SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Midlife Rebel Podcast.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_01: It's time to rewrite the midlife story for women who refuse to be put in a box.
• 0:12
  SPEAKER_01: Because maybe midlife isn't a crisis.
• 0:16
  SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's an okay.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_01: My guest today is Stacy Nye.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_01: Stacy was a high achiever with everything going for her until a life event changed it all.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_01: She didn't know who she was anymore, that is, until a friend bought her a session with the creator and founder of an ancient technique that changed her life in one session.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: Stacey, I'm leaving it there because I've got to be.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: Was it a car accident, Stacey?
• 1:56
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry to interrupt.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: No, it was it was it was an assault.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: Oh well, actually, there was there was a car accident.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: That's what started it.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: And then then the other person got out of the car and then physically assaulted um my husband with a knife.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like it was it was fast and it was fast and furious, and it was over it very quickly.
• 2:14
  SPEAKER_02: Wow.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Um now he did survive, like, but it was very scary for quite a while.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, and in that particular moment, I done the about four seconds before that all happened.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: I had I literally had a pregnancy test in my hand, and we were pregnant, and I never got to tell him.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: Like it was like I got to tell him in the inside the trauma of all of it, which actually saved his life.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: The information that we were gonna be parents actually kind of like snapped him out and he didn't pass out or die.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: It was kind of like all in, it was all very, very fast.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but that night changed my life forever, and it's kind of in retrospect, it was the night that that hell came screaming into my life.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know anything about hell, I didn't know anything about terror or fear or anxiety, I didn't know any of that stuff.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: And um, I know that I was I had to go through all of that so that I could find the fixed code, I could find um, like I could meet with Daniel, which again was a very spiritual experience meeting Daniel, and then having the work done.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: But I was is I was silent for years.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: Uh not nobody knew what I had gone through or what uh what now unfortunately my ex-hus husband and I went through.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: We both stayed very quiet.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: Uh, we didn't go to therapy, we didn't even know kind of it existed to do that stuff.
• 3:33
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I didn't, I I don't drink alcohol, haven't in like 35 years, so that wasn't a crutch.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't take medication, so that wasn't something I was even thinking of either.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: So I really white-knuckled it the whole time.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, and just thought, you know, just don't talk about it.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: Kind of like as an athlete, like you just move yourself through this, like just do it, like suck it up and do it, cupcake, you know, like that was kind of my mantra.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: And um, and then this particular day when I met Daniel, I was 45 days into into uh separation now.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: Like we were, we were now ending our marriage.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: And this was years later, seven years later, uh, six years later.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: And um I'm I'm now like not able to like hold my weepy.
• 4:14
  SPEAKER_00: I'm now weeping like a lot.
• 4:16
  SPEAKER_00: I couldn't, I couldn't hold it in anymore.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: The craps were showing on the outside.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: So when I met Daniel, as you said in the intro, um, it changed my life because when he did this work with me, um he the first thing he did with me was the feeling sad.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: And I was really sad.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: And when he did this incredible work with me, which again, I know this is gonna sound crazy, but it takes about five minutes.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: It feels like a guided meditation, it's very beautiful, it's a beautiful experience, and and it's like that every single time.
• 4:47
  SPEAKER_00: Um I couldn't feel sad anymore.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: I could see the sad, I could see why I had had been sad, but I couldn't connect with it.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: Like the charge between me and sad was gone, and I couldn't believe it.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: It was it was extraordinary.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: And because I had spent a very large portion of my life in excellence, I knew what it looked like, sounded like, felt like, I knew the frequency of excellence because I I had lived in it, I worked for it, I I served Olympians and their families, which is of excellence.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_00: And this was it.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: But this was on the in the quantum area, this was in like the space you can't touch.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: This was like, it was exquisite.
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's how I explain it.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: It was just an exquisite experience of just pure excellence.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: And when I opened my eyes, um, I'm not a very big swear, and my son always like jokes with me.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_00: He's like, Mom, don't like you're such a bad swear.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_00: Like, just don't.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't even know how to do it right.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: So even if I'm trying to be cool or whatever it is, like I just I I bomb at swearing.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: So, but in this particular moment, I was swearing like I'd been born at a truck stop.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_00: I was like, I'm like, what have you done?
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, how did this work?
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: This is I just went off and on.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: Like, what did you do?
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: Like, what what just happened?
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, Oh my gosh, like, did I just break you?
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_00: Like, are you okay?
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my gosh, this is incredible.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: And I just said, I'm gonna figure out me.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: This is me shooting my mouth off.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: And then I made a promise, and I had so it's like I and I've stuck to it.
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_00: I kept my promise.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: Um, 15 years ago, 16 years ago now, I said to Daniel, I didn't even know his name, and I said, I'm gonna figure out what you just did, and I'm gonna teach the world how to do this.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and he was like, Oh, I don't know about that.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Yeah, you don't know me.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_00: Hi, I'm Stacey.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: Do you have a business partner?
• 6:36
  SPEAKER_00: No, oh good.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: Hi, I'm in your new business partner, and I just went, I just went for it.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: And again, like I had my own gymnastics club at the time, like, you know, seven days a week, 14-hour days of now like a six-year-old, five-year-old on my on my own.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: Like, I had a lot on my plate, and here I am promising the world that I'm gonna figure out what he did and I'm gonna teach the world how to do this.
• 6:56
  SPEAKER_00: And I did it.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: And we've been business partners from that moment on and best friends and the whole thing.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: But um, he did.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: He he I said to him, the deal is is you have to be able to like, I need this, I you need to prove to me that this thing, this technique works.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not gonna back, you know, something that only works for me.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: Like, that doesn't, that's not gonna work.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: So he I said to him, You gotta spend some time with me.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: You gotta like keep doing this with me because there's a bunch of stuff here.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: Like, I got baggage, like I want, I want this stuff gone.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: So he was like, Okay, and I said, And I'm gonna put you in front of every single person I know because they love me and they're gonna tell me the truth.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: And I did for years.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: I put him in front of everybody I knew.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: I put him in front of my little black book.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, if you're you're you're you're your your listeners that you you know, they're you're my age, if you know what like the Rolodex is in a little black book, right?
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: Um, I put him in front of everybody I knew, and again, they all love me.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: So they were not gonna let me go into an ad into a venture that it was that was no stasis is like wacky, like, no, don't do this.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: Like, and every single one of them was like, whoa, you got to get this in front of athletes, you've got to get this in front of business people, you gotta get this in front of moms.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh I know, you know, so in time, um I was obviously fully backed.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: I mean, and it was working with me, and I absolutely my life was changing so drastically.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: And my ex-husband was having the work, my son was getting the work done, like this, like it, we were all on board.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: Like this was my sister who was living in Australia was calling me for sessions.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: So at this point, I said to Daniel, um, if you can teach me how to do this, because I know nothing about this industry, like, you know, like I'm I'm a sports girl, like I'm I'm a totally I live in a totally other world.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: But if you can teach me how to do this, then anybody can learn how to do this.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, like I am your lowest bar here.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: And he taught me, and I said to a girlfriend, um, I actually did it with my mother-in-law the first time ever, and I thought I was gonna get struck by lightning, and oh my gosh, I don't have permission to do this, and this isn't mine, and like I kind of went into a meltdown a little bit of ah, and it was on Christmas Day, and I called him and said, I am so sorry, I am like so sorry.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: He's like, Why are you saying sorry?
