- 0:09Speaker 1: Good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Today I have two guests, something unusual. Our guests are
- 0:18Speaker 1: Ashley Quint who is actually with me writing for Top
- 0:22Speaker 1: Doctor magazine, so we know each other through that venue,
- 0:25Speaker 1: but we also know each other through our mutual friend
- 0:28Speaker 1: Rob Fletcher, who is the head of business development for
- 0:32Speaker 1: Top Doctor, amongst many other roles that he has in life.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And then my other guest is Justin King. And Justin
- 0:40Speaker 1: I just want you to know I love your name
- 0:42Speaker 1: because my husband for forty plus years who unfortunately passed
- 0:46Speaker 1: away a few years back, but he was a big
- 0:49Speaker 1: football player and a big athlete, just like you, and
- 0:53Speaker 1: his name is Justin. So I have a very strong
- 0:56Speaker 1: partiality to your name. I love that. Yeah, So welcome
- 1:01Speaker 1: to both of you today. I'm so honored to have
- 1:04Speaker 1: you on the show and to share with our viewers
- 1:07Speaker 1: all that you have experienced in your very short but
- 1:11Speaker 1: very prolific lifetime. So let's dive in. Ashley, I want
- 1:15Speaker 1: to start with you, because well ladies first, okay, So
- 1:21Speaker 1: tell us how you and Rob became so aligned in
- 1:25Speaker 1: your vision. Just give us a little history about the
- 1:29Speaker 1: background of how you got together.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Rob and I met in Columbus, Ohio at Metra Fitness
- 1:34Speaker 2: through Mike Davies, who was doing filming at the time,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and we met because I got asked to do the
- 1:41Speaker 2: America's Next Greatest Trainer and Rob and I just totally clicked.
- 1:47Speaker 3: We had a lot in common, and since then it
- 1:51Speaker 3: kind of took off.
- 1:52Speaker 2: So we've just always ended up collaborating on different things.
- 1:56Speaker 2: He's a big idea man and I like that. So
- 1:59Speaker 2: the different concepts he's always thrown my way, I've just
- 2:02Speaker 2: kind of like taken it and ran just because I
- 2:04Speaker 2: like to, you know, do things that have any sort
- 2:07Speaker 2: of like health promotion to be able to get out.
- 2:11Speaker 3: There in the open.
- 2:11Speaker 2: So that's kind of been my whole push and why
- 2:14Speaker 2: Rob's kind of been like, you know, a main leader
- 2:17Speaker 2: in that, and I've just gravitated to him.
- 2:19Speaker 1: And so what what have you two accomplished together? Give
- 2:22Speaker 1: us some specifics.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Of Okay, so we've ended up doing We did stuff
- 2:28Speaker 2: with Muscle and Fitness Plus, which was more of the
- 2:30Speaker 2: anti aging realm, and getting that kind.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Of kicked off with Top Doctor.
- 2:35Speaker 2: We've ended up writing more articles that end up bringing
- 2:38Speaker 2: in not just physicians but like trainers and different people
- 2:41Speaker 2: in the biohacking industry to be able to let others
- 2:44Speaker 2: know like here's how we can start to utilize and
- 2:46Speaker 2: work with others within a network, but not just so specialized.
- 2:52Speaker 3: So I mean with that, it's.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Just been like a movement on health wellness and trying
- 2:56Speaker 2: to get the education aspect out there, because there the
- 3:00Speaker 2: education part has definitely lacked. I believe, you know, fifteen
- 3:04Speaker 2: twenty years ago, it's not where it is now. But
- 3:07Speaker 2: it's so important to end up allowing people to know
- 3:10Speaker 2: that even if they don't know anything, to start educating
- 3:12Speaker 2: yourself because education will build the awareness and with time
- 3:16Speaker 2: you'll be able to become, you know, a wiser patient yourself.
- 3:20Speaker 2: But then also you don't know what to look for
- 3:23Speaker 2: in order to advocate for yourself for family, lucky ones
- 3:26Speaker 2: or you know, your clients as well. So that's been
- 3:29Speaker 2: more of the push to try to get this movement
- 3:32Speaker 2: out there.
- 3:32Speaker 3: So you know, movement is medicine.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And it's so interesting because we never knew each other
- 3:39Speaker 1: and to connected us, but we both wrote I had
- 3:43Speaker 1: a podcast on muscle and fitness plus for two and
- 3:46Speaker 1: a half years. It was really sad when they disbanded that,
- 3:49Speaker 1: I was were you sad too about the Yeah?
- 3:53Speaker 2: But I also there was a part of me and
- 3:55Speaker 2: maybe you felt this way too. I don't know if
- 3:58Speaker 2: it was the proper alignment because so many Muslim fitness
- 4:04Speaker 2: has a lot to do with only bodybuilding, and it's
- 4:07Speaker 2: very hard to be able to integrate but different biopacking.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I mean in theory why I've kind of aligned and
- 4:14Speaker 2: partnered myself here because Justin and what Chris does is
- 4:17Speaker 2: exactly that. And I think that you know, it has
- 4:20Speaker 2: to start somewhere, but I don't know if it technically
- 4:23Speaker 2: was ready for it yet. I do think that now,
- 4:26Speaker 2: as things have involved over the past five years, I
- 4:29Speaker 2: think we're more on the cusp because people are now
- 4:32Speaker 2: finding interest in like wearing wearables and tracking things and
- 4:36Speaker 2: what are my metrics and all that.
- 4:37Speaker 3: So I think we're like now on that verge.
- 4:40Speaker 2: But you know, four or five years ago, we all
- 4:44Speaker 2: wanted it to go that way. I just don't know
- 4:46Speaker 2: exactly the right platform for that, just because it was
- 4:50Speaker 2: a lot more hard. Nos It wasn't like open minded.
- 4:53Speaker 2: It was like is this or that? You know?
- 4:55Speaker 1: And I think when you end up.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Crossing these barriers and you are inviting different forms of
- 5:01Speaker 2: alignment to create a whole person.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Yeah, do you feel that you need to end up.
- 5:07Speaker 2: You need to end up knowing the right timing for things,
- 5:11Speaker 2: And I think that's important rather than just doing it
- 5:13Speaker 2: to do it, the intention with what you're doing and
- 5:17Speaker 2: understanding why again education. So I do think that right
- 5:21Speaker 2: now we are on a much better forefront, and I
- 5:23Speaker 2: do think that this alignment is much.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Better, much better.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I totally agree with you, and I just don't
- 5:30Speaker 1: think they have the vision or the commitment that top
- 5:33Speaker 1: doctor has and that standard has. And so that's why
- 5:37Speaker 1: let's let's go to Justin for a moment, Justin, because
- 5:40Speaker 1: I don't want to leave you here. Although you're a
- 5:42Speaker 1: very good listener, I can see that watching you over here.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So yeah, no, I'm so sorry, but here we go,
- 5:49Speaker 1: because I've read all about you, and I didn't know
- 5:52Speaker 1: of you before, sorry to say, but I'm so happy
- 5:55Speaker 1: to be aware of you. And I see that you
- 5:57Speaker 1: also have Jim Lavalley in your and your experience of doctors,
- 6:05Speaker 1: and he was a guest on my podcast and it's
- 6:07Speaker 1: really one of my most revered physicians. So I'm very
- 6:11Speaker 1: happy to know that we have him in common as
- 6:15Speaker 1: well as Rob Fletcher too, But so so Chris Tal
- 6:18Speaker 1: I mean justin I'm thinking of Chris because he's your mentor,
- 6:23Speaker 1: one of your mentors, right and or actually you trained him,
- 6:26Speaker 1: so you he actually owes a lot to you, right
- 6:30Speaker 1: for his sixth time mister Olympia record, that's pretty amazing.
- 6:35Speaker 1: We just looked him up before you guys came on
- 6:37Speaker 1: and Tony said, Wow, he's really handsome. So I guess
- 6:42Speaker 1: I better get to know him. Is he coming to uh?
- 6:45Speaker 1: Is he going to be at a four m with
- 6:46Speaker 1: all of us?
- 6:47Speaker 4: He's he's not, but for the best reason. He's they're
- 6:51Speaker 4: welcoming their second baby the same time, so he'll he'll
- 6:55Speaker 4: be home with his wife and his and his daughter beautiful.
- 6:58Speaker 1: So so just and tell us about you. How did
- 7:01Speaker 1: you get started in this wonderful field of wellness and longevity?
- 7:07Speaker 4: Yeah? So, I mean, I've I'm kind of an odd
- 7:10Speaker 4: ball case that I've known what I've wanted to do
- 7:12Speaker 4: since I was like twelve, So like from that moment
- 7:15Speaker 4: I knew I wanted to be a coach. I knew
- 7:17Speaker 4: I wanted to kind of maximize my ability and around
- 7:21Speaker 4: the age of sixteen, I got around some great coaches.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Just happened since like God always opens the best doors,
- 7:28Speaker 4: and I got in with coaches that knew of Charles Polyquin.
- 7:32Speaker 4: From the age of seventeen, I just obsessed and went
- 7:35Speaker 4: to every course of his humanly possible, started going to
- 7:38Speaker 4: whoever he told me to go to. Fast forward to now,
- 7:42Speaker 4: I've just continued to get to learn from amazing people.
- 7:45Speaker 4: They're way smarter than myself and have put in way
- 7:49Speaker 4: more years than I have. But I've been able to
- 7:50Speaker 4: culminate everything that they do into a system that kind
- 7:54Speaker 4: of like what we're getting into. It's able to service
- 7:57Speaker 4: a professional athlete, a bodybuilder, an aging individual, someone in between,
- 8:03Speaker 4: whoever it is. There's kind of a fix for each
- 8:05Speaker 4: of those people based on everything I've been able to culminate.
