Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everyone, welcome to tea Time with Amien Bab. We're back.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We're right back.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Ay, here we are again.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Here we are again. Yesterday we had to take a
- 0:14Speaker 2: dog to the vent so and he's like one hundred
- 0:17Speaker 2: and fourteen hundred and seventeen pounds and he doesn't like
- 0:20Speaker 2: to go for right. So I'm here outside picking him
- 0:24Speaker 2: up to put him into the vehicle because he's not well,
- 0:27Speaker 2: he's two, he's two, lumbers around. He's like kind of
- 0:30Speaker 2: a rhino in a lot of ways. But I'm trying
- 0:32Speaker 2: to get him into a truck and he's like not
- 0:34Speaker 2: going for it. So I looked him up and give
- 0:35Speaker 2: him a truck like a drug, and then I closed
- 0:38Speaker 2: the door and like walk away, and I'm like, oh shit,
- 0:42Speaker 2: messed up my back. I love it. So it's funny.
- 0:46Speaker 2: It's funny because I've only bring it up. I haven't
- 0:49Speaker 2: looked at the book or anything like that. But I'm
- 0:50Speaker 2: bringing it up because if I would walk up a
- 0:53Speaker 2: hill or down a hill, it actually creates more of
- 0:55Speaker 2: a problem. So I couldn't do really anything yesterday. After
- 0:58Speaker 2: that stuff done, It's like I have my granddaughter. It's like, no,
- 1:01Speaker 2: we're not going to be doing much of anything unless
- 1:03Speaker 2: I'm sitting, you know, and then for me to get up,
- 1:06Speaker 2: I look like I'm one hundred and fifteen, and I'm like,
- 1:09Speaker 2: I'm trying to get up and move around if it's
- 1:10Speaker 2: that low back area, you know, and trying to figure
- 1:13Speaker 2: this stuff out, and taking all the pills and all
- 1:15Speaker 2: the you know, all the things that I know to
- 1:17Speaker 2: do three D right, not doing any of the other stuff,
- 1:21Speaker 2: not not meditating into the space, not breathing into it.
- 1:25Speaker 2: It's a lot better today, Excuse me. I slept really
- 1:28Speaker 2: good last night though, so when I woke up today,
- 1:32Speaker 2: that rest and stuff helped. So it's to acknowledge and
- 1:36Speaker 2: take the time to do these things. But it's still
- 1:41Speaker 2: it's still lingering a little bit today. So today I'll
- 1:44Speaker 2: probably take the time to look at But it's so
- 1:47Speaker 2: easy for us, even though I have all that knowledge,
- 1:50Speaker 2: to skip over doing those things, because you can get
- 1:53Speaker 2: so sidetracked by the pain. And really, if I would
- 1:57Speaker 2: have stopped for a few minutes, and I was talking
- 1:59Speaker 2: about the last video talking about seeing, you know, being
- 2:03Speaker 2: an awareness observing myself as I'm going through these things,
- 2:06Speaker 2: observed myself as oh Bev's having as the third party
- 2:11Speaker 2: person really like Bev's having this problem and ner low
- 2:14Speaker 2: back and like what's going on. I didn't ask any
- 2:16Speaker 2: questions about doing any of this stuff because I got
- 2:18Speaker 2: sidetracked by it hurting. I got frustrated. I got because
- 2:22Speaker 2: I want to do things, and I started going back
- 2:23Speaker 2: to gym and I'm doing good, Like I'm focused on
- 2:25Speaker 2: this stuff, and I'm in a different space because I'm
- 2:27Speaker 2: doing things for me. I'm doing things. What do I
- 2:29Speaker 2: want to do? What do I like to do? And
- 2:31Speaker 2: so I'm doing those things and I'm listening to that part,
- 2:34Speaker 2: but I just wasn't listening to the part why I
- 2:37Speaker 2: was hurting. And of course at the time, I'm like
- 2:39Speaker 2: why am I hurting? Like why is this going on?
- 2:41Speaker 2: You know, getting in into that space like I'm doing
- 2:43Speaker 2: good and I want I'm going to the gym and
- 2:45Speaker 2: I'm doing all this stuff and it's like then it
- 2:47Speaker 2: kind of threw me back. But the reason I bring
- 2:50Speaker 2: it up is because we can go back into those
- 2:52Speaker 2: old patterns so easily, but we don't stay there. And
- 2:55Speaker 2: for me, I can sit and look at it now.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I don't know, you know, it's that was a short
- 3:00Speaker 2: term thing, but I at that place today where I'm
- 3:05Speaker 2: thinking about it. I don't know why I never even
- 3:06Speaker 2: crossed my mind, But it's good for us to connect
- 3:09Speaker 2: with people that we know are on a vibrational frequency
- 3:13Speaker 2: that's going to give us good information, good valuable, uplifting
- 3:16Speaker 2: and or even just listen, like I'm talking to you
- 3:19Speaker 2: now and I have my answers to my own situations.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I have the responses that they're already coming in. We
- 3:25Speaker 2: just had to be open to be in that space.
- 3:27Speaker 2: And maybe that's where it's a plus two when you're
- 3:30Speaker 2: talking to someone you know, talking to your peer, and
- 3:33Speaker 2: you're being able to ask a question without even having
- 3:36Speaker 2: to think about the answer, and the answers are allowed
- 3:38Speaker 2: to drop in even though you can. You give me
- 3:41Speaker 2: information too, or you might mention something during another during anything.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Spirit knows what we need to hear when we need
- 3:49Speaker 2: to hear it.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Well, it's interesting when you just when you said this
- 3:54Speaker 1: is this is the words you used exact you said,
- 3:58Speaker 1: it kind of threw me back and then I was like, oh,
- 4:02Speaker 1: what is she getting thrown back into?
