SPEAKER_00: Hello, welcome into Hey Hannah I'm your host, Hannah Ostra Krauss, joined by my one and only best girlfriend, Peyton.
0:13
SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the show, Peter.
0:14
SPEAKER_00: Peacet's about to pop, you guys.
0:16
SPEAKER_00: Peigan do what wait, what's your actual do it again?
0:19
SPEAKER_00: I should know this.
0:20
SPEAKER_00: It is the 30th.
0:21
SPEAKER_00: So in less than two days.
0:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, two minutes, however many days that I don't even know what date it is.
0:26
SPEAKER_00: I kind of know why I asked.
0:27
SPEAKER_02: 13 days away, but you're already dilating.
0:30
SPEAKER_02: I'm dilating.
0:33
SPEAKER_02: Tell the good people what you did to me.
0:35
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
0:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, interesting.
0:39
SPEAKER_00: She's not talking much.
0:40
SPEAKER_00: Well, so um, I thought it would be the top of the top of the you're right.
0:44
SPEAKER_00: I just can't help but talk about how you're about to pop.
0:47
SPEAKER_00: But you're right.
0:47
SPEAKER_00: The biggest news that we have going on this morning is the fact that um Payne and I already had this exact same conversation last night.
0:54
SPEAKER_00: And I, you know, it it worked, it recorded, but it just sounded really bad.
0:59
SPEAKER_00: And it was my fault.
1:00
SPEAKER_00: It was my bad.
1:01
SPEAKER_00: I was using headphones I got from Amazon, and now I'm using Are these ones okay?
1:06
SPEAKER_00: Do we need to do a test run?
1:09
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
1:10
SPEAKER_00: And listen.
1:11
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
1:12
SPEAKER_02: It's fine.
1:14
SPEAKER_02: Um I mean, if honestly, if it messes up again and the headphones are unclear, something else happens, or we have to delete it, then the universe was not meant to hear this conversation.
1:24
SPEAKER_02: No, it's and we're being protected by something.
1:28
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
1:29
SPEAKER_00: Well, I wanted to have you back on in general, and I'm sorry, I'm not gonna try to have the exact same conversation.
1:35
SPEAKER_00: I agree, because so much changes in a day, you know.
1:37
SPEAKER_00: So much changes in a day.
1:39
SPEAKER_00: Any changes since we spoke last night and in a conversation absolutely nobody is gonna hear?
1:44
SPEAKER_02: Well, I think I talked about how every day is like the longest day of my life right now because I'm just waiting to pop at any moment.
1:51
SPEAKER_02: Right.
1:51
SPEAKER_02: But which I'm I still have a little less than two weeks, but I still have some days.
1:56
SPEAKER_02: Like most people go until their due date.
1:58
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know why I think I'm like gonna pop today, but maybe because it's the second baby, whatever.
2:03
SPEAKER_02: My change is that today I woke up just so ready to get organizing done and like do things and put things together that I was like, I don't want to pop today.
2:13
SPEAKER_02: I want a little more time.
2:14
SPEAKER_02: I have things to do.
2:15
SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's now that's changed since yesterday.
2:18
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, you know what?
2:19
SPEAKER_02: I don't, I'm not ready.
2:20
SPEAKER_02: I want to just get I they call it nesting, right?
2:23
SPEAKER_02: When you're just like organized mode.
2:25
SPEAKER_02: That's how I feel today is I'm organized mode, and every day is an extra day I get to get things done around my house because as you know, once the baby comes, it's hard to even brush your teeth every day.
2:38
SPEAKER_00: It's really hard to brush your teeth.
2:40
SPEAKER_00: I actually didn't even get to fully brush my teeth this morning, like right away.
2:43
SPEAKER_00: So brush.
2:45
SPEAKER_00: I get it.
2:45
SPEAKER_00: Are you using all of the same stuff that you had for Milo or did you buy new stuff?
2:49
SPEAKER_00: How does this work for this?
2:50
SPEAKER_00: Yes, mostly.
2:52
SPEAKER_02: I feel like I bought a lot with Milo.
2:54
SPEAKER_02: I did a lot of like middle of the night ordering off Amazon because you're so desperate to just get them to sleep or eat or whatever.
3:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
3:01
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I found I had so much.
3:04
SPEAKER_02: And there's of course a lot of stuff I gave away or that I never ended up using or didn't work with Milo.
3:08
SPEAKER_02: But the things that worked were using again with this baby.
3:11
SPEAKER_02: So no new bassinet.
3:12
SPEAKER_02: No new bassinet.
3:14
SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, no new bassinet.
3:15
SPEAKER_02: We actually were we're a snoo family.
3:18
SPEAKER_02: They're very expensive, but we were blessed by our friend uh let us borrow their snoo for Milo and it worked wonders.
3:29
SPEAKER_02: But for this one, we were thinking, okay, well, maybe we could find a really cheap used one.
3:35
SPEAKER_02: Because a lot of people you only use it with the baby for like a couple months.
3:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
3:39
SPEAKER_02: If if that.
3:40
SPEAKER_02: So a lot of them are barely touched.
3:42
SPEAKER_02: Crucial months.
3:43
SPEAKER_00: So very crucial months.
3:44
SPEAKER_02: Very crucial months, but only a couple months, and they're such tiny little things, like they don't really do much to it.
3:49
SPEAKER_02: So we ended up finding this lovely family that sold it to us for a very, very discounted rate, and it looks like it's never gonna be touched.
3:56
SPEAKER_02: So wow.
3:56
SPEAKER_02: We have a snow, and that's what we will be using.
3:59
SPEAKER_02: So yes, same boss nut, same everything, same stroller stuff, same.
4:04
SPEAKER_02: That's great, whatever.
4:05
SPEAKER_02: Nice.
4:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and we'll play everything by year with the you know, cribs and all that, because right now Milo may, my son, might, you know, be done with his crib by the time this one is ready for a crib.
4:18
SPEAKER_02: So we can just like swap them.
4:19
SPEAKER_02: I don't know, we'll see.
4:21
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
4:21
SPEAKER_00: I used to say that every pregnant person should find someone who's just like a few months to even a year ahead of them and follow suit, like listen to everything they say.
4:31
SPEAKER_00: And, you know, so you have all the updated registry items with their help, like all that, which you have been so generous to help me in that process.
4:39
SPEAKER_00: Oh but I also think reverse.
4:42
SPEAKER_00: I know.
4:42
SPEAKER_00: I also think reversed when you I now have a three-month-old.
4:47
SPEAKER_00: One of my friends here is pregnant, also having a girl.
4:51
SPEAKER_00: And so now it's really nice when I'm organizing and cleaning house.
4:54
SPEAKER_00: Like my mom and I just got rid of so many clothes yesterday.
4:58
SPEAKER_00: And I now I have like a pile of stuff I can give to someone else.
5:02
SPEAKER_00: And like the bassinets that I don't need right now anymore.
5:04
SPEAKER_00: Like I have one upstairs, one downstairs.
5:06
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, let me just give them to her to use for the next year because I won't be using them.
5:10
SPEAKER_00: Like she's due in the fall.
5:11
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm not having a baby in the fall.
5:13
SPEAKER_00: Eventually I'll have another one, but you know, I don't need them right now.
5:15
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like in like as a new mom or soon-to-be new mom, just having like a recycling group of people who are generally around the same age as you is the best.
5:24
SPEAKER_02: Yes, for sure.
5:25
SPEAKER_02: If you aren't having babies right now and you're worried because all your friends are, then you're like, nothing.
5:30
SPEAKER_02: They'll you'll get all their stuff once you do have babies.
5:33
SPEAKER_02: And you'll find a group of people that are having babies and you'll suddenly, I've met so many people because of having a baby that I would have never talked to or met otherwise, like at the parks or on walks, or just like other pregnant people that are like, Oh, you're pregnant, I'm pregnant, cool.
5:49
SPEAKER_02: And then we uh strike up conversations.
5:51
SPEAKER_02: So you'll find people to get stuff from, but definitely borrow stuff from people because man, oh man, that stuff is expensive.
5:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it really is.
5:58
SPEAKER_02: And it's only ever used for two seconds.
6:01
SPEAKER_00: For two seconds.
6:03
SPEAKER_00: Speaking of, I'm in the magic Merlin sleepsuit phase.
6:06
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so here's my like quick life update.
6:09
SPEAKER_00: She's in the sleep suit and she sleeps wonderfully in it.
6:13
SPEAKER_00: Although I still could not get her to sleep a full night.
6:16
SPEAKER_00: I was actually texting, speaking of like the circle thing, I was texting a friend of mine who lives all the way in Boston about um her baby.
6:24
SPEAKER_00: Her baby was born like two weeks after mine.
6:26
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, How's it going?
6:28
SPEAKER_00: Are you guys sleeping yet?
6:29
SPEAKER_00: And I was like sort of poking because I needed to know an answer of whether or not, like, am I the problem?
