ebay
• 38:39
  customer
• 38:40
  service,
• 38:41
  maybe
• 38:41
  that's
• 38:41
  a
• 38:42
  good
• 38:42
  call
• 38:42
  out
• 38:42
  that
• 38:43
  usually
• 38:44
  the
• 38:44
  customer
• 38:45
  service
• 38:45
  of
• 38:48
  the
• 38:48
  buyer
• 38:48
  side
• 38:49
  is
• 38:49
  the
• 38:49
  one
• 38:49
  that
• 38:49
  is
• 38:50
  in
• 38:50
  charge
• 38:50
  of
• 38:50
  your
• 38:51
  case
• 38:51
  in
• 38:52
  that
• 38:52
  case.
• 38:53
  But
• 38:53
  if
• 38:53
  you're
• 38:53
  unsure,
• 38:54
  like
• 38:54
  who
• 38:54
  is
• 38:54
  really
• 38:55
  now
• 38:55
  talking
• 38:56
  to
• 38:56
  me,
• 38:56
  you
• 38:56
  can
• 38:56
  help
• 38:57
  me.
• 38:57
  You
• 38:57
  can
• 38:58
  always
• 38:58
  contact
• 38:58
  your
• 38:58
  local
• 38:59
  customer
• 38:59
  service
• 39:00
  and
• 39:00
  they
• 39:00
  should
• 39:01
  be
• 39:01
  able
• 39:01
  to
• 39:01
  direct
• 39:02
  you
• 39:02
  to
• 39:02
  the,
• 39:03
  to
• 39:03
  the
• 39:03
  right
• 39:03
  point
• 39:03
  of
• 39:03
  contact
• 39:04
  and
• 39:04
  those
• 39:05
  should
• 39:05
  be
• 39:05
  able
• 39:05
  to
• 39:05
  help
• 39:06
  you
• 39:06
  if
• 39:06
  there
• 39:06
  are
• 39:06
  any
• 39:07
  cases
• 39:07
  where
• 39:07
  you
• 39:07
  said
• 39:08
  you
• 39:08
  are
• 39:08
  having
• 39:09
  a
• 39:09
  terrible
• 39:09
  buyer
• 39:10
  and
• 39:10
  can't
• 39:11
  really
• 39:11
  find
• 39:11
  a
• 39:11
  solution.
• 39:13
  Okay,
• 39:14
  right,
• 39:15
  final
• 39:15
  point
• 39:16
  that
• 39:17
  would
• 39:17
  be
• 39:17
  returns
• 39:18
  and
• 39:20
  maybe
• 39:20
  also,
• 39:21
  you
• 39:22
  know,
• 39:22
  missing
• 39:23
  payments,
• 39:25
  anything
• 39:26
  that
• 39:26
  goes
• 39:26
  wrong.
• 39:28
  Kim,
• 39:28
  would
• 39:28
  you
• 39:28
  say
• 39:29
  that
• 39:29
  this
• 39:29
  is
• 39:30
  more
• 39:30
  difficult
• 39:31
  if
• 39:31
  you're
• 39:31
  going
• 39:31
  international
• 39:32
  or
• 39:33
  is
• 39:33
  that
• 39:33
  just
• 39:34
  the
• 39:34
  same
• 39:34
  thing
• 39:35
  as
• 39:35
  ever?
• 39:35
  To
• 39:36
  be
• 39:36
  honest,
• 39:37
  no.
• 39:38
  Where
• 39:38
  I
• 39:38
  actually
• 39:38
  had
• 39:39
  I
• 39:39
  used
• 39:39
  to
• 39:39
  sell
• 39:39
  on
• 39:39
  Amazon
• 39:40
  pre
• 39:40
  Brexit
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  it
• 39:43
  was
• 39:43
  fantastic.
• 39:44
  It
• 39:44
  was
• 39:45
  fantastic
• 39:45
  again
• 39:45
  it
• 39:45
  was
• 39:45
  set
• 39:46
  and
• 39:46
  forget
• 39:46
  chuck
• 39:46
  everything
• 39:46
  into
• 39:47
  a
• 39:47
  box
• 39:47
  with
• 39:47
  a
• 39:47
  barcode
• 39:48
  on
• 39:48
  it,
• 39:48
  let
• 39:48
  them
• 39:48
  dispatch
• 39:49
  it
• 39:49
  and
• 39:49
  fulfilled
• 39:49
  by
• 39:50
  Amazon
• 39:50
  was
• 39:50
  absolutely
• 39:51
  amazing
• 39:52
  until
• 39:52
  Brexit
• 39:53
  happened.