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I just did the I just did the fixed code, and I'm not even sure if we had a name for it then.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't, we may not even have had a name for for it yet.
• 9:23
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I am I'm so sorry.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I'm gonna be struck down by lightning.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: I didn't ask permission, and he's like, he just started laughing at me.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: I was like, Fuck are you laughing at me?
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, Did you really think you were never gonna do this?
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Me?
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, Oh, Stacy, you're gonna be one of the best in the world in this.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, anyways, it was the launch of my career because I had told a couple friends that I had done it with Grandma, and how how I get angry with her on Christmas Day.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: She was really angry, and I'm like, Total venture, let's get back there, and I just did it with her, and she looked back at me, and she's my best friend ever, and she's like, Holy crap! Like, what did you just do?
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Can you feel angry?
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, No, like first time in my life, I'm not pissed off.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, wow, she's like, Wow, wow.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: So it would get it was like a really cool experience again.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: That was the first time I'd ever done it.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: And then I told a girl, a couple of girlfriends had what I what I had done, and I did this with grandma, and they're like, Are you gonna do this?
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna start doing this?
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I think so.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: Within a week, my calendar, my day, my my calendar was full.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know what I was doing, how I was gonna manage this.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: Like, do I have client cards?
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: Do I like how do I do this?
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: Anyways, I had a private practice, thriving private practice for years.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: I absolutely love this technique and love doing all of that.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: So, this comeback, like Stacey's comeback, was happening, and um, without any kind of plan.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: There was no plan um outside of sharing this with the world.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: And then well, one now who was one of my dearest friends of uh almost 10, 12 years now, I think.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, she was one of my clients and she who had many modalities, she's a brilliant um practitioner, healer of many, many modalities.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: And she was curious about you know, this girl that everybody's talking about in this little town in Collingwood, Ontario, that's doing this thing.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: And so she came and she became one of my clients and absolutely loved this technique, and then said to me, You got to teach me this.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: And I said, Well, funny enough, Daniel's on his way here because we're working on some things.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: Would you like to meet him?
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, uh, yep.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: So he opened the I opened the door for him, and there he was, and she threw her arms around him and said, Please teach me this, please teach me this.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: And that was it.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: The next thing we knew, we had I put it out, I think I put a text out to people, and it was sold out.
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_00: We said 25 slots.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: Never in our wildest trees did we ever think we were gonna get five people, let alone 25.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: It was sold out in about an afternoon.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: And Daniel and I just stood there and went, I think it's happening.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: I think we're doing this, and that was it.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: We had a room full of 25 people, and in two days, in in like a you know, a full-on weekend, Friday, night, Saturday, full Sunday, we taught the 10 modules, and by the end, everybody was doing it, and everybody was having fun, and there was 25 more people now in the world that knew how to do this, and that was the beginning, and that was in that was in 2016, and we haven't stopped.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: There's now an online training, and it's like this has just been this has been my comeback, but it's taken a long time, and it doesn't happen overnight.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: And if you know, I wish it did.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: I wish I could have just gone to bed one night and just woke up and it was all over.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: But I think at our age, you know, there's so many bumps and bruises, and most of them have got absolutely nothing.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Like the root causes are not what's happening now.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: It's that it feels like a tsunami when it happens now, you know, like we may have been angry when we were little, but it disappeared quicker.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: And then as we grew, we got more and more angry, or more and more hurt, or that was a big one for me was hurt.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: It was um it was like having to kind of like keep coming up and out of a of a different version of hurt, um, you know, whether that's let down or disappointed or abandoned or like, you know, all of those things are different, what we call codes.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: And we I'm gonna um sorry, I'm gonna interrupt because I want to ask some questions before we go.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_01: And I want to kind of save the the I want to kind of keep some mystery talking about this amazing thing.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_01: But before and I and I'd love like obviously we want to get into that, but I want to I just wanted to ask you a few things and and there are quite a few that like that is that's your story so far in a nutshell.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_01: Uh right back at the beginning, like I think this is something that uh often happens to women in their midlife, and I've seen it happen to a few people around me in recent times.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_01: It happened to you a little bit early, but this complete you know, that out of the blue accident or illness or loss, divorce, and it's yeah, and all of a sudden you're like, who am I?
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: Your story as it unfolded, you start to look back and in hindsight you go, Oh my god, this was all pre-determined.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_01: And when you're not following your path, when you're not following your path, the universe gives you a big fat slap.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but totally.
• 14:52
  SPEAKER_00: Um, totally.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: And I was so off track because my purpose was this.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: Can you talk a bit about purpose and how that's oh absolutely, yeah, and just as a an incredible coincidence, last night I I I created a passion to purpose uh ignite your passion and purpose course about four years ago, and it's absolutely incredible.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: And I was just putting it together, and I'm just I'm I'm just putting it together as a package for like$29 Canadian, which is like or American, which is you know, not a lot.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_00: Peanut.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it should be up online, it should be up online very, very like in the next two days.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: It'll be up and ready to go for for for people to do.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: It is such a big, fun, dynamic course, and it's me being like this.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's I'm all in.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: It's a really anybody that's ever taken it is really it, they love it.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: So that'll be available and it it asks these big questions.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: And this course, when I was teaching it and and figuring out how to um express it, because I don't really teach, I shouldn't say teach.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: I express what I'm going through in every question, and then I help everybody get to their answer.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: So it's the same question, and then it's like, what is yours?
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, how do you answer this?
• 16:07
  SPEAKER_00: What is your purpose?
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: How what does that mean to you?
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: Do you even need one?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Like it in the sense of like, have I done it?
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: Do I now get to enjoy my my like my harvest?
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: You know, or am I still planting seeds?
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: Where are you in the system?
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna it's you'll love it if that's where you are in your life of you know, igniting that passion and and your purpose again.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: This it's gonna be you'll really enjoy this little mini course.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: Um I ask you a bit more about that.
• 16:33
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_01: I I've interrupted again, sorry.
• 16:36
  SPEAKER_00: No, go ahead.
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_01: Um just with purpose.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_01: I think that often when we kind of come to that question, what's you know, what's life all about, what's my purpose?
• 16:46
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we can uh see someone like you who has obviously got this massive mission, um, and you're putting a lot of energy and passion behind that mission, and it's kind of pulled you along.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_01: And we can get caught up in other people's purpose and what that means.
• 17:06
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_01: Because our purpose could it doesn't necessarily mean about making money, does it?
• 17:12
  SPEAKER_01: Or no, it's I don't know.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: It's about So for me, and this is an this isn't this is an important question that and I think each person has got a very, very different answer.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: So mine has always been, and this is just part of my personality.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: So you have to look at your personality.
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_00: Are you a boss?
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm not a boss, I'm not bossy pants, there's nothing bossy pants about me.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: I am what we like in the disc.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: If anybody follows the disc personality quantities, I'm an S.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: And and then I've got some high odds.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: So I can do outward people, I love all that, but then there's this reserve side of me that really just loves to support.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: What do you want to do?
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: I can help, I can do anything.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: And because of my background with the Olympic Games, I literally have a Rubik's Cube mind.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: Because again, my career was so easy for me.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: I just did it, and people ask me questions, and I would solve very complex problems in like five words.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: My sister to this day's like, how do you do that?