6:33
SPEAKER_00: Or like, what am I doing wrong?
6:35
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, Oh, yeah, we've been sleeping through the night for a while now.
6:38
SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to throw my phone.
6:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, How?
6:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, how do these people do it?
6:42
SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
6:43
SPEAKER_00: So we're sleeping, okay, but definitely not through the night by any means.
6:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's still waking up three, two or three times, usually three times throughout the night.
6:53
SPEAKER_00: Um does she eat and go right back down or does she stay up after she eats?
6:57
SPEAKER_00: Most of the time she eats and goes back down and is just like a quiet angel.
7:00
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll just do it next to Peter in the bed and he doesn't even notice.
7:03
SPEAKER_00: But last night, for some reason, she was popping off.
7:07
SPEAKER_00: She was like wide awake at I do a dream feed when I go to sleep.
7:10
SPEAKER_00: So like 10 or 11, I like try to feed her a little bit more and while she's still sleepy, and like normally she doesn't even yeah, normally she doesn't even wink.
7:19
SPEAKER_00: Like she's just totally asleep, eats a little and then stays asleep.
7:23
SPEAKER_00: And I put her back down.
7:24
SPEAKER_00: And it's like nothing.
7:25
SPEAKER_00: Like we could even have the TV on and like she doesn't bat an eyelash.
7:27
SPEAKER_00: But last night she was just awake, totally awake, and was up for like an hour.
7:32
SPEAKER_00: I know, and then so I finally get her back down.
7:34
SPEAKER_00: I'm like going to sleep at like 11:30 midnight for the second night in a row, and then she woke up at 2 a.m.
7:40
SPEAKER_00: last night doing the exact same thing, fussy, awake, just like wanted to hang out.
7:44
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, no, no.
7:45
SPEAKER_00: And then when they look at you and start smiling, I'm like, no, no, don't look at me.
7:49
SPEAKER_00: This is not the time, like, this is bedtime.
7:51
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, please don't be stimulated.
7:54
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm like, don't look at me.
7:56
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's where I am right now.
7:57
SPEAKER_02: You're doing everything right.
7:59
SPEAKER_02: I every baby is so different.
8:00
SPEAKER_02: I had so many friends that didn't understand what I was doing wrong that my baby wasn't sleeping.
8:06
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
8:08
SPEAKER_02: It's just how he was born.
8:09
SPEAKER_02: This is like who he is.
8:11
SPEAKER_02: My I had a terrible sleeper.
8:12
SPEAKER_02: Granted, I would say right around six months, I did, and granted, I don't know and I don't know what programs are best, worst, whatever.
8:20
SPEAKER_02: I just chose taking care of babies because I needed a program to follow.
8:24
SPEAKER_02: And I did that when he was six months, and it took two nights of really strictly like following her method.
8:33
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
8:33
SPEAKER_02: Um, aka like letting him cry a little tiny bit.
8:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
8:37
SPEAKER_02: It really wasn't long.
8:38
SPEAKER_02: And then he's slept through the night ever since and been an angel and falls asleep on his own.
8:43
SPEAKER_02: Like, I just lay him in the crib and for naps and for bedtime at night, I just lay him in there and say like night night and peace out, and he sleeps through the night.
8:53
SPEAKER_02: So that's amazing.
8:53
SPEAKER_02: I will say, like, and then I and then so it it's all whatever.
8:58
SPEAKER_02: Everybody can shut up.
8:59
SPEAKER_02: All these people that are like, oh my baby just sleeps.
9:03
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, well, good for you.
9:04
SPEAKER_02: But it's I know it's not the parents, it really isn't.
9:07
SPEAKER_02: It I mean, maybe in some situations, but it's every baby is different.
9:11
SPEAKER_02: And some babies sleep till they're like five or six.
9:14
SPEAKER_02: Now I'm hearing um naps, I mean.
9:17
SPEAKER_02: And then some babies give up naps at like two, right?
9:20
SPEAKER_02: And I asked my pediatrician, and I was like, So how do I keep that nap going till he's five?
9:24
SPEAKER_02: Because that's the kind of kid I want.
9:26
SPEAKER_02: And it's like it doesn't like there's nothing you can do.
9:29
SPEAKER_02: Some babies are just done with naps at two, and some babies until they're five.
9:34
SPEAKER_02: I remember napping two babies different.
9:37
SPEAKER_02: Nine, don't you?
9:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like um, I my mom said I was always a really bad napper.
9:43
SPEAKER_02: So I I gave it up at two.
9:45
SPEAKER_02: So I just have a feeling that my son is gonna be the same.
9:49
SPEAKER_03: Oh no.
9:50
SPEAKER_02: He's already skipping naps.
9:51
SPEAKER_02: Like, we'll have one or two days a week that he won't nap.
9:54
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
9:54
SPEAKER_02: And he's happy, like he's not fussy.
9:57
SPEAKER_02: He just doesn't want to, anyways.
9:59
SPEAKER_02: But you just gotta let him do their thing.
10:01
SPEAKER_02: Because then if this is a bad sleeper, my hope is that because I'm gonna have another one in a couple days, and you'll eventually, I'm assuming, have another one.
10:09
SPEAKER_00: Right.
10:10
SPEAKER_02: Um, that those ones will be amazing sleepers.
10:12
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
10:13
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
10:14
SPEAKER_00: I have two bad ones.
10:15
SPEAKER_00: You can't.
10:16
SPEAKER_00: You can't.
10:16
SPEAKER_00: You can't have two bad sleepers.
10:18
SPEAKER_00: I've actually always heard that the first one is typically like if there is gonna be a bad sleeper, it's always a firstborn.
10:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't hear any parent, like, I don't care how old you are, everybody's always like, Oh yeah, my first was such a bad sleeper, but my second, and it's like maybe it's because we're just not paying any attention.
10:32
SPEAKER_00: Like, maybe it's because the second like doesn't get the fine tooth comb detail that the first one gets, you know?
10:38
SPEAKER_02: Anyways, they probably like feed off our energy and we're psychopaths the first one.
10:43
SPEAKER_02: So stressed.
10:44
SPEAKER_00: I have like I still have rage when Andy like doesn't go to sleep on my watch.
10:48
SPEAKER_00: Like when she doesn't go to sleep when I want, I I like last night fluffed my pillows with aggression.
10:55
SPEAKER_00: But I like put her down and she didn't fully wake up, and I'm just like punching air, you know, waiting to pick her back up.
11:02
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it is what it is, anyways.
11:05
SPEAKER_00: I don't need to talk about the nuances of all the sleep details.
11:09
SPEAKER_00: Although I do need specifics on that uh taking care of babies thing, but I won't bore um listeners with that.
11:15
SPEAKER_00: You'll have to call me later and tell me exactly play by play how those two days went for you because I need all the details.
11:20
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
11:21
SPEAKER_00: Anyways, so how are you feeling otherwise?
11:24
SPEAKER_00: I know you you did some organizing.
11:26
SPEAKER_00: I did a lot of organizing today.
11:28
SPEAKER_02: I cleaned the garage.
11:29
SPEAKER_02: Milo is really in love with trucks right now, like like trash trucks, garbage trucks, recycling trucks.
11:36
SPEAKER_02: Like he's in that boy, like toddler phase, which is amazing.
11:39
SPEAKER_02: So it was trash day.
11:41
SPEAKER_02: So I like did a loop around our circle that we live in, and then I parked him in the driveway with a fan on him and put his breakfast on his little tray.
11:50
SPEAKER_02: And the trash like there was like a garbage truck, which he was stoked on, and then there was like a landscape pickup truck that came and picked up landscape, and then there was a recycling truck.
12:00
SPEAKER_02: So he just sat there and like watched the show while I got to kind of organize the garage.
12:05
SPEAKER_02: So I'm feeling good, like I felt energized today.
12:08
SPEAKER_02: That's great.
12:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, every day's a new day though, because yesterday I didn't feel this way.
12:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're really in a good phase right now where you could just like do whatever you want, like you have any excuse to just do whatever you want, which is great.
12:23
SPEAKER_00: That's that feeling of about to pop.
12:25
SPEAKER_00: But the irony is that when you are about to pop, you don't even want to do anything and you don't feel comfortable.
12:31
SPEAKER_00: So it you don't it doesn't feel like enjoyable.
12:34
SPEAKER_02: I also have a qualm about the fact that this weekend I have to celebrate Father's Day because I'm over here taking care of my one and a half year old whilst nine and like three-quarters months pregnant.
12:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I have to celebrate him and his like his father.
12:52
SPEAKER_02: He's such a good father, but also the level at which I'm like mothering right now is so high, and I just think I deserve another day to be celebrated, and I deserve a day like in bed, housewives on, no one bothering me, but I have to somehow celebrate him on Sunday, so I'm not feeling the best about this weekend coming upon Stess.
13:11
SPEAKER_00: But that's so funny, and it's so valid.
13:15
SPEAKER_00: I don't feel similarly because obviously I just have a newborn, but I'm feeling some pressure that it's Peter's first daughter's name.
