- 0:53If you're 35 or older, start today.
- 0:56There are three solutions.
- 0:57Right?
- 0:58So the first thing is
- 1:01Hi, everybody.
- 1:02Welcome back to another episode of the Libido Lounge.
- 1:05I'm your host, doctor Diane, and I have a real treat for you guys today.
- 1:11There are so many taboos.
- 1:14There are so many stigmas when it comes to sexual health and erectile dysfunction in men.
- 1:21And there's so many men that suffer in silence, that suffer, that their relationships suffer,
- 1:27their partnerships suffer, and it doesn't have to be this way.
- 1:30So I wanted to bring on Sam Itzhaki, also known as mister get bigger now, because he is an
- 1:37expert in all of these things.
- 1:39So welcome, Sam.
- 1:40It is absolutely a pleasure to be with you today.
- 1:43Thank you for coming on the lounge.
- 1:45Thank you for having me, Diana.
- 1:47It's a pleasure to be here.
- 1:48So let's talk about we're gonna get into all the nitty gritty on erectile dysfunction, how
- 1:53people can do it or fix it, dispel myths, all of that.
- 1:57But before we do that, tell us a little bit about your history, how you got inspired in
- 2:02this project, and why you're known as Mr.
- 2:04Get Bigger now.
- 2:06So, I I, you know, I did not imagine that this would be my life's mission.
- 2:13I kind of fell into it.
- 2:15So in my twenties, I actually just was bored one day, and I'm someone who loves to try new
- 2:22things.
- 2:22I consider myself a biohacker.
- 2:25So if there's anything that can enhance who I am, you know, physically, emotionally,
- 2:31mentally, if the risk is low enough, I will try it.
- 2:35So I love trying new things.
- 2:38And so one weekend, I was a little bored, and I decided to walk into an adult store for the
- 2:44first time in my life.
- 2:46And I didn't really know what I was going to get.
- 2:48I figured I'll just explore, find something I like, a toy, and just have fun over the
- 2:54weekend.
- 2:55And so I walk in, and I see this giant penis pump.
- 2:59It was it was like this big.
- 3:01And, you know, it didn't seem like normal or realistic.
- 3:06And so I was very curious about it, and I end up getting it.
- 3:10And, you know, I put this thing on.
- 3:11And before I tell you what happens, let me just briefly explain how pumps work.
- 3:17So Pumps create a a gentle vacuum pressure around the penis, and that draws blood flow to
- 3:28the penis.
- 3:29And so I put this thing on, start pumping, and my penis just grows in the in the tube.
- 3:36And I give it another squeeze and pump a little more, and and it grows a little more.
- 3:40And, you know, it just keeps going and going.
- 3:42And I just look down, and I'm like, I I can't believe this thing actually works because I
- 3:47really didn't expect much from it.
- 3:50So that's kind of what made me curious about and realize that, hey, this could actually
- 3:57work.
- 3:58What's the long term benefits here?
- 4:01Now that thing just that pump just broke after a few minutes of use.
- 4:05And, you know, I was a little disappointed, but more than anything, was super excited to get a
- 4:10better one and and figure this out.
- 4:13From there, I I got a water pump and end up injuring myself, couldn't have sex for a week
- 4:21because it is important to know how not to injure yourself.
- 4:26It's important to get the right product safe.
- 4:29It's important to read the instructions, and this is for all the men out there who don't,
- 4:33myself included, by the way.
- 4:35Yeah.
- 4:36And so from there, I realized that I have to take this seriously.
- 4:41I can't just you know, try it and see what happens because I, you know, I only get one
- 4:46penis in this lifetime.
- 4:48So I did hours and hours of research online.
- 4:52There are online communities of men who talk about penis enlargement and and just
- 4:58enhancement in general, not just enlargement.
- 5:00It's about getting better rigidity, things like that.
- 5:03And all those men share their stats with the rest of the men on the forum, on the online
- 5:09community.
- 5:10And, of course, it's anonymous.
- 5:11Right?
- 5:12And so you you see all of those men who have zero interest.
- 5:15They're not trying to sell you anything.
- 5:17They're just there to help other fellow men.
- 5:20And, you know, they they basically have, like, a little diary of, like, their progress and how
- 5:25much bigger they're getting over time.
- 5:27So I figured if I if I read a lot about and I follow what the the professionals, let's call
- 5:34it, do, right, what someone who's been popping for ten or twenty years has to say, if I follow
- 5:39their routine, if I read their tips and tricks, I'll be successful at it.
- 5:44Because I knew the potential was there, and I just need to get the right device, and I have
- 5:48to do it right because there there's no of guidance out there, and that's part of what I'm
- 5:55trying to change.
- 5:56So I ended up getting a Doctor.
- 5:59Joel Kaplan pump because that's what a lot of them were using.
- 6:03And it was very different than any other pump I've tried.
- 6:06And for the first time, I was seeing results.
- 6:11I was getting bigger.
- 6:12I was getting harder.
- 6:14And this is where the story gets a crazy twist.
- 6:17About two years after using this pump, my wife tells me, hey.
- 6:22Remember this side of the family that we don't talk to and they don't talk to us?
- 6:27There was some rift in the family.
- 6:29And so she's telling me that we're going to reconcile, and so we're gonna go meet someone
- 6:34from that side of the family.
- 6:36And her mom introduces me to doctor Joel Kaplan, the founder of the company of the pump
- 6:43I'm using.
- 6:44And, of course, at the time, it was a hobby for me.
- 6:46Right?
- 6:47But I was very interested and very curious about having a lot of fun with it.
- 6:53And so, yeah, two years later, I find that that my family member owns and he's the founder of
- 7:00this company, which is crazy.
- 7:02Right?
- 7:03I mean, what's the chance of that happening?
- 7:05So synchronistic.
- 7:07It's so synchronistic.
- 7:09I love it.
- 7:09I love it.
- 7:10It's like, it's almost like, well, you didn't know you're gonna do this, but it kind of is
- 7:13like fate or destiny in some sort of crazy way.
- 7:16Exactly.
- 7:16Exactly.
- 7:17I just wanna humble your mole.
- 7:19Yeah.
- 7:19It's a really cool story.
- 7:20And and I also wanna just comment on, I love that your nickname is mister get bigger now and
- 7:27not just mister get bigger.
- 7:29Right?
- 7:29And just like, you know, with what you're saying is your story around like, okay.
- 7:33Well, like, there are some instant results literally.