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I just look at all the content, look at it all, and tell you what's there in one sentence.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, I know that's crazy how you do that.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: So so I but like kind of knowing what your superpowers are.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: Are you a high nurturer?
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_00: Are you high action?
• 19:33
  SPEAKER_00: Are you high knowledge?
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: Are you high high uh what's the other one?
• 19:38
  SPEAKER_00: Blueprint.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, that's the bank system.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: Under if you are working and living in the wrong quadrant, which I haven't, like I may be sitting here today look like I've got it all together.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: Please know, like this was this was a this is still a journey.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm still sorting and untangling all of life's programming.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: A lot of them were awesome, a lot of them weren't.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: Like I come from a world of no pain, no gain.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, my body doesn't like that very much.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: My 50s, I'm like, you know, at 56, I'm like, no pain, no gain, no, we're good.
• 20:16
  SPEAKER_00: I don't need the gain.
• 20:17
  SPEAKER_00: I don't want the pain.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: But okay, I come from that kind of programming.
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_00: I'm a Nike commercial, truly a Nike commercial.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: Go, go, go, go, go, all action.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: Now, what happened for me, and this I'm hoping can help many, many of your listeners, because we've talked now twice about how that night or that day, that moment, something happens that changes your life, right?
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: And you knew who you were before, or you had a good idea of it, or like life kind of worked, and then all of a sudden life wasn't working.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: And this is what happened to me, and this is what I have been untangling, or what I call I went inside out, and now I'm starting now.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm coming out of my inside out.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: So everything I've been doing, in a way, for the last 22, three years, since that night, I got turned inside out.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: Or flipped upside down, or whatever we want to say.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: I was living in my opposite quadrants.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: So I was living bossy because I'm now a mom, right?
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: Like now I'm kind of going into like more of a boss bossy mode.
• 21:16
  SPEAKER_00: I'm in high nurture.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm having to do this blueprint stock, which is plan, plan, plan, plan, and knowledge.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know how to take care of a baby.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how to do all of this.
• 21:25
  SPEAKER_00: Like, what is happening?
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: I'm in my opposites because I'm all action.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: I make a plan while I'm in the air.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: Like I jump off a cliff before I think.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_00: Because I'll figure it out.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_00: I can fly, right?
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: Like also.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: So my life for 22 years was I was living in my opposites, which is the toxic side.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Well, when we're living in our opposites, we become toxic.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: We become not like us.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: And everything starts to feel wrong, weird, opposite.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing works, everything's confusing.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: We can't make sense of anything.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: It's because we're living in our opposite opposite quadrants.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: So as I started to like sort this out, it's like, wait a minute, I've been this high blueprint and and nurture person, which is like, no, thanks, no thanks.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm all action, man.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: Like, keep up or I'm leaving you behind.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: That was my attitude before.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I I'm my I'm a solo person.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: I do things by myself because I move things.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: Well, you can't do that with a child.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: And my child was very, very reserved.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: No parties, no friends, no gatherings, no coffee dates, no, no.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_00: Like he literally said at three, I don't like people.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't like them.
• 22:48
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I know.
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_00: So, right?
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: So things in your life change you.
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_00: And I adapt.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_00: I adapt my surroundings.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: I'm very, very good at that.
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_00: So I changed.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: My my life, I like I had to, I handled my life with different templates, and they didn't work for me.
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_00: Even though I didn't know I I had done it.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_01: Which ones weren't working for you?
• 23:18
SPEAKER_01: The the new ones or the old ones?
• 23:19
SPEAKER_01: Or like a bit of a old one.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Like, so there's three parts.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: There's the one where I was like, life is good, all good.
• 23:25
  SPEAKER_00: I'm all action.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: I live all over the world.
• 23:27
  SPEAKER_00: I go, go, go.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: I I think on I I get in the car and then I think.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, where am I going?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: Versus being in the house thinking, okay, make a plan and then go, right?
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: So then the night of the accident.
• 23:39
  SPEAKER_00: Now I won't leave the house until I've got a plan.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: Everything is safe and I know what I'm doing and everybody is good.
• 23:45
  SPEAKER_00: I can't leave the house unless everybody's good.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_00: Before I would be like, hey, to my husband, hey, baby.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, we were we were still fiancés, I think, back then.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: But I basically walked into the living room one day and went, so um, and we were living out on the west coast, and I said, So I um I just took a job in Australia.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm leaving in two weeks.
• 24:04
  SPEAKER_00: You're welcome to come.
• 24:05
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 24:06
  SPEAKER_00: Like, no adventure.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: Like, you're welcome to come.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: We can have a blast.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Like, this is gonna be amazing.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: I'll be back in two years.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: Like, it's all good, you know.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Like, no blueprint, no nothing, just like, let's go.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: All I'm all action, and I figure it all out in the air, and I'm and I'm I always land on my feet, always do.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: Because I I'm very smart when I'm up in the air, when I'm when I'm flying in action.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: I suck when I'm sitting at my kitchen table trying to make a plan because I won't move.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: Nothing ever is gonna be totally solved.
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_00: So, and I don't know what I'm doing.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: I have, I mean, I I have no information, all the information's out there.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: Well, I can't get the information because I'm sitting in my everything's opposite.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: So, what happened was is I am now in this high hang anxiety, which if I was out there flying in action, there's no anxiety there for me.
• 24:54
  SPEAKER_00: That's total freedom.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: All I've wanted for 22 years was freedom, freedom, freedom.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_00: I just need to get, I just need to feel free.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I was living in my opposite.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you are living, if you are somebody that is blueprint, for example, and you're making and you don't, and you are either with a partner or you're in an environment that you cannot, you don't have the time to sit and make a plan, and you just have to stay in action, that's terrifying for you.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: Because you need a plan, or like my son, he doesn't move.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: You literally cannot make this child move unless he's got all the knowledge.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: He will research it to death.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, who cares?
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: We'll get in the car and GPS it, let's go.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, no, no, I need to know what time it's opened, what time it closes, how far it is, what the speed limit is.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: It's all coming in and I'm like, oh comfort zone, isn't it?
• 25:48
SPEAKER_01: I've been um It's your thrive zone.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, your thrive zone, but it's also a comfort zone because they say that the change and the growth happens in discomfort.
• 25:58
SPEAKER_01: And the discomfort that you experienced, it sounds like, was like having to stay put.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_01: And oh my god, it's just be taking action all the time, but like before just be on yeah, that opposite side, and but it's where the growth has happened, and then you can use those skills that you learned in your comfort zone or those things that feel like they come more naturally to you, you can use those in service of your new self.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: It's not that if you are aware, if you're aware, yeah, only if you're aware because I wasn't aware, I was just trying to make it figure it out, and I couldn't, I couldn't figure out why I just couldn't do stuff or stuff wasn't working, or I couldn't make anything.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: It's because I just I wasn't taking action, which before I didn't even notice I took action because I it was just so natural.
• 26:52
  SPEAKER_00: Where action was last.
• 26:55
SPEAKER_00: I had to have my blueprint and I was nurturing, everybody had to be okay.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: Well, when is everybody okay?
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: So I could never leave the house, metaphorically.
• 27:03
  SPEAKER_00: I could never expand, I couldn't go anywhere.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: So what happens is we become internally toxic when we're living in our wrong quadrants.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, every quadrant is awesome.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: It's but not everybody is in those quadrants.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: So when you're living in your opposite, nothing works, it's confusing, you're frustrated, you're agitated.