13:22
SPEAKER_00: It's enough.
13:24
SPEAKER_00: Um it is hard.
13:25
SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna buy him presents?
13:26
SPEAKER_00: Do you Friday and Thursday?
13:28
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know what I'm gonna do.
13:29
SPEAKER_00: I I have look will he listen to this?
13:33
SPEAKER_00: I have no idea.
13:34
SPEAKER_00: Will he listen to this before Friday or before Sunday?
13:37
SPEAKER_00: Probably not, right?
13:38
SPEAKER_00: I have a feeling I have I have something that I have to go pick up, and then I have something that I had delivered, and I'm actually really happy it was delivered.
13:46
SPEAKER_00: It just was delivered this morning.
13:48
SPEAKER_00: It's just like a small thing that I needed him to have something to open with a card because we are going away this weekend with our families.
13:54
SPEAKER_00: It's like a golf weekend, and obviously I will not be golfing, but like he'll be taking three days to golf all day, and I'll be at home mothering.
14:06
SPEAKER_00: But alas, I will prepare and make sure everything is perfect.
14:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm in charge of doing brunch that day for the family, Father's Day brunch, so I'll make sure that's good.
14:15
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it's gonna be like a whole thing for Father's Day.
14:18
SPEAKER_02: It's just so annoying.
14:19
SPEAKER_02: And you know what else?
14:20
SPEAKER_02: I learned fun fact for everyone.
14:22
SPEAKER_02: And granted, don't completely quote me on this, but we Google fact-checked it whilst we were all together.
14:28
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
14:29
SPEAKER_02: Father's Day, I don't remember the exact year, it was like something in maybe the 1800s, was invented by this dad whose wife passed away from a sickness.
14:40
SPEAKER_02: It was the 1800s.
14:41
SPEAKER_02: So, like, and people were dying of colds back then, but she passed away and he had six kids to be able to take care of.
14:48
SPEAKER_02: So he created Father's Day to be like, this is really hard.
14:51
SPEAKER_02: We deserve a day to be celebrated.
14:53
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Oh, that's so cool.
14:55
SPEAKER_02: Like that makes sense.
14:55
SPEAKER_02: Like it's this dad that had these six kids that he had to take care of.
14:58
SPEAKER_02: Now I was assuming Mother's Day already existed, but no, Mother's Day didn't come about until like way after.
15:04
SPEAKER_02: So Father's Day was a thing first.
15:06
SPEAKER_01: Whoa.
15:07
SPEAKER_01: That's ewes.
15:14
SPEAKER_02: That is I checked it on Google, so don't like completely quote me.
15:18
SPEAKER_00: But that's yeah, I was like so surprised, right?
15:20
SPEAKER_00: I couldn't believe it.
15:21
SPEAKER_00: I can't believe Father's Day came before.
15:22
SPEAKER_00: And was it a mother who lost her husband?
15:24
SPEAKER_00: Like, what was the reason?
15:25
SPEAKER_00: Or did people just give it to her out of due diligence?
15:28
SPEAKER_00: They should have.
15:28
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
15:29
SPEAKER_02: Hopefully, the mothers were stri on strike and they were like, Why are the fathers getting a day?
15:33
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
15:34
SPEAKER_02: Craig, my husband, did a really fantastic job this year for Mother's Day.
15:38
SPEAKER_02: Nothing big, but just he allowed me relaxation and like laying in bed and sleeping in and napping when I wanted to nap and sitting here with my coffee, watching Housewives in the morning.
15:49
SPEAKER_02: And he kept like taking Milo.
15:51
SPEAKER_02: So, and then I um yeah, so it was just a relaxing happy Mother's Day.
15:56
SPEAKER_02: So I will say, like, he did a great job.
15:57
SPEAKER_02: This year I'll give him a good Father's Day.
15:59
SPEAKER_02: I will say, and I don't think he'll ever listen to this because I don't allow him to, but there was a drawer.
16:06
SPEAKER_02: I found a Father's Day card that I was gonna give my dad last year that I never sent to him.
16:10
SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah.
16:10
SPEAKER_02: So Craig will be receiving that Father's Day cards this year.
16:14
SPEAKER_02: Perfect.
16:16
SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
16:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was actually thinking about that.
16:18
SPEAKER_00: I normally send Peter out to do errands because newborn and she's attached to me and she hates the car, like hates the car.
16:24
SPEAKER_00: So I just never want to go anywhere.
16:26
SPEAKER_00: So I was thinking, I was like, how do I get a Father's Day card?
16:29
SPEAKER_00: I have to just go get my butt in the car and do it and go to Target.
16:34
SPEAKER_00: But I have everything else coming to the house and I well, I do have to go pick one thing up.
16:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh, whatever.
16:39
SPEAKER_00: Peter did an excellent job on Mother's Day as well.
16:41
SPEAKER_00: He got me like a bunch of little treats and flowers, and that day we could just sort of do whatever I want.
16:47
SPEAKER_00: And I was the same as you.
16:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, I just wanted to chill.
16:49
SPEAKER_00: Like I stayed in bed.
16:50
SPEAKER_00: He had him around.
16:52
SPEAKER_00: Yes, we like went and sat outside, had breakfast outside, and just like relaxed.
16:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think we went to his parents' house for dinner that night, which was also relaxing.
17:00
SPEAKER_00: Like everything was great.
17:01
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and then he got me like uh like a nice gift of uh going to the salon for the day, like fixing my hair because I needed to I needed to do my hair.
17:09
SPEAKER_00: Oh I meant to I haven't even thought about it.
17:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it looks great.
17:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, one color.
17:14
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I just needed it I needed it to I needed my I had some highlights that were too intense for me, so I just needed to like touch them up.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: Anyways, I digress.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: I just felt extra pressure because like not only is it Peter's first father's day, but I also like I forget now that I'm the mother and he's the father that I also still have other fathers.
17:35
SPEAKER_00: And like for Mother's Day, I forgot to get my own mom something.
17:38
SPEAKER_00: I didn't even send her a card, which was terrible.
17:40
SPEAKER_00: I was like two months postpartum, but like I really shit the bad.
17:44
SPEAKER_00: I actually went to send her donuts and then thinking I nailed it, like I sent her her favorite donut spot to her and her friend's place because she was over there, and then the order got canceled unbeknownst to me.
17:56
SPEAKER_00: So she never she literally like hours later.
17:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, hours later, I was like, Oh, I didn't hear from her.
18:01
SPEAKER_00: She's probably got it.
18:02
SPEAKER_00: Like, and then I get a call from my stepdad.
18:04
SPEAKER_00: He's like, by the way, that thing never came.
18:06
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, What?
18:07
SPEAKER_00: So, um, anyways, on this Father's Day trip this weekend, we have not only Peter going, which is his first Father's Day, but then I have my stepdad with us, and then I have my father-in-law, and then I have like my own dad at home in Florida that I need to think about.
18:23
SPEAKER_00: So all of which I've done literally nothing for.
18:26
SPEAKER_00: I've only thought about Peter.
18:28
SPEAKER_00: And even that I don't have done.
18:30
SPEAKER_00: So, like, what do I do?
18:31
SPEAKER_02: You're actually reminding me that I need to think about my dad.
18:33
SPEAKER_02: Oh you know what?
18:35
SPEAKER_02: I'm thinking like a food delivery that's easy and very dy-of.
18:38
SPEAKER_00: That's true.
18:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, or you could do like a gold belly situation.
18:42
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
18:42
SPEAKER_00: Uber Eats always comes through.
18:44
SPEAKER_00: Like, I will find a two tree.
18:45
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I'll probably have to do it.
18:47
SPEAKER_00: I'll have to send him something.
18:48
SPEAKER_00: You can always send dad some steaks, you know.
18:51
SPEAKER_00: I feel like that's a good one.
18:52
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, my child is waking up.
18:54
SPEAKER_00: I'm watching her on the monitor.
18:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, hopefully she goes back to sleep.
18:57
SPEAKER_00: This Merlin sleepsuit, I swear to god, she'll just sort of like closes her eyes again.
19:01
SPEAKER_00: I did, okay, so right after I put her to sleep earlier when we were about to record, Jack, my stepdad, is upstairs helping me put together the crib.
19:12
SPEAKER_00: And by helping me, I mean he's doing it completely.
19:14
SPEAKER_00: I just sort of like brought it up the stairs and was like, I'm gonna start doing this.
19:17
SPEAKER_00: And then he just totally As he should, like as somebody else did.
19:27
SPEAKER_00: It was so loud the entire house for Kastrate, and I looked at the monitor and she didn't move at all.
19:33
SPEAKER_02: So oh, that's amazing.
19:35
SPEAKER_02: Fantastic.
19:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
19:36
SPEAKER_02: I know it's hard to focus when your baby is wiggling in their grid.
19:40
SPEAKER_02: So I know.
19:41
SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry I keep looking at her, but she's she's so close, right?