- 7:36So we are talking about, like, right now, which I think is a really key thing to mention.
- 7:42Now I'm very curious about,
- 7:44like It's not just about the instant result.
- 7:45It's about taking action.
- 7:47It's very easy to learn something new and then not apply it in your life.
- 7:51And that's something that everyone does.
- 7:53You know?
- 7:54And I want to not only educate people and tell them what works and what doesn't, but also I
- 7:59want to motivate them to take action.
- 8:01And and clarity of what works is the most important thing.
- 8:06Yeah.
- 8:06But it's about taking action.
- 8:08Yeah.
- 8:09Absolutely.
- 8:10Absolutely.
- 8:10So I wanna break that down.
- 8:12And before we do that though, I think going back to what you said about like the water
- 8:16pumps is really important.
- 8:18So I know there's, like, there's manual pumps, there's electric electric pumps, there's water
- 8:23pumps.
- 8:23Like like, how many different types of pumps are there?
- 8:26And what, like, what do people need to know?
- 8:28What can people like, what can go really wrong when trying these things?
- 8:32That that's a great question.
- 8:34So about two years ago, I ended up designing my own pump from the ground up, and that was after
- 8:40trying 39 pumps.
- 8:42Oh, that's serious research.
- 8:44Yes.
- 8:45Is.
- 8:45Yeah.
- 8:45It's a business expense too.
- 8:47So Yeah.
- 8:48It's extra fun.
- 8:49Right.
- 8:49Yeah.
- 8:50So I basically tried basically every pump out there, and whenever there's a new one comes
- 8:55out, I I get those two.
- 8:57I really love to know what are the pros and cons of each one, what they lack, And that's
- 9:04how I designed mine.
- 9:05I tried 39 different ones, realized I did extensive research.
- 9:10I didn't only try the product itself.
- 9:15I also, as I was trying things out, I realized, oh, no one has good instructions.
- 9:20Like the best instructions would say, put it on and start pumping.
- 9:25And that's not even close to be enough.
- 9:28Right?
- 9:28This is just supposed to be a routine.
- 9:29How often do I do it?
- 9:31What pressure do I need to use?
- 9:33Now I know that obviously, but back then when I was just starting, I didn't.
- 9:38So when I was just doing the research a few years ago, I realized that the guidance
- 9:44instruction out there is terrible.
- 9:48And so I end up calling some of the companies, and it's amazing.
- 9:53Half of them, you can't even reach anyone on the phone.
- 9:55And the ones that do answer the phone, you can ask basic questions.
- 10:00Right?
- 10:00Like, where is my order?
- 10:01Or, hey, my pump broke.
- 10:02Can I get a replacement?
- 10:04But they can't really help you with pumping itself.
- 10:08No one, not not a single company was able to to help me with that.
- 10:13And so we do things very differently.
- 10:16As the CEO of the Doctor Joel Kaplan company, I make sure that everyone who answers the phone
- 10:20is someone who's been using a a pump, our pump for at least a year.
- 10:24And so the people answering the phones are male enhancement coaches.
- 10:29They can you know, besides the instructions, if you have any questions whatsoever, they can
- 10:34help you make sure you're doing things right, help you customize your routine, things like
- 10:38that.
- 10:41Yeah.
- 10:41Does that answer your question?
- 10:42Sorry.
- 10:43Yeah.
- 10:43That's I mean, that's definitely really unique that you can get ahold of somebody and actually
- 10:48learn the routine.
- 10:49So I hear I mean, that definitely answers part of the question around like, okay, what is
- 10:53different?
- 10:54Do you see from a mechanism as far as like like vacuum based pumps versus other things like
- 11:00pumps out there, do you see from a mechanism standpoint that some are, like, dramatically
- 11:04less effective as well?
- 11:07So let's talk about what should someone look when they buy a pump.
- 11:11Yes.
- 11:12I can tell you why mine are better.
- 11:14There are other reasons, but the main goal is safety.
- 11:19And of course, efficacy too.
- 11:21That's the second goal.
- 11:22First goal is don't hurt yourself.
- 11:24Yes.
- 11:25So which means you need a pump with a gauge.
- 11:28That is the most important thing.
- 11:30And a pump that is a medical device because there are so many pumps out there that are
- 11:35cheap toys.
- 11:36That was my first pump too.
- 11:37I got a $20 pump and it broke after a few minutes.
- 11:41It wasn't wasn't effective because it broke.
- 11:46And even if I was using it for for longer, I know it wouldn't work because I know better
- 11:51now.
- 11:52And so gauge is number one, being a medical device so that it's high quality manufacturing,
- 11:58so that they have done risk assessments for for the product, things like that.
- 12:05That's very important, and that's that's for safety.
- 12:08As far as efficacy, there are other things.
- 12:11There are things like cylinder sizing.
- 12:14So all the pumps out there come as a one size fits all.
- 12:19It's usually an oversized cylinder.
- 12:23It's way bigger than what you actually need.
- 12:26And then there's a a squishy part at the base, kinda like a gasket, and that makes it a one
- 12:34size fits all.
- 12:35So the tube that you go into is huge, but because of that squishy part of the base, it's
- 12:41okay.
- 12:41Right?
- 12:42You can get a vacuum seal and everything.
- 12:43So it's convenient the way it works.
- 12:46Right?
- 12:47It works for most people.
- 12:49That's nice, but is it effective?
- 12:51No.
- 12:51It's not because that gasket thing at the at the base constricts blood flow.
- 12:58It's always too small.
- 13:00And so, you know, you're using a device that is supposed to increase blood flow to the penis,
- 13:07and there's something constricting, like a you know, it's constricting blood flow at the same
- 13:11time.
- 13:12It just doesn't make sense, and that makes those pumps less effective.
- 13:17Yeah.
- 13:18That makes a a lot of sense.
- 13:20And so from a standpoint of, like, if it restricts blood flow, but there's still like a
- 13:24vacuum, I imagine they might even get like a little bit of an acute change, but probably not
- 13:29a significant acute change.
- 13:31And certainly, restricting blood flow, like not a more permanent change.
- 13:34Is that true?
- 13:36Yes.
- 13:37So what happens is you're causing strain on the skin.
- 13:41You're supposed to pump a little bit.
- 13:43Right?
- 13:43And then blood flow goes into the penis, and the penis grows in the tube, and then you pump
- 13:48again.
- 13:48That's kind of the cycle.
- 13:50That's how you want to increase the pressure gradually.