• 27:23
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: Now, yes, there was a lot of learnings in that, but I'm also now from the philosophy of with the fixed code, you can solve those moments of agitation and all of those by doing this work, which I did all the time, but I was in the wrong quadrants.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: So it didn't, so I even though I was clearing all of these parasitic programs and I was feeling fabulous, nothing was working.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_00: I still couldn't get anything to work because I was actually living it, like my my go plan, right, was opposite.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: I was trying to figure it all out first, like knowledge blueprint, which is not my thing.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: I don't read instructions, I just build up stuff, and then I don't know why it works, and then I call somebody to fix it.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_01: Like so part of part of that experience was because of the the accident or the the assault and the anxiety that that was.
• 28:18
  SPEAKER_01: And becoming a mum.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that is a big challenge for a lot of women as well.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_01: I had my kids when I my first one when I was 40, and my second one when I was 42, or almost 42.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like they've been, you know, that you know, slapping the floor of the universe, you've got to change directions here.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_01: Um but yeah, you do you can feel very much like you're not living your life for you.
• 28:47
  SPEAKER_01: Your life.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_01: But you but it's part, but being a parent is part of who you are.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_00: So there are less than oh, and I really and it would be.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: And I felt trapped, and then I felt guilt for feeling trapped, and all of those things.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but all of those the fixed code fixed all of that.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_00: Like absolutely, that was all all that, all of that disappeared.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: But what I found really fascinating was was that, but I still wasn't living the life.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm happy, I'm good, like I don't feel any bad things, but I'm still not living the life I want.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: I'm not like there's something missing, and I feel like this is where that rebel, you know, like that, like I gotta go back and be me.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, yeah.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: And I'm a bit of a rebel, like I do things my own way.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: And for 22 years I did not.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_00: I I I followed the rules, which was like delightful.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I followed the rules and I was really, really good at, and I I I received one of the most amazing compliments, probably the best compliment I've ever had in my life, when my son turned around about six months ago and said, and he's in his 20s, and he said, You know, mom, I am so grateful that for me.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: You you became the parent I needed, not me becoming the kid you needed, you know, the child that you needed to parent.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_00: You became the parent I needed to become who I am.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, You like, because all of his friends didn't, you know, like they had to become who their parents wanted them to be.
• 30:19
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_00: And um, he just said, You never ever, you never solved my problems.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: You always let me figure it out my way.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: Because one of the first things Ashton and I knew about each other was, yeah, like we we could not be more different.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_00: He is all knowledge blueprint, like action is his last, like we're totally opposites.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: So I became the parent he needed, which was knowledge blueprint, let's figure everything out, let's find out everything we need to know.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, oh yeah, like let's just go, let's just figure it out.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, let's just worry about it.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: Like, it's not that important.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: We'll just move, yeah, we'll figure it out.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but that would cause him anxiety.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, if I went too fast, and I most of his life I had to like slow down.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I had to like actually slow down.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_00: So, in the in the call it freedom of children going to university and getting on with their lives and you know, like being amazing people, um, that's when I was able to kick the rubble button and say, What's for me now?
• 31:15
SPEAKER_00: What am I gonna do?
• 31:17
SPEAKER_00: But in this last three years, I've untangled a lot of the programming that came with the last 20 years.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: And many of your listeners, you know, it could be two years ago, it could be five years ago, but there's a lot of programming that came with that twisting to make life good for everybody else.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_00: A lot of like, I'm not gonna do that, that I'll wait for that, or I just can't, like all of these things, and then of course the dread sets in, and dread is huge.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_00: And again, the fixed code fixes dread with it, like dread disappears within five minutes with the fixed code every single time.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: But when we start to remove these feelings and also apply this phenomenal sense of like, really, who am I?
• 31:58
  SPEAKER_00: What quadrant am I?
• 31:59
SPEAKER_00: And I and really lean into my personality, my natural personality, without all of these things and without all of this outside programming on me.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, that's true freedom for me.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_01: Which I have a sorry, I keep putting in.
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_01: No, that's okay.
• 32:19
SPEAKER_01: I'm just talking about because I can talk forever.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_01: I um so obviously you've mentioned mentioned the fixed code multiple times, and you've talked about the quadrant.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_01: So I'm assuming that that's part of the process.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_01: No, no, they're just they're two separate, they're they're kind of two separate.
• 32:38
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's one of the things we're talking about today, is like how how I got through all of that.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: And there was there was a lot of things that happened.
• 32:46
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 32:47
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 32:47
SPEAKER_01: So can you talk us through the process of the fixed code?
• 32:51
SPEAKER_01: I'm kind of curious, obviously, about how it works.
• 32:54
SPEAKER_01: You said that it changed your life in one session.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_01: However, it also needs to be a practice.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_01: I imagine it's not like a you know, take the magic pill once.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_01: Oh no, it's an ongoing journey.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_01: Ongoing journey, but it's a tool that you can use, anyone can learn.
• 33:18
SPEAKER_01: Um that can change your perspective and yeah, change how you feel.
• 33:24
  SPEAKER_01: Your trajec trajectory.
• 33:27
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 33:28
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, for sure.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_00: Because yeah, because if I start with this, can any this is what we call the magic question.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_00: Biggest problem you have in your life right now, when you think about it, how does it make you feel?
• 33:41
SPEAKER_00: If you could put it in one or two words, what would it be?
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: Bam! That magic question, the unconscious mind, I've asked your unconscious mind what it can, it's floated up.
• 33:49
SPEAKER_00: Every single one of your listeners is like, oh, yeah, and and then they forgot, they've got the word right there.
• 33:53
SPEAKER_00: It's there, it's they know what it is.
• 33:54
SPEAKER_00: It's unworthy, um, uh upset, uh, betrayed, angry, hurt, like all sad, um, disappointed, uh, disrespected.
• 34:03
SPEAKER_00: Okay, like I could go on forever.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_00: Like, there's what we call codes, parasitic programs.
• 34:07
SPEAKER_00: So, what this technique does, and and and and every single time I ask you the magic question, you're going to have a different answer because the next one comes out.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_00: We call it the bully on the playground.
• 34:17
SPEAKER_00: Because then once that one's gone and that big bully's gone, it's kicking the crap out of you, the next one shows up because it will, because there's lots of them.
• 34:27
SPEAKER_00: I wish there was one.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_00: I do 15 years into this game, I wish there was one.
• 34:32
SPEAKER_00: But the part also the great thing is that you're growing every single time you do the technique.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: You will grow because you no longer feel that way.
• 34:42
SPEAKER_00: All the beliefs and crap that was created from that feeling, because you've made up a lot of stuff.
• 34:48
SPEAKER_00: Everybody makes up we make up stuff, yeah.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: So when I feel hurt, I start making up stuff.
• 34:53
SPEAKER_00: I also want to hurt the other person just as bad.
• 34:56
SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna do it and I'm gonna be vindictive, and I'm and you're planning in your head.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: You're being vicious in your head.
• 35:02
SPEAKER_00: You may never say anything out loud, but you are taking a lot of brain power and energy trying to figure out how you're gonna hurt them more than they've hurt you.
• 35:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's horrible.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_00: Now, with the fixed code, it feels like a guided meditation, takes a couple of minutes.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_00: It's working with the unconscious mind.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_00: I am not, I am not, I am not doing the work with the client.
• 35:24
SPEAKER_00: The client is following the instructions, they're doing the work.
