- 0:07Avoidance don't break randomly for no reason.
- 0:10They don't reach out just because they all of a sudden
- 0:13feel like it. Something very specific has to
- 0:16happen before they break no contact and text you, and it
- 0:20happens within a very predictable window, so I'm going
- 0:24to give you the exact time frame and reveal how they're feeling
- 0:30when they reach out finally after weeks or months of
- 0:33silence. That way you'll be prepared
- 0:35instead of being caught off guard because you don't want all
- 0:39your time and no contact to go to waste because you weren't
- 0:42expecting a message and you're caught off guard.
- 0:44You're like what? Trust me, you are not going to
- 0:47want to miss this. I've been doing some studying

- 2:00All right, let's get right into it.
- 2:01So Avoidance break their own walls and they reach out because
- 2:05they don't have the strength to keep them up anymore at a
- 2:08certain point. And this is all based on
- 2:11neuroscience and attachment behavior patterns.
- 2:14So avoidance can distract all day, but distractions die at
- 2:20night. And this is when avoidance feel
- 2:22the truth. They've been running from all
- 2:24day because in the daytime they can keep themselves safe by, you
- 2:29know, being online, vaping, smoking, working out, talking to
- 2:33people, watching TV, running errands, doing routine stuff,
- 2:37whatever. Their avoidance works when
- 2:40they're busy, when there's noise.
- 2:41However, at night, the world goes quiet and avoidance loses
- 2:47its power and their brain starts to wander exactly where they
- 2:52don't want it to go. And that would be to you.
- 2:56Now, here's something that I found interesting.
- 2:59The prefrontal cortex. So that's the logical part of
- 3:02the brain. It goes offline around 10:00 PM.
- 3:06Now, what does that mean? Does that mean we all turn into
- 3:08zombies at 10:00 PM? That's when I first started.
- 3:11When I read that, I was like, what do you mean it?
- 3:14No, although some of us do turn into zombies at 10:00 PM.
- 3:17But no, what it means is that at night, the logical brain is less
- 3:22active and the emotional brain is more active.
- 3:25So the rational brain gets tired, as you know, right?
- 3:28You can't really do some deep thinking and work at night, and
- 3:33the emotional brain takes over. And that means that feelings go
- 3:37up, impulse control goes down, self-control goes down, fear is
- 3:43lower, avoidant defenses weaken, and anxiety feels more real.
- 3:49And This is why avoidance suddenly do the thing they've
- 3:52been afraid to do all day long, which is reach out.
- 3:56Also, cortisol, which is the stress hormone, it dips at
- 4:01midnight, the witching hour. So when cortisol drops, two
- 4:05things happen. Anxiety goes down and emotional
- 4:09vulnerability goes up. And this is when they think, oh,
- 4:13I miss her. I miss him.
- 4:15Oh I should just text or oh F it what have I got to lose?
- 4:19And this usually happens between here's the time frame you've
- 4:24been waiting for 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
- 4:28Their time. OK, not your time.
- 4:31So if you're in a long distance relationship, you have to
- 4:34calculate their time. And between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM
- 4:39their guard is down. Their self-control is at its
- 4:43lowest, their longing is at its highest, and their fear of
- 4:47losing you goes up. So this is when they check their
- 4:51phone, they reread old messages, they replay any voice notes you
- 4:57left for them. They wonder if you're sleeping.
- 4:59They wonder if you're thinking of them.
- 5:01They wonder if you're gone forever.
- 5:03This is a good thing. Avoidance get hit with the fear
- 5:07of loss at night because in the day they think, well, I'll just
- 5:10eventually text. Well, you know, we'll see.
- 5:12I don't know. But at night it's, well, what if
- 5:15I really lost them? What if I waited too long?
- 5:17What if there was someone else? What if they never text again?
- 5:21What if they think I don't care? So at night time, regret is
- 5:27amplified, as well as longing, fear of abandonment, loneliness,
- 5:32silence. And this is all a good thing.