- 13:53And when you use one size fits all, what happens is you're creating a lot of strain, and
- 13:59there's very little blood flow going to the penis.
- 14:01And so it's just extra strenuous and you get less of the actual long term benefits.
- 14:07You won't have
- 14:08blood flow.
- 14:09So then I wonder, like, you're restricting blood flow, like, when we're talking about
- 14:13safety.
- 14:13Like, do we have a safety issue there where, like, if we're restricting blood flow to the
- 14:17penis, that that seems like long term, we're we're gonna cause, like, even more erectile
- 14:22dysfunction.
- 14:23Do you do you see that?
- 14:25No.
- 14:25Because, basically, you could restrict blood flow in general with the body up to thirty
- 14:31minutes.
- 14:31So that's the general guidance with anything that is restrictive of blood flow.
- 14:36And there are actually constriction rings, also known as cock rings, for men who want a more
- 14:42rigid erection.
- 14:43It actually something that comes with over pumps.
- 14:46It's for men who actually have varicose dysfunction.
- 14:48They basically use the pump to gain an erection, and then they roll down the
- 14:52constriction ring, and it just constricts the base and and keep that blood in the penis.
- 14:57It doesn't allow it to flow back as quickly.
- 15:00And so it's a way to maintain an erection.
- 15:03After you got it with a pump, you can maintain erection for the duration of the sex.
- 15:07And just as a little show and tell, I have one of your pumps here.
- 15:10I have, like, two two different sizes here.
- 15:12So I'll be like excellent.
- 15:15And so, like, what somebody would do then is basically have this, you know, this device is
- 15:20is what's helping with the suction at at the top, and then the cock ring is here around it.
- 15:25So then as it's as the penis gets erect, then we just slide the cock ring off onto the penis.
- 15:31Right?
- 15:32Yes.
- 15:32Exactly.
- 15:33Beautiful.
- 15:35And so okay.
- 15:36So then that answers that And
- 15:37just to clarify, this is this is the way you use the pump to treat a reckless function.
- 15:41So if someone can get an erection for sex, this is how they use it.
- 15:45But it's very different when you use a pump for long term benefits like an exercise.
- 15:51Okay.
- 15:51So let's talk about that.
- 15:52So that's how we use it short term.
- 15:54And is there, like, actually, before we go on, is there any, like, pressure maximum people
- 15:58need to be aware of that you never go beyond with with pumps, or is it, like, more
- 16:02dependent?
- 16:03Yes.
- 16:04My recommendation is up to negative 10 inches of mercury.
- 16:07That's that's the measurement unit.
- 16:09On this pump, it's level 10.
- 16:12Okay.
- 16:13Response to the measurement unit.
- 16:14So level 10
- 16:15really helpful.
- 16:16Yes.
- 16:17So with a pump, like, prevents them from actually going beyond a dangerous level.
- 16:22Exactly.
- 16:22That's amazing.
- 16:23Right.
- 16:24Yeah.
- 16:24And you know, before we talk about the benefits, I think it's important to talk about
- 16:29erectile fitness in general, because there are two terms that get thrown around, and I think
- 16:36they can use some, you know, misclassification I mean, reclassification, let's call it.
- 16:42One is erectile dysfunction, and the other one is malenhancement.
- 16:46So when it comes to erectile dysfunction, a lot of doctors, especially, urologists, they look
- 16:52at it like an on and off switch.
- 16:54Either you can get an erection for sex or it's not good enough for penetration, and then you
- 17:00can it's considered that you have erectile dysfunction.
- 17:03And it's so not like that.
- 17:06Any any man who really look back in our twenties, we get great erections.
- 17:12Right?
- 17:12They're very rigid.
- 17:14It takes very little stimulation.
- 17:17We get spontaneous erections for no reason in our twenties, like zero stimulation.
- 17:21We don't need to think about anything.
- 17:22It's just the wind blows the wrong way, and we get an erection randomly.
- 17:27And then as time goes by, it's part of aging, it happens to everyone.
- 17:32We just lose erection quality.
- 17:35Right?
- 17:35We lose rigidity, and we actually lose size too.
- 17:39Right?
- 17:40And this is something that happened due to chain hormonal changes, like declining
- 17:44testosterone.
- 17:45That's a known thing.
- 17:46Right?
- 17:46With every decade, we just have less and less testosterone.
- 17:50Same thing with nitric oxide production.
- 17:52That's that is super important for blood flow.
- 17:56And if you look at a chart of nitric oxide production by age from studies, it looks just
- 18:00like testosterone.
- 18:01It just declines with age.
- 18:03And so as we get older, we just have less blood flow.
- 18:07We have less testosterone, and so eye erections just decrease in quality.
- 18:12And on top of that, people get busy.
- 18:14They have more responsibilities like children and things like that, and there's less sex.
- 18:18So now we get less of this exercise of getting an erection.
- 18:23Now there there are what's called nocturnal erections, erections that happen at night
- 18:28during REM sleep, and we all get them.
- 18:30And if someone doesn't, they can get an erection.
- 18:33That's just a rule.
- 18:35And as we get older, there's a way to measure this.
- 18:38And as we get older, it's a known thing that we get less and less of those nocturnal erections.
- 18:43And so we have less of this erectile exercise, let's call it, right, during the day because we
- 18:50have less sex.
- 18:51Right?
- 18:51Most people have sex once or twice a week on you know?
- 18:54And that's that's a good average.
- 18:56And then we get less of this biological exercise at night.
- 19:01And so with time, it becomes a cycle.
- 19:04We have less sex.
- 19:05We get less erection.
- 19:06What happens?
- 19:07Atrophy sets in even faster, and we get an even worse erection.
- 19:12And so it's it become a snowball and a cycle that just just get worse and worse.
- 19:16And the thing is the solutions out there, no one really talks about any good solution.
- 19:23What usually happens is someone goes to a doctor to complain about, and usually men only
- 19:28complain about when it's a real problem.
- 19:30Right?
- 19:31Where it's it is a spectrum that that gradually decreases.
- 19:35And so it's best to catch it and prevent it ahead of time.
- 19:40And so when someone has a problem, they go to a doctor.
- 19:43A doctor just we just prescribe you a pill.
- 19:45That's generally what happens, and pills are a band aid.
- 19:49It's just it doesn't address the root cause of the problem.
- 19:52It's it's like Vicodin or any other pain reliever.
- 19:56When someone uses it regularly, it really masks the root cause.