• 35:29
  SPEAKER_00: I don't do anything in essence.
• 35:32
SPEAKER_00: I we're we are in rapport, and when two people, two or more are gathered, a third mind shows up.
• 35:38
SPEAKER_00: I call it magic, got you know, the the source, okay, the the the the big power shows up.
• 35:44
SPEAKER_00: That's the energy that we work in.
• 35:46
SPEAKER_00: And um, it's very it's very free-flowing for the client, in that every single time you do this, and every single person you do this with, or uh well, as a client, every time you do it, you have the experience for yourself, it will feel different, it will look different, it will you it's a completely different experience every single time.
• 36:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's pretty cool.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_01: So, is it removing negative thoughts and programming?
• 36:15
SPEAKER_01: Does it have to be like a a problem, a challenge, uh difficulty?
• 36:20
  SPEAKER_00: Nope.
• 36:21
  SPEAKER_01: Can you nope?
• 36:21
SPEAKER_00: It's how you feel about it.
• 36:23
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, okay.
• 36:24
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 36:25
SPEAKER_00: So however you feel about whatever you're thinking about.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_01: Is it a negative feeling?
• 36:29
SPEAKER_01: Can you use it to induce a more positive like I don't know.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_00: Well, here's an interesting accelerate a positive feeling.
• 36:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 36:40
  SPEAKER_00: Well, what happens is it's a it's default.
• 36:43
SPEAKER_00: It happens by it happens on uh out of a default because if once hurt is removed, okay, from the unconscious mind and the physical body, which is what the technique does, all of the stories that are attached to hurt.
• 36:59
SPEAKER_00: So if we think of hurt as like a a thread, okay, like a pearl necklace, the thread, the string, okay, that's hurt.
• 37:06
SPEAKER_00: All of our hurt memories, all of our hurt events in our life are the pearls on this necklace.
• 37:11
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 37:11
SPEAKER_00: So when I ask the magic question, and I say, biggest problem you have in your life right now, when you think about it, how does it make you feel?
• 37:18
SPEAKER_00: What happens is this pearl necklace wakes up.
• 37:21
SPEAKER_00: That not the not the the the pearls, the string wakes up.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: It's tax, it taxes our physical body.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_00: We can actually feel hurt now.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we can feel it.
• 37:29
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 37:29
SPEAKER_00: Now, this is what happens with the the string comes up, but it's got all of our memories on it of hurt.
• 37:35
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_00: And it all comes up.
• 37:36
SPEAKER_00: Now it's into what we call the grand illusion, our minds.
• 37:40
SPEAKER_00: And now the our hurt stories are in our mind and they're opening up.
• 37:44
SPEAKER_00: We're looking at a little movie of hurt, and we're thinking about that kid, you know, when we were on the playground that hurt us, bam.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_00: So we're fighting with them in our head, and then that closes.
• 37:53
SPEAKER_00: And then the next memory wave opens up, and it's grade one to get, and we're going into that, and then that closes, and now we're in grade two, closes, and we could be in this for days and days, some people for years, and it's stories, and they just can't stop the loop.
• 38:07
SPEAKER_00: They can't stop the voices in their head, they can't stop, they just want everything to shut up, right?
• 38:12
SPEAKER_00: Within a couple of minutes of this work, we disconnect hurt, it's gone.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_00: All the memories now, all the pearls, have nothing to hang on to because hurt is gone.
• 38:23
SPEAKER_00: So the memories go back into the timeline without hurt in them.
• 38:27
  SPEAKER_00: They're gone, hurt's gone.
• 38:28
SPEAKER_00: So those memories go back into the timeline, they're not attached to anything now.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_00: So when you when someone says the word hurt, this whole thing doesn't happen.
• 38:37
SPEAKER_00: Those memories stay where they are.
• 38:39
SPEAKER_00: We totally forget about them.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_00: They're in the past and they're not coming up for no reason now.
• 38:43
SPEAKER_00: So there is so much that happens with in one session with one code, it will change your life.
• 38:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, when you no longer feel hurt and you're not thinking about all of those hurt memories, because you just won't, I promise you.
• 38:57
SPEAKER_00: Like you just won't if they won't come up anymore, you will accelerate, you will feel better, you will you will feel more love, you will feel happier because you're not hurt.
• 39:07
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's just, and imagine that's that's if you've got a 15-minute session, that's only five minutes.
• 39:13
SPEAKER_00: You got you got two more codes to do if you wish.
• 39:16
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know what I mean?
• 39:17
SPEAKER_00: In your complimentary session with us.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: You can do three codes if you want.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_00: So this technique not only heals the physical body because you're pulling these things out of the physical body because they are hurting us, they are using our energy source to feed, to stay alive.
• 39:37
SPEAKER_00: They're plugging into spots in our body.
• 39:40
  SPEAKER_01: Epigenetics, isn't it?
• 39:44
  SPEAKER_00: It it is incredible.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_00: And as we start to, as you start to remove these things from your physical body and your unconscious mind, you will start to feel better, just by default.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_00: So we don't have to implant anything because that's not the problem.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_00: By nature, you aren't happy.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_00: By nature, you want you you want to be all of those things.
• 40:03
SPEAKER_00: You don't want to feel hurt, you overcome it every day, or that you know, whatever you're overcoming all the time.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, if it's not there, you don't have to overcome it anymore.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_00: So all the habits that were created, all the beliefs that were created to hold up that feeling or fear disappear too.
• 40:18
SPEAKER_00: So you will find that you're actually changing your mind on a lot of stuff that you were gonna dig your heels in, and this is the mountain I'm gonna die on.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_00: All of a sudden, with the fixed code, you're like, wow, like I just don't care anymore.
• 40:30
  SPEAKER_00: And it's like, that's right.
• 40:31
SPEAKER_00: What do you want to go do?
• 40:32
  SPEAKER_00: Let's go do something.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_00: Because you don't care anymore, you're not in an internal battle.
• 40:37
SPEAKER_00: So this technique stopped the hurt, stopped the crazy, stopped the the the chatter in my head, it just stopped.
• 40:46
SPEAKER_00: I literally live with nothing going on in my head.
• 40:49
SPEAKER_00: Like there's nothing going on.
• 40:51
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's just me.
• 40:52
SPEAKER_00: And if you are if you are having a conversation in your head with somebody, that's a little bit crazy, okay.
• 41:04
SPEAKER_00: That is like the farthest thing from present.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_00: We think we're planning, we think we're plotting, we think we're strategizing.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_00: No, you're in the loop.
• 41:14
SPEAKER_00: Because if you notice, you'll start the loop on Monday morning and you're still in it on Friday night.
• 41:19
  SPEAKER_00: You've solved nothing.
• 41:20
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, you've been there all week and you haven't solved anything.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_00: And I remember when I was like kind of in in trauma before I met Daniel.
• 41:30
SPEAKER_00: I remember the the because I had so much coming at me all the time.
• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: And it's like there's just that peace, and because you haven't remembered, and all of a sudden you remember, and it just floods in.
• 41:56
  SPEAKER_00: You remember everything.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_00: And that's like that's the beginning of my book.
• 42:01
SPEAKER_00: Is like having that moment that was like my favorite part of my day because I hadn't remembered yet.
• 42:07
SPEAKER_00: And I remember when I when I shared this with Daniel many, many, many years ago, this actually kind of unlocked a lot for him in the science of all this.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_00: Because Daniel's all the science guy.