19:44
SPEAKER_00: By the way, I went to sleep last night thinking about how much we just like sort of crapped on Craig in a very joking, loving matter in yesterday's never seen again episode.
19:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: So I'm actually relieved that it won't be seeing the light of day because I was excited to listen back and be like, oh, did we really hit it hard when we talked about Craig?
20:05
SPEAKER_00: Okay, good because he's such an angel.
20:09
SPEAKER_00: Like we were just being stupid.
20:11
SPEAKER_02: Craig is such an angel, and he did do something yesterday that made me slightly mad at him.
20:17
SPEAKER_02: But for a brief second, like by the time I came hit record five seconds later, we were good to go.
20:22
SPEAKER_02: He was fine.
20:23
SPEAKER_02: He didn't do anything bad.
20:25
SPEAKER_02: He did something that I was annoyed by because I'm psycho, but nothing that the world would deem as like terrible.
20:32
SPEAKER_02: So I like vented about him, and more was making it a joke and a shtick yesterday.
20:39
SPEAKER_02: So very glad it didn't work out.
20:41
SPEAKER_01: However, when I was done, he's like, So did you talk about me?
20:46
SPEAKER_01: Like in like a oh, did you say great things about me?
20:48
SPEAKER_01: Well, do you like do you guys just talk all about me and how wonderful I am?
20:51
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, uh, not quite.
20:55
SPEAKER_00: Not today, sir.
20:57
SPEAKER_00: So it worked out because I felt so bad.
21:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
21:01
SPEAKER_00: That was great.
21:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, I feel like you're you'll have a good Father's Day with Craig.
21:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to see what you guys end up doing.
21:08
SPEAKER_00: But who knows, what if what if your baby is born on Father's Day?
21:12
SPEAKER_02: Honestly, just me about having to the worst case scenario is I go above and beyond on Father's Day, and then I have to go into labor the next day.
21:21
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
21:22
SPEAKER_02: To like like then work hard the next day to have a baby.
21:26
SPEAKER_02: Like if I could just do it on Father's Day to get out of the tasks, that'd be great.
21:31
SPEAKER_00: That would be so great.
21:33
SPEAKER_02: No, Craig deserves a day, but then also it'd be really nice to just spend the day since I'll already be working hard just to have a baby that type.
21:43
SPEAKER_02: Um, no, what also is very unfair besides being Father's Day this weekend, is that then his birthday is two weeks.
21:50
SPEAKER_02: No.
21:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
21:52
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know.
21:53
SPEAKER_02: Two weeks after now my birthday date.
21:56
SPEAKER_02: So like Father's Day is two weeks ish, like a week before my due date.
22:00
SPEAKER_02: His birthday's two weeks after my due date.
22:01
SPEAKER_02: So it's just like lots of celebrating Craig all around me having a baby, which is so unfair.
22:07
SPEAKER_00: So I was I was in the exact same boat.
22:10
SPEAKER_00: It was Peter's 40th birthday.
22:12
SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's right.
22:13
SPEAKER_00: It was Peter's 40th birthday, literally, like what, like three days later, after I had my first baby ever.
22:21
SPEAKER_00: I had nothing to like I there was nothing.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, did you celebrate him at all?
22:25
SPEAKER_00: Like, what did we do?
22:26
SPEAKER_00: I sent my mom out to buy some balloons and then I hung some banners.
22:30
SPEAKER_00: I had his family over and like two of his best friends over for dinner, and I printed out a bunch of like cute photos of us.
22:37
SPEAKER_00: I meant to hang them like on the bottom of each balloon, and I bought a helium tank thinking I was like gonna make the dining room all cute.
22:44
SPEAKER_00: The helium tank didn't work.
22:45
SPEAKER_00: All the balloons were just like astray, and I just like threw the photos everywhere on the table.
22:50
SPEAKER_00: That's a lot of effort for three days postpartum.
22:53
SPEAKER_00: So good for you.
22:54
SPEAKER_00: It was like I think it ended up being like a week postpartum because she came a little early, but these two weeks I get between my due date and his birthday is not enough.
23:03
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be like, I just had a baby yesterday, basically.
23:05
SPEAKER_02: So you're good.
23:08
SPEAKER_02: No, I will say I bought quite a few gifts, and I'm gonna like now that Father's Day has approached, I'm gonna split like half of them for Father's Day and then keep the other half hidden for his birthday because I just have a feeling I won't be in tip top shape to shop.
23:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, perfect.
23:23
SPEAKER_00: At least your mom's there.
23:24
SPEAKER_00: She can help you go run some errands and and do the things.
23:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm feeling like I can like order him his favorite dinners from somewhere instead of me having to make something.
23:34
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, normally I bake him something with a baker.
23:37
SPEAKER_02: He loves key lime pie and I make pretty good homemade key lime pie.
23:41
SPEAKER_02: I have these like cookies he likes.
23:43
SPEAKER_00: We've never talked about those.
23:44
SPEAKER_00: All these people liking like tart desserts.
23:48
SPEAKER_00: Keeline pie is so not something I ever want to admit.
23:52
SPEAKER_02: My sister, my mom, my husband, everyone's key lime pie people.
23:55
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, what is what?
23:56
SPEAKER_02: No, dessert.
23:57
SPEAKER_02: It's for chocolate and like it's for the hard stuff.
24:01
SPEAKER_00: That's the joke I always make.
24:03
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I want the hard drugs when it comes to dessert.
24:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't need any.
24:06
SPEAKER_02: If I'm gonna splurge, right?
24:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no fruity desserts over here, please.
24:10
SPEAKER_00: I need that's it.
24:11
SPEAKER_02: It's like you're either a fruity dessert person or you're like a really sweet, sugary, chocolatey dessert person.
24:17
SPEAKER_02: And the fruity dessert people, I'll never be on the same page as me.
24:20
SPEAKER_02: They're not really dessert people, they're like, oh, I'll have fruit after I eat people.
24:26
SPEAKER_00: Peter that's not dessert.
24:27
SPEAKER_00: Peter bought a key lime pie.
24:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm not kidding, probably in like February, and he keeps it in the freezer.
24:34
SPEAKER_00: And every I swear, every like three weeks, he takes a bite of it.
24:39
SPEAKER_00: No.
24:40
SPEAKER_00: To me, I'm like, I can't, I wouldn't want anything less than an old frozen key lime pie.
24:48
SPEAKER_00: To me, it is like so beyond not appealing.
24:52
SPEAKER_00: But it's like it's that's the same concept as me making chocolate chip cookies, keeping them in the freezer, and every night eating one.
24:58
SPEAKER_00: Like I do that anyways.
25:00
SPEAKER_00: The thing is that I go through sweets like boo boo boo-boo bus club.
25:04
SPEAKER_00: Right.
25:04
SPEAKER_00: If they're in the house, you're purging them from the house by eating them all as fast as humanly possible.
25:09
SPEAKER_00: I'm doing myself a service.
25:10
SPEAKER_00: Like I when I have a sweet treat, I'm doing my future self a service by eating them all immediately.
25:16
SPEAKER_00: Getting rid of them.
25:16
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
25:17
SPEAKER_00: So your future self can be healthy.
25:19
unknown: Yes.
25:20
SPEAKER_00: But then my future self is like, dang it, I ate all the sweets.
25:23
SPEAKER_00: I have to make more.
25:26
SPEAKER_00: My child's sleeping.
25:27
SPEAKER_00: And I've texted both my mom.
25:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry, no, no, no.
25:30
SPEAKER_00: I meant to say, my child's awake.
25:32
SPEAKER_02: Oh.
25:33
SPEAKER_02: And I've you just like unhappily said your child's sleeping, and I was like, that's amazing.
25:38
SPEAKER_00: And I've texted both my mom and stepdad saying, like, alert, can you check on child?
25:42
SPEAKER_00: 911.
25:43
SPEAKER_00: Oh, my mom is now undressing her, which I don't think is the solution, but that's okay.
25:47
SPEAKER_00: I think she should get her back down, but here we are.
25:50
SPEAKER_00: Mom, oh my god, she's just like ripping the sleepsuit off of her.
25:54
SPEAKER_00: I'm watching this all, anyways.
25:55
SPEAKER_02: Okay, let's carry on.
25:56
SPEAKER_02: It's really hard to watch your mom be a mom because she obviously raised you, so she knows what she's doing, but right, they do everything differently than how I would do it.
26:09
SPEAKER_02: So it's really quite anxiety-inducing.
26:13
SPEAKER_00: It really is.
26:13
SPEAKER_00: Even we're trying to wean her.
26:15
SPEAKER_00: Okay, right now Andy will not take a frickin' bottle.
26:18
SPEAKER_00: It's only me breastfeeding her all the time.
26:21
SPEAKER_00: It's the only option.
26:22
SPEAKER_00: And I'm picking up some work again soon, like where I have these all day long shoots.
