- 0:25Speaker 1: everyone else is too afraid to talk about. Get ready
- 0:29Speaker 1: for your next level of self. Welcome back twenty six
- 0:33Speaker 1: She Rises Season two with Ashley and Tiana. We're back,
- 0:37Speaker 1: We're bigger, We're ready. We're so excited to be here.
- 0:40Speaker 2: We are back and better than ever. We have decided
- 0:42Speaker 2: that this year we're going to go a little rogue
- 0:44Speaker 2: and we want you to come with us.
- 0:45Speaker 1: We're going to talk about things we have never spoken about.
- 0:47Speaker 1: We're going to take things up a notch, and we're
- 0:49Speaker 1: really just ready to give it out all. Not that
- 0:51Speaker 1: we haven't in the past, but we've got just this
- 0:53Speaker 1: fire in our belly, like this is going to be
- 0:55Speaker 1: our huge year for the podcast, for our retreats, for
- 0:58Speaker 1: our new online subscription platform called Rise Inside. It's just
- 1:01Speaker 1: a really exciting year for us. It absolutely is.
- 1:03Speaker 2: And you know what we were talking about this last
- 1:05Speaker 2: and we were talking about how we could feel this
- 1:07Speaker 2: momentum building within us and as we grew over the
- 1:10Speaker 2: last year, it was the year of hard conversations.
- 1:13Speaker 1: I'll tell you that that was our intention last year
- 1:15Speaker 1: actually was this year, We're really going to practice having
- 1:17Speaker 1: hard conversations, which is going to help us really solidify
- 1:20Speaker 1: who is right for our life right now, who's aligned.
- 1:23Speaker 1: And it's not even that someone does something wrong, it's
- 1:25Speaker 1: just like, who can meet us where we're at. That
- 1:27Speaker 1: was our word. Willing. Yeah, it's so crazy. We've been
- 1:31Speaker 1: having this big conversation around hard conversations because it was
- 1:33Speaker 1: our theme. But it's like, even if someone can't quite
- 1:36Speaker 1: have them, it's the willingness to wanting to lean in
- 1:38Speaker 1: and at least try. We've had moments with each other.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I know I can speak for myself where I've still
- 1:42Speaker 1: struggled to have hard conversations. I'm leaning in, but I'm
- 1:45Speaker 1: still like learning how to do it effectively. But I'm
- 1:48Speaker 1: so willing because I know that it brings people together
- 1:51Speaker 1: and it prevents any cracks in the relationships. That builds
- 1:53Speaker 1: more trust and you get to understand each other more,
- 1:56Speaker 1: which is so important.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Absolutely and I think we've just had so much evidence
- 1:59Speaker 2: that it does bring you closer than it does pull
- 2:01Speaker 2: you apart. And even though likely you said it doesn't
- 2:03Speaker 2: mean that it's not uncomfortable.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We still struggle.
- 2:06Speaker 2: We're not perfect at it, we make mistakes, we're human
- 2:08Speaker 2: just as much as anybody else. But that willingness part,
- 2:11Speaker 2: it comes back to that word every single time. And
- 2:13Speaker 2: that's kind of been the core theme of our year
- 2:15Speaker 2: last year. And would you say that's a big part
- 2:17Speaker 2: of your year this year?
- 2:18Speaker 1: Hard conversation, No, willingness, Oh, willingness yea one hundred percent.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But I feel like we're pretty solid on that. We're
- 2:22Speaker 1: so more than willing, and I feel like the people
- 2:25Speaker 1: in our life are also very willing. Absolutely, our circles
- 2:28Speaker 1: almost got a little bit smaller, but it just feels
- 2:30Speaker 1: good to have people that are just as willing as
- 2:32Speaker 1: what we are. Yeah, it definitely feels smaller, but more
- 2:34Speaker 1: intentional quality over quantity. Oh, absolutely absolutely so. Yeah, we're
- 2:39Speaker 1: very excited. Our first episode today is a really big one,
- 2:41Speaker 1: I think a very necessary one leading into the year,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and it's all around mindset and limiting beliefs because we
- 2:46Speaker 1: all have limited beliefs. We're going to talk about our
- 2:49Speaker 1: personal ones and how they have held us back in
- 2:51Speaker 1: the past and may still hold us back. Now, before
- 2:53Speaker 1: we get into today's episode, what is your Share of
- 2:55Speaker 1: the week? First one of twenty twenty.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Ih, my goodness to starting off with the bank. No, so,
- 3:00Speaker 2: mine is actually a Morphy blush. It's actually called cheek Thrills.
- 3:04Speaker 2: We tried recently and I just love them. It comes
- 3:07Speaker 2: with three sections. It's like a powder and then there's
- 3:09Speaker 2: also like a two creation as well. Yeah, it's so beautiful.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I just love the color. So it's called cheek Thrills.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Yeah, very very good. We went to a Morphy event
- 3:16Speaker 1: in Sydney which was random. I'm really in my blush era. Yes,
- 3:19Speaker 1: I love blush, just the.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Color it adds to your face, so like makes me
- 3:22Speaker 2: feel like real blushed and just alive live.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I love feeling alive. Mine's a meditation. I recently
- 3:28Speaker 1: have been feeling a little bit more anxious, which I
- 3:30Speaker 1: want to go into another episode We're going to do
- 3:32Speaker 1: like a health update episode. We've recently started taking peptides
- 3:36Speaker 1: and I think I've just had a big workload and
- 3:38Speaker 1: a lot's been going on and stealing different emotions, and yeah,
- 3:41Speaker 1: I felt super anxious the other day and I really
- 3:43Speaker 1: struggled to bring myself back down. End up playing in
- 3:47Speaker 1: bed with Steve when we both did a meditation. I
- 3:49Speaker 1: put on the five minute one from Rise and Side
- 3:51Speaker 1: because that first month was all around nervous and regulation
- 3:54Speaker 1: and I used to just go onto YouTube and type whatever.