• 42:17
SPEAKER_00: Like, I I am not the science guy, I'm all the field girl.
• 42:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm all feeling, he's all science, and uh, which makes us a great dean.
• 42:24
  SPEAKER_00: Because I don't know, I don't know his answers.
• 42:26
SPEAKER_00: Like he has to tell me the answer because I I don't I I don't live in that world.
• 42:29
SPEAKER_00: I can explain to him as the crash test dummy of this technique, this is how it feels, this is what I'm going through.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, Oh wow, that's cool.
• 42:36
SPEAKER_00: So he would keep adjusting the script and keep adjusting what he was doing, and I would unlock parts of his access to source by asking really cool, like grade one questions, like, what about this?
• 42:47
SPEAKER_00: But I remember when I shared with him that that was like the favor my favorite part of my day was like before I remembered.
• 42:53
SPEAKER_00: And he was like, Explain that to me.
• 42:55
SPEAKER_00: And then he started to realize, oh my gosh, it's our memories that are kicking the crap out of us.
• 43:00
SPEAKER_00: So what does that mean?
• 43:01
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that means that when when it's trick something's when these things are triggered, it's like a flood, like a tsunami or whatever it is, and then we can't stop it.
• 43:11
SPEAKER_00: And it's we just feel it coming at us, it wakes up in our physical body, and now it's in our mind, and we can't make it stop.
• 43:18
SPEAKER_00: So, like, do I go for a run?
• 43:19
  SPEAKER_00: Do I have a drink?
• 43:20
  SPEAKER_00: Do I take a med?
• 43:21
SPEAKER_00: Do I, you know, scream at somebody?
• 43:23
  SPEAKER_00: Do I kick a door?
• 43:24
SPEAKER_00: Like, what do I do to make this stop?
• 43:26
SPEAKER_00: And the fixed cook takes all of that away.
• 43:29
SPEAKER_00: Well, that's um I've like started this.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_01: Sounds like a winning uh winning formula.
• 43:36
SPEAKER_01: When you were talking about that, um, you know, those have those habits, daily routines, the the the mental chatter, the you know, stories that we have.
• 43:46
SPEAKER_01: It um reminded me of Joe Dispenser's work where he talks about breaking the habit of being yourself.
• 43:51
SPEAKER_01: But it sounds like um well Dr.
• 43:54
  SPEAKER_01: Joe Dispenzer.
• 43:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 43:57
  SPEAKER_01: That's what I was gonna say.
• 43:58
SPEAKER_00: This does it for you.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_01: This is um a much quicker process than um going into those deep meditations that Dr.
• 44:06
SPEAKER_01: Joe recommends, although they do get some amazing results.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_00: The habits aren't the problem.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_00: The habits are not the problem.
• 44:14
SPEAKER_01: It's the emotion and the feeling that we connect.
• 44:17
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 44:18
  SPEAKER_00: That's right.
• 44:19
SPEAKER_00: So the moment we disconnect, and and this is interesting because everybody's done the Joe Dispensal, right?
• 44:24
SPEAKER_00: And now, as people are finding, more and more people are finding us, they're like, uh, so this means that all all the habits, all the strategies, all the beliefs, everything is just gone.
• 44:35
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, well, let me ask you.
• 44:37
SPEAKER_00: We and we did the product, we did the system.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_00: Like you feel this way, okay.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_00: Like, let's say you feel disappointed, okay?
• 44:44
SPEAKER_00: So now you do the habits of disappointed.
• 44:46
SPEAKER_00: Well, now I'm not gonna trust people.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm not going to do teamwork, I'm not going to rely on people.
• 44:52
SPEAKER_00: Like these are all now become habits.
• 44:54
SPEAKER_00: You live a life where you are no longer relying on anybody, you're not counting on anybody, you're doing everything yourself, you're only paying people, and now even those people are gonna disappoint you.
• 45:05
  SPEAKER_00: All of these things.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_00: So you have created all of these habits and strategies to make sure you don't feel disappointed.
• 45:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, with this, so that's good.
• 45:13
SPEAKER_00: So now you're doing hundreds of hours of work on all of these things, okay?
• 45:17
  SPEAKER_00: Fine.
• 45:18
SPEAKER_00: Where with fixed code, we say, well, okay, but when you think about all of that, how does it make you feel?
• 45:23
  SPEAKER_00: And you're like disappointed.
• 45:24
SPEAKER_00: We're like, okay, close your eyes.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_00: And then we we when in a couple of minutes, disappointed is completely gone from your physical body and your unconscious mind.
• 45:33
SPEAKER_00: So none of the memories are gonna come up, all the habits are gonna stop because you no longer feel that way.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_00: So why would I do all of this crap to make sure I never feel disappointed?
• 45:44
SPEAKER_00: It's like, how about you just don't feel disappointed because it's now gone, everything changes.
• 45:49
SPEAKER_00: So you aren't the girl you were five minutes ago, which is I freaking love that because I continually get to become somebody new every single time I do this.
• 46:02
  SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
• 46:03
  SPEAKER_00: Every single time.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: When you so you're everything falls apart.
• 46:07
SPEAKER_01: It's you're getting getting us pretty excited about it.
• 46:12
SPEAKER_01: And I'm I'm conscious that we're getting close to the end of our conversation.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't want to just cut you off with the fixed code stuff, but there is something else that I want to talk to you about that we were talking about offline.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_01: So let's kind of wind up with the fixed code because people can actually try this compliment.
• 46:32
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 46:32
  SPEAKER_01: For free.
• 46:33
  SPEAKER_01: For free.
• 46:34
  SPEAKER_00: For free.
• 46:34
  SPEAKER_00: Go to our website.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, go to our website right there.
• 46:37
SPEAKER_00: There's like a little phone with words flying around it.
• 46:39
  SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna try it.
• 46:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, please do put your name and address in, yeah, uh, email address, and then just follow the sequence.
• 46:46
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go through a uh a questionnaire, you're gonna uh like sign an agreement, you're then gonna submit it, you're gonna then come to a page where it says book here, like thank you very much for your time, kind of thing.
• 46:56
SPEAKER_00: Book here, click it, move over to a practitioner page, align, you know, they're they're they're just the pictures right now.
• 47:02
SPEAKER_00: So like align with somebody that pick somebody that you think you align with, and if and if and and if you want to try it again, then try somebody new.
• 47:08
  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's fine.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_00: The more you try this, the more fun you're gonna have.
• 47:11
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we're in we're in the business of helping people, and so and also too, the women that are on this page, this is paying it forward.
• 47:18
SPEAKER_00: This is how we do things in our company.
• 47:20
  SPEAKER_00: We pay it forward.
• 47:21
SPEAKER_00: We are here for anybody that wants to try this.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_00: So please take us up on our offer.
• 47:26
  SPEAKER_00: Try this.
• 47:26
SPEAKER_00: It's freaking 15 minutes if you like it.
• 47:29
  SPEAKER_00: Fabulous.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_00: Book book more sessions, become a client of somebody, or turn around and learn how to do this for yourself and your clients.
• 47:36
SPEAKER_00: I don't know where your your your people are, like where your listeners are in what or what they do, but if they're practitioners and you want like a bazooka of a technique, oh this is really fun.
