  She

  there

  isn't

  a

  better
• 1:19

• 1:20
  to

• 1:36
  What's
• 1:36
  one
• 1:36
  of
• 1:36
  the
• 1:37
  most
• 1:37
  common
• 1:37
  questions
• 1:38
  you
• 1:38
  receive
• 1:38
  from
• 1:39
  retailers?
• 1:40
  I'd
• 1:41
  say
• 1:41
  how
• 1:41
  to
• 1:41
  get
• 1:41
  badges
• 1:42
  is
• 1:42
  probably
• 1:43
  the
• 1:43
  most
• 1:43
  frequently
• 1:44
  asked
• 1:45
  question.
• 1:46
  The
• 1:46
  short
• 1:47
  process
• 1:47
  is
• 1:47
  explained
• 1:48
  on
• 1:48
  our
• 1:48
  website,
• 1:49
  but
• 1:49
  again
• 1:49
  we're
• 1:50
  happy
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  walk
• 1:50
  anybody
• 1:51
  through
• 1:51
  the
• 1:51
  registration
• 1:52
  process
• 1:53
  if
• 1:53
  they
• 1:53
  contact
• 1:54
  us.
• 1:55
  But
• 1:55
  just
• 1:55
  to
• 1:55
  quickly
• 1:56
  summarize,
• 1:56
  you
• 1:57
  start
• 1:57
  by
• 1:57
  creating
• 1:58
  an
• 1:58
  account
• 1:58
  on
• 1:58
  Westside.com,
• 2:00
  submit
• 2:00
  a
• 2:00
  few
• 2:00
  documents
• 2:01
  basically
• 2:01
  disproving
• 2:02
  you
• 2:02
  own
• 2:03
  or
• 2:04
  buy
• 2:04
  for
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  Western
• 2:05
  English
• 2:06
  store.
• 2:06
  After
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  approval
• 2:08
  you
• 2:08
  can
• 2:08
  register
• 2:09
  online
• 2:09
  for
• 2:09
  free.
• 2:10
  And
• 2:10
  just
• 2:11
  a
• 2:11
  quick
• 2:11
  reminder,
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  pre
• 2:12
  registration
• 2:13
  ends
• 2:14
  on
• 2:14
  December
• 2:14
  31st.
• 2:16
  That
• 2:17
  is
• 2:17
  coming
• 2:17
  up
• 2:17
  very
• 2:18
  very
• 2:18
  soon.
• 2:18
  What
• 2:19
  other
• 2:19
  resources
• 2:20
  can
• 2:20
  you
• 2:20
  share
• 2:20
  with
• 2:21
  everybody?
• 2:22
  So
• 2:22
  many
• 2:22
  resources
• 2:23
  you
• 2:23
  can
• 2:23
  choose
• 2:23
  among
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  website,
• 2:24
  for
• 2:25
  example
• 2:25
  the
• 2:25
  FAQs
• 2:26
  for
• 2:26
  more
• 2:27
  kind
• 2:27
  of
• 2:27
  quick
• 2:27
  answers.
• 2:28
  Then
• 2:29
  we
• 2:29
  also
• 2:29
  publish
• 2:30
  editorials.
• 2:31
  You
• 2:31
  of
• 2:31
  course
• 2:31
  have
• 2:32
  the
• 2:32
  retail
• 2:32
  roundup,
• 2:33
  but
• 2:33
  then
• 2:33
  we
• 2:33
  also
• 2:34
  have
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  app,
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  directory
• 2:36
  and
• 2:36
  on
• 2:36
  site
• 2:37
  monitors.
• 2:38
  And
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  always
• 2:39
  mention
• 2:39
  this
• 2:39
  but
• 2:39
  it
• 2:40
  really
• 2:40
  does
• 2:40
  come
• 2:40
  in
• 2:41
  handy.
• 2:42
  Downloading
• 2:42
  the
• 2:43
  app
• 2:43
  is
• 2:43
  my
• 2:43
  number
• 2:44
  one
• 2:44
  tip,
• 2:44
  so
• 2:45
  just
• 2:45
  make
• 2:45
  sure
• 2:45
  you
• 2:46
  download
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  free
• 2:47

  Palmer,

  a
• 2:50
  former

• 2:51
  and
• 2:51
  the
• 2:52
  wife
• 2:52
  of
• 2:52
  a
• 2:52
  horse
• 2:52
  trainer,
• 2:53
  had
• 2:53
  a
• 2:53
  strong
• 2:54
  belief
• 2:54
  that
• 2:54
  there
• 2:55
  was
• 2:55
  a
• 2:55
  market
• 2:55
  for
• 2:55
  contoured
• 2:56
  show

