This small but mighty organization serves more than 20,000 children with special and unique needs every year. At the helm is Michelle Murphy, the former teacher turned Executive Director at Variety Detroit. This week, Michelle joins Kelly to talk about Variety, which specializes in supporting children with unique and special needs.