- 8:10Speaker 1: So how did the standard opportunity to come about for
- 8:14Speaker 1: both of you? Yeah?
- 8:16Speaker 4: So so, Chris, we linked up after his fifth Mister
- 8:20Speaker 4: Olympia win and from that he was going to retire.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Decided that, you know what, like I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 8:29Speaker 4: look for the best training and I was training his
- 8:31Speaker 4: brother in law at the time, and things were going great.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Things were going really really well with him, so we connected.
- 8:37Speaker 4: I started to coach Chris and he had a previous brand.
- 8:41Speaker 4: There was an app, a training app kind of general,
- 8:44Speaker 4: and he was like, hey, why don't we integrate this
- 8:46Speaker 4: training into the app and we'll change it, rebrand it,
- 8:49Speaker 4: make it standard. So that's kind of how Standards started
- 8:53Speaker 4: was it was what Chris had previously, but just injecting
- 8:57Speaker 4: it with better training philosophies and ideology. And then following that,
- 9:03Speaker 4: we just recently brought my coaching brand, which was previously
- 9:07Speaker 4: built better into Standards. So now it's a top to
- 9:10Speaker 4: bottom really anyone anywhere can can access it, whether it's
- 9:14Speaker 4: through the app and you're getting workouts through group coaching,
- 9:17Speaker 4: whether it's through our in person events in person coaching.
- 9:21Speaker 4: We have quite a quite an array of offerings now
- 9:24Speaker 4: and the ability to impact anyone who's serious about changing
- 9:29Speaker 4: their life and getting the like transformative results that we're
- 9:32Speaker 4: known for.
- 9:33Speaker 1: And what was the reason for bringing Ashley in? I mean,
- 9:38Speaker 1: obviously you know that's kind of a rhetorical question, but
- 9:41Speaker 1: go ahead and answer it anyway other.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Than Nerve being a very lovely person, Yea, we got
- 9:47Speaker 4: to a point to where I mean, for myself, something
- 9:50Speaker 4: that's really really big in my heart is wanting to
- 9:53Speaker 4: give back and just like the people who invested in
- 9:56Speaker 4: me and helped me learn, that's the very obvious next
- 9:59Speaker 4: step is how do we as a standard take everything
- 10:02Speaker 4: that we've done and put it into a curriculum to
- 10:05Speaker 4: help coaches, to help those coaches help their patients and
- 10:08Speaker 4: their clients and athletes. And so we jumped into the
- 10:12Speaker 4: curriculum space and Ashley she was around my initial mentor,
- 10:17Speaker 4: Charles Pollockman, very very early on. So she's she's been
- 10:21Speaker 4: in the space longer than I have, She's taken more
- 10:24Speaker 4: courses than I have. She's amazing in many regards, but
- 10:29Speaker 4: she has that experience, especially with putting together curriculums. So yeah,
- 10:34Speaker 4: I think you would you had seen the post or
- 10:36Speaker 4: whatever it is and flied and ran.

- 11:24Speaker 1: website www. Europeanwellness dot com for more information about this
- 11:30Speaker 1: exciting company that I got.
- 11:33Speaker 2: And it was one of those that as soon as
- 11:36Speaker 2: I got the call, we connected like a couple days later,
- 11:39Speaker 2: and it was like we had this to our conversation
- 11:41Speaker 2: and it was more.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Like, all right, we totally share our vision.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I mean both of us were teenagers at the time
- 11:46Speaker 2: when we met Charles Poalguin, so clearly we became sponges
- 11:49Speaker 2: and that was our direction and our pathway that we've
- 11:52Speaker 2: kind of immersed ourselves in, and other coaching methods and
- 11:56Speaker 2: coaches that we've met, you know, they never reached that
- 11:59Speaker 2: like high point that.
- 12:01Speaker 3: Charles was for us, for both of us.
- 12:03Speaker 2: As well as many coaches that are within our network,
- 12:06Speaker 2: and so it just kind of became this like you know,
- 12:08Speaker 2: brainstorming session rather than even like, hey, how are you?
- 12:14Speaker 2: Like a total brainstorm, and it was like, all right, so,
- 12:17Speaker 2: you know, I see what he was wanting to do.
- 12:19Speaker 2: And I knew Charles's long term vision because I you know,
- 12:23Speaker 2: I knew him for like seventeen years before he had passed,
- 12:26Speaker 2: and you know, he met so much to me that,
- 12:29Speaker 2: you know, listening to what Justin wanted to do and
- 12:32Speaker 2: how he wanted to go about it, it was very inspirational.
- 12:35Speaker 2: But at the same time, it was moving to know that,
- 12:38Speaker 2: all right, you know, let's start to be able to
- 12:40Speaker 2: get this stuff organized.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Let's really help out a.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Coaching community and bring back a lot of different like
- 12:47Speaker 2: components that you know, for us, our training was off
- 12:51Speaker 2: of training like strength training, you know, as Justin and
- 12:56Speaker 2: Chris's brands have kind of like you know exploded.
- 12:58Speaker 3: I mean clearly they have like the supplement line, they
- 13:01Speaker 3: have the food line.
- 13:02Speaker 2: There's a lot of more intricate details which can help
- 13:06Speaker 2: out people that are in the body building world, the
- 13:08Speaker 2: physique world. But the best part about this is that
- 13:14Speaker 2: what I was more motivated on was you had this
- 13:18Speaker 2: high eleap athlete and a highly coach who was wanting
- 13:22Speaker 2: to do things the right way, like that was that
- 13:25Speaker 2: was the best part about this was like, we're already doing.
- 13:29Speaker 3: You know, different biohacking.
- 13:30Speaker 2: We're already doing selfn protocols, we're already doing the blood work,
- 13:33Speaker 2: We're already working with these top physicians. We're already doing
- 13:36Speaker 2: you know, different type forms of recovery. It was everything
- 13:39Speaker 2: that Charles had always talked about and integrated.
- 13:42Speaker 3: But it was like, this is a.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Living, living, and breathing person and a coach who has
- 13:47Speaker 2: integrated this, and you really can't be more motivated than that.
- 13:51Speaker 3: So that was more of like the reason why, yeah,
- 13:53Speaker 3: let's do this.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Let's let's get everything that we can into writing and
- 13:58Speaker 2: let's see what we can bring it out so that
- 14:00Speaker 2: everybody else can start learning and wanting to be inspired.
- 14:04Speaker 2: But again, it's what he said, it's not just coming
- 14:07Speaker 2: at it from just an athlete perspective. It's literally looking
- 14:12Speaker 2: at it like, I mean, both both of the us,
- 14:14Speaker 2: we're okay, former athlete, but the reality is like right
- 14:16Speaker 2: now we're not like we're athletic, but in the end,
- 14:20Speaker 2: we're both people that can contribute and can do what
- 14:23Speaker 2: we're actually like writing. And I think that's the best
- 14:26Speaker 2: part is that when you do that, more people are
- 14:28Speaker 2: going to gravitate and.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Be like, what do you do?
- 14:31Speaker 3: I wanted to tell you what you do because it's applicable.
- 14:35Speaker 2: We know how to apply different things, and that's I
- 14:37Speaker 2: think that's probably one of the biggest inspirations is that
- 14:41Speaker 2: you can ask a question and they've done it and know.
- 14:45Speaker 3: If it's a positive, if it worked, if it didn't,
- 14:48Speaker 3: or what route you have to go after.
- 14:52Speaker 2: And those are the things that are so key that
- 14:54Speaker 2: I think too many, too many people in this industry.
- 14:57Speaker 2: They like to push things, but they don't apply. And
- 15:00Speaker 2: I think this is what makes Standard come different than
- 15:03Speaker 2: the average training app and business out there, is that
- 15:06Speaker 2: everything that's done is applicable.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So just break down the components of the Standard program.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Yes, the biggest thing with Standard is that the name
- 15:20Speaker 4: implies raising your standard, right, So again kind of pigging
- 15:24Speaker 4: off of Ashley. Another differentiating factor is with what we do,
- 15:28Speaker 4: we truly believe that it is life transformative, regardless of
- 15:32Speaker 4: the population that we work with. So we're wanting every
- 15:35Speaker 4: facet of the person that we work with to improve
- 15:39Speaker 4: from what we're doing. The only way you can have
- 15:41Speaker 4: that big of an impact is if we are obsessed
- 15:43Speaker 4: with data and individualization. So that's one of the biggest
- 15:47Speaker 4: pieces with the coaching system is it is entirely individualized.
- 15:51Speaker 4: So when someone comes in, we're looking at neurochemistry, we're
- 15:54Speaker 4: looking at blood work, We're looking at their biomechanical length
- 15:58Speaker 4: and tensions and every every relationship in their body head
- 16:02Speaker 4: to toe, inside and out to determine what their weakest
- 16:05Speaker 4: links are. And then again we've culminated systems from hundreds
- 16:09Speaker 4: and hundreds of years of experience between all the people
- 16:12Speaker 4: that we've brought the systems in, and then we can
- 16:15Speaker 4: trigger point the exact problem and the fastest way to
- 16:18Speaker 4: get from pointing to point B for the individual. And
- 16:21Speaker 4: that comes in an all inclusive fashion. So we're not
- 16:24Speaker 4: a place that you go where you want to get
- 16:26Speaker 4: a good sweat on. We're not a place that you
- 16:28Speaker 4: go that's going to write you a program or a
- 16:30Speaker 4: really cool mindset mantra or a simple supplement protocol from
- 16:33Speaker 4: blood work. Everything that is given to you. If there's
- 16:36Speaker 4: ever a stone that can be turned that's going to
- 16:39Speaker 4: result in a result, we manipulate it. So again there's
- 16:44Speaker 4: people who say they're all inclusive, but truly what we do.
