- 0:00SPEAKER_00: On this episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, we're finally doing the website episode.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: I'm going to talk about everything that you need to know about real estate websites.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: I'm going to name names, which website providers suck, which ones are great, which one will work for you based on your content marketing strategy.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: We're going to dive into websites right now.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: The Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: We need generation tips and strategies to give you more leads and sell more homes.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: I love to buy houses.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: I like to sell houses.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: What is going on, Massive Agents?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the Massive Agent Podcast, episode number 68.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: Welcome.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Yes, we're finally doing the website episode.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: I've been I've been furiously putting some notes down so that I remember to hit all these different points.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: Because honestly, the reason why I haven't done an episode we're 68 episodes deep, and I'm finally getting to real estate websites, which is crazy because websites are such a big part of my strategy and what what really brought me to the dance.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Like my real estate website put me on the map for being a real estate agent and like was the platform to help me learn everything that I've ever talked about with you guys.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: So I the reason that I haven't done it is there's just so much involved.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, oh my God, should I break it up into three shows?
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Should I do one show?
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: You know, how should we do it?
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna go through it with as much information as possible, packed into one show.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: If we need to elaborate more on a future episode, awesome.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: We'll do that.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: But I get asked about real estate websites all the time.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: So today is the day.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: For you guys that are new to the show.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: My name is Dustin Brome, your host.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: I am a real estate agent with EXP Realty in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: I am a speaker, a trainer, real estate coach, and co-founder of the Industry Syndicate.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: This show is a proud founding member of the Industry Syndicate, the very first media network in the real in the real estate industry.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: And I'm also the founder and head coach, if you will, of the Massive Agent Society.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: That is our lead generation training support program and system.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: And if you have not heard about that, I'll I'll mention it a little bit at the end of this show today, after we give you the goods on the websites.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Basically, we teach you how to take control over your lead generation.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: 100% control so that you're not relying on Zillow or your broker or realtor.com or opcity or your lender partner or your agent partner or whatever the hell.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: We want you to know how to bring clients in the door.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: If you're a business of any kind and you don't know how to bring clients in, new customers in the door, at some point you die.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: At some point you just can't maintain that business successfully.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So that's what we're all about.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: Um, real quick, lifetime memberships are still available.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: We are going to be offering those for now on, but the sale that we offered two weeks ago is over.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: We've still had a few, a few new lifetime members come in and take certain markets off the board.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: We only allow one agent or loan officer per market.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So once the market's gone, if it's a lifetime membership, it's gone forever.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Sucks for everyone else.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: But, you know, you snooze you lose.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: That's I mean, that's the way it works.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: You know those square videos that I do on Instagram?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: I I mostly do them on Instagram and I share them on Facebook and LinkedIn as well.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: They're the square videos, there's a white banner across the top and the bottom with text on the top and bottom, and then it has a scrolling red progress bar across the bottom.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: I so many times, every time I post one, I get asked, how do you do that?
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Which app do you use?
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: I don't use an app.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: I use something called Screen Flow.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: So if you are a Mac user, there's a program called Screenflow.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: Go to MassiveAgenPodcast.com/slash screenflow, and that is what I use.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: So that is that pro that one piece of software, that one program, I use for all my video editing, and that's what I edit this show with.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: I I record and edit my flash briefings.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: I record and edit my podcast episodes, and all the videos I do, I do with screen flow.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: It's like 120, 130 bucks.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: And the new, the new version is amazing.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Uh Screenflow 8.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: The old one, when I first got it at Screenflow 6, it was kind of like eh, you know, it was lacking some stuff.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: It was very basic, but for me at the time that was great.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: It's now added some stuff that really make a huge difference.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: I've tried Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: I have not tried Final Cut Pro.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: I hear that's really, really good, but that's that's a couple hundred bucks, I think, or a few hundred bucks.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And it it has all the bells and whistles.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: Like you could do a motion picture with that.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: We don't need that as agents and loan officers.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: We don't need that.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: It's overkill.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: So if you want to know how I do those square videos, I will be doing a video tutorial showing you how I create the template, like how I get the progress bar to scroll, how I do all the you know the stuff and the thing and the fade ins and the blah blah blah.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: I'll show you all that stuff.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: But the program that I use to answer your questions is Screenflow, MassiveAn Podcast.com slash screenflow to check it out.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Please subscribe if you have not.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Please subscribe to the show on whichever podcast player you are listening on, especially on iTunes.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: What whenever you subscribe, it makes it easier for you and then it helps us.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: It lets iTunes know that this show is in demand, so it helps us show up more when people search for real estate podcasts, which is always appreciated.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: And then you don't have to remember every Thursday morning we have a new show come out.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So if you if you're not subscribed, you might forget, and like three weeks later you're like, oh crap, I have to catch up on three episodes.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Just subscribe.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: It helps you, it helps us, it's all good.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: All right, let's talk about some real estate websites, shall we?