  So

  she

  and
• 3:01
  today
• 3:01

• 3:23
  Well,

  Jennifer
• 3:24
  Palmer,
• 3:25
  thanks

  Wesa.
• 3:32
  Well,
• 3:33
  thank
• 3:33
  you
• 3:33
  for
• 3:33
  having
• 3:34
  me.
• 3:35
  I
• 3:35
  mean,
• 3:35
  this
• 3:35
  is
• 3:35
  going
• 3:35
  to
• 3:36
  be
• 3:36
  a
• 3:36
  fun
• 3:36
  show.
• 3:36
  It
• 3:37
  always
• 3:37
  is
• 3:38
  for
• 3:38
  our
• 3:38
  audience's
• 3:39
  benefit.
• 3:39
  Jennifer
• 3:40
  and
• 3:40
  I
• 3:40
  had
• 3:40
  a
• 3:40
  little
• 3:41
  conversation
• 3:41
  before
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  show,
• 3:43
  so
• 3:43
  I
• 3:43
  know
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  little
• 3:43
  bit
• 3:44
  more
• 3:44
  about
• 3:44
  her
• 3:44
  business
• 3:45
  and
• 3:45
  how
• 3:45
  the
• 3:46
  things
• 3:46
  we
• 3:46
  want
• 3:46
  to
• 3:46
  emphasize.
• 3:47
  But
• 3:48
  it's
• 3:48
  an
• 3:48
  interesting
• 3:49
  story
• 3:49
  in
• 3:50
  that
• 3:50
  this
• 3:50
  isn't,
• 3:51
  you're
• 3:51
  not
• 3:51
  someone
• 3:51
  who
• 3:52
  grew
• 3:52
  up
• 3:52
  in
• 3:53
  the
• 3:53
  business
• 3:53
  world
• 3:54
  or
• 3:54
  running
• 3:54
  companies
• 3:55
  or
• 3:55
  whatever.
• 3:56
  You
• 3:56
  had
• 3:56
  a
• 3:56
  belief
• 3:57
  and
• 3:57
  yet
• 3:58
  that
• 3:58
  belief
• 3:58
  was
• 3:58
  that
• 3:59
  there
• 3:59
  was
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  role
• 4:00
  and
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  market
• 4:01
  for
• 4:01
  contoured
• 4:01
  show
• 4:02
  saddles.
• 4:03
  Your
• 4:03
  husband,
• 4:03
  who
• 4:04
  is
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  trainer
• 4:05
  said
• 4:05
  there
• 4:05
  wasn't.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:07
  today
• 4:07
  you've
• 4:07
  got
• 4:07
  a
• 4:08
  successful
• 4:08
  business.
• 4:09
  Why
• 4:09
  don't
• 4:09
  you
• 4:09
  kind
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  walk
• 4:10
  us
• 4:10
  through
• 4:10
  that
• 4:10
  whole
• 4:11
  process.
• 4:12
  So
• 4:12
  we
• 4:12
  produce
• 4:13
  contoured
• 4:14
  show
• 4:14
  blankets.
• 4:15
  Oh,
• 4:15
  I'm
• 4:16
  sorry,
• 4:16
  what
• 4:16
  did
• 4:16
  I
• 4:16
  say?
• 4:17
  Saddles.
• 4:17
  That's
• 4:18
  okay.
• 4:18
  Oh,
• 4:18
  well,
• 4:19
  thank
• 4:19
  God
• 4:19
  the
• 4:19
  saddles
• 4:20
  were
• 4:20
  already
• 4:20
  contoured.
• 4:23
  But
• 4:24
  so
• 4:25
  before
• 4:26
  we
• 4:27
  brought
• 4:27
  our
• 4:27
  product
• 4:28
  to
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  market,
• 4:29
  what
• 4:29
  was
• 4:29
  used
• 4:30
  in
• 4:30
  the
• 4:30
  show
• 4:31
  world
• 4:31
  before
• 4:32
  was
• 4:32
  basically
• 4:32
  a
• 4:33
  rug
• 4:33
  woven
• 4:34
  to
• 4:34
  the
• 4:34
  dimensions
• 4:35
  to
• 4:35
  cover
• 4:36
  an
• 4:36
  what
• 4:36
  we
• 4:37
  call
• 4:37
  an
• 4:37
  underpad
• 4:38
  or
• 4:38
  some
• 4:38
  people
• 4:38
  would
• 4:39
  call
• 4:39
  a
• 4:39
  work
• 4:39
  pad
• 4:40
  that
• 4:40
  the
• 4:41
  people
• 4:41
  usually
• 4:41
  will
• 4:42
  work
• 4:42
  their
• 4:42
  horses
• 4:42
  in
• 4:43
  that
• 4:43
  is
• 4:43
  not
• 4:43
  very
• 4:43
  pretty
• 4:44
  on
• 4:44
  a
• 4:45
  day
• 4:45
  to
• 4:45
  day
• 4:45
  basis.
• 4:46
  And
• 4:46
  then
• 4:46
  when
• 4:46
  it
• 4:47
  comes
• 4:47
  time
• 4:47
  to
• 4:47
  show,
• 4:48
  they
• 4:48
  put
• 4:49
  this
• 4:49
  cover
• 4:49
  over
• 4:50
  it
• 4:50
  to
• 4:51
  make
• 4:52
  the
• 4:52
  pretty
• 4:52
  picture
• 4:53
  basically
• 4:53
  because
• 4:53
  when
• 4:53
  we're
• 4:54
  performing,
• 4:54
  especially
• 4:54
  at
• 4:55
  judged
• 4:55
  events,
• 4:56
  we
• 4:56
  want
• 4:56
  to
• 4:56
  look
• 4:57
  pretty,
• 4:58
  look
• 4:58
  good.
• 4:59
  And
• 5:00
  everything
• 5:00
  before
• 5:01
  us
• 5:01
  was
• 5:01
  basically
• 5:01
  a
• 5:01
  rug.
• 5:02
  So
• 5:02
  it
• 5:02
  was
• 5:02
  just
• 5:02
  flat
• 5:03
  where
• 5:03
  ours.
• 5:04
  It
• 5:04
  has
• 5:05
  a
• 5:05
  curve
• 5:05
  built
• 5:06
  into
• 5:06
  the
• 5:07
  pattern
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  so
• 5:08
  it
• 5:08
  lifts
• 5:09
  at
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  withers
• 5:10
  and
• 5:10
  then
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  rear,
• 5:11
  just
• 5:11
  like
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  horse's
• 5:11
  back
• 5:12
  does
• 5:12
  and
• 5:12
  just
• 5:12
  like
• 5:12
  the
• 5:13
  underside
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  your
• 5:13
  saddle
• 5:14
  does,
• 5:15
  which
• 5:15
  means
• 5:16
  there's
• 5:16
  no
• 5:17
  bundle
• 5:18
  of
• 5:18
  wool
• 5:18
  mess
• 5:18
  or
• 5:18
  anywhere,
• 5:19
  anywhere.
• 5:19
  It's
• 5:20
  just
• 5:20
  seamless.
• 5:22
  Well,
• 5:22
  I
• 5:22
  mean
• 5:22
  the,
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  concept
• 5:23
  is
• 5:23
  that
• 5:24
  it
• 5:24
  fits,
• 5:24
  it
• 5:25
  fits
• 5:25
  differently
• 5:26
  but
• 5:26
  it
• 5:26
  looks
• 5:27
  good.
• 5:27
  And
• 5:28
  I
• 5:28
  think
• 5:28
  that's
• 5:28
  probably
• 5:29
  one
• 5:29
  of
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  key
• 5:29
  selling
• 5:30
  points.
• 5:31
  Let's
• 5:31
  talk
• 5:31
  a
• 5:31
  bit
• 5:31
  about
• 5:32
  the
• 5:32
  creative
• 5:32
  side.
• 5:33
  I'm
• 5:33
  going
• 5:33
  to
• 5:33
  have
• 5:33
  Casey
• 5:34
  join
• 5:34
  in
• 5:35
  here
• 5:35
  in
• 5:35
  a
• 5:35
  minute
• 5:35
  because
• 5:35
  she's
• 5:36
  put
• 5:36
  on
• 5:36
  far
• 5:37
  more
• 5:37
  saddle
• 5:38
  pads
• 5:38
  and
• 5:38
  blankets
• 5:38
  than
• 5:39
  I
• 5:39
  have
• 5:40
  in
• 5:40
  her
• 5:40
  life
• 5:41
  and
• 5:41
  still
• 5:41
  does.
• 5:42
  But
• 5:42
  to
• 5:42
  me,
• 5:43
  it's
• 5:43
  not
• 5:43
  only
• 5:43
  the
• 5:44
  physical
• 5:44
  design
• 5:44
  of
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  product.
• 5:46
  But
• 5:46
  as
• 5:46
  you
• 5:46
  said,
• 5:47
  people
• 5:47
  want
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  look
• 5:48
  good
• 5:48
  in
• 5:49
  while
• 5:49
  they're
• 5:50
  showing
• 5:50
  their
• 5:50
  horses.
• 5:51
  And
• 5:51
  you've
• 5:52
  really
• 5:52
  kind
• 5:52
  of
• 5:52
  emphasized
• 5:53
  that
• 5:54
  as
• 5:54
  part
• 5:54
  of
• 5:54
  your
• 5:55
  product
• 5:55
  line.
• 5:56
  So
• 5:56
  who
• 5:56
  does.
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  mean,
• 5:57
  if
• 5:58
  you
• 5:58
  look
• 5:58
  on
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  website,
• 5:59
  there's
• 5:59
  all
• 5:59
  sorts
• 5:59
  of
• 5:59
  designs
• 6:00
  there,
• 6:00
  but
• 6:01
  where
• 6:01
  do
• 6:01
  those
• 6:01
  come
• 6:01
  from?
• 6:02
  And
• 6:02
  then
• 6:02
  let's
• 6:02
  talk
• 6:03
  about
• 6:03
  how
• 6:03
  they
• 6:03
  get
• 6:04
  produced.
• 6:04
  Okay,
• 6:05
  so
• 6:06
  the.
• 6:08
  The
• 6:08
  way
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  sell
• 6:09
  a
• 6:09
  lot
• 6:09
  of
• 6:09
  show
• 6:09
  blankets
• 6:10
  is
• 6:10
  to
• 6:11
  bring
• 6:12
  lots
• 6:12
  of
• 6:12
  different
• 6:13
  options,
• 6:13
  lots
• 6:13
  of
• 6:13
  different
• 6:14
  patterns,
• 6:14
  because
• 6:15
  different
• 6:15
  people
• 6:15
  have
• 6:15
  different
• 6:16
  tastes.
• 6:17
  Some
• 6:17
  disciplines
• 6:18
  want
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  change
• 6:18
  their
• 6:18
  shirt
• 6:19
  every,
• 6:20
  you
• 6:20
  know,
• 6:21
  type
• 6:21
  of
• 6:22
  event,
• 6:22
  what
• 6:22
  have
• 6:22
  you.
• 6:23
  So
• 6:23
  they
• 6:23
  need
• 6:23
  different
• 6:24
  color
• 6:24
  schemes.
• 6:25
  Ours,
• 6:26
  I
• 6:26
  grew
• 6:27
  up
• 6:27
  in
• 6:27
  the
• 6:27
  cutting
• 6:27
  horse