- 16:46Speaker 4: The intention is for it to be all encompassing and
- 16:50Speaker 4: that's how we can get the results that we're known for.
- 16:53Speaker 1: What role does nutrition play in your program?
- 16:59Speaker 4: Oh, it's huge, huge, Whether it's a client coming in
- 17:03Speaker 4: for transformation and they're wanting to lose weight, whether it's
- 17:07Speaker 4: an athlete who's trying to get back into the league
- 17:10Speaker 4: and they're injured, if it's an executive who's stressed and overworked,
- 17:14Speaker 4: whatever it is. Nutrition is the fuel of the body,
- 17:18Speaker 4: very obviously, so it's something we manipulate both in a
- 17:22Speaker 4: macro and a micro sense to optimize and of course
- 17:25Speaker 4: with the individualization as well. It depends on the person.
- 17:29Speaker 4: There's people on one end to where we have private
- 17:32Speaker 4: chefs and meal catering to where they're getting every single
- 17:36Speaker 4: meal perfectly measured and every food is chosen down to
- 17:39Speaker 4: the last little bit. And then on the other end,
- 17:41Speaker 4: of course, there's people who are on that gray scale
- 17:44Speaker 4: that on the opposite side of it, we're just doing
- 17:47Speaker 4: simple things like a fodmap diet or we're eliminating small
- 17:51Speaker 4: pieces or whatever it is. But yeah, nutrition is huge
- 17:53Speaker 4: and it's something that we incorporate with everyone.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Do you have a test a lab test that will
- 17:59Speaker 1: do of people results that they can then measure their
- 18:03Speaker 1: level of health based on their nutrition. I know that,
- 18:06Speaker 1: of course everybody knows the basic lab just but I'm
- 18:09Speaker 1: just thinking specifying more about the food related choices. Are
- 18:15Speaker 1: you using anything to determine those outcomes for individuals?
- 18:20Speaker 4: Yeah, so we use There's a lab that doctor Leaval
- 18:25Speaker 4: is on the board of that. They have a very
- 18:28Speaker 4: reputable food sensitivity test that well utilize. We were utilizing
- 18:32Speaker 4: cyrex prior. They're amazing. Just Leval is He's a walking,
- 18:38Speaker 4: talking result. So if he points to something, I'm like, Okay,
- 18:41Speaker 4: sounds good, We'll roll with that. So we'll utilize those things,
- 18:44Speaker 4: and then of course, in conjunction with doctor Leval and
- 18:47Speaker 4: the team that we have, we will do in depth
- 18:50Speaker 4: analysis and we can start to piece together what foods,
- 18:54Speaker 4: why those foods, why are you reactive to the foods,
- 18:57Speaker 4: and then we implement a plan based off of it.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Yeah. I was on the internet last night. That was
- 19:04Speaker 1: probably a big mistake to do right before you go
- 19:07Speaker 1: to bed, because there's so much misinformation, but there's also
- 19:10Speaker 1: a lot of troubling information that I think would be accurate.
- 19:14Speaker 1: And the big thing last night, I guess because you know,
- 19:16Speaker 1: they monitor through AI what your interests are. Right, So
- 19:21Speaker 1: on my Instagram comes up all this stuff about food
- 19:24Speaker 1: and about you know, the toxicity and our food supply
- 19:28Speaker 1: and so the beeg thing that really gives me pause,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and I wonder if you're dealing with this is the
- 19:35Speaker 1: even the companies like Whole Foods and Traders, well, Whole
- 19:39Speaker 1: Foods and Sprouts with the two they brought up last night,
- 19:42Speaker 1: are spraying the organic vegetables with chlorine in order to
- 19:46Speaker 1: make them last longer and look fresher. Well, I mean
- 19:52Speaker 1: that makes that defeats the whole purpose if you're eating
- 19:55Speaker 1: organic and it's sprayed with with chemicals, So you know,
- 20:00Speaker 1: what do you do? How are you dealing with this?
- 20:02Speaker 1: I mean, I know farmers' markets are you know, probably
- 20:06Speaker 1: our best bed as long as they're organic farms. But
- 20:09Speaker 1: even an organic farm gets sprayed if they're next door
- 20:12Speaker 1: to a non organic farm. The wind blows and guess what,
- 20:16Speaker 1: you know, the pesticides or glyphosphate or whatever are going
- 20:19Speaker 1: to be on their vegetables. So what I'm just I'm
- 20:23Speaker 1: kind of troubled by this one because I'm thinking, where
- 20:26Speaker 1: do I go where does an individual evolve like we
- 20:30Speaker 1: are and we're lucky enough to have the knowledge and
- 20:33Speaker 1: the discernment, But where do we go to get the
- 20:37Speaker 1: non tainted vegetables? And then they went into meat and
- 20:42Speaker 1: how they're now injecting chicken and beef at Trader Joe's
- 20:46Speaker 1: with M N R and A the scene. So, okay,
- 20:51Speaker 1: so I'm bringing up something that's my mind. What do
- 20:54Speaker 1: you say about it?
- 20:55Speaker 4: Yeah? No, I mean you and I both know that
- 21:00Speaker 4: agriculture does not necessarily drive quality. That's something that one
- 21:05Speaker 4: of our early mentors used to talk about quite a bit,
- 21:08Speaker 4: the difference in the micronutrients in the food now fifty
- 21:12Speaker 4: years ago, the chemicals everything associated, and I'm sure you've
- 21:16Speaker 4: had people on who are way smarter than I am
- 21:19Speaker 4: that have talked about what those toxins do to your body.
- 21:22Speaker 4: But it is difficult obviously with our higher end clientele
- 21:26Speaker 4: when they're working with a private chef who their job
- 21:29Speaker 4: and their pay is literally dependent on their ability to
- 21:32Speaker 4: source those things. Problem. Of course, when we're working with
- 21:36Speaker 4: people who were coaching online or on more of a budget,
- 21:40Speaker 4: it can be difficult unless if you're willing to spend
- 21:42Speaker 4: a grand a week and really sell those things out
- 21:46Speaker 4: for your groceries. It's really tough some of the things
- 21:49Speaker 4: that we've done. Knowing that some of those things for
- 21:52Speaker 4: certain demographics they're difficult to escape. We'll support them with
- 21:57Speaker 4: supplement protocols, lifestyle protocols to at least me.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm losing you for a moment here, Tony. Is
- 22:08Speaker 1: there something but the tape? Tony? Are you there?
- 22:21Speaker 4: There have ways to do it, but yeah, you're You're right,
- 22:24Speaker 4: it can be difficult.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I lost you there. You went mute on me.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So I missed a little bit of what you said,
- 22:30Speaker 1: But I think I think I've got to gist. Have
- 22:33Speaker 1: asked you how do you feel about the food supply?
- 22:36Speaker 1: I mean, obviously we all know the industrial evolution and
- 22:40Speaker 1: that's in our in our generations, you know, where we've
- 22:43Speaker 1: been fighting all of the things that we're talking about
- 22:47Speaker 1: that our grandparents and great grandparents didn't have to worry about.
- 22:52Speaker 1: So the food supply is now, you know, one of
- 22:54Speaker 1: the biggest targets for unfortunate They for money. They follow
- 23:02Speaker 1: the money, and yeah, so what do you so how
- 23:06Speaker 1: do you deal with the issue.
- 23:08Speaker 2: So I definitely think it's there's environmental changes. I mean,
- 23:12Speaker 2: I'm from Columbus, Ohio, so we're a big agricultural state.
- 23:15Speaker 2: In general, we have a lot more farmers' markets, and
- 23:18Speaker 2: we also have a lot of people that live on
- 23:20Speaker 2: a farm. So being able to buy a cow or
- 23:24Speaker 2: you know, be able to you know, have different types
- 23:27Speaker 2: of like fertilizers and everything.
- 23:29Speaker 3: We do have those available.
- 23:30Speaker 2: It's just trying to get in that, you know, environment
- 23:34Speaker 2: and connect with people as far as I think, like
- 23:38Speaker 2: what should people do in general, you know, if they
- 23:41Speaker 2: don't have certain resources. There's a wonderful book called What
- 23:44Speaker 2: to Eat by Mary and Neslie. She is a huge
- 23:47Speaker 2: food critic, brilliant. I've ended up following her a lot,
- 23:51Speaker 2: but her books end up talking about how to shop
- 23:53Speaker 2: in a grocery store and to be able to listen
- 23:55Speaker 2: to exactly what you were saying that. You know, if
- 23:57Speaker 2: you shop at Whole Foods, how is it that they're
- 23:59Speaker 2: going adding certain types of seasonal fruits and vegetables and
- 24:02Speaker 2: then you know you have like air flyer points. You know,
- 24:05Speaker 2: they're in the air for you know, two weeks in
- 24:08Speaker 2: order to get there, so they're not ripening at the
- 24:10Speaker 2: same time.
- 24:10Speaker 3: So I think again, it goes back to.
- 24:13Speaker 2: The education, right, like based on all of our environments
- 24:16Speaker 2: where we all in theory live in three different environments
- 24:19Speaker 2: and we're having to adapt you know, what resources that
- 24:22Speaker 2: we have or what we're able to do. But again
- 24:25Speaker 2: it's because we're aware. And I think if more of
- 24:28Speaker 2: that awareness were to come out and have a lot
- 24:31Speaker 2: of consumers that are able to educate themselves and you
- 24:34Speaker 2: know say, okay, so when I get this, this is
- 24:36Speaker 2: what I do or you know, in the winter months,
- 24:40Speaker 2: rather than you know, still shopping at whole foods or sprouts.
