  after allegedly skipping out on bills at upscale restaurants

  Pei Chung, 34, faces several counts of theft of services tied

  to incidents at high end eateries, according to the

  Lonnie Rogers disappeared overnight from her family's Hay

  Field Township, Pennsylvania home after a fight with her
• 11:05
  separated husband, Clinton Rogers, also known as Bud
• 11:08
  Rogers, on January 7th, 1981. After years of searching for
• 11:14
  Lonnie with no results, on Tuesday, Clinton allegedly told
• 11:19
  police that he killed Lonnie, according to a police report.
• 11:22
  And we're going to get into the police report, but I want to, I
• 11:25
  haven't. I've not talked with Allison
• 11:27
  yet. I've wanted to give her a little
• 11:29
  bit of space, but I can't wait to talk to her.

  News 5 spoke to Lonnie's daughter, Allison Dyker, who

  told us she finally has some closure quote.

  It was a moment that I always prayed would come but never

  really imagined it would never thought that he would ever tell

  the truth, said Dyker. I can finally have closure and

  I'm not wondering is she out there somewhere?

  I never believed she was alive, but I wondered what he did to

  her. Clinton was taken into custody

  and charged with homicide, the report said.

  He's currently being held in the Indiana County, Pennsylvania

  jail without bond and he had been in there for other

  The victim was reported missing to the PSP on January 7th, 1981.

  The victim's husband, Clinton Rogers, related he and the

  victim had an argument on the evening of January 6th.

  Clinton Rogers reported he woke up and discovered Lenny Rogers
• 12:50
  was not at the residence. Her boots, jeans and coat were
• 12:53
  gone. Her purse, hearing aids,
• 12:55
  glasses, car and keys were left behind.

  In addition, her two children, ages one and six, also remained
• 13:03
  at home. That night there was a severe
• 13:06
  snowstorm in the area. None of Lenine Rodgers close
• 13:10
  friends and family have had any contact her with since the day
• 13:14
  of her disappearance. Family and friends have
• 13:16
  maintained she would not have willfully left the residence
• 13:19
  without her children. Numerous searches were conducted
• 13:22
  for the victim over the years with the negative results.

  In fact, Allison went out with heavy equipment into a spot

  where she thought her mother, her mother might be married or

  buried. I'm tripping over my tongue

  tonight on 11/26/2025. Two days ago, Clinton Rogers

  admitting admitted to killing Lonnie Clinton was taken into

  custody, has been charged with criminal homicide and related
• 13:49
  offenses. Clinton Rogers is currently
• 13:51
  incarcerated in the Indiana County Jail.

  this year. She was a senior in high school

  cheerleader. She was a good student living in

  Titusville, FL, goes on a cruise with her dad or stepmom or step

  siblings and loses her life. And it was an accidental,

  according to what we're hearing all over the place.

  But the family keeps talking to the media, which is kind of a

  breath of fresh air. I got to say.

  I mean, I don't think I would were I in their position, but I,

  I'm grateful that they are. But check this out.

  Anna Kepner's family seeks answers while Carnival

  passengers recall chaotic night of teens death.

  So not only do we have a family member talking here, but also a

  Today marks three weeks since 18 year old Anna Kepner of

  Titusville boarded a cruise ship and never came home.

  Her family says they're still waiting for answers.

  What we know Anna Kepner was found dead earlier this month

  while on a family cruise aboard the Carnival Horizon with her
• 17:57
  father's stepmother and siblings.

  Her 16 year old stepbrother has been named a suspect in the case

  and federal investigators are treating her death as a
• 18:05
  homicide, according to court filings.

  Brevard County Judge ruled this week that the custody case
• 18:10
  involving Anna's stepmother and her ex-husband will remain open
• 18:14
  to the public. That's new for me.

  Meaning Anna's father, Christopher Kepner, may be

  required to testify. Family members say he previously
• 18:24
  told them that Anna was rooming with her stepbrother on the
• 18:27
  ship. The FBI continues to investigate

  her death, but no arrests have been made.

  Relatives and passengers who are on the ship say they're

  struggling with the uncertainty that has followed since the
• 18:38
  November 7th incident. Here's what her family is

  saying. For Kepner's relatives, the

  holiday week underscores the loss.

  said her aunt, Crystal Wright, who described the devastation of

  suspect in the FBI investigation, though no charges

  Kepner was found. The ship docked in Miami the

  next day. There's still a lot of unknowns.

  everything for a very long time. Altman said as a frequent

  cruiser and mother, she said the tragedy hit her hard.