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Let me say this right up front.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: You absolutely do not need an expensive real estate website.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: You don't need it.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Now, depending on your strategy and what your goals and and what your plan is, maybe you do.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: And and when I say expensive, I mean it uh five hundred dollars a month and up.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Guys, honestly, because I I've been doing this now for three or four years, and I've researched a lot of different websites, most of which we'll talk about today.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Like, if it's if it's a couple hundred dollars a month or less, that's not expensive.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you how I first got into real estate websites.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: Well, okay, so first off, let me back up even more.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: I do that a lot.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Squirrels, the squirrels involved, the squirrel's sitting here, of course, distracting the shit out of me.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Damn squirrel.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: So you don't need an expensive website, but you absolutely do get what you pay for.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: You absolutely get what you pay for.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: I learned this the hard way.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: When I first started out, oh, and I do believe you must, if you are a real estate agent or a loan officer, you absolutely must have a website.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: You must have a website.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: If you don't have a website, that's like not having Well, I was gonna come up with some weird analogy.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: Um, your website's your home base.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: Like your website's the one property that you have online that can't be taken away.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Okay, your Facebook profile, your Instagram profile, your YouTube channel, your LinkedIn account, all that stuff, you're relying on those platforms.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: When it's your website, it's your website.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Same with your email list.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Like no one can take that away from you.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Those are that's your property.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: So your website is your home base.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And when people Google you, sure, it's cool that they can find your profiles and channels and stuff.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: But having a website, even if it's just like a business card type website, gives you credibility.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: So you must have it, you must have a website.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: You do not need, you absolutely do not need a big expensive one.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: I don't have a big expensive one, but you do get what you pay for.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: And I'll I'll help you wade through exactly what that means so that you're not being over overcharged for a bunch of shit that you do not need.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: As you start going down this path, if if you guys have a website now or maybe you're new to the business and you're just thinking about what to do, do you just go with the website your broker gives you?
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Do you just, you know, whatever?
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: You really have to know what your objective is.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: If you if you need help crafting what your objective is with your site, then go back and listen to some of our previous episodes on content marketing.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: We I've done a couple of them.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Um one, well, geez, I don't know.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: I don't know the episode numbers.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: They're not in front of me, but we've done a few on content marketing.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: Guys, if you ever need to go back into the archives or go search something, you could use a podcast player called Overcast.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter what kind of phone you have, Overcast is great.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Then you can search within a podcast for episodes and all that stuff.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: You could also use Pocket Casts, which is a great one, or just go to MassiveAgentPodcast.com.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Our website is Home Base.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Again, it's Home Base for everything that we do.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: So we have so many resources for you guys.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: We have a resources page with a bunch of discounts and links and everything like that to you know products, services, vendors that we use and recommend.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: But every single episode we turn into a blog post and then we do show notes and we have relevant links and links to other articles and links to stuff that we mention and all that stuff over at massiveagentpodcast.com.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: So just go there, but go back and listen to our our geez, that's twice I've hit my uh my pop filter.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: Go back and listen to our content marketing episodes to help you craft your your strategy.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: If if you don't plan on doing, if you don't plan on building a media company, if you don't plan on doing a lot of content and blogging and doing some articles and embedding videos in your articles and stuff, then you don't like you have a different need than I do.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: You have a different need than somebody who is planning on becoming the local media company that everyone is sharing their articles, and you know, they're they're like the central hub for local information.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: You need a different website if you're gonna be a media company versus if you're not.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: So we'll get into that as well and some of those nuances.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Some of the reasons why you need a website.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: What when I say that you must have a website, here's why.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: First off, it gives credibility.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: It's like a business card that you fully control.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: You can put whatever you want on it, and and it gives you credibility when you have your own website.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: It is a property that no one can take away from you, like I mentioned earlier.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: If if Facebook goes down, if Instagram goes away, if Twitter uh goes bankrupt or whatever, and you've built your business on those platforms, on those profiles, now it's gone.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: You need a website.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: That's the only property that you really own.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: It's your home base.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Like you can, just like I just did with the MassiveAgent Podcast.com website.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: I told you, like, that's the central hub for everything.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: You can do that with your business.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: Like all your content, you can just everything can go back to your website.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: And here's why that's here's why that works.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Here's why that's awesome.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: You can install your Facebook Pixel and your Google Tag, which is Google's, it's like Google's Pixel for remarketing if you're doing Google Ads.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Facebook Pixel and Google Tags can be installed on your website.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: So you can then create custom audiences and start effectively retargeting people that take certain actions on your website or visit certain pages.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: So you know, someone visiting your website on your home value, your home value request page, chances are they're a seller or interested in becoming one at some point.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: If they're looking at home buyer guides or searching for homes, you know they're a buyer of some sort.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: So you know based on what they're doing, and then you can set custom audiences.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: We've talked a lot about retargeting.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: We have a a free article on the Massive Agent Society website, MassiveAgen Society.com slash blog, and that walks you through how to create custom audiences.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: If you don't know how to do that, go watch that video.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Totally free.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: You do not have to be a society member for that.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: That's just on the blog over at MassiveAgenSociety.com.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: But that's so key.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Like if you're driving everyone to your website and then you you're capturing their actions, you're capturing their activity and the fact that they're there, you can build a really effective remarketing strategy with Facebook ads and Google ads.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Um also home search.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Like, look, I know I understand most, and this is one of the biggest reasons why people like, I don't need a website, people are just gonna search Zillow or Redfin or the MLS or whatever.