- 0:31Speaker 1: Happy Monday, guys, Welcome back to your favorite podcast. I
- 0:34Speaker 1: hope if He Rises actually in Tiana. Hello. Today's a
- 0:37Speaker 1: obviously in Monday episodes, so we're gonna get started with
- 0:39Speaker 1: a share of the week before we do our thought
- 0:41Speaker 1: to just introduce what today's episode is going to be
- 0:43Speaker 1: about to you know what you're in for. It's a
- 0:44Speaker 1: really funny one, a very light hearted one. We know
- 0:47Speaker 1: we've got quite a few deeper, heavier episodes this month,
- 0:50Speaker 1: so we wanted to bring in some laughter as well
- 0:52Speaker 1: as it's a good variety and it's what women Really
- 0:55Speaker 1: mean Part one. There's actually part two that's things that
- 0:58Speaker 1: we say, well what we actually mean underneath it.
- 1:01Speaker 2: You're gonna love this and resonate very deeply, going.
- 1:03Speaker 1: To resonate with every single and be like, oh my gosh,
- 1:06Speaker 1: I do that before we get started, though, what is
- 1:07Speaker 1: your share of the week?
- 1:08Speaker 2: My share of the week is actually mouth tape. Sorry,
- 1:11Speaker 2: she loves it, Lee, I can't talk anymore.
- 1:15Speaker 1: No, she doesn't.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like, are you we done? It's like we've
- 1:17Speaker 2: done right now? I love Yeah, I love you.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Yes. So. Mouth tape is something that.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I explored like a couple of years ago, and I
- 1:24Speaker 2: was super consistent with it for a while, and then
- 1:26Speaker 2: I don't know, I fell off the bandwagon for a while. However,
- 1:29Speaker 2: the last couple of months I have been religiously doing
- 1:31Speaker 2: it and I highly recommend it for like quality of sleep,
- 1:34Speaker 2: and especially if you're a mouth breather, it will help
- 1:37Speaker 2: you breathe properly, helps you get better rest, and also
- 1:40Speaker 2: it like changes your face when you're a mouth breathed up.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Please look into it anyway. This one is called v
- 1:45Speaker 2: I I think vo so Vio two and it's the
- 1:48Speaker 2: uncentered ones. I like those because obviously I'm a sensitive girly,
- 1:52Speaker 2: so this is perfect for me.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But you can totally try your own centered What do
- 1:55Speaker 1: you mean Center's uncentered? But is there centered ones?
- 1:58Speaker 2: Well? I think I had to look into it, and
- 1:59Speaker 2: apparently when they have lots of if they're like pink,
- 2:02Speaker 2: they have color dye and then they can have sense
- 2:04Speaker 2: and things like that. This is like a hyperallergenic one.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I should try your brand because I've tried one before.
- 2:09Speaker 1: But I'm not a mouth breather. I'm a nose breather. Yes,
- 2:12Speaker 1: so just I didn't feel any different, but I should
- 2:14Speaker 1: try the ones you've got. Yeah.
- 2:15Speaker 2: I feel like if you know that you're a nosebreather
- 2:17Speaker 2: and you don't necessarily need it, amazing. But I know
- 2:20Speaker 2: for me, like being a mouth breather, it like can
- 2:22Speaker 2: impact your jaw, it can make your teeth MISSI aligned,
- 2:25Speaker 2: it can change the way that you shape. It also
- 2:27Speaker 2: gives me bags under my eyes. Yeah, and when a
- 2:29Speaker 2: mouth breathe, so okay cool.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Yeah. My share of the week is a it's like
- 2:35Speaker 1: a beef jerky bar. I don't like beef jerky, like
- 2:37Speaker 1: Steve gets this one. It's Yeah, the texture I just
- 2:40Speaker 1: can't and the smell of it. But I actually got
- 2:43Speaker 1: sent these bars from Chief Nutrition I think is the
- 2:47Speaker 1: brand Chief. Yeah, they're the same brand of protein bars
- 2:49Speaker 1: that I really love. They've got like sweet protein bars.
- 2:51Speaker 1: But we just bought them one day. We ran on
- 2:53Speaker 1: that let's just try them. Yeah, there was a cheeseburger
- 2:55Speaker 1: flavor one and a smoky barbecue. I was actually really
- 2:57Speaker 1: scared because the texture of the smell, of the look
- 2:59Speaker 1: of it. I was just like, oh, obsessed. They are delicious,
- 3:04Speaker 1: like so tasty, and the macros are incredible. It's like
- 3:07Speaker 1: seventeen grands of protein one hundred and thirty calories or
- 3:10Speaker 1: something very low. It's the best snack and they are
- 3:13Speaker 1: so delicious. You don't get a sugar crash or anything.