- 20:00Once someone takes it, there's no reason to fix the root cause because they're able to get an
- 20:05erection and they go about with their lives.
- 20:08And, you know, again, it's a it's a Band Aid.
- 20:10It's much better when it comes to health especially to really get to the root cause of
- 20:15the problem.
- 20:16You know?
- 20:16And so pumps can really help with that because the number one cause of erectile dysfunction,
- 20:21at least the mild version, I'm not talking about someone who, let's say, had their
- 20:25prostate removed.
- 20:26Right?
- 20:26I'm talking about the general public, most people where the erection just decreases with
- 20:31the quality decreases with age, it's really mostly about blood flow.
- 20:36Right?
- 20:36Our our blood vessels get narrower and smaller.
- 20:40They shrink.
- 20:40Right?
- 20:41And then we lose some blood vessels.
- 20:43And the thing is there is something you can do.
- 20:45Just pump regularly.
- 20:46Pumps are proven to reverse mild erectile dysfunction.
- 20:50As long as it's mild, it
- 20:51will
- 20:51work.
- 20:53And, yeah, you can you can actually not only your blood vessels get bigger, but also you can
- 20:59create new blood vessels through a process called neovascularization.
- 21:04And so pumps literally reverse atrophy.
- 21:07It's an amazing exercise that more people need to know about and use over the age of 35.
- 21:14So it brings me back to or brings me to another question, which is, is erectile dysfunction
- 21:19inevitable?
- 21:20And and, you know, my general medical opinion on this is largely yes.
- 21:25Like like if we don't do anything, just if we don't do anything to intervene, age related
- 21:31changes, and I think this is some of what you're saying, like age related changes are
- 21:35going to happen.
- 21:35So in your experience, like is ED like largely inevitable?
- 21:41And I think the importance of naming that is like just normalizing it, right, getting the
- 21:45stigma out.
- 21:46And then from a preventable standpoint, like like when you're saying like 35, like okay, so
- 21:52do you recommend oftentimes then that, you know, once men hit their mid thirties that,
- 21:57hey, why don't you just go ahead just like anything else we do from preventative medicine,
- 22:02get good lab tests, you know, make sure you're eating a good diet.
- 22:06Do you do you throw the penis bump in as, like, something that at a certain age is, like, yeah,
- 22:10just throw this in your health care regimen because this is gonna help this part of your
- 22:15body age better, help with vascularization, and really just help, prevent those age related
- 22:20changes?
- 22:22Yeah.
- 22:22100%.
- 22:23So first of all, when it comes to whether or not erectile dysfunction is inevitable, I
- 22:28agree.
- 22:29It's generally is the answer is generally yes.
- 22:32Because when you when you read the stats, like, from studies, we're talking about half of all
- 22:38men by the age of 50.
- 22:39Right?
- 22:39So half of all men by the age of 50 report some form of erectile dysfunction.
- 22:44And and actually by the age of 60, men can lose up to 20% of their erection size, which is
- 22:51crazy.
- 22:51Men just don't know about this.
- 22:54That means think of two men that you know in your life.
- 22:58One of them is likely to have a problem in in the bedroom.
- 23:02And men don't talk about, which means the number can be higher.
- 23:06Right?
- 23:06And it's a little sad because there is stigma around it.
- 23:11Men don't like to feel vulnerable.
- 23:14And the outcome is just so much worse because then when someone has a problem, they think
- 23:19they're alone.
- 23:20They feel isolated, alone.
- 23:22The first thing I want them to know is that they're not.
- 23:27It happens to everyone.
- 23:30A lot of men report those kind of problems.
- 23:32And even the ones who say, I don't have a problem, just ask them, how is your erection
- 23:36compared to ten or twenty years ago?
- 23:38And you'll get the right answer.
- 23:39It's not the same.
- 23:41And yeah.
- 23:42What was I'm sorry.
- 23:43What was the other question?
- 23:44Just from a standpoint of like prevention, do you feel because of, you know, some of those
- 23:48statistics, do you feel that it's a good idea for men once they reach like, you know, 30 that
- 23:55they just start utilizing a penis pump just to help from a preventative standpoint, just
- 24:00similarly to, you know, what we do from all sorts of different kinds of things, water, gym,
- 24:06you know, like those types of things.
- 24:07Like is penis pump just like, hey, this happens, why don't you just throw this into
- 24:11your health for, like your health regimen, your health routine?
- 24:14Have to take a break from what we were just talking about because I'm so excited to
- 24:18introduce you to a couple of my favorite toys on the market.
- 24:22Because one of the things I really, really am passionate about when it comes to sexual
- 24:27health, pleasure, passion is not only those things because those are very important, but
- 24:33it's also helping you find ways to deeply heal.
- 24:36And this is why I love the company Mystery Vibes so much because their products I've seen
- 24:42to do just that.
- 24:43So I'm gonna tell you about a couple of these.
- 24:45I have a product for women and a product for men here.
- 24:48So this is a female product.
- 24:50This is called the Crescendo two.
- 24:52You will have links in the show notes.
- 24:55You will also get discounts on this.
- 24:58If you use the code libido 20, you will get discounts on this product.
- 25:04And what's so cool about this product from a pleasure standpoint, and then we're gonna talk
- 25:07about health standpoint.
- 25:08But from a pleasure standpoint, look what I can do with this product.
- 25:12It is so bendable.
- 25:13So it has all of these hinges where you can bend it in all of these different ways.
- 25:18And what that's allowing you to do is be very specific around which part of the interior of
- 25:24the vagina, g spot, etcetera, that you are going to access and stimulate.
- 25:30Now what internal studies have shown on this particular product is that it increases arousal
- 25:36about 73% and lubrication up to 93 So that's where I'm talking about, hey, we can get all of
- 25:44this uniqueness of pleasure.
- 25:46We can pinpoint those spots.
- 25:47We can wake up our vagina in ways that maybe other vibrators can't because you can't get the
- 25:52level of maneuverability and flexibility that you can with this toy.
- 25:56And all of that, and then you can also see in many people an increase in arousal and
- 26:02lubrication for that deep healing component.
- 26:05Also, product that mystery vibe has for women that also has been shown to improve arousal as
- 26:12well as lubrication is called the legato.
- 26:15I will also put a link in the show notes about that.
- 26:18It's a cock ring that that vibrates the entire vulva.
- 26:21It's phenomenal, so also look for that.
- 26:24Again, the code you're looking for is libido 20 for that discount.
- 26:28And now for all the gentlemen watching.