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: I agree with you.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Most of my clients don't ever search my website either, but they could.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing if you're doing your job properly and you're putting content out there and you're you're having other websites link back to yours, which is called a backlink, which is a very important indicator in SEO, a very important indicator to Google that your website is of high authority.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: SEO is something that you will learn, okay?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: SEO, if that's holding you back, if not understanding SEO search engine optimization search engine optimization, if that's holding you back, I didn't know a goddamn thing about SEO when I first started my website.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: Nothing.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Like I I knew what it meant, but I didn't really know what it meant.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: Like I knew SEO meant search engine optimization.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: I I was so intimidated and looking back, it's like it's not that complicated.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's certain little tactics and and techniques and stuff that you have to learn, but the concepts are not complicated.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: You just have to you have to learn something new every single day.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: You can absolutely do it.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: SEO is huge.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Man, that's the third time I've hit my my pop filter.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: I think I need to switch the thingamajiggy over to the other side there.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: Anyways, um, if I didn't have a website, I could not have written the article that you've heard me talk about before, my moving to Salt Lake City article that's generated well over$100,000 in commission for me over the last couple years.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: That was my number one article for a long, long time.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: It still is.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: I at some point, at one point, I was getting, you know, 10 to 15 organic leads every week from just that article.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And that was a that was a high trafficked keyword.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Okay, people meaning a lot of people were searching for moving to Salt Lake City related search terms.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: So I was showing up number one on Google.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: I'm still on page one.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: But I mean, the article is like three years old.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: I'm still on page one for relocating to Salt Lake, moving to Salt Lake, whatever.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: Had I not had a solid website, I could not have done that.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: If I if that was just a YouTube video, that you know, I could have had some success with it.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: But if had I just written about it on my Facebook page or in a LinkedIn post or something, none of this would have happened.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, uh like without my website, I would not be where I am today.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Here's where it all started.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: When I first started, and you've heard my story before on previous episodes about content marketing, but I'll if you're new, I'll briefly go back in time.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: I was I had some mentors in the business, they liked cold calling, door knocking, doing mailers, hitting people up in grocery stores, wearing their freaking name tag around.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: And I hated that shit.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: That wasn't me.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: I hated it so much.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: And because of that, I didn't have any success with it.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: It's hard to have success when you're gritting your teeth the whole time, you know?
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh, hello, it's so nice to meet you.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: No success.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: And I mean, it was that might be a slight exaggeration or not.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: I I think I kind of did grit my teeth from time to time.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: So my dentist says.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: But I would, I would just, I would hate doing that stuff.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: And so I started to, and because of it, I was starving.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Like I was not selling enough homes, and there was no income.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: It was really bad.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: And so out of necessity, I started Googling how to get real estate leads, how to get new business.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: And I came across a blog from a website provider that I've been with for three years now.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: At the time, I was just like, wow, these guys are providing a ton of great information about content marketing, how to get leads, like and specific ideas on write an article on this and you know, do a video on this, and here's a you know, you could do this little strategy here and this.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: And I started going down the rabbit hole and I'm like, wow, these guys haven't even like asked for a sale.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: Like, what are they even selling?
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, wait a minute.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: And then I read more about content marketing, how you can attract people to you by providing something of value to them first.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: And it clicked.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: I'm like, wait, that's what they're doing to me.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Like these guys, I don't even know what they sell really.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: And then I mean, pretty soon I found out they were a real estate website provider, but like they weren't hard selling me to schedule an appointment or any of that stuff.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: They were just, they had some amazing, helpful, detailed articles and interviews that helped me come up with a lot of great ideas and completely switched my mind shift.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: I almost said my mind shift.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: I shifted my mind shift.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: I shifted my mindset to how do I attract business to me versus how do I chase it down, like I had been doing, uh, not well.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: And and so I started going down the rabbit hole.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: And at that point, I looked at their website and it was like$160 a month, and I'm like, oh my God.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Like, how does anyone pay that?
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: How does anyone afford that?
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: This was at a time where like I was eating those little like you know dollar uh you know, cardboard frickin' pizzas, those frozen pizzas, you know, because I couldn't afford anything.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: I I was starving to death.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, how does anyone afford$160 a month?
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: And at the time, uh the setup fee was$500 in addition to that, and I'm like, that's so, so expensive.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: So I I looked at what my brokerage offered.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: And like most brokerages, they offer some sort of website, and this one had a free website, which was just terrible.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: The free websites are absolute garbage.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: You have no control, no customization ability, no nothing.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Um, it's basically just an online profile that, hey, you're with that company.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Well, cool, that's awesome.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Uh, does literally nothing for you.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: Uh, so then I'm like, well, how do I get my own website that I could actually like customize and do some stuff with that has home search and all that stuff?
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: And I found out, okay,$40 a month.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And it was this local website.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Well, I think they I think they even provide sites outside of Utah, but they're big within Utah.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: It's called pro agent websites.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Absolute garbage, in my opinion.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: Absolutely the worst.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: But I didn't know that at the time.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: I was like,$40 a month, I can do that.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: It gives me home search.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: They have a quote unquote blog, but it was absolutely terrible.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: So as I started going down that path, I'm like, I'm gonna build a media company, I'm gonna start writing articles, I'm gonna do this, that, and the other thing.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: I realized just how limited that website was for me.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I can't do A, B, C, D, E, F, and G all the way through Z and then all the way back again to A and then all the way to Z again.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: I couldn't do any of that stuff.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: So then I was like, do I really have to pay a hundred bucks a month,$160 a month to get what I need?
