- 0:01SPEAKER_01: Hey y'all, this is Desi.
- 0:03SPEAKER_01: And this is Lisa.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Welcome to our podcast, Real Talk Real Healing, where we support women through their healing journey.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Through raw stories, authentic dialogue, and uncomfortable but very necessary conversations, we explore the full range of emotions, energetic, spirituality, and physical well-being that come with being human.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: We believe in a world filled with filters and surface-level messages that healing begins with truth and a little bit of magic.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to another episode with your hosts, Lisa and Desi.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Hi and today we are going to have an episode that is talking about the decision that changed everything.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: And in this episode, you are going to get to know us better.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: We are excited to share, to basically share our stories of what has really led us here today.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: So why are we here?
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: And what was the moment that we decided that really led us into this direction?
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: So the first question I'm going to ask Desi first to answer is what did your life look like before you found life coaching?
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And as we're preparing for this episode, it's like there's so many different directions that we can take.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: And oddly enough, before Lisa and I met, we have a similar way that we came into our life coaching certification.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: For me, I had just got married in 2017.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: I was living with my husband and I had moved out from California to Arizona to be with Jason.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And I knew I didn't want to keep doing the career I was doing.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: I liked what I was doing in California, but then when I came to Arizona, I had to do something totally new, which was loan processing.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: And if you ever bought a house, you know how meticulous it is to get all the paperwork in.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So I was the girl that collected all the paperwork, and then I had to like go through it with a fine comb, tooth, and nail, and I had to put together this pretty package for this underwriter then to go through it and like scrutinize all my work that I did or didn't do or didn't have.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: And it was just not a fun job.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: It was very detail-oriented.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: It was very demanding.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: And so the decision that we had made is like, okay, after we get married, because I had gotten engaged, moved out here, then it took us a few years to get married.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: But after I get married, like you can do whatever you want.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Like you don't have to stay at that job anymore.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Like, let's just get through, you know, our wedding.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And so we got married in September of 2017.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And after that, it was like, okay, well, what are you gonna do?
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: What do you want to do?
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I don't know.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Like, what am I gonna do?
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: And so with that, I had started dabbling around in Beach Body, which Lisa did as well.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And so I started like this entrepreneurial.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: I actually had already done Arbon and I love Arbon.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: I love still use their products today.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: And then I started dabbling around in Beach Body because I wanted to get in shape.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: I was getting married, all the things.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And so I was dabbling around in that.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, all of that network marketing, and you know, they have a lot of like uplifting things, and you know, you're starting to follow people on Instagram and you're starting to like, you know, get your feet wet in this like entrepreneurial world that's like opening up all these doors.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And, you know, as I'm having these conversations with Jason, I'm like, I don't know what I want to do.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Like, I've always wanted to help people, like I've really always wanted to help people.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: And so I uh, you know, that was kind of like always in the back of my head.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: And so through Beach Body, I think we both stumbled across Angie Lee, who um was just like this funny like comedian.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: I don't even know what she did back.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: She did a lot of women's empowerment.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: She was coaching and yeah, woman's empowerment.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: Like you said, I think that that definitely defines her.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: Woman's empowerment.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: And so she had this really spunky girl take over her stories one day.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And she was talking about how you can become a life coach and how you can help people change their lives.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: And she was just going on and on and on about how amazing it is and what her mission is and what you could do with this life's coaching certification.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: And right there, things started to really click for me.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh, this is something that I can kind of do.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: Like, what is it I'm supposed to do?
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: And like, here's this thing that like sounds so amazing, and like, wow, this is so cool.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: And I remember bringing it to Jason and being like, oh, I got this really cool download, and I got this woman that came across my feed that was so random because she was on somebody else's story talking about da-da-da-da.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: And then we started having this big long conversation about what that would look like and what it entailed.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: And so our coaching certification was 10 months long.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: This is where Lisa and I got to meet, which is such a blessing.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: Because how many years later has it been?
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Almost gonna be 10 years.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: No, not 10 years.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Wait, no, what is it gonna be?
