- 3:30So let's get into my special guest this week.
- 3:33Got a question for you.
- 3:34What if you could discover that you've overlooked millions of dollars in missed loan volume for
- 3:41yourself, happened right under your nose and you didn't even know it, right?
- 3:45What am I talking about here?
- 3:46I'm talking about my special guest, Alex Consition and his company sales boomerang.
- 3:53What do they do?
- 3:54Well, let's see.
- 3:55To date, in just 13 months, they've helped clients discover over 5.8 billion in missed
- 4:00loan volume for their clients in just 13 months.
- 4:04So that's what they do.
- 4:05Why do they do it?
- 4:06So they can help more borrowers get better loans and build a lifetime relationship with
- 4:10you, the lender.
- 4:12And why does it work?
- 4:13Because they've got the most comprehensive borrower intelligence system in the country.
- 4:17You want to talk about data, right?
- 4:20You want to talk about machine learning and automation to help you be aware of when your
- 4:25clients are ready for a home loan, potentially ready for a home loan.
- 4:30That's exactly what they do.
- 4:33They've got almost three decades of mortgage and finance experience, technology marketing
- 4:36experience.
- 4:37And they've combined all these people and processes and technology to deliver what I think
- 4:41is one of the most amazing platforms I've heard about in a long time that help you capture
- 4:46more share of customer, help you build a fence around your clients, help you deliver more
- 4:52value, extend the relationship and engagement with your clients, but also the referral partners
- 4:57as well.
- 4:59And one of the things I'd love about this talk with Alex is you can tell he is dialed
- 5:02in in the mortgage space.
- 5:03He understands the role of you and me, the loan officer in the trenches in the field every
- 5:08single day.
- 5:10And you'll hear just listening to him as a lesson in scripting and talk tracks and how
- 5:14to engage with clients and referral partners.
- 5:16Even equally important is understanding how to leverage data to give you more at bats,
- 5:22right?
- 5:23Because if you're not in the batter's box, well, you can't swing and you can't hit and
- 5:26have a base hit or a home run.
- 5:28Sales boomerang helps you get in the batter's box, helps you identify when those customers
- 5:33using intelligence, when those customers are doing things that are indicative of them
- 5:40being right and the right time and opportunity for them to be possibly open to talking with
- 5:47you about mortgage financing.
- 5:49And there's a lot of things to go into that.
- 5:50So I'm going to let Alex explain it himself.
- 5:52He does a great job of that.
- 5:53We're going to put links to everything he talked about in the show notes.
- 5:55I would recommend you go to sales boomerang.com, check out a demo.
- 5:59They've got some new options on their service platform that may be appropriate for you
- 6:04listening.
- 6:05Even if you're just an individual lender, loan officer, you got a small team, not necessarily
- 6:10for enterprise only.
- 6:12So check out that in the show notes and enjoy this episode.
- 6:15If you like it, hey, leave us a little love, a little review wherever you're listening
- 6:18to this.
- 6:19All right.
- 6:20So let's get into this week's special guest, sales boomerang with Alex Kutzishin.
- 6:25Hey, Alex, welcome to the show.
- 6:27Thanks for having me.
- 6:28You bet, man.
- 6:29So I really enjoyed the conversation we had before in prepping for this call.
- 6:34And as you know, I do kind of a formal introduction separate from this.
- 6:37But I always like to allow the guest to give your personal version of, tell me what you're
- 6:42about, why sales boomerang, what do you guys do, why are you passionate about it?
- 6:47Man, you might need a whole hour for me to tell you why.
- 6:50I can't.
- 6:51You're ready?
- 6:52You're ready?
- 6:53Just sit back and enjoy yourself.
- 6:54Yeah.
- 6:55So look, sales boomerang is the first and only automated borrower intelligence system
- 7:02in a lending space.
- 7:04And look, I'd like to say that we're the ones that came up with this wonderful concept.
- 7:08But we really just stole it from some small companies around the world, like the Googles
- 7:11of the world and the Amazon of the world and the Googles of the world, that's the world.
- 7:15That basically said, look, there's nothing more important to us than overserving our clients,
- 7:20right?
- 7:21And to do that, we need to understand them.
- 7:22We need to collect data, and to collect data, we need to make sure that it's good data.
- 7:27It's not just random data, it's not just bad data.
- 7:30So we took the start of customer intelligence, right, and business intelligence, which
- 7:34has been used now going on.
- 7:38It's 12th year.
- 7:39I think the customer intelligence strategy needs big businesses.
- 7:43And so we took that concept and we said, what if we brought it to the lending industry
- 7:46from one purpose to one purpose only, to simply align the interests between borrowers and
- 7:52lenders, right?
- 7:53If we could eliminate all the friction of having to guess, and the way I like to talk
- 7:59about it, Jeff, is look, years ago, 20 years ago, maybe every fisherman would go out
- 8:05on a boat and throw hope in the water and hope that there's fish there, right?
- 8:10They've been there before.
- 8:11So usually there's fish there.
- 8:12That's what they would use.
- 8:13This worked before in this area, so I'm going to do the same thing.
- 8:15And then somebody came up with the fish radar.
- 8:18And today, 100% of every single fisherman, anytime you go deep sea fishing, every single
- 8:24captain is using the radar.
- 8:26Why?
- 8:27Because he doesn't want to waste time.
- 8:28He doesn't want to waste his time.
- 8:29He doesn't want to waste the people's time that paid to be on this boat.
- 8:32People who do this for businesses to hold, they don't want to waste the time.
- 8:36So they don't want to go fishing in places where they're in a fish.
- 8:39And if they have the radar, they know exactly what the fish it is.
- 8:42Guess what?
- 8:43They know what type of bait you're throwing the bird, right?
- 8:45That is sort of a very, a simplification of what we do here.
- 8:49We make sure to give lenders their ability to see everything that's happening inside their
- 8:53database.
- 8:54That's relevant.
- 8:55So they no longer have to spam their borrowers, their customers with random information,
- 9:00but rather pinpoint the needs of each customer and be able to over serve them, right?
- 9:05Hey, Mr. Mrs. Barrow, I know this is happening in your life.
- 9:08Let me give you the options of working with me on this issue or this opportunity.
- 9:13And if you want to move forward, let's go.
- 9:15And if you don't want to move forward, that's okay.
- 9:16At least you know that I know.
- 9:18All right.
- 9:19I love that.
- 9:20So in essence, what you're saying is you're providing loan officers, mortgage professionals,
- 9:25the ability to, I was, you know, a simplified version of this is to become better, you know,
- 9:31fish or men and women.
- 9:33But it's, I know a little bit about your tech is what you're doing is you have the ability
- 9:37to help us identify when somebody might be ready for mortgage financing need.