- 4:06Speaker 2: What?
- 4:06Speaker 1: So well were processed that, But man, as soon as
- 4:09Speaker 1: you said that, I was like, oh, no.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Throwing them into getting him and like you're going in
- 4:13Speaker 2: You're going in this truck no matter what, like oh
- 4:16Speaker 2: maybe controlling back just a little bit, just a lot
- 4:21Speaker 2: of it. And then it's like I couldn't look in
- 4:23Speaker 2: the way. It's like I felt fine when I was sitting,
- 4:25Speaker 2: but when I go to standard do anything, then it
- 4:27Speaker 2: was it would be a situation. I'm like, yeah, okay,
- 4:30Speaker 2: Well I went to work today and stuff and was
- 4:32Speaker 2: able to see people. Like I said, I woke up
- 4:35Speaker 2: feeling a lot better. But it is it is to
- 4:37Speaker 2: pay attention to all that stuff. It is to stop
- 4:39Speaker 2: and and breathe into it is. I know all the
- 4:43Speaker 2: I have the tools. I have the tools, but I
- 4:45Speaker 2: wasn't doing the follow through on it. And so yeah,
- 4:49Speaker 2: it's just it's you know, I went through the day,
- 4:51Speaker 2: so I just kind of took.
- 4:52Speaker 1: It easy and I've done the same thing. As soon
- 4:55Speaker 1: as something gets your attention that that uh well pain
- 5:03Speaker 1: like it's very direct and really get your attention. That
- 5:06Speaker 1: were our immediate process. Oh that hurts, and I need
- 5:09Speaker 1: to ease it. And our programming is immediately the man
- 5:14Speaker 1: made stuff I just saw. I just saw a thing
- 5:18Speaker 1: on social and it said we'll take we will take
- 5:24Speaker 1: manufactured pills or or things and put them in our body,
- 5:32Speaker 1: but we need to research nature natural medicines. Yeah. Interesting,
- 5:40Speaker 1: It's like, look how programmed we are to just automatically
- 5:45Speaker 1: grab that bottle to ease the pain instead of maybe meditation,
- 5:52Speaker 1: or maybe it's a journaling or processing the emotions, or
- 5:55Speaker 1: maybe it's a essential oil, or maybe it's an herb.
- 6:02Speaker 1: We don't. We weren't raised that way. We were raised
- 6:05Speaker 1: to depend on the external of somebody else to tell
- 6:09Speaker 1: us what's wrong with us, so then they have the
- 6:12Speaker 1: power to fix it. We don't have that power, and
- 6:15Speaker 1: that is completely a fallacy, completely, yeah.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Because no one can really tell you better. There's a
- 6:23Speaker 2: lot of stuff out there, and I'm not saying that
- 6:25Speaker 2: this stuff's bad that our bodies can you know, let
- 6:28Speaker 2: us know. This might be the path at least resistance
- 6:29Speaker 2: to go this route or whatever. But you're one hundred percent.
- 6:32Speaker 2: And so my other thing that I did on the back,
- 6:34Speaker 2: put on my back this morning and last night too,
- 6:37Speaker 2: was magnesium cream, right, because it's to help relax the
- 6:40Speaker 2: muscles anyways, it helps you to sleep better at night.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Do your own research it. I'm not getting out in
- 6:44Speaker 2: the medical advice, right right. But it's like there's all
- 6:47Speaker 2: this information out there, and I tell people research because
- 6:51Speaker 2: you know, they you hear about all kinds of jump
- 6:53Speaker 2: that's out there, that's in the vaccinations or shots that
- 6:58Speaker 2: people might get, or and you know, there's just a lot.
- 7:01Speaker 2: I'm not going to go down that road.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I know I shared not too long ago
- 7:06Speaker 1: in a video about doctor Living Good, who I've been following,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and he he he start popping up on my when
- 7:15Speaker 1: I listened to podcasts on YouTube. He start popping up
- 7:17Speaker 1: on my feed because he had paid advertisement on his video,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and uh I just kept ignoring it, kept ignoring it,
- 7:25Speaker 1: kept because I wanted to get back to my podcast.