• 39:54
  And
• 39:54
  then
• 39:55
  what
• 39:55
  you
• 39:55
  start
• 39:55
  seeing
• 39:56
  as
• 39:56
  brands
• 39:57
  are
• 39:57
  quite
• 39:57
  entitled
• 39:57
  to,
• 39:58
  so
• 39:58
  say
• 39:58
  brands
• 39:58
  that
• 39:58
  I
• 39:59
  would
• 39:59
  sell,
• 39:59
  they
• 39:59
  started
• 39:59
  locking
• 40:00
  down
• 40:00
  and
• 40:00
  gatekeeping
• 40:01
  their,
• 40:01
  their
• 40:01
  brands
• 40:01
  because.
• 40:01
  Because
• 40:02
  there's
• 40:02
  too
• 40:02
  many
• 40:02
  fakes
• 40:02
  that
• 40:02
  were
• 40:03
  happening
• 40:04
  and
• 40:04
  I
• 40:05
  actually
• 40:05
  found
• 40:06
  that
• 40:07
  the
• 40:07
  majority
• 40:07
  of
• 40:08
  my
• 40:08
  returns
• 40:08
  and
• 40:08
  my
• 40:09
  losses
• 40:10
  from
• 40:10
  customers.
• 40:11
  So
• 40:11
  that's
• 40:11
  me
• 40:12
  including
• 40:12
  me
• 40:12
  doing
• 40:12
  physical
• 40:13
  shows
• 40:13
  where,
• 40:13
  you
• 40:14
  know,
• 40:14
  it
• 40:14
  might
• 40:14
  be
• 40:14
  easy
• 40:15
  for
• 40:15
  people
• 40:15
  to
• 40:15
  pick
• 40:15
  something
• 40:15
  up
• 40:15
  and
• 40:16
  just
• 40:16
  walk
• 40:16
  away
• 40:16
  or
• 40:17
  you
• 40:17
  know,
• 40:17
  somebody
• 40:17
  in
• 40:18
  theory
• 40:18
  over
• 40:18
  the
• 40:18
  post
• 40:19
  they
• 40:19
  could
• 40:19
  try
• 40:19
  and
• 40:19
  defraud
• 40:20
  you.
• 40:20
  Most
• 40:21
  of
• 40:21
  my
• 40:21
  losses
• 40:21
  were
• 40:21
  coming
• 40:22
  from
• 40:22
  Amazon
• 40:23
  and
• 40:23
  it
• 40:23
  was
• 40:24
  from
• 40:24
  people
• 40:24
  abusing
• 40:24
  the
• 40:25
  Amazon
• 40:25
  policies
• 40:26
  and
• 40:27
  I
• 40:27
  had
• 40:27
  to
• 40:27
  stop
• 40:27
  doing
• 40:28
  it
• 40:29
  selling
• 40:29
  on
• 40:29
  Amazon
• 40:29
  because
• 40:30
  of
• 40:30
  that
• 40:30
  reason
• 40:30
  because
• 40:30
  I
• 40:30
  wasn't
• 40:30
  getting
• 40:31
  the
• 40:31
  help
• 40:31
  or
• 40:31
  support.
• 40:32
  And
• 40:32
  that
• 40:32
  was
• 40:32
  before
• 40:32
  the
• 40:33
  times
• 40:33
  of
• 40:33
  AI,
• 40:33
  before
• 40:33
  they
• 40:33
  had
• 40:34
  AI
• 40:34
  agents
• 40:34
  and
• 40:34
  stuff
• 40:35
  like
• 40:35
  that
• 40:35
  in
• 40:35
  I
• 40:35
  had
• 40:36
  to
• 40:36
  stop
• 40:36
  because
• 40:36
  it
• 40:36
  just
• 40:36
  wasn't
• 40:37
  worth
• 40:37
  it
• 40:37
  and
• 40:37
  it
• 40:37
  just,
• 40:38
  they
• 40:38
  made
• 40:38
  it
• 40:38
  Just
• 40:38
  so
• 40:39
  cumbersome
• 40:39
  to
• 40:40
  try
• 40:40
  and
• 40:41
  stop
• 40:41
  your
• 40:41
  business
• 40:42
  making
• 40:42
  losses
• 40:43
  that
• 40:43
  you
• 40:43
  knew
• 40:43
  were,
• 40:44
  you
• 40:44
  know,
• 40:45
  were
• 40:45
  fake.