- 5:36Now, something else you need to know is that the nervous system
- 5:40cycles every 90 minutes, and 11 PM, 1:00 AM, and 3:00 AM line up
- 5:49with the emotional peaks. That's where those time frames,
- 5:52those times come from, and the brain naturally hits emotional
- 5:57peaks in those windows. And that's why avoidance break,
- 6:02confess, apologize, send vulnerable messages, scroll old
- 6:07texts and hover over the send button.
- 6:10I've never hovered over a send button.
- 6:12It sounds kind of funny, but that's what they do.
- 6:15Or they'll write and then rewrite a message and they go,
- 6:17no, no, that's not right. Let me rewrite this again.
- 6:19No, no, that's not right. You know, so they're not
- 6:22thinking straight, they're feeling.
- 6:24And this pattern shows up in the thousands of avoidant case
- 6:27studies. Avoidance reach out late at
- 6:30night, especially after a period of silence.
- 6:33And it's almost eerie how consistent it is.
- 6:36Now. Here's the interpretation of
- 6:38each time window and what it tells you about exactly where
- 6:42they are emotionally when they reach out.
- 6:46If they text at 11 now, it's not going to be exactly at 11
- 6:49always. You know, it's like he texted at
- 6:5211 O3. OK, that's fine.
- 6:55But this is the least intense scenario emotionally.
- 6:58It means that they were thinking about you during the evening,
- 7:01They were feeling nostalgic. They miss the routine of you.
- 7:05They're lonely, but they're not overwhelmed.
- 7:08They feel enough control to reach out earlier in the
- 7:10evening, well earlier than 3:00 AM anyway.
- 7:14Their fear threshold is lower, and if it's a guy, their alpha
- 7:18side is leading a bit more. So this is the stable missing
- 7:22you. If they text at 1:00 AM, this is
- 7:26the vulnerability rising scenario.
- 7:29It means that they've been restless all evening.
- 7:32Their avoidance tried to shut it down.
- 7:36The silence got too loud, the emotional wave got stronger, and
- 7:41they finally reached the point of well, I need to know where
- 7:43they stand. So this is longing and fear
- 7:47blending, and this is a deeper emotional reach out than the
- 7:5111:00 PM version. And if they text at 3:00 AM,
- 7:55their time again, this is the most emotionally loaded
- 7:59scenario, and it means they're fully in their feelings.
- 8:04They have fear, regret, longing, and attachment at its peak.
- 8:10They can't sleep, the silence is unbearable, they're spiraling,
- 8:15and they finally reach the point where fear of losing you is
- 8:18greater than the fear of reaching out.
- 8:20And this is the deepest emotional point.
- 8:22So a 3:00 AM text means I can't keep holding this in.
- 8:27So this is the most sincere, most vulnerable, and least
- 8:31avoidant version of the three times.
- 8:35Now you may be asking, well, what if they're asleep?
- 8:37My ex isn't up at 1:00 AM or 3:00 AM.
- 8:40Well, most people aren't. However, here's the thing.
- 8:44Most people are not deep sleepers when their emotional
- 8:48world is unsettled, right? It's called sleepless nights.
- 8:52I'm sure we've all had them. And that's because the nervous
- 8:56system is saying something's wrong, don't relax too much and
- 9:00that causes shallow sleep, early waking, middle of the night
- 9:05waking or overthinking at odd hours.
- 9:09And this makes them reach for their phone because avoidance.
- 9:13Don't lay in bed spiraling like people who are anxious.
- 9:16They push everything away until their body can't suppress it
- 9:20anymore, and then the nervous system wakes them up because the
- 9:24silence is too loud. The day's avoidance has worn
- 9:28off. The subconscious pushes emotions
- 9:31forward, and the nervous system hits a mini panic.
- 9:35So yes, anxiety will not keep them awake, but it will wake
- 9:39them up. And that is how avoidance break
- 9:43at night. So don't worry that your ex
- 9:46isn't up at 1:00 AM, OK? At night.
- 9:50They run out of defenses. They stop numbing, they stop
- 9:53hiding, they stop pretending, pretending they don't care.
- 9:57And that's when they reach for the one person whose presence
- 10:00touch them in a way that nothing else in their life does.
- 10:04That's when you get the message. So be prepared, be ready.
- 10:09Do not freak out when you see the message.
- 10:12I know you will. But be calm and take a breath