- 9:43That's it.
- 9:44Right?
- 9:45Okay.
- 9:46Yeah.
- 9:47So tell us when anybody in their database is ready for a loan or a loan, anybody in their
- 9:49database.
- 9:50Correct.
- 9:51All right.
- 9:52So, so how the hell does that work?
- 9:54Wow.
- 9:55So look, it's, it really is, it's interesting because so when we started getting into this,
- 10:00into this industry, Jeff, the first few people we spoke to said, this is revolutionary.
- 10:05Mm-hmm.
- 10:06Well, it sounds like, yeah.
- 10:07But I would correct them all the time.
- 10:08I would say, no, this is not revolutionary.
- 10:11This is evolutionary, like this was bound to happen.
- 10:14I see.
- 10:15We're just the ones that are making it happen, right?
- 10:17Like the electric car.
- 10:19Are you surprised that we have an electric car?
- 10:21No.
- 10:22No.
- 10:23You're like, hey, it was going to get there, right?
- 10:24Sooner or later, at some point, over the last 15 years, you were like, you know what
- 10:28would make it better as electric, some kind of electric driven vehicles rather than
- 10:33gas powered bombs, right?
- 10:34Which is what we're writing on.
- 10:35You know what I mean?
- 10:36That's a step from Elon Musk.
- 10:37You know what I mean?
- 10:38If you watch this, that was interesting.
- 10:39That was interesting.
- 10:40If you watch this interview last night on 60 minutes.
- 10:42Yeah.
- 10:43So, yeah.
- 10:44So he's, he's brilliant.
- 10:45He's just a whole different type of brilliant.
- 10:48So this is evolution, right?
- 10:51If you look at one of my business partners here, Ken Bartz, who owns Monster League, which
- 10:55is an amazing mortgage marketing company, he owned his own mortgage companies from 1997
- 11:00on to 2003 where they were acquired by a wholesaler.
- 11:04And one of the things Ken said when we started building this company, he's like, Alex,
- 11:08I would manually do this, right?
- 11:10Somebody couldn't qualify because of a rate, I'd put them in a box and I'd say, hey,
- 11:14I'm going to check on this box when the rates go down, see if anyone can benefit.
- 11:17Oh, somebody's credit's not good.
- 11:19I'm going to come back to this box and take a look in here and call them up and say, hey,
- 11:22it's your situation change, right?
- 11:24Somebody didn't have enough equity.
- 11:25I'm going to look at that.
- 11:26Somebody said they're planning on getting married and having a baby over the next
- 11:29years.
- 11:30I'm going to document that and look in this box and see if that's really happened.
- 11:34Hey, Alex, you slept a year ago and we spoke, you said you're going to have a baby and
- 11:38you'd be ready to move out of that one-bedroom apartment and into a home or you didn't
- 11:42happen.
- 11:43No, it didn't happen.
- 11:44Fantastic.
- 11:45So all of these things that happened manually then started happening in silos.
- 11:49This company has this data, this company has this data, this company has this data, and
- 11:53so people went and bought data and they bought it and they bought it, but it was digital
- 11:59paper.
- 12:00Here's a box of data, look through it, figure out what you need from it.
- 12:05And so we decided that that's not the best use of data, right?
- 12:11We thought, what if we could marry the things together?
- 12:14What if we could marry the needs and where the data is and give it some rules and teach
- 12:20a system to do what a loan officer, a branch manager, a business owner was doing manually,
- 12:28but do it more efficiently because if you teach it, it's going to do it consistently automatically.
- 12:33So we decided to go and find all the best data providers of all the data that all of
- 12:39these lenders, brokers, all of these companies were asking for, we wanted to find the best
- 12:46quality data out there, and then we built a system that would automatically move the
- 12:51information from data warehouses and repositories of data to the lender, to the loan officer
- 12:59of that loan specifically, about a very specific bar, right?
- 13:03So listing alerts, equity alerts, credit improvement alerts, you know, life events, somebody
- 13:08getting married, having babies, debt information, all of these things, we collected from our
- 13:14data partners, and then we funneled, Jeff, you needed something, we funneled it to you
- 13:19when it's relevant to you and to the borrow, I mean, that's, that's, how do you, how do
- 13:23you get it to me?
- 13:24How do you funnel it to me?
- 13:26So we either through APIs, connecting right into your CRM, sorry, the department with all
- 13:30of you getting alert or something that says, Sam Jones, Jess, check your credit or something.
- 13:35Exactly right.
- 13:36Yeah, he just had his credit pulled for a mortgage product, and by the way, the reason
- 13:40we're telling you this, Jeff, is not only because this person is shopping, but this person
- 13:44meets your minimum qualifying criteria, right?
- 13:47You know, but parameters are about around it, so you don't even get that notification
- 13:51unless it fits your criteria.
- 13:52That's it.
- 13:53That's the point, right?
- 13:54That's the minimizes the noise, yeah.
- 13:56It eliminates the noise, it eliminates spam, and let's go back to the fishing scenario.
- 14:01Why would you put a worm on a hook when shark stony worms, right, they want something
- 14:07else, right?
- 14:08Or whatever fish and lights, whatever it is, yeah, where's, hey, where's my, where's
- 14:13my first mate?
- 14:14So exactly right, if you know the bait, and by bait, that sounds a little bit like we're
- 14:22trying to force somebody into something.
- 14:25So if you know the purpose of the borrow, right, intent, if they're listing their home for
- 14:33sale, you know what they're planning to do, that equity in their home, you know what
- 14:36you can do for them.
- 14:37If their credit has improved, you know what you can do for them.
- 14:40And so if you know the intent, and you're only positioning yourself for the value of
- 14:45that borrow, think about that for a second, the problem with this industry, and I'm going
- 14:49to butcher this a little bit because I don't have it in front of me, but there was a crazy
- 14:53statistic of something like a hundred and thirteen million leads were purchased last year
- 15:00for the mortgage industry.
- 15:01Did you heard the statistics?
- 15:02Yes, yes.
- 15:03And only what, five million loans funded?
- 15:05Right, right.
- 15:06So let's think about the waste, look at 113, it's enormous, the waste is enormous.
- 15:12I was at a conference, I was at a total expert conference in North Carolina last week.
- 15:17And somebody on stage said, hey, we sometimes have our clients opting out of our communication.
- 15:25That's a problem.
- 15:27Yeah.
- 15:28Why is your customer opting out of your messaging?
- 15:31Because they don't want to hear about it, because it's not relevant to them, right?
- 15:35So how do we make everything just relevant?
- 15:38I was at a different event with Anthony Costa and his whole group in Las Vegas, I won't
- 15:44tell the name of the person that said this, but I'll share the story.
