- 0:53Speaker: This is the question.
- 0:56Speaker: In what direction does one proceed?
- 1:00Speaker: Do we listen and be more receptive to our better senses, of our evolutionary history, of being virtuous, having a greater and wider perspective, one filled with more understanding and kindness, compassion, empathy.

- 1:23Speaker: Mindful meditation is this pursuit.
- 1:27Speaker: It is not just a practice of focusing and concentration, it is a "practice living life." This is where we are.
- 1:40Speaker: This is having a self-realization, being what we actually are, this body we possess, this physicality in a sense we share, finding one's foundation, finding a sense of being a witness to physical reality, harnessing one's senses, catapulting oneself into a greater realm of perspective, sensitivity, gathering our capabilities, our forces, so to speak, to help us prosper on our day's journey, our moment's direction.
- 2:39Speaker: The ship of life is in some way oscillating, even when it is apparently not, when it is in an eddy, seemingly moving nowhere.
- 2:56Speaker: There is still an oscillation.
- 2:59Speaker: Maybe we can call this doubt or confusion or necessary analysis, better understanding.
- 3:10Speaker: How are we perceiving what we're doing?
- 3:15Speaker: Leading toward either negative or positive decisions.
- 3:24Speaker: Remembering our hands, our bodies, our spirits, our helping guide us, or not, perhaps relinquishing in essence with a sense of naivete or ignorance, leaving our direction to fate, or the direction of others, or a compromise.
- 3:55Speaker: Being part of our human race, Homo sapiens.
- 4:01Speaker: We have responsibilities, social responsibilities, stewardships to consider.
- 4:07Speaker: Knowing we are bundles of miracles is a beginning.
- 4:16Speaker: Having this realization is also a beginning of having a sense of humility as our mind's eye broadens from atop the pyramid of life.
- 4:35Speaker: You see the picture of the pyramid on dollars or as an Egyptian hieroglyphics.
- 4:42Speaker: The eye is all seeing because of its height, because it has increased its sense of visibility.
- 4:53Speaker: This is meditation's goal.
- 4:56Speaker: Having this sense of humility rising into awe.
- 5:03Speaker: One begins to initiate instantaneously in meditation, one's bodily awareness to form one's foundation, to help one catapult oneself into a wider perspective, beginning where?
- 5:25Speaker: Again, in our breathing, in our breath, in our pulse, in our heart squeezing, in our warmth, emanating, the vibration underlying these three.
- 5:43Speaker: Our life itself, shimmering, ecstatically, focusing, concentrating, feeling the ecstasy of one's being alive.
- 5:58Speaker: We are here now, present, not in the past nor future, present, evaluating, witnessing objectively our place, roles in the universe.
- 6:19Speaker: It is what we are doing in every moment of time.
- 6:22Speaker: No matter how great one or how narrow one is thinking, it is still descriptive of oneself.
- 6:31Speaker: Seeking with a sense of kindness more, understanding, compassion, empathy, because we are humankind.
- 6:42Speaker: We are imperfect by nature.
- 6:46Speaker: We have been going through evolution for millions of years.
- 6:54Speaker: Look how much has been in a sense manipulated, created, invented, experienced, come to know more about in the last few thousand years.
- 7:11Speaker: Not a lot of time.
- 7:14Speaker: This is man's potential, capability to do all these things which we can see have been done.
- 7:28Speaker: In many ways, it seems endless to the possibilities of mankind.
- 7:38Speaker: For we at least have a conception of, even if it's one hundred thousandth of what is, it is still something we share.
- 7:51Speaker: There is an energy source seeking to know more, to experience more, to share.
- 8:01Speaker: It is us, each, all, in some way or form.
- 8:07Speaker: Bundles of miracles, humbled in awe, thankful.