- 24:43Speaker 3: And getting you know, fruits and vegetables, we go frozen.
- 24:46Speaker 2: And these are yeah, years ago when we were going
- 24:49Speaker 2: to these biosy conferences, you know, Charles was telling us
- 24:52Speaker 2: like do these things now?
- 24:53Speaker 3: And I think it's like, you know, years and years ago,
- 24:56Speaker 3: it was does it resonate with you?
- 24:59Speaker 2: And then you work with it word of mouth, like
- 25:01Speaker 2: so then you start telling your clients and all that.
- 25:04Speaker 3: So that has a huge component.
- 25:06Speaker 2: But yeah, I mean, I think just educating yourself and
- 25:10Speaker 2: learning where to go in what environments you know, or
- 25:13Speaker 2: travel is huge, and then doing your own research so.
- 25:17Speaker 3: That you're knowing, you know, how can I stay healthy.
- 25:20Speaker 2: And I think the big thing for a lot of
- 25:23Speaker 2: like clients and individuals in general is what is health
- 25:27Speaker 2: to you?
- 25:28Speaker 3: Because like these are our health.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Standards and we align with this, and like you have
- 25:32Speaker 2: your health standards and you align with that.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And I think it's very key that when we're you know.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Attracting a population of people that we want to be
- 25:40Speaker 2: able to help that the big thing is is like
- 25:42Speaker 2: do we align with you?
- 25:43Speaker 3: Like what we say, Like is that even something that
- 25:46Speaker 3: you can take on and do?
- 25:48Speaker 2: Because some people, We've got to be honest, like they
- 25:50Speaker 2: may want something, but they're not they're not invested, right.
- 25:53Speaker 3: I think the big thing is is.
- 25:55Speaker 2: That knowing like you know, are where where we're coming from,
- 25:59Speaker 2: We're invested in this. This is our life and I
- 26:02Speaker 2: want to be able to spread this to others. And
- 26:04Speaker 2: but we're also very realistic that we understand not everybody
- 26:08Speaker 2: can or wants to right.
- 26:10Speaker 3: There are small.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Things that you know, if you want to start doing one,
- 26:14Speaker 2: one or two things this is you know, you can.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Start gradual and built. And I think we're very realistic
- 26:20Speaker 3: on that.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I think if people are coming to the standard app
- 26:23Speaker 1: and are to your organization, they already have an incentive,
- 26:27Speaker 1: there's something that's driving them. So you're starting with a
- 26:30Speaker 1: goal and all you know, one of your roles as
- 26:33Speaker 1: teachers and coaches and educators is to augment that goal
- 26:39Speaker 1: and just something that's realizable by you know, obviously there's
- 26:44Speaker 1: a psychology to all of that as well as the
- 26:48Speaker 1: technical details that you've just described. Both of you just described.
- 26:51Speaker 1: So what about hormones? How how do we deal with
- 26:55Speaker 1: could you say customization? But everybody is different. So we
- 26:59Speaker 1: have today we have peptides with you know, so many
- 27:02Speaker 1: of the synthetic aminos, we have peptide bioregulators that are
- 27:06Speaker 1: actually real aminos from bovine. And then we have you know,
- 27:10Speaker 1: our basic hormones that need to be obviously tested before
- 27:14Speaker 1: we know what the baseline is. So how do you
- 27:16Speaker 1: deal there's so many variables? But Chris, I mean, I'm
- 27:20Speaker 1: gonna keep calling you Chris, sorry, justin how canin tell
- 27:25Speaker 1: us how you deal with that customization when it comes
- 27:28Speaker 1: to those categories.
- 27:30Speaker 4: So there's there's three layers for how we'll implement kind
- 27:35Speaker 4: of like hormone regulation. One, Let's say we have someone
- 27:37Speaker 4: coming through the app. We have a robust curriculum that
- 27:41Speaker 4: helps walk them through how they can determine what's off
- 27:44Speaker 4: just by lifestyle reflections. Right, if you're lacking energy in
- 27:49Speaker 4: the morning, there could be in the dreamal issue. If
- 27:51Speaker 4: you're lacking sex drive, it could be testosterone. If there's
- 27:55Speaker 4: some inflammation, we're looking at their estrogen and everything related there,
- 27:59Speaker 4: and then we'll give them protocols based on that kind
- 28:01Speaker 4: of self diagnosis. Nothing aggressive on the next level of that.
- 28:06Speaker 4: Of course, we do have, as actually had mentioned, the
- 28:09Speaker 4: biosignature or metabolic analytics protocols. I'm not too sure if
- 28:13Speaker 4: you're familiar with them.
- 28:14Speaker 1: But no, no tell us about that.
- 28:16Speaker 4: Yeah, so that there is some research that was done
- 28:19Speaker 4: in the last forty years. Let's say that he culminated
- 28:23Speaker 4: and associated different sites of your body to hormonal dysfunction
- 28:29Speaker 4: excess body fat. So for example, your upper back, if
- 28:32Speaker 4: you store more fat there, generally there's an insulin sensitivity issue.
- 28:36Speaker 4: More fat lower back, there's going to be some gut problems,
- 28:39Speaker 4: likely especially associated to insulin sensitivity. So he went through
- 28:44Speaker 4: and created an algorithm. So in that middle tier, we
- 28:48Speaker 4: can do a fourteen site test and based on those
- 28:51Speaker 4: ratios we can get a general understanding of Okay, you're
- 28:54Speaker 4: storing more fat in your quad based on these ratios,
- 28:58Speaker 4: there might be an estrogen or a zeno est problem.
- 29:00Speaker 4: So then we can go through protocols and then the
- 29:02Speaker 4: last layer is of course what we would do with
- 29:04Speaker 4: doctor James Leval, which is very in depth testing and
- 29:08Speaker 4: it starts everyone with the exact same panel, but I've
- 29:11Speaker 4: seen much much more. I don't want to say severe,
- 29:14Speaker 4: but in depth panel is done to truly identify what
- 29:17Speaker 4: the problem is, and then it's all in the individual treatment.
- 29:21Speaker 4: But of course utilizing if there's exogenous hormones, if there's
- 29:26Speaker 4: peptides that are needed, if there's specialty designer like supplements
- 29:31Speaker 4: that are needed. You know, you know Leval, he's amazing
- 29:34Speaker 4: with that stuff. But we implement first off whatever they
- 29:39Speaker 4: can do and then whatever's best for their health. So
- 29:42Speaker 4: we are big into that. But of course we want
- 29:44Speaker 4: to be able to reach as many people as we can,
- 29:47Speaker 4: and we know not everyone can afford some of those,
- 29:50Speaker 4: but definitely the impact that can be had is incredible.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So are you saying that before anyone could become a
- 29:56Speaker 1: quote client of Standard, they have to have the line
- 30:00Speaker 1: lab work done.
- 30:02Speaker 4: So at our highest level, that's something that we've implemented.
- 30:07Speaker 4: We're somewhat loose nowadays with it because there are I mean,
- 30:12Speaker 4: you can imagine we have an NFL athlete who comes in,
- 30:15Speaker 4: they have four weeks and they're trying to get onto
- 30:18Speaker 4: a team. We're not going to say, hey, you've got
- 30:20Speaker 4: to wait two weeks for a turnaround of blood work.
- 30:23Speaker 4: So there are of course scenarios where we're not implementing
- 30:25Speaker 4: blood work, but at the highest level, those individuals come
- 30:28Speaker 4: in and they want the best result and buying. If
- 30:32Speaker 4: we said the blood work wouldn't be associated with getting that,
- 30:35Speaker 4: and especially in a timely manner. So it is something
- 30:37Speaker 4: that we push.
- 30:39Speaker 1: So have you noticed in your results that the hormones
- 30:43Speaker 1: are playing a huge role. They're like the super highway
- 30:46Speaker 1: of the body. Even though all the blood work is
- 30:49Speaker 1: very important, but the hormones really get neglected by non
- 30:53Speaker 1: functional medicine doctors. They hardly ever tests you, and yet
- 30:57Speaker 1: they are really the barometer for the rest of the
- 31:01Speaker 1: bodily function. So have you found that by tweaking those
- 31:05Speaker 1: hormones you have huge successes?
- 31:09Speaker 4: Absolutely? And of course tweaking the hormones and I know
- 31:13Speaker 4: you're inferring this it comes in many layers. It could
- 31:16Speaker 4: be a habit such as just your light exposure that's
- 31:19Speaker 4: going to change it, so we'll tweak those, but understanding
- 31:22Speaker 4: what's going on at the hormonal level. Truly, more times
- 31:25Speaker 4: than not, that's the reason that people come in and
- 31:28Speaker 4: they haven't been able to get a result, or they've
- 31:31Speaker 4: chronically been injured or chronically been anxious, or whatever it is.
- 31:36Speaker 4: People don't realize that for every reaction, every experience that
- 31:40Speaker 4: you have in your body, there is a chemical cascade
- 31:43Speaker 4: that happens, and if you measure that and identify the
- 31:46Speaker 4: dysfunction again down to that individuality, you then can treat
- 31:50Speaker 4: that person as an individual where they are in time
- 31:53Speaker 4: to get them to where they want to be. So absolutely,
- 31:56Speaker 4: it's huge.
- 31:57Speaker 1: You know, every one of my guests have been focusing
- 32:00Speaker 1: on the discussion about the gut, the gut, brain, and
- 32:04Speaker 1: now the heart. The gut brain heart access. So you know,
- 32:08Speaker 1: people don't realize that a lot of people don't realize
- 32:11Speaker 1: that seventy or eighty percent of your immune system is
- 32:14Speaker 1: in your microbiome, in your gut. So if you don't
- 32:17Speaker 1: start there and then look at those hormones that affect
- 32:21Speaker 1: the gut, brain, heart access to augment the outcome. So
- 32:28Speaker 1: do you use peptides, the synthetic peptides that are the
- 32:31Speaker 1: big rage right now and in functional medicine.