- 15:48Somebody was telling me that their loan officer told them not to long ago, hey, I'll just
- 15:54use Bob as the name, hey Bob, I send you a lot of mail, sometimes it's important, so
- 16:00I need you to check it.
- 16:03Sometimes it's important, how do I know when it's important?
- 16:06Exactly.
- 16:07Why do we agree to only get important messages to me and everything else don't send to me?
- 16:12Just important letters.
- 16:13So if I get one letter a year, I know I have to open it.
- 16:16Otherwise, you wouldn't send it to me.
- 16:17That's the same concept here, look, Mr. and Mrs. Barley, we invest heavily into technologies
- 16:22and resources to over serve you as a customer, over serve you.
- 16:25That means we need to be able to tell what's happening in your life without you having
- 16:30to tell us.
- 16:31So we invest heavily, steal all this technology here, we invest into knowing when your credit
- 16:35goes up, when you have equity, when you live, all of these things, why?
- 16:38So we can be there for you and give you some options so that you know you don't have
- 16:43to start the process over with the whole new company.
- 16:45If you forgot about us, you can come right back to us, right?
- 16:47If just whatever happened, somebody should do so to another lender and you're like, oh
- 16:50my goodness, I forgot about Alex.
- 16:52Now we can call you and say, hey, congratulations, looks like you're back in the market.
- 16:55We'd love to give you a second opinion or show you different options of coming back
- 16:59and working with us.
- 17:00So all of these things we're investing into, Mr. and Mrs. Barley, it's for you, not for
- 17:04me, cost me money, like I can't, I don't win if you, you know, if you have to refine,
- 17:10it's not for me, it's for you.
- 17:12But I want you to know that we're investing into all this stuff behind us, all of this
- 17:16technology is for you.
- 17:18And that's the transparency that's missing from this industry, right?
- 17:21And what is transparency?
- 17:23So I'm going to stick on this subject for just a second.
- 17:26Transparency people feel is about honesty, right?
- 17:29I'm transparent on being honest with you, but just know what it really is.
- 17:33Control.
- 17:34If I'm transparent, you're in control, right?
- 17:36Because if I say, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, if you're transparent, who's in control?
- 17:40The customer?
- 17:41The customer, right?
- 17:42I'm sitting here and I got this bottle of water and you're like, hey, Alex, I'm really
- 17:46thirsty.
- 17:47Do you have any water?
- 17:48And I'm like, nope.
- 17:49I see you drinking.
- 17:52And now I don't trust you, so I'm out.
- 17:53You're going to show.
- 17:54Right?
- 17:55But if I had a wall up, when we were just standing between a wall, you're like, Alex, I'm
- 17:59really thirsty.
- 18:00And I'm over there drinking.
- 18:01I can't help you.
- 18:02I have nothing.
- 18:03You have no clue.
- 18:04You don't know.
- 18:05It's right.
- 18:06So you're going to go check other places out.
- 18:07So transparency is not just honesty.
- 18:08It's about control.
- 18:09Hey, Mr. and Mrs. Barber.
- 18:10We're doing all of these things behind us for you and just know that I'm going to
- 18:15contact you about each of these things when they come up for you.
- 18:18Not for me.
- 18:19Yeah.
- 18:20I like that because that goes into the script, if you will, of like at the end of the
- 18:24transaction, I know some of the best practices for top LOs is when they close that loan,
- 18:28they start talking about, all right, let's talk about what's next.
- 18:31Yes.
- 18:32Right?
- 18:33And then that like interrupts the people's pattern.
- 18:34They're like, what do you mean?
- 18:35What's next?
- 18:36We just closed.
- 18:37We're done.
- 18:38And you're like, no, we're not.
- 18:39It's only the beginning.
- 18:40Yeah, exactly.
- 18:41So your technology helps do that.
- 18:42I want to let me get this.
- 18:44Yeah.
- 18:45It fits perfectly well.
- 18:46You're not saying that.
- 18:47I just want to make this clear for listeners.
- 18:49You're not saying, you know, I think everybody agrees like, you know, be there when it's
- 18:53important, when it's relevant and and and and reduce and minimize or eliminate the noise
- 18:57and all the BS and the recipes that everybody sends.
- 19:00But you're not you're not saying to never send them that branding touch point communication,
- 19:05right?
- 19:06Oh, no.
- 19:07Not saying that.
- 19:08No.
- 19:09Don't stop.
- 19:10Don't stop doing the good things.
- 19:11Right.
- 19:12Yeah.
- 19:13Red of the waste.
- 19:14Red of the waste.
- 19:15Okay.
- 19:16So here's, you know, okay, if we really talk about what are the real unfair advantages of anyone
- 19:21that's using a service like sales boomerang versus somebody that's not, right?
- 19:25No, number one, in 16 months now, we're going into 16 months of being like, we have discovered,
- 19:31I mean, this is not hypothetical numbers, 6.5 billion dollars.
- 19:37From our clients database is not the industry that they missed out on 6.5 billion dollars
- 19:42a month.
- 19:43I don't think about it.
- 19:44So how do you know you're, they missed out.
- 19:46Okay.
- 19:47So luckily we have really good data sources, right?
- 19:49We analyze the data from all of our data resources from the credit side, from public record
- 19:55side.
- 19:56And we can take a look at your database and say, hey, how many loans did you do?
- 20:00This is the loans you did this year.
- 20:02Let's take them out.
- 20:03Check this out.
- 20:04All the other loans that happened inside your database, you didn't do it.
- 20:07I see.
- 20:08You're in tune of 6.5 billion dollars.
- 20:10Anyway, I want to highlight that for a second.
- 20:12So you're saying you can look at an L.O.'s database, look at the loans they closed, look
- 20:16at the customers that are in there, that did a mortgage transaction that they didn't capture.
- 20:21Correct.
- 20:22Absolutely.
- 20:23Yes.
- 20:24Wow.
- 20:25That's pretty cool.
- 20:26I mean, and you're, we're seeing numbers anywhere.
- 20:28Every, first of all, everyone misses out on hundreds of millions of dollars.
- 20:32Sure.
- 20:33That's a thousand.
- 20:34But are you saying you can, we can bet a thousand or, or let's say up our average, that's
- 20:39what we're getting at.
- 20:40You can definitely up your average.
- 20:41You cannot bet a thousand, but you can step up to the plate 100% of the time.
- 20:46There you go.
- 20:47Step up.
- 20:48And the rest is on you, loan officer, you better have your game on.
- 20:53You got to swing for the business.
- 20:54The only problem is if you're sitting on the bench and the picture is pitching, you're
- 20:57striking out every time.
- 20:59You at least got to step up.
- 21:00If you're not even getting invited to the plate.
- 21:03That's right.