- 26:31So this is the Cannuto two.
- 26:33So this toy is amazing because it has been researched to improve erections by double.
- 26:41So erections go get better, performance gets better, and it can help with prostate health.
- 26:47So it's a super easy toy to use.
- 26:49It looks a little bit strange when you're looking at it, but all you're gonna do is
- 26:53you're gonna just do penile insertion right here.
- 26:56This back part will sit back on the perineum and voila.
- 27:00There you go.
- 27:01So, again, libido 20 for this.
- 27:04If you guys want better erections, if you wanna be harder longer, if you wanna please your
- 27:09partner longer, and women, if you want to have a better arousal, better lubrication, and wake
- 27:15up those parts of your vagina so that not only are you experiencing more pleasure, more
- 27:20passion, better orgasms in many cases, but you are also deeply healing yourself as well.
- 27:27So again, those will be in the show notes.
- 27:30I hope you take advantage of these discounts and the coupon codes there.
- 27:34Libido 20 is your coupon code.
- 27:36I will see you all in a moment as we get back to our show.
- 27:41Quick word from our sponsors before we continue with the episode.
- 27:45Ladies, midlife isn't a crisis.
- 27:48It's a power move.
- 27:49On the Mature Allure podcast, we're flipping the script on aging, beauty, wellness, and
- 27:54everything in between.
- 27:56I'm your host, Sherry O, here to keep it real, fun, and fearless.
- 28:00Ready to embrace every chapter?
- 28:02Hit play on Mature Allure wherever you listen to podcasts.
- 28:15Yeah.
- 28:16A 100%.
- 28:17You know, you can think of it you know, we all brush our teeth, you know, and we don't do it
- 28:23because we have cavities.
- 28:24We do it to prevent cavities.
- 28:26It's so much easier to prevent health problems.
- 28:29So yeah.
- 28:30That and A good way to look at it is just like the gym.
- 28:34When you look at a person who doesn't move for decades, and that that is pretty much most
- 28:40people.
- 28:41Right?
- 28:41We all shrivel with age.
- 28:43You know, our whole body shrivels, and that's exactly what happened to the penis with time.
- 28:49And so prevention is key.
- 28:51Just like you can go to the gym and instead of lose muscle mass as you get older, you can gain
- 28:56muscle mass.
- 28:57I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life, way stronger than I was in my twenties.
- 29:02And it's just because I do some pull ups, some push ups, you know, I just lift something
- 29:07heavy, basically.
- 29:08You know?
- 29:08It doesn't take that much.
- 29:10And so, yeah, I think it's super important to to do something about early so that you don't
- 29:16have a problem later.
- 29:18I agree.
- 29:19I couldn't agree more.
- 29:20It's like the basis of everything I like to do in life and teach upon is like, how do we stop
- 29:24a problem before it even starts?
- 29:26Right?
- 29:26But if you have a problem, it's not too late.
- 29:28It sounds like this is like a reversible condition as well.
- 29:31Exactly.
- 29:32Yes.
- 29:32Mild mild the mild condition can definitely be reversed.
- 29:36You know, if it's more than that, like if someone had the process removed, you know,
- 29:41things are different.
- 29:42Right.
- 29:42Yep.
- 29:43Absolutely.
- 29:44I know one of the things that comes up on online chat forums that I've seen that is a
- 29:49concern for people is about any long term damage.
- 29:53Any, like so when we're talking about pumps, what do we need to be?
- 29:57Is there anything especially with using your pumps, are there any side effects?
- 30:01Are there any risks that people would need to consider?
- 30:04No.
- 30:05So I I would say, number one, read the instructions.
- 30:09That's rule number one.
- 30:10Rule number two is there shouldn't be any pain or discomfort.
- 30:14If you feel pain, you have to reduce the pressure or stop using it because something's
- 30:19wrong.
- 30:19You're either using on a pressure that's too high or maybe you have a medical conditions.
- 30:25But the general consensus is that if you're healthy, if you don't have diabetes, if you
- 30:30don't have a blood disorder, you can definitely use a penis pump.
- 30:34They've been used for decades.
- 30:36And, actually, penis pumps existed before Vagra or Cialis existed for the treatment of rectal
- 30:42dysfunction.
- 30:42So it's a super proven treatment, and it's proven for safety for a very long time.
- 30:50Let's talk too about some of the other fun things that happen.
- 30:53So you did mention, like, when people are using the pumps, they'll actually see the penis grow
- 30:57inside.
- 30:58What about more like and then you also mentioned, okay.
- 31:01Well, you know, men are seeing this, like, huge.
- 31:03I think you said 20% reduction in penis size.
- 31:05Is that right?
- 31:07Are you seeing up to.
- 31:09Okay.
- 31:09So then are you seeing with the use of the pump, like, less for, like, acutely with
- 31:13growth, but are you seeing more, like, permanent changes in size and and helping men
- 31:19get some of the size back if they've lost it?
- 31:22Oh, absolutely.
- 31:23Actually, five years ago, I create an app.
- 31:27And the reason why I created it is I I became the CEO of the doctor Joel Kaplan company about
- 31:33ten years ago.
- 31:35And one of the things that was very obvious is that a lot of people don't believe that pumps
- 31:40work for size.
- 31:41You know, if if you look it up, very official websites like the Mayo Clinic or plenty of
- 31:47other official websites say, no, it doesn't work for size.
- 31:51And at the time when I just took over, I was reading it, and I just I couldn't believe it
- 31:57because I knew from personal experience that it works.
- 32:00And I did those hours and hours of research I was talking about earlier, and all of those men
- 32:06are seeing results.
- 32:08So just annoyed me that the truth isn't out there.
- 32:13I'm someone who really believe in the truth.
- 32:18And so I decided, you know what?
- 32:20Let me create an app so that people can see for themselves that things are working.
- 32:25And I'm I'm talking about the individual level for every person who uses my pump, and also as
- 32:30a whole.
- 32:30Right?
- 32:31I can just generate anonymized statistics and see how many people it helped.
- 32:36What's the average gain gains, things like that.
- 32:39So I created about five years ago.
- 32:42We have, about 11,000, 12,000 users.
- 32:46We have over 60,000 exercises records, meaning when someone uses a pump, they they log it.
- 32:54Right?
- 32:55And then we have about 12,000 measurements of erection performance.
- 33:02That means someone put in their size.
- 33:05It means someone put in their, level of rigidity and sensitivity.