26:27
SPEAKER_00: And I like next week, I have two full-day long shoots, like 12 hours.
26:31
SPEAKER_00: And thankfully my mom will be in town, but like I'm not gonna stop the shoot to like go nurse as much as I need to right now.
26:38
SPEAKER_00: If my mom can take over at least like two feeds while I'm on set, like that would be ideal.
26:44
SPEAKER_00: So we're trying to work that in.
26:46
SPEAKER_02: But I mean, maybe she'll learn that if she doesn't take the bottle, she's not getting fed.
26:50
SPEAKER_02: So she just has to.
26:51
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
26:52
SPEAKER_02: But that's such like a cruel way to think.
26:54
SPEAKER_02: But at the same time, that's how babies work.
26:55
SPEAKER_02: They're so freaking smart.
26:57
SPEAKER_00: I know.
26:58
SPEAKER_00: It's such a shame.
26:58
SPEAKER_00: But anyways, I brought that up because my mom, I watched my mom just like take milk from the freezer and then like pour it all in a bottle, heat it up, and I'm like, she's not gonna take all of that, she's only gonna drink a half of an ounce.
27:11
SPEAKER_00: Like, there is literally no point of wasting an entire bottle.
27:14
SPEAKER_00: But you know, it's just these things that I have to like explain because my poor mother hasn't been the mom of a newborn in decades.
27:22
SPEAKER_00: So I have to be great.
27:24
SPEAKER_02: So much has changed.
27:26
SPEAKER_02: There weren't these like cute little freezer bags that they blah blah, like it's all so different now.
27:30
SPEAKER_02: And how they heat everything up is so different now.
27:32
SPEAKER_02: Like my mom would boil water and then like lay a bottle in a boiling water.
27:37
SPEAKER_02: Like it's just so different.
27:38
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, that's what we do now currently.
27:40
SPEAKER_02: I actually did it for a very long time.
27:42
SPEAKER_02: Um, when I worked in a nursery, they had like a crock pot that we would just keep water in at all times turned on.
27:48
SPEAKER_02: And we like knew okay, if it's this many ounces, it sits in the crock pot in like the hot crock pot water for this many minutes, or like if it's this, and we would just use that method.
27:57
SPEAKER_02: So it's not like totally outlandish, but yeah, times have freaking changed, my dogs.
28:01
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you know what else I have to do this weekend?
28:02
SPEAKER_00: I have to, I'm in charge of making the sourdough for the parties.
28:06
SPEAKER_00: So I I just made a loaf.
28:09
SPEAKER_00: I always think when I say I made a good loaf, that it sounds like I went to the bathroom.
28:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
28:15
SPEAKER_00: That's what it sounds like.
28:16
SPEAKER_00: And when I was saying it's which either way sounds great.
28:20
SPEAKER_00: It's that's so true.
28:22
SPEAKER_00: It sounds great.
28:22
SPEAKER_00: Good work, anyways.
28:24
SPEAKER_00: So I made a beautiful loaf and everyone did you taste it.
28:29
SPEAKER_00: Okay, great.
28:30
SPEAKER_00: So it turned out fantastic.
28:31
SPEAKER_00: Very successful.
28:32
SPEAKER_02: And then with gluten or sand gluten.
28:35
SPEAKER_00: No, this is with gluten.
28:36
SPEAKER_00: And now, since that one was so good, everyone's like, oh, you gotta make another one to bring.
28:40
SPEAKER_00: We leave on Friday.
28:41
SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, oh, I have to feed my starter today.
28:42
SPEAKER_00: And then they were like, actually, can you bring two, one of them gluten-free and one of them regular?
28:47
SPEAKER_00: I haven't even tried my gluten-free one yet.
28:49
SPEAKER_00: I've just been over here accepting that I'm gonna have intolerances left and right.
28:54
SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, I'm making the sourdough, it can't be that bad.
28:56
SPEAKER_00: Whatever, anyways.
28:57
SPEAKER_00: So now I have to also make two loaves of bread.
29:00
SPEAKER_02: You know, um, did your friend, our friend, our dear friend Carly, bring you the sourdough starter?
29:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you should take some.
29:08
SPEAKER_02: I think I will, and then we can all have sister bread.
29:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we'll have cousin bread.
29:12
SPEAKER_00: They can all be like sister wives of each other.
29:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think that'd be fantastic.
29:18
SPEAKER_02: We did talk about some reality TV yesterday.
29:20
SPEAKER_02: Did we want to do that again?
29:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was gonna ask you, did you happen to watch the newest episode of Summer House?
29:26
SPEAKER_00: Because it was this is a whole sit-down interview that I think got Wes Wilson fired.
29:31
SPEAKER_02: I did not watch it.
29:32
SPEAKER_02: However, I started listening to a podcast that was giving me a synopsis of it.
29:37
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
29:37
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I heard that it was basically three that it was filmed at the end of May, like May 20 something.
29:44
SPEAKER_00: Oh wow.
29:45
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
29:45
SPEAKER_02: There it was.
29:46
SPEAKER_02: And so a month ago.
29:48
SPEAKER_02: So it's all like fresh stuff.
29:49
SPEAKER_02: Did you watch it?
29:50
SPEAKER_00: No, no, I didn't watch it.
29:52
SPEAKER_02: Oh, and they said that it was essentially like three conversations that happened that they just like made that were like deep enough and long enough and intense enough that they made it into an episode that they were now have now released.
30:04
SPEAKER_02: So I'm excited to watch it.
30:05
SPEAKER_02: That's all I know about it.
30:06
SPEAKER_02: It's not this like fun, happy AI, like summer house thing.
30:09
SPEAKER_02: It's literally like since everything took place, there's there's like three conversations they recorded, and I don't know who they're with.
30:15
SPEAKER_02: I haven't listened to anything else.
30:17
SPEAKER_02: You called me right as I was like starting to listen to the synopsis.
30:20
SPEAKER_00: So I wish you would have listened because you could have told me about it.
30:23
SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm sorry.
30:24
SPEAKER_00: So the duos, from what I can tell, it looks like it's Sierra and then West's ex-girlfriend, Mija.
30:30
SPEAKER_00: Yes, Mija.
30:32
SPEAKER_00: So Sierra, Mija, and then it's Amanda and Lindsay, and then what's the other one?
30:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I don't know.
30:39
SPEAKER_02: I just heard there were like three conversations of such a couple of things.
30:41
SPEAKER_00: I think it's like maybe it's like Kyle and Amanda, or would West be in what?
30:44
SPEAKER_00: Would it be like Amanda?
30:45
SPEAKER_00: West is definitely in one.
30:46
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's like West and Carl or something.
30:48
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
30:48
SPEAKER_00: But they're I I believe that like West and Jesse or something.
30:51
SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
30:51
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
30:52
SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
30:53
SPEAKER_00: I have to say that I don't really care about the Mihaw at all.
30:57
SPEAKER_00: To me, it's evident that West is always gonna like have multiple girls.
31:01
SPEAKER_00: So it's sort of irrelevant to me, even though I know that that's like the plot that they're honing in on.
31:06
SPEAKER_00: I care way more about Amanda and Sierra's friendship and how Amanda just like didn't care about it at all.
31:12
SPEAKER_00: Like to me, that's so much more interesting than West being a guy with five girlfriends.
31:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm just like, duh.
31:19
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I know.
31:20
SPEAKER_02: And granted, perhaps she was.
31:22
SPEAKER_02: And he he by admitting at the reunion when they asked him 500 times, did she think she was your girlfriend?
31:30
SPEAKER_02: And he finally is like, yeah, she did.
31:32
SPEAKER_02: Like, I know she did.
31:34
SPEAKER_02: Is like, okay, there you go.
31:35
SPEAKER_02: You obviously play these girls, you make her think that she's your girlfriend, even though you never say it, so you technically aren't lying, but you knew she thought she was.
31:44
SPEAKER_00: So whatever, fine, that's his thing.
31:46
SPEAKER_00: Do you remember when that happened to me, actually?
31:49
SPEAKER_00: Where I was dating someone and I thought, no, I didn't think that I was his girlfriend, but I then saw a photo of him online with someone else, and it looked like uh I was like 24.
32:02
SPEAKER_00: It looked like he was in a relationship with this person based on a photo that she took.
32:08
SPEAKER_00: Like it looked very boyfriend girlfriend, and she posted a photo.
32:11
SPEAKER_00: I did not know who this person was.
32:12
SPEAKER_00: It literally showed up on my Explore page on Instagram, and I was like, wait a minute, that's the guy I'm talking to.
32:18
SPEAKER_00: And then I confronted him about it and was like, Is this your girlfriend?
32:21
SPEAKER_00: And he was like, No, no, no.
32:22
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, but does she think she's your boyfriend?
32:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
32:26
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
32:26
SPEAKER_00: And he was like, Maybe.
32:28
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, please call her and ask.
32:29
SPEAKER_02: That's what guys, that's what guys do.
32:31
SPEAKER_02: They like a lot of them.