- 21:04If you're not in the batter's box, forget about it.
- 21:05Right.
- 21:06You're losing.
- 21:07There's no chance of winning.
- 21:08So, so number one, we help salvage all of those missed opportunities, or at least bring
- 21:11them to people's attention.
- 21:12Right.
- 21:13So you can have the ability to salvage.
- 21:14Yes.
- 21:15On the radar.
- 21:16Yeah.
- 21:17Yeah.
- 21:18The radar.
- 21:19Exactly right.
- 21:20Number two.
- 21:21This product gives loan officers confidence.
- 21:22And the company is behind them.
- 21:23The company is to.
- 21:24Right.
- 21:25Because if you can tell, so let's talk about that, any conversation, this or Mrs.
- 21:28Barrow, congratulations, which is your loan.
- 21:30Let's talk about what's next.
- 21:32We just did this.
- 21:33Nothing's next.
- 21:34Right.
- 21:35Well, that's not true.
- 21:36If somebody tells you nothing is next, that's the person you never want to work.
- 21:39I'm telling you, there's something next.
- 21:40You're going to have equity in your loan.
- 21:42You should know your options.
- 21:43You're credit.
- 21:44We gave you a loan here at 631 FICO score.
- 21:45Did you know when you get the 700?
- 21:47You get all new products.
- 21:48The world opens up to you again.
- 21:50Let's talk about how to get your score up.
- 21:51So we can get you into bigger, better products, and lower your payments.
- 21:55Right.
- 21:56One day, you're going to want to send your kids to college.
- 21:58One day, you're going to have this.
- 21:59One day, you're going to have this.
- 22:00You need to have someone on your team that's tracking these things
- 22:03and scheduling those opportunities up front.
- 22:06So let's schedule this right now.
- 22:08This is how we make what's next conversation even more important.
- 22:11I want to schedule a loan.
- 22:12I don't know a second.
- 22:13But Alex, just say that.
- 22:14You can schedule a loan with someone.
- 22:15Yeah, you can.
- 22:16Think about this.
- 22:17When you go to a mechanic and you get your old change,
- 22:20does the mechanic go, hey Jeff, please come back next time.
- 22:23Or does he stick a sticker in your window and says,
- 22:25I'll see you in 5,000 miles.
- 22:26No questions.
- 22:27Right.
- 22:28Same thing.
- 22:29I want to put a sticker on these borrowers to say,
- 22:31I'll see you at 80% LTV when you're rid of that MI.
- 22:33I'll see you at 700% FICO so we can get lower your interest rate.
- 22:37I'll see you at this time.
- 22:38I'll see you at this time.
- 22:39I'm scheduling that right now with you.
- 22:41Why am I doing this?
- 22:43The beneficiary?
- 22:44Who's the beneficiary?
- 22:45Just a borrower.
- 22:46Right.
- 22:47Overserving clients.
- 22:48That's the concept.
- 22:49Not possible without intelligence.
- 22:51That's pretty sweet, man.
- 22:52I mean, I didn't know this was going to evolve into an awesome scripting conversation.
- 22:56But it is.
- 22:57It is because so you know as well as I do, most LLs are not even having that conversation.
- 23:02Yeah.
- 23:03Oh, no, no.
- 23:04This is this.
- 23:05This is a all great interview should evolve to be more than what you expect them to be, right?
- 23:09Well, you're going to delete them and never show them to the world.
- 23:12That's right.
- 23:13That's right.
- 23:14Okay.
- 23:15So you have that conversation.
- 23:16Is there anything the borrower needs to do on their end?
- 23:19No.
- 23:20So the borrower doesn't have to opt in.
- 23:21Yeah.
- 23:22They just live their life.
- 23:23They just live their life.
- 23:24But that goes into your scripting.
- 23:26Like if you have sales boomerang, what you know, that goes into your scripting about, you know, part of my job is prune to help you manage your get the life changes, etc.
- 23:33And I mean, do you suggest people say, you know, one of the things that makes me different as an LL is, you know, I have a platform that helps me recognize when certain life situations happen.
- 23:43100%.
- 23:44100%.
- 23:45Yeah.
- 23:46I mean, look, we even tell our clients and LLs and training.
- 23:49We own the trademark.
- 23:50No borrower.
- 23:51Let me.
- 23:52That's awesome.
- 23:53By the way.
- 23:54So we own that trademark.
- 23:55It's beautiful.
- 23:56And we tell our clients to use it.
- 23:58We say, hey, Mr. and Mrs. borrower, we're no borrower left behind mortgage company.
- 24:02What does that mean?
- 24:03Yes.
- 24:04I look at what does that mean?
- 24:05So what it means is that we make sure that we track all the significant events in your life that could have an effect on your finances, specifically on your mortgage.
- 24:15Right.
- 24:16So you may fall into lots of credit card debt and not know that you can fix it with your equity.
- 24:19We're going to be there to help you.
- 24:20Your score may go up to a whole new level and you can reduce your rates.
- 24:24We're going to be there to help you.
- 24:25You have equity in your home.
- 24:26We're going to be there to tell you what you can do with it.
- 24:28It could be nothing.
- 24:29The best option maybe do nothing.
- 24:30But without knowing your left and the dark and the worst thing that happens is you bump into someone and they say, hey, Jeff.
- 24:36You know, you could do this because the industry has changed and you go, well, I wish Alex would have told me that.
- 24:42He's been my lender for six years.
- 24:43I can't live it in time.
- 24:44Right.
- 24:46We never want that conversation to come out of our clients and their borrowers experience.
- 24:51We always want the borrowers to know that they're in a no borrow left behind lender.
- 24:56And so the big, the big audacious goals if you reach him Collins, right.
- 25:02Is can there be a situation where your borrowers are your borrowers?
- 25:07Period.
- 25:08Think about it.
- 25:09Okay.
- 25:10Let me give you an example.
- 25:11You don't change dentists every time you need something done with your teeth.
- 25:13God no.
- 25:14You don't change mechanics.
- 25:15You don't change grocery stores, right.
- 25:18You may go to different grocery stores for certain things, but there's, you're going to go to the same one and pick up a gallon of milk every time.
- 25:24Sure.
- 25:25And so we believe there has to be a situation where the borrowers that are in your database are your borrowers and they come to you first.
- 25:34And if you can't help them, it is your job to point them in a direction of someone that can do a better job than you can.
- 25:39That's the point, right.
- 25:41And so the only way to do that is to add value outside of the transaction.
- 25:46Because a borrower sees the value of a loan officer as a transaction.
- 25:50I can't do this without you so you're unnecessary evil.
- 25:53And we're trying to say wait a second.
- 25:55There's so much more we can do for you.
- 25:57Because this is our specialty.