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna math.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Seven years.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Seven years?
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Negative, right?
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, seven years.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Look at me.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: But even seven years, that's like so crazy that it's gone by so quickly, right?
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: And so um, this was a really big investment, guys.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Like we invested in ourselves.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: So, like, yeah, I had been doing some beach body and like dabbling around, but I remember when we looked up the price point, it was like like a semester of school, like at a very prominent school.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Like it was a huge investment.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: And so there's a lot of conversations that I know me and Jason personally had to have, like, because I had uh a pretty big chunk of money, and I was like, am I gonna take that huge chunk of my savings and like put it towards this coaching certification?
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm really blessed to have a great partner that you know is supportive, but it was a really big investment, and so I decided to say yes, and that was the moment that literally changed everything for me that decision to go all in in this coaching certification.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh my God, it's so crazy.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: And it's just funny to to know as we've talked and as we've gotten to know each other that we have similar paths that led us to where we are today.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: Like I think it's really cool that obviously we did this at the similar time.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: And uh just like uh Desi said, like uh I found a Beach Body and it was like at the time I was in my 20s and I was just like wanting to be fit and healthy and look great, you know, and that was like how I built my confidence.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: So I wanted to help other people in that, and then I was still down on myself in the beginning.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: I remember when we had to like pick one program, you know, from Beach Body, and we had to like, you know, tell people and like get them get them involved and pick a program for them.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: That was like like I was like, I don't know what I'm doing.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Like I was like, you know, like I was like, oh my god, what did I get myself into?
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: But I still really loved the community.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: I think the community was my favorite part about Beach Body, even though I loved working out for myself and like seeing the results and feeling confident, I I really enjoyed the community because it was just a lot of like-minded people that were positive and entrepreneurial and just dreamed big for themselves.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And I think the one thing that I always wanted was at the time I was doing hair and um I still enjoyed hair, but I uh just felt like standing behind the chair for so many hours in a day, like I was like, I don't know if I can do it.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: I just didn't I did I also didn't love doing color at the time.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: I was like, let me do cuts and like styling.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: I was like, that'll do.
- 7:09SPEAKER_01: So I did wedding hair for a few seasons and I did love that, but again, it was just so much work.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: And I still had to do like another job with it, or you know, I was in schooling or whatever.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: And so again, I always had this dream of like, you know, I did love fitness.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: I did actually do my Zumba certification around the same time.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: So I started teaching Zumba and then I just was like, I want to really want to travel and be able to work for my laptop and be like, like that was my big dream.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: It still is a partial of my dream.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: Like, I just want to have that freedom and flexibility where like I could create my own uh time.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: I could create my own time, I could get paid doing for what I love, like what helping people in that way.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Of course, originally it was like the health and fitness world because I knew about it, but it was but it really did uh turn into positivity because I just wanted to be like, you can change your mindset, you can you know it really introduced me to all of the personal development that I did and it led me to where I am now because I just became obsessed with it.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: And then again, just like Desi said, like she happened to follow this girl, Angie Lee, and she was always talking about positivity and female empowerment and being goofy and fun, and she was entertaining and she was talking about a little bit of the coaching world.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: And I again I I followed her and I followed a couple other coaches, and I'm like, people are like life coaching and talking about these things, and I'm like, Whoa, like people are actually getting paid to do this, like that's really cool.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: And I did do a couple of masterminds in the beginning of like what it was, but my thing at the time was like the health and fitness, and I was like, I I'm not a personal trainer, like I don't know how to help people with this stuff yet.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: So I really wanted to help them with the mindset stuff because I felt very confident and being positive.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: And I I tended to be that person where like I was more optimistic and bubbly for like my friends at the time, especially.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: So they they would ask me like some things like that.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: And so I happened to come across her and happened to come across our our coach um and mentor for life coaching, which was Sam Skelly, and you know, she definitely she basically uh her her our original coaching certification was called Health Hungry for Happiness, and it was about her talking about how we're not truly hungry for food sometimes.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: Like it's a it's the emotions behind it.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: And so she helped her coaching certification was about that.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: So of course, you know, being in the health and fitness industry and being all always you know on the the yo-yo dieting cycle, I was like, Yeah, of course, like I want to learn this stuff and help other people and like become more healthy and all this stuff.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: So that's that's really what changed everything for me in that moment when I said yes again, the same thing.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: I was I was doing hair and I was definitely not making much.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: So I mean, grateful that I have supportive parents that helped me during that time as well.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: Because again, it was a really big investment.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I'm gonna work my ass off and like do all the things, and you know, like I was like, this is just I could I could earn so much, and I there's so much possibilities from this.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: And I'm just so grateful that they support me so much because I definitely wouldn't be able to do it without them.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember going to my dad because he never really helped, he didn't help me at all financially in anything.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: And I didn't like paid for myself to go get to my um, what did I get?
