  Speaker: Under the good graces of our Sun, we find ourselves in light, in brightness, hope, in possibilities.

  Speaker: Being here in this time, in this presence of our own beings, each unique.

  Speaker: Feeling a tingling in one's body, in one's skin, feeling the warmth, the energy emanating from one's own being.

  Speaker: Allowing one's hands, one's fingertips to come together, one's thumbs, one's edge of one's palm, leaving a space in between to breathe.

  Speaker: To saunter with one's thoughts, to recognize one is lucky enough to have two hands, appendages of miraculous ability.

  Speaker: It is here, it is in one's feet, one's nose, one's knees, one's elbows.

  Speaker: Oftentimes we find ourselves, as I do, saying I am here in recognition of this moment, Now, a bundle of miracles for the reasons already stated and need be stated again and again and again, remembered by ourselves.

  Speaker: Breathing long and slow, accompanying one's recognition of one's physiology, of one's processes being performed, being aware of one's breath of respiration.

  Speaker: One's inhale initiates one's breathing pattern.

  Speaker: When one is satisfied and one's lungs are saturated with oxygen, then we find ourselves pausing, contemplating possibly a sense of humility, thankfulness for having had this opportunity to arrive.

  Speaker: For we are always here now, and it is our egos, it is our conditional brain which needs to be jostled and fit into the plug of the rest of our energy.

  Speaker: When we do this, when this is accomplished, the proverbial light bulb goes on.

  Speaker: We begin to harness greater and be more receptive to allowing the universe to play.

  Speaker: And it does incessantly, continually, infinitely in every moment since time began.

  Speaker: And we are here in this place, we are sharing the beginning fourteen billion years ago to this moment right now, and everything in between touches everything in between.

  Speaker: For it must be this way, feeling the brightness inside of one's own being, shining with a sense of grace, harmony, peace, pulsing, finding one's pulse, doing this with me, please, finding one's pulse, remembering one's breath, no worries, witnessing objective, understanding, full of compassion and grace, kindness toward oneself as we go forth, step up, as we shimmer, feeling deep inside, allowing oneself to feel the undulations of one's body as one heart squeezes newly oxygenated blood through one's arteries, making its way to every cell in our bodies.

  Speaker: Making small steps to increase one's receptivity, receiving messages from one's own being.

  Speaker: Thinking about what we are thinking all day, all day.

  Speaker: Feeling one's feet, feeling one's toes, feeling the digits of one's toes, feeling one's nose, feeling one's cheeks and eyes and ears.

  Speaker: Listening in one's mind, being perceptive to one's auditory nerves, being receptive to the potential of sound in one's mind, in one's brain, synapses, receptors, being energized again and again, being aware of these items in no particular order, no particular way, no particular time, but with a sense of curiosity and wanting, developing enthusiasm, as we said yesterday.

  Speaker: It is here we are feeling all of these things in no particular order, more together better, simultaneously, one's pulse, one's breath, one's emanating heat, one's shimmering, vibratory, undulating, energetic body which each of us possess.