32:33
SPEAKER_02: And that's what the ones that get a bad rapper are called like F boys.
32:37
SPEAKER_02: It's because they technically scheme enough to know that they never told the girl that they're the girlfriend and they never told the girl that they're committed and faith and all this stuff.
32:48
SPEAKER_02: But when you're like, yeah, but does she think that you're a boyfriend?
32:51
SPEAKER_02: They're like, Yeah, probably.
32:53
SPEAKER_02: And they know that and they aren't like correcting it because they know that they then she'll not want to hang out with him, or like then he'll have to decide if he wants to give up other girls.
33:01
SPEAKER_02: So they just like extend it as long as they can.
33:03
SPEAKER_02: And I think that's what Wes does all the time.
33:04
SPEAKER_02: So whatever, fine.
33:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's like one of a million.
33:07
SPEAKER_02: It's not fine, actually.
33:09
SPEAKER_02: It's terrible, but whatever.
33:10
SPEAKER_02: We know that about him.
33:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's Amanda is I felt like I was gonna leave the reunion feeling so bad for her almost because of all the hate that she's giving.
33:22
SPEAKER_02: But she did everything in her power to be like more unlikable to me.
33:28
SPEAKER_02: She had so many opportunities to apologize and make people feel bad for her because everyone was attacking her, and she just did everything she could to not make people feel bad for her.
33:36
SPEAKER_02: It was weird.
33:37
SPEAKER_00: It was weird.
33:38
SPEAKER_00: She had really odd behavior the entire time.
33:40
SPEAKER_00: She was just like a whiny, bruised kitten that like needed someone to pick her up and help her.
33:47
SPEAKER_00: Like, she was not doing anything good for herself that entire series.
33:50
SPEAKER_00: I completely agree with you.
33:52
SPEAKER_00: I felt like she was almost even whiny about it.
33:55
SPEAKER_00: Like she was like, Yes, I don't like I don't know what you want.
33:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
34:00
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what you're doing.
34:00
SPEAKER_00: I want me to say, like, I don't know if you've ever felt that sly.
34:05
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you're mocking her, but like I always liked her before.
34:09
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm like, great, you totally ruined that.
34:11
SPEAKER_00: She just she just made herself look like a ding-dong, like a total dodo bird, just not for sure alert and aware of anything that she like not alert or aware that anything she was doing would have any sort of effect on other people.
34:26
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I yeah, which I just don't think she was like awake.
34:31
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, you know, when you're in high school and you just have a feeling she medicated herself, understandably, whether it was beta blockers or whether she's already on, let's say, like antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications, or she took Sanax or whatever it was, like it's fine, you can do all that.
34:47
SPEAKER_02: But whatever she did made it made her so unemotional and nobody was home.
34:56
SPEAKER_02: Lazy during the cut, like not trying at all to let them know that she feels bad.
35:04
SPEAKER_02: It just wasn't the best combination.
35:05
SPEAKER_02: Like, I wish she would have just gone at there like riddled with anxiety and been at least a little more like heightened on her emotions.
35:13
SPEAKER_00: Totally.
35:13
SPEAKER_00: I agree.
35:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't, so yeah, I'm I'm eager to see what happens, but I'm a little like done with this all.
35:19
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm a little over this whole storyline.
35:21
SPEAKER_00: I don't care about Sierra and Mija and whatever.
35:24
SPEAKER_00: I almost feel bad that Sierra has to like keep reliving this whole thing just for the sake of television, but whatever.
35:29
SPEAKER_00: She's gonna have an amazing glow-up and she'll be back next season.
35:32
SPEAKER_00: Do you think?
35:33
SPEAKER_00: And we I know we talked about this yesterday, but do you think that because West said he didn't want people to watch this episode with like how the NBA finals would shake out?
35:45
SPEAKER_00: Like he was hoping that the Knicks and Spurs would play another game so that nobody would watch this.
35:50
SPEAKER_00: He publicly said that.
35:51
SPEAKER_00: Do you think that that's what got him fired?
35:53
SPEAKER_00: Was like trying to get people to not watch the show?
35:55
SPEAKER_00: Or do you think it was Sierra being like, I won't film with this man?
35:58
SPEAKER_02: Like, first off, just like logistically and timing-wise, I feel like they probably already talked about this and made the decision prior to him making this comment about the Knicks.
36:06
SPEAKER_02: Like they probably already had just because that just happened.
36:09
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, they had to have already had this in the works and like signed contracts for us to be hearing about it now.
36:15
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like no, but I don't know why I didn't think of that.
36:20
SPEAKER_00: You're so right.
36:21
SPEAKER_02: They would have to be like, I feel like they would have liked to bring I don't know, I feel like they would have liked to bring Bus back.
36:27
SPEAKER_02: However, fans are like hating him right now and they're always so loyal to the fans.
36:31
SPEAKER_02: And then secondly, so they might be just appeasing fans by not bringing him back.
36:36
SPEAKER_02: But then also Sierra, if it was me, I'd be like, no, I'm not living in this house with him and Amanda.
36:43
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm just not by all means, like you guys go ahead and film.
36:47
SPEAKER_02: I'm just not gonna do it.
36:48
SPEAKER_02: And they might be like, Well, we want Sierra and all the like, you know, Mia and like her KJ and all these people she comes with to come back.
36:55
SPEAKER_02: So let's just get rid of Wes because the fans are angry with him anyways, and now he's like saying stupid stuff on the internet and like let's just get rid of him.
37:04
SPEAKER_02: So it might have not been like Sierra's like, I would like I rule the world.
37:08
SPEAKER_02: I think it's more just that productions like, well, this is what we have to do, right?
37:12
SPEAKER_02: To keep her.
37:13
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
37:14
SPEAKER_02: And oh, so I was trying to listen to a podcast earlier about this, and we were just talking about this, but it you said it was like Lindsay and Amanda was one of the conversations from Summer House.
37:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
37:28
SPEAKER_02: Um what was the other one?
37:31
SPEAKER_02: Um Lindsay and Mija.
37:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and Sierra.
37:34
SPEAKER_02: Uh Sierra and Mija.
37:35
SPEAKER_02: And then I think not positive, but the other one is um Wes and Amanda.
37:41
SPEAKER_01: Because Oh whoa.
37:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
37:44
SPEAKER_02: It uh I heard something about like it sounding almost like a breakup conversation, but then fast forward to now, they were just in like Europe together.
37:54
SPEAKER_02: They're obviously they didn't break up, but it was like an intense conversation between them.
37:58
SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, I gotta watch this thing.
37:59
SPEAKER_02: So if whoever's listening to this right now that's already watched, it's probably frustrating because we haven't listened yet, but I'm excited to listen.
38:05
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
38:06
SPEAKER_00: I um I guess I'm just bummed, and I know this is not the the popular opinion, but I'm bummed that Wes will not be back only because I was excited to see the entertainment of all of them coexisting again.
38:20
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I would love to see it.
38:21
SPEAKER_00: I'm certainly more interested in Amanda and Sierra's relationship in general than I am like at all in West and Amanda.
38:28
SPEAKER_00: Like I don't really care.
38:29
SPEAKER_00: I was sort of looking forward to seeing like the bro, the bromances behave weirdly.
38:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, like Jesse Solomon was so tearful in the reunion that I was like eager to see what he would look like, or just eager to see how he would sort of handle West and their friendship in the share house now.
38:48
SPEAKER_00: But it's like now they're gonna have to find another like normal, cool dude to fill the place of West.
38:53
SPEAKER_02: Not that I'm saying, they definitely need to find a funny guy because none of them are funny.
38:59
SPEAKER_02: KJ is not funny.
39:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's sweet, not funny at all.
39:03
SPEAKER_02: At least Carl Sweet.
39:10
SPEAKER_02: Uh he used to be like a little funnier, I feel like, when he messed up more, but now he's just like a sweet, perfect little specimen.
39:16
SPEAKER_00: He is.
39:17
SPEAKER_00: He is.
39:17
SPEAKER_02: Um yeah, Jesse, I guess, has like some humor to him, but he needs like a wingman buddy that's gonna be funny too.
39:24
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, we need a funny guy.
39:25
SPEAKER_02: Bravo if you're listening.
39:27
SPEAKER_00: Jesse isn't like inherently funny.
39:29
SPEAKER_00: Like West had he he his humor was the thing that made him cool.
39:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's like witty and smart humor.
39:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
39:38
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, we need some smart humor, dumb decisions, smart humor.
39:43
SPEAKER_02: Um, I was gonna say the show's unique in that normally you can keep all these people that hate each other or our exes on a reality show together, but because this one they're living in our house together, you like can't really like they all eat dinner together, they party together, they go out together, they literally sleep under the same roof every night.
40:00
SPEAKER_02: So I understand why it's not like normal shows where like, oh, just keep everybody on, it'll be drama, because like they're literally driving from the city to the Hamptons every weekend together and like they're it's just different, right?