  I can't imagine it. I have a 21 year old daughter

  and a 19 year old son and my heart breaks for the entire

  family. And she said exactly what all of

  FBI is not named suspect. FBI has not arrested anyone.

  The medical examiner's office has not released or confirmed

  details about how she died. So that is Anna Kepner.

  case that we want to talk about? I believe, I believe we're going

  to circle back to the case of Celeste Rivas.

  There are a couple of articles that have come out recently that
• 23:57
  I want to share with you some of the details.

  Let's go back over to Acrobat. This from the Daily Mail Private

  investigator challenges Celeste Riva's autopsy bombshell and
• 24:11
  reveals what he found inside David's freezer so we know about
• 24:15
  the case. Celeste was a 14 year old girl
• 24:19
  who apparently had a relationship with 20 year old
• 24:23
  David Burke. Tiktok phenom, singer and rising
• 24:28
  star, age 20, and she was kind of a serial runaway.
• 24:35
  Her body was found in September in his Tesla, in the trunk of
• 24:41
  his Tesla Tesla. It was her body was in pieces
• 24:45
  and decomposing. And there have been lots of
• 24:48
  different, different reports from different sources named and
• 24:55
  unnamed about that. We won't get into that.
• 24:59
  But anyway, I want to Scroll down so we know that she ran
• 25:05
  away, she vanished from Lake Elsinore.
• 25:09
  We heard the anonymous law enforcement resources saying
• 25:12
  that she was partially frozen still.
• 25:15
  And then I want to get here, OK? Steve Fisher, a private
• 25:18
  investigator hired by the singer's landlord to
• 25:21
  independently review the case, told the Daily Mail he found no
• 25:24
  evidence to support such a claim.

  Quote the freezer still had its shelves installed, along with
• 25:29
  food and beverage items that had clearly been in there for
• 25:32
  months, said Fisher, continuing the quote.

  I also tested key areas of interest in and around the home
• 25:40
  with luminol and Blue Star to look for blood evidence and did
• 25:43
  not get any positive results. Fisher added that he uncovered
• 25:48
  uncovered no evidence to suggest a violent crime had taken place
• 25:51
  at the rental home, though he previously said he found a
• 25:55
  series of strange items that could be used to dispose of a
• 25:59
  body. And then, of course, the LAPD

  Captain Scott Williams, who spoke after TMZ reported about
• 26:08
  the frozen body, said it was not frozen.

  Yeah, we know that the medical examiner's office can't release

  anything. There was a court order holding

  that, yeah, I think Burke had been staying at the $4.1 million

  Dateline, Dedham, Mass. On Monday, all eyes will be on

  the Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham for the murder

  trial of Brian Walsh. He's charged with killing his

  missing wife, Anna Anna Walsh, over New Year's 2023.

  Anna disappeared from the couple's Cohasset home after a

  small New Year's Eve party. Brian Walsh initially told

  police his wife abruptly left Cohasset to handle a work

  emergency in Washington, DC. He has now admitted admitted

  that was a lie. In a shocking legal twist, last

  week, Walsh pleaded guilty to two counts against him lying to

  police and for illegally disposing of Anna's body.

  He's now on trial for a single charge of murder.

  Investigators have amassed a mountain of evidence against

  Brian Walsh, most notably a series of Internet searches on a

  child's iPad about how to dispose of a body.

  They also have surveillance images of Walsh buying cleaning

  materials at local hardware stores and dumping heavy trash

  bags at area dumpsters. Boston criminal defense attorney

  Elise Hershon believes prosecutors will need more if

  they're going to prove that Brian Walsh murdered his wife.

  Quote, if a jury doesn't know how she died, that's not a

  conviction. They cannot convict on that,

  prosecutors are challenged by the fact that Anna Walsh has

  self-defense or could have been some type of manslaughter.

  So there are a lot of options still open.

  So I also discussed at the hearing Becker inks extradition

  to Cook County on a Chicago police warrant for the murder of

  Tracy. She was found dead in October of

  last year at the bottom of the stairwell in his high rise condo

  in the South Loop. For with her foot severed and

  her body pulverized, the court is still waiting for paperwork

  from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, who is legally

  required to sign a warrant and send it to Michigan's governor

  to extradite Beckerink. The state is still waiting for

  paperwork from Cook County. If he waives extradition, the

  signed warrant from Pitzker is not necessary.