- 3:56Speaker 1: But I was like, oh my gosh, I've got four
- 3:58Speaker 1: beautiful meditations in here that we created that are just
- 4:01Speaker 1: so relaxing, and just regulate Mistrader for five minutes, and
- 4:06Speaker 1: I felt a hundred times better. Like I know this logically,
- 4:09Speaker 1: but when you're in that anxious state and you start
- 4:12Speaker 1: to sweat and your heart rates increasing, and you, like
- 4:14Speaker 1: I felt a bit panicky, you forget how quickly you
- 4:18Speaker 1: can bring yourself down with breath. And breath is the easiest, fastest,
- 4:22Speaker 1: it's free, you don't have to pay for it. You
- 4:24Speaker 1: can do it at any point of the day. Whenever
- 4:25Speaker 1: you feel overwhelmed and you start to feel those symptoms
- 4:29Speaker 1: of anxiousness, just know that you can bring it down. So, yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 1: it was a five minute meditation just the week two one.
- 4:34Speaker 1: It was incredible, so good, yeah, so good. Honestly, it's
- 4:37Speaker 1: a game change, it really is. So if you're in
- 4:39Speaker 1: Rise and Side, you guys can access the previous month's
- 4:42Speaker 1: meditations whenever you need. Just go inside the school lab
- 4:45Speaker 1: and it's their push play. Just lay down or sit down,
- 4:47Speaker 1: even in your car. Five minutes. That's all it took. Yeah.
- 4:49Speaker 2: The best thing as well is you don't have to
- 4:51Speaker 2: listen to it just once. This is something we recommend
- 4:53Speaker 2: listening to over and over again if you make it
- 4:55Speaker 2: a daily practice. I think just once a day goes
- 4:58Speaker 2: such a long way when you're in a heightened state.
- 5:00Speaker 1: If you're doing that regularly long term, it has the
- 5:02Speaker 1: biggest benefits. You'll feel calmer and more regulated. All I
- 5:05Speaker 1: love that. I love that it helped. Yeah, so good.
- 5:07Speaker 1: All right, so let's get into today's episode. So the
- 5:11Speaker 1: first thing is awareness, Hey, just having an awareness around
- 5:13Speaker 1: what comes up for you and how that prevents you
- 5:15Speaker 1: from progressing forward to live the life you want to
- 5:17Speaker 1: live and to be the person that you want to be.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Awareness is such an important step because you don't know
- 5:22Speaker 2: what you don't know. Yeah, and if you can't see
- 5:24Speaker 2: what is impacting you, you don't actually know how to
- 5:27Speaker 2: fix it.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And if you're here listening to this.
- 5:29Speaker 2: You want to set yourself up really beautifully in the
- 5:32Speaker 2: new year so that you can actually create the life
- 5:34Speaker 2: that you want, become the woman that you want, and
- 5:36Speaker 2: get to live in that place of peace in your
- 5:38Speaker 2: own mind. And it really does come from being able
- 5:40Speaker 2: to see kind of like what's underneath the hood of
- 5:43Speaker 2: your own mind and seeing what's kind of playing out
- 5:46Speaker 2: for you at the moment. And it can be hard
- 5:48Speaker 2: to face and hard to confront sometimes. I know I
- 5:50Speaker 2: feel like that too. Sometimes I'm like Laris, I don't
- 5:52Speaker 2: want to look at that, or you know, if as
- 5:54Speaker 2: she sees me in that she's not gonna love me anymore,
- 5:56Speaker 2: or if my sister sees me that she's going to
- 5:58Speaker 2: judge me for it, you know. And it's like all
- 5:59Speaker 2: of these thoughts and fears that keep us from actually
- 6:02Speaker 2: almost like exposing ourselves to ourselves and being able to
- 6:06Speaker 2: see what truly happens underneath the hood for us. But
- 6:08Speaker 2: it is also the most bringing thing.
- 6:10Speaker 1: It really is. I think you call it blind spots. Yes,
- 6:13Speaker 1: find finding your blind spots. And you might just think
- 6:16Speaker 1: that this limited belief is just you might have used
- 6:18Speaker 1: the language like, oh, that's just who I am. That's
- 6:20Speaker 1: just how it is, Like, that's the truth. It's actually not.
- 6:24Speaker 1: We use those stories and those narratives to protect us
- 6:27Speaker 1: from moving forward in case we fail, in case things
- 6:30Speaker 1: don't work out, and then also if things don't work out,
- 6:33Speaker 1: we use it as evidence to make our story even
- 6:35Speaker 1: more truer. And I did that my whole life, and
- 6:38Speaker 1: I'm still aware that my limited belief pops up, but
- 6:41Speaker 1: I don't let it control me anymore. Let's talk about
- 6:43Speaker 1: personal stories, because that's my favorite way to teach, just
- 6:45Speaker 1: my favorite way to learn. When someone's vulnerable and talks
- 6:47Speaker 1: about their experience, I just really connect with that. So
- 6:50Speaker 1: let's start there. Yeah, so there was something that actually
- 6:53Speaker 1: came up for you the other week. Oh, you're gonna
- 6:54Speaker 1: go on straight out. How can I tell them what
- 6:56Speaker 1: it is? First? Let's yeah, you're gonna hate me for this,
- 7:00Speaker 1: least slain what it is first, I get context. Okay.
- 7:03Speaker 1: So my limiting belief and my or that I tell
- 7:05Speaker 1: myself is that I'm too dumb to do something. And
- 7:08Speaker 1: this stem from fifteen years of having a step father
- 7:11Speaker 1: telling me I was done all the time. So it
- 7:12Speaker 1: became my truth those first seven years of our childhood
- 7:16Speaker 1: of our life become our imprint years, and then even
- 7:19Speaker 1: after that it becomes our belief about ourselves, about the world,
- 7:22Speaker 1: and we really take in and absorb and see and
- 7:25Speaker 1: feel everything that the adults around us are saying are
- 7:28Speaker 1: showing up in that way, it's really crucial how our
- 7:31Speaker 1: parents behave and what they say to us, because we
- 7:33Speaker 1: really take it on like that is an absolute truth.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And after hearing that day after day after day, after
- 7:38Speaker 1: everything that I would do, it just became my truth.
- 7:40Speaker 1: So throughout my teens and until I met Steve, and
- 7:43Speaker 1: even then it was a fucking battle to try something new.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I've truly believed that there's no point to me even
- 7:48Speaker 1: trying to do something because I was so dumb. I'd
- 7:51Speaker 1: failed high school, I'd failed my driver's licensed tests, I'd
- 7:54Speaker 1: failed courses that I'd tried at TAVE. I felt like
- 7:57Speaker 1: everything that I had tried I failed at. So it
- 7:59Speaker 1: just gave me more and more evidence. I'm like, this
- 8:01Speaker 1: is true. Tell me where it's not true. It's just stacked.