- 7:26Speaker 1: You're interrupting my podcast here, man. So so for four years,
- 7:31Speaker 1: four years, his ad would pop up and he's talking
- 7:35Speaker 1: and I, you know, hit the skip. No I'm not,
- 7:38Speaker 1: I'm not listening to you. I want to listen to
- 7:40Speaker 1: my podcast. And uh I finally listened to it. Man,
- 7:45Speaker 1: He's got a lot of great information he's got. So
- 7:48Speaker 1: I'm just saying that as as a resource, that's who
- 7:51Speaker 1: I've been following. But one of the things he did
- 7:55Speaker 1: is he found out that fish oil Omega three if
- 8:05Speaker 1: it's in a very very good quality and you can
- 8:14Speaker 1: take a certain dosage and it actually works just as
- 8:20Speaker 1: good as a tile and all or an ibuprofen or
- 8:25Speaker 1: something like that. Uh. And he worked with one of
- 8:32Speaker 1: the best I'm gonna say scientists. I don't think he's
- 8:38Speaker 1: called a scientist, but anyway, one of the best, one
- 8:41Speaker 1: of the best people around who who knows about Omega
- 8:44Speaker 1: three's and stuff, and and he created they created a
- 8:48Speaker 1: formula that also included tumoric and he provides that through
- 8:53Speaker 1: his store. And yeah, so he I've been learning quite
- 8:59Speaker 1: a bit from him just in using natural products to
- 9:04Speaker 1: help he I just listened to him this morning about
- 9:07Speaker 1: doing a liver cleanse, collon cleanse, urinary track cleanse. Like
- 9:15Speaker 1: he has all these processes and stuff very simple to do,
- 9:20Speaker 1: lots of support in doing them, and I've been really
- 9:23Speaker 1: enjoying listening to You can find him on YouTube. It's
- 9:25Speaker 1: doctor Living Good And he said that is actually his
- 9:28Speaker 1: real name is Living Good Nice. But he's a doctor
- 9:33Speaker 1: and he was in the regular medical field and he
- 9:39Speaker 1: didn't like what he was seeing. And how just like
- 9:43Speaker 1: we talked about, we just automatically he calls it a
- 9:47Speaker 1: sick care system, not a healthcare system. So let's just
- 9:50Speaker 1: put it that way, Pete. They want you to stay
- 9:52Speaker 1: sick for obvious reasons. We're not going down that path.
- 9:56Speaker 1: But he started recognizing that is not how he wanted
- 9:59Speaker 1: to people. He wanted to empower people, and so he
- 10:03Speaker 1: really teaches you how to use natural stuff to do that.
- 10:06Speaker 1: And then he's also created a product that contributes to
- 10:12Speaker 1: healthy a healthy lifestyle. So that's a plug for Doctor
- 10:16Speaker 1: Living Good. No, I'm not getting anything for this. I'm
- 10:18Speaker 1: not an affiliate. I'm not going to get any kickbacks
- 10:20Speaker 1: or anything. I just know I've been enjoying it. He does.
- 10:24Speaker 1: He does. He also has a like an exercise of
- 10:29Speaker 1: routine to uh help burn fat quicker. And it's pretty
- 10:37Speaker 1: interesting the way he does. He's it's he's simple to
- 10:41Speaker 1: understand and learn from. And I just I've been enjoying
- 10:45Speaker 1: it a lot. So anyway, that's my two cents for
- 10:49Speaker 1: Doctor Living Good.
- 10:52Speaker 2: When having good information, that's seems like it's been more
- 10:56Speaker 2: balanced with our body, our makeup, our spirituality. It's not
- 10:59Speaker 2: because it's not just the body, it's it's all of it. Yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 2: and so it's like I bless my water, I bless
- 11:05Speaker 2: my food. I I do it with the dogs when
- 11:09Speaker 2: I'm feeding their food. I bless their food before I
- 11:11Speaker 2: hand it to them. It's like, there's so many different
- 11:13Speaker 2: things that we can be doing just maintaining it and
- 11:16Speaker 2: raising our vibrational frequencies. I've been listening to It's it's funny.
- 11:21Speaker 2: You know, a little while ago I had a in meditation.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I was given like this or it was probably like
- 11:27Speaker 2: about this big because I was asking about an alternative
- 11:30Speaker 2: alternative to our electricity and stuff like that, and how
- 11:34Speaker 2: you know, how it could it? You know something I
- 11:36Speaker 2: was talking to spirit and like how could this take
- 11:39Speaker 2: care of everybody? You know, like how could it maintain
- 11:43Speaker 2: a group of people in their own homes and everything
- 11:46Speaker 2: else and not have to worry about any of this stuff?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Or you know, what can we do? And it's like
- 11:50Speaker 2: that was what was shown to me. I was like,
- 11:51Speaker 2: what am I going to do with this? Like what
- 11:53Speaker 2: can I do with that? Okay? Thanks? Where can I
- 11:56Speaker 2: buy that? You know that's my mind? Where can I
- 11:58Speaker 2: buy that? Where can I get it? So I just
- 12:01Speaker 2: kind of blew it off a while ago. Well, then
- 12:03Speaker 2: I started asking questions. It was either last in or
- 12:06Speaker 2: night before that I specifically like, hey, you guys actually
- 12:09Speaker 2: showed me this or when I asked you about energy
- 12:12Speaker 2: and they would be free and it would power up
- 12:14Speaker 2: a lot of places and everything else, like how and
- 12:17Speaker 2: before I wasn't asking the questions how how can that happen?
- 12:22Speaker 2: Can I have something here? Do we build it by energy?
- 12:24Speaker 2: And then it's like then this morning I wake up
- 12:26Speaker 2: and one of the girls sent me a message. One
- 12:29Speaker 2: of my gals sent me a message with this thing
- 12:32Speaker 2: listening to talking about hurts, you know, frequencies and lights,
- 12:37Speaker 2: so sound and light and how it's all frequency and
- 12:40Speaker 2: how one makes you know, operates off the other and
- 12:42Speaker 2: out it can change and heal, and how every single
- 12:45Speaker 2: thing has its own vibrational frequency. Everything does, even withinside
- 12:48Speaker 2: of our bodies, like our livers have a different frequency
- 12:51Speaker 2: than our kidneys. That's why they're in two different shapes.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Like there's all these different things that are going on
- 12:57Speaker 2: inside of our body and then even versus versus yours.
- 13:01Speaker 2: So it's like all these things and talking about healing,
- 13:03Speaker 2: and it's like so it's just it's interesting on the
- 13:06Speaker 2: path because now it's guiding me more into an energy space.