- 32:36Speaker 4: Yeah, we not being a doctor, I of course leave
- 32:40Speaker 4: a lot of that decision making to the team of
- 32:42Speaker 4: doctors that we work with, but I know that we
- 32:45Speaker 4: do have individuals that utilize glps, that have utilized BPC
- 32:50Speaker 4: and TV five hundred for rehab purposes or more kind
- 32:55Speaker 4: of more specialty cases. Those definitely have been utilized. We
- 32:58Speaker 4: don't really go too far are in that realm though.
- 33:02Speaker 4: I really love Lavelle's thought process with when it comes
- 33:06Speaker 4: to peptides, and that's he's using things that are heavily
- 33:09Speaker 4: tested and he knows going to make a difference because
- 33:13Speaker 4: we know that a lot of these things, the root
- 33:16Speaker 4: issue is not that they're missing a peptide. The root
- 33:20Speaker 4: issue comes down to habits, which comes down to their
- 33:22Speaker 4: ability to stick to something, which comes down to their
- 33:25Speaker 4: hormones and their brain chemicals associated with everything that they're doing.
- 33:28Speaker 4: So we'll use them supplementally, of course, but we we
- 33:32Speaker 4: like to kind of stay within what doctor Laval pushes
- 33:36Speaker 4: towards and and he's conservative. I would say, if you
- 33:39Speaker 4: had to put him on a scale, he's a little
- 33:40Speaker 4: bit more conservative.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Which is which is good. So Ashley, in your experience
- 33:47Speaker 1: thus fire with Standard what what articles? I know you've
- 33:51Speaker 1: been writing for them as well as helping with the curriculum.
- 33:54Speaker 1: So what what articles have you written that you think
- 33:57Speaker 1: have been game changing?
- 34:01Speaker 2: So I'm going to answer that in a question I
- 34:04Speaker 2: want to I want to get back to just this one.
- 34:06Speaker 3: Point real quick. Our role is more to.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Educate and that's the biggest thing is that we may
- 34:12Speaker 2: we are the connection like to these physicians who can
- 34:15Speaker 2: do that, but with a lot of these clients that
- 34:18Speaker 2: come in or on the community calls or whatever that
- 34:22Speaker 2: you know Chris and Justin are taking, they're educating like
- 34:26Speaker 2: these individuals who can become patients under these doctors, so
- 34:31Speaker 2: that they're getting like they're getting food for thought to
- 34:34Speaker 2: be able to say, can you put me in contact
- 34:37Speaker 2: with so and so. So there is this advocacy that's
- 34:40Speaker 2: going on. And so it's like we want to educate
- 34:44Speaker 2: patients and our job is that once we are making
- 34:48Speaker 2: that connection between that patient and then that physician, we
- 34:53Speaker 2: are at the back end being able to look at
- 34:55Speaker 2: this and say, okay, now that these things are working,
- 34:58Speaker 2: now you see what we're talking about. Now see the difference.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Now we can train this way, Now you can do it.
- 35:03Speaker 2: And it's like really making that connection and just learning,
- 35:06Speaker 2: like we then become a support system for the individual
- 35:09Speaker 2: client who we're rooting for them to be able to
- 35:11Speaker 2: keep being compliant with the physician because that connection makes
- 35:15Speaker 2: our job very easy. So that's more of like how
- 35:19Speaker 2: that's going that the education is the key part that
- 35:23Speaker 2: they're doing, and then us educating ourselves knowing what these
- 35:26Speaker 2: physicians can do and knowing we're able to kind of
- 35:29Speaker 2: help push in the general population bracket. That's like more
- 35:35Speaker 2: of like how our role would end up being. And
- 35:38Speaker 2: so with that, I mean that that makes it leading
- 35:40Speaker 2: into your next your question you had.
- 35:43Speaker 3: So it's like my job is to be.
- 35:45Speaker 2: On the the like writing, like being like a senior
- 35:49Speaker 2: writer in a sense, learning about what everyone's been doing,
- 35:53Speaker 2: culminating that, being able to put it into a curriculum
- 35:56Speaker 2: into manuals, and then with that that kind of took
- 35:59Speaker 2: them into after like I've dove into this for six months,
- 36:03Speaker 2: doing this and learning and connecting dots. It was like
- 36:07Speaker 2: why don't I write a why don't I read an
- 36:09Speaker 2: article for Top Doctor on different recovery methods because it's like,
- 36:14Speaker 2: oh my gosh, they've you know, Justin's been motivating Chris
- 36:17Speaker 2: to do all these different recovery methods and like how
- 36:20Speaker 2: do you overcome these injuries?
- 36:22Speaker 3: And so that.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Became you know, inspirational, and you're like, this is really happening,
- 36:26Speaker 2: like and other people need to know this. It's not
- 36:29Speaker 2: just this like you know, he's out of touch, he's
- 36:31Speaker 2: out of reach. He doesn't apply to us. It's like, no,
- 36:34Speaker 2: he's like all of us, and he's had these minor setbacks.
- 36:37Speaker 2: He's had a big set back here or there, and
- 36:39Speaker 2: with that, these are the simple things that we've done.
- 36:42Speaker 2: But this is the lifestyle that you know, Justin has
- 36:45Speaker 2: assisted in trying to create for Chris long term. And
- 36:48Speaker 2: I think all changes for all of us, you know,
- 36:51Speaker 2: like a commonality. We're all parents, and like sometimes like
- 36:55Speaker 2: that's not looked at at the forefront, but it's something
- 36:58Speaker 2: that like if you're healthy your kids, you're they're able
- 37:01Speaker 2: to see how you're healthy and like what you're doing.
- 37:04Speaker 2: And I know just by you know, listening to Chris,
- 37:07Speaker 2: like One of his big things is like he's a dad,
- 37:10Speaker 2: and so choices in life change like Justin's a dad.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Choices in life change like I'm a mom.
- 37:15Speaker 2: And when you have that commonality, you understand like what
- 37:20Speaker 2: you need to do for that next generation.
- 37:22Speaker 3: I think that's a thing.
- 37:23Speaker 2: So being able to you know, write the most recent
- 37:27Speaker 2: article Ryan, who is also on the on the writing team.
- 37:31Speaker 2: You know, Ryan and I ended up writing an article
- 37:33Speaker 2: on you know, movement as medicine and different things that
- 37:37Speaker 2: you know, Chris and Justin were able to do and
- 37:39Speaker 2: be able to explain to us, to be able to
- 37:41Speaker 2: get out there to other people, to be like, you know,
- 37:45Speaker 2: you're doing a cold plunge or wearing red light glasses
- 37:48Speaker 2: or walking and getting your movement or the stretching breathing techniques.
- 37:54Speaker 2: All these things they're not frue through. There is science
- 37:57Speaker 2: behind them. They matter, and you know, being able to
- 38:01Speaker 2: use it on a platform that other males can end
- 38:04Speaker 2: up you know, reflecting on and being like.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know he did that. You know, maybe
- 38:10Speaker 3: I want to do that too. So those types of.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Articles have ended up being more of like how we
- 38:17Speaker 2: get this out there, so that of what we're ultimately
- 38:21Speaker 2: wanting is everyone to be healthy, happy, but moving and
- 38:25Speaker 2: moving as medicine and being able to culminate a healthy lifestyle.
- 38:30Speaker 3: You know, that's more of like where this is all gone.
- 38:32Speaker 3: So clearly, I've written.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Different articles on peptides, you know, with other Polloquin coaches
- 38:38Speaker 2: that you know have been in the network all that.
- 38:40Speaker 2: I mean, I've done that, but I think this has
- 38:42Speaker 2: probably been the one article that was most inspiring. But
- 38:46Speaker 2: it just touched home because it was so real. I
- 38:49Speaker 2: was talking from like just looking at data studies and saying, hey,
- 38:54Speaker 2: do this because this study says it. It's it's a
- 38:57Speaker 2: real life story. It came very raw and it's very relatable.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Well can you send could you send us a link
- 39:04Speaker 1: to that article and we'll put it in the definitely.
- 39:08Speaker 1: So so what about stem cells? Are you playing around
- 39:11Speaker 1: with stem cells in any way for fitness? Chris? I mean,
- 39:16Speaker 1: christ justin You're gonna be might be like right now,
- 39:22Speaker 1: just like Chris, you know that you kept getting coked.
- 39:28Speaker 4: Justin? Yeah, with stem cell we we do frequently with
- 39:32Speaker 4: with the athletes especially. We'll refer out one one that
- 39:37Speaker 4: we've had a lot of work with is doctor con
- 39:40Speaker 4: I don't know if that name.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Joel con from.
- 39:46Speaker 4: Uh shoot his uh where where's he located? I'm gonna
- 39:51Speaker 4: mispronounce his name. He's out of Canada, Oh okay, and
- 39:54Speaker 4: he's got a couple of practices outside of the state.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Is he a stem cell expert.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Or Yeah, he's incredible. In fact, he's really really good
- 40:04Speaker 4: at mixing the peptides and the stem cell treatments. He
- 40:08Speaker 4: actually just partnered with dom Icovone. Uh, he has relived
- 40:13Speaker 4: their health clinics. It's a franchise that they're frankly, they're
- 40:17Speaker 4: they're blowing up and they're finding a way to bring
- 40:20Speaker 4: in some some cool stem cell treatments. But uh, yes,
- 40:24Speaker 4: we will refer out for that. It's very seasonally dependent,
- 40:29Speaker 4: of course, with how much you have to change the
- 40:32Speaker 4: training around the stem cells. And it can be difficult
- 40:35Speaker 4: with the athletes because they only have such a small
- 40:37Speaker 4: window for their a lot of times. But in terms
- 40:41Speaker 4: of the longevity side with general population, yeah, we we've
- 40:45Speaker 4: we've definitely looked into it. There's nothing that's solidified. We've
- 40:48Speaker 4: spoken with like Bioaccelerator for example, they're really big into
- 40:52Speaker 4: their longevity protocols and of course getting people out of
- 40:55Speaker 4: pain with their stem cells. But it's it's really intriguing.