- 3:16Speaker 1: If you're wanting to increase your protein, then this is
- 3:18Speaker 1: the perfect snack for you. So yum ah pricey only downfall,
- 3:22Speaker 1: Like did you say that is.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Seven dollars seven dollars yeah, but also seven dollars a
- 3:26Speaker 2: bar for like almost eighteen grams of protein.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Yes, and grass fed meat yes. Yeah. Very clean yeah,
- 3:32Speaker 1: very clean ingredients. Got a couple of like beautiful herbs
- 3:34Speaker 1: and spices in there. Yum.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Especially if you're a savory galy trust me, you will
- 3:39Speaker 2: love them.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Yes, that's my share of the week. Al Right, let's
- 3:42Speaker 1: get into it. Get ready to giggle because you're all
- 3:44Speaker 1: going to relate to these. So these are things that
- 3:46Speaker 1: women say. We've written down a lot that we have used,
- 3:49Speaker 1: and what we really mean underneath it. Do you want
- 3:51Speaker 1: to start with the first one? Yes? Okay, go.
- 3:54Speaker 2: So what women say I'm fine?
- 3:58Speaker 1: What they really mean? I'm going to decide whether I'm going.
- 4:01Speaker 2: To answer calmly or if I'm going to let you
- 4:04Speaker 2: get really confused and figure out what it does that
- 4:06Speaker 2: actually mean.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Absolutely not fine. Fine does not mean we're fine. Yeah,
- 4:11Speaker 1: that is so fine. I'm actually not fine. Yeah, literally,
- 4:13Speaker 1: it's what means. Hey, you hear a girls say that
- 4:15Speaker 1: I'm fine. No, buddy, she is not fine. No, investigate
- 4:19Speaker 1: you should run run, No, don't run. I don't make
- 4:23Speaker 1: her mad. Yes, ask my question. Okay, next time I've
- 4:26Speaker 1: got down, is it's okay? Don't worry? Oh? Is in
- 4:30Speaker 1: fact not okay? Worry? Immediately worry deeply and try again.
- 4:37Speaker 1: When she says don't worry, worry. Why would we like this?
- 4:42Speaker 1: I don't know, but I love us. It's so funny.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Honestly, If she says don't worry, there's something you've done
- 4:48Speaker 2: and she's mad about it. She might not have told you,
- 4:51Speaker 2: but it's there. But it's brewing in her head and
- 4:53Speaker 2: it's getting bigger by the minute. Okay, so please investigate,
- 4:56Speaker 2: Go get some flowers and dig deep and figure.
- 4:58Speaker 1: It out and brace yourself. Brace yourself. How about no, no,
- 5:03Speaker 1: do whatever you want?
- 5:04Speaker 2: Oh I believe it actually means pick the option I want,
- 5:11Speaker 2: or we're going to.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Have a problem, or I just imagine what do as
- 5:15Speaker 1: I say, Or we're going to have a problem. Oh
- 5:17Speaker 1: my gosh. Like se doesn't go out often, but I
- 5:19Speaker 1: imagine with women that's like their partner wants to go
- 5:21Speaker 1: out with the boys. Yeah, do it? You want go out?
- 5:23Speaker 1: It's like, no, I don't stay with her.
- 5:25Speaker 2: You better stay in and tell her that you would
- 5:26Speaker 2: rather spend time with her than go out with the boys.
- 5:28Speaker 1: At least offer to stay with her.
- 5:29Speaker 2: At least offer because then at least she can say
- 5:31Speaker 2: no because she'll probably feel bad anyway. Yes, maybe, depending
- 5:34Speaker 2: on who you're dealing means.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Okay, oh this one. I'm definitely trying to not do
- 5:44Speaker 1: this because I don't like this when I do this,
- 5:47Speaker 1: But I the people please it in me wants to
- 5:50Speaker 1: say it all the time. We should catch up soon.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Oh we're probably not going to catch up, soom I'm
- 5:56Speaker 2: probably never going to see you ever again in my
- 5:57Speaker 2: life or never?