- 33:09And so we have this this the stats, and it's very obvious that it works for most people.
- 33:16The success rate of seeing some positive results is ninety two percent.
- 33:20And the average and keep in mind, not everyone uses, you know, the pump for long enough.
- 33:26The the program that comes the the program that I talk about, you can gain one to three inches.
- 33:32It's very common for customers to report one or two inches in length.
- 33:37It's extremely common as long as they stick with the program.
- 33:40Right?
- 33:41Sometimes people buy a product and, you know, in the case of, let's say, a treadmill, it ends
- 33:46up becoming a coat hanger.
- 33:48Right?
- 33:48Yes.
- 33:49So people do sometimes buy a product and then not use it.
- 33:52This is something I can see.
- 33:54Right?
- 33:55I can also see the exact opposite.
- 33:57Men who have been pumping They have an account.
- 34:02I see progress since and Exxcise, since the day or the very beginning when I created the app,
- 34:08and they're still logging stuff.
- 34:10Right?
- 34:12And so I can tell that it's working.
- 34:15The average gains and the average So the average duration is between five and six
- 34:19months.
- 34:20That means that most men stick with it for close to six months, which is great.
- 34:25And the average gains are three quarters of an inches in length, which is amazing.
- 34:30And the the average girth increase is about 20%.
- 34:34So people clearly are seeing results.
- 34:37I have the data.
- 34:39Yeah.
- 34:39It's so exciting that you've been collecting that.
- 34:42I love that so much.
- 34:43And you said something as you're describing this that I wanna come back to, which is you
- 34:46use the word sensitivity.
- 34:48So are you finding that men are actually having more like sensation?
- 34:52Is that what you mean by sensitivity?
- 34:54Like, there more feeling of pleasure that they get from using the pumps?
- 34:58Yes.
- 34:59So if someone has low if they rate their sensitivity as low, over time by using the
- 35:06pump, it increases by about 12%.
- 35:09Exciting.
- 35:11What about another
- 35:12It happens when you reverse atrophy.
- 35:14You know, they lose sensation because their penis shrivels slowly because they don't use
- 35:18it.
- 35:19So it's a use it or lose it kind of things kind of thing.
- 35:22Same thing for women.
- 35:23Like, same thing happens to us.
- 35:24Like, you're not you're not getting blood flow there, tissue atrophies, and yeah, you lose
- 35:29that sensitivity.
- 35:30And then it's it certainly doesn't drive pleasure when the sensitivity goes down.
- 35:35Right.
- 35:36Exactly.
- 35:36And, I don't know if you if you're aware, but I do have pumps for women.
- 35:40I am aware.
- 35:41Should we talk about those too?
- 35:43Sure.
- 35:43Yeah.
- 35:44So so tell us about those.
- 35:46So I know they're they're clitoral pumps.
- 35:48Correct?
- 35:49Clitoral or vulva pump?
- 35:51I have both.
- 35:51Let me quickly go ahead.
- 35:54Yeah.
- 35:55So it's all all pumps have the same top part, which is the pump itself.
- 36:00And then we have the the penis pump, which comes with a cylinder for the penis.
- 36:04We have this one, which is for the clitoris.
- 36:06It's just a much smaller cylinder or Mhmm.
- 36:09Copper tube, people call different things.
- 36:11And then we have one for the vulva, which brings blood flow to the whole region.
- 36:16Right?
- 36:16The the labia, the the vulva, the clitoris, just everything.
- 36:20Do you have an app for the females as well or just for the men?
- 36:24I don't.
- 36:25And someone told me that recently, and they're like, hey.
- 36:28There's always research done for men.
- 36:30What about women?
- 36:31Yes.
- 36:32They were right, and I'm gonna do something about it.
- 36:34Okay.
- 36:35Let me know.
- 36:35I'll help spread the word for sure.
- 36:37What are you what are you hearing though in just like anecdotal stories from women that
- 36:41have been using the vulva or clitoral versions?
- 36:45So what I hear about the main thing is there there are two main benefits of long term use.
- 36:51One is increasing sensitivity, which I think that's something that women can really use some
- 36:57help with in general, and also because of aging.
- 37:00Right?
- 37:00It's it's really both.
- 37:02A lot of women, there is the orgasm gap.
- 37:06You know?
- 37:06So I think adding some sensitivity might help, not for everyone maybe, but for a lot of women
- 37:10out there, especially for women who are older because of atrophy.
- 37:15So that's one one major benefit.
- 37:18And then the other one is natural lubrication.
- 37:20So with age, women lose some of that natural lubrication.
- 37:25It can be hormonal changes.
- 37:26So it's it's not just it's not specific just aging.
- 37:29That's a major one.
- 37:30But also a good example is after pregnancy.
- 37:33It's very common for women to be very dry after because of hormonal changes.
- 37:38And so this type of pump can really help with that.
- 37:42Yeah.
- 37:42The the atrophy is such a real thing.
- 37:44I when I was in medical school and we were doing cadaver lab and, you know, it's like in
- 37:49medical school, we did cadaver lab for an entire year.
- 37:51So you really get to know the anatomy of, I think there was eight cadavers in our lab.
- 37:58And there was one woman that she had no no obvious clitoris.
- 38:03It was complete Wow.
- 38:04Completely atrophied.
- 38:06So that was really interesting for me to learn like, well, that's like the level of atrophy we
- 38:11can have.
- 38:12Like, it's a very, very, very real thing.
- 38:15And you know, think she was obviously an extreme case, but you know, to the point of
- 38:19like this is an important thing and this can happen.
- 38:22Yeah, absolutely.
- 38:23It's a really big thing.
- 38:24Like we gotta keep the blood flow there or that tissue just if we're not using it.
- 38:29And we're adapted.
- 38:30Like, our our human bodies are so adaptive.
- 38:32So if we're not using it, like, we'll just make changes.
- 38:35Like, why do we keep things around that we don't need?
- 38:37Exactly.
- 38:37It's like wasted energy basically from the body's perspective at least.
- 38:40Right?
- 38:41Yeah.
- 38:41Exactly.
- 38:42And and it's not just the clitoris, the trivils.
- 38:44It's really everything.
- 38:45The whole region shrivels.
- 38:47Right?
- 38:47The labia, the vulva.
- 38:48And this is something that a lot of women know is with age.
- 38:51So using a pump can really reverse that.
- 38:55Absolutely.
- 38:55And I think that's like you know, when you're talking about orgasm gap, I think that's a
- 38:59there's, you know, many components of it, but I certainly think one component of it is losing
- 39:04that sensitivity.