- 25:59We specialize in home financing.
- 26:02How many people don't know what they can do with their equity?
- 26:04I'd have to say more than 80, 90%.
- 26:07They don't know that they can pay off their cars or pay for college or pay off credit cards with their equity.
- 26:12People don't know that stuff.
- 26:13We have the curse of knowledge because we are in this industry.
- 26:16But the industries of the population as a whole, I think, misses so much about their home.
- 26:23Okay, race statistic black night.
- 26:25I don't know if you saw the statistics a few months ago.
- 26:27I posted on the fifth.
- 26:286.5 million Americans missed their opportunity to refinance this year.
- 26:34Which means there's an aggregate overpayment of $1.5 billion a month right now.
- 26:41Can you identify those people?
- 26:43Black night is identify those people.
- 26:45Yeah, okay.
- 26:46Yeah, they've identified those people.
- 26:47And so had sales boomerang been running in the background for every lender.
- 26:51It would have had an opportunity to contact this borrower with something that's better serving to them.
- 26:56And the problem is borrowers stop listening to lenders because they feel like they're going to be sold.
- 27:02Right?
- 27:03Like you're constantly sending me emails and sending me pieces of mail.
- 27:06It's not only that, it's also the fact that that lenders just loan officers, let's say,
- 27:12just stop contacting clients in most cases, right?
- 27:16You and I both know they and again, I'm not trying to, you know, just generally speaking.
- 27:21I know that's from every day.
- 27:23No, most people don't have their CRM setup to remain top of mind, which is one of the reasons why they're missing out.
- 27:29But secondly, if you had data that was working on your behalf that alerted you, right?
- 27:34That somebody is in that bucket where, hey, man, rates are four.
- 27:37This person's in a five in a quarter ding, ding, ding, right?
- 27:40Yes.
- 27:41Yeah.
- 27:42Does the heavy lifting for you?
- 27:43Absolutely.
- 27:44And being integrated with the CRM is very important part of our business model.
- 27:47Right?
- 27:48That we, you know, we talked about Gary Vanderchock and dropping the F bomb.
- 27:51Here's my favorite effort.
- 27:52Frictionless.
- 27:53Frictionless.
- 27:54Yes.
- 27:55Favorite F word.
- 27:56That's my buzzword for 2019.
- 27:58There you go.
- 27:59Frictionless.
- 28:00Yeah.
- 28:01So, so we were born with the idea of being frictionless.
- 28:02One of the things we said when we were building out this product, if a loan officer has to input data and export data from our system, we're not going on.
- 28:10It needs to be autumn, a completely automated frictionless.
- 28:13How do we make it frictionless?
- 28:14Well, we have to go to where their data is.
- 28:16So they don't have to tell us where it is.
- 28:17We go, let's say they're on, I'm just going to use since I used total expert already.
- 28:21Total expert.
- 28:22They're inside, there's data inside total management, right?
- 28:24Instead of a company sending us data, uploading it into our system that come into our system and exporting it out to see all the alerts, we connect right into their CRM.
- 28:34And a brand new lead, right?
- 28:36Enteres their system, instantly comes to see us who we're in for tracking.
- 28:39Nobody has to tell it.
- 28:40We told the system what to pull out, right?
- 28:42We taught it.
- 28:43And then when there's an alert in that person, it goes right back into their CRM and distributes it to the right loan officer at the right time in a right branch.
- 28:50About the right borrower.
- 28:52What does that get to the yellows in an email or what are the options there?
- 28:54Well, right through the CRM and by email.
- 28:56Okay, so an alert pops up in the CRM.
- 28:58Yes.
- 28:59And then we also handle all of their, so there's some direct mail requirements.
- 29:02When it comes to credit, not all the notifications, but when it comes to credit notifications, the FCRA has guidelines that say, hey, look, Jeff, if you're going to be tracking this borrower for this certain credit activity, you must deliver a firm offer for credit to them.
- 29:16Well, that was another part of our business models to say, look, if this has to happen and we're going to rely on lenders and brokers and loan officers to have to deliver this letter, they could find themselves in a lot of trouble because you get find her borrower that doesn't receive the letter if anyone reports it, right?
- 29:32So we facilitate the entire process for them.
- 29:35We send all the letters on their behalf for them.
- 29:38Same thing we tell lenders to tell their borrowers.
- 29:42This is all for them.
- 29:43This process, this direct mail with delivering of the FC is for the lenders, so they don't have to try to figure it out.
- 29:50Is that going to the conversation you have with the borrower, too?
- 29:52Just as a heads up, you know, that that might be coming in the future.
- 29:56I would recommend it.
- 29:57I would.
- 29:58If I'm sitting in their shoes, yes, by the way, when these things happen around credit, you're going to get a letter from me anyway, but I'm also going to call it texting.
- 30:04All right, let's play the flip side of this because you know, there's always the other side of the coin.
- 30:09Any examples of borrowers, like, you know, feeling like, whoa, whoa, that's a little kind of your big brother, right?
- 30:14Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 30:15All right, so I always make a joke about this that yeah, we're the big brother you want.
- 30:21The only beneficiary is the borrower.
- 30:23That's the thing in this in this scenario.
- 30:25So we teach all of our clients that to meet those those objections handle.
- 30:32I know your credit score.
- 30:33Now, why do you know this information?
- 30:35Well, we invest heavily into resources.
- 30:38This specific resource comes from the bureaus directly.
- 30:41So, and we only do it for our clients.
- 30:43It's not like I'm looking at 120 million people.
- 30:46I have 8,000 people on my database.
- 30:48I only care about those 8,000 people.
- 30:50When a new person comes in, will be 8,001.
- 30:52That's what I care about.
- 30:53That's what I'm going to invest money in track.
- 30:55So yes, Mr. and Mrs. Barrow, we do know this information.
- 30:58We invest heavily in knowing this information for you.
- 31:01If you don't want to be involved in getting this information, track it off the out.
- 31:04You can opt out.
- 31:05Yeah, yeah.
- 31:06But this is for you.
- 31:07It doesn't cost you a penny.
- 31:08Where are the ones invested?
- 31:10I got to imagine when you present this, like, you know, people listening right now.
- 31:14I mean, you know, in some cases, the hair has to go stand up on the back here.
- 31:18Now, you're just like, holy shnankies, bad man.
- 31:21Yeah, exactly.
- 31:22That's exactly.
- 31:23They use exactly those tours, by the way.
- 31:25And then there's something down in the background.
- 31:30Right, exactly.
- 31:31So they know it's incredible.
- 31:34And I'd love to bring in some of our people in customer service or our success managers,
- 31:39or salespeople, the new people to the industry that have never been in this industry.
- 31:43Yeah.