- 13:10Speaker 2: But it's funny because of how the information is starting
- 13:12Speaker 2: to come up. Now, I don't have any I don't
- 13:14Speaker 2: have anything cool right now to show you guys. I'm
- 13:16Speaker 2: not gonna be ad to rub my hand together and
- 13:17Speaker 2: show you guys this big org and then watch and
- 13:20Speaker 2: you guys can watch everything, like operate on it. Not yet,
- 13:23Speaker 2: but it's like it's to be in a space. I'm
- 13:25Speaker 2: always asking for the greater good, right to serve the
- 13:28Speaker 2: greater good, because it's for all of us. It's not
- 13:30Speaker 2: something that's a commodity. It's not something you know, it's
- 13:33Speaker 2: just not something. It's something everybody should have. Doesn't matter
- 13:36Speaker 2: about where they're at, what type of environments they live in.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Everybody should have this free energy, this whatever it's going
- 13:44Speaker 2: to be. And we'll see what happens in the future.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Maybe somebody's already been working on something. But that's the
- 13:49Speaker 2: way it's supposed to be. You know, when you think
- 13:51Speaker 2: about it. They charge you for the sun by using
- 13:54Speaker 2: the sill, or they charge you for water. Water is
- 13:56Speaker 2: freaking produced by the planet, and then someone else is
- 14:00Speaker 2: making money off of water for me. That blows my mind.
- 14:02Speaker 2: To get clean water to your homes and hoping that
- 14:05Speaker 2: you're getting clean water to your homes because you really
- 14:07Speaker 2: don't know the treatments that they're doing to your water.
- 14:09Speaker 2: And so it's like all these things. It's like, it
- 14:11Speaker 2: doesn't have to be that way, but because of the
- 14:14Speaker 2: experiences that we're having in life right now, the things
- 14:17Speaker 2: we get to see, it presents opportunities for us to
- 14:19Speaker 2: be like, well, I wonder how that could be better.
- 14:22Speaker 2: I wonder how we could make senthing like that. I
- 14:24Speaker 2: wonder how you know, And it's asking questions and then
- 14:27Speaker 2: even still, when you're presented with information, ask more questions.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I didn't, but I am now. I'm asking more questions
- 14:33Speaker 2: now and I wasn't ready for it. Then I'm not
- 14:34Speaker 2: going to kick myself in the butt because I wasn't
- 14:36Speaker 2: ready for it. It just it is what it is. That
- 14:39Speaker 2: is where I'm at. I don't care. This is how
- 14:41Speaker 2: it's flowing right now. So you just kind of turn
- 14:43Speaker 2: it on and take whatever you get because there's a
- 14:47Speaker 2: lot of valuable information flowing in and flowing at all times.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Yeah, at work, before I started working at the company,
- 15:02Speaker 1: there was a person that had left who left on
- 15:06Speaker 1: not good terms and by her own choice, and it
- 15:12Speaker 1: trickled into the clients of the company and a lot
- 15:18Speaker 1: of verbal damage done and we're still cleaning that up.
- 15:25Speaker 1: And we just had an event that is to support
- 15:33Speaker 1: the businesses in that in this specific area, and we
- 15:41Speaker 1: got some feedback, not directly, indirectly got feedback about how
- 15:48Speaker 1: horrible the event was and how much we're robbing people
- 15:51Speaker 1: and all the things. And I was like, Okay, how
- 15:55Speaker 1: can we turn this around? So right along the lines
- 15:59Speaker 1: of what you're saying, and this is it was my product,
- 16:03Speaker 1: how can we turn this around? Because people are so
- 16:06Speaker 1: set and they had their mindset is so set in
- 16:09Speaker 1: as specific way of seeing things that it was it
- 16:13Speaker 1: was a burden on them and and people did this
- 16:17Speaker 1: and you did that. It was total blame and all
- 16:19Speaker 1: the things. And so created a thank you letter for
- 16:26Speaker 1: one for participating in the event and the benefits of
- 16:30Speaker 1: the event and what you could have done in the
- 16:34Speaker 1: during the event for your business. Right, It's like, uh,
- 16:39Speaker 1: you got to take some responsibility here. And so that
- 16:45Speaker 1: was one of the things like, Okay, well we have this,
- 16:48Speaker 1: we have this festering thing that doesn't feel good, and
- 16:54Speaker 1: how can we utilize what's being said and turn it around.
- 16:59Speaker 1: So that's kind of where I feel like like this
- 17:02Speaker 1: is the beginning of changing that mindset. Is Okay, you're
- 17:09Speaker 1: saying this that have you seen it this way? And
- 17:13Speaker 1: give them the different perspective and be the light on
- 17:18Speaker 1: the situation. So that's where that's where, and I've been
- 17:24Speaker 1: saying that, I've said it a handful of times over
- 17:28Speaker 1: the past week or so, is how can I be
- 17:31Speaker 1: the light? How can I shine light on this? How
- 17:34Speaker 1: can I give this a different How can I give
- 17:37Speaker 1: people a different perspective about this and make them feel
- 17:42Speaker 1: like it was valuable, not make them feel but show
- 17:46Speaker 1: the value in it and show the the how it
- 17:50Speaker 1: can be a great thing if they participated in that
- 17:54Speaker 1: way in a way that makes it great in a
- 17:56Speaker 1: way that they can see the value. When you see
- 17:59Speaker 1: the value, you then you start to build on that.