- 41:00Speaker 4: It's really intriguing. Definitely.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Well, I have to tell you that this side note
- 41:05Speaker 1: that I just got back from Tijuana where I visited
- 41:09Speaker 1: Ed Clay and Ed Clay, if you know his name,
- 41:12Speaker 1: was an MMA fighter and big champion, and his partner
- 41:17Speaker 1: Scott Nelson is also they're all MMA guys. But they
- 41:24Speaker 1: have a hospital that Joe Rogan always touts his on
- 41:29Speaker 1: his podcast and Dana White I think is probably somehow
- 41:32Speaker 1: connected to them. But anyway, they have this big hospital
- 41:36Speaker 1: called the TAM Center TAM and Cellular CPI, which is
- 41:42Speaker 1: Cellular Performance Institute, which is the stem cell division, and
- 41:47Speaker 1: so he invited me to go down there, and I
- 41:49Speaker 1: have to tell you it's the greatest education on athletes
- 41:54Speaker 1: who are dealing with injuries. I would say ninety percent
- 41:57Speaker 1: of the people in my class, because they were like
- 41:59Speaker 1: fifty of us, thirty people that were new and twenty
- 42:03Speaker 1: that were repeat coming back with their second injection. But
- 42:07Speaker 1: I would say ninety percent of them were athletes, or
- 42:10Speaker 1: if not athletes, there were weekend warriors who had been injured,
- 42:14Speaker 1: so they were all athletic in some way or other.
- 42:18Speaker 1: There were several in our group that were in wheelchairs.
- 42:22Speaker 1: So there were four of those. So there was that
- 42:26Speaker 1: category of disease there because it wasn't athletic or fitness.
- 42:31Speaker 1: It was because they wanted to live, not die. But
- 42:37Speaker 1: what I was the reason I'm telling you this is
- 42:40Speaker 1: we all signed up for a WhatsApp And so now
- 42:44Speaker 1: it's been two weeks since we've been back, and the
- 42:46Speaker 1: WhatsApp is very active because these people are all giving
- 42:49Speaker 1: their feedback. And what has amazed me is how much
- 42:56Speaker 1: pain these people have been in after the infections. So
- 43:01Speaker 1: I talked to Ed the other day and I said, Ed,
- 43:04Speaker 1: you know, why is it that after stem cells these
- 43:06Speaker 1: people are all like moaning and groaning about they're tired,
- 43:10Speaker 1: or they they're you know, they feel they feel like
- 43:13Speaker 1: they can't, you know, they don't know what they can do. Now.
- 43:16Speaker 1: They feel a little bit crippled about the whole thing.
- 43:19Speaker 1: By the way, I was the only one in the
- 43:21Speaker 1: whole group of fifty. It wasn't getting an injection. I
- 43:23Speaker 1: was getting He gave me the opportunity to get the
- 43:26Speaker 1: stem cells. But we did it. I did it with
- 43:29Speaker 1: an IV because I didn't have I didn't have any
- 43:32Speaker 1: you know, think goodness didn't have anything to worry about.
- 43:35Speaker 1: So so anyway, so he said, it takes ninety days
- 43:41Speaker 1: for the stem cells to integrate. Did you know all this?
- 43:45Speaker 1: I didn't know this.
- 43:46Speaker 4: It's a lengthy process.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. And they can't do any BPC one fifty
- 43:51Speaker 1: seven if they've been doing that, I don't know. I
- 43:54Speaker 1: didn't really get to ask him the reason why. But
- 43:57Speaker 1: the other peptides, you know, the the TV five hundred
- 44:01Speaker 1: and the IPRA morele and and you know, those are
- 44:05Speaker 1: all doable. They allow them. And while we were there,
- 44:10Speaker 1: we did the NAD ivs, which is you know, nad
- 44:14Speaker 1: has become one of the big another darling. And then
- 44:19Speaker 1: we did ozone. So I told him, you know, maybe
- 44:22Speaker 1: the next generation you'll do the plasma foresis, where you know,
- 44:26Speaker 1: they take out your couple of pints of your blood
- 44:29Speaker 1: and then they detoxify it. But the ozone is kind
- 44:32Speaker 1: of the you know, stepping stone to that where they
- 44:34Speaker 1: take out a smaller amount of your blood and then
- 44:37Speaker 1: they purify it and then put it back after it's oceanated.
- 44:40Speaker 1: But these are all the things that you can do
- 44:42Speaker 1: in Mexico. You can't do all some of those things
- 44:45Speaker 1: you can do here, but their stem cells are from
- 44:49Speaker 1: a donor from twenty nineteen, so there's no threat of
- 44:53Speaker 1: vaccine corruption and they're meschymal and local court. I mean, yeah,
- 45:01Speaker 1: I'm milical cord. So there that's legal in Mexico. Not legal.
- 45:07Speaker 1: I don't think that they can do as authentically here.
- 45:10Speaker 1: So that's the one limitation, of course of the US
- 45:13Speaker 1: is the FDA issues around the stem cells. But I
- 45:18Speaker 1: just wanted your reaction to that, because it was shocking
- 45:20Speaker 1: to me that these people that went to get rid
- 45:23Speaker 1: of pain were getting actually more pain as a result.
- 45:28Speaker 3: But they say it's a result of that.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Well that's what I was really asking justin is did
- 45:34Speaker 1: he have any thoughts on that? Ed Ed said, it's
- 45:36Speaker 1: the time that takes to integrate the stem cells into
- 45:41Speaker 1: the healing process of the body, particularly when there's been
- 45:45Speaker 1: trauma and inflammation.
- 45:47Speaker 4: Well, I was going to say, that's the only thing
- 45:49Speaker 4: in my head, very uneducated opinion that I'd attribute it to.
- 45:53Speaker 4: Is I mean, if you're putting foreign bodies and injecting
- 45:56Speaker 4: and like, especially in the individuals who maybe they haven't
- 45:59Speaker 4: had as much of that before. Yeah, I gauge needle
- 46:02Speaker 4: they're using how deep it has to go. But in general,
- 46:04Speaker 4: if you do anything like that, like I would imagine,
- 46:07Speaker 4: you're gonna get some sort of like you said, inflammation
- 46:10Speaker 4: response from it.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know, inflammation is good at the beginning.
- 46:16Speaker 1: You want some inflammation because that's part of the healing process,
- 46:19Speaker 1: but you don't want it to go on, yeah, you know, indefinitely.
- 46:23Speaker 1: So this is it wouldn't be interesting to see what
- 46:26Speaker 1: happens after ninety days, whether these people start saying, I'm
- 46:29Speaker 1: a new person and you know, one guys sitting next
- 46:32Speaker 1: we had both shoulders, both knees, and I think it's
- 46:36Speaker 1: maybe something else, ankles or something. And then and then
- 46:40Speaker 1: they also offer an esthetic, Yeah, where you can get
- 46:46Speaker 1: sham cells in your face, injected into your face or
- 46:49Speaker 1: you know, aesthetically into the body. So yeah, no, it's
- 46:52Speaker 1: it's a cool, cool thing. You how to check it out, cellular.
- 46:56Speaker 4: It's super cool. I think the only caveat uh. I
- 47:00Speaker 4: don't know. Maybe in the next twenty years it'll be
- 47:02Speaker 4: more common. It's very rare that any of these places
- 47:06Speaker 4: are all encompassing, because really what each of those people
- 47:10Speaker 4: need is they need the stem cell, but they need
- 47:12Speaker 4: to follow what were called to make sure their diet,
- 47:14Speaker 4: their supplementation.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, in fact training, right.
- 47:17Speaker 4: Because why are you in dysfunction? Yeah, the thing that
- 47:21Speaker 4: you can do to fix it, right, So.
- 47:23Speaker 1: You know, you're so right, and they have an aftercare
- 47:25Speaker 1: team and they are so persistent. I mean, I told them,
- 47:29Speaker 1: you don't need to keep calling me. I was just
- 47:31Speaker 1: there as a more you know, for business reasons, and
- 47:36Speaker 1: I said, so, you know, yeah, I was able to participate,
- 47:39Speaker 1: but don't keep calling me for all this feedback that
- 47:41Speaker 1: I can't really give you because I didn't have any injuries.
- 47:44Speaker 1: But they are really diligent. And by the way, when
- 47:46Speaker 1: you look up Camp Center, you're going to see that
- 47:50Speaker 1: they're going to become the foremost cancer treatment center in
- 47:53Speaker 1: the world. So that's really their focus, but the stem
- 47:57Speaker 1: cells are auxiliary to that. So let's talk about what's
- 48:01Speaker 1: happening with A four a M with Bob Goldman and
- 48:06Speaker 1: World Health Net and Epoch Health. So, actually, I know
- 48:10Speaker 1: you're going to be very much front and center in
- 48:14Speaker 1: Vegas in December at A four a M. So what
- 48:18Speaker 1: is your vision about that comedy that with Standard being
- 48:21Speaker 1: involved with that joint venture.
