- 0:00Speaker: I see all good people now.
- 0:02Speaker: And there are every religion, every culture, every place, all people are born as angels, so to speak, of God, of godliness, without taking issue with religion or culture or society, as said.
- 0:27Speaker: Judge not that yea be not judged, is a saying revered for thousands of years.
- 0:36Speaker: And yet, if we look at ourselves and see what we are articulating once in a while, often, whatever it might be, realizing just what we are doing, maybe we're being judgmental a little more than we thought.
- 1:02Speaker: Who is more right or who is more wrong is a question has been echoed by individuals, by bodies of authority and position for countless years.
- 1:20Speaker: When the issue of one or all is basically the same thing.
- 1:29Speaker: We are all bundles of miracles.
- 1:32Speaker: All should be humbled before the majesty of existence.
- 1:39Speaker: Awe is the recognition of the immensity of what we are a part.
- 1:46Speaker: So feeling a sense of awe.
- 1:51Speaker: Your Majesty, please.
- 1:54Speaker: Allowing one's vibration to come to the forefront of one's thinking, of one's awareness, finding one's breath, one's pulse, one's shimmering majesty, undulating, ecstatic with life energy.
- 2:13Speaker: This is one of your infinite number of names.
- 2:19Speaker: It is important to remember the most basic and fundamental, and this is one foundational.
- 2:29Speaker: Please remember whom you are, thankful with a sense of positive direction being articulated, for a chance to be alive in the first place.
- 2:56Speaker: It is so much at stake.
- 2:59Speaker: It is one's direction and mind, it is opportunities won or lost, it is everything.
- 3:08Speaker: Know thyself.
- 3:10Speaker: To whom are we being true?
- 3:15Speaker: To thine own self.
- 3:17Speaker: In each and all of these items or thoughts we're sharing, the important link passing through them all is acknowledging, remembering, returning to one's broadening perception of what is, being inclusive of oneself.
- 3:46Speaker: Physicality is, we all well know, a potential tool for finding a platform from which we can rise in our own unique ways, from our own unique cultures, from our own unique family backgrounds and societies.
- 4:10Speaker: It is going to be unique for each.
- 4:13Speaker: Know thyself, to thine own self be true.
- 4:20Speaker: But all others inclusively, judging, predetermining, taking on prejudices, assuming one's thoughts are more accurate than others may or may not be true.
- 4:39Speaker: For many centuries the world was considered to be flat.
- 4:46Speaker: This was the consensus of scientific opinion.
- 4:50Speaker: What does this mean?
- 4:52Speaker: It means everyone believed, or most people believed.
- 4:56Speaker: The world was flat, that was it.
- 4:58Speaker: Don't go over the edge.
- 5:01Speaker: And yet this was wrong.
- 5:05Speaker: Do we understand it?
- 5:06Speaker: Yes.
- 5:07Speaker: Are we belittling anyone for having these beliefs?
- 5:12Speaker: No, these are the growing pains of evolution.
- 5:16Speaker: What do we have here?
- 5:18Speaker: A conundrum of thinking.
- 5:21Speaker: It is to vibrate one's thoughts.
- 5:25Speaker: We are sharing.
- 5:27Speaker: We each are taking what value there might be in our own unique way.
- 5:35Speaker: We are so lucky to be alive, to have senses upon which we can utilize to find ourselves in our harbour safe and sound.
- 5:50Speaker: Finding this now inside of oneself.
- 5:56Speaker: Your harbour, your Majesty, please.
- 6:00Speaker: One hand upon the rudder, the other the helm, guiding one's ship to safety, to family, friends, being more whole to learning, gathering one's experiences in a sense of positivity, learning, seeking to learn, being curious to learn, joyful, making sure.
- 6:29Speaker: Yoga is a philosophy in which by its very name to yoke or to harness in Sanskrit, what are they speaking about yoking?
- 6:43Speaker: One's being, one's mind, one's body.
- 6:48Speaker: And so evolving over thousands of years, these pursuits have been followed and practiced, and so we continue here, as all religions in a sense do, as all societies in a sense do.
- 7:05Speaker: One better than the other?
- 7:08Speaker: Different for sure, but also very similar.
- 7:14Speaker: How do we judge a blade of grass?
- 7:19Speaker: If we have a field of grasses, a beautiful meadow in the sun, in a bright blue sky with shiny white clouds and a beautiful sun overhead, the opportunity presents us to pick in this field ten different grasses.
- 7:39Speaker: Does the height of one or the broadness of its leaves make it better or worse or just different than its fellow grass leaves?
- 7:53Speaker: No.
- 7:54Speaker: It's just different, with different characteristics.
- 7:58Speaker: Remembering this when one thinks of religion and remember simultaneously looking for simple truth, not intellectualized conversation, but simplicity, integrity, authenticity, and truth.
- 8:22Speaker: And no, I'm not saying that I am that.
- 8:26Speaker: You and I each separately must determine our own direction.
- 8:33Speaker: We are sharing, discussing, yet what I am saying and suggesting is to be authentic.
- 8:41Speaker: Have as wide a foundation of reasoning and perspective as one can physically, spiritually, mentally, in all ways one is open minded, patient, kind, with compassion.
- 9:00Speaker: Great beginning for acquiring more virtues.
- 9:06Speaker: These are virtues we're talking about, but for acquiring more, there's a whole slew, organization, all of these different qualities we can learn about, seek towards, practice, become, as an actor, become what you are seeking, making it positive.
- 9:32Speaker: Being here now, finding our place in a universe more vast than even science speculates, being older, being filled with trillions of suns, trillions, trillions of suns.
- 9:53Speaker: So science says trillions of planets revolving around most of these energy spheres.
- 10:04Speaker: Does it make you open minded to consider just perhaps we're not the only intelligence in all of this?
- 10:16Speaker: Finding one's foundation upon the base of what one can, not necessarily upon notions created by our fellow man, but just by what is represented in one's own being, in one's own fingers and toes and nose and eyes.
- 10:36Speaker: What this represents evolution, DNA.
- 10:42Speaker: Whom are you?
- 10:45Speaker: On a world we call earth.
- 10:48Speaker: Have no quarrel with other beliefs and philosophies.
- 10:54Speaker: Have no quarrel.
- 10:56Speaker: For we are asking in the same breath to be kind and understanding and considerate and compassionate and having empathy.
- 11:06Speaker: So why would we be angry or sad or mad when we are seeking understanding, collaboration, compromise?
- 11:18Speaker: Let us with our intelligence, which obviously mankind has, to join together to improve our species, not to fall back or linger in ignorance, but discuss and learn together.
- 11:37Speaker: Each of us has something to offer.
- 11:41Speaker: Each of us is a miracle.
- 11:44Speaker: Experiencing a sense of humility in recognizing the expanse of what we are part of.
- 11:55Speaker: Thankful.
- 11:56Speaker: The day, whenever it begins for one, is an incredible opportunity for one's life.
- 12:06Speaker: Nurture every moment one possibly can.
- 12:11Speaker: Namaste