- 18:02Speaker 1: So that's what I'm working towards right now, and this
- 18:07Speaker 1: is the beginning. Nice and out of thirty seven thirty
- 18:17Speaker 1: eight participants of the event, three of them couldn't see
- 18:26Speaker 1: any good in it, So that's pretty good odds. But
- 18:32Speaker 1: I also know these three people don't see the good
- 18:36Speaker 1: and hardly anything they're always blaming, always seeing negative, always pessimistic,
- 18:43Speaker 1: and it's like, well, okay, but the opposite of that
- 18:48Speaker 1: is I'm not the one who went around and who
- 18:51Speaker 1: got this feedback. It was a coworker who did. She
- 18:54Speaker 1: came back to the office and was telling us. So
- 18:56Speaker 1: in my head, I'm thinking, well, first of all, you
- 19:00Speaker 1: made the choice to participate. Second of all, this was
- 19:03Speaker 1: an opportunity for you to two market your business. There
- 19:13Speaker 1: were just you know, you got to see approximately probably
- 19:17Speaker 1: over three hundred people in five hours that you had
- 19:21Speaker 1: an opportunity to do something to invite these people to
- 19:26Speaker 1: come back. Yeah, they're there for for a certain reason
- 19:31Speaker 1: for that event, However, how are you going to make
- 19:35Speaker 1: them feel welcome to come back? Right? So, so just
- 19:43Speaker 1: similar experiences, just different stories.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Yeah, so because we just see things differently. Before, it
- 19:55Speaker 2: wouldn't have been seen that way at all. I wouldn't
- 19:57Speaker 2: have you know, I just wouldn't have been asking the questions.
- 19:59Speaker 2: And it's like just asking more questions. It's because you
- 20:01Speaker 2: want to have insight because we only know what we know,
- 20:06Speaker 2: and maybe they've got some other better idea, or maybe
- 20:08Speaker 2: they've got a better version of you know what. That's
- 20:11Speaker 2: where the creativity is. That you come in and start
- 20:14Speaker 2: presenting something. Then that we have an opportunity to build
- 20:16Speaker 2: something together or even have an idea what we can
- 20:19Speaker 2: see in our own minds how we can create because
- 20:21Speaker 2: that's how we create. And so by that information being shared,
- 20:24Speaker 2: it's like, okay, well, and I don't know what I
- 20:28Speaker 2: would do in a situation like that. Okay, Universe, like
- 20:31Speaker 2: how can we reach everybody you know for their greatest
- 20:34Speaker 2: for the greatest good of all you know? Because I
- 20:37Speaker 2: don't know. I have no clue, But I'm just throwing
- 20:39Speaker 2: stuff out there because that's kind of kind of what
- 20:41Speaker 2: I do anymore lately. I don't I don't go before
- 20:45Speaker 2: I'd be like praying over someone maybe when I when
- 20:48Speaker 2: they when I'm doing massage and asking for you know,
- 20:50Speaker 2: healing to come in. It's like, it's not up to
- 20:52Speaker 2: me to ask for healing to come in. It's really not.
- 20:55Speaker 2: But I can facilitate that stuff. But I'll be like, okay, okay, Universe, God,
- 21:01Speaker 2: how do we how how do we serve this person
- 21:03Speaker 2: with us that is bling right in front of us today?
- 21:05Speaker 2: How do we serve because I don't know what that
- 21:07Speaker 2: looks like. I don't know what healing looks like for them,
- 21:10Speaker 2: it might be a friendly word, it might just be
- 21:12Speaker 2: a decent methage, it might be a you know who
- 21:15Speaker 2: knows a million different things. But it's like, I'm I
- 21:18Speaker 2: like to be in that space of being a being
- 21:21Speaker 2: there to facilitate that just because it feels good, because
- 21:26Speaker 2: I because I've you've felt it, I've felt it when
- 21:28Speaker 2: you're looked at a different.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Space and you use how can I how can I serve?
- 21:35Speaker 1: And I said, how can I be a light?
- 21:38Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:39Speaker 1: Language? Yeah, yeah, I just wanted to point that out
- 21:45Speaker 1: for the audience to recognize there's there's a way to
- 21:47Speaker 1: say the same thing in a different way.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah. So, And it's so funny you say that because
- 21:55Speaker 2: I even have family, which we've kind of talked about before,
- 21:57Speaker 2: but family that's really about into religion and all that stuff,
- 22:01Speaker 2: and they're really follow the Bible is how they live by.
- 22:05Speaker 2: But when you start listening to their words, their conversations,
- 22:08Speaker 2: it's the same conversations. They're just using a different terminology,
- 22:11Speaker 2: that's all. It's the same, but it's the same meaning,
- 22:14Speaker 2: it's the same feelings, it's the same. When you're looking
- 22:16Speaker 2: for this upliftment or you're looking for God in your
- 22:19Speaker 2: life or you're looking for whatever it is. It's like
- 22:22Speaker 2: the same. The conversations are the same, which is nice
- 22:26Speaker 2: that we get to hear it in so many different ways.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Yeah, and we need to have the variety because we
- 22:33Speaker 1: all hear it differently. Yeah, And for us to hear it,
- 22:38Speaker 1: it's got to be in our language. Me are in
- 22:40Speaker 1: the words that we use or the words that we
- 22:42Speaker 1: can understand in the moment. And it might start out
- 22:47Speaker 1: in one way and then after a while you just
- 22:49Speaker 1: recognize this isn't working for me anymore, and so you're
- 22:54Speaker 1: seeking something else that feels even better. And then you
- 22:58Speaker 1: start hearing a different hearing the same thing in a
- 23:02Speaker 1: different way, and you're like, oh, that feels a lot
- 23:04Speaker 1: better the way they say it. And that's kind of
- 23:07Speaker 1: what my path has been. So I resonated with a
- 23:13Speaker 1: book at twenty eight, and it just led me to
- 23:17Speaker 1: other authors and teachers and speakers and influencers and spiritual
- 23:22Speaker 1: guide you know, advisors and all the things. So and
- 23:29Speaker 1: I adjust along the way and then at some point, I,
- 23:32Speaker 1: you know what, their words don't really resonate with me anymore,
- 23:35Speaker 1: and this over here feels better. So I'm gonna turn
- 23:38Speaker 1: over here and follow this person for a while, and
- 23:41Speaker 1: then that's like, okay, well I kind of need something
- 23:45Speaker 1: more different, and then something else, somebody else comes into
- 23:49Speaker 1: my life and I'm like, okay, well I get this,
- 23:51Speaker 1: and that's just it's a stepping stone and you just
- 23:54Speaker 1: keep making the adjustments as you go.