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: Because again, at the time, that was so expensive to me.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: And then I started going past that at other so I was looking at Easy Agent Pro and they were$160 a month.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: I was looking at Playster, uh, which was around$100 a month at the time.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: Um, I looked at a couple others, and then I I got into real estate webmasters, which was like my God, they're so freaking expensive.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: And nine out of ten people that have them don't need them.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: They absolutely don't utilize them.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: And they're$500, 600, even more per month, plus you know, thousands and thousands in setup fees and change fees and customization fees, and you know, and they're not just nickel and diming.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: No, they're they're like ten dollar and a hundred dollaring you to death.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: So I realized then maybe this isn't so expensive.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Everything that I wanted, everything I I wanted the ability to build landing pages so that I didn't need some separate uh prescription, a prescription, uh, so that I didn't need a separate subscription for lead pages.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: I wanted my website provider to have landing pages for me that I could customize and you know, squeeze pages and all of that stuff.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: I wanted great support.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: I wanted to own the content.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: I didn't want someone to say, well, like if if it didn't work out a year later or something, I didn't want them to be like, well, this is our website.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: No, you know, you're gonna have to go go build it from scratch all over again.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: That's not okay with me.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: So I wanted to own the information.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: And I I just I wanted to feel good about the website provider.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: Because the one I was with before, Pro Agent Websites, I I was speaking with someone at their company, and I'm pretty damn sure it was the owner.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: That was so long ago, I can't exactly remember it.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: But they they told me, because I asked for certain functionality within the blog.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you know, it'd be great if it could do A, B, C, or D.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: And they're like, and I told them why.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: They're like, you know what, there's no SEO value in in blogging.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: I'm like, are you kidding me?
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Like, there's only SEO value in blogging.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about?
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Like, a blog is not different than the other pages on the site.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Like, they they were so out of touch that I'm I canceled it right then and there.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: I'm like, this is not for me.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Uh took me a little bit, but I finally like I I think I borrowed money from my my parents, actually.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: I think I actually borrowed money from my parents so I could get started with Easy Agent Pro.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: At the time I was so skeptical.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: I was worried, I was so going out on a limb, uh, wondering if it would work.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: But I I had found some mentors that I found some mentors that I knew were killing it with blogging.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: They were just Just bringing in clients after client after client, organically, people that were searching Google and then found them, reached out to them, and already knowing that they were going to hire that agent.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: And so I had these mentors who were amazing, super helpful.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: Bill, Kyle, Ryan, Jeff, Andrew, like uh, Wendy, um, Karen, so many of you guys, you know who you are.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Amazing, amazing mentors.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: But they showed me what was possible.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: I just had to take that leap.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: So I was like, you know what?
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: I put the money down, I did it.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Uh, I remember, I remember getting a walkthrough from Easy Agent Pro.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: And guys, I will give you a link here in a minute so you could get this priority walkthrough, this priority um look under the hood, so to speak, and get the setup fee waived if you wanted to go with Easy Agent Pro or at least get the walkthrough and see if it's gonna fit for you.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: I'll give you a special link here in a minute.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: But as I was going through that, I was like, wow, I thought I just wanted a blog that had some landing pages.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that they also have text messaging response.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Uh I didn't know that it also had this and this and this and this, and the support is free.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: Like I can have customizations made that don't cost me extra within reason, of course.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: I like I found out all of this stuff was included in 160 bucks a month.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: What I found out pretty quick was that that 160 a month, while expensive to me at the time, is by far, even still today, the best value that I've seen in the real estate industry for a real estate website.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: I've I've never seen anything else.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: And I've been a client of theirs for about three years.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: A year and a half or so ago, I started looking at other websites.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: I was like, maybe the grass is greener, and I start researching other sites.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: I look at Sierra Interactive.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: Sierra websites are great, but they're like$400 a month and up.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Uh real estate webmasters, they make good sites, but they nickel and dime you.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's all sorts of crap there that I wouldn't, you know.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: A lot of their users are not happy and they they're they're paying thousands and thousands.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: I'm over here paying$160 a month.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: Like, come on.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: With no contract or anything like that either.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: And they're not going to charge me$500 to move the logo from the upper left to the bottom right like some of these other jokers.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: But uh it was it it was just interesting.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: I started I started researching it and I found out that they're the best value.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: Um but it it took starting with that crappy$40 a month brokerage provided website.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: And I know so many people who have that brokerage provided site.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Here's the problem.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: If you can't put a Facebook pixel on it, if you can't put a Google tag on it, if if you don't own the content, if you can't customize it, that's a problem.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: And even if you don't want to do a media company, even if you just want a decent home search site that you can customize a little bit, you still want to be able to have the Google Pixel, sorry, the Google Tag and the Facebook Pixel.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: So if your brokerage site doesn't provide that, get your own website.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Um some I told you I'd name names, all right.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: Easy Agent Pro, while I've been with them for a while, like three something years, three or four years.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: And I do think, even still, after all the research I've done, and I was I was about to cheat on them, you know, I started or or I started looking at other options, but I realized you you cannot get better than the 160 a month.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: You they offer so much stuff that even some of these more expensive sites don't have.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: And and so I stuck with them.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm glad I did.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: They made a bunch of positive changes.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: Uh, they keep adding new functionality that you don't have to pay extra for.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: It's just like, oh, by the way, now you have this.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: So I love them.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: They're not the only good ones.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: Uh Sierra Interactive's good, they cost a lot more.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: Real Geeks is pretty good, but it's it costs a lot more, and they don't have the options or the uh the extras that that Easy Agent Pro sites do.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Playster is a great website.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: It's it's less expensive.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: Um you're you're a little bit more limited on customization and tools that are provided.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: I know some people who have a Playster site that are super happy with it.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: Uh the free Playster site, they look good.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Uh they're better than that crappy Pro Agent website one that I had back in the day, but very, very limited in what you can do and what you can customize with it.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: KV Core.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Um, as you know, I've talked about because I'm an EXP agent, I have a KV Core website also.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: I actually really like KV Core.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: I actually think it's a great website.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: And I get asked all the time, well, why do you have this Easy Agent Pro website and why do you have a KV Core website?