- 39:04And we have 8,000 nerve endings, you know, this to this part of our body, and if there's, like,
- 39:09less sensitivity there.
- 39:11Because we know that clitoris, like, runs, you know, and it's not just that bull.
- 39:15We know it like is running under the labia along the pelvis.
- 39:19So the vulvar, you know, part is also going to help with that clitoral stimulation as well and
- 39:24that clitoral So I think just helping with like that blood flow there and that increase of that
- 39:30sensitivity, sensitivity, that that is is certainly certainly one very important way of
- 39:33of helping, you know, women and men close that orgasm gap.
- 39:36Right.
- 39:37And, you know, it's very obvious.
- 39:38Like, once you put on you know, I I'm not a woman, but I I've gotten plenty of feedback
- 39:43from women about it.
- 39:45It's described as non stimulating but still arousing.
- 39:51So when you put it on, it kinda like just wakes you up sexually.
- 39:55It's just in a way, it's like getting an erection.
- 39:58And I and I know a lot of men think it's weird, but the parts for men and women are arranged
- 40:02differently.
- 40:03That's the only difference.
- 40:04Women get an erection.
- 40:06It's just the the tissue just spread out differently, and it takes because of that, it
- 40:11takes longer to, let's call it, get an erection.
- 40:14Right?
- 40:14Yes.
- 40:15Exactly.
- 40:16Exactly.
- 40:16And that's like just like, you know, men would never have sex with like a flaccid penis.
- 40:20I think the idea that a lot of women don't understand is that there's blood flow that
- 40:25needs to go to this erectile tissue.
- 40:28And because women don't know this, and I think many men don't know this too, oftentimes women
- 40:32are having sex before there's blood flow to this tissue.
- 40:36And then it's like, it doesn't feel that pleasurable similarly to like how a man would
- 40:41never have sex with a flaccid penis.
- 40:43So we we all need this blood flow for things to work and feel good and that sort of thing.
- 40:49Yeah.
- 40:50Are there any Yeah.
- 40:51I think I think men just need to realize that it takes a little longer for women.
- 40:54And just take your time, really.
- 40:56It's just a simple rule.
- 40:58Exactly.
- 40:59It's true.
- 41:00It's true.
- 41:00Yeah.
- 41:00When I asked my partner one time, like, if there was anything that he wishes were
- 41:04different about females and sex, that was, like, his answer.
- 41:07It was, like, I wish you guys would just, you know, I wish it could be that the God had made
- 41:10us, that we're, you know, the spirit or whatever, whoever made us, could have made us
- 41:14so that we are more in alignment and women would work faster.
- 41:17And like, that's a fun wish and the reality is like, hey, it's not a big deal.
- 41:22We just need to know it and and work together with it, with the differences.
- 41:24Exactly.
- 41:26Yep.
- 41:27So are there any misconceptions around erections and erectile health or, you know, or
- 41:32clitoral health or vulvar health that we have not mentioned today that are important to to
- 41:37mention?
- 41:38Yeah.
- 41:39I think I think the the most important misconception about erectile health is the
- 41:45whole erectile dysfunction situation where doctors just, not everyone, of course, but most
- 41:50doctors, just believe it's a an on an on and off switch.
- 41:54True or false?
- 41:55It's not.
- 41:56It's really a spectrum, and it declines slowly.
- 41:59And the sooner they recognize it and and understand it, the better they can help their
- 42:04patients.
- 42:05I think that's the most important thing.
- 42:08Another thing is misconception.
- 42:09It's not really about, erectile dysfunction, but it's one about the other side.
- 42:15It's about malenhancement.
- 42:17There are so many scams out there when it comes to malenhancement, and that's one of the
- 42:22reasons why I decided to go out there and talk about.
- 42:26You know, everyone gets an email many emails actually, about the reckless function.
- 42:31Just take this pill for three days and you'll get gain five inches.
- 42:35You know, no one believes that.
- 42:36I you know, it's it's just mind blowing that those those emails and this type of spam is
- 42:43even being sent.
- 42:44It's hard to believe anyone would fall for it.
- 42:46But I feel like because this the industry is so saturated with this type of scams, no one
- 42:54believes that anything works.
- 42:56And that's why I think it's important to understand that this is not about erectile
- 43:02dysfunction, and it's not about no enhancement.
- 43:04It's about erectile fitness, and it's something that just no.
- 43:08It's natural.
- 43:09Just look at the rest of your body.
- 43:10That's something that anyone can understand.
- 43:12Right?
- 43:12It just declines slowly with age.
- 43:15So you better lose it use it or you lose it.
- 43:18That's pretty much it.
- 43:19Yeah.
- 43:20And I think to just kinda highlight something you said, I think like the recognition is just
- 43:25a huge thing to highlight because oftentimes when we have changes, it's like so slow over
- 43:31time.
- 43:32Right?
- 43:32It's like, oh, it's just like this much less and it's so minute that it's like, oh, okay, we
- 43:38don't even notice it.
- 43:39And then the body and the brain adapts to that being the new normal, and then it changes
- 43:42again.
- 43:43And and our brain just keeps adapting to the new normal that sometimes it can get, you know,
- 43:47pretty out of balance compared to what it, you know, used to be.
- 43:51And and before like we even like recognize it if even at all.
- 43:55So what you said earlier around asking somebody, you know, the question or asking
- 43:59oneself the question around like, where are you compared to when you were 20?
- 44:04I think it's such an important, question that everybody I hope that's listening will ask
- 44:09themselves that question because that's the biggest thing is recognizing like, has there
- 44:14been a change?
- 44:15And if so, probably great idea to do something about it.
- 44:18Exactly, yes.
- 44:20So my final question for you is when it comes to other ED treatments on the market, like how
- 44:28like, how does this compare?
- 44:29I know you're talking about like a lot of scams.
- 44:32What about other things like using Cialis, using testosterone?
- 44:36Obviously, like Cialis, Viagra are just band aids.
- 44:40Do you ever see people use those kind of band aids in combination with this?
- 44:44Where do those kind of things play as far as working with the penis pump?
- 44:48Yeah.
- 44:49So, you know, I look at other solutions as a tool in your toolbox, you know, and and so are
- 44:56pumps.
- 44:57Right?
- 44:57And so I think it's important to use the right tool for the job.
- 45:01When it comes to Vagra Cialis, it generally is safe.
- 45:05It generally does work for men.
