Depending on where you work, your organization might be supportive of faith conversations, or might be antagonistic towards them.
Often, restrictions are against "proselytism"—but if we're having thoughtful conversations as we listen to our colleagues and gauge whatever we share to their level of openness, it's unlikely that our actions will be interpreted as proselytism.