- 5:59Speaker 1: Wh did I write down, I'll never see you unless
- 6:00Speaker 1: you actively set a time, confirm it, and semba fair
- 6:04Speaker 1: the call. Just as I get older, yeah, my circle
- 6:08Speaker 1: gets smaller intentionally. Yeah, you're like your circle aka me,
- 6:12Speaker 1: I'm in the circle. It is harder to maintain a
- 6:17Speaker 1: lot of connections when I was younger and they were
- 6:19Speaker 1: more surface level. My friends left friend center and just
- 6:22Speaker 1: so many of them. I can catch up them all
- 6:24Speaker 1: the time, and no kids got all the time in
- 6:25Speaker 1: the world. Yes, I'll go for coffee. Yes, I'll come
- 6:27Speaker 1: out and do this. Yes, of course I want to
- 6:29Speaker 1: what else I'm gonna do with my time? Whereas now
- 6:31Speaker 1: I'm like, oh is that worth late night? Yeah, if
- 6:35Speaker 1: it's past six pm, I'm not going. If I send
- 6:37Speaker 1: time with you, that meaning I could be with her,
- 6:41Speaker 1: or like even events, I'm like, why would I go
- 6:43Speaker 1: to that event to socialize some people I don't know
- 6:46Speaker 1: when I could be at home with my kids. Yeah, no,
- 6:47Speaker 1: thank you. Yeah. So it's just like I need to
- 6:50Speaker 1: stop saying that though, because I just say it because
- 6:52Speaker 1: I feel guilty if I haven't seen them, you know.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Yeah, what about like when you initiate it and then
- 6:57Speaker 2: they follow up and you're like, damn, now I'm tired. Yeah,
- 7:00Speaker 2: you know you're like, oh, shouldn't say that, Yes, right.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah, it's tough. I feel bad in saying that because
- 7:06Speaker 1: I do genuinely love everyone in my life, but I
- 7:09Speaker 1: don't know, it just gets harder to get old. Yeah.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I think it is more with people who are acquaintances
- 7:13Speaker 2: or people who.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Aren't that grosse in your life point. That's what I'm feeling.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Like I was going to say, like people close by you, like,
- 7:17Speaker 2: of course I have time for you, make time for you,
- 7:19Speaker 2: but yes, people who aren't in your immediate circle, then
- 7:21Speaker 2: it's the Oh, but I could be pouring it into
- 7:23Speaker 2: the kids.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Then I could be pouring it into Steve or me yes,
- 7:26Speaker 1: or Megsy Orgy yeah Chezy, like someone that has been
- 7:30Speaker 1: in my life for a long time, and I just
- 7:31Speaker 1: really really feel recharge hanging out with them sometimes when
- 7:34Speaker 1: they're acquaintances. I can think it can train my energy
- 7:36Speaker 1: a bit, yes, because it's not service level, but I
- 7:38Speaker 1: don't know you're doing trying to do a whole years
- 7:40Speaker 1: catch up in one go. Yes, that makes sense, and
- 7:42Speaker 1: I wonder as well.
- 7:43Speaker 2: When it's a new relationship, you're kind of you're building
- 7:46Speaker 2: a relationship, so you don't know everything about them, you
- 7:48Speaker 2: don't know if it's fully safe yet you're kind of
- 7:50Speaker 2: still figuring each other out.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I mean, I didn't happen with us, and I was like,
- 7:54Speaker 1: I know I could see you, like I told you
- 7:56Speaker 1: my whole lifetime story the second time in the year.
- 7:58Speaker 2: But okay, yeah, like we went deep pretty quick. Yeah yeah,
- 8:02Speaker 2: so the other way, Okay, what else have you got?
- 8:04Speaker 1: So I'm I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Oh if
- 8:07Speaker 1: my mum ever said that to me, that crushed me.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Cut deep hay. Yes, I know my dad said that
- 8:12Speaker 1: once and I was like, oh, I'd rather you be mad.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, but you know it means I am mad.
- 8:18Speaker 2: I'm just sad too, and I want you to feel.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Guilty for it, yes, right, yeah for sure. Yeah.
- 8:25Speaker 2: It also means I'm emotionally shutting down down and I'm
- 8:27Speaker 2: questioning every single thing about us.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Anxious honestly. Yes, that's so relatable.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Abandoned before I get abandoned.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Sabotage it, so you kind of bandon me all abandon myself. Yeah,
- 8:39Speaker 1: then I'll fuck this up. Yeah, and I'll blame you.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Then I'll be the victim. Wow, Okay, moving on. My
- 8:47Speaker 1: next one is I don't need help. I need help,
- 8:51Speaker 1: but I want you to offer the help. Yeah, I
- 8:53Speaker 1: want you to say, do you need some help with that?