• 6:27
  industry,
• 6:28
  and
• 6:28
  that
• 6:28
  is
• 6:28
  the
• 6:29
  industry
• 6:29
  in
• 6:29
  which
• 6:29
  our
• 6:30
  contoured
• 6:31
  show
• 6:31
  blankets
• 6:32
  boomed
• 6:32
  in.
• 6:33
  And
• 6:33
  our
• 6:33
  thing
• 6:34
  is
• 6:34
  really
• 6:35
  just
• 6:35
  pattern
• 6:36
  and
• 6:36
  look
• 6:36
  for
• 6:36
  that
• 6:37
  particular
• 6:37
  horse.
• 6:38
  And
• 6:38
  so
• 6:39
  what
• 6:40
  we
• 6:40
  do
• 6:40
  is
• 6:41
  I
• 6:41
  collect
• 6:42
  pattern
• 6:42
  show
• 6:43
  blankets
• 6:43
  are
• 6:43
  different,
• 6:44
  built
• 6:45
  differently
• 6:45
  than
• 6:45
  flat
• 6:45
  blankets,
• 6:46
  as
• 6:46
  well
• 6:46
  as
• 6:47
  in
• 6:47
  that
• 6:48
  structurally,
• 6:48
  there
• 6:49
  are
• 6:49
  certain
• 6:49
  aspects
• 6:49
  that
• 6:50
  cannot
• 6:50
  be
• 6:50
  done
• 6:50
  in
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  contour
• 6:51
  show
• 6:51
  blanket.
• 6:52
  For
• 6:52
  appearance,
• 6:53
  that
• 6:53
  can
• 6:53
  be
• 6:53
  done
• 6:53
  in
• 6:53
  a
• 6:54
  flat
• 6:54
  blanket.
• 6:54
  But
• 6:55
  anyway,
• 6:55
  so
• 6:55
  because
• 6:56
  of
• 6:56
  that,
• 6:56
  I
• 6:57
  collect
• 6:57
  what
• 6:57
  I
• 6:57
  call
• 6:57
  inspiration
• 6:58
  photos.
• 6:58
  It
• 6:59
  could
• 6:59
  be.
• 6:59
  It
• 6:59
  could
• 6:59
  be
• 6:59
  a
• 7:00
  pattern
• 7:00
  in
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  vase.
• 7:01
  It
• 7:01
  could
• 7:01
  be
• 7:01
  a
• 7:02
  pattern
• 7:02
  in
• 7:02
  a
• 7:02
  jacket
• 7:03
  or.
• 7:04
  One
• 7:04
  of
• 7:04
  our
• 7:04
  most
• 7:05
  recent
• 7:05
  patterns
• 7:06
  was
• 7:06
  on
• 7:06
  the
• 7:07
  morning
• 7:07
  show
• 7:07
  on
• 7:08
  Apple
• 7:08
  tv.
• 7:09
  I
• 7:09
  saw
• 7:10
  some
• 7:10
  cool
• 7:10
  curtains
• 7:10
  in
• 7:11
  the
• 7:11
  background
• 7:11
  and
• 7:12
  panned
• 7:12
  in
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  got
• 7:13
  a
• 7:13
  snapshot
• 7:14
  of
• 7:14
  the
• 7:14
  curtains
• 7:15
  in
• 7:15
  the
• 7:15
  background
• 7:15
  on
• 7:15
  the
• 7:15
  television.
• 7:17
  Anyway,
• 7:17
  so
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  gather
• 7:18
  all
• 7:18
  these
• 7:18
  and
• 7:19
  then
• 7:19
  we
• 7:19
  send
• 7:19
  them
• 7:19
  over
• 7:20
  and
• 7:20
  we
• 7:20
  do
• 7:20
  what
• 7:20
  we
• 7:21
  call
• 7:21
  as
• 7:21
  our
• 7:21
  test
• 7:21
  patterns.
• 7:22
  And
• 7:23
  we.
• 7:23
  They
• 7:24
  do
• 7:25
  roughly
• 7:25
  around
• 7:25
  100
• 7:26
  test
• 7:26
  patterns
• 7:27
  or
• 7:27
  so
• 7:27
  a
• 7:27
  year,
• 7:27
  and
• 7:27
  they
• 7:28
  ship
• 7:28
  them
• 7:28
  over
• 7:28
  to
• 7:28
  us
• 7:28
  at
• 7:29
  the
• 7:29
  same
• 7:29
  time.
• 7:29
  And
• 7:29
  then
• 7:29
  we
• 7:30
  select
• 7:30
  which
• 7:31
  ones
• 7:31
  we
• 7:31
  want
• 7:31
  to
• 7:31
  put
• 7:31
  in
• 7:32
  to
• 7:32
  production
• 7:33
  based
• 7:34
  on
• 7:34
  those
• 7:34
  patterns.
• 7:36
  So
• 7:36
  how
• 7:36
  many
• 7:37
  of
• 7:37
  a
• 7:37
  specific
• 7:38
  pattern
• 7:39
  would
• 7:39
  you
• 7:39
  produce?
• 7:40
  So
• 7:40
  we
• 7:40
  only
• 7:41
  produce
• 7:41
  50
• 7:41
  of
• 7:42
  each.
• 7:42
  We
• 7:42
  make
• 7:43
  two
• 7:43
  different
• 7:43
  sizes
• 7:44
  because
• 7:45
  due
• 7:45
  to
• 7:45
  the
• 7:45
  contour
• 7:46
  shape
• 7:46
  and
• 7:47
  they
• 7:47
  fit
• 7:47
  differently
• 7:48
  and
• 7:48
  to
• 7:49
  accommodate
• 7:50
  all
• 7:50
  different
• 7:51
  styles
• 7:51
  of
• 7:51
  horses.
• 7:52
  So
• 7:53
  we
• 7:53
  make
• 7:54
  so
• 7:54
  many
• 7:54
  in
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  small
• 7:55
  size,
• 7:55
  usually
• 7:56
  15
• 7:56
  in
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  small
• 7:56
  size
• 7:57
  and
• 7:57
  35
• 7:57
  in
• 7:58
  the
• 7:58
  big
• 7:58
  size.
• 7:59
  And
• 7:59
  then
• 7:59
  once
• 8:00
  those
• 8:01
  are
• 8:01
  sold,
• 8:02
  that
• 8:02
  pattern
• 8:03
  goes
• 8:03
  into
• 8:03
  what
• 8:03
  we
• 8:03
  call
• 8:04
  retirement.
• 8:05
  Oh,
• 8:05
  really?
• 8:06
  So
• 8:06
  if
• 8:07
  I
• 8:07
  buy
• 8:07
  one
• 8:07
  of
• 8:07
  those
• 8:08
  50,
• 8:08
  there's
• 8:08
  not
• 8:09
  going
• 8:09
  to
• 8:09
  be
• 8:09
  another
• 8:10
  thousand
• 8:10
  coming
• 8:11
  along
• 8:11
  behind
• 8:11
  me.
• 8:12
  That
• 8:12
  looks
• 8:12
  just
• 8:13
  like
• 8:13
  it.
• 8:13
  Yeah.
• 8:14
  No,
• 8:14
  once
• 8:14
  those
• 8:14
  50
• 8:15
  are
• 8:15
  gone,
• 8:15
  they're
• 8:15
  gone
• 8:16
  forever.
• 8:16
  The
• 8:17
  only
• 8:17
  way
• 8:17
  you
• 8:17
  can
• 8:17
  find
• 8:18
  them
• 8:18
  is
• 8:18
  if
• 8:18
  you
• 8:19
  find
• 8:19
  somebody
• 8:19
  that's
• 8:19
  willing
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  sell
• 8:20
  it,
• 8:20
  part
• 8:21
  with
• 8:21
  it.
• 8:21
  Okay,
• 8:22
  and
• 8:23
  so
• 8:23
  how
• 8:23
  many
• 8:24
  patterns
• 8:25
  have
• 8:25
  you
• 8:25
  had
• 8:26
  since
• 8:26
  you
• 8:26
  started
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  company
• 8:27
  in,
• 8:27
  I
• 8:28
  think,
• 8:28
  20,
• 8:29
  19?
• 8:29
  Yeah,
• 8:30
  a
• 8:30
  lot.
• 8:31
  I
• 8:31
  don't
• 8:31
  even
• 8:31
  know
• 8:32
  off
• 8:32
  the
• 8:32
  top
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  my
• 8:33
  head.
• 8:34
  We,
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  first
• 8:35
  two
• 8:36
  years
• 8:36
  we
• 8:36
  didn't
• 8:36
  do
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  50
• 8:37
  cap.
• 8:38
  We
• 8:38
  didn't
• 8:38
  start
• 8:39
  that
• 8:39
  until
• 8:40
  just
• 8:40
  like
• 8:41
  barely,
• 8:41
  barely
• 8:42
  2020.
• 8:43
  But
• 8:43
  we
• 8:43
  had
• 8:43
  to
• 8:44
  because
• 8:44
  we
• 8:44
  were
• 8:45
  so
• 8:45
  new
• 8:45
  and
• 8:45
  variety
• 8:46
  is
• 8:46
  what
• 8:46
  sells
• 8:47
  the
• 8:47
  blankets.
• 8:48
  We
• 8:48
  just
• 8:49
  made
• 8:49
  a
• 8:49
  whole
• 8:50
  bunch
• 8:50
  of
• 8:50
  patterns.
• 8:50
  So
• 8:50
  we
• 8:51
  probably
• 8:51
  made
• 8:51
  three
• 8:51
  or
• 8:52
  400
• 8:52
  pattern
• 8:52
  works
• 8:53
  the
• 8:53
  first
• 8:53
  two
• 8:54
  years.
• 8:55
  Granted
• 8:55
  those
• 8:56
  are
• 8:56
  not
• 8:56
  capped
• 8:56
  out
• 8:57
  as
• 8:57
  far
• 8:57
  as
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  50
• 8:58
  since
• 8:59
  then.
• 8:59
  Each
• 9:00
  pattern
• 9:00
  lineup
• 9:01
  can
• 9:01
  be
• 9:02
  35
• 9:03
  to.
• 9:03
  This
• 9:04
  last
• 9:04
  one
• 9:04
  we
• 9:04
  did
• 9:05
  in
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  spring
• 9:05
  was
• 9:05
  52
• 9:06
  different
• 9:06
  patterns.
• 9:08
  So
• 9:09
  it,
• 9:09
  it's
• 9:10
  a
• 9:10
  big
• 9:10
  number.
• 9:11
  Well,
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  is
• 9:12
  a
• 9:12
  big
• 9:12
  number
• 9:12
  and
• 9:13
  I
• 9:13
  want
• 9:13
  to,
• 9:13
  I
• 9:13
  promise
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  go
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  Casey,
• 9:15
  but
• 9:15
  if
• 9:15
  I'm
• 9:16
  a
• 9:16
  retail
• 9:17
  and
• 9:18
  I
• 9:18
  go
• 9:18
  to.
• 9:19
  I
• 9:19
  go
• 9:19
  on
• 9:19
  the
• 9:19
  website
• 9:20
  and
• 9:20
  I
• 9:20
  see
• 9:21
  some
• 9:21
  patterns
• 9:21
  I
• 9:22
  think
• 9:22
  would
• 9:22
  sell
• 9:22
  in
• 9:23
  my
• 9:23
  markets,
• 9:24
  I've
• 9:24
  got
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  compete
• 9:26
  for
• 9:26
  a
• 9:27
  portion
• 9:27
  of
• 9:27
  those
• 9:27
  50
• 9:28
  saddle
• 9:29
  pads.
• 9:30
  Yes
• 9:30
  and
• 9:31
  no.
• 9:31
  We
• 9:32
  open
• 9:32
  pre
• 9:32
  orders
• 9:33
  for
• 9:33
  a
• 9:33
  period
• 9:33
  of
• 9:34
  time
• 9:35