- 31:44They didn't own a demo to hear 100% of the time.
- 31:48People go, wow.
- 31:50Oh, yeah, I'm looking at your, like, the screenshot of your dashboard here.
- 31:53It's nice.
- 31:54It's clean.
- 31:55It's great UI, you know?
- 31:56Oh, and we're getting ready to throw out a brand new dashboard.
- 31:58We have a brand new UI in January.
- 32:00Oh, we're glad.
- 32:01Brand new UI, brand new everything.
- 32:03We have brand new products we're rolling out.
- 32:06We built a relational database where everything communicates to each other.
- 32:11There's no more siloed.
- 32:13The listing alert is no longer a listing alert.
- 32:15It's part of somebody that had equity, had credit change, had a baby, lives in this house.
- 32:19It is giving you an entire profile of an alert based on a human being.
- 32:24So we're bringing it all together.
- 32:27Yeah, I wanted to, I was going to ask you about that anyways.
- 32:29Listing alerts.
- 32:30That's one of the features or elements of your platform.
- 32:34So explain that a little bit.
- 32:35What is listing alert?
- 32:36So listing alert tracks every single listing in the country.
- 32:39It doesn't matter if it's a for sale by owner or you listen to the realtor,
- 32:42we track, we have relationships with over 50 more hundred.
- 32:46Web properties online that collect listings from around the country.
- 32:49And we collect that data and we match it to your database.
- 32:52So if I'm in your database, Jeff, and I list my home for sale,
- 32:55you're going to know within 24 to 40 hours.
- 32:58You're going to know.
- 32:59Hmm.
- 33:00Well, we need a for sale by owners, right?
- 33:02That's which was the key thing when we went away from using MLS.
- 33:06We weren't getting any of the for sale by owners.
- 33:09We went to building this new process and all of a sudden the number of alerts went on.
- 33:13We're like, why are we getting more alerts?
- 33:15I mean, MLS is golden data.
- 33:17That means perfect.
- 33:18Yes, they have some dead zones around the country where they don't have information.
- 33:23But the real bump in the amount of notifications we got is because of the for sale by owners.
- 33:28It's not really kind of the market.
- 33:30Yeah.
- 33:31So we got 15% more alerts and we're like, where are these coming from?
- 33:35We don't get it and found out that it's coming from all the visitors.
- 33:39And so I'm listening to that from a sales marketing perspective.
- 33:42Right.
- 33:43There's a lot of opportunity to leverage that data right there.
- 33:46Well, there's the opportunity to leverage all the data that we're providing on.
- 33:50And it's by design.
- 33:51So, for instance, one of the things that that's happened is when I got into this industry,
- 33:56we started developing this product in 2016.
- 33:58One of the things that I bumped into a lot was people saying how important realtors are.
- 34:02And I'm like, why?
- 34:03They have their referrals.
- 34:06They have the leads.
- 34:07Yes.
- 34:08And that's like for the funnel.
- 34:09Top of the funnel.
- 34:10Well, and this goes to, you know, some conversations that Joe and Jeff from total expert.
- 34:18They're talking about in their conference.
- 34:20But is there really a funnel, right?
- 34:22So let's think about this for a second.
- 34:25The realtor has the top of the funnel, right?
- 34:29But they can't do this without lenders, right?
- 34:32There's no, a realtor can't fund alone.
- 34:34They can only show a property and hopefully that person qualifies where we can get it.
- 34:39So when we started developing this product, I saw this as a turn table scenario.
- 34:44I see realtors buying coffee for loan officers and taking them to lunch and doing presentations for them.
- 34:50Here's why.
- 34:51Because there's no such thing as a dead deal when you're using this kind of intelligence and this kind of tracking.
- 34:57If somebody doesn't qualify for a loan today, think about it.
- 35:00I'm going to give you a few scenarios where realtors sends you an opportunity.
- 35:04The person simply does not qualify because of credit.
- 35:08Our realtor is in the same position as loan officer.
- 35:10They have to eat what they kill and guess what they have to hunt every month because every month they start with zero.
- 35:16Every single year they start with zero.
- 35:18So if a loan officer can save one or two homes for a realtor every single year.
- 35:23And I'm talking about real homes, right?
- 35:25Our realtor sends a referral.
- 35:27A loan officer sends a deal because they're qualified, right?
- 35:30A loan officer will have qualified this person before he sends into a realtor.
- 35:35So there's a dynamic change there.
- 35:38You're hoping somebody qualifies versus they're qualified.
- 35:41They just need a hold now, right?
- 35:43So to be clear, be clear what you're saying is you said a save a deal.
- 35:47I think is what you said of a loan officer can save a deal.
- 35:49Explain a little bit further.
- 35:50Are you saying that if we, it's about qualifying or not.
- 35:53So you're saying if the buyer can't qualify what using your platform.
- 35:57Obviously we can bring that deal back later when they're ready.
- 35:59Is that what you're saying?
- 36:00Yeah, exactly right.
- 36:01When they're ready now, here's what happens.
- 36:02When somebody doesn't qualify and they are upset.
- 36:05They're not going back to that same realtor and loan officer.
- 36:08In most cases, when they're ready to go again six months from now,
- 36:10they're starting brand new to new realtor, need a new loan officer.
- 36:14It all happens again.
- 36:15We're trying to say that is not the best interest of the bottle.
- 36:19Why start again?
- 36:20Like, we know you're.
- 36:21But we know that's the fault of the individual.
- 36:23Unfortunately, right?
- 36:24Not staying.
- 36:25It's the conditioning of the individual, right?
- 36:28It's the conditioning of the individual.
- 36:30And then the individual.
- 36:31These people said no to me.
- 36:33They're trying to stop saying no.
- 36:35Not yet.
- 36:36I agree that you're saying for the good LOs out there that are listening.
- 36:40I know they're saying to themselves right now.
- 36:41Not me, man.
- 36:42I stay in touch and like help them do credit repair and all that stuff.
- 36:45But, but.
- 36:46No, no, that's perfect.
- 36:47So here's the thing for the good loan officers.
- 36:49They're, well, that's what they're doing this manual.
- 36:51Right.
- 36:52You guys are adding an automation to it.
- 36:53Amateur, this is borrow.
- 36:54We're going to help fix your credit with you.
- 36:56By the way, I have a system that will tell me when you're exactly qualified.
- 36:59We don't have to guess.
- 37:00Right.
- 37:01We don't have to pull credit randomly and see if you're qualified.
- 37:04Nope.
- 37:05I'm going to have 100% certainty in the fact when you're qualified.
- 37:08So let's just go ahead and fix your credit.
- 37:10Right.
- 37:11Let's work together.
- 37:12This just automates the process.
- 37:13Ads value.