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: I started my Search Salt Lake website on Easy Agent Pro three or four years ago.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: Um I picked my CRM, you know, when I first got into the business.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: And so I already had that machine going.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: When I switched to EXP a year ago, if you're listening to this, let's see, what is it, mid-April?
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Um, I've I've been with EXP for like two weeks shy of a year.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: And so when I switched to EXP, I now got KV Core and you know it's included, so I'm like, I may as well try it out.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: I start experimenting with it just so I know.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: And I, you know, when people um when I help people come over to EXP and join our team there, I can know some stuff about it.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: I found it, it's a great website.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Uh, if I hadn't, if I didn't already have my Easy Agent Pro site, and this is the important part, and if I hadn't decided to go all in on a full-on media company that happens to sell real estate, then I would just go with the KV core site.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: If all you if you want a blog, if you want the ability to do some content and some customization and have a very powerful lead capturing website, a KV course site's great, and their CRM is great.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: Like there's nothing wrong with that.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: And as an EXP agent, that's all included in your$50 a month tech fee.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: $50 a month.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna be switching to EXP or you already are, and you're just thinking about doing a website, you don't really want to do the whole media company thing.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: You just want to do some content on your blog.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: Just roll with your KV Core site.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: You already have it, it's super powerful.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: But if you are doing a media company, I feel like you absolutely must have an Easy Agent Pro website or a Sierra Interactive one or a full custom one.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: You can have a fully custom one built.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, it's a little bit more expensive.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: But you just have to know what you're what your objectives are with the website.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Before I but before I really ramble on much more, um, I do have a few more tips for you guys looking for a website.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: But I mentioned before the the website provider that I that I've been using for three or four years, that I I trust.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: I know the founders.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: I know I know both of the founders.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: I know their current leadership team.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: I have conversations with them from time to time.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: They've had me test out certain functionality on my site before they roll it live to everybody else.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: Like I know these guys, uh like I trust them.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: I know that they absolutely have the best of intentions.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: They're not these crazy, let's, you know, milk these agents for every dollar that they have, like some of these frickin' websites that, you know, with with a three-letter abbreviation that I, you know, anyways, uh they're not like that.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: They really want to provide as much value as possible.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: And they do, and they have.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: So if you want to see what I see, and if you're looking for a website,$160 a month, they will also waive the the setup fee.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: So you can have a zero dollar.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: That's a weird way to say it.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: You can have no setup fee whatsoever.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: You just need to go to MassiveAnPodcast.com slash EAP for Easy Agent Pro.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: Massive Agent Podcast.com slash EAP.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Make sure you use that link because they will give you a priority walkthrough.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: Uh, they will, you know, tell them, well, they'll know when you use that link that you came from this show and that you came from me, and they'll give you a look under the hood.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: They'll show you what the platform does.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: And what's what's cool about that, even if you decide not to go with them, even if you're like, I really have no plans to go with them, I just want to see what they're up to.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: That walkthrough that they're going to give you, that tour, if you will, can help you shape your strategy.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: It can help you understand what can be done with a website.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: See, I went into that first meeting with them, that first tour, thinking I just needed a blog.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: And then they showed me how they had there's all these call to actions all over the website.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: There's the home value request thing, which I know most websites have, but at the time to at the time I didn't understand that that was a cool tool.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: Then they showed me the landing pages, the the texting, uh the text response stuff, um, all the different integrations and connections with CRMs and and Facebook ads and all this stuff.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, holy crap, like this is this is amazing.