- 48:25Speaker 2: I think the long term vision is to end up
- 48:27Speaker 2: showing physicians how if they have a team of coaches
- 48:33Speaker 2: that are knowledgeable and they're willing to partner with them,
- 48:37Speaker 2: how we can really generate a new and I'm saying wealth,
- 48:42Speaker 2: but a new wealth of knowledge into how physicians need
- 48:47Speaker 2: to almost like bring their type of medicine forward, and
- 48:51Speaker 2: how do we integrate this so that you know, we
- 48:55Speaker 2: align with them and that at the same time, our
- 48:58Speaker 2: intention as standard is that we want to end up
- 49:01Speaker 2: making sure.
- 49:02Speaker 3: That you know, Justin actually had the greatest name for it.
- 49:05Speaker 2: I kept saying, so this is like this triangle and
- 49:07Speaker 2: he's like, so it's like a trinity and I'm like, yes,
- 49:10Speaker 2: but it is trinity of like, you know, the strength coach,
- 49:14Speaker 2: the athlete or the individual, and then the doctor and
- 49:17Speaker 2: it's how these three have to work together. And if that,
- 49:21Speaker 2: if that trinity comes about, wonders happened, lifestyle is corrected,
- 49:26Speaker 2: you end up having optimization, You're able to end up
- 49:29Speaker 2: being able to go further.
- 49:31Speaker 3: You have a vitality. And I think the biggest thing
- 49:35Speaker 3: that gets.
- 49:37Speaker 2: That struggles like you know, you may have a really
- 49:40Speaker 2: good physician and you have an individual. It's like, oh,
- 49:42Speaker 2: they're the best, but then they're struggling with what they
- 49:46Speaker 2: need to do because they don't know what to do.
- 49:48Speaker 3: And that's come into play because.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Our job is to be like, you know, physician, give
- 49:54Speaker 2: us your exercise prescription. But we want the you know,
- 49:58Speaker 2: the bandwagon to be like, all right, we got their back,
- 50:00Speaker 2: We got this, Like let's try to make the most
- 50:03Speaker 2: out of this.
- 50:03Speaker 3: And our job is to.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Be able to not only be that motivating factor, but
- 50:08Speaker 2: it's also to be able to.
- 50:09Speaker 3: Say, like, we too want to be educated on what's
- 50:13Speaker 3: going on.
- 50:14Speaker 2: Knowing thefication and the standard of care is like it's
- 50:18Speaker 2: the individual. They are the priority, and on both ends
- 50:22Speaker 2: of the spectrum, it's like our balance is like we
- 50:24Speaker 2: really can't be anything without that individual, and that physician
- 50:28Speaker 2: ends up, you know, having these individuals and a lot
- 50:31Speaker 2: of times, you know, we want to be like partnering
- 50:35Speaker 2: in hindsight to be able to share in other physicians
- 50:39Speaker 2: who are in the A four M you know, industry,
- 50:42Speaker 2: that passion of like if they want to be able
- 50:45Speaker 2: to they did this because they wanted to be able
- 50:47Speaker 2: to help the community of health or be able to.
- 50:49Speaker 3: Help individual clients.
- 50:51Speaker 2: A lot of time their job is so slim because
- 50:55Speaker 2: physicians are only going for maybe a consult every three
- 50:57Speaker 2: months or bloodwork once every you know, six months, or
- 51:00Speaker 2: maybe once a year, and so they don't get the.
- 51:03Speaker 3: Everyday experience that US coaches do get.
- 51:06Speaker 2: And to be able to have that and to be
- 51:08Speaker 2: able to have that access, to be able to ask,
- 51:10Speaker 2: you know, questions, knowing that you know, we have the
- 51:13Speaker 2: best intention but to educate these individuals so that we
- 51:18Speaker 2: turn into their advocates so that they can end up
- 51:21Speaker 2: going and asking the appropriate questions that they need, so
- 51:24Speaker 2: that this entire trinity of health can end up coming
- 51:27Speaker 2: out on the forefront and we can look at it
- 51:29Speaker 2: and be like, oh, so, you know, if you have
- 51:31Speaker 2: a client that's interested in doing something, it's like you know,
- 51:34Speaker 2: calling in on a community call and them taking you know,
- 51:38Speaker 2: a question answer and saying, how do I integrate? You know,
- 51:41Speaker 2: I've had a shoulder issue and I learned about stem
- 51:44Speaker 2: cell as well as I've learned about taking VPC and
- 51:48Speaker 2: justin being able to say.
- 51:50Speaker 3: Both are great.
- 51:51Speaker 2: However, you know, you want to consider these things and
- 51:54Speaker 2: maybe we should do a loop with this physician who's
- 51:56Speaker 2: really able to end up helping However, once you do
- 51:59Speaker 2: find that we're your team, because then we know what
- 52:02Speaker 2: to do with exercise modality, you know all those things,
- 52:05Speaker 2: and it's just it's being able to expand a physician's
- 52:10Speaker 2: thought on really where can we take you know, movement
- 52:14Speaker 2: as medicine and expedit so that you know we're we're
- 52:18Speaker 2: everyone's partner and that's really really what we want to
- 52:21Speaker 2: be for everyone.
- 52:22Speaker 1: Do you do you actually have physicians as your clients
- 52:25Speaker 1: there guessing oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 52:30Speaker 2: That's the greatest motivator is knowing that because there have
- 52:33Speaker 2: been so many established physician to coach relationships and knowing
- 52:38Speaker 2: that they're they're all understanding, we're all educated, and then.
- 52:42Speaker 3: We're also wanting to know more. We're also for that.
- 52:46Speaker 2: That's what's allowing this moment, like this movement to really
- 52:49Speaker 2: like flourish because they're trusting us, but we're also trusting
- 52:53Speaker 2: them and what they're teaching, what they're providing us with,
- 52:56Speaker 2: and that's what makes it like, it makes it huge.
- 53:00Speaker 1: So let's fast forward like five years from now, what
- 53:03Speaker 1: do you see being the protocol with the three together
- 53:07Speaker 1: as a trinity.
- 53:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I was going to say, I feel
- 53:13Speaker 4: like we're kind of doing Yeah, we're doing it. The
- 53:17Speaker 4: five years from now will be people realize that that's
- 53:20Speaker 4: the fastest way to get a result and to get
- 53:22Speaker 4: have the best return on their investment. So the other
- 53:25Speaker 4: people will start doing it.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 53:28Speaker 2: So more as inspiring others to be able to do
- 53:32Speaker 2: that or wanting to be a part of the movement
- 53:35Speaker 2: that we're wanting to bring to the forefront of.
- 53:37Speaker 3: Health and wellness.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Well, certainly with Rob Sletch, you're involved. You have a
- 53:42Speaker 1: huge advocate and an incredible spokesperson who just works tirelessly.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Everything he touches is you know, it's done to the nines.
- 53:54Speaker 1: No wonder. Doctor Goldman has been partnered with him for
- 53:58Speaker 1: I think it's fifteen years so that he's been his
- 54:01Speaker 1: go to person, and I feel so fortunate that we
- 54:05Speaker 1: have him in common as a colleague. And yeah, So
- 54:10Speaker 1: do you see the future of Epoch Health being vertically
- 54:18Speaker 1: integrated with what they're doing, because they have Epoch Times,
- 54:23Speaker 1: Epoch News now Epoc Health, So I think and I
- 54:28Speaker 1: think they I think he told me they have twenty
- 54:30Speaker 1: million views per month or something, So I mean, I
- 54:34Speaker 1: see this as huge for a standard You know that
- 54:37Speaker 1: You're a part of something that's already established, it has
- 54:40Speaker 1: it's you know, the wheels are in motion, you're jumping
- 54:43Speaker 1: on a moving train, but you're adding a whole dynamic
- 54:47Speaker 1: that they don't have. Right, So it really is a
- 54:51Speaker 1: perfect marriage. And I love the spirituality concept of the
- 54:56Speaker 1: Trinity justin which which brings up a good question, how
- 55:01Speaker 1: has spirituality played a role in your and your experience
- 55:06Speaker 1: in your career?
- 55:07Speaker 4: Oh, I mean personally, it's the driving force. We were
- 55:10Speaker 4: just talking about this yesterday. I'm very clearly I was
- 55:14Speaker 4: put on this earth with beautiful people around me that
- 55:18Speaker 4: are incredibly intelligent, that have gifts, and I've been able
- 55:22Speaker 4: to take all of them. And I've been trusted by
- 55:24Speaker 4: I mean, I mean faster than a lot of my
- 55:26Speaker 4: colleagues at least. I've been able to influence people very
- 55:30Speaker 4: quickly and in a drastic manner. And I think that
- 55:32Speaker 4: only happens with God's hand being on it. And in
- 55:36Speaker 4: all of that as well, just the myself. I'm a
- 55:41Speaker 4: Christian and I try to envelop everything that Christ was
- 55:45Speaker 4: in what I do, and so in our in our gym,
- 55:49Speaker 4: in our coaching, in our curriculum, and everything we do
- 55:52Speaker 4: it has that same in Greek it's agape, but it's
- 55:55Speaker 4: like an unconditional, nothing needed on my end love that
- 56:00Speaker 4: we pushed that. It's like, truly, someone comes in and
- 56:03Speaker 4: their life needs to be changed. Whether it's a coach
- 56:06Speaker 4: that we have, whether it's a physician that we're working
- 56:08Speaker 4: with and we want to impact their practice, whether it's
- 56:10Speaker 4: an athlete, a mom, a dad, a youth athlete, whoever
- 56:13Speaker 4: it is. Everything is extremely intentional and missionally driven. And
- 56:18Speaker 4: that's because of my relationship with God and what I
- 56:21Speaker 4: feel like he's calling me to do. And everyone who's
- 56:24Speaker 4: a part of Standard embodies that. Yeah.
- 56:27Speaker 1: I'm sure you were as devastated as most of us
- 56:30Speaker 1: were about Charlie Kirk.