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: An AA degree back in then.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: And I remember, you know what, let me ask my dad, maybe he'll help me out.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: The answer was no.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: So I decided I was still gonna do it myself, right?
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, what what why did I decide to do the coaching certification?
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: I think the biggest thing for me was that I knew I didn't want to go back to school and I didn't know what else that I could do.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: And the coaching industry was still pretty new back in 2019 when we um when we said yes to that.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: And I knew it was gonna help me succeed in a way that I had not actually dived into yet or like dove into, and it was gonna open up parts of me that I didn't know that was there, and it was really gonna open up a lot.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Like when I think about what I naively signed up for, right?
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: It was like, oh, I'm gonna be a coach, great, but like what I actually signed up for, like what we actually signed up for was our own awakening and healing, which is just wild to me because everybody has a little bit different of like an awakening story awakening story or like coming to their understanding that their world is happening in such different ways.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: So not only did we go through our coaching certification, it was at the same time of uh the pandemic for 2020, and like, whoa, was that an awakening, you know?
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: And so it was like a very interesting time that my soul decided to have this like huge awakening.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: Um, and what surprised me most about the certification for me, it was that I had to heal all of my own crap first before I could actually coach others and before I could actually help others.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: I think for me, it was like, oh, I have all this unhealed stuff that we're learning, and oh, she's actually inviting us to heal it in ourselves first.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: And so that was the thing that surprised uh surprised me the most about the certification.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: What about you?
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I definitely agree.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Like I can't remember the I don't remember the exact like thoughts of being like, huh, like thinking of what it was gonna be at the time, like and then of course being surprised.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: I think the connection with everybody was like so incredible.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, having that group again, it was kind of like I definitely thrive in those in those um like scenarios, like the groups and the like-minded people.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: Like that's where I'm like, oh, I love like I'm with my people now, like you know, and it's like we just you think differently when you're in those type of certifications.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: And and you know, I'm in another one where I'm like, I just love that people that there's other people I I guess I feel more like like I belong, you know, where I'm like I don't I feel like I'm not a I'm not a quote unquote normal person, like you know, I don't want to be a nine to five P person.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: Like I whenever I I when I grew up and I have friends, you know, that are like they go to their job and that's it.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Like I that's not me.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: I'm always like I need to like, you know, read these personal development books and I'm like I need to like do fitness and and what am I creating next?
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: And you know, like or do my classes and now yoga and you know, all this stuff.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: It's like I never did just a quote unquote job that was like a nine to five.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: Like it never just turned off for me.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: I was always like, what's my next hobby?
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: What's my next thing that I can that can make me better?
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: Like that definitely what I always like strove for is the improvement piece and like just being like, I want to learn about myself and I'm just curious about other people and like how to help people like feel really good about themselves too, because I I've worked on my own self-worth like my whole life, and and still like sometimes I have you know that that confidence piece come up.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: And like I think that's what was the biggest thing is like learning about my own self in the process of the certification and realizing how deep it actually went.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: Like, because again, like you said, like you're like you know, you we start to get into these practices and they're uncomfortable because you don't realize how much you suppress and how much your emotions are such a part of your life.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: Like I remember talking about the anger piece, like one of the beginning modules, and I'm like, I'm not gonna hit a pillow.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Like, why would I hit a pillow?