- 24:00Speaker 2: I have a book with a boleography of a Joki.
- 24:02Speaker 2: It just popped into my head. It's what the autobiography
- 24:07Speaker 2: of a Yogi. Oh yeah, just popped in my head.
- 24:10Speaker 2: I don't even remember if it was from this one
- 24:12Speaker 2: or for the last video.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Last video.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Well, if you're still listening, you found out what the
- 24:20Speaker 2: name of the book was.
- 24:21Speaker 1: This was. This was the what do they call it?
- 24:24Speaker 1: The traumatic moment the book And now everybody's like, what books?
- 24:30Speaker 1: She hasn't been talking about a book? That was just
- 24:33Speaker 1: the last video. Just don't find the other video where
- 24:36Speaker 1: we're dressed the same.
- 24:37Speaker 3: It's enough, exactly, so funny, it's so funny. But it's
- 24:43Speaker 3: a book of a book of a yogi, the autobiography
- 24:47Speaker 3: of a Yogi, autobiography of a yo. Because I can
- 24:50Speaker 3: put that in the description by a graphy.
- 24:54Speaker 1: That's funny. Thing autobiography of a Yogi. Yeah, you know
- 25:00Speaker 1: the author or anything? Is there an author?
- 25:03Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I have tore up look it up.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I'll just put the book name and thing. Figured out.
- 25:10Speaker 1: How I operate with this, I think.
- 25:13Speaker 2: But it's like it's it's it's an awesome I don't know,
- 25:16Speaker 2: it's just a great story. It's a great story so
- 25:19Speaker 2: far listening to it. How we can you know, we
- 25:22Speaker 2: get these ideas in our heads and we're all ready
- 25:24Speaker 2: for these things, but sometimes we have to go through
- 25:27Speaker 2: a little bit of growth and stuff before we're ready
- 25:29Speaker 2: for the next thing. And that's kind of how he's
- 25:31Speaker 2: describing the stuff, even though he's the one that actually
- 25:33Speaker 2: comes to America, and there's a bunch of other stuff too,
- 25:37Speaker 2: I mean, creates facilities and stuff here, so CHA probably
- 25:41Speaker 2: change the world in a lot of ways. Gets into
- 25:43Speaker 2: meditation and yoga and all these things that you know,
- 25:47Speaker 2: I have not been finding time to do either. So
- 25:50Speaker 2: it's like it's just I don't know, I'll figure that out.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I get my meditation in so.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Well, I get my meditation. Yeah, the meditations I do
- 26:01Speaker 2: every day, But like the yoga and the I mean,
- 26:05Speaker 2: there's just different stuff. And there's other meditations and stuff too, gosh,
- 26:09Speaker 2: trying some different ones. We were listening to a I
- 26:12Speaker 2: don't remember what it's called. It's a certain type of
- 26:14Speaker 2: meditation and they had introduced it into prisons and stuff
- 26:19Speaker 2: like that, and they had noticed a dramatic difference in
- 26:22Speaker 2: people but earlier. What and it is It goes back
- 26:24Speaker 2: to probably the last video, right, It goes back to
- 26:26Speaker 2: really paying attention to the fields. Like you know, most
- 26:30Speaker 2: of these people have gone through lives and had all
- 26:32Speaker 2: these experiences, like we've been talking about the last couple
- 26:35Speaker 2: of videos, going through these experiences, and we have these
- 26:38Speaker 2: examples in our life, and that's how we respond to
- 26:41Speaker 2: things or react to things from anger. One of them
- 26:45Speaker 2: was talking about anger, and it's one of those things
- 26:47Speaker 2: I've been kind of working through and then recognizing it's
- 26:50Speaker 2: not anger, because what's below anger is fear. Angers just
- 26:53Speaker 2: did you know it's just the offshoots of fear. Everything
- 26:57Speaker 2: kind of boils down to fear, right, fear being rejected
- 27:00Speaker 2: or abandoned, not being loved, all these things. But it's
- 27:03Speaker 2: like it's they're telling them to stop and breathe, and
- 27:06Speaker 2: like they were doing ten days, ten hours, a day
- 27:10Speaker 2: for meditation. I can't even imagine. I don't have that
- 27:13Speaker 2: kind of freedom of my schedule right now to do that.