• 47:46
  SPEAKER_00: It's super fun.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, so please take us up on our 15-minute complimentary session.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_00: It's it's fun, it's easy and I will also yeah, and I will also send you the link uh for the passion of purpose, which I will now absolutely I have purpose now.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_00: I absolutely have purpose to when I've done this podcast to get that passion of purpose uh uh product.
• 48:07
SPEAKER_00: And it's like a five-day, I mean it's five, I did it in five days, but it's like five workshops and they're each an hour.
• 48:13
  SPEAKER_00: They're they're good, they're they they're fun.
• 48:15
SPEAKER_00: Um up and and it's 29 bucks.
• 48:18
SPEAKER_00: So you can have a lot of fun with the with doing all of that.
• 48:22
SPEAKER_00: And if you want to take it to the fixed code level, like deeper, the course, the$29 course, and you want to do the extractions, that's when you go and book a practitioner and they'll walk you through all of the the codes that are lit up and fired up in the in the course.
• 48:37
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, cool.
• 48:38
  SPEAKER_01: Very cool.
• 48:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 48:40
SPEAKER_01: So thank you for that.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_01: Um I'm gonna kind of I'm kind of this all sort of fits with the same theme of finding our purpose, you know, who we truly are, following our life path, things that happen in the universe that give us a slap around the face and kind of steer us in the direction that we should be going.
• 48:58
SPEAKER_01: And when we uh yeah, I think we all do in that in our own special ways, don't we?
• 49:05
SPEAKER_01: Some some are slow unfoldings and some are big, yeah, big wallops.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_01: Um but when before we hit record, um you were telling me about where you are right now and how your life, you know, you've mentioned that you uh you're an action taker, you love you know, travel and all of those things, and and the venture.
• 49:28
SPEAKER_01: And this is um something that was on hold when you were parenting, but obviously as you've reached midlife, you've and your your son has grown, you're able to do those things again, and you're actually on this amazing project at the moment um with can you tell us a little bit about this?
• 49:49
SPEAKER_01: Um, because I think it's really cool and like just opens up, it just shows you know, people that what's going on in the world and that it can happen, right?
• 50:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
• 50:02
SPEAKER_00: So part of part of um my growth and coming out of like my opposite me kind of thing and just playing all the roles that I had to play, and many of us do that.
• 50:13
SPEAKER_00: We you know, we take on the burden of of all the responsibility and the roles and you know, be a good wife, be a good mom, be a good husband, be a good brother, be a good sister, like all of those things, which is all wonderful.
• 50:23
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it does for many people, it takes its toll.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_00: It it turns us into different people.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_00: And we stop living with passion, we stop living with our own purpose because I do believe we're at the spot right now, especially now and on this planet right now, um, and in the last couple of years, where it is about it is about living into our authentic selves, like not playing by the social rules anymore of who we should be and who I think I need to be.
• 50:53
SPEAKER_00: I need to just be me.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_00: Like I am enough, and I need to like not care what everybody else thinks and just go for it, which is which took me a lot.
• 51:01
SPEAKER_00: I I definitely cared about what people thought and you know, looking like I didn't run away from anything.
• 51:06
SPEAKER_00: I did all my responsibility, I did all those things, but yeah, was definitely lost was even though I had all the fixed code, I had all of those things, but this was deeper.
• 51:17
SPEAKER_00: This was like, what's what does the next 30, 40, 50 years of my life look like?
• 51:21
  SPEAKER_00: I'm 56 right now, so I I plan on being here about like 120, I'm good.
• 51:25
SPEAKER_00: Is is what do I want that to look like?
• 51:29
SPEAKER_00: What do I want that to feel like?
• 51:30
SPEAKER_00: Like, what is it in me that I I miss?
• 51:35
SPEAKER_00: Well, me being me, I'm teaching a we call it power hour when you're one of our students, and we have a monthly fun get-together, which is called Power Hour, and we talk about big stuff.
• 51:45
SPEAKER_00: We talk about, we go deep and I challenge everybody.
• 51:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, I ask big questions and we we have fun sorting it out.
• 51:52
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's a really fun, supportive um hour.
• 51:55
SPEAKER_00: But this particular Friday of um March of 2023, I was turning whatever it was, 50 something, uh, the next day.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_00: So on this power hour, I'm like, I'm going big.
• 52:09
  SPEAKER_00: It's my birthday tomorrow.
• 52:10
SPEAKER_00: I want travel back in my life.
• 52:12
SPEAKER_00: I want to experience the world again.
• 52:15
  SPEAKER_00: I miss it.
• 52:15
SPEAKER_00: Like I lived all over the world for my career.
• 52:17
  SPEAKER_00: I was everywhere, I loved it.
• 52:19
SPEAKER_00: I was always on a plane, going somewhere.
• 52:20
SPEAKER_00: I never knew where I was going until I got there because a lot of it was um um very uh high profile, secretive, you know, high security kind of stuff.
• 52:29
SPEAKER_00: Like I was helicoptered into events, like I was like it was big, I worked on big stuff.
• 52:33
SPEAKER_00: Um and I loved it and I missed it.
• 52:37
SPEAKER_00: And so this particular power hour, I said, in the moment, I I I really want travel back.
• 52:43
SPEAKER_00: Like that's something I want back in my life.
• 52:45
SPEAKER_00: I want that crazy wild adventure, not knowing where I'm going, no plans, just like a little carry on and off I go, you know.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_00: And um, they were, you know, everybody did their thing and we all had a lot of fun with it.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_00: And I wished everybody, you know, like, but let's go, let's let's make this happen.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_00: The next day, my sister calls me and says, Hey, is this the gas appointment?
• 53:01
SPEAKER_00: Now she lives in Australia because she she left Canada about 30 years ago and married a beautiful Australian man and beautiful family in Australia.
• 53:08
SPEAKER_00: So, you know, we haven't really seen each other a lot over you know those years, even though I lived in Australia for a couple years for the Olympic Games in Sydney.
• 53:16
SPEAKER_00: But um, in general, you know, I hadn't seen her that much.
• 53:19
SPEAKER_00: Uh so she calls me, I'm in Canada, and she's like, So is this what are you happy birthday?
• 53:23
SPEAKER_00: And I said, you know, I think I want to travel.
• 53:25
SPEAKER_00: I think I want to like, you know, my son's at university, we're good, everybody's happy, everybody's, you know, everybody's good.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_00: And I said, now I think it's my turn.
• 53:32
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's I I gotta I gotta step into something.
• 53:35
SPEAKER_00: Like this is even though I love everything in my life, I want more.
• 53:39
  SPEAKER_00: I still want more.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_00: And she said, Well, would you come here?
• 53:42
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Pardon?
• 53:44
SPEAKER_00: She goes, Well, would you think would you come here?
• 53:47
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, sure.
• 53:48
SPEAKER_00: Why could she goes, uh, you could come tomorrow if you want?
• 53:52
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what?
• 53:54
SPEAKER_00: She said, Well, if you say yes, then that means my husband and I can go to Europe and get funding and like source funding and everything for their project, what they were doing, because they're also a high-impact couple, as I'm a high impact person.
• 54:08
SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm humanity, my impact is on humanity, and my sister's impact is on the planet and Mother Earth.
• 54:13
SPEAKER_00: So uh, but both very high-achiev daughters here.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_00: And so she said, if you say yes and come here, then that means my husband and I can go to Europe and do, you know, find funding for their project.