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm not angry.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: What are you talking about?
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: I'm not angry, and then it was like the things that came up and shift, and you're like, whoa, okay, there's something, there's something that needs to be looked at here, you know?
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, and like finding that safety in our body to express ourselves fully, like it was scary.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: It was definitely not easy because you know, most of us are not taught that.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: I think that's like the biggest was like, oh, there's a piece that like we've been missing all of our life.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: Well, it was definitely that man-gen energy, like of you like trying out so many different things for sure.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And I remember you'd bring up the anger thing because I was like, Yeah, I need to like, oh wait, anger is sacred.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, anger is not a bad thing.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, when anger is expressed properly, it's a good thing.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Um, so that was like a really big thing.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: But I think one of the most uncomfortable things that she had us do was to uh be naked and like meditate and move in front of the uh mirror.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and this was a very intense certification that we went to.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Like we were in it for hours every week doing our own stuff, but I just remember that being like, okay, this is uncomfortable, this is weird, like I haven't done anything.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: But like you said, finding that safety, you know, finding the safety to express ourselves and to be naked and to be in our bodies and to like love our bodies and stuff.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: It was it was awesome.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: I I loved it, even though it like really pushed our edges in so many ways.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, that's such a good point.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: I forgot about that because again, it's like we just don't ever we're not taught that piece.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: We're not taught to sit with ourselves enough to understand ourselves and be like and look at ourselves in the air and be like, why don't I love this part of me?
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: Why don't why do I naturally just pick myself apart?
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, like I think a lot of us women do that.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: And like, of course, we're taught it a little bit and conditioned it because of you know, background and and people in our lives and stuff, but it is it's the uncomfortableness that we definitely said yes to in that path in.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: And again, it was an investment.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: So you you were like, Oh, okay, I gotta show up.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Well, when you invest that much, right?
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: Like you're gonna show up, you're gonna do the work, you're not gonna invest thousands of dollars and like show up half-assed.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: At least I know like I'm not gonna do that.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And most people I think who invest in themselves that way are going to show up.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: So I would love to know how did that experience change you personally?
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: Ooh, okay, personally.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: I think I I did develop just so much more compassion for myself and other people because then I realized, you know, and to this day, I always I still like think of this all the time, but I think that was the beginning of it.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: Cause again, it's like having those vulnerable moments and being like, wow, there's something here and there's something, there's a reason why I react this way.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: And it's like why?
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: You know, again, like it's like the anger piece, or or it's like learning where that comes from and not with not like blaming bad people, you know, of like, oh, I I learned it from this person or I learned it from this person, and like you know, you you just take it and run, you know, you you just don't know any better sometimes until you understand and you're like oh wow, we're all like this, we're all just literally living a human experience, you know.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: And it's like I think that was a big thing.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: So I was always curious, and of course, at that time I was dating.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: I didn't really um I don't think I had a boyfriend at that time, so it was kind of like I was dating on and off.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: And it was like uh recognizing who I wanted in my life, I wanted a partner, and and it was like really learning about myself so that way I could go and attract a partner as well that I really wanted in my life, and then I was also learning like who I didn't want to be with either, but I think that was the biggest thing, and then and then of course just having a lot more compassion for myself and and people in my lives.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: Beautiful.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I think for me so many things honestly changed for me in that.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: I had a lot of trauma that I was still carrying around.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: You know, before I met my husband, I was in a five-year abusive relationship.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: So that carried a lot of habits and uh ways of thinking and thoughts and ways of reacting that were like really hurting myself and my my relationship.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: And I think it for me it always comes back to that anger piece, like personally, like letting go of so much anger, anger by meeting my inner child and like learning that you can let go of anger in a healthy way, like learning that there's a healthy way to challenge uh channel it.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: That really changed a lot for me because I wasn't carrying around all that baggage anymore.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Uh, because it was really heavy for a lot of years, and it was really ugly, to be honest.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: And so for me, it was like really letting go of that armor and like meeting that little girl and giving her that safe space, and then learning how to go yell in my car and scream and hit the steering wheel and let out that anger, like I needed that so bad.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Like it was kind of like gonna like ruin my marriage if I didn't have that peace.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: And so, personally, it really I feel like saved me from me and saved my marriage for sure.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh, that's so amazing.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: So, what do you think were possibly your like biggest fears or challenges that you faced when you first started coaching?