• 40:46
  Now
• 40:46
  in
• 40:47
  times
• 40:47
  where
• 40:47
  you
• 40:47
  do
• 40:47
  mess
• 40:48
  up
• 40:48
  on
• 40:48
  your
• 40:48
  own,
• 40:49
  like
• 40:49
  by
• 40:49
  all
• 40:49
  means,
• 40:50
  my
• 40:50
  bit
• 40:50
  of
• 40:50
  advice
• 40:51
  is
• 40:51
  if
• 40:51
  you
• 40:51
  mess
• 40:51
  up,
• 40:51
  just
• 40:52
  it's
• 40:52
  not
• 40:52
  worth
• 40:53
  a
• 40:53
  bad
• 40:53
  feedback.
• 40:53
  Depending
• 40:54
  on
• 40:54
  the
• 40:54
  price,
• 40:55
  work
• 40:55
  with
• 40:55
  the
• 40:55
  buyer
• 40:55
  and
• 40:55
  just
• 40:56
  get
• 40:56
  that.
• 40:56
  You
• 40:56
  know,
• 40:57
  I
• 40:57
  find
• 40:57
  most
• 40:57
  people
• 40:58
  are
• 40:58
  actually
• 40:58
  very
• 40:59
  with
• 40:59
  that
• 41:00
  one
• 41:00
  exception
• 41:00
  recently
• 41:01
  that
• 41:02
  most
• 41:02
  people
• 41:03
  are
• 41:03
  very.
• 41:04
  They're
• 41:04
  grand
• 41:05
  is
• 41:05
  what
• 41:05
  I
• 41:05
  would
• 41:05
  say.
• 41:06
  They're
• 41:06
  very
• 41:06
  nice
• 41:06
  and
• 41:07
  once
• 41:07
  you
• 41:07
  work
• 41:07
  with
• 41:08
  them
• 41:08
  and
• 41:08
  you
• 41:08
  make
• 41:08
  it
• 41:08
  easy
• 41:09
  for
• 41:09
  them,
• 41:09
  you
• 41:10
  can
• 41:10
  either
• 41:10
  get
• 41:10
  a
• 41:10
  partial
• 41:10
  refund,
• 41:11
  you
• 41:11
  can
• 41:11
  do
• 41:11
  a
• 41:11
  full
• 41:11
  refund.
• 41:13
  For
• 41:13
  me
• 41:13
  though,
• 41:13
  I
• 41:13
  haven't
• 41:14
  I
• 41:14
  think
• 41:14
  just
• 41:14
  touching
• 41:15
  back
• 41:15
  to
• 41:15
  the
• 41:15
  way
• 41:15
  that
• 41:15
  I
• 41:16
  list
• 41:16
  things.
• 41:17
  I
• 41:17
  touch,
• 41:18
  touch
• 41:18
  wood.
• 41:18
  I
• 41:18
  don't
• 41:19
  have
• 41:19
  that
• 41:19
  many
• 41:19
  issues
• 41:21
  but
• 41:21
  when
• 41:21
  they
• 41:21
  do
• 41:21
  pop
• 41:22
  up,
• 41:22
  I
• 41:22
  just
• 41:23
  find
• 41:23
  acknowledging
• 41:23
  the
• 41:24
  customer's
• 41:24
  pain
• 41:24
  point
• 41:25
  and
• 41:25
  dealing
• 41:25
  with
• 41:25
  it
• 41:26
  as
• 41:26
  like
• 41:26
  don't
• 41:26
  be
• 41:27
  let
• 41:27
  let
• 41:27
  let
• 41:28
  you
• 41:28
  know
• 41:28
  their
• 41:28
  questions,
• 41:28
  sit
• 41:29
  there
• 41:29
  for
• 41:29
  two,
• 41:29
  three
• 41:29
  days
• 41:30
  because
• 41:30
  that's
• 41:30
  where
• 41:30
  you're
• 41:30
  going
• 41:30
  to
• 41:31
  run
• 41:31
  into
• 41:31
  issues.
• 41:31
  You
• 41:32
  have
• 41:32
  to
• 41:32
  respond
• 41:32
  to
• 41:32
  this
• 41:33
  regardless
• 41:33
  of
• 41:33
  what
• 41:33
  language
• 41:34
  it's
• 41:34
  in.
• 41:34
  You
• 41:35
  have
• 41:35
  to
• 41:35
  respond
• 41:35
  to
• 41:36
  it
• 41:36
  as
• 41:36
  soon
• 41:36
  as
• 41:36
  possible.