• 54:27
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, sure.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: So I said, hang on, let I got a couple of kids here that I need to get organized, like my my niece and my son and whatever they were moving provinces and they're moving all over the place.
• 54:37
SPEAKER_00: So I was moving these kids all over Ontario, and I said, once I do that and I get my niece settled and whatever, I said, How about June?
• 54:44
  SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking April 1st to June 1st.
• 54:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_00: And I'm moving kids around.
• 54:48
SPEAKER_00: Is your birthday April the first?
• 54:51
  SPEAKER_00: It is.
• 54:51
SPEAKER_00: So is my total fool.
• 54:56
  SPEAKER_00: How cool is that?
• 54:57
  SPEAKER_00: How cool is that?
• 54:58
SPEAKER_01: Oh, you hardly ever meet anyone who's an April fool.
• 55:02
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, yeah, we're definitely fooled.
• 55:06
SPEAKER_00: So um I got on the plane on June 3rd and I went to Australia, moved into her place.
• 55:12
SPEAKER_00: Well, they took three days later, they were off to Europe and they were gone.
• 55:15
SPEAKER_00: They were gone for six months.
• 55:17
SPEAKER_00: So her son and I had a blast, you know, just having a great time in Australia.
• 55:22
SPEAKER_00: They were now in London, they were getting funding, they were in like a boardroom kind of idea, and they were saying, Okay, if we do this, how are you actually gonna do this?
• 55:35
SPEAKER_00: Like what you're proposing is crazy, and like and it and it's never been done.
• 55:40
SPEAKER_00: And my sister said, There's only one person on this planet that that one would be crazy enough to say yes to this, and has all the skills to do this.
• 55:47
SPEAKER_00: Like, my sister can build anything out of anything anywhere.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_00: I've watched her do it, whoops, do this, and I said, I'm all in, sis.
• 55:55
  SPEAKER_00: And she's like, What?
• 55:57
SPEAKER_00: So she went in, got the funding, and here we are.
• 55:59
SPEAKER_00: So two years ago, we came to Samoa to see if we can make this work.
• 56:02
SPEAKER_00: Their project, and their project is a fully compostable nappy that which which is it's all circular economy, and it is um women employed, women are the solution, is you know, the coming up with the solutions to the problem.
• 56:17
SPEAKER_00: They then sell the diapers and collect the dirty diapers, bring them to the composting area, which again is very like rural, it's just old palettes that I've you know put together and whatever, and we use a May Bruce process with a spice inoculant, and it's just grass diapers, grass diapers.
• 56:35
SPEAKER_00: And within eight to 12 weeks, we have the most beautiful compost.
• 56:38
  SPEAKER_00: Hi, just black.
• 56:40
  SPEAKER_00: It is so gorgeous.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_00: And we've now we now have a garden, a vegetable garden made from that compost.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_00: So in these villages in Samoa, we've now been here two years and we're just rocking it out.
• 56:51
SPEAKER_00: Um, we're getting we're getting support from all over the world, and we actually have eight other countries that have now signed on to say they're they want this in their countries, they want to bring this.
• 57:00
SPEAKER_00: So I have had the most like talk about passion and purpose, just like being able to support.
• 57:07
  SPEAKER_00: I love supporting.
• 57:08
SPEAKER_00: That's my personality by nature.
• 57:10
SPEAKER_00: I supported Daniel through his his through all of his stuff with the fixed code.
• 57:14
SPEAKER_00: Like, my dream was to help him build something so cool.
• 57:17
SPEAKER_00: And I did that with the online training and all the courses that we have.
• 57:20
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I've done that with my sister, like supporting amazing people is my jam.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_00: Like, I absolutely love doing that, and I really I feel very fulfilled.
• 57:30
SPEAKER_00: Like when you figure out what that is, like it's not a thing, it's how you want to what you what you want to do in the world for me, it's serve awesome people, it's serving excellence, people that want global impact.
• 57:45
SPEAKER_00: That's my passion and my purpose because I'm really good at it.
• 57:49
SPEAKER_00: So it's I really have found what I love to do.
• 57:54
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know who the next amazing person is, I don't know what the next amazing project is.
• 57:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but but I I've I love working with Daniel in the fixed code, like and I love being the co-founder of that company and continually serving excellent practitioners, people's moms, like whoever wants to learn this, like that's my passion.
• 58:14
SPEAKER_00: How can I help you learn this better?
• 58:16
SPEAKER_00: How can I help your family feel better through this technique?
• 58:20
SPEAKER_00: Like that's a passion, and it also gave me purpose.
• 58:23
SPEAKER_00: And then this is just an add-on, like this is like another cherry on the top of something already so cool.
• 58:29
SPEAKER_00: And when I figured that part out about myself, that it's in the serving, it's not in like I'm not it, I'm in, I'm not in the nappy business.
• 58:37
SPEAKER_00: I have no interest in learning compost or whatever.
• 58:40
SPEAKER_00: Like, that's not my that's not my jam.
• 58:42
SPEAKER_00: But what I do love doing is serving my sister in a way, like not serving, but like being in service to excellence.
• 58:50
SPEAKER_00: And when I put all that together and looked over my life, that is what I've loved my whole life.
• 58:56
SPEAKER_00: My parents are also in service to excellence.
• 58:59
SPEAKER_00: That's what they did with the Olympic Games, that's what I did with the Olympic Games.
• 59:02
SPEAKER_00: It's what I did in my my my private company um of international events.
• 59:07
SPEAKER_00: I I served excellence, I used my Rubik's Cube mind to solve big problems for big people that are doing bigger things.
• 59:17
SPEAKER_00: And um, and I I I have found my happiness.
• 59:21
  SPEAKER_00: I really have.
• 59:22
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm excited to my next adventure and what I'm doing.
• 59:25
SPEAKER_00: And I mean, I'm never gonna leave Samoa in the way of I will always be here coming back and forth over probably the next decade because we're gonna continually be expanding.
• 59:33
SPEAKER_00: We're expanding all throughout the global south again.
• 59:36
SPEAKER_00: So those are gonna be startups, and I'm gonna be flying all over the world to be doing those startups and training people and helping them to build a better community and take diapers out of the oceans and landfills and all that kind of stuff.
• 59:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 59:47
SPEAKER_00: And then the fixed code is just helping people, yeah.
• 59:49
SPEAKER_00: And then the fixed code is just helping people learn this technique so they can go help more people.
• 59:54
  SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
• 59:54
  SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's it.
• 59:55
SPEAKER_00: When you find it, you find it.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_01: When you find it, you find it.
• 59:58
SPEAKER_01: And I think that's a really great, uh, great note to to end on.
• 1:00:02
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Stacey.
• 1:00:03
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 1:00:03
SPEAKER_01: Um, thank you so much.
• 1:00:05
SPEAKER_01: Your passion is just um contagious.
• 1:00:09
SPEAKER_01: Um and uh I think it's a really great message to people, you know, that out of the darkness there is often uh ver a lot more light than you could have ever expected.
• 1:00:21
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
• 1:00:22
  SPEAKER_00: And that's a promise.
• 1:00:23
SPEAKER_00: Like that is a promise.
• 1:00:24
SPEAKER_00: Through the fixed code technique, I went from very dark to very, very happy.
• 1:00:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna check and get work.
• 1:00:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you've got to do the work, people.
• 1:00:32
  SPEAKER_01: We're gonna work.