  and
• 9:35
  generally
• 9:36
  and
• 9:36
  since
• 9:36
  there's
• 9:37
  so
• 9:37
  many
• 9:37
  patterns,
• 9:38
  not
• 9:39
  all
• 9:39
  retailers
• 9:40
  serve
• 9:41
  the
• 9:41
  same
• 9:41
  markets.
• 9:42
  Some
• 9:43
  retailers
• 9:43
  serve
• 9:44
  cutters,
• 9:44
  some
• 9:44
  serve
• 9:45
  ranch
• 9:45
  horses,
• 9:46
  some
• 9:47
  serve
• 9:47
  pleasure.
• 9:48
  But
• 9:49
  so
• 9:50
  they,
• 9:50
  there's
• 9:51
  always
• 9:51
  a
• 9:51
  decent
• 9:52
  variety
• 9:52
  to
• 9:53
  accommodate
• 9:53
  the
• 9:54
  tastes
• 9:54
  of
• 9:55
  your
• 9:55
  clientele
• 9:56
  per
• 9:56
  se.
• 9:57
  So
• 9:58
  it
• 9:58
  spreads
• 9:59
  pretty,
• 9:59
  pretty
• 9:59
  far.
• 10:00
  I
• 10:00
  mean
• 10:01
  when
• 10:01
  you're
• 10:01
  talking
• 10:01
  about
• 10:02
  you
• 10:02
  know,
• 10:03
  10
• 10:04
  patterns
• 10:05
  that's
• 10:05
  500
• 10:05
  blankets.
• 10:06
  So
• 10:07
  it's
• 10:07
  and,
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  we're
• 10:08
  talking
• 10:09
  we
• 10:09
  produce
• 10:09
  more
• 10:10
  than
• 10:10
  usually
• 10:11
  more
• 10:11
  30ish
• 10:12
  or
• 10:12
  more
• 10:13
  in
• 10:13
  a
• 10:13
  pattern
• 10:13
  set.
• 10:14
  So
• 10:14
  it
• 10:14
  doesn't,
• 10:15
  it's,
• 10:15
  it
• 10:16
  is
• 10:16
  a
• 10:16
  competition
• 10:17
  but
• 10:17
  it's
• 10:17
  not
• 10:18
  as
• 10:18
  what
• 10:19
  you
• 10:19
  would
• 10:20
  not.
• 10:20
  It's
• 10:20
  not
• 10:21
  a
• 10:21
  scary
• 10:21
  competition
• 10:21
  in
• 10:22
  that
• 10:22
  sense
• 10:22
  as
• 10:22
  far
• 10:22
  as
• 10:22
  to
• 10:23
  get
• 10:23
  the
• 10:23
  product.
• 10:23
  That's
• 10:24
  fair
• 10:24
  enough.
• 10:24
  Casey,
• 10:25
  it's
• 10:25
  time
• 10:25
  for
• 10:25
  you
• 10:26
  to
• 10:26
  jump
• 10:26
  in
• 10:26
  here
• 10:27
  because
• 10:27
  you
• 10:27
  know
• 10:28
  more
• 10:28
  about
• 10:29
  saddle
• 10:30
  biceps
• 10:30
  than
• 10:30
  I
• 10:30
  do.
• 10:32
  Well
• 10:32
  that
• 10:32
  and
• 10:32
  jewelry.
• 10:33
  I
• 10:33
  guess
• 10:33
  I
• 10:33
  might
• 10:34
  that
• 10:34
  and
• 10:34
  jewelry.
• 10:37
  Let's
• 10:37
  talk
• 10:37
  about
• 10:37
  the
• 10:38
  longevity
• 10:38
  of
• 10:38
  your
• 10:39
  pads.
• 10:39
  A
• 10:40
  few
• 10:40
  things
• 10:40
  just
• 10:41
  the
• 10:41
  life
• 10:41
  expectancy
• 10:42
  of
• 10:42
  them
• 10:42
  and
• 10:43
  possibly
• 10:44
  getting
• 10:44
  the
• 10:44
  most
• 10:44
  out
• 10:45
  of
• 10:45
  them
• 10:45
  and
• 10:45
  how
• 10:45
  to
• 10:45
  really
• 10:46
  care
• 10:46
  for
• 10:46
  them
• 10:46
  and
• 10:47
  utilize
• 10:47
  them
• 10:48
  as
• 10:48
  long
• 10:48
  as
• 10:48
  possible.
• 10:49
  Yeah.
• 10:49
  So
• 10:50
  the
• 10:50
  our
• 10:51
  original
• 10:51
  cutting
• 10:52
  ups
• 10:52
  and
• 10:52
  we
• 10:52
  haven't
• 10:52
  even
• 10:52
  talked
• 10:53
  about
• 10:53
  the
• 10:53
  different
• 10:53
  things
• 10:54
  we've
• 10:54
  spun
• 10:54
  off
• 10:54
  on
• 10:55
  with
• 10:55
  the
• 10:56
  type
• 10:56
  blanket
• 10:57
  products
• 10:57
  but
• 10:58
  our
• 10:58
  typical
• 10:59
  cut
• 10:59
  nap
• 10:59
  is
• 11:00
  probably
• 11:00
  going
• 11:00
  to
• 11:00
  last.
• 11:01
  That's
• 11:01
  our
• 11:01
  contoured
• 11:02
  show
• 11:02
  blanket
• 11:02
  around
• 11:03
  10
• 11:03
  years
• 11:04
  or
• 11:04
  so
• 11:05
  depending
• 11:05
  on
• 11:07
  how
• 11:07
  what
• 11:08
  discipline
• 11:08
  you
• 11:08
  use
• 11:08
  them
• 11:09
  in.
• 11:09
  Some
• 11:09
  disciplines
• 11:10
  use
• 11:10
  them
• 11:11
  every
• 11:11
  time
• 11:12
  they
• 11:12
  walk
• 11:12
  to
• 11:12
  the
• 11:12
  herd
• 11:13
  or
• 11:13
  every
• 11:13
  time
• 11:13
  they
• 11:13
  go
• 11:13
  to
• 11:14
  compete.
• 11:14
  Some
• 11:15
  disciplines
• 11:16
  use
• 11:16
  them
• 11:17
  for
• 11:17
  like
• 11:18
  that
• 11:18
  like
• 11:19
  the
• 11:19
  ranch
• 11:20
  pleasure
• 11:20
  or
• 11:21
  whatever
• 11:21
  each
• 11:22
  class
• 11:22
  and
• 11:22
  it
• 11:22
  doesn't
• 11:23
  get
• 11:23
  used
• 11:23
  very
• 11:23
  often.
• 11:24
  Some
• 11:24
  use
• 11:24
  it
• 11:25
  with
• 11:25
  one
• 11:25
  particular
• 11:26
  shirt
• 11:26
  and
• 11:26
  anytime
• 11:27
  they
• 11:27
  wear
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  shirt,
• 11:28
  they
• 11:28
  wear
• 11:28
  that
• 11:28
  blanket.
• 11:29
  So
• 11:29
  it
• 11:29
  really
• 11:30
  just
• 11:30
  depends
• 11:30
  on
• 11:31
  what
• 11:31
  discipline
• 11:31
  it
• 11:32
  is
• 11:32
  to
• 11:32
  however
• 11:33
  long
• 11:33
  it'll
• 11:33
  last.
• 11:34
  Our
• 11:35
  premium
• 11:36
  product
• 11:37
  that
• 11:37
  we
• 11:38
  haven't
• 11:38
  discussed
• 11:38
  yet
• 11:39
  is,
• 11:39
  is
• 11:40
  a
• 11:40
  tighter
• 11:40
  woven
• 11:41
  contour
• 11:41
  blanket.
• 11:42
  It
• 11:42
  took
• 11:42
  us
• 11:42
  several
• 11:42
  years
• 11:43
  for
• 11:43
  us
• 11:43
  to
• 11:44
  get
• 11:44
  to
• 11:45
  build
• 11:46
  that,
• 11:46
  to
• 11:46
  learn
• 11:47
  the
• 11:47
  technique
• 11:47
  needs
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  build
• 11:48
  the,
• 11:49
  the
• 11:49
  premium
• 11:49
  blanket.
• 11:50
  Those
• 11:50
  are
• 11:51
  based
• 11:51
  off
• 11:51
  of
• 11:51
  some
• 11:51
  blankets
• 11:52
  we
• 11:52
  used
• 11:52
  to
• 11:52
  get
• 11:53
  that
• 11:53
  were
• 11:53
  flat
• 11:53
  back
• 11:54
  in
• 11:54
  the
• 11:54
  late
• 11:54
  80s
• 11:54
  and
• 11:55
  early
• 11:55
  90s
• 11:55
  in
• 11:55
  the
• 11:56
  cutting
• 11:56
  horn
• 11:56
  horse
• 11:57
  industry.
• 11:58
  They're
• 11:58
  very,
• 11:58
  very
• 11:58
  tightly
• 11:59
  woven
• 12:00
  and
• 12:00
  they
• 12:00
  are
• 12:00
  very,
• 12:01
  very
• 12:01
  thin.
• 12:02
  And
• 12:02
  we
• 12:03
  were
• 12:03
  only
• 12:03
  able
• 12:03
  to
• 12:04
  get
• 12:04
  them
• 12:04
  for
• 12:04
  a
• 12:04
  very
• 12:04
  short
• 12:05
  period,
• 12:05
  maybe
• 12:06
  six,
• 12:07
  eight
• 12:07
  years
• 12:07
  in
• 12:07
  that
• 12:08
  period.
• 12:08
  And
• 12:08
  there
• 12:09
  are
• 12:09
  still
• 12:09
  people
• 12:10
  using
• 12:10
  those
• 12:10
  blankets
• 12:11
  today
• 12:11
  and
• 12:11
  that's
• 12:11
  like
• 12:12
  30,
• 12:12
  40
• 12:12
  years
• 12:12
  away
• 12:13
  down
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  road.
• 12:14
  So
• 12:15
  the
• 12:16
  premium
• 12:16
  will
• 12:17
  obviously
• 12:17
  have
• 12:17
  a
• 12:18
  very,
• 12:18
  very
• 12:18
  long
• 12:19
  life.
• 12:19
  But
• 12:19
  the
• 12:20
  cut
• 12:21
  naps
• 12:21
  the
• 12:21
  original
• 12:21
  one,
• 12:22
  we
• 12:22
  expect
• 12:23
  those
• 12:23
  to
• 12:23
  be
• 12:23
  around
• 12:24
  a
• 12:24
  10
• 12:24
  year
• 12:24
  period
• 12:25
  or
• 12:25
  so.
• 12:26
  I
• 12:26
  could
• 12:26
  get
• 12:26
  me
• 12:27
  one
• 12:28
  of
• 12:28
  those
• 12:28
  and
• 12:28
  it
• 12:28
  lasts
• 12:28
  for
• 12:29
  the
• 12:29
  rest
• 12:29
  of
• 12:29
  my
• 12:29
  life.
• 12:30
  Mike.
• 12:34
  Well,
• 12:34
  you're
• 12:34
  going
• 12:34
  to
• 12:34
  be
• 12:35
  able
• 12:35
  to,
• 12:35
  but
• 12:35
  we're
• 12:35
  going
• 12:35
  to
• 12:35
  get
• 12:36
  to
• 12:36
  that.
• 12:37
  Continue
• 12:37
  where
• 12:38
  you
• 12:38
  are.
• 12:38
  Yeah.
• 12:39
  Let's
• 12:39
  talk
• 12:39
  about
• 12:39
  the
• 12:40
  techniques
• 12:40
  of,
• 12:41
  of
• 12:41
  making
• 12:42
  those
• 12:42
  different
• 12:42
  kinds
• 12:43
  of
• 12:43
  blankets
• 12:44
  and
• 12:44
  I'm
• 12:45
  assume
• 12:45
  I'm
• 12:46
  interested
• 12:46
  in
• 12:46
  knowing
• 12:46
  is
• 12:46
  it
• 12:47
  on
• 12:47
  a
• 12:47
  loom
• 12:48
  or
• 12:48
  I
• 12:48
  mean
• 12:48
  just
• 12:49