40:12
SPEAKER_02: They're they're all stuck together.
40:15
SPEAKER_02: You can't like all hate each other because then it's like you can't do dinners together, you can't like go lay out by the pool in the morning and drink your coffee together, and they do everything together.
40:23
SPEAKER_02: So I I get it.
40:24
SPEAKER_02: You gotta like make it so that everybody's at least somewhat friendly.
40:28
SPEAKER_00: I wonder how it'll be with Amanda and Sierra in the next season.
40:32
SPEAKER_00: I guess we'll find out more on this episode that we haven't watched, but yeah, I'm just a little I'm I'm like not interested anymore in the West drama.
40:40
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if Amanda will go.
40:42
SPEAKER_02: Like, I feel like she's yeah, almost gonna just like hide and be like, everybody hates me.
40:48
SPEAKER_02: I'm not going.
40:48
SPEAKER_02: I'm staying with West.
40:49
SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
40:50
SPEAKER_00: And she's so is gonna be like victim of like, I was stupid, I made the biggest mistake of my life.
40:55
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm sort of not interested in her whininess going forward.
40:59
SPEAKER_02: They would have had to like put a friend on with her to like give her someone to have a buddy because she wouldn't have had any.
41:05
SPEAKER_00: You know who I really want to hear from?
41:07
SPEAKER_00: I want to hear from Paige.
41:08
SPEAKER_00: Like, what how did she handle all of this?
41:10
SPEAKER_00: I would love to hear, like, because she was such good friends with Amanda, but also she saw a fallout between Amanda and Hannah really early on.
41:17
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I'm sort of I was very friends with Sierra.
41:21
SPEAKER_00: So I wish I could hear what she has to say.
41:23
SPEAKER_00: Although her brand, Daphne, whatever it's called, posted a weird photo.
41:29
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, if if and I have picked up Andy and she's now on my chest, and she did just burp.
41:33
SPEAKER_00: If anyone heard that, it wasn't me.
41:35
SPEAKER_00: Um I just heard like a tiny queuing.
41:37
SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
41:38
SPEAKER_00: Um, she her brand did post a weird graphic of Snake and Rome in the background, and like it was a weird graphic that alluded to the fact that they were very much Team Sierra.
41:50
SPEAKER_00: And I mean, I could see it being an easy decision to go Team Sierra.
41:56
SPEAKER_02: Right.
41:56
SPEAKER_02: It really should be a good thing.
41:57
SPEAKER_02: And Paige like hated Kyle's and yes, Pedrick hated Kyle's relationship with Manda and all this.
42:04
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm sure they've dis I'm sure that they already were not really friends anymore, regardless.
42:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:12
SPEAKER_02: Great point.
42:12
SPEAKER_00: What um so yeah, so we'll watch that episode.
42:16
SPEAKER_00: Lovely summer house.
42:17
SPEAKER_00: Great.
42:17
SPEAKER_00: The amount of hair that my child pulls out of my head is insane.
42:21
SPEAKER_00: Was Milo this way?
42:22
SPEAKER_00: How many months postpartum are you?
42:23
SPEAKER_00: Three.
42:23
SPEAKER_02: Or Andy's three years old.
42:25
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:25
SPEAKER_02: Or three months old.
42:26
SPEAKER_02: Um not to scare you because it'll either happen or it won't happen.
42:30
SPEAKER_02: But myself and then a lot of women I know that had like some postpartum hair loss, because some a lot of women experience it, was at four months.
42:38
SPEAKER_02: Like that's when it that's when it happens.
42:40
SPEAKER_02: And I didn't even know that at the time.
42:42
SPEAKER_02: It's just that at four months I lost half of my head.
42:45
SPEAKER_02: I was half of my hair.
42:47
SPEAKER_02: And I and my head, honestly, my brain was too.
42:49
SPEAKER_02: But at four months, I lost half my hair.
42:51
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Oh, that's so crazy.
42:52
SPEAKER_02: And then I would ask other people, and they're like, Yeah, yeah, four months is the time.
42:55
SPEAKER_02: I was like, Oh, so I didn't even know.
42:56
SPEAKER_02: And it happened in four months.
42:58
SPEAKER_02: Like it was like clockwork.
42:59
SPEAKER_02: But honestly, it all turned back and it came back like so thick and long and luscious and like healthy.
43:05
SPEAKER_02: So that's great.
43:07
SPEAKER_02: The best part of it is you can be like, it's temporary, it's temporary, it's temporary.
43:10
SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
43:10
SPEAKER_02: No, that's and there's so many solutions now.
43:12
SPEAKER_02: So if it happens, like you wear your hair up every day, probably, anyways, because you pull your hair out.
43:17
SPEAKER_00: It's true.
43:18
SPEAKER_00: I, if any of the birth control birth control girls know, like when I got off birth control, I lost all my hair anyway.
43:23
SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, whatever.
43:24
SPEAKER_00: I've set up yeah, it it it it all works out, it comes back.
43:29
SPEAKER_00: Okay, are you spending your time before baby watching any other fun trash television we can discuss?
43:34
SPEAKER_00: Have you done like how far into Rhode Island are you?
43:38
SPEAKER_02: I'm still like maybe at the start of episode four.
43:42
SPEAKER_02: It's so hard because I don't watch TV when I'm with my toddler all day.
43:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I only put it on if he takes a nap, which if I'm lucky, he takes like an hour and a half nap once a day.
43:53
SPEAKER_02: So that's my only time I can watch TV.
43:54
SPEAKER_02: And currently I'm um prioritizing sleep over that.
43:58
SPEAKER_02: So I've been taking naps when Whenever he naps the once a day.
44:02
SPEAKER_02: And then I can't watch any TV until I put him down at night.
44:07
SPEAKER_02: And in that case, my husband's home.
44:08
SPEAKER_02: So we like have our like husband-wife shows we watch together.
44:12
SPEAKER_02: Wait, what are those?
44:13
SPEAKER_02: I need to.
44:13
SPEAKER_02: Um, actually, we're doing via your recommendation, friends and neighbors.
44:17
SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's so good.
44:18
SPEAKER_02: Except I've fallen in love with it.
44:20
SPEAKER_00: Okay, there was, are you fully caught up on it?
44:23
SPEAKER_02: No, I'm not all the way caught up, but we're caught up.
44:26
SPEAKER_00: There's a there's one episode that involves a funeral, and they're adjusting watch to that episode.
44:32
SPEAKER_00: It was a bit of an odd episode.
44:34
SPEAKER_02: It was like the way they filmed it was weird.
44:37
SPEAKER_02: Like I was like, oh, they're filming this thinking they're geniuses.
44:40
SPEAKER_02: Yes, they're but I don't care.
44:42
SPEAKER_02: Yes, I felt the same way.
44:44
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, this is one of those cool artistic win like an emy4, like oh, that episode the funeral episode.
44:49
SPEAKER_02: And it's like they kept filming it from the eyes of the person that the characters were talking to.
44:56
SPEAKER_02: So like in one second, you're in someone's body, like following people around the room, and then you're in another person's body following people around the room.
45:02
SPEAKER_02: And they kept, yeah, they kept changing the perspective of the camera.
45:05
SPEAKER_02: So it just was weird.
45:06
SPEAKER_02: And the whole time is looking at the camera.
45:09
unknown: Yes.
45:09
SPEAKER_00: The whole time, every all the actors are just looking at the camera, reciting their lines.
45:12
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, as if it's like the person and it's just artsy.
45:15
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, no, let's go back to the normal.
45:17
SPEAKER_02: That's how I felt.
45:18
SPEAKER_00: It reminds me, there's a few shows that have done that.
45:20
SPEAKER_00: The bear did that with an episode.
45:22
SPEAKER_00: I don't remember which one it what it was called, but it was like a family dinner.
45:27
SPEAKER_00: That was a really artistic, different episode, and it was really good.
45:30
SPEAKER_00: But I remember thinking, like, okay, can we go back?
45:32
SPEAKER_00: And then I remember Modern Family did this and they won a bunch of awards.
45:35
SPEAKER_00: They were like one of the first ones to do it, where they did the entire episode on FaceTime.
45:39
SPEAKER_00: FaceTime, I guess.
45:40
SPEAKER_00: On the um, so but yeah, so the last episode we watched was this funeral one, and I was disinterested.
45:47
SPEAKER_00: And it of course made me sad.
45:48
SPEAKER_00: I talked to you about this.
45:49
SPEAKER_00: I can't watch anything that has to do with death at all.
45:51
SPEAKER_00: So I was like a little peeved.
45:53
SPEAKER_00: I haven't gone back.
45:54
SPEAKER_00: I need to, I need to keep watching.
45:56
SPEAKER_00: But so you guys have liked that one so far.
45:59
SPEAKER_02: Yes, we like that one.
46:01
SPEAKER_02: Uh there is some Bravo that my husband will watch with me.
46:04
SPEAKER_02: So, like Summer House, I could keep up with because he'll watch it with me.