- 8:03Speaker 1: It just stacked. When I met Steve and I had
- 8:05Speaker 1: to do my personal training course, Oh the fights we
- 8:09Speaker 1: would have about that. And even then I still failed
- 8:11Speaker 1: that three times until I passed. My mum always says
- 8:14Speaker 1: to me, you're not dumb. It just might not be
- 8:16Speaker 1: taught in a way that you understand. You're very hands
- 8:19Speaker 1: on person, you're a very visual person. Also, if you're
- 8:21Speaker 1: not super interested in it, that makes it hard to
- 8:23Speaker 1: take information as well. Good luck focusing on it. Yeah. Yeah.
- 8:27Speaker 1: And also if you believe that you're dumb, you're almost
- 8:29Speaker 1: creating that because you're not really giving your all because
- 8:31Speaker 1: you think you're can a fail anyway. Ye, So upon reflection,
- 8:34Speaker 1: I can see that story is not entirely true, But yeah,
- 8:37Speaker 1: it still pops up for me. And I've really had
- 8:39Speaker 1: to work on letting it be there, seeing it for
- 8:42Speaker 1: what it is and still doing the thing anyway. And
- 8:45Speaker 1: even if I go for it and it doesn't work out,
- 8:47Speaker 1: not to attach myself to that story, Oh that didn't
- 8:49Speaker 1: work out because I'm dumb. It's like, Okay, that didn't
- 8:51Speaker 1: work out because something better is around the corner for me,
- 8:54Speaker 1: or because I didn't study hard enough, or because I
- 8:57Speaker 1: need to understand it more. I need to put more
- 8:59Speaker 1: time and effort into it, not just give up in
- 9:02Speaker 1: that moment. But yeah, it feels so real. And yours
- 9:05Speaker 1: might be that you know, I'm never going to meet
- 9:07Speaker 1: anyone because I'm not pretty enough. I'm never going to
- 9:10Speaker 1: meet anyone because I'm to overweight. No one's going to
- 9:12Speaker 1: love me because my parents didn't love me. Everyone's going
- 9:15Speaker 1: to leave because everyone always has left. You know, as
- 9:19Speaker 1: I'm saying, there's a hope that yours has coming to
- 9:21Speaker 1: the surface. And it can feel really uncomfortable, but no,
- 9:24Speaker 1: this is a safe place. Like we said before, having
- 9:26Speaker 1: awareness is you're like, oh, when it comes up, it's like, Okay,
- 9:29Speaker 1: I know that's there, but it doesn't have to be
- 9:31Speaker 1: my truth. Yeah.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Absolutely, this is such an opportunity for you to have
- 9:34Speaker 2: a clean slate in twenty twenty six. You get to
- 9:37Speaker 2: decide what you want this year to look like based
- 9:40Speaker 2: on how much of yourself you're willing to confront. And honestly,
- 9:43Speaker 2: it is really uncomfortable. You're going to feel uncomfortable while
- 9:46Speaker 2: you're doing it. It's not an easy journey. And I
- 9:48Speaker 2: will say, like, this is a forever journey, forever, forever, Right,
- 9:52Speaker 2: You're going to constantly be working on these stories, but
- 9:54Speaker 2: for as long as you are able to face them
- 9:56Speaker 2: in the beginning, it will feel a lot easier down
- 9:58Speaker 2: the line. Again, I'm not saying that it's going to
- 10:00Speaker 2: be perfect and feel easy and you're going to be like,
- 10:02Speaker 2: oh my god, I can't wait to feel this because
- 10:03Speaker 2: you're probably not going to. But you become more capable
- 10:07Speaker 2: of holding them.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Yes, and you know that's to repair and paster repairing.
- 10:10Speaker 2: This is exactly what happened the other week when this
- 10:12Speaker 2: story came up for you.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I love that you're laughing. You're like, yeah, I kind
- 10:18Speaker 1: of tens of thousands of pek.
- 10:19Speaker 2: I say this with love. No, this is the year
- 10:21Speaker 2: of hard conversations. Yeah, and it like came up for
- 10:25Speaker 2: you in that moment. Do you want to share a
- 10:26Speaker 2: little bit about like what that?
- 10:28Speaker 1: Do you want to share? Yeah, maybe I'll tell it
- 10:30Speaker 1: differently to what I remember it. No. No, So we
- 10:33Speaker 1: had a moment. We had a moment.