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: I think the biggest one is always that like imposter syndrome.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: Like, who am I to be doing this?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, do I really know enough?
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: And have I learned enough, you know?
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: And so I know how I got through that was just reminding myself of all the shit that I had been through to get there, right?
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Um, what else is the biggest challenges you face?
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think the imposture syndrome is a big one, and then also like sometimes just getting out of our own way because we could like overthink too much, or we could overprepare, or we can get into that perfectionism and stuff like that.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: I think a lot of that was very challenging for me.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: And um, I think too, there was a part of me that I was never good at like, I don't know, what's coming through is like I was always really bad at like taking tests or like you know, putting on this being put on the spot or like having to speak in front of people or having to like perform.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: So there was a lot of that that I had to work through as well.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I think that was probably the biggest things for me is like those, you know, imposter syndrome for sure of like who am I and why do I think that I'm able to do this, right?
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: So what about you?
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: Oh, for sure.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: Uh definitely imposter syndrome for sure.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Because again, it's like I know our certification was long.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: We did hours, we did so much that like gave us confidence and being like, wow, this this stuff works, but again, it's like putting it out and asking.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: Honestly, it's it's the it's uh the self-worth piece.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: It's like, am I, you know, because again, people weren't doing it in my realm, you know, or like close to me.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: So when I would tell them, I'm doing life coaching and you know, I wanted to charge, you know, X, Y, and Z, people were like, Are you what?
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, and it's like oh yeah, it's fine.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, it's kind of like dismissing yourself and then just not believing in yourself.
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: Like that was my thing.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: I didn't believe in myself in the beginning, especially.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: Like there was a couple I had a couple clients like during our time where we did our um practicum and I loved them.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: They were like so amazing, and I I worked with them a little bit afterwards, and like they were I'm still friends with a couple of them, and I just I it's really cool to see people have these transformations and you know, and just help them through uh different experiences.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: So I think you know, even though I had a little bit of evidence of people I was doing work that worked, you know, for people, it was definitely the just building my confidence still and feeling like I was worthy enough to actually have people pay me to help them.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: Love that.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Would you say looking back with one lesson?
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: You're so grateful that you learned early on.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: Oh man.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: I think for me what came through right now is that done is better than perfect.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's totally true for.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Us now.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, done is better than perfect, especially at the beginning, because you're like, again, like that imposter syndrome, or like, who am I, or I'm not confident enough, and all that kind of stuff.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: It's like, you know, done is better than perfect.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: It's like sometimes you gotta throw your hat over the wall and then you have to go get it, right?
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: And so I think for me that was yeah, you know, throw your hat over the wall, you have to go get it.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: And like for me, it was just like, yeah, it's just like putting myself out there and knowing that it's gonna be scary and vulnerable, and knowing that I'm not gonna die and I'm still loved and accepted, and I have food, water, and shelter.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: Right, right, creating that safety piece for sure.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: I think, um to circle back, yeah.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: Maybe I will.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I I feel like I could go in a couple of different directions, and I'm not sure like which one it like what am I the most?
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: I mean, definitely that, of course, like what you said.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Like I can totally riff on that.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: But I think I think the biggest thing is honestly it's it it is back to the compassion piece for me.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: Like, I think that's the biggest thing that I'm like grateful to understand.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: I'm just grateful that I went through it to understand that we have these emotions and that even though we react a certain way, it's like we don't ever have to stay that way.