- 8:55Speaker 1: Can I help there? And then if you don't, to
- 8:57Speaker 1: get sad, I do it myself. Then I want to
- 8:59Speaker 1: be an independent woman. But I'm also a girl. Yes,
- 9:01Speaker 1: want you to take care of me. I'm just a girl,
- 9:03Speaker 1: and I want someone to do the hardship with Yes,
- 9:05Speaker 1: by myself. Yes, so, yes, I do need help, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm too scared to ask because I've grown up in
- 9:08Speaker 1: a society where it's celebrated to be the boss girl. Yeah,
- 9:11Speaker 1: you're by yourself and you're so strong and you can
- 9:13Speaker 1: handle a Wow, you hold so much go girls, praise babe,
- 9:17Speaker 1: praise to hold it all. Yes, yes, totally.
- 9:19Speaker 2: And it's also like I don't want to have to
- 9:21Speaker 2: ask because if I ask, it doesn't count. Yes, literally,
- 9:24Speaker 2: that doesn't count. No, because then you didn't think of
- 9:26Speaker 2: it yourself. Now it's not thought full.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Mm hmm, don't even bother. I hones stood myself ruined. Yeah,
- 9:32Speaker 1: oh this next time you've gotten down. I just think
- 9:35Speaker 1: it's funny. How it's like if I get a date,
- 9:39Speaker 1: it says, I don't mean to be rude, but you're
- 9:41Speaker 1: going to be rude.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yes, I just don't think this is funny, and I'm
- 9:44Speaker 2: about to fuck you up with some truth.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yes, literally, it's not funny at all.
- 9:48Speaker 2: I'm going to give you forty seven dot points of
- 9:49Speaker 2: how this is absolutely not funny and you did the
- 9:52Speaker 2: absolute wrong thing.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're gonna hear about it. Why we say that?
- 9:55Speaker 1: I just think it's funny. How it's not funny. It's
- 9:57Speaker 1: not how I say that.
- 9:58Speaker 2: No, it's absolutely But I'm going to bring an emotional
- 10:01Speaker 2: folder full of evidence of all the ways that you
- 10:04Speaker 2: do the wrong thing.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Yes, you know, like a full emotional ted talk. Yes, yeah,
- 10:10Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that's so funny. Why do we do this? Oh?
- 10:13Speaker 1: Reading this out, I'm like, this is cringe, but we
- 10:15Speaker 1: all do it. This next one word for it. This
- 10:20Speaker 1: is what I've written down. Do you still love me?
- 10:23Speaker 1: Because what it actually means is I'm spiraling for no
- 10:26Speaker 1: reason to need reassurance immediately before my brain writes a
- 10:29Speaker 1: fake breakup story. Do you know how often I'll say
- 10:31Speaker 1: that to Steve. If I'm feeling insecure, I might have
- 10:33Speaker 1: been just suky insecure around him. But just like suky,
- 10:36Speaker 1: like you didn't love me anymore. You used to love
- 10:39Speaker 1: me so much more. You don't want to be me? Right?
- 10:41Speaker 1: Do you even think I'm attracted? Would you still love
- 10:42Speaker 1: me if I was a worm? Do you think I
- 10:46Speaker 1: look hot? It's like, wow, you're wearing a moomoo, so
- 10:48Speaker 1: you've looked better. But yeah, Like have I put on
- 10:51Speaker 1: weight just asking for it? Oh my god? Like is
- 10:55Speaker 1: this a trap? Yes? The tracks we put the men
- 10:57Speaker 1: in the other day, Steve coming to I told you
- 10:59Speaker 1: I can't show you guys the action, but you know
- 11:01Speaker 1: when someone like flexes and muscles. So I'm really insecure
- 11:04Speaker 1: about my shoulders and muscles because like, I gain a
- 11:08Speaker 1: lot of muscle to my upper body very quickly and
- 11:10Speaker 1: very easily. It's I don't know, have a genetic or
- 11:12Speaker 1: just I don't know, growing a bum so much harder.
- 11:16Speaker 1: So as i'd lift like one upper body weight, I'm like, wow.
- 11:19Speaker 1: So I'm securely because I've been training more upper body
- 11:21Speaker 1: because I really enjoy it and I want good posture.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I don't want to be in proportion, but I've been
- 11:25Speaker 1: saying it to you and I feel big, I feel musty.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We got this photo second the other day and I
- 11:29Speaker 1: zoomed him. I was like, look at that fucking shoulder.