- 37:14And as a loan officer to be able to tell a realtor, look.
- 37:17Every time you send them your referral, if they don't qualify, I'm going to spend a ton of money and resources.
- 37:22And when they are qualified, I'm going to bring them back to you so you can do the home for them.
- 37:26Now, let's know that scenario out the window.
- 37:28Right.
- 37:29That's a scenario when somebody doesn't qualify.
- 37:31How about when somebody qualifies it doesn't move forward with the home?
- 37:34How about somebody that's just shopping around?
- 37:36They started in January, talking to realtor is getting pre-approved, looking at homes.
- 37:41In their mind, they're really not going to move until October.
- 37:45Right.
- 37:46But they started the process early.
- 37:47And what happens?
- 37:48People are terrible at following up.
- 37:49People are terrible at knowing what's going on.
- 37:51Now, if I have sales boomerang, I can track all activity.
- 37:55That person just listed their home for sale.
- 37:57Holy crap, that we miss an opportunity.
- 37:59That person is inquiring, just literally inquired with somebody else yesterday.
- 38:03Hey, Alex, I see you're shopping for more.
- 38:05If we talked earlier this year and you were just waiting to pull the trigger, is this the right time?
- 38:10Let me remind you of why you talked to us in the first place and why John, their realtor,
- 38:14referred to me in the first place.
- 38:16Right.
- 38:17And by the way, John is, you know, we should probably bring John back into this as well.
- 38:21So, hey, realtor, trust me to look after everyone you refer to us.
- 38:26Every single person, we're going to know their life scenarios and guess what?
- 38:31By the way, the realtor is not allowed to know a lot of this though.
- 38:34All grand data?
- 38:35They can't know.
- 38:36Not allowed.
- 38:37So they can't even run this program if they want to.
- 38:39Interesting.
- 38:40So they must partner with companies like this.
- 38:42Right.
- 38:43Or with people who have this program.
- 38:44So not only is this giving you a chance to look at your existing databases,
- 38:48but all of your referral partners in relationships are strengthened.
- 38:51Right.
- 38:52There's a real, there's a real bond now.
- 38:54It's like, yeah.
- 38:55Realtor feels like if he sends you a referral and that person doesn't qualify,
- 38:59like you did something wrong.
- 39:00You know, particularly doing anything wrong, you're just looking at the situation.
- 39:03Right.
- 39:04So I love it, man.
- 39:05It's a great value proposition that, you know, that I've been preaching for a long time,
- 39:09but this actually gives you some teeth into that, you know.
- 39:12Yes.
- 39:13And a partner instead of a vendor.
- 39:15That's right.
- 39:16You know, a partner, not a vendor.
- 39:17Why do you send me referrals?
- 39:18Because I'm going to spend all this money on keeping track of them.
- 39:21And then as soon as I see an event, hey, hey, realtor, you sold this home five years from now.
- 39:25They're getting ready to move.
- 39:26I know about it.
- 39:27Not guessing.
- 39:28I know.
- 39:29I'm going to bring it back to you to see if you can help them.
- 39:31They were staying in the area of their moving out, whatever the scenario is.
- 39:34But I'm going to give you a chance on every person you sent to me to get in touch with.
- 39:39Right.
- 39:40And we're working on automation there.
- 39:41On sending things to their, to the realtor partner instantly.
- 39:44When you get a notification, something that says, hey, realtor partner, give me a call.
- 39:49One of our clients has some activities going on.
- 39:53I want to talk to you about it instantly.
- 39:55Without you having to go, who's the realtor?
- 39:57No, it's already in the data.
- 39:58So send them a message.
- 39:59So you input that data from the beginning.
- 40:01You're teamed up with, you know, Sally, you know, realtor and then wow.
- 40:05That's really cool, man.
- 40:06Very cool.
- 40:07Very cool.
- 40:08I love it.
- 40:09Well, that's all the things that we're trying to build in 2019 is relational communication.
- 40:12Right now, we brought everything together.
- 40:14You don't have to go to 20 different vendors to get all the things we get.
- 40:17You're all in one with a lot of the psychology behind scripting.
- 40:21Right.
- 40:22We have the scripts for every single word.
- 40:23We have templates, email and text message templates that you can input into your CRM to automate communication to your borrowers.
- 40:29Right.
- 40:30So where you go to a data company, like, you know, an experience and you'll say, hey, experience, give me this credit data.
- 40:36They give it to you.
- 40:37Then you have to figure out everything else.
- 40:38Right.
- 40:39And we say, forget about that.
- 40:40Not only will we get the best data, not only will we deliver to you without you asking for it, but it'll be automatically delivered to you.
- 40:46But we'll also tell you the best way to approach the borrowers with this.
- 40:49Here's language.
- 40:50Right.
- 40:51So now the next stage is bringing it all together.
- 40:55What does this alert have to do with this alert?
- 40:57What does this piece of data have to do with that piece of data?
- 40:59How do we marry it all together?
- 41:00How do we create a story around that person's profile?
- 41:05And who should know about these situations?
- 41:07Is it the realtor?
- 41:08Is it an attorney?
- 41:09Is it a range manager loan officer and processor?
- 41:12Who needs to be notified that these things are happening?
- 41:14Is it just a loan officer or should other people in the company be notified so they can begin?
- 41:19Remember the word friction.
- 41:20We're trying to eliminate friction.
- 41:21How can we speed things up and eliminate steps that have to manually be done?
- 41:26Oh, I just got this notification tap, tap, tap on my keyboard.
- 41:28I got to send this to someone.
- 41:30Well, why should you tap on a keyboard to send it to someone?
- 41:32When that someone should get an automatic, right?
- 41:35That's step away.
- 41:36So those are the things we're trying to bring together now.
- 41:39Is this completely automated intelligences?
- 41:42So to go back to that fishing metaphor, if you will,
- 41:45instead of like teaching all those to fish,
- 41:47you're like putting fish in the net, man.
- 41:50Yeah, we are, we are, we instead of teaching them to fish,
- 41:54we're giving them aquariums where the fish exist.
- 41:59You're giving them fish farms, baby, and tell them.
- 42:01That's fine.
- 42:02Yes, you can see them from all angles.
- 42:05From the bottom up, you can see what they're doing,
- 42:07what they're doing, how they're doing,
- 42:08and which fish are swimming towards food, right?
- 42:11Oh, shoot, that one is hungry.
- 42:12That's awesome.
- 42:13All right, let's do this just for a second time.
- 42:15We've got a transition.
- 42:16How would somebody, I mean, we know I'll put the link to your website in the show notes,
- 42:20salesbimmering.com.
- 42:21But what are the options for L.O.'s who want to learn more in an individual L.O.
- 42:27use this as a company only, tell us briefly about that.