• 41:38
  Isabella,
• 41:39
  anything
• 41:39
  to
• 41:39
  add
• 41:39
  on
• 41:40
  that
• 41:40
  matter?
• 41:41
  Yeah,
• 41:42
  maybe
• 41:42
  just
• 41:42
  since
• 41:42
  we
• 41:43
  launched
• 41:43
  that
• 41:44
  we're
• 41:44
  managing
• 41:44
  the
• 41:45
  payments
• 41:46
  also
• 41:46
  the
• 41:46
  like
• 41:47
  lack
• 41:47
  of
• 41:48
  payments,
• 41:48
  payment
• 41:49
  cases
• 41:50
  really
• 41:50
  went
• 41:51
  to
• 41:51
  zero.
• 41:51
  So
• 41:51
  ebay
• 41:52
  is
• 41:52
  managing
• 41:52
  the
• 41:52
  payments
• 41:53
  also
• 41:53
  internationally
• 41:55
  and
• 41:56
  maybe
• 41:56
  just
• 41:56
  a
• 41:57
  recommendation
• 41:57
  in
• 41:57
  terms
• 41:58
  of
• 41:58
  when
• 41:58
  you're
• 41:59
  entering
• 41:59
  the
• 41:59
  new
• 41:59
  market
• 42:00
  and
• 42:00
  you're
• 42:00
  unsure
• 42:01
  how
• 42:01
  to
• 42:02
  deal
• 42:02
  with
• 42:02
  returns,
• 42:03
  always
• 42:03
  work
• 42:04
  with
• 42:04
  your
• 42:04
  lawyer
• 42:05
  to
• 42:05
  also
• 42:05
  meet
• 42:05
  the
• 42:06
  regulations
• 42:07
  in
• 42:07
  the
• 42:07
  market
• 42:08
  you're
• 42:08
  entering.
• 42:08
  In
• 42:09
  Germany
• 42:09
  we
• 42:09
  do
• 42:10
  have
• 42:10
  a
• 42:10
  14
• 42:10
  day
• 42:11
  period
• 42:12
  where
• 42:12
  you
• 42:12
  have
• 42:12
  to
• 42:12
  accept
• 42:13
  returns.
• 42:13
  It
• 42:14
  might
• 42:14
  be
• 42:14
  different
• 42:14
  in
• 42:14
  other
• 42:15
  markets
• 42:15
  but
• 42:16
  just
• 42:16
  remember
• 42:17
  that
• 42:17
  you,
• 42:17
  as
• 42:18
  Kim
• 42:18
  said,
• 42:19
  have
• 42:19
  good
• 42:19
  setup
• 42:20
  standards,
• 42:20
  offering
• 42:21
  a
• 42:21
  good
• 42:21
  service,
• 42:21
  be
• 42:22
  transparent
• 42:23
  and
• 42:23
  and
• 42:23
  then
• 42:24
  you
• 42:24
  should
• 42:24
  be
• 42:24
  good,
• 42:24
  good
• 42:25
  to
• 42:25
  go.
• 42:27
  Yeah,
• 42:27
  I
• 42:28
  guess
• 42:28
  I'll
• 42:28
  take
• 42:28
  that
• 42:28
  as
• 42:29
  the
• 42:29
  final
• 42:29
  word
• 42:29
  here.
• 42:30
  Thank
• 42:30
  you
• 42:30
  very
• 42:31
  much,
• 42:31
  Isabelle.
• 42:31
  Thank
• 42:32
  you
• 42:32
  Kim
• 42:32
  for
• 42:33
  your
• 42:33
  insights
• 42:34
  and
• 42:34
  your
• 42:34
  great
• 42:35
  take
• 42:35
  on
• 42:35
  how
• 42:35
  to
• 42:35
  sell
• 42:36
  collectibles
• 42:37
  internationally.
• 42:38
  Thanks
• 42:39
  for
• 42:39
  ladies
• 42:39
  for
• 42:40
  joining
• 42:40
  me
• 42:40
  today.
• 42:40
  That
• 42:40
  was
• 42:41
  very
• 42:42
  entertaining
• 42:42
  and
• 42:43
  very
• 42:43
  insightful.
• 42:44
  Thank
• 42:45
  you
• 42:45
  for
• 42:45
  being
• 42:45
  with

  you
• 42:46
  so

• 42:46
  for
• 42:46
  having
• 42:46

  Yeah,
• 42:47
  thank
• 42:47

• 42:58

• 43:05
  you
• 43:05
  maybe
• 43:05
  discard
• 43:06
  it?
• 43:06
  We'll