- 27:17Speaker 2: I have six dogs and three cats, So there's not
- 27:21Speaker 2: there's not that kind of I don't have that righteous
- 27:24Speaker 2: moments but for doing it for ten days. But they've
- 27:27Speaker 2: said they've done us a dramatic difference because they stopped
- 27:30Speaker 2: and to be in that breath and to recognize the
- 27:32Speaker 2: emotions that when you're in meditation you might feel irritated, agitated,
- 27:36Speaker 2: especially when you're first started out anxious, like what am
- 27:39Speaker 2: I doing sitting here and all this stuff? And it's
- 27:41Speaker 2: not to get up and walk away from it, but
- 27:42Speaker 2: it's like to sit and breathe in it, like to
- 27:44Speaker 2: sit and feel it. Oh, and then what he would
- 27:47Speaker 2: say during this meditation. He might say body, he might saynoids,
- 27:52Speaker 2: he might say emotion, whatever, whatever. So he's labeled each
- 27:57Speaker 2: one of the things. And when you think about that,
- 28:00Speaker 2: this is helping you really become present right, you're right
- 28:02Speaker 2: into now, but you're also noticing the things that trip
- 28:06Speaker 2: your trigger. You're also noticing the things even without it
- 28:09Speaker 2: being tripped from outside of you, because there's a lot
- 28:11Speaker 2: of emotional stuff when you sit still. That's why a
- 28:13Speaker 2: lot of people don't sit still. One of the gals
- 28:16Speaker 2: in my meditate, in my little group that we have
- 28:18Speaker 2: right now, she's like, every time I you know, I
- 28:20Speaker 2: love the meditations, the guided meditations, but every time I
- 28:23Speaker 2: get to a certain point, I start getting like super
- 28:26Speaker 2: frustrated because they're true, you know, they we want in
- 28:28Speaker 2: the control and do all this stuff. And she's had
- 28:30Speaker 2: to go through you know, she's presented things that we've
- 28:33Speaker 2: just kind of worked through things. This is you know,
- 28:35Speaker 2: this is the next move, this is the next place
- 28:39Speaker 2: to make it feel where you're you don't feel those
- 28:41Speaker 2: emotions anymore, but they do get better. And then you've
- 28:44Speaker 2: talked about always have a notebook near your hands, ready
- 28:47Speaker 2: to go. You know, we're we're almost we're over halfway
- 28:52Speaker 2: through freaking December, and by the time this comes out
- 28:56Speaker 2: will probably already have been through it. It's like, it's
- 28:58Speaker 2: really a good time to start thinking about you're setting
- 29:02Speaker 2: up your twelve months for next year, right, You're twelve
- 29:05Speaker 2: months as far as you're reading. Because we like to
- 29:06Speaker 2: do it, We'll do it with two decks. One that
- 29:09Speaker 2: has like a word or something that we can use
- 29:11Speaker 2: the top for the for that month, and then you
- 29:13Speaker 2: have your deck, your tarot deck that you use that
- 29:16Speaker 2: will give you information that you can gain your information
- 29:19Speaker 2: from it, and you can put it down each month,
- 29:21Speaker 2: which we've been doing that for This will be the
- 29:23Speaker 2: fifth year, I think, is that right?
- 29:27Speaker 1: But being so yeah, I have to go back. We've
- 29:34Speaker 1: been doing the sea time for almost for four and
- 29:36Speaker 1: a half years, so.
- 29:37Speaker 2: It's probably four years then. But it's really valuable. I mean,
- 29:41Speaker 2: it really is. And so it's like I keep forgetting
- 29:44Speaker 2: to even tell just people that I talked to on
- 29:46Speaker 2: a regular basis, Now's a good time to do that.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Now's a good time to start setting yourself for next
- 29:51Speaker 2: year and then kind of be excited about looking forward
- 29:54Speaker 2: to our future. Be excited ever since you told me,
- 30:00Speaker 2: what if it's my best day ever? What if this
- 30:02Speaker 2: is my best day ever? That's what I stay every day.
- 30:04Speaker 2: And then I'll because I'm talking to my team, I
- 30:06Speaker 2: might be like, hey, team, what if this is our
- 30:08Speaker 2: best day ever? Like what does that look like? To
- 30:10Speaker 2: get into that excitement space to be in the meditations
- 30:14Speaker 2: and to feel I had a guid in meditation the
- 30:17Speaker 2: other night that she was telling me like really go
- 30:19Speaker 2: into that heart space and feel gratitude for everything. And
- 30:22Speaker 2: at first, when you're doing some of that stuff, you
- 30:24Speaker 2: might not feel as much, but as you keep going
- 30:26Speaker 2: and going and going, you like start feeling. I was
- 30:29Speaker 2: fricking on fire. I was like lit up, And then
- 30:32Speaker 2: I wonder why I can't sleep, But I because I
- 30:36Speaker 2: want you know that. Like you've talked about before, there
- 30:38Speaker 2: are certain meditations you probably don't want to do it
- 30:40Speaker 2: night before you go to sleep, but right and I'm
- 30:42Speaker 2: okay with it too, because I'm like I'll tell spirit, like, okay, listen,
- 30:45Speaker 2: the body couldn't sleep and get its rest, but we're
- 30:48Speaker 2: going to go do stuff. And I want to be present.
- 30:50Speaker 2: I want to have an awareness of this, like I
- 30:52Speaker 2: want to know, and so when I wake up in
- 30:53Speaker 2: the morning, I'll have like I've said in the last video,
- 30:56Speaker 2: i have to wake up in the morning. And I'm
- 30:59Speaker 2: being be aware, just awareness, observe like all the time.