- 11:31Speaker 1: She literally zumed all the way in and she was like,
- 11:33Speaker 1: it looks like a man's shoulder. Literally. Then I love
- 11:36Speaker 1: having a strong bag. Yes, so I'm like conflicting. Anyways,
- 11:39Speaker 1: Steve comes in and do my makeup and I was
- 11:41Speaker 1: in my little gym were seat and he goes, looks
- 11:43Speaker 1: really good, babe. But as he did it, he like,
- 11:45Speaker 1: how can I describe that pose? Like, ah, like a
- 11:48Speaker 1: muscle pose, like put his.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Arms in front of him like he was flexing his
- 11:51Speaker 2: arms like a melly man would on stage.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yes, that's a great describe because you look really good,
- 11:55Speaker 1: like oh, like really strong. And I was like, my jaw,
- 11:58Speaker 1: my face would have been daggers. And he was like,
- 12:01Speaker 1: you look good, babe. I'm like I would look musty. Yeah,
- 12:04Speaker 1: I look to feminine and like, I don't know, just
- 12:07Speaker 1: in shape and healthy. Not ah, you look strong son.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I've message my coach George just like, okay, we're not
- 12:13Speaker 1: doing anyone because like that, which if I was to
- 12:16Speaker 1: measure your arms. Yes, they've not grown. No, I've not grown.
- 12:19Speaker 1: And I say this actually all the time. I'm like,
- 12:21Speaker 1: you're actually like.
- 12:22Speaker 2: The leanest you've been, Like you look smaller. And I
- 12:24Speaker 2: keep trying to tell her. She just goes in one
- 12:26Speaker 2: ear and out the other. She's like she hears what
- 12:27Speaker 2: she wants to hear, and she's like musty like a man.
- 12:30Speaker 2: And imagine Steve going her.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Literally my brain. So we've went off track, but yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 1: they do you still love me? That comes up so
- 12:39Speaker 1: funny you pick the restaurant. I don't mind totally.
- 12:45Speaker 2: That's a lie because I have three scenarios or meet
- 12:48Speaker 2: up options in my head, and i'd like for you
- 12:50Speaker 2: to know what they are.
- 12:51Speaker 1: If they don't evolve Steak, like, what are you doing?
- 12:53Speaker 1: Please choose the right one, don't you don't? Pizza?
- 12:56Speaker 2: I'm gonna say, no, you have one chance.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Yes, you know the three restaurants I love. Picked one
- 13:02Speaker 1: of those one.
- 13:03Speaker 2: It's not hard, it's not hard. It's very simple. Girl
- 13:05Speaker 2: like steak and a burger and Japanese on a good day.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Oh yes, Japanese definitely, but not lately the right Japanese restaurant. Yes,
- 13:11Speaker 1: I think I've just been on convenience mistakes. Just there.
- 13:14Speaker 1: That's we do love it, soue we do. And the
- 13:17Speaker 1: new one, the new restaurant.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Oh naughte, Yes naughte. I highly recommend Triok me on
- 13:21Speaker 2: a date last week.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Was delicious, so yummy. This one is me. This one's
- 13:26Speaker 1: a good one. I'm so like this. I actually know what.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'm very vocal about my birthday now. But I used
- 13:30Speaker 1: to be like that. She loves attention. I love attention
- 13:32Speaker 1: and I love presence. I don't need anything for my
- 13:35Speaker 1: but I actually said it to you, cracking up. See,
- 13:39Speaker 1: I know what my birthday for was the other day
- 13:40Speaker 1: that I ruined the surprise. It's like, baby, do you
- 13:41Speaker 1: need to buy me anything? And she looks at me.
- 13:43Speaker 1: I'm like, but thank you.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I'm like, thank you so much, Like, don't even start this.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I'm like, lie, I'm through your teeth girl.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Yep. But yeah, I don't need anything for my birthday,
- 13:53Speaker 1: which actually means surprise me. Make it personal, put a
- 13:57Speaker 1: lot of thought and time and effort into it. If
- 13:59Speaker 1: you don't, I'm going to be very very upset, absolutely
- 14:01Speaker 1: very upset. Yeah, and if you buy something, shit you
- 14:05Speaker 1: know about it? Yeah.