46:07
SPEAKER_02: That's great.
46:08
SPEAKER_02: Um, he's watched prior to me below deck.
46:12
SPEAKER_02: So he actually brought me into blow deck.
46:14
SPEAKER_02: I think it's because he's really into like boats and fishing and all that stuff.
46:17
SPEAKER_02: So there is a lot of that.
46:18
SPEAKER_02: And then he likes that part of it.
46:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
46:21
SPEAKER_02: Um, so he says, I'm like, you're totally into the drama, please.
46:24
SPEAKER_02: Um, but he and I watch Below Deck together, which there's always a below deck on.
46:28
SPEAKER_02: They always have a season running.
46:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, what else do we watch?
46:31
SPEAKER_02: That's it.
46:32
SPEAKER_02: We really only have time for one episode of a show every night.
46:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
46:35
SPEAKER_02: Maybe two episodes of a show.
46:37
SPEAKER_02: And then we get in bed and go to sleep.
46:39
SPEAKER_02: I have been reading every single night because it's the only thing that will allow me to fall asleep.
46:43
SPEAKER_02: Or like if I wake in the middle of the night to be 10,000 times, I like pull my Kindle up and just read until I fall back asleep.
46:49
SPEAKER_02: Um I'm currently reading a book that I didn't know was going to be a show, but I just thought advertised.
46:55
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
46:56
SPEAKER_02: Um, called Five Star Weekend.
46:58
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I wanted to watch that.
46:59
SPEAKER_02: Ellen Hildebrand.
47:00
unknown: Yeah.
47:01
SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry, I wanted to read that, I meant to say.
47:03
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
47:03
SPEAKER_02: I think it's coming out in July.
47:05
SPEAKER_02: It has like Jennifer Garner maybe in it.
47:07
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
47:07
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I was just thinking, I was in the mood for an Ellen Hildebrand because her books always are so seamless and easy to read.
47:14
SPEAKER_00: And I love all the characters.
47:15
SPEAKER_00: They're always like trigger warning, I will say.
47:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh no.
47:18
SPEAKER_02: There's no this isn't even that bad.
47:21
SPEAKER_02: It's literally written on the back of the book.
47:23
SPEAKER_02: Feel like, okay, this book.
47:24
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
47:24
SPEAKER_02: It's a like you find out in the first chapter.
47:27
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
47:27
SPEAKER_02: That her and it honestly, I'm like, whatever, her husband passes away.
47:31
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
47:31
SPEAKER_02: Um, just suddenly in a car accident.
47:34
SPEAKER_02: And so this is all like toast passing away.
47:37
SPEAKER_02: And I think that there's still like she gets a new love interest in all this stuff in it from what you read on the back of the book.
47:43
SPEAKER_02: Like it's it's ends up all being like hopeful and positive and happy.
47:47
SPEAKER_02: It just starts that way.
47:48
SPEAKER_02: So I was kind of like, oh, bummer.
47:50
SPEAKER_00: That does remind me that all Ellen Hildebrand books do that.
47:53
SPEAKER_02: They all have like Disney movies.
47:55
SPEAKER_02: They like start with someone dying and then it's happy.
47:57
SPEAKER_02: So whatever you get it over with in the first chapter.
47:59
SPEAKER_00: Because one of my favorite ones by her is like the there's like literal ghost talking the entire time.
48:04
SPEAKER_00: Like it's the perspective of someone who died in the in the hotel.
48:08
SPEAKER_00: I think it's like the oh gosh, I can't remember the name of it, but it was like about a Nantucket hotel.
48:13
SPEAKER_02: And that was and it is in it is in Nantucket and all that.
48:17
SPEAKER_02: So they all good vibes.
48:18
SPEAKER_02: It's like, yeah, be chassy.
48:20
SPEAKER_02: Um I just started it.
48:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's been good.
48:23
SPEAKER_02: Great.
48:23
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'll do that one with you.
48:24
SPEAKER_00: Well, oh my god, this was so lovely.
48:26
SPEAKER_00: I like literally can keep talking to you about all of the things.
48:28
SPEAKER_02: I will start watching More Road Island when possible, and I will watch the newest summer house episode, which let me know your thoughts when she watched that.
48:35
SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, and I will be calling you again.
48:37
SPEAKER_02: Oh, she's yawning.
48:38
SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's so good.
48:39
SPEAKER_02: I just want to like breathe her in.
48:41
SPEAKER_02: It's so funny.
48:42
SPEAKER_00: When she yawns, I'm like, I will inhale.
48:44
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, give me your breath.
48:46
SPEAKER_02: She's like, I do that when I first it's disgusting, but it's like a moth.
48:49
SPEAKER_02: And when Milo wakes up from a nap or like from his sleep in the morning, I just like inhale his breath and his face.
48:57
SPEAKER_02: And they don't have yucky breath yet.
48:58
SPEAKER_02: They're not eating.
48:59
SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't know, it's different.
49:00
SPEAKER_02: It's just like so so bad.
49:02
SPEAKER_00: I know, I know.
49:03
SPEAKER_00: And her little body when she's over my shoulder, like this is so funny to me.
49:07
SPEAKER_00: She's so tiny.
49:08
SPEAKER_00: I can't believe I'm gonna have one of those soon.
49:10
SPEAKER_00: I don't even remember what to do.
49:11
SPEAKER_00: I know.
49:12
SPEAKER_00: Oh, it'll just come natural.
49:14
SPEAKER_00: I cannot wait to hear how you sleep.
49:16
SPEAKER_00: I know, by the way, I have like little bets with our friends on when you're coming or when you're due, and I've already lost it.
49:22
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna guess that you were.
49:24
SPEAKER_00: Well, you are really hopeful.
49:26
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was like, I'm teen paying.
49:28
SPEAKER_00: I was like, she's gonna get this thing out soon.
49:31
SPEAKER_00: But um, no, sorry.
49:32
SPEAKER_00: Your baby has other plans.
49:34
SPEAKER_00: But I do hope it's soon.
49:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
49:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
49:38
SPEAKER_02: I think I've had a lot of extra days now to I hope that it's early.
49:45
SPEAKER_02: I just want him to come early.
49:47
SPEAKER_02: If I hit my day or my week 40 and no baby, then it's like you're frustrated.
49:53
SPEAKER_02: The doctors want you to induce, like it's a whole thing.
49:56
SPEAKER_02: So I just like want to have him pre-du date.
49:58
SPEAKER_02: That's all I could ask.
49:59
SPEAKER_00: Healthy baby pre-due date.
50:01
SPEAKER_00: You will.
50:02
SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited.
50:03
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be beautiful.
50:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to hear it.
50:05
SPEAKER_00: But obviously, I'll be hearing that not recorded, so you have to give me all the extreme details.
50:09
SPEAKER_00: Lovely.
50:10
SPEAKER_02: Any extra tips?
50:11
SPEAKER_02: Did you do anything that you think helped could a baby come out early?
50:14
SPEAKER_00: Andy, how'd you get out?
50:16
SPEAKER_00: I went, I went, I was laboring for three days, and then I went downstairs one day and I turned on old episodes of Southern Charm.
50:22
SPEAKER_00: So maybe watch some Chef Rose and some Craig Conover, and you never know.
50:26
SPEAKER_00: You could get so frustrated that that you'll spot a baby out.
50:30
SPEAKER_00: No, really, I only put that on to distract them.
50:33
SPEAKER_00: I think what helped me was that we got there was a huge storm that came through town.
50:37
SPEAKER_00: And whatever that means, the barrier that turned out.
50:41
SPEAKER_02: It is literally the bare match of pressure.
50:43
SPEAKER_02: It's literally pouring outside right now.
50:44
SPEAKER_02: It it rains every afternoon, as you know, in South Florida for like an hour.
50:48
SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, the pressure's been pressuring, dog.
50:51
SPEAKER_02: Like, let's get this thing out.
50:52
SPEAKER_02: I don't understand.
50:53
SPEAKER_02: Do I need to like sit out there in the storm?
50:56
SPEAKER_02: I also sat in a tub for a long time.
50:58
SPEAKER_02: Like I did multiple baths a day.
51:01
SPEAKER_02: Okay, the only bath we have in our house is the one that we use for Milo.
51:04
SPEAKER_02: Because our bedroom is only a shower, which is fine.
51:08
SPEAKER_02: But like it will be me bathing with like 10 rubber ducks.
51:14
SPEAKER_02: But I will maybe I'll start bathing because I do hear one of wonders about that.
51:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I took like three baths the day that she happened to go into labor.
51:22
SPEAKER_00: Like that night overnight, I kept taking a bath.
51:24
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for recording that.
51:26
SPEAKER_00: Not once, but twice with me while you're about to get birth.
51:30
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I love you.
51:31
SPEAKER_00: Talk to you soon.
51:32
SPEAKER_00: Have you too?
51:32
SPEAKER_00: Bye to work.
51:34
SPEAKER_00: Bye guys.