- 10:35Speaker 2: We had actual movement sexual not what I mean no
- 10:42Speaker 2: plodonic wife work wife. Anyway, So we were at the
- 10:46Speaker 2: office and we were working on a project and we
- 10:49Speaker 2: were doing something and we had a Google doc out
- 10:51Speaker 2: ready and there was all this information on it and
- 10:53Speaker 2: it was something to do with actually our new membership
- 10:55Speaker 2: called Rise Inside. If you're not in there, or have
- 10:57Speaker 2: a look, you'll love it. And you know, as she
- 11:00Speaker 2: was going through this document, and she could see that
- 11:02Speaker 2: she was getting a little bit overwhelmed, and she started
- 11:04Speaker 2: to say, Babe, I'm feeling really overwhelmed. It's not really
- 11:06Speaker 2: making sense to me, Like it's starting to feel really
- 11:08Speaker 2: really overwhelming, and I just can we simplify it? Can
- 11:11Speaker 2: we change it? And that was what was coming up
- 11:13Speaker 2: for her. What I was receiving was actually my story
- 11:16Speaker 2: and my limiting belief. And when as she was saying,
- 11:19Speaker 2: this feels really overwhelming, I heard my work is overwhelming.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Also to give context, so when we plan episodes and
- 11:26Speaker 1: when we plan content in Rise in Sight all the podcast,
- 11:29Speaker 1: sometimes I take lead on a certain topic. Yeah, I
- 11:31Speaker 1: feel more confident and that's a strength of mind, and
- 11:33Speaker 1: maybe Chiana doesn't feel as strong in that and vice versa. Yeah,
- 11:36Speaker 1: so this particular topic, it's not something that I have
- 11:38Speaker 1: ever taught. So Chianna was taking lead and she wrote
- 11:41Speaker 1: this incredible eighteen page document with all this information, and
- 11:45Speaker 1: then my job is to read through it and condense
- 11:47Speaker 1: it down and understand it, and then we talk about
- 11:49Speaker 1: it together and then we build the content out like that, yes,
- 11:52Speaker 1: but as I was reading it, I was like, oh
- 11:53Speaker 1: my gosh, like my story was I'm so fucking dumb.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I don't know what she's talking about, but yeah, you
- 11:58Speaker 1: heard that your content wasn't digestible enough. Yeah, too overwhelming,
- 12:02Speaker 1: Whereas in my head, which I have learned, I need
- 12:05Speaker 1: communicate better with that, your content's amazing and you're so
- 12:09Speaker 1: smart and it's so much value. I just need it
- 12:12Speaker 1: explained in a more simplified way. Yeah, but you can
- 12:15Speaker 1: see how both our story's there one dreds were just
- 12:17Speaker 1: so present and so real and actually so valid.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Yeah, because in that moment, like the story that I
- 12:23Speaker 2: was telling myself, which is not at all what you said,
- 12:25Speaker 2: but this is what I heard in my head, based
- 12:27Speaker 2: on my own triggers and wounds and believes, was that
- 12:30Speaker 2: my content was overwhelming, and almost in my head was
- 12:32Speaker 2: like it's not good enough. My story that I've always
- 12:35Speaker 2: had is that I'm not capable enough. I'm not capable
- 12:38Speaker 2: enough to achieve the things that I want to do. So, like,
- 12:40Speaker 2: I think it was almost one of those moments where
- 12:42Speaker 2: it was like that old belief popped up in the moment,
- 12:44Speaker 2: it was like, oh see, it's not good enough. See
- 12:45Speaker 2: you're not capable enough. See you can't do this. And
- 12:48Speaker 2: it was not necessarily that I was told that growing up,
- 12:51Speaker 2: but it was more because I was always somebody who
- 12:54Speaker 2: used to start things and never finish them right, And
- 12:56Speaker 2: so all the evidence that I had was stacking that
- 13:00Speaker 2: any time that I wanted to achieve something and set out,
- 13:02Speaker 2: I would give up, or I would fail and then
- 13:05Speaker 2: I wouldn't get back up, or I would even have
- 13:08Speaker 2: let's say, for example, my dad, he was always there
- 13:10Speaker 2: whenever I would struggle, right, So it was like my
- 13:13Speaker 2: story was also that I need saving because it was like, well,
- 13:16Speaker 2: whenever something gets really hard, I'm not the person to
- 13:18Speaker 2: solve the problem.
- 13:19Speaker 1: My Dad's the person to solve the problem.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Block And so because somebody else did it, that automatically
- 13:24Speaker 2: means that I wasn't capable of doing it.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Can do it without someone's help.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah, So I always needed somebody else to be there,
- 13:28Speaker 2: And I never had that instilled sense of trust in
- 13:31Speaker 2: myself because every single time along the journey, no matter
- 13:34Speaker 2: what it was like, even wanting to work on site
- 13:36Speaker 2: and things like that, I was like, oh my god, I'm.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Not capable Until I finished it and all the things.
- 13:40Speaker 1: But like I would stop and.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Start courses, and I would you know, try new business ventures,
- 13:43Speaker 2: and I would get a new job, and then I'd
- 13:45Speaker 2: hate it and I'd leave, and I just I had
- 13:47Speaker 2: this never ending list of things that I started and
- 13:49Speaker 2: never finished, and I was just had this overwhelming feeling
- 13:52Speaker 2: of like feeling disappointed in myself.
- 13:53Speaker 1: All the time.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And so really what allowed me to change that was
- 13:59Speaker 2: really having internal boundaries with myself and having the discipline
- 14:02Speaker 2: to actually stick to something and go, hey, like, you
- 14:04Speaker 2: don't need somebody else to solve it or fix it
- 14:07Speaker 2: or saving. You don't need saving. You're not broken, there's
- 14:09Speaker 2: nothing wrong with you. You just need to prove to
- 14:12Speaker 2: yourself that you're actually capable of doing it. And so
- 14:14Speaker 2: through that repetition of consistently going like, hey, I'm going
- 14:17Speaker 2: to commit to this because it means something to me,
- 14:19Speaker 2: and then going hey, like you can do this, and
- 14:21Speaker 2: not forcing myself into doing it because I hated it,
- 14:24Speaker 2: but loving myself into the growth. And that was the
- 14:26Speaker 2: biggest difference. Okay, I have these boundaries and discipline with
- 14:30Speaker 2: myself because I love myself, not because I'm trying to
- 14:33Speaker 2: make you hate what you're doing, or feel challenged or
- 14:36Speaker 2: anything like that. It came from a place of love.
- 14:38Speaker 2: And so in that moment when Ash and I were
- 14:40Speaker 2: having that conversation, it was like both of our triggers
- 14:43Speaker 2: came up in that moment and we were both faced
- 14:45Speaker 2: with it to sit with it in the discomfort together,
- 14:47Speaker 2: and we were just like, oh, like.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Moving through it. Yeah, Yeah, it's really hard. And yeah,
- 14:53Speaker 1: no matter how old you get and how much work
- 14:55Speaker 1: you do on this, yeah, I feel like they are
- 14:57Speaker 1: always going to arise in certain moments because it's like
- 15:00Speaker 1: that old analogy of a wound, you know, and it heals,
- 15:03Speaker 1: We've got a band aid on it, but then it
- 15:04Speaker 1: can recut open, Yeah, and it starts to bleed again.
- 15:07Speaker 1: And that happened for us. It's like, oh, I thought
- 15:10Speaker 1: I'd worked through that. I'm dumb story. I know it's
- 15:11Speaker 1: still always in the back of my head, but I'm
- 15:13Speaker 1: pretty quickly quick to squash it now. Like I said before,
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't let it stop me from doing anything, even this,
- 15:18Speaker 1: even this whole topic. I was like, I'm willing to learn. Yeah,
- 15:21Speaker 1: I'm fucking shit scared and I have to understand this
- 15:23Speaker 1: more and I need it more. Simplified. I need to
- 15:25Speaker 1: study it more and ask more questions. But in that
- 15:27Speaker 1: moment that trigger ended up taking over. We really had
- 15:30Speaker 1: to like regulate and work through that and have further
- 15:32Speaker 1: conversations on one heart, how it feel good for both
- 15:34Speaker 1: of us, and also learned to hold each other in
- 15:36Speaker 1: the triggers. Yes, why are both triggers.