- 14:06Speaker 2: And if it's not if it's not personal, I'm gonna
- 14:08Speaker 2: sick about it. Yeah, I think that my best friend
- 14:09Speaker 2: doesn't love me.
- 14:10Speaker 1: And you don't put any of it in Yep, You've
- 14:13Speaker 1: always get scared on my birthday times because because I'm
- 14:15Speaker 1: the hardest person to buy for. Oh really, I don't
- 14:17Speaker 1: think I am. Yeah, it's like, whatever you want to get,
- 14:19Speaker 1: you just go buy. Yeah, fair enough. Yeah, true, Well
- 14:21Speaker 1: that did happen the other day. Yeah. True.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Actually, oh my god, I actually wanted that thing and
- 14:26Speaker 2: I knew, yes, I knew that you were going.
- 14:28Speaker 1: To buy it. But it's a funny story. Actually, So
- 14:30Speaker 1: I messaged my makeup artist. I was like, what was
- 14:32Speaker 1: that lipliner you use? I absolutely love it. I'm just
- 14:34Speaker 1: about to go to the shops. She was like, it's
- 14:35Speaker 1: Morphy this color. I was like sweet. And then I'm
- 14:39Speaker 1: in the makeup store and Tiana calls me. But Tiana
- 14:41Speaker 1: had messaged my makeup artist. Yeah, straight, she said. It
- 14:44Speaker 1: was literally after I messaged her. Yeah, it was right
- 14:46Speaker 1: around the same time. It was crazy. I don't know why.
- 14:47Speaker 1: I was like Anya sort of Ashy's birthday presents, Yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and said, what is the powder that you used on Ashley.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I want to get it for a birthday, and she
- 14:53Speaker 1: was like, oh, Ash's at the shops buying makeup. Now
- 14:56Speaker 1: you better call me, better check. So she haven't randomly
- 14:59Speaker 1: callsed me, which is not anything new. So okay, babe,
- 15:01Speaker 1: what are you doing. I was like, I'm just at
- 15:02Speaker 1: the shop. I'm just getting some makeup. She's like, what
- 15:04Speaker 1: are you buying? I was like, oh, this is go
- 15:06Speaker 1: on TikTok, who I've just super influenced by. And she's
- 15:08Speaker 1: always raised about this bronzing serum Natasha Deanna Da da da.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna get that. But I also had a basket
- 15:15Speaker 1: full of stuff in there. Yeah, so I just told
- 15:16Speaker 1: you about that because we list off the whole product
- 15:18Speaker 1: then and you're like, okay, cool. I didn't call for
- 15:20Speaker 1: any reason. Yeah. I was like I just want to
- 15:21Speaker 1: stay hi.
- 15:22Speaker 2: And then I was like cool, she's not getting the thing.
- 15:24Speaker 2: And I was like, okay, I hope she's not getting it.
- 15:26Speaker 2: And then she like posts a fucking story the next
- 15:28Speaker 2: day and she's like using the powder, putting, oh, the makeup.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I has told me to do this, and I'm like
- 15:32Speaker 1: that's fine. She up. She's like yeah, but I've already
- 15:35Speaker 1: got that far. It's okay.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I'm like, you're getting She's like, you can take it
- 15:37Speaker 2: back or you can keep it. I'm like, no, I'm
- 15:38Speaker 2: giving you just getting two now. So funny, No, rush,
- 15:47Speaker 2: I say this, and oh my gosh, I feel like
- 15:50Speaker 2: I say this more than you. Oh, but I actually
- 15:52Speaker 2: need you to be ready forty seven minutes early. You
- 15:55Speaker 2: definitely every time. Okay, this woman, I love her for it, right,
- 15:59Speaker 2: And she's actually taught me how to stop being late.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I will give you that. I've actually now I think
- 16:03Speaker 2: a little bit more forward. You've been great anyway. So
- 16:06Speaker 2: she'll message me and we'll be like, okay, we'll meet
- 16:08Speaker 2: at five am to go for training in the morning,
- 16:10Speaker 2: and she'll message me at like four forty and she'd be.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Like, hey, babe, just here's sitting in the car. Don't worry.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I can work. And I'm like, well, now I'm anxious because,
- 16:19Speaker 1: like I just got up.
- 16:20Speaker 2: When someone comes when you're not ready, you know that
- 16:23Speaker 2: they're waiting for you immediately puts you into this anxious mindset.
- 16:26Speaker 2: And she does it to me all the time. And
- 16:27Speaker 2: then there was this one time where I showed up
- 16:29Speaker 2: early and she was like, oh my god, I'm so sorry.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Is this how it feels when I do it to you?