  a
• 12:49
  different
• 12:49
  way
• 12:50
  to
• 12:50
  create
• 12:51
  that.
• 12:53
  So
• 12:53
  that
• 12:53
  was
• 12:54
  kind
• 12:54
  of
• 12:54
  what
• 12:55
  is
• 12:56
  our,
• 12:56
  our
• 12:57
  spin
• 12:57
  off
• 12:57
  I
• 12:57
  guess
• 12:58
  of
• 12:58
  them
• 12:58
  when
• 12:59
  we
• 12:59
  were,
• 12:59
  when
• 12:59
  they,
• 13:00
  when
• 13:00
  I
• 13:01
  finally
• 13:01
  argued
• 13:02
  with
• 13:02
  them
• 13:02
  enough
• 13:02
  to
• 13:03
  try
• 13:03
  and
• 13:03
  go
• 13:03
  ahead
• 13:04
  and
• 13:04
  start
• 13:04
  making
• 13:04
  these,
• 13:06
  they
• 13:06
  had
• 13:06
  to
• 13:06
  go
• 13:07
  back
• 13:07
  to
• 13:07
  the
• 13:07
  old
• 13:07
  hand
• 13:08
  looms.
• 13:09
  Just
• 13:10
  a
• 13:10
  little
• 13:11
  show
• 13:11
  blank
• 13:12
  or
• 13:12
  saddle
• 13:13
  blanket
• 13:13
  history.
• 13:14
  Most
• 13:15
  I
• 13:15
  would
• 13:15
  say
• 13:15
  probably
• 13:15
  95%
• 13:16
  of
• 13:16
  the
• 13:17
  blankets
• 13:18
  purchased
• 13:18
  in
• 13:18
  the
• 13:19
  U.S.
• 13:19
  flat
• 13:20
  blankets,
• 13:20
  any
• 13:21
  show
• 13:21
  blanket
• 13:21
  I
• 13:21
  guess
• 13:22
  is
• 13:22
  you
• 13:23
  produced
• 13:23
  in
• 13:23
  India.
• 13:24
  They
• 13:24
  used
• 13:24
  to
• 13:25
  get
• 13:25
  them
• 13:25
  outsource
• 13:25
  them
• 13:26
  in
• 13:26
  Ukraine,
• 13:26
  but
• 13:27
  that's
• 13:27
  not
• 13:27
  so
• 13:27
  much
• 13:27
  anymore.
• 13:28
  But
• 13:28
  those
• 13:29
  are,
• 13:29
  are
• 13:30
  made
• 13:30
  on
• 13:30
  what
• 13:30
  they
• 13:31
  call
• 13:31
  automatic
• 13:31
  looms.
• 13:32
  And
• 13:32
  that
• 13:32
  sounds
• 13:33
  like
• 13:33
  it's
• 13:34
  super
• 13:34
  advanced.
• 13:35
  No,
• 13:35
  it's
• 13:35
  still
• 13:36
  hand
• 13:36
  woven.
• 13:36
  It's
• 13:36
  just
• 13:37
  they,
• 13:37
  it.
• 13:38
  There's
• 13:38
  devices
• 13:39
  on
• 13:39
  them
• 13:39
  that
• 13:39
  make
• 13:39
  them
• 13:40
  more
• 13:40
  automatic,
• 13:40
  but
• 13:41
  it's
• 13:41
  still
• 13:41
  hand
• 13:41
  woven
• 13:42
  by
• 13:42
  a
• 13:42
  human
• 13:42
  being.
• 13:43
  But
• 13:44
  ours
• 13:45
  are
• 13:45
  produced
• 13:45
  on
• 13:45
  the
• 13:46
  looms
• 13:47
  prior
• 13:47
  to
• 13:47
  that
• 13:48
  which
• 13:48
  were
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  older
• 13:49
  hand
• 13:49
  style
• 13:49
  hand
• 13:50
  looms.
• 13:50
  And
• 13:50
  then
• 13:50
  they
• 13:51
  built
• 13:51
  this
• 13:52
  curved
• 13:53
  thing
• 13:54
  that
• 13:54
  they
• 13:54
  actually
• 13:55
  inserted
• 13:56
  on
• 13:56
  it
• 13:56
  and
• 13:56
  then
• 13:57
  they
• 13:57
  build
• 13:57
  the
• 13:57
  top
• 13:58
  level
• 13:58
  of
• 13:58
  the
• 13:59
  blanket
• 13:59
  around
• 13:59
  that
• 14:00
  curve
• 14:01
  device.
• 14:02
  And
• 14:03
  with
• 14:03
  that
• 14:05
  the,
• 14:05
  everything
• 14:05
  at
• 14:06
  most
• 14:06
  of
• 14:06
  the
• 14:06
  factories
• 14:07
  over
• 14:07
  there
• 14:07
  had
• 14:07
  transitioned
• 14:08
  away
• 14:09
  from
• 14:09
  these
• 14:09
  loops.
• 14:10
  So
• 14:10
  when
• 14:11
  we
• 14:11
  started
• 14:12
  building
• 14:12
  them
• 14:12
  and
• 14:12
  they
• 14:13
  started
• 14:13
  playing
• 14:13
  with
• 14:13
  them
• 14:13
  at
• 14:13
  first
• 14:14
  they
• 14:14
  couldn't
• 14:14
  get
• 14:15
  any
• 14:15
  Print
• 14:16
  or
• 14:16
  where
• 14:16
  the
• 14:17
  saddle
• 14:17
  sits.
• 14:18
  We
• 14:18
  had
• 14:18
  to
• 14:18
  take
• 14:18
  all
• 14:18
  the
• 14:19
  pattern
• 14:19
  out
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  the
• 14:20
  top
• 14:21
  part
• 14:21
  of
• 14:21
  it.
• 14:22
  And
• 14:22
  as
• 14:23
  they
• 14:23
  built
• 14:23
  them,
• 14:23
  they
• 14:23
  figured
• 14:24
  out
• 14:24
  how
• 14:24
  to
• 14:24
  add
• 14:24
  more
• 14:25
  and
• 14:25
  more
• 14:25
  detail.
• 14:26
  And
• 14:26
  now
• 14:26
  almost
• 14:27
  our
• 14:27
  entire
• 14:27
  blankets
• 14:28
  can
• 14:28
  have
• 14:29
  a
• 14:29
  good
• 14:29
  amount
• 14:30
  of
• 14:30
  detail.
• 14:30
  But
• 14:31
  when
• 14:31
  they
• 14:31
  realized
• 14:32
  that
• 14:33
  this
• 14:33
  was,
• 14:33
  that
• 14:33
  this
• 14:34
  was
• 14:34
  getting
• 14:35
  huge,
• 14:36
  we
• 14:37
  needed
• 14:37
  to
• 14:38
  produce
• 14:38
  more.
• 14:38
  And
• 14:39
  so
• 14:39
  he
• 14:40
  went
• 14:40
  around.
• 14:40
  The
• 14:40
  gentleman
• 14:41
  that
• 14:41
  I
• 14:41
  work
• 14:41
  with
• 14:41
  over
• 14:42
  there
• 14:42
  went
• 14:42
  around
• 14:42
  and
• 14:43
  started
• 14:43
  buying
• 14:43
  up
• 14:43
  those
• 14:44
  old
• 14:44
  hand
• 14:44
  loops
• 14:45
  from
• 14:45
  the
• 14:45
  other
• 14:46
  factories
• 14:47
  so
• 14:48
  that
• 14:48
  we
• 14:48
  could
• 14:49
  meet
• 14:50
  our,
• 14:51
  the,
• 14:51
  the,
• 14:51
  the
• 14:52
  demand
• 14:53
  anyway.
• 14:54
  So
• 14:55
  they're
• 14:55
  hard
• 14:55
  to.
• 14:56
  They're
• 14:57
  built
• 14:57
  on
• 14:57
  entirely
• 14:58
  different
• 14:58
  loom
• 14:58
  than
• 14:59
  flat
• 14:59
  blankets.
• 14:59
  And
• 14:59
  they're
• 15:00
  hard
• 15:00
  to
• 15:00
  find
• 15:01
  because
• 15:01
  of
• 15:01
  that.
• 15:02
  The
• 15:03
  quality
• 15:03
  would
• 15:04
  just
• 15:04
  be
• 15:04
  amazing.
• 15:05
  And
• 15:05
  so
• 15:05
  it
• 15:05
  makes
• 15:06
  me
• 15:06
  wonder
• 15:06
  if,
• 15:07
  if
• 15:08
  somebody
• 15:08
  wants
• 15:09
  to
• 15:09
  purchase
• 15:09
  one,
• 15:10
  how
• 15:10
  do
• 15:10
  they
• 15:10
  spot
• 15:11
  an
• 15:12
  authentic?
• 15:13
  Okay,
• 15:13
  so
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  authentics
• 15:14
  are
• 15:15
  different.
• 15:15
  They
• 15:16
  are
• 15:16
  that
• 15:16
  tighter
• 15:17
  weave
• 15:17
  and
• 15:18
  authentic
• 15:19
  patterns.
• 15:20
  Authentics
• 15:20
  have
• 15:21
  completely
• 15:21
  different
• 15:21
  patterns
• 15:22
  than
• 15:22
  the
• 15:22
  cut
• 15:22
  ups
• 15:23
  do.
• 15:23
  The
• 15:23
  cutting
• 15:23
  ups
• 15:24
  are
• 15:24
  we
• 15:25
  do.
• 15:25
  We
• 15:25
  do
• 15:25
  like
• 15:26
  I
• 15:26
  described
• 15:26
  before,
• 15:26
  where
• 15:26
  I
• 15:27
  do
• 15:27
  the
• 15:27
  test
• 15:27
  patterns
• 15:27
  all
• 15:28
  year
• 15:28
  or
• 15:29
  collect
• 15:29
  those
• 15:29
  and
• 15:29
  then
• 15:30
  we
• 15:30
  select
• 15:30
  which
• 15:31
  ones
• 15:31
  we
• 15:31
  want
• 15:31
  to
• 15:31
  produce
• 15:32
  and
• 15:32
  then
• 15:32
  we
• 15:32
  name
• 15:32
  them
• 15:32
  and
• 15:33
  put
• 15:33
  those
• 15:33
  to
• 15:33
  production.
• 15:34
  The
• 15:34
  authentics
• 15:35
  are
• 15:35
  all
• 15:36
  based
• 15:36
  off
• 15:36
  of
• 15:36
  historic
• 15:37
  patterns,
• 15:37
  Native
• 15:38
  American
• 15:38
  art.
• 15:39
  I
• 15:40
  research
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  different
• 15:42
  Native
• 15:42
  American
• 15:43
  groups
• 15:43
  on,
• 15:44
  on
• 15:44
  Facebook
• 15:45
  and
• 15:45
  what
• 15:45
  have
• 15:45
  you.
• 15:46
  And
• 15:46
  I
• 15:46
  collect
• 15:46
  and
• 15:47
  we
• 15:47
  produce
• 15:47
  those
• 15:48
  from
• 15:48
  there.
• 15:48
  Now
• 15:48
  the
• 15:49
  authentics,
• 15:50
  we
• 15:50
  only
• 15:50
  make
• 15:51
  50
• 15:51
  patterns
• 15:51
  a
• 15:52
  year
• 15:52
  in
• 15:52
  those
• 15:53
  and
• 15:53
  we
• 15:53
  only
• 15:53
  make
• 15:54
  one
• 15:54
  in
• 15:54
  each
• 15:54
  size.
• 15:55
  So
• 15:55
  there
• 15:55
  are
• 15:55
  only
• 15:56
  100
• 15:56
  authentics
• 15:57
  made
• 15:57
  each
• 15:57
  year
• 15:58
  period.
• 15:59
  They
• 15:59
  have
• 16:00
  tassels
• 16:00
  in
• 16:00
  the
• 16:01
  corners.
• 16:01
  We
• 16:02
  put
• 16:02