- 42:29So, thank you.
- 42:30Yeah, great question.
- 42:31We started off as, so very interesting transition.
- 42:34In, in beta, we were working with directly with loan officers, right?
- 42:38Just trying to figure out if this was right.
- 42:40Sure.
- 42:41Once we've launched and formalized our products
- 42:43and all the things we're going to be offering in July 2017,
- 42:45we said, let's launch the food product, boom.
- 42:48And then the goal became enterprise.
- 42:50Because we realized, one, first of all,
- 42:52the product is expensive.
- 42:55You know, at that time, we didn't have anything less than $3,000 a month available,
- 42:59so that's an enterprise starting enterprise solution price.
- 43:03But recently, because of our relationship with Anthony,
- 43:06an aim and the whole idea to arrive in all those names that are coming,
- 43:10we said we have to find a way to create smaller package options.
- 43:15Still keep all the integrity of the process,
- 43:17of the automation, of the intelligence, but lower the price.
- 43:21So, yes, we can work with smaller groups or loan officers.
- 43:25Our ideal audience is still enterprise,
- 43:28because we believe that if the entire company is using it,
- 43:31it helps everyone in the company.
- 43:33Right.
- 43:34Right.
- 43:35Just one branch is using it.
- 43:36It's not like a CRM or some kind of marketing automation.
- 43:39This is one of those things where all of this intelligence helps everyone.
- 43:42It helps elevate the entire company,
- 43:44because of the confidence in all those things we talked about.
- 43:46So, yes, we can work with loan officers,
- 43:48yes, we can work with branches, yes, we can work with enterprise wholesale,
- 43:51we have wholesale, we have credit unions, we work with lenders, brokers,
- 43:54or depository banks.
- 43:56When you're talking about being an intelligence engine,
- 43:59it serves everyone.
- 44:02And I hate to say that because serving everyone, serving no one,
- 44:05but it serves everyone in their own needs,
- 44:07because they control the doubts.
- 44:09I want to get listing notes.
- 44:11I want to get equity.
- 44:12I want to get, they control the doubts.
- 44:13So, for them, it's going to make sense for them.
- 44:15For lenders sitting next to them, they wouldn't set the dials that way.
- 44:18They'd send them a little different.
- 44:20So, does that help kind of, was that?
- 44:22Yeah, no, definitely helps.
- 44:24I would say for those listening you want to learn more,
- 44:26obviously go to salesboomerang.com and request a demo, right?
- 44:30I mean, just start to investigate.
- 44:32Yeah, request a demo.
- 44:33You know, ideal, ideal customers are those
- 44:36that spend money in marketing and advertising that.
- 44:38Those that invest heavily in technology that have a strategy
- 44:42that aren't just going to try to use this to save their business,
- 44:45but to grow their business.
- 44:47This isn't a life vest, right?
- 44:49This isn't one of those products.
- 44:51This is a strategy.
- 44:52This is, hey, we're doing this.
- 44:54We're going to know everything there is to know about our customer base,
- 44:56which by the way, we try to change the word database,
- 44:59because data is cold to customer base.
- 45:01Customers are warm, right?
- 45:02Now you have a customer base because you're tracking all that information.
- 45:05So, yeah, go to the website salesboomerang.com,
- 45:08and then you can go to the website salesboomerang.com.
- 45:11You can go to the website salesboomerang.com.
- 45:13You can go to the website salesboomerang.com.
- 45:14It's a quick demo.
- 45:16We don't get into lots of heavy tech stuff.
- 45:18This is more about the fun things about what's happening in your database.
- 45:21Get a loan loss report from us.
- 45:23You can see all the loans you lost.
- 45:25I recommend having some kind of brown liquor available when you're listening.
- 45:29It is painful, man.
- 45:30Yeah.
- 45:31And it is.
- 45:32And we always laughed at, you better be sitting down for this.
- 45:35We were a very small group.
- 45:37And then they missed out on like $34 or $44 million in loan volume.
- 45:41Cheers.
- 45:42And they were a group that only did like $20 million a year.
- 45:45Right.
- 45:46They're a small group.
- 45:47And when they saw more than double of what they normally do actually came out of their database.
- 45:51Yeah.
- 45:52That was an eye opening moment for us.
- 45:54You know, I just thought about this also with the growth of the Helox now,
- 45:58with the equity and people playing at their local banks, right?
- 46:01That's a missed opportunity there.
- 46:03Absolutely.
- 46:04Yeah.
- 46:05Yeah.
- 46:06Yeah.
- 46:07Yeah.
- 46:08Yeah.
- 46:09And let me take this time on your show.
- 46:10I'm going to announce this on your show.
- 46:11All right.
- 46:12Let's go, baby.
- 46:13I was going to use LinkedIn.
- 46:14But I'm going to do it right here.
- 46:15Yeah.
- 46:16So.
- 46:17Yeah.
- 46:18You're reaching over $10,000.
- 46:19So let's do it.
- 46:20Here we go.
- 46:21So I am happy to announce that NNP has chosen me as one of the 40 under 40.
- 46:24Oh, really?
- 46:25This year.
- 46:26Yeah.
- 46:27Congratulations, man.
- 46:28Thank you.
- 46:29Thank you, guys.
- 46:30We need some brown liquor liquor to cheer that.
- 46:32So we're in the desk.
- 46:33We celebrate here all the time.
- 46:35We celebrate small and big ones.
- 46:37Wow.
- 46:38So, yeah.
- 46:39So we're excited about that.
- 46:41And excited to be in this industry since it's fun.
- 46:44Yeah.
- 46:45And that's why I wanted to have you guys on because this goes, look,
- 46:472019 is going to be a year of, I think, additional pivot and change and,
- 46:52and forcing Elos to become a modern originator, right?
- 46:56And part of that is intelligently leveraging data and to use your word,
- 46:59which is funny because I've been using that as well.
- 47:01Remove the friction.
- 47:02Last time you and I talked, it's just the bottom line is this is,
- 47:06is the companies that are setting the consumer expectation are people like Amazon
- 47:11and Uber and Lyft and Nest and all that kind of jazz and borrowers are starting
- 47:14to expect that as well.
- 47:16So your platform helps us get into that same game level, you know what I mean?
- 47:22Yes.
- 47:23Yeah.
- 47:24I mean, listen, it is truly leveling the thing.
- 47:25I feel where those companies are spending tens of millions and hundreds of millions
- 47:28of dollars to develop those things for themselves.
- 47:31We've created a standard process that doesn't cost millions and millions for somebody to use.
- 47:36Right.
- 47:37Right on.
- 47:38Alright, so people go check out salesboomerang.com.
- 47:40Let them know that you heard about it through the show mortgage marketing radio.