- 16:33Speaker 2: I was like, yes, it is, Yes, it absolutely is.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I was rushing, rushing, rushing. I was like, oh my gosh, shit,
- 16:39Speaker 1: I do this so like No, especially with work tasks.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I feel like when you know, we like need it
- 16:44Speaker 2: from other peoples, so rush, but like we're like, please
- 16:47Speaker 2: give it to us forty seven minutes ago.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Are we impatient at work? I think we are, I.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Think a little bit, only because you and I move
- 16:53Speaker 2: very fast, and so when we work with other people,
- 16:55Speaker 2: we expect them to move with the same strong Oh
- 16:57Speaker 2: it's painful and when they don't. This is not talking
- 16:59Speaker 2: about Ash no, right at all.
- 17:01Speaker 1: ASH is so efficient. Yes, but there's just been different
- 17:03Speaker 1: scenarios where we need something from some one to get
- 17:05Speaker 1: done and it takes taking a few weeks. Yep, that
- 17:08Speaker 1: is hard. I'll say to Steve, are you gonna finish that?
- 17:14Speaker 1: And he's like, no, you can have it. He knows
- 17:16Speaker 1: that the seagulls coming in you finish off. Like I'm
- 17:21Speaker 1: just a little hungry, a little hungry. I want to
- 17:23Speaker 1: try it. Yes, I love that. I say that often
- 17:25Speaker 1: if anyone's like just dawdling and not eating their food,
- 17:28Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm not going to leave it there. Yeah,
- 17:29Speaker 1: You're gonna finish your staying or finish it, especially if
- 17:31Speaker 1: it's something worth eating. Oh yeah, if it's dessert, Yeah,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I think.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I'm not hungry.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I'm not hungry.
- 17:39Speaker 2: I'll eat your fries like hungry raccoon.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Yes, oh my god.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Like if my partner or anyone is getting like food
- 17:47Speaker 2: and then they don't get me food and then they
- 17:48Speaker 2: get food, I'm like.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Yeah, you think you don't want it, and then they
- 17:50Speaker 1: get it. You just start eating all their food anyway,
- 17:52Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden you're hungry. Yeah, you're
- 17:53Speaker 1: like you should have known, you've learned that lesson. If
- 17:55Speaker 1: he gets something and I say I don't want it,
- 17:57Speaker 1: He'll just get it anyway. He's like you don't eat it,
- 17:59Speaker 1: like whatever. Amazing, But I want my holdmial to myself.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I just want to want to take care of me
- 18:03Speaker 1: like that. Yes, I'm not stalking them. Absolutely. I have
- 18:08Speaker 1: stalked your ex partner and I know exactly where he lives,
- 18:11Speaker 1: I know what he does, I know who he's following,
- 18:12Speaker 1: and I know what he's doing today and what his
- 18:15Speaker 1: last three girlfriends look like. Literally, I need to investigate,
- 18:18Speaker 1: especially if it's a new guy. Yes, I'll go ham
- 18:20Speaker 1: to start talking to anyone. I'm like, I want to
- 18:22Speaker 1: know everything about that FBI. Yeah, the red slags, not
- 18:26Speaker 1: these things. The times where I have had somebody come
- 18:28Speaker 1: into my life. He gets so protective. So yeah, I
- 18:31Speaker 1: love it.
- 18:31Speaker 2: And you'd be like, oh what about this and watch
- 18:33Speaker 2: out for this and don't like that. Yeah, but in
- 18:37Speaker 2: the best way comes detective a loving place.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Yes, definitely, I'm not stalking them. Then you'll say something like, oh, yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 1: I know he was with that girl last week, Like, oh,
- 18:44Speaker 1: you're not stalking them. Oh maybe I had a look.
- 18:48Speaker 1: See how about I'm so over that it completely, not
- 18:54Speaker 1: over it, not over it. No, I think they come
- 18:56Speaker 1: out recently to you with something and I was like, oh,
- 18:59Speaker 1: we'll talk about this next week. Just sometimes we say
- 19:00Speaker 1: they're over things like it's totally gonna come up again
- 19:03Speaker 1: next week. Oh my god, totally.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I will absolutely be bringing this in on my nine
- 19:07Speaker 2: thousandth iteration of this story.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Literally when it comes up for me again. Sometimes I'll
- 19:12Speaker 1: say I'm over it for today. I know one's going
- 19:14Speaker 1: to come up next week.