- 15:38Speaker 2: While we're both Yeah, because we were having this conversation
- 15:41Speaker 2: the other day, and it's really easy to hold somebody
- 15:43Speaker 2: in their triggers when you're not triggered, to when you're regular,
- 15:45Speaker 2: when you're regulated and you're like, babe, I've got you, Like,
- 15:48Speaker 2: come to me, you can tell me anything. When you're
- 15:50Speaker 2: also feeling activated and you're having your own internal experience,
- 15:53Speaker 2: you face a little.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Bit more challenge.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Yeah, right, because you're holding your trigger and then you're
- 15:57Speaker 2: also holding this person too, and you're having your own
- 16:00Speaker 2: internal experience. So everything that's happening right now feels personal,
- 16:03Speaker 2: and everything that's happening for the other person also feels personal,
- 16:06Speaker 2: you know. So we had to navigate that conversation of going, okay,
- 16:09Speaker 2: like what's coming out for you?
- 16:10Speaker 1: How does this feel for you?
- 16:11Speaker 2: And then kind of squashing the conversation, regulating coming back together,
- 16:16Speaker 2: rehaving the conversation, and then repairing together and coming back
- 16:19Speaker 2: to each other.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You have to be super aware in conversations around your triggers,
- 16:23Speaker 1: because like what you said before, what I heard was yeah,
- 16:26Speaker 1: that's what she said. Yes, And I think this is
- 16:28Speaker 1: a really powerful thing in relationship dynamics to say, I
- 16:32Speaker 1: know this isn't what you're saying, but what I'm hearing
- 16:34Speaker 1: from you is da da da da da. And then
- 16:36Speaker 1: it gives the other person opportunity to say, well, that's
- 16:38Speaker 1: not what I mean. Yeah, I know it can come
- 16:39Speaker 1: across like that, but I'm going to repeat it in a
- 16:42Speaker 1: different way. What I mean is da da da and
- 16:44Speaker 1: make it about you, so it's not about them. But
- 16:46Speaker 1: when you're triggered, you do take everything personally so true,
- 16:49Speaker 1: and that's where the nervous system regulation comes in so
- 16:51Speaker 1: freaking handy, and it's something to always work on. It's
- 16:54Speaker 1: not easy, but we've got to be super aware of
- 16:56Speaker 1: the limited beliefs. And it's cool to also reflect too,
- 16:58Speaker 1: and like where in your life has this story popped up?
- 17:02Speaker 1: And where has it prevented you from moving forwards? Like
- 17:04Speaker 1: I know I have said no to job opportunities. Yeah,
- 17:06Speaker 1: I've said, notice so many opportunities. I've been too scared
- 17:09Speaker 1: to go to something or to try something new because
- 17:11Speaker 1: I've just told myself I'm too dumb, so I won't
- 17:12Speaker 1: even go. I look back, I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 17:15Speaker 1: I wasted so many opportunities that I could have excelled
- 17:18Speaker 1: or learned or connected. And I don't know what point
- 17:20Speaker 1: I got to. I was like, no more. Yeah, even
- 17:22Speaker 1: if I'm scared, even if I think I'm dumb, even
- 17:25Speaker 1: if I'm worried what other people think, even if I
- 17:27Speaker 1: fail and fall flat on my face, I'm going to
- 17:29Speaker 1: do it anyway. Yeah. And it's really hard, I think,
- 17:31Speaker 1: to being on a public platform because everyone sees your failures.
- 17:35Speaker 1: So then when you have an audience of people also
- 17:37Speaker 1: telling you're dumb and like re confirming that story, you
- 17:40Speaker 1: have to detach from what other people are thinking too. Yeah,
- 17:43Speaker 1: because a lot of the time, if they're saying that
- 17:44Speaker 1: to you, it's also might be their own trigger. Yeah,
- 17:46Speaker 1: and they're own wound as well projections.
- 17:48Speaker 2: You're not only dealing with your own internal process, your
- 17:51Speaker 2: own internal thoughts, You're also dealing with everybody else's experience
- 17:54Speaker 2: and opinions on what you're actually doing too.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I can see how that would feel. Like it
- 17:58Speaker 1: adds it. I get called dumb every day online just
- 18:00Speaker 1: form my spelling. Yeah, and I've had to like flip
- 18:02Speaker 1: that narrative. And I think my mum helped me with
- 18:04Speaker 1: this too. And I remember she said to me one day, Yeah,
- 18:07Speaker 1: you're not the greatest spell and my mom's super smart,
- 18:09Speaker 1: Like I'm talking super brainy. She is so fucking intelligent.
- 18:12Speaker 1: You know those who Wants to Be a Millionaire show? Yeah, yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I don't think she's ever got a question wrong. If
- 18:16Speaker 1: she was not an introvert, she should go on that show. Like,
- 18:18Speaker 1: she is so fucking smart. So is Steven. So was
- 18:21Speaker 1: my older brother. So my mom said to me one
- 18:23Speaker 1: day when I was saying, oh my gosh, everyone's picking
- 18:25Speaker 1: of my spelling. Like sometimes I'll send things to mom
- 18:27Speaker 1: for her to proof. M Like, is there any grammar
- 18:29Speaker 1: in here? I just can't deal with people's shit today.