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: So it started giving me ideas of what I could do that I didn't have otherwise.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: So go look under the hood, massive agentpodcast.com slash EAP, set up a tour, and and then when you use that link, they'll waive the setup fee, and then it's it's just 160 a month.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: Not everybody needs that.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: Like I said, if you if you don't plan on doing a media company, if you don't plan on doing much content, you just need a website with home search.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: Maybe you don't need the easy agent pro.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: But I think for for the vast majority of agents who need a website and are going to do some content and want and want the ability to customize, there literally is no better value in our industry than easy agent pro.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: So uh use that link, set up a tour, and go check them out.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: I've been went I've been with them for three or four years, and uh I swear by them.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: Like I can vouch for them, they do great work, great product.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't still be with them if it was shit.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't be with them if it was so-so.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: You know, like I said, I I started thinking the grass might be greener a year and a half or so ago.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: I started looking into it, and you know, it the grass was not greener.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: It just was not.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: Make sure whoever you guys go with, make sure you vet the website provider.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Don't just go through some random company that somehow got you in their funnel.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: If here's the thing.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: I stuck when I first started reading the articles from Easy Agent Pro, I stumbled on them.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: I put myself into their funnel.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: I opted into their email list to get their marketing emails, which were fantastic.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: I I got in there.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: They didn't start cold calling me, they didn't start email blasting me or retargeting me with Facebook ads or anything at the time.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: Uh they do now because they're smart and understand the power of that.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: But uh, you know, make sure that you're choosy.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: Like I just told you, if you're looking for a website, you don't want to spend 500 bucks a month or a you know, 1200 or whatever on Boomtown or any of these guys, then just go with Easy Agent Pro.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: Like if you've been listening to this show for any length of time, and like you must have some level of of trust, or um you you must you must listen to me to a certain extent.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: You must have some level of trust.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: If you don't, you wouldn't be listening to the show regularly.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: So go with Easy Agent Pro.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: Like that's who I use.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: If you if you want to be more choosy, come up, you know, come to that conclusion on your own.
- 33:19SPEAKER_00: Look into the website.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: Just just do your research, read reviews, you know, talk to other people who have them, talk to other people who have had them for many years.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: Uh, look at the bad reviews, look at the good reviews, really like uh really dive into it and and find out what's best for you for your strategy.
- 33:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's the key.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: One more time, guys, massive agentpodcast.com slash EAP.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: They will waive the enrollment fee, the setup fee.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: Excuse me, and uh you'll get a a tour of the platform totally free.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: And like I said, that that tour can help you craft your strategy for what you're gonna do with your site.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: Even if you don't even know what questions to ask, that tour, once you see everything it can do, can help you uh decide on what what strategy you're gonna move forward with.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: I highly, highly recommend it.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: But like I said before, guys, you get what you pay for.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: You absolutely do not need a crazy expensive website.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: Easy Agent Pro is not a crazy expensive website.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: Uh it's more expensive than you know the 40 bucks a month I started with, uh, with you know, the shit it was just bad.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: But uh if you've ever had a bad website, you know how important it is to get what you pay for.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: I just believe you get a hell of a lot more than what you pay for with Easy Agent Pro.
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: That's been my experience and the experience of many.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, not everyone has a not everyone's super stoked, but not everyone has the same strategy or needs that I do.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: It just depends, guys.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: Like I said, the first thing you have to do is figure out what your what your plan is, what your strategy is, how much content you are you gonna be producing, how much do you want to customize the site, how many, how much support are you gonna need from them, um, and then work your way back.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: Work your way back.
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: You can, you know, if you have a KV core site, like I said, if you're if you're not needing a bunch of customization, and if you uh if you're not gonna do like if your website's gonna have some content, but you're not gonna build a whole media organization around it, just roll with your KV core site.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: It's fantastic.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: Playster has a pretty damn good site.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: And it, you know, there's no one right answer here.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: There's just not.
- 35:34SPEAKER_00: I firmly believe though, guys, you have to have a website.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: I one of if you guys know Alex Wang, he is a he's a rock star agent in Silicon Valley.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: Uh he's in the Palo Alto area, Silicon Valley, California.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: Uh he's he's done a hundred million dollars in in production in one year, and I think he's done that for multiple years.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: Like it, he's he does great stuff.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: He has a website that I believe he did on Squarespace, maybe it was Wix, but it doesn't even have home search on it.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: It has some pretty good stuff, but like it shows that there's no one one size fits all solution.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: Um, I firmly believe you do need home search for many different reasons.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: Um, you can capture people through Google and they can start searching for homes, or they can they can come across a certain property.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: Like if they Google a property address that's for sale, they can find your website through that and then start going looking at other looking at other um properties, and then they opt in and now they become a lead, and then you know their your Facebook Pixel tracks them, your Google tab tag tracks them.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: It so many good things happen when you have home search, but you need a website.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: You just need a website that you control that you can put that stuff on.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: Along with a great website, obviously you're gonna need a great CRM.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: So Easy Agent Pro does not have a CRM attached to it.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: Now, I mean, I guess it kind of is a CRM.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: Like what it when it captures leads, you can see all those leads and where they came from and stuff within the dashboard, but it's not a CRM, okay?
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: You have to attach those leads to a CRM.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: And I've talked about over the last couple episodes.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: I I now use WiseAgent.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: I was with Realty Juggler for the first like six years or so of my career, maybe five years,$99 a year.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: For it for a cheap CRM, it did a lot of good stuff.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: Then I outgrew that.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: I went with Lion Desk.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: Then I got sick and tired of Lion Desk not really updating anything and and just being not very user-friendly.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: And I went with WiseAgent.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: I've been so freaking stoked with WiseAgent.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: WiseAgent is it's such an easy integration between my EasyAgent Pro website and WiseAgent.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: So whenever a lead comes through my site, it goes over to Wise Agent.
