- 5:35SPEAKER_02: Remember, there will be periods of silence during this practice to allow you to deepen your experience with each prompt.

- 5:45SPEAKER_02: So close your eyes, just become present.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: Allow your attention to move freely among sounds, bodily sensations, smells, or thoughts you may experience.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: If your attention is captured by a thought, gently return to the present.

- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Step three, we'll be focusing on the bodily sensations related to the breath.
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: Without suppressing anything else, restrict your attention to the sensations of movement produced by breathing around the nose, face, chest, and abdomen.
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: Direct your attention to the sensations produced by the air moving in and out of your nostrils.
- 20:13SPEAKER_02: Identify where these sensations are clearest inside the nostrils, at the tip of the nose, on the upper lip, or elsewhere.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: Just keep your attention on this area, maintaining peripheral awareness of background sensations.
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: But we have transitioned to a meditation object.
- 24:57SPEAKER_02: We will spend the remainder of our session focusing on the sensations of the breath at the nose.
- 25:03SPEAKER_02: Stage two of the shortened the periods of mind wandering and extend the periods of sustained attention to the meditation object.

- 34:07SPEAKER_02: Appreciation of waking up, remembering the breath of the training and conscious process that happens sooner and more often.
- 34:15SPEAKER_02: Short than periods of mind wandering.
- 34:17SPEAKER_02: After you've saved the moment, you can gently redirect your attention back to the meditation object.
- 41:39SPEAKER_02: Sensations, thoughts, memories, and feelings to continue in the background.
- 41:44SPEAKER_02: Remain focused on the breath.