- 18:31Speaker 1: And she's like, yeah, you might not be the greatest speller,
- 18:33Speaker 1: but you're amazing at this. You're amazing at that. Yes,
- 18:35Speaker 1: you could spend your time and study the fucking dictionary
- 18:38Speaker 1: if you wanted to. But you'd rather spend your time
- 18:41Speaker 1: helping women with their self confidence. You'd rather spend your
- 18:44Speaker 1: time with your children. Yeah, you'd rather spend your time
- 18:46Speaker 1: helping women learn how to love their bodies and how
- 18:48Speaker 1: to eat healthy. She's like me and rather eat a book.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Everyone's different. So you're really good at some things and
- 18:54Speaker 1: not really good at others. And it's the same with
- 18:56Speaker 1: your kids. Like Taj's an incredible swimmer, just at the
- 18:58Speaker 1: age too. It's taken Tyler a little bit longer. Yeah,
- 19:01Speaker 1: everyone's got their strengths and weaknesses, and spelling isn't one
- 19:03Speaker 1: of your strengths. Hey, you're still an amazing person. Doesn't
- 19:07Speaker 1: mean you're dumb. You're really smarter at things that you
- 19:09Speaker 1: want to be smart at the things that you're really
- 19:10Speaker 1: passionate about. And yeah, leaning on that be case. If
- 19:12Speaker 1: you spell a word wrong, you're helping women's lives. That's
- 19:15Speaker 1: pretty amazing, and it is amazing, and it changed the
- 19:17Speaker 1: narrative for me. So now when someone picks in my spelling,
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm like, huh, it's okay. Spelling police like, oh, I
- 19:21Speaker 1: don't mind, I'm not mad about it. I can't spell
- 19:23Speaker 1: jewelry yeah, or not, Oh my god, or agorism. It's
- 19:27Speaker 1: so funny when we have a conversation. It's my favorite thing.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I just love you for it.
- 19:31Speaker 2: It's just just so cute, Like every time actually be
- 19:34Speaker 2: writing a message and then we'll be really quiet sitting
- 19:36Speaker 2: together and she'll whisper into her friend and she'd be like, aneurysm.
- 19:40Speaker 1: You think i'd know how to spell it now because
- 19:42Speaker 1: I've had two brain aneurysms, So it's a tricky word.
- 19:44Speaker 1: It's really ye spell And it's so funny. My ten
- 19:47Speaker 1: year olds a better speller than me. Like he's incredible.
- 19:49Speaker 2: He's so emotionally just so emotionally intelligent the things that
- 19:53Speaker 2: he watches and learns, And yeah, I can't.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Wait to see what he's like when he's an adult.
- 19:56Speaker 1: I know. But the reason I'm talking about all of
- 19:58Speaker 1: this is because I just I want you to start
- 20:01Speaker 1: leaning in on what your strengths are and being proud
- 20:04Speaker 1: of them, and also being super aware of that limiting belief,
- 20:07Speaker 1: that story, that minds that you have around yourself and
- 20:10Speaker 1: ask yourself, is it the actual truth? Because nine timescent
- 20:14Speaker 1: the time, it's not the truth. It's just what you've
- 20:15Speaker 1: been conditioned to believe about yourself, and I guarantee it
- 20:18Speaker 1: is holding you back from doing incredible things, meeting new people,
- 20:22Speaker 1: taking new opportunities, earning more money, making your dreams come true.
- 20:25Speaker 1: So just be super aware of it. And this is
- 20:27Speaker 1: why we made a whole month of it in Rise
- 20:29Speaker 1: and Side because this is such an important thing that
- 20:32Speaker 1: I wish I learned earlier. Yeah, Like, this is something
- 20:34Speaker 1: when I see Taj say things about himself, I'm like, no, no,
- 20:36Speaker 1: hang on, We're going to back up a little bit
- 20:37Speaker 1: here and I will talk and coach him through it,
- 20:39Speaker 1: because I'm like, you're not going to grow up believing
- 20:41Speaker 1: that about yourself because some kid at school has told
- 20:43Speaker 1: you that. Absolutely not. Because I wish I learned this earlier,
- 20:46Speaker 1: because if you can learn this earlier, it'll take away
- 20:48Speaker 1: years of pain and discomfort and missing out on opportunities.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Absolutely, you're right, And something you mentioned earlier spoke something
- 20:55Speaker 2: for me. You said, you know, it stopped me from
- 20:58Speaker 2: achieving things and going after opportunities that were presented to
- 21:01Speaker 2: me because I just wasn't ready to see it, because
- 21:02Speaker 2: I had the story. I had that too, the feeling
- 21:05Speaker 2: of not feeling capable enough it was like, immediately because
- 21:07Speaker 2: I had that story, I would shut myself down before
- 21:10Speaker 2: I'd even give myself the opportunity to try, because I
- 21:12Speaker 2: was like, well, but what if I fail? But then
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'll just prove to myself that I'm not capable again.
- 21:16Speaker 2: But when you can be willing to face that discomfort
- 21:19Speaker 2: of being faced with that fear and being faced with
- 21:21Speaker 2: that story and not make it mean something about you
- 21:24Speaker 2: in the moment and just go, you know what, like, actually.
- 21:26Speaker 1: I'm just going to try. I'm just I'm just going
- 21:28Speaker 1: to try. So that can happen. What's the worst that
- 21:29Speaker 1: can happen?
- 21:30Speaker 2: So say, Wow, i might fall over and graze my knee,
- 21:32Speaker 2: but I'm going to be fine and I'll get back up,
- 21:34Speaker 2: Like what you said. You mentioned this the other day.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Children are not scared of getting back up when they're
- 21:38Speaker 2: trying to walk and trying to learn how to run,
- 21:40Speaker 2: They're not scared. They get up every single day till
- 21:42Speaker 2: they nail it. And it's like, if we can have
- 21:44Speaker 2: that level of resilience around ourselves and around trying and
- 21:47Speaker 2: being willing to do the things that we want to do,
- 21:49Speaker 2: we will eventually get there. And something that's really helped
- 21:52Speaker 2: me is even in things that I felt like I
- 21:54Speaker 2: have had weaknesses in now feel like strengths. To me,
- 21:57Speaker 2: that's cool because not everything, yeah, you know, not everything,
- 22:00Speaker 2: but they're you know, even in business, that was something
- 22:03Speaker 2: when I first started, I had zero experience.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I had no idea what I was doing.
- 22:07Speaker 2: I felt like I was Bambi being birthed for the
- 22:09Speaker 2: first time, trying to take her first few steps.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Everyone does at the start, right, yeah, and you just
- 22:13Speaker 1: don't know what. You don't know until you learn.
- 22:17Speaker 2: And you know, there was this saying one time and
- 22:19Speaker 2: I read it. It's a quote and it's like, jump
- 22:22Speaker 2: out of the plane and build the plane on the
- 22:23Speaker 2: way down, right, So terrifying.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Because that's what life is like.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Life is like that, business is like that, opportunities are
- 22:30Speaker 2: like that. People assume that, you know, they're going to
- 22:33Speaker 2: have all the answers before they start, or they're going
- 22:35Speaker 2: to have all the confidence or all the self belief
- 22:37Speaker 2: before they start, but the reality is, no one starts there.