- 37:49SPEAKER_00: I can specifically like I can specify which drip campaign I want them put on based on like, did they just request a home value?
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: Did they fill out this landing page?
- 38:00SPEAKER_00: Did they download the buyer guide and opt in that way?
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: Like whatever it is, I can assign them to a specific drip campaign that includes texts, emails, video emails, video texts, all of that stuff automatically.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: Super, super easy.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: I love Wise Agent.
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: Guys, if you want a 30-day free trial of Wise Agent, and um I apologize because I still haven't made these available yet.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: I'm putting the finishing touches on them for you guys, um, you know, like depersonalizing them a little bit and making them more available for you guys.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: But I promised anyone who uses this code or or this link to to uh join WiseAgent or even current WiseAgent users, make sure you join the I keep using join.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Uh if you're a current Wise Agent user, just reach out to support and say, hey, I'd like to be added to the Massive Agent promo code.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: Or if you're not a Wise Agent user and you want a 30-day free trial and access to my personal drip campaigns, okay, so you can just see my drip campaigns and import them right into yours and use them as your own.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: That's totally free.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: If you use the promo code Massive Agent, that's uh let's see, use MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash wise agent.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: That's the easy URL to get there.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: Massive AgentPodcast.com slash wise agent.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Something cool that they do that I haven't seen too many other CRMs do.
- 39:27SPEAKER_00: In fact, I've never seen any other real estate CRM do, they have landing pages within the CRM.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: So you can create a bunch of landing pages that like so maybe if you don't have a website like Easy Agent Pro, you just want landing pages, just get it with your CRM.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Wise Agent has them, and it can funnel them to funnel the leads to specific drip campaigns and and you know, set them up on texts.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: So like if people sign in at your open house using a certain uh a certain landing page, just with the sign in sheet, boom, it could assign them to a drip campaign, it sends them a text thanking them for coming, sends them a text later asking for feedback, it then starts asking them questions about you know what are you looking for, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: Really, really powerful stuff.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: I love Wise Agent.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: They have so many cool tools.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: It's very user-friendly and very, very affordable.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash wise agent, get a 30-day free trial, and you can import my own drip campaigns and use them as your own.
- 40:26SPEAKER_00: It but only if you use that promo code.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: That's how they know who to give access to.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 40:33SPEAKER_00: Um, have you guys yet listened to our Alexa flash briefing called the Massive Agent Minute?
- 40:40SPEAKER_00: We're like 200, almost 280 episodes deep.
- 40:44SPEAKER_00: We do one every single day, seven days a week.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: So this podcast is one per week.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: Every Thursday morning we have a new show come out.
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: Our flash briefing on Alexa, which by the way, you do not need an Echo Dot or an Echo or device for.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: You can actually just get the Alexa app on your phone and listen to Flash Briefings that way.
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: To enable it, all you have to do is say Alexa, enable the massive agent minute.
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: And then just play your flash briefings every day.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: We have a new one every single day, between one and four minutes.
- 41:15SPEAKER_00: It's a tip, an idea, a strategy, a story, um, some helpful insight.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: Um, I mean, maybe it's just me with a book recommendation or something inspirational that I just learned or heard about.
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: Uh, but I it's my way of staying in touch with you guys seven days a week, every single day, even Saturday, even Sunday, um, as an extension of this show.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't yet, please go enable our flash briefing.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: And if you've been listening for a while, please leave a review.
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: All you have to do is uh in your Alexa app or even on Amazon.com on your laptop.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: Like just go type in Massive Agent Minute in the search bar on Amazon and it'll find it.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: Then please leave us a review to help us be found and discovered by more people looking for real estate flash briefings.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: We would appreciate that very much, and we're looking forward to hitting episode 300 here pretty soon.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: And geez, in less than less than three weeks.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: Less than three weeks, we'll be hitting episode 300.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: So that's pretty cool.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: At the beginning of the show, I mentioned our massive agent society.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: Guys, we started this over a year ago.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: It's a database.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: Here's how it works, okay?
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: It all it all revolves around this.
- 42:28SPEAKER_00: I want to teach you to fish, not fish for you.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: I'd rather teach you to fish than fish for you.
- 42:35SPEAKER_00: You need to learn how to get your own leads.
- 42:37SPEAKER_00: You really do.
- 42:38SPEAKER_00: I don't care how many years you've been in the business.
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're brand new, maybe you've been in the business 30 years, maybe you're a loan officer, maybe you're an agent, it doesn't matter.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: If you don't know how to get new business for yourself, at some point very, very soon, when Amazon buys Redfin or Zillow takes over or whatever the hell happens, even or maybe just the economy crashes, who knows?
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: And everything else stays the same, so many of you are gonna be in a world of hurt.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: If you've been buying Zillow leads, uh, you're relying on someone else for your leads other than yourself through your own efforts, you're gonna be in big trouble.
- 43:14SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be priced out if it's Zillow leads.
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Um, some other companies that provide leads will go out of business.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: And if you don't know how to craft a craft a message to capture leads, you're screwed.