- 31:03Speaker 2: And it's like every time I would start to notice
- 31:05Speaker 2: that I would like something might kind of catch me
- 31:07Speaker 2: and rub me the wrong way, I'd hear observe. I'm like, okay,
- 31:10Speaker 2: I'm observing. Oh look look at look at me. Observing
- 31:13Speaker 2: me having an attitude over here. You know. It's like,
- 31:16Speaker 2: so it's all these different things, but it's like I've
- 31:18Speaker 2: been guided and it's like it's the more that I
- 31:20Speaker 2: ask for these things, the more that it's it is beneficial,
- 31:23Speaker 2: the more that it it is able to come out.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I am able to be different. I can react differently,
- 31:30Speaker 2: I can respond differently. I can go into my space
- 31:34Speaker 2: of meditation, which I do. We do all. I do
- 31:37Speaker 2: it all the time. I mean every day, every day.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Sometimes a couple of times a day, but every day.
- 31:42Speaker 2: So it's just being in that space and that's all.
- 31:44Speaker 2: These are all the benefits that help, especially when we
- 31:47Speaker 2: get a little bit kind of caught up and know
- 31:49Speaker 2: the we're about to close out a year and we're
- 31:51Speaker 2: about to come into a new space, which it's only time, guys,
- 31:55Speaker 2: it's only time. But it's like it maybe it's sometimes
- 31:57Speaker 2: it's easier that way for us to kind of see
- 32:01Speaker 2: where we've you know, how we've grown. Well, like I
- 32:04Speaker 2: was this way four months ago, Now I'm this way
- 32:06Speaker 2: and I feel you know, you can totally feel it.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Things are different, you flow differently.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, I don't know what else to say. At
- 32:18Speaker 1: this point, it's like I've said, at all for tonight,
- 32:27Speaker 1: for this moment, whatever time of day it is, go meditate,
- 32:32Speaker 1: Go meditate. I'm probably not not if at nighttime not energizing.
- 32:38Speaker 1: If you want to rest, you want to relaxing meditation.
- 32:42Speaker 2: True M.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Yeah, and yeah, I've I've been listening to Hurts music
- 32:51Speaker 1: for a different reasons. So it could be for Hurts
- 32:54Speaker 1: music for focus or anxiety or calmness or prosperity. Yeah,
- 33:03Speaker 1: we just listen to Hurts because there's different tones. I
- 33:07Speaker 1: do that frequently when I go at night when I'm sleeping,
- 33:11Speaker 1: or subliminal subliminal messages while I sleep, or hypnosis sleep hypnosis.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I've done that too, and I do that on a
- 33:25Speaker 1: one of those on a ray. It just depends on
- 33:26Speaker 1: how I'm feeling, what I feel like listening to on
- 33:30Speaker 1: a regular nice when I go to bed. So and
- 33:34Speaker 1: I have found I feel for me, it's been very
- 33:38Speaker 1: beneficial because several times, for quite some times listening to
- 33:46Speaker 1: self hypnos or hypnosis sleep hypnosis for confidence and empowerment
- 33:54Speaker 1: and things like that. So it works, and it works
- 33:58Speaker 1: well if you stay with it and allow the allow it,
- 34:03Speaker 1: because it takes over a period of time with consistent
- 34:08Speaker 1: listening that it really does provide a lot of good benefits.
- 34:12Speaker 2: So I like it.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I know it's cool. So so many great tools and
- 34:19Speaker 1: techniques and modalities that are so beneficial and readily available
- 34:24Speaker 1: to us. I mean seriously looking up on YouTube all
- 34:26Speaker 1: the time, so you too.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Whatever pops into my head, I mean, it could be
- 34:32Speaker 2: any type of meditation you're looking for. Do you want
- 34:35Speaker 2: to meditate to meet your guides or your angels or
- 34:38Speaker 2: archangel Michael or you know, there's like whatever you want
- 34:40Speaker 2: to go be a dragon, go for it. Like everything
- 34:44Speaker 2: out there. Honestly, there's everything, and it's it's right at
- 34:47Speaker 2: our fingertips. And do you just know if you check
- 34:50Speaker 2: in with it yourself, like how does this resonate with you?
- 34:53Speaker 2: And some people I can't. I just can't. And then
- 34:56Speaker 2: the other times other people is like, oh I love
- 34:58Speaker 2: this type of Yeah, I love her boys. And it
- 35:01Speaker 2: doesn't matter if you fall asleep, because you're still gaining
- 35:04Speaker 2: information out of it. You don't have to like we're
- 35:06Speaker 2: still present. Maybe our body just zoned out. You're still
- 35:09Speaker 2: receiving information.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Oh. I get excited when I when I see how
- 35:15Speaker 1: long I listen to it so far, my longest one
- 35:18Speaker 1: is like five hours and twenty minutes.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Nice.
- 35:23Speaker 1: I was like, what holy spokes? So anyway, all right, friends,
- 35:33Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out with us. We value your time.
- 35:35Speaker 1: We appreciate your time. It's it's one of the most
- 35:38Speaker 1: valuable things that we can give is time for other
- 35:42Speaker 1: people and especially for ourselves. So be sure to take
- 35:45Speaker 1: time for yourself. And if these conversations are helping you
- 35:50Speaker 1: resonating with you, be sure to have them with your
- 35:52Speaker 1: friends and family. Because there are other people out there
- 35:56Speaker 1: that are seeking information like this, and whether it's Tea
- 36:00Speaker 1: Time with Amy and Bev, or it's some other podcast