- 23:15SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, where it's like I remember the one one example that I always remember our mentor always talking about was like the I am anxious piece and talking about the jar, like like being like I'm anxious and wearing that as a bad or or the workaholic like that's your badge, like you know, and like wearing as a badge or like I'm anxious, or I have you know, X, Y, and Z, like labeling yourself with this instead of saying like this is a feeling that I'm feeling instead.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: I think that's like I'm really grateful for that um understanding of emotions and just emotional resonance and you know, all that stuff because I I think that is such a crucial piece to life now, and like I can't not like that is like a big the biggest part of my life now, like is just understanding emotions and understanding how people react.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't take it personal for the most part.
- 24:04SPEAKER_01: So you know, like it's like yes, I had those moments and I got triggered too, but for the most part, I'm like, oh, you're feeling a certain way, or this is you know, this is un is is um evolving because of your own experience.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: So I can have compassion for you for feeling that way, um, you know, and get curious because I definitely have those those qualities where I'm just always curious of like, why are you feeling this way, or why am I feeling this way?
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: And like wanting to help people through it, but even if they don't want to themselves, or maybe later they'll ask me about it.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: But I think that it, I think that's probably the biggest thing is knowing that you don't have to be anxiety for the for the rest of your life.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: You don't have to be an XYZ, whatever you're labeling yourself as.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: It's something that you can start to feel instead of actually identify as.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think for me I went business, but as far as like the healing piece, I think for me, like forgiveness was a really big thing that I needed to work on was like, okay, forgiving the person doesn't set them free.
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make what they did okay, doesn't make any of them an excuse, but it actually like really sets us free because if we're holding on to the resentment or if we're feeling like we can't forgive anybody, like that's keeping us stuck, that's keeping a hold on us, that's making us smaller, right?
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: So I think the forgiveness piece, and then you mentioned the anxiety, and it was like, I am, I am anxious.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Well, how did she how did she say it?
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: The way that she had always like worded it was really good.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: It was like, like, I am not anxiety, like I'm there's I'm not anxiety, I'm experiencing anxiety.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: And I think that was a big part for me too.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: It's like because we put all these labels on ourselves, like, you know, like I'm a workaholic or I'm I'm overachieved or I've all these things, right?
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: And it's like, no, we're taking on those identities as like a badge of honor, but it's like actually, no, like we are separate from those things, and so I think that was a big one for me as well.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh, that's such a good one.
- 25:58SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: So our our our next question, which we'll both kind of share, and I'll start it off.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: So, how did we end up meeting and what made us decide to create something together?
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: So, what a fun question, and what we love to share is that going back to the story, how we both kind of came across this girl, Angie Lee, and then we both then we came across Samantha Skelly, our our mentor, and did the life coaching.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: So, of course, we took the certification together and we I don't think we've ever like really worked together or we're really I don't think we did either which we were partnered up to we had sisters, you know, throughout the whole thing.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: And so we were partnered up quite a few times in our certification, but we were personally with different people.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: We never were actually partnered up, but of course, at the end, the big thing is we were doing a whole graduation/slash retreat in California in San Diego.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: That was a big part of our and the ending of our certification.
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: And then right before that, we also had another opportunity to go to San Diego, which is how we first actually met in person.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: And so we went to Angie Lee, the girl that we talked about before.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: She had a pace to be brave uh like seminar, you know, um conference.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: Yes, like a women's conference.
- 27:16SPEAKER_01: And we were like, heck yeah, we're going.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: There was a group of us from our certification that went and we got to meet in person, we got to hang out, we got to have fun together.
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: So we got to, of course, meet then and we had we had these videos that are so much fun.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: And I had my short, short hair and like really look different.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: And um we got to sell, we got to hang out all of us, and then we got to be with each other again within like the next one to two months, month it's basically about a month that we came back and we did our whole certification again.
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: We weren't because we weren't in the same group at the at the in the beginning, like it was like wasn't until the really event we're like, oh, we like each other, like we vibe because like I was in a different house staying there for our graduation, and you in a different house, but we kept like hanging out.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: I mean, they were like, Lisa, come here, like come hang out with us.