- 43:27SPEAKER_00: So we provide the training.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: Uh it's all based on Facebook ads because there's no better value out there for lead capture.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: Facebook ads, we give you a database of Facebook ads that you can literally just copy and paste.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: Like we these ads are proven to work everywhere.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: So just you go log in, you click here, you copy this, we tell you use this image, use these words, use this headline, even which call to action button to use, put an emoji here, like no, here's the audience to target, all that stuff.
- 43:57SPEAKER_00: We tell you exactly what to do.
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: We have videos that show you how to.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Create a Facebook ad if you've never done one before.
- 44:02SPEAKER_00: We show you how to do retargeting.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: We show you how to do all these different things.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: And our goal is to help you become a Facebook ads lead generation master.
- 44:13SPEAKER_00: So that no matter what happens within this industry, no matter what is coming down the pike, you fully control your lead generation.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: That's what's important.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: So it all revolves around that.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: We also only allow one agent or one lender per market.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: So some markets are completely sold out forever.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: We now offer lifetime memberships.
- 44:33SPEAKER_00: Jeez, could you imagine if Zillow?
- 44:36SPEAKER_00: So I remember back in the day, I the team I was with, we did some Trulia ads.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: And when they were selling it to us, when they were pitching it, they're like, you know, you will exclusively own this zip code.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: And then we find out you exclusively own it with seven other people.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: Apparently, exclusive does not mean what you think it means, Trulia or Zillow.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: But we only allow one agent or LO per market.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: So we've sold uh we've sold a dozen or so of these lifetime memberships.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: So there's a dozen or so markets that are permanently forever unavailable for our all access uh massive agent society membership, which is unfortunate.
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: If you're not in one of those areas, which is most likely, then you can.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: So for for less than the cost of six months of coaching with frickin' Tom Ferry, you can reserve your market for life.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: You could be the only agent or the only LO in your whole market running these ads or that has access to them.
- 45:33SPEAKER_00: Or here's this the referral network.
- 45:36SPEAKER_00: You're the only agent or the only LO in your market to get the referrals that might come through the group.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: This is a group where everyone's generating leads.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: There's referrals being passed around all the time.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: So isn't that cool that you're the only one from your area?
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to do the whole, well, pick me because I'm great.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: Well, pick me because I'm better that you do in most Facebook groups.
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: We don't have that problem.
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: One agent, one lender per market, that's it.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: So you could join monthly, you could do it annually, you could do a lifetime membership.
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: Totally up to you.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: But go check it out at MassiveAgent Podcast.
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: Sorry, no, no, no.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: MassiveAgent Society.com.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: MassiveAgentSociety.com, check it out, get all the information, hit us up if you have questions.
- 46:21SPEAKER_00: But ultimately, go reserve your market, go claim your market before one of your competitors does.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: I've seen that happen over the last few weeks where somebody did not move quick enough.
- 46:31SPEAKER_00: Not even the last few weeks.
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: I've seen this for the last year, ever since we started this.
- 46:35SPEAKER_00: Some some, you know, sometimes people move faster than others.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: So for whatever reason, if you don't take action, someone else can, and especially if they buy a lifetime membership, you're done.
- 46:47SPEAKER_00: Like your market's off the map for good.
- 46:50SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that's just how it works, but there's an advantage to moving and being decisive.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: MassiveAgen Society.com, learn how to take full control over your lead generation.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Guys, thank you so much for joining us.
- 47:02SPEAKER_00: Remember, please leave us a review or a rating on iTunes.
- 47:06SPEAKER_00: You could also just go to MassiveAnpodcast.com slash review.
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: That's the easiest way to leave us a review.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: You could even just leave a rating.
- 47:13SPEAKER_00: You don't have to type words.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: If you don't want to type words, you want to keep your words for someone else or something else.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: That's totally cool.
- 47:21SPEAKER_00: At least leave us a rating where you just put however many stars.
- 47:25SPEAKER_00: And uh a review does help us though quite a bit, helps us be seen by more people and show up uh in the results when people search for a real estate podcast.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: We would appreciate that very much.
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: We are a proud founding member of the Industry Syndicate, the first media network in the real estate industry, and all of our shows can be found at industry syndicate.com.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: Some of the affiliates, sorry, some of the links mentioned may be affiliate links, which means that if you choose to make a purchase, I would earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: That really helps us to reinvest back into making the podcast better.
- 47:57SPEAKER_00: We can get better systems and platforms and tools.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: Please understand everything that I recommend, I have personal experience with these products and services.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: I only recommend them because I've used them myself.
- 48:07SPEAKER_00: I believe in them.
- 48:08SPEAKER_00: Please do not, do not spend any money on these products or these vendors or anything, not just this stuff, but don't spend money on this stuff unless you really feel that you need them or that they're gonna help you in your, you know, reach your goals.
- 48:22SPEAKER_00: Okay, just because I say that you need something, if it doesn't align with your goals, don't buy it, please.
- 48:27SPEAKER_00: Be smart about it, but that's what's going on.
- 48:30SPEAKER_00: Thank you guys.
- 48:30SPEAKER_00: Appreciate it.
- 48:31SPEAKER_00: See you next week.
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: Go sell some homes.