- 19:15Speaker 2: I like that, and yeah, I'm definitely not over it.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'm good today, but I'm not over it. Fully, you know,
- 19:20Speaker 1: I understands still bringing out something that happened a year ago,
- 19:22Speaker 1: but that's okay, yep. Same, What about just the word whatever?
- 19:27Speaker 1: You think it's done, it's not done. The debate's not done,
- 19:29Speaker 1: the argument's not done. She says whatever. She's trying to
- 19:32Speaker 1: check out. She's still really mad whatever, yeah, or whatever.
- 19:35Speaker 1: He's pissed. Yeah, she's really pissed. He's pissed. She's pissed,
- 19:39Speaker 1: but she's tired.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Can't be bothered fighting with you. But she's going to
- 19:42Speaker 2: bring it up again later. Yeah, and she's probably gonna
- 19:43Speaker 2: make you suffer for it later.
- 19:45Speaker 1: This is not Overana, No, you know what.
- 19:49Speaker 2: You're like whatever, and then it's like later on you're
- 19:51Speaker 2: like they actually you know, but or like your partner's
- 19:54Speaker 2: trying to come back and they're like trying to make amends,
- 19:56Speaker 2: and you're like, I'm not ready yet.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to song for a little bit long,
- 19:59Speaker 1: just just.
- 20:00Speaker 2: A lease three more hours, and then when i'm hungry,
- 20:03Speaker 2: I'll come back.
- 20:05Speaker 1: So true your food love me feed me, never leave me. Yes,
- 20:09Speaker 1: I don't want to ruin the vibe. I'm gonna tell
- 20:12Speaker 1: you anyway because I'm really sad. I need to talk
- 20:14Speaker 1: about it.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Or like when you're you know, when you're not feeling
- 20:17Speaker 2: good and you're just like, oh, I don't really want
- 20:19Speaker 2: to come because I'm not in a good mood, or yes,
- 20:21Speaker 2: I don't know if feeling a high vibe.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I think sometimes it's a little bit of a bit
- 20:24Speaker 1: for reassurance. Yeah, because then it's like it's okay if
- 20:26Speaker 1: you're not in the vibe. Yeah, you're not going to
- 20:28Speaker 1: ruin the vibe because as if your friend's going to
- 20:30Speaker 1: be like, oh yeah, don't come there.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Yeah you look, you know what, I actually don't want
- 20:33Speaker 2: that energy, rightah, because.
- 20:34Speaker 1: You're going to remind you that you're okay, you're not
- 20:36Speaker 1: gonna run the vibe. I'm gonna lift your vibe make
- 20:37Speaker 1: you feel better. That's so true.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Actually, Yeah, when we do that, it's like hey, I'm
- 20:41Speaker 2: or actually will voice note each other. Yes, hey babe,
- 20:43Speaker 2: just want to pre warn you and this is the
- 20:45Speaker 2: state that I'm in. Yes, do you still want to
- 20:48Speaker 2: hang out with me and love me?
- 20:50Speaker 1: Yeah? And then like five minutes and hanging out it
- 20:52Speaker 1: feels better. Yes, And even if we always remind each other,
- 20:55Speaker 1: like we don't have to be high vibe all the time.
- 20:57Speaker 1: But I think it's a bid for just reassurance. I
- 20:59Speaker 1: know when I say it, I'm like, I'm going to
- 21:00Speaker 1: make sure I don't want to ruin the vibe for you. Yes,
- 21:02Speaker 1: you're in a high vibe like I'm not.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Yes, And also like what you said, we kind of
- 21:06Speaker 2: bring each other up and then by the time we're
- 21:07Speaker 2: leaving we're like laughing.
- 21:08Speaker 1: I head.
- 21:08Speaker 2: But anyway, Yeah, it's like just the medicine we needed.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Yes, So that's kind of the tame version. I feel
- 21:14Speaker 1: We've got a part two coming, which is more specific
- 21:16Speaker 1: on best friends things and intimate relationship. Absolutely, it's going
- 21:20Speaker 1: to be juicy, a little bit more juicy and brutal,
- 21:22Speaker 1: so stay tuned for that. But I hope you guys
- 21:24Speaker 1: enjoyed this something a little bit lighthearted and different, and
- 21:26Speaker 1: we've got an epic episode on Wednesdays. I stay tune
- 21:28Speaker 1: and Bessie
- 21:29Speaker 2: Tomorrow absolutely sees Bye Bye