  we
• 16:09

• 16:09
  in
• 16:09
  the
• 16:10
  cutting
• 16:10
  ups.
• 16:11
  And,
• 16:12
  and
• 16:12
  they
• 16:12
  come,
• 16:13
  they're
• 16:13
  numbered
• 16:13
  and
• 16:14
  they
• 16:14
  come
• 16:14
  with
• 16:14
  a
• 16:14
  certificate
• 16:15
  of
• 16:15
  authenticity.
• 16:16
  They
• 16:16
  are
• 16:17
  not
• 16:17
  super
• 16:18
  popular
• 16:18
  in
• 16:19
  anything
• 16:19
  else
• 16:19
  really.
• 16:20
  But
• 16:20
  the
• 16:20
  cutting
• 16:20
  horse
• 16:21
  industry
• 16:21
  cutters
• 16:22
  typically
• 16:22
  buy
• 16:23
  a
• 16:23
  blanket
• 16:24
  for
• 16:25
  that
• 16:25
  horse
• 16:25
  for
• 16:25
  its
• 16:26
  entire
• 16:26
  career.
• 16:27
  And
• 16:27
  those
• 16:28
  are
• 16:28
  typically
• 16:29
  the
• 16:29
  shoppers
• 16:30
  for
• 16:31
  those.
• 16:31
  Those
• 16:32
  retail
• 16:32
  for
• 16:32
  a
• 16:32
  thousand
• 16:33
  dollars
• 16:33
  versus
• 16:34
  our
• 16:35
  cut
• 16:35
  nups
• 16:35
  that
• 16:36
  have
• 16:36
  a
• 16:36
  minimum
• 16:37
  retail
• 16:37
  pricing
• 16:37
  of
• 16:37
  240.
• 16:38
  So
• 16:38
  it's
• 16:38
  a
• 16:39
  big
• 16:39
  difference
• 16:39
  in
• 16:40
  price
• 16:40
  range
• 16:40
  too.
• 16:41
  But
• 16:41
  it's
• 16:41
  very,
• 16:41
  very,
• 16:42
  very
• 16:42
  exclusive.
• 16:42
  Exclusive
• 16:43
  product.
• 16:44
  What
• 16:44
  is
• 16:44
  the
• 16:44
  best
• 16:44
  way
• 16:44
  to
• 16:45
  care
• 16:45
  for
• 16:45
  your
• 16:45
  blankets?
• 16:46
  So
• 16:47
  Scotchgard,
• 16:48
  there
• 16:49
  are
• 16:49
  dry
• 16:49
  cleaners
• 16:50
  that
• 16:51
  can.
• 16:51
  That
• 16:51
  will
• 16:52
  clean
• 16:52
  them.
• 16:52
  They're.
• 16:52
  They're
• 16:53
  a
• 16:53
  little
• 16:53
  harder
• 16:53
  to
• 16:53
  find,
• 16:54
  especially
• 16:54
  since
• 16:55
  we
• 16:55
  put
• 16:55
  a
• 16:55
  wither
• 16:55
  patch
• 16:56
  on
• 16:56
  them
• 16:56
  of
• 16:56
  leather.
• 16:56
  They
• 16:57
  worry
• 16:57
  about
• 16:57
  that.
• 16:58
  But
• 16:59
  scotch
• 16:59
  guarding
• 17:00
  every
• 17:00
  three
• 17:00
  months
• 17:01
  or
• 17:01
  so
• 17:02
  is
• 17:02
  the
• 17:03
  best
• 17:03
  way
• 17:04
  without
• 17:04
  cleaning
• 17:05
  them.
• 17:05
  When
• 17:05
  you
• 17:06
  do
• 17:06
  dry
• 17:06
  clean
• 17:07
  them
• 17:07
  and
• 17:07
  move
• 17:07
  them,
• 17:08
  it
• 17:08
  kind
• 17:08
  of
• 17:08
  breaks
• 17:08
  down
• 17:09
  the
• 17:09
  fibers
• 17:09
  of
• 17:09
  the
• 17:09
  wool.
• 17:10
  So
• 17:10
  it's
• 17:10
  better
• 17:11
  if
• 17:11
  we
• 17:11
  don't
• 17:12
  clean
• 17:12
  them,
• 17:12
  but
• 17:13
  if
• 17:13
  they
• 17:13
  get
• 17:13
  really
• 17:13
  dirty
• 17:14
  and
• 17:14
  you
• 17:15
  want
• 17:15
  them
• 17:15
  cleaned
• 17:16
  dry
• 17:16
  clean.
• 17:16
  Only
• 17:17
  and
• 17:18
  don't
• 17:18
  use
• 17:19
  water,
• 17:19
  don't
• 17:19
  use
• 17:19
  the
• 17:19
  water
• 17:20
  hose.
• 17:20
  No,
• 17:22
  there
• 17:23
  are
• 17:23
  some
• 17:23
  colors
• 17:24
  that
• 17:24
  will
• 17:24
  bleed
• 17:25
  and
• 17:25
  we
• 17:26
  never
• 17:26
  know
• 17:26
  for
• 17:27
  sure
• 17:27
  which
• 17:27
  ones
• 17:28
  are
• 17:28
  going
• 17:28
  to
• 17:28
  be
• 17:28
  the
• 17:28
  bleeders
• 17:29
  and
• 17:29
  which
• 17:29
  ones
• 17:29
  are
• 17:30
  not
• 17:30
  because
• 17:31
  they're
• 17:31
  all
• 17:31
  that.
• 17:31
  That's
• 17:32
  another
• 17:33
  part
• 17:33
  of
• 17:33
  it.
• 17:34
  People
• 17:34
  want
• 17:34
  to
• 17:34
  be
• 17:35
  asked
• 17:35
  all
• 17:35
  the
• 17:35
  time,
• 17:35
  are
• 17:35
  they
• 17:36
  New
• 17:36
  Zealand
• 17:36
  wool,
• 17:36
  are
• 17:37
  they
• 17:37
  this,
• 17:37
  are
• 17:37
  they
• 17:37
  that
• 17:37
  kind
• 17:38
  of
• 17:38
  wool?
• 17:38
  No,
• 17:39
  I'm
• 17:39
  not
• 17:39
  going
• 17:39
  to
• 17:39
  tell
• 17:39
  you
• 17:39
  that
• 17:39
  they're
• 17:40
  one
• 17:40
  particular
• 17:40
  kind
• 17:41
  of
• 17:41
  wool
• 17:41
  because
• 17:41
  different
• 17:42
  walls
• 17:42
  just
• 17:43
  absorb
• 17:44
  different
• 17:44
  colors
• 17:45
  differently.
• 17:45
  And
• 17:46
  so
• 17:46
  depending
• 17:46
  on
• 17:47
  the
• 17:47
  color
• 17:47
  of
• 17:48
  each
• 17:48
  blanket
• 17:49
  will
• 17:49
  determine
• 17:50
  what
• 17:51
  the
• 17:51
  best
• 17:51
  wool
• 17:52
  is
• 17:52
  for
• 17:52
  that
• 17:52
  blanket.
• 17:53
  And
• 17:53
  so
• 17:54
  like
• 17:54
  I
• 17:54
  said,
• 17:55
  you
• 17:55
  don't
• 17:55
  know
• 17:55
  which
• 17:55
  color
• 17:55
  it
• 17:55
  might
• 17:56
  bleed.
• 17:56
  So
• 17:57
  don't
• 17:57
  run
• 17:57
  water
• 17:57
  on
• 17:58
  it.
• 17:59
  So
• 17:59
  if
• 17:59
  you're
• 17:59
  looking
• 17:59
  for
• 18:00
  more
• 18:00
  verification
• 18:01
  that
• 18:01
  these
• 18:01
  are
• 18:01
  quality
• 18:02
  blankets,
• 18:02
  I
• 18:02
  think
• 18:03
  the
• 18:03
  sponsored
• 18:04
  riders
• 18:04
  and
• 18:05
  the
• 18:05
  associations
• 18:05
  that
• 18:06
  you
• 18:06
  are
• 18:06
  partnered
• 18:06
  with
• 18:07
  will
• 18:07
  speak
• 18:08
  for
• 18:08
  itself.
• 18:08
  And
• 18:09
  obviously
• 18:09
  you
• 18:09
  can't
• 18:10
  talk
• 18:10
  about
• 18:10
  each
• 18:10
  and
• 18:11
  every
• 18:11
  one
• 18:11
  of
• 18:11
  them.
• 18:11
  There
• 18:11
  are
• 18:12
  multiple.
• 18:13
  But
• 18:13
  I
• 18:13
  would
• 18:13
  love
• 18:13
  for
• 18:14
  you
• 18:14
  to
• 18:14
  talk
• 18:14
  about
• 18:14
  your
• 18:15
  relationship
• 18:15
  and
• 18:16
  your
• 18:16
  partnerships
• 18:16
  with
• 18:17
  those
• 18:17
  sponsored
• 18:17
  riders
• 18:18
  and
• 18:18
  some
• 18:18
  of
• 18:18
  the
• 18:18
  associations.
• 18:20
  Well,
• 18:20
  the
• 18:20
  largest
• 18:21
  one
• 18:21
  is
• 18:21
  in
• 18:22
  Cha.
• 18:23
  I
• 18:23
  grew
• 18:23
  up
• 18:24
  in
• 18:24
  the
• 18:24
  cutting
• 18:24
  horse
• 18:24
  industry
• 18:25
  and
• 18:25
  the
• 18:25
  cutters,
• 18:26
  when
• 18:26
  we
• 18:27
  launched
• 18:27
  these
• 18:27
  blankets
• 18:28
  made
• 18:29
  us.
• 18:29
  I
• 18:30
  mean
• 18:30
  we
• 18:31
  exploded
• 18:32
  and
• 18:32
  then
• 18:33
  in
• 18:33
  turn
• 18:33
  trickled
• 18:34
  into
• 18:34
  the
• 18:34
  cow
• 18:34
  horse
• 18:35
  industry
• 18:35
  because,
• 18:36
  you
• 18:36
  know,
• 18:37
  those
• 18:37
  are
• 18:37
  two
• 18:37
  like
• 18:38
  sister
• 18:39
  sort
• 18:39
  of
• 18:39
  disciplines.
• 18:41
  And
• 18:42
  so
• 18:43
  NCHA's
• 18:44
  sponsorship
• 18:44
  is
• 18:45
  outstanding
• 18:46
  as
• 18:47
  far
• 18:47
  as
• 18:47
  what
• 18:48
  we
• 18:48
  do
• 18:48
  that
• 18:48
  we
• 18:49
  make
• 18:49
  three
• 18:50
  specific
• 18:50
  patterns
• 18:51
  that
• 18:51
  they
• 18:51
  own
• 18:52
  in
• 18:52
  authentics
• 18:53
  each
• 18:53
  year.
• 18:54
  And
• 18:54
  so
• 18:54
  their,
• 18:55
  each
• 18:56
  tripled
• 18:56
  crown
• 18:57
  champion
• 18:58
  receives
• 18:59
  a
• 19:00
  authentic
• 19:00
  show
• 19:01
  blanket
• 19:01
  in
• 19:01
  their
• 19:02
  had
• 19:02
  in
• 19:02
  their
• 19:03
  triple
• 19:03
  crown
• 19:03
  pattern.
• 19:04
  And
• 19:04
  then
• 19:04
  each
• 19:04
  world
• 19:05
  champion
• 19:06
  receives
• 19:06
  a
• 19:06
  whole
• 19:07
  different
• 19:07
  pattern
• 19:07
  for
• 19:08
  the
• 19:08
  world
• 19:08
  champions.
• 19:09
  And
• 19:09
  then
• 19:09
  they
• 19:09
  have
• 19:10
  a
• 19:10
  circuit
• 19:10
  champ
• 19:11
  finals
• 19:11
  champions
• 19:12
  and
• 19:12
  they,
• 19:12
  they
• 19:13
  have
• 19:13
  that
• 19:13
  pattern
• 19:13
  in
• 19:13
  that
• 19:13
  one
• 19:14
  as
• 19:14
  well.
• 19:15
  We
• 19:15
  recently
• 19:16
  joined
• 19:16
  up
• 19:16
  with
• 19:17
  Paint
• 19:17
  American
• 19:18
  Paint
• 19:18
  Horse
• 19:18
  association
• 19:20
  and
• 19:20
  they
• 19:20
  do
• 19:20
  theirs
• 19:21
  a
• 19:21
  little
• 19:21
  different.
• 19:21
  They
• 19:21
  give
• 19:22
  certificates
• 19:23
  to