- 22:40Speaker 1: No one starts there. Everyone figures it out along the way.
- 22:44Speaker 2: And if you can be willing to know that you're
- 22:45Speaker 2: going to stumble in the beginning, it's not going to
- 22:47Speaker 2: feel easy in the beginning, but if you keep persisting
- 22:50Speaker 2: and pushing through, you will find yourself on the other
- 22:52Speaker 2: side of that, in the place that you see everybody
- 22:55Speaker 2: else in. Yeah, you're always wishing and wondering how do
- 22:57Speaker 2: people believe this about themselves? How she's so confident? How
- 23:00Speaker 2: does she have such a positive mindset? Because she worked
- 23:03Speaker 2: for it. Definitely, anyone who has that level of like
- 23:06Speaker 2: what you want has had to go through an immense
- 23:08Speaker 2: amount of hardship and pain and discomfort and challenging their
- 23:11Speaker 2: own thoughts and beliefs and fears and all of those
- 23:14Speaker 2: things just to get to that other side. And you
- 23:16Speaker 2: can too, if you're willing to persist through it.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Yeah, Tarje gets this monthly subscription box and it's from
- 23:21Speaker 1: this engineer in the US. He's got a massive YouTube
- 23:23Speaker 1: channel and it's so complicated and it gets so frustrated
- 23:26Speaker 1: every single month. But I always say to him, the
- 23:28Speaker 1: biggest mistakes is where you learn the biggest lessons. And
- 23:31Speaker 1: it's so true in everything in life, Like I would
- 23:33Speaker 1: not be here today if I didn't fail a million times,
- 23:35Speaker 1: because it gave me the skill set and the lessons
- 23:37Speaker 1: to be able to do what I'm doing now.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:39Speaker 1: You can't expect yourself or anyone that you follow, anyone
- 23:41Speaker 1: that you know on life, to walk through life not
- 23:44Speaker 1: tripping up. Yeah, that's where you learn. That's how you learn.
- 23:46Speaker 1: How else do you learn by doing the things? It's
- 23:49Speaker 1: fair by getting back up, and the more you found,
- 23:52Speaker 1: the more you get back up, it builds your confidence
- 23:54Speaker 1: and self belief that you can do hard things true,
- 23:56Speaker 1: and that you can push through those limited beliefs and mindset.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, you fall down your grazy knee and you're like,
- 24:00Speaker 2: I'm good, I just get back up.
- 24:01Speaker 1: It's okay. Just like babies do when they're trying to
- 24:03Speaker 1: quarrel and walk, they get so f ah you see them,
- 24:06Speaker 1: but they go again. There's so determined they really are,
- 24:08Speaker 1: aren't they. I don't even funck what anyone's looking at them?
- 24:10Speaker 2: No, they don't being okay, being seen looking stupid, being
- 24:13Speaker 2: seen looking silly, feeling silly, feeling like a beginner at something.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It's like, it's okay. Isn't it sad that a lot
- 24:19Speaker 1: of the time we don't take risks and we don't
- 24:21Speaker 1: do things because we're so scared of what other people
- 24:24Speaker 1: will see us in Oh my God, I live like
- 24:26Speaker 1: that for like my whole Yeah, we're scared to be
- 24:27Speaker 1: seen as a failure, to be scared as being dumb.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I remember I used to say no to go on
- 24:31Speaker 1: panels and podcasts all the time because I used to
- 24:33Speaker 1: say to Steep, what if they ask me a question
- 24:35Speaker 1: about I don't know a certain type of food or something.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I don't know the breakdown of it, and I'm meant
- 24:40Speaker 1: to be this health and fitness person. It's like, you're
- 24:42Speaker 1: not meant to know everything. But I was like, no,
- 24:44Speaker 1: I'm not going on there. And I would say, notice
- 24:45Speaker 1: so many opportunities because I was so petrified that they
- 24:48Speaker 1: would ask me a question and I would come across dumb.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Who's going to want to watch me, who's going to
- 24:52Speaker 1: want to be involved in my business? Who's going to
- 24:53Speaker 1: respect me? If I'm quote unquote dumb. I had to
- 24:56Speaker 1: flip that to be like, well, I'm human. You know,
- 24:59Speaker 1: I'm human. I'm going to make mistakes and I might
- 25:00Speaker 1: not know everything, but I'm very open to learning. Yeah,
- 25:03Speaker 1: you know, and I've got to always see yourself the
- 25:05Speaker 1: beginner and everything.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Such a beautiful perspective too. It just allows room for humanness. Yes,
- 25:10Speaker 2: so we're all human humanness.
- 25:12Speaker 1: You know, and it's messy.
- 25:13Speaker 2: The reality is like, even in a picture perfect world
- 25:15Speaker 2: right now with social media, Instagram and everyone's you know,
- 25:18Speaker 2: trying to be better and do better and look like
- 25:20Speaker 2: the perfect image of what society wants us to be,
- 25:22Speaker 2: it's like, the reality is we're messy.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Yes, we're messy.
- 25:25Speaker 2: We're imperfect, We make mistakes, we disappoint people, We all
- 25:29Speaker 2: of the things, you know. So it's like, okay, like
- 25:31Speaker 2: allow room for that messiness, so that when you do
- 25:34Speaker 2: make mistakes, you're not punishing yourself for it. You're not going,
- 25:38Speaker 2: oh my god, this is the worst thing that's ever
- 25:39Speaker 2: happened to me. It's like, no, it's okay that that happened.
- 25:42Speaker 2: What are you going to do moving forward? Yeah, how
- 25:44Speaker 2: are you seeing that? What's your outlook on your ability
- 25:46Speaker 2: to make decisions and fail and get back up again,
- 25:49Speaker 2: and just know that, like the only limitation is literally
- 25:52Speaker 2: just the way that you think it really is.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So I hope that you're listening to this. Hopefully yours
- 25:58Speaker 1: has come to the surface as to what yours is.
- 26:00Speaker 1: As I said before, this is a whole month inside
- 26:02Speaker 1: out on my subscription. We have twelve months plan of
- 26:04Speaker 1: content filmed, ready to go, and as you go by
- 26:07Speaker 1: each month, it kind of follows on from the previous month.