- 56:32Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh yeah, especially out in scotts I have
- 56:36Speaker 4: a couple of friends who are very very close with him.
- 56:39Speaker 4: So yeah, very very unfortunate.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Yeah, but you have you got involved with Radfest at all?
- 56:46Speaker 1: Because I know they're in Scottsdale.
- 56:50Speaker 4: Okay, I'm not even yeah, I'm not even familiar with it.
- 56:54Speaker 1: I'm sure they are. James Stroll is the co founder.
- 56:59Speaker 1: I'll talk to you about that offline. So let's end
- 57:04Speaker 1: with you, each or each of you giving us a
- 57:07Speaker 1: one sentence message. Well, if you would like to impart
- 57:11Speaker 1: to our viewers today one message, what would that be?
- 57:15Speaker 1: So we'll start with you.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Actually, oh, one message, okay, I mean it.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Doesn't have to be one sentence. You can go on,
- 57:21Speaker 1: it's okay.
- 57:27Speaker 2: I would probably say that educate, educate, educate, So read
- 57:32Speaker 2: as much as you can and make sure that what
- 57:35Speaker 2: you read, if you don't understand, always ask questions so
- 57:39Speaker 2: that you're able to end up being able to comprehend
- 57:44Speaker 2: what knowledge is out there, but then allowing you to
- 57:48Speaker 2: have the time to apply it and.
- 57:51Speaker 3: Do it the right way. Don't just jump on a bandwagon, like.
- 57:55Speaker 2: Do your research, make sure you understand what you're doing.
- 57:59Speaker 2: And then with that direction, with that pure intention of
- 58:03Speaker 2: knowing like you're going at this with you know, good reason,
- 58:07Speaker 2: putting yourself and surrounding yourself with good, wholesome people that
- 58:11Speaker 2: you can really trust that direction, and I think that
- 58:15Speaker 2: that would be the one thing that's not you know,
- 58:19Speaker 2: stressed enough, but just align with what you feel is
- 58:24Speaker 2: like is good and spirituality goes with that, you know,
- 58:27Speaker 2: So sure those people have the same alignment that you do,
- 58:31Speaker 2: and you'll really start to see that through that association
- 58:36Speaker 2: of you know, the mind and body, that you'll be
- 58:38Speaker 2: able to uh really feel whole again just because those.
- 58:44Speaker 3: Elements are are done. But it does come with knowledge first.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Well that you know, you've really just addressed the mission
- 58:50Speaker 1: of Ageless and Timeless, which is, you know when people
- 58:53Speaker 1: always ask you why did you do this? You're a
- 58:55Speaker 1: real estate developer and you've had this big corporate career
- 58:59Speaker 1: and entrepreneur and all that, but you know, there was
- 59:02Speaker 1: just this what Justin said earlier, there was just this
- 59:05Speaker 1: driving for us. It said, I need to give back
- 59:09Speaker 1: and I need to help to educate people about these
- 59:13Speaker 1: so many people confused about where to get answered. So
- 59:17Speaker 1: you just touched on exactly what is the core mission
- 59:21Speaker 1: of this podcast? So okay, justin your turn, what's your
- 59:27Speaker 1: message to our viewers?
- 59:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I think this kind of goes off of it's
- 59:32Speaker 4: fresh on my mind. Chris and I just had a
- 59:34Speaker 4: conversation about this. It's everything that we embody that we
- 59:37Speaker 4: try to get our clients to embody, and I think
- 59:39Speaker 4: would be very impactful for everyone else. And it's this
- 59:42Speaker 4: concept of doing everything on purpose. And there's a double
- 59:46Speaker 4: meaning to that, one being if you're going to start training.
- 59:51Speaker 4: Do it to the best of your ability. Everything is
- 59:53Speaker 4: on purpose. Don't waste any If you're gonna trust the
- 59:56Speaker 4: doctor to oversee your health, do it to the best
- 59:59Speaker 4: of your ability, whatever that means. And then also on
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: the other end of it, you have a purpose, right,
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: there's a reason that you're here, whether it's you're guiding that,
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: whether you're trusting God to guide that, or it's whatever
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: it is. Everything you should, everything you do is either
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: going to get you closer to that purpose or pull
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: you from it, And so you have to stay on
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: purpose as well.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: You know, I think that's that's an amazing message because
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: it's all about intention. And you know, we were all
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: brought here for a purpose. The lucky ones like you
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: and Ashley and me and rob Let, we're guided somehow,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: guided to know what the answer to that question is,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: why are we here and what do we meant to accomplish?
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: But not everybody is as fortunate, and those that are
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: not that are searching for that, you know, need somewhat
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: of a guideline or people role models like you two
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: to help them to understand what why am I on
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: this path or what path should I be on? If
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: they're really going back to the original why am I here?
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: And so I think what you just said, and then
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: I think the Standard what you told us about the
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Standard program and how that helps people to fill in
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: the blanks, you know, to get those those answers. So
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: if you were to give one, well, let's just say
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: one goal for Standard going forward. Now, you know, what
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: you've already accomplished is already pretty impressive. But is there
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: anything that you haven't accomplished yet that you would like
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: to accomplish in the future.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: Yeah, truly, everything that we do is such a personal
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: level thing. I would love to say that our goal
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: is to be the most impactful human performance human wellness
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: brand ever. That's truly what we're looking for. But that
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: ultimately boils down to every person that we interact with.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: They experience life transformation from whether that's the scale that
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: we have now or one hundred x that that's always
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: going to be the mission through and through is that
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: life transformation on a personal level.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: And so if people want to join your program and
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: they can only do it virtually, how did they go
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: about doing that? Yeah?
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: So, of course we have the app and there's programs
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: on there, an amazing community and education. There's group coaching
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: as well, where like Ashley was saying, they get access
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: to Chris and myself on a weekly basis and we're
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: able to walk people through a curriculum that we have.
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: But the one that the majority of people go towards
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: is that one on one experience, and it is more
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: of an investment, but it's I can't put a dollar
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: amount on the life transformation that I've seen from it
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: with the people that trust us to guide them. And
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: in that scenario, it's applying seeing if you're someone who
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: fits our criteria and who we believe is ready to
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: make that life change, and then our team handles everything
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: from there and then we jump into the coaching process.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: But that that one on one is also virtual, but
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: there can be But if somebody happens to live geographically close,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: they could do an actual physical, of course connection. So
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: can you break down the pricing for us so people
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: have an understanding of what category they might fit in financially?
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: Of course? Yeah, So when it comes to the app,
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: you're spending about one hundred dollars for a year to
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: have access.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that's so reasonable.
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: Exactly, Well, that's the idea is anyone should be able
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: to do that considering the impact that it'll have. The
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: group coaching is about five hundred dollars for a year,
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: the online coaching, which has the telemedicine, it has some
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: in person events, it has all that that's around the
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: fifteen grand mark. And then for in person it's very
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: scenario dependent, but for someone to be with us for
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: rough year, it's about twenty five to thirty grand that
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: they're going to be spending.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Okay, okay, So actually, anything else that your vision wants
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: to for the future, for a standard wants to articulate.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: I would say, I think our long term goal is
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: that we're not only going to continue to keep motivating
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: and transforming just patient and client life, but our long
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: term projection is that we really want to bring the
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: application of coaching and the art of coaching back so
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: that it's not just you know, virtual, it's really sharing
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: that integrative experience of like getting to know someone one
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: on one, being able to know like what that pathway
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: is like. And with that being said, we're able to
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: you know, train these coaches and have these coaches have
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: these certifications and get the education that they need. So
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: that the art of coaching, the art of of you know,
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: that human one on one connection is brought back. I
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: think that's a huge part of this, that like, you know,
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: we can all be in the hustle and bustle and
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: understand that you know, virtual is definitely the it's always
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: going to be there. However, I think as coaches, knowing
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: that we have a great coaches community and that we're
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: all willing to keep learning, to be able to keep
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: becoming students and motivate others through learning is going to
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: be a huge thing when it comes to the curriculum
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: and the mission of what Justin's wanting to really bring
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: to the forefront with you know, with all of our
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: coaches and I think physicians too. I think it's good
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: to learn. And that's why a four M is so exciting.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: It's because you get to go and learn. I mean,
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: like's why it's you know, it brings that element of
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: like you're almost a kid again, being able to say,
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: like how much can I learn and then how can
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: I apply it?
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: That's fun at least to us.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: So being able to have and attract other like minded
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: individuals who love which is or you know, love coaching
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: they have that you know, passion in that drive that
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Justin keeps talking about. To attract that and be able
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: to bring more of that out to the forefront.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: I think that's our long term goal with this.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: So what what's the website the way people can shine up?
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: Yeah, so the app, it's Standard Dot app and they'll
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: be able to see both the group coaching and the
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: app through that.
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: Standard Coaching is going to be the page which is
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: for the online coaching, and the Standard Collective is our
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: physical location out at Scottsdale.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: And and let's be clear that everybody's Standard is spelled.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, st, N, D, R and D.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: Why did you leave out the two a's.
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: It's one of those new age fancy schmancy drop the
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: vowels and oh you got something?
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Okay, well s T and.
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: R D right, D R D D R D.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: I'm sorry, yeah, ST and D, R D Okay, everybody,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: Well that this has been really helpful. And I know
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: that you too are so passionate and wanting to make
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: just empower people and and to really make change and
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: people live you know, longer but healthier, because who wants
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: to live a long life if you're not living it healthfully,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: so exactly all right. Well, thank you so much, and
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: I guess I'm going to see both of you in
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: another couple of weeks. That's right, that's all right. Well
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: you have a wonderful weekend, take care, say thank you, okay,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: bye bye