• 19:23
  their,
• 19:24
  whichever
• 19:25
  classes
• 19:26
  and
• 19:26
  stuff
• 19:26
  that
• 19:26
  they
• 19:26
  want
• 19:27
  to
• 19:27
  give
• 19:28
  awards
• 19:28
  in
• 19:28
  and
• 19:29
  that
• 19:29
  then
• 19:30
  their,
• 19:30
  their
• 19:31
  members
• 19:32
  are
• 19:32
  able
• 19:32
  to
• 19:32
  choose
• 19:33
  from
• 19:33
  any
• 19:33
  of
• 19:33
  the
• 19:34
  products
• 19:34
  we
• 19:34
  make.
• 19:35
  Like
• 19:35
  the,
• 19:35
  we
• 19:35
  make
• 19:36
  duffels
• 19:36
  with
• 19:36
  the
• 19:37
  blankets.
• 19:37
  We
• 19:37
  make
• 19:38
  satchels
• 19:38
  and
• 19:39
  totes
• 19:39
  and
• 19:40
  rugs.
• 19:40
  And
• 19:40
  so
• 19:40
  they
• 19:41
  are
• 19:41
  able
• 19:41
  to
• 19:41
  use
• 19:42
  their
• 19:43
  certificates
• 19:44
  not
• 19:44
  just
• 19:44
  for
• 19:44
  blankets
• 19:45
  but
• 19:45
  for
• 19:45
  some
• 19:45
  of
• 19:45
  the
• 19:46
  other
• 19:46
  products
• 19:46
  too.
• 19:47
  It's,
• 19:48
  it's,
• 19:48
  there's
• 19:49
  a
• 19:49
  very
• 19:49
  long
• 19:49
  list.
• 19:50
  Of,
• 19:51
  there's
• 19:51
  a
• 19:51
  lot.
• 19:52
  And
• 19:52
  I
• 19:52
  would
• 19:52
  like
• 19:52
  to
• 19:52
  mention
• 19:53
  one,
• 19:53
  the
• 19:53
  American
• 19:53
  Row
• 19:54
  Porcelain
• 19:55
  Association.
• 19:55
  It
• 19:55
  was
• 19:55
  started
• 19:56
  by
• 19:56
  Jay
• 19:56
  And
• 19:56
  Lindsay
• 19:57
  Wadhams
• 19:57
  that
• 19:57
  was
• 19:57
  originally
• 19:58
  from
• 19:58
  right
• 19:58
  here
• 19:58
  in
• 19:58
  Pueblo,
• 19:59
  Colorado
• 19:59
  I
• 20:00
  reside
• 20:01
  and
• 20:01
  the
• 20:01
  reason
• 20:01
  I
• 20:01
  want
• 20:02
  to
• 20:02
  mention
• 20:02
  that
• 20:02
  it
• 20:03
  is
• 20:03
  growing
• 20:04
  and
• 20:04
  growing
• 20:05
  and
• 20:05
  it's
• 20:06
  just
• 20:06
  really
• 20:06
  where
• 20:06
  it's
• 20:06
  at
• 20:07
  this
• 20:07
  rope
• 20:07
  horse
• 20:07
  fraternities
• 20:08
  are
• 20:08
  just
• 20:08
  going
• 20:09
  to
• 20:09
  keep
• 20:09
  growing
• 20:09
  and
• 20:09
  getting
• 20:10
  bigger.
• 20:10
  So
• 20:10
  you're
• 20:10
  partnered
• 20:11
  with
• 20:11
  somebody
• 20:12
  and
• 20:12
  not
• 20:12
  just
• 20:13
  them
• 20:13
  a
• 20:13
  lot
• 20:13
  of
• 20:13
  associations
• 20:14
  that
• 20:14
  have
• 20:15
  a
• 20:15
  long
• 20:15
  standing
• 20:16
  history
• 20:16
  and
• 20:16
  a
• 20:17
  continued
• 20:17
  future
• 20:18
  of
• 20:18
  longevity
• 20:19
  so
• 20:20
  well
• 20:20
  in.
• 20:21
  The
• 20:21
  rope
• 20:21
  course
• 20:22
  deal
• 20:22
  too
• 20:22
  with
• 20:23
  them
• 20:23
  creating
• 20:24
  the
• 20:24
  paternities
• 20:24
  and
• 20:24
  that's
• 20:24
  why
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  wanted
• 20:25
  wanted
• 20:25
  to
• 20:26
  back
• 20:26
  that
• 20:27
  was
• 20:27
  it's
• 20:28
  more
• 20:28
  it's
• 20:28
  becoming
• 20:29
  then
• 20:29
  more
• 20:29
  of
• 20:30
  a
• 20:30
  show
• 20:30
  event
• 20:31
  because
• 20:31
  they're
• 20:32
  judged
• 20:32
  and
• 20:32
  I
• 20:32
  see
• 20:33
  that
• 20:33
  I
• 20:33
  will
• 20:33
  I
• 20:33
  feel
• 20:34
  like
• 20:34
  there
• 20:34
  will
• 20:34
  be
• 20:34
  that
• 20:35
  transition
• 20:36
  to
• 20:37
  more
• 20:37
  show
• 20:37
  blankets
• 20:38
  more
• 20:39
  worrying
• 20:39
  about
• 20:39
  what
• 20:39
  they
• 20:40
  look
• 20:40
  like
• 20:41
  where
• 20:41
  roping
• 20:42
  traditionally
• 20:43
  has
• 20:43
  not
• 20:43
  been
• 20:43
  so
• 20:44
  worried
• 20:44
  about
• 20:44
  having
• 20:44
  the
• 20:45
  prettiest
• 20:45
  blankets
• 20:46
  in
• 20:46
  the
• 20:46
  world
• 20:47
  on
• 20:47
  their
• 20:47
  own
• 20:47
  courses.
• 20:48
  But
• 20:48
  I
• 20:48
  feel
• 20:49
  like
• 20:49
  it's
• 20:49
  changing.
• 20:50
  That's
• 20:50
  gonna.
• 20:50
  That
• 20:51
  is
• 20:51
  that
• 20:51
  shift
• 20:51
  and
• 20:52
  and
• 20:52
  they've
• 20:52
  done
• 20:52
  a
• 20:53
  fabulous
• 20:53
  job.
• 20:53
  That
• 20:54
  associate
• 20:54
  is
• 20:55
  amazing
• 20:56
  and
• 20:56
  so
• 20:56
  I
• 20:56
  wanted
• 20:56
  to
• 20:56
  be
• 20:56
  a
• 20:57
  part
• 20:57
  of
• 20:57
  that.
• 20:57
  And
• 20:58
  our
• 20:59
  when
• 20:59
  we
• 20:59
  get
• 20:59
  our
• 21:00
  we're.
• 21:00
  We
• 21:00
  have
• 21:01
  just
• 21:01
  introduced
• 21:01
  a
• 21:02
  new
• 21:02
  product
• 21:02
  this
• 21:02
  year
• 21:03
  that
• 21:03
  is
• 21:03
  the
• 21:03
  full
• 21:04
  it
• 21:04
  has
• 21:04
  the
• 21:04
  underpad
• 21:05
  built
• 21:05
  into
• 21:06
  it
• 21:06
  as
• 21:06
  well.
• 21:07
  We
• 21:07
  partnered
• 21:08
  with
• 21:08
  3S
• 21:08
  Custom
• 21:09
  Equine
• 21:09
  that
• 21:10
  product
• 21:11
  when
• 21:11
  we
• 21:11
  get
• 21:11
  where
• 21:11
  we
• 21:12
  can
• 21:12
  have
• 21:13
  more
• 21:13
  product
• 21:13
  in
• 21:14
  hand
• 21:14
  to
• 21:14
  be
• 21:14
  able
• 21:14
  to
• 21:15
  sponsor
• 21:15
  with
• 21:15
  that
• 21:16
  is
• 21:16
  where
• 21:16
  I'm
• 21:16
  gearing
• 21:17
  that
• 21:18
  actual
• 21:18
  product
• 21:19
  for
• 21:19
  is
• 21:19
  for
• 21:19
  the
• 21:19
  American
• 21:20
  Rail
• 21:20
  Force
• 21:20
  Maturity
• 21:21
  Association.
• 21:22
  That's
• 21:22
  awesome.
• 21:22
  So
• 21:23
  one
• 21:23
  thing
• 21:23
  I'm
• 21:23
  gathering
• 21:24
  from
• 21:24
  all
• 21:24
  of
• 21:24
  this
• 21:24
  if
• 21:24
  you
• 21:25
  become
• 21:25
  a
• 21:25
  retailer
• 21:26
  of
• 21:26
  your
• 21:26
  products
• 21:26
  so
• 21:27
  much
• 21:27
  information
• 21:28
  and
• 21:28
  knowledge
• 21:28
  behind
• 21:29
  it
• 21:29
  to
• 21:29
  help
• 21:29
  them
• 21:29
  sell
• 21:30
  to
• 21:30
  the
• 21:30
  best
• 21:30
  of
• 21:30
  their
• 21:30
  ability.
• 21:31
  Yes.
• 21:32
  And
• 21:32
  we
• 21:32
  try
• 21:32
  to
• 21:33
  make
• 21:33
  it.
• 21:34
  We
• 21:34
  try
• 21:34
  to
• 21:34
  make
• 21:35
  it
• 21:35
  fun.
• 21:35
  We
• 21:35
  try
• 21:36
  to
• 21:36
  like
• 21:36
  our
• 21:36
  test
• 21:37
  patterns
• 21:37
  when
• 21:37
  they
• 21:37
  come
• 21:37
  each
• 21:38
  year
• 21:38
  we
• 21:38
  do
• 21:38
  a
• 21:38
  test
• 21:39
  pattern
• 21:39
  sell
• 21:39
  where
• 21:40
  we
• 21:40
  kind
• 21:40
  of
• 21:40
  advertise
• 21:41
  them
• 21:41
  first
• 21:42
  and
• 21:42
  then
• 21:42
  let
• 21:42
  the
• 21:43
  retailers
• 21:43
  we
• 21:44
  draw
• 21:44
  for
• 21:44
  whoever
• 21:45
  gets
• 21:45
  to
• 21:45
  purchase
• 21:46
  what
• 21:46
  and
• 21:47
  pump
• 21:47
  up
• 21:47
  the
• 21:48
  retailers
• 21:48
  that
• 21:49
  participated
• 21:50
  in
• 21:50
  that.
• 21:51
  We
• 21:52
  also
• 21:52
  have
• 21:52
  a
• 21:52
  trade
• 21:53
  back
• 21:53
  program
• 21:53
  with
• 21:54
  the
• 21:54
  show
• 21:54
  blankets
• 21:54
  where
• 21:55
  if
• 21:55
  a
• 21:55
  retailer
• 21:56
  purchases
• 21:57
  10
• 21:57
  blankets
• 21:58
  and
• 21:59
  when
• 21:59
  they
• 21:59
  get
• 22:00
  them
• 22:00
  say
• 22:01
  only
• 22:01
  five
• 22:02
  of
• 22:02
  them
• 22:02
  appealed
• 22:03
  to
• 22:03
  their
• 22:04
  actual
• 22:05
  clientele,
• 22:06
  they
• 22:06
  can
• 22:07
  when
• 22:07
  they
• 22:07
  want
• 22:07
  to
• 22:08
  order
• 22:08
  new
• 22:09
  blankets
• 22:09
  they
• 22:09
  can
• 22:10
  return
• 22:11
  the
• 22:11
  five
• 22:11
  blankets
• 22:12
  that
• 22:12
  didn't
• 22:12
  sell
• 22:13
  in
• 22:13
  their
• 22:13
  area
• 22:13
  and
• 22:14
  replenish
• 22:14
  with
• 22:15
  something
• 22:15
  new
• 22:15
  in
• 22:16
  stock.
• 22:16
  And
• 22:17
  yeah
• 22:17
  so
• 22:18
  it
• 22:18
  works
• 22:18
  out
• 22:18
  good.
• 22:18
  It
• 22:18
  just
• 22:19
  costs
• 22:19
  the
• 22:19
  shipping
• 22:20
  which
• 22:20
  I
• 22:20
  mean
• 22:20
  that's
• 22:21
  there's
• 22:21
  good
• 22:21
  and
• 22:22
  bad
• 22:22
  to
• 22:22
  that
• 22:22
  but
• 22:23
  that
• 22:23
  way
• 22:23
  they
• 22:23
  don't
• 22:24
  ever
• 22:24
  get
• 22:24
  stuck
• 22:25
  with
• 22:25