- 26:09Speaker 1: A month one was nervous system regulation, which is the
- 26:11Speaker 1: foundation for everything, and then this month is all about
- 26:14Speaker 1: mindset limiting beliefs because it will hold you back from
- 26:17Speaker 1: having your dream life. If today you've been like, oh
- 26:20Speaker 1: my gosh, this is what I need to focus on.
- 26:22Speaker 1: I want more. This is what it's about. You have
- 26:23Speaker 1: two trainings from Tiana and I, then we have a
- 26:25Speaker 1: guest speaker who's a clinical psychologist, and then you have
- 26:28Speaker 1: a live Q and A with us. Plus we have
- 26:30Speaker 1: a workbook which has tons of prompts to help you
- 26:32Speaker 1: actually uncover it and work through it. We have regulating
- 26:35Speaker 1: meditations that are based around this topic. And then we
- 26:38Speaker 1: also have little pet talk. So that's a whole month
- 26:40Speaker 1: where you get to be so plugged in, so focused
- 26:43Speaker 1: and condense the time to work through this. Because this
- 26:46Speaker 1: took me years to work through and I wish I
- 26:49Speaker 1: had a platform like this that it condensed all the
- 26:51Speaker 1: content to do it the way we're teaching it, because
- 26:53Speaker 1: it's just doesn't have to be so overcomplicated. We actually
- 26:56Speaker 1: simplify it and you get to take action and feel
- 26:58Speaker 1: the change within you quite fast y, which is really cool.
- 27:01Speaker 1: And that's the feedback we've been having from the girls.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Yeah inside the membership.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Yeah, just top of that of everything, actually just said like,
- 27:06Speaker 2: if you are serious about this being the year that
- 27:08Speaker 2: you actually find your people, and you find women who
- 27:12Speaker 2: genuinely want the same outcome as you want to support
- 27:14Speaker 2: your want to support you, who want connection, who value growth,
- 27:18Speaker 2: who are ready and willing, willing, willing to do the
- 27:21Speaker 2: work and to literally look at yourselves just as much
- 27:24Speaker 2: as they're willing to look at themselves. Come in to
- 27:26Speaker 2: rise inside the Women Inside. On our welcome post alone,
- 27:29Speaker 2: there's over five hundred and fifty comments.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Insane. We like in tears reading the comments.
- 27:32Speaker 2: It's so beautiful, women inside already meeting up in their
- 27:35Speaker 2: local areas, connecting with each other. Honestly, if you want
- 27:38Speaker 2: to find those people, all you were to do is
- 27:41Speaker 2: put yourself in the room and we'll give you the room.
- 27:42Speaker 1: And the work doesn't have to feel so deep, heavy
- 27:45Speaker 1: and dark. It's actually quite light, playful and fun, especially
- 27:48Speaker 1: when there's over one hundred women and then now doing
- 27:50Speaker 1: it alongside you. Like you're all doing the same workbook,
- 27:52Speaker 1: you're a ordering the same classes, and you get to
- 27:54Speaker 1: talk about it and work on it together. It's so
- 27:56Speaker 1: cool because we shouldn't be doing this work alone. Absolutely
- 27:58Speaker 1: feels so dark and heavy when you're alone. You don't
- 28:00Speaker 1: know where to start. There's so much outside noise, and like,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I know, I've got this limiting belief. What the puck
- 28:04Speaker 1: do I do with it? Yeah, just look in the
- 28:05Speaker 1: mirror and say you are amazing. You're not going to
- 28:08Speaker 1: believe that. It takes act, true, more deep work.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I truly believe that you can learn to love yourself
- 28:12Speaker 2: by how somebody else loves you as well. I really
- 28:14Speaker 2: think there's an element of that, because when somebody conditionally
- 28:17Speaker 2: loves you and sees the best in you, it almost
- 28:19Speaker 2: allows you to see yourself in that light too. And
- 28:21Speaker 2: that's what we love about Rise Inside, and also everything
- 28:23Speaker 2: that we do when She Rises is that we don't
- 28:25Speaker 2: want you to have to journey alone, because when you do,
- 28:29Speaker 2: you're in your head all the time. You're shaming yourself,
- 28:31Speaker 2: you're braiding yourself. Your head noise is honestly ten times worse.
- 28:34Speaker 2: We all know that feeling when you have no one
- 28:36Speaker 2: watching you what you're doing. It's so easy to hide
- 28:38Speaker 2: out in your room and tell yourself you're the worst
- 28:41Speaker 2: and that you're not capable, and that you're doing everything
- 28:43Speaker 2: wrong and what you did was so bad, and you
- 28:45Speaker 2: ruminate for three weeks straight. Whereas if you come and
- 28:48Speaker 2: you tell your bestie about it, you tell somebody that
- 28:50Speaker 2: you connect with and you're really close with, they're going
- 28:52Speaker 2: to pull you up on that. Yeah, they're going to
- 28:54Speaker 2: care about what you're telling yourself. They're going to care
- 28:56Speaker 2: about how you treat yourself, and they're going to remind
- 28:58Speaker 2: you of who you are at every step along the way.
- 28:59Speaker 2: And that's exactly what we do for each other, and
- 29:01Speaker 2: we want that for you too. It's so cool that
- 29:03Speaker 2: women can do that for each other.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Absolutely healing and if you don't want to be in
- 29:06Speaker 1: the same position this time next year or even this
- 29:08Speaker 1: time next month, this is the work you've got to do.
- 29:10Speaker 1: But it gets to be fun. Yeah, I hope to
- 29:12Speaker 1: see you inside. We'll leave the links in our show
- 29:14Speaker 1: notes if you've got any questions around it too. Just
- 29:16Speaker 1: like how it works with the membership, et cetera. Just
- 29:18Speaker 1: shoot us a message on Instagram with the word rise
- 29:20Speaker 1: and we can chat with you. Sounds good. Thanks for
- 29:22Speaker 1: joining us. Welcome to our first episode. Oh also mini announcement,
- 29:26Speaker 1: we are going down to three episodes a week. We're
- 29:28Speaker 1: doing Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so we just do one
- 29:31Speaker 1: best episode a week. We love doing four, but there's
- 29:34Speaker 1: so much we've got going on this year with our
- 29:36Speaker 1: retreats and other little projects that we've got happening, so
- 29:39Speaker 1: we just do three episodes a week. We'll see you
- 29:41Speaker 1: in the next three. We'll see you in the next three.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Thanks guys, Bye bye.