- 45:06But there are reasons why it's just not great.
- 45:10One reason is that a lot of men get used to it over time.
- 45:14Right?
- 45:14And so when you go to a doctor, there's it's very obvious.
- 45:18When you go to a urologist, it's very obvious that there is a standard operating procedure.
- 45:22There are three solutions.
- 45:23Right?
- 45:24So the first thing is that they prescribe you pills, right, medications like Vagra or Cialis.
- 45:29The second thing, if that doesn't work or if it stops working over time, they'll go for an
- 45:34injection, something like have you ever heard of Trimex?
- 45:38I don't know Trimex.
- 45:39No.
- 45:39Yeah.
- 45:40So there are injections out there.
- 45:41That's just one of them that you basically have to inject yourself in a penis every time you
- 45:46need an erection.
- 45:47And I don't think it's something that anyone wants to do, but they don't necessarily have a
- 45:52choice because pills stopped working.
- 45:55Right?
- 45:56And then also when when someone keeps injecting themselves, it creates scar tissue.
- 46:03And so over time, it can cause Pyronie's disease or curvature.
- 46:07Right?
- 46:08It can also become less effective because now we have scar tissue.
- 46:12Right?
- 46:12It's just different tissue, not erectile tissue that actually works.
- 46:16And so and then from there, the third solution is an inflatable device inside your penis that
- 46:24whenever you want an erection, you have to kinda move fluid onto the penis.
- 46:28It's not even a real erection.
- 46:30And so when you see this path forward, right, that all those three solutions, and when you
- 46:37understand that that if you take pills, you could get used to it, Then the next logical
- 46:44thought should be, okay.
- 46:46Pills are okay to use, but let's keep them for when I really need them.
- 46:50Let's first try to reverse atrophy, right, you know, by using a pump.
- 46:55Now is it okay to use both of them?
- 46:57Absolutely.
- 46:57It is.
- 46:58You know, I'm I'm not against medications if it works for someone.
- 47:02I just think if someone can get by without someone could buy getting the root cause of the
- 47:09problem and not take medications, try to leave the medications for when you absolutely need
- 47:14it.
- 47:14Right?
- 47:15Because you don't wanna go down the path where you use the medications and then, you know, you
- 47:19get used to it.
- 47:20Don't don't start in your 30, get used to it by 40 or 50, right, when you can start with the
- 47:25medications at 50 and get twenty more years of good sex.
- 47:29Yeah.
- 47:30Yeah.
- 47:30I couldn't agree more with that.
- 47:31And I and I said that was my last question, but I think I lied.
- 47:34So in cases where somebody has like Peyronie's disease, right, where they have that curvature
- 47:39of the penis, is are is this still like a safe device to use the penis pumps?
- 47:44Like, can it still help people like that?
- 47:46Or just like thinking about the curvature, is there any problems with using a penis pump if
- 47:50somebody has that situation going on?
- 47:53Yeah.
- 47:53So actually, pumps can correct mild curvatures.
- 47:56So as long as it's yeah.
- 47:57Mild
- 47:58They're one of the devices.
- 47:59There's one more device that I that I offer.
- 48:02It's called it's an extender essentially or a stretcher.
- 48:05By the way, it's amazing for size, for specifically length.
- 48:10And I introduced it because, you know, pumps get so many great benefits long term, which is
- 48:16why I really recommend using pumps because it's all about blood flow.
- 48:20But knowing that guys use pumps because they wanna get bigger, and that's a lot of guys out
- 48:25there.
- 48:27Those guys, they wanna get bigger, and they wanna get bigger yesterday.
- 48:31They don't wanna wait.
- 48:32And, you know, using a pump is like an exercise.
- 48:35You know, you go to the gym once, you'll see some results, but those results will subside.
- 48:40Like, you'll even get bigger temporarily when you go to the gym the first time, but it's
- 48:44gonna go away.
- 48:45But you keep going for a few weeks, a few months, you'll actually gain muscle mass.
- 48:50And so it's the same thing with penis pumps.
- 48:52It's like an exercise, and we use it regularly.
- 48:55You get great benefits, which is why I recommend them.
- 48:58But knowing that guys want length specifically, and that's there seem to be a disconnect
- 49:04between men and women.
- 49:05You know, men measure their, let's call it, ego with length.
- 49:10And if you ask a woman about, do you care about size?
- 49:14If they're willing to admit that they do, they they will tell you that they care more about
- 49:18girth than length.
- 49:19Right?
- 49:20There is such a thing as being too long, but girth really helps with sensation.
- 49:24And so women prefer girth.
- 49:26And I feel that that's that's a conversation that men and women should have.
- 49:31But knowing that guys really care for length and they want quickly, I introduced a stretcher
- 49:38a few years ago.
- 49:39Essentially, just think about holding a floss of penis stretched.
- 49:43It's that, but you can wear it for hours a day.
- 49:47Mhmm.
- 49:47Not all at once, of course, because it is a restricted device.
- 49:50So thirty minutes at a time, but you can wear it for hours.
- 49:54And that's something actually that I experimented with in my twenties.
- 50:00Before I knew this was going to be my lab's mission, I was a software engineer.
- 50:04And as a software engineer, you sit down all day and you program.
- 50:07And so I just wore an extender under my pants in the office with everyone around me,
- 50:14and I love this.
- 50:16Yeah.
- 50:16No one knew, and my wife begged me to stop after about five weeks.
- 50:22It just
- 50:22Because the results were so were so significant.
- 50:25Wow.
- 50:26It just it happens so quickly that yeah.
- 50:29If someone just wants length, that's that's the recommendation.
- 50:33But, you know, I recommend a pump because there's more to penis health and erectile
- 50:37fitness than just size.
- 50:39You know, it's about rigidity.
- 50:40It's about getting erections quicker.
- 50:42It's it's really about health, not just size.
- 50:45Right?
- 50:45Yes.
- 50:46And so if someone wants length, they can get the extended.
- 50:49If someone wants all the amazing health benefits, I recommend to pump every other day.
- 50:54If you want both, when you combine both of those things, the results are absolutely mind
- 51:01blowing.
- 51:01You basically stretch the penis with the extender, and once it elongates the stretch,
- 51:07you use a penis pump to engorge it with blood.
- 51:09And when you do that over and over again, the results happen so fast.
- 51:14And what a great combo.
- 51:15This has just been so delightful, Sam.
- 51:18So much information.
- 51:20I really appreciate your time today.