  blankets.
• 22:25
  And
• 22:26
  then
• 22:26
  in
• 22:26
  turn
• 22:26
  what
• 22:27
  we
• 22:27
  do
• 22:27
  with
• 22:27
  those
• 22:28
  is
• 22:29
  we
• 22:29
  sponsor
• 22:30
  events
• 22:30
  with
• 22:30
  them
• 22:31
  and
• 22:32
  we
• 22:32
  have
• 22:32
  a
• 22:33
  built
• 22:33
  in
• 22:33
  pricing
• 22:34
  for
• 22:35
  show
• 22:35
  producers
• 22:36
  and
• 22:36
  show
• 22:36
  secretaries
• 22:37
  and
• 22:37
  associations.
• 22:38
  Anyway,
• 22:38
  that's
• 22:39
  just
• 22:39
  a
• 22:39
  smidge
• 22:40
  over
• 22:40
  wholesale.
• 22:41
  And
• 22:41
  those
• 22:41
  blankets
• 22:42
  go
• 22:42
  to
• 22:42
  those,
• 22:43
  those
• 22:43
  types
• 22:44
  of
• 22:44
  programs.
• 22:45
  So
• 22:45
  it's
• 22:45
  a
• 22:45
  win,
• 22:46
  win
• 22:46
  for
• 22:46
  the
• 22:47
  retailers
• 22:47
  and
• 22:47
  it's
• 22:48
  a
• 22:48
  win
• 22:48
  for
• 22:49
  supporting
• 22:50
  our
• 22:50
  horse
• 22:50
  industry
• 22:51
  too.
• 22:51
  Absolutely.
• 22:52
  And
• 22:52
  Mike
• 22:53
  said
• 22:53
  he
• 22:53
  doesn't
• 22:53
  use
• 22:54
  horse
• 22:54
  blankets,
• 22:55
  but
• 22:55
  you
• 22:55
  also
• 22:56
  have
• 22:56
  area
• 22:57
  rugs.
• 22:57
  So
• 22:57
  if
• 22:58
  he
• 22:58
  wants
• 22:58
  to
• 22:58
  spruce
• 22:58
  up
• 22:59
  his
• 22:59
  office,
• 23:00
  there
• 23:00
  is
• 23:00
  something
• 23:01
  for
• 23:01
  everybody
• 23:02
  after
• 23:02
  all.
• 23:03
  Yes.
• 23:03
  And
• 23:03
  the
• 23:04
  rugs
• 23:04
  are
• 23:05
  produced
• 23:05
  in
• 23:05
  the
• 23:06
  authentic
• 23:06
  patterns.
• 23:07
  So
• 23:07
  if
• 23:08
  they
• 23:08
  miss
• 23:08
  out
• 23:08
  on
• 23:09
  those
• 23:09
  two
• 23:10
  blankets
• 23:11
  that
• 23:11
  are
• 23:11
  available
• 23:11
  and
• 23:11
  authentic
• 23:12
  and
• 23:12
  just
• 23:12
  love
• 23:13
  it,
• 23:13
  those
• 23:13
  are,
• 23:14
  those
• 23:14
  are
• 23:14
  what
• 23:14
  we
• 23:14
  produce
• 23:14
  the
• 23:15
  rug
• 23:15
  Fin.
• 23:15
  So
• 23:15
  there's
• 23:16
  a
• 23:16
  Christmas
• 23:17
  gift
• 23:17
  for
• 23:17
  your
• 23:18
  wife,
• 23:18
  Mike.
• 23:18
  Oh,
• 23:19
  there
• 23:19
  you
• 23:19
  go.
• 23:20
  I
• 23:21
  got
• 23:21
  you.
• 23:21
  Thank
• 23:22
  you.
• 23:23
  She'll
• 23:23
  thank
• 23:24
  you.
• 23:24
  Mike,
• 23:25
  I
• 23:25
  know
• 23:25
  you
• 23:25
  do
• 23:26
  not
• 23:26
  use
• 23:26
  saddle
• 23:27
  blankets.
• 23:27
  However,
• 23:27
  you
• 23:28
  always
• 23:28
  have
• 23:28
  very
• 23:29
  great
• 23:29
  input
• 23:29
  from
• 23:29
  the
• 23:30
  business
• 23:30
  and
• 23:30
  the
• 23:30
  marketing
• 23:31
  side.
• 23:31
  Well,
• 23:31
  I
• 23:31
  mean,
• 23:32
  I'm
• 23:32
  sitting
• 23:32
  here
• 23:32
  listening
• 23:33
  to
• 23:33
  this
• 23:33
  and
• 23:34
  it's
• 23:34
  so
• 23:34
  impressive
• 23:35
  because
• 23:36
  it's
• 23:37
  not
• 23:37
  like
• 23:37
  you
• 23:37
  went
• 23:37
  to
• 23:38
  school,
• 23:38
  got
• 23:38
  a
• 23:38
  business
• 23:39
  degree,
• 23:39
  worked
• 23:40
  for
• 23:40
  a
• 23:40
  big
• 23:40
  brand,
• 23:41
  decided
• 23:41
  to
• 23:42
  spin
• 23:42
  off
• 23:42
  and
• 23:43
  open
• 23:43
  your
• 23:43
  own.
• 23:44
  I
• 23:44
  mean,
• 23:44
  you
• 23:45
  had
• 23:45
  an
• 23:45
  idea.
• 23:46
  But
• 23:46
  what's
• 23:47
  impressive
• 23:47
  is
• 23:48
  not
• 23:48
  only
• 23:49
  are
• 23:49
  you
• 23:49
  the
• 23:49
  creative
• 23:50
  force,
• 23:50
  I
• 23:50
  mean,
• 23:51
  what's
• 23:51
  this
• 23:51
  blanket
• 23:51
  going
• 23:51
  to
• 23:52
  look
• 23:52
  like?
• 23:52
  And
• 23:53
  let's
• 23:53
  do
• 23:53
  these
• 23:53
  and
• 23:53
  these
• 23:54
  and
• 23:54
  these.
• 23:54
  But
• 23:55
  as
• 23:55
  you
• 23:55
  go
• 23:55
  through
• 23:56
  the
• 23:57
  merchandising
• 23:57
  and
• 23:58
  marketing
• 23:58
  programs
• 23:59
  that
• 24:00
  you've
• 24:00
  thought
• 24:00
  through
• 24:01
  for
• 24:01
  the
• 24:01
  retailer
• 24:02
  and
• 24:03
  you
• 24:03
  go
• 24:03
  through
• 24:04
  the
• 24:04
  programs
• 24:05
  that
• 24:05
  you
• 24:05
  have
• 24:05
  for
• 24:06
  your
• 24:06
  sponsored
• 24:07
  contestants
• 24:07
  and
• 24:08
  for
• 24:08
  the
• 24:08
  associations,
• 24:10
  so
• 24:10
  you're
• 24:10
  providing
• 24:11
  the
• 24:12
  entire,
• 24:13
  the
• 24:14
  entire
• 24:14
  role
• 24:15
  of
• 24:15
  being
• 24:16
  a
• 24:16
  manager
• 24:16
  of
• 24:17
  a
• 24:17
  growing
• 24:18
  small
• 24:18
  business.
• 24:19
  Although
• 24:19
  I
• 24:20
  think
• 24:20
  you
• 24:20
  started
• 24:20
  with,
• 24:21
  you
• 24:21
  wanted
• 24:21
  an
• 24:22
  idea
• 24:22
  of
• 24:22
  something
• 24:22
  that
• 24:23
  would
• 24:23
  look
• 24:23
  good
• 24:24
  and
• 24:24
  now
• 24:24
  you're
• 24:24
  doing
• 24:25
  great.
• 24:25
  Now
• 24:25
  you
• 24:25
  and
• 24:25
  I
• 24:26
  talk
• 24:26
  and
• 24:26
  I'm
• 24:26
  not
• 24:26
  going
• 24:27
  to
• 24:27
  push,
• 24:27
  but
• 24:28
  everybody
• 24:28
  we
• 24:29
  talk
• 24:29
  to
• 24:29
  on
• 24:29
  this
• 24:30
  show
• 24:30
  who
• 24:31
  are
• 24:31
  creative
• 24:32
  entrepreneurs,
• 24:33
  whatever,
• 24:34
  they
• 24:34
  always
• 24:34
  have
• 24:35
  something
• 24:35
  else
• 24:35
  up
• 24:35
  their
• 24:36
  sleeve.
• 24:37
  I
• 24:37
  will
• 24:37
  tell
• 24:37
  you
• 24:38
  that.
• 24:38
  Jennifer
• 24:38
  told
• 24:39
  me
• 24:39
  she
• 24:39
  does,
• 24:40
  but
• 24:40
  she
• 24:40
  won't
• 24:40
  tell
• 24:41
  me
• 24:41
  what
• 24:41
  it
• 24:41
  is.
• 24:42
  So
• 24:42
  she
• 24:42
  won't
• 24:42
  tell
• 24:43
  you
• 24:43
  what
• 24:43
  it
• 24:43
  is.
• 24:44
  But
• 24:44
  I
• 24:44
  think
• 24:44
  we're
• 24:45
  all
• 24:45
  going
• 24:45
  to
• 24:45
  be
• 24:45
  watching
• 24:46
  to
• 24:46
  see
• 24:46
  what's
• 24:47
  coming
• 24:47
  next
• 24:47
  out
• 24:48
  of
• 24:48
  her
• 24:49
  company,
• 24:49
  both
• 24:50
  in
• 24:50
  terms
• 24:50
  of
• 24:51
  product
• 24:51
  idea
• 24:52
  and
• 24:52
  marketing
• 24:53
  idea.
• 24:54
  And
• 24:54
  Jennifer,
• 24:54
  I
• 24:55
  just,
• 24:55
  I've
• 24:55
  enjoyed
• 24:56
  tremendously
• 24:57
  chatting
• 24:57
  with
• 24:57
  you
• 24:58
  and
• 24:58
  listening
• 24:58
  to
• 24:59
  the
• 24:59
  enthusiasm
• 25:00
  that
• 25:01
  you
• 25:01
  approach
• 25:02
  this
• 25:02
  business
• 25:03
  and
• 25:03
  the
• 25:03
  breadth
• 25:03
  of
• 25:04
  your
• 25:04
  thinking
• 25:05
  in
• 25:05
  terms
• 25:06
  of
• 25:06
  this
• 25:06
  for
• 25:06
  retailers,
• 25:07
  these
• 25:08
  for
• 25:08
  shows,
• 25:08
  these
• 25:09
  for
• 25:10
  competitors.
• 25:11
  I
• 25:11
  mean,
• 25:11
  congratulations,
• 25:12
  you're
• 25:12
  doing
• 25:12
  a
• 25:12
  great
• 25:13
  job.
• 25:13
  No,
• 25:14
  thank
• 25:14
  you.
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  appreciate
• 25:14
  it.
• 25:15
  I
• 25:15
  won't
• 25:16
  take
• 25:16
  credit
• 25:16
  for
• 25:16
  it
• 25:17
  at
• 25:17
  all
• 25:17
  this
• 25:18
  was
• 25:18
  never
• 25:18
  a
• 25:18
  plan.
• 25:19
  It
• 25:19
  just
• 25:19
  God
• 25:20
  put
• 25:20
  it
• 25:20
  on
• 25:20
  us
• 25:20
  and
• 25:20
  we
• 25:21
  did
• 25:21
  it.
• 25:21
  And
• 25:21
  I
• 25:21
  know
• 25:22
  people
• 25:22
  say
• 25:22
  that
• 25:22
  all
• 25:22
  the
• 25:22
  time
• 25:23
  but
• 25:23
  literally
• 25:23
  I
• 25:24
  never
• 25:24
  intended
• 25:25
  to
• 25:25
  build
• 25:25
  this
• 25:25
  business.
• 25:26
  God
• 25:27
  made
• 25:27
  it
• 25:27
  so
• 25:28
  it
• 25:29
  is.
• 25:29
  Well,
• 25:29
  he
• 25:29
  created
• 25:30
  the
• 25:30
  opportunity
• 25:31
  but
• 25:31
  you've
• 25:31
  made
• 25:31
  it
• 25:32
  happen.
• 25:32
  Well,
• 25:33
  thanks
• 25:34
  to
• 25:34
  him.
• 25:35
  Thanks
• 25:35
  to
• 25:35
  him.
• 25:35
  I
• 25:35
  won't
• 25:36
  argue.
• 25:36
  Who
• 25:37
  would
• 25:37
  argue
• 25:37
  with
• 25:37
  that?
• 25:38
  Yes.
• 25:39
  Anyway,
• 25:39
  hey,

  thanks