- 28:05SPEAKER_01: Like, so it was it was so much fun that we got to be at these events and again like meet in person and just be like, Oh, we click, like this is yeah.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: I just know that me and Lisa were dancing and having fun, and like the loud ones and the rowdy ones, and it's like, okay, yeah, you're my girl.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: Like, what's that?
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Let's hang out.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: And I remember your short hair now.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: You had a really short hair, like a pixie cut almost.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: Like a pixie cut, yep.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh my gosh, we should bust out some of those old old pictures and use them for some content on our podcast.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so I think the first time we created something together was it the gratitude challenge?
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: I was just looking at memories, and I think that's like almost one of the first things we created together was like a gratitude challenge.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: The summit.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think after that we decided we wanted to do something.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: And yeah, probably, yeah.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: The gratitude challenge, probably.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, that was so long ago.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember our little flyer was like pink and white, and it was stripes, and it was before like Canva, I don't even know, or maybe it was like what we were, yeah.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: And I think we did like a 10-day or like a month of gratitude or something like that.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: It was like 14 days or something, I think.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, it's interesting because we've like we did like May gratitude or something like that.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, something like that.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I do remember that.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: And I it's funny because like we did keep like coming back together because like life would get busy or like we would kind of like do our own things or whatever, and then we like ended up back in like a program together that neither of us knew that we were in the program together.
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: Like, yep, hey, hey, and like so.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: I think what we did that back in 23.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: Was it three years ago of the the Kratrix calling?
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: I think.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think so.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I think that's when we really rekindled.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and like for the last like three years, we like decided to like go on all in on things together.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: We do like a lot of energy renew, energy reset.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: We've done like a 10-day event together, we've run masterminds together, and like we really like just come together.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: And I think it's been it's just super easy, and it's really like clicked clicked for us.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: And uh, I know from other experiences it's not always that easy, and I'm super grateful for you, and I'm super grateful that it has been this easy for us.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: I know, I know, and that's it's kind of like we came back together when we did this program called Creatrix Calling with another mentor that we were back involved with as well.
- 30:13SPEAKER_01: Again.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: And it's like one of those things because again, it's like we just know when you have somebody else that's doing something similar to you or similar like minded and like has the same energy of you, or you can bounce things off very easily.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: It's one of those things where you just you just can't lose that.
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: We were just like, can we like help each other to support each other and what we're creating?
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: It was kind of like one of those moments where we both were like, Are you feeling what I'm feeling?
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: And like, are we ready to get back into it?
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: We just like I was like, I know we can just keep talking and and sharing ideas and like helping each other and supporting.
- 30:45SPEAKER_01: We kind of did like an accountability thing in the very beginning.
- 30:48SPEAKER_01: We're kind of like, let's still do some accountability.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: Like, what are you gonna do this week?
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: Or what are you gonna do this month?
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: So we kind of like really supported each other in the beginning and really wanted to go through the the course together, like at that time.
- 30:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so we did we supported each other and we kind of shared each other's ideas, and it was really great.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: And then we were kind of like so the the the course was about like creating a challenge, and that's kind of where the energy reset came about because we were like, you want to do something together?
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: Like that'd be really fun, and we did, and it was great.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: And then we did like a mastermind, we had a couple masterminds out of it with some some people, it was a lot of fun, and again, like you said, like it is just easy, and I think you know, some we can definitely take it for granted because sometimes it doesn't work out that way, and we're just so grateful that we ended up in the same container unexpectedly, yeah.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: We're just we're Bessies again.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: The universe has definitely been working for us to come together, I think for sure.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, if you could go ahead, go ahead.
- 31:44SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say it's it's a shame that we are on the opposite side of the country.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: That's the only bad thing that universe did not get that right, unfortunately.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: But I know it really is uh we're like literally on the opposite sides of the country together, like the furthest we can be from each other.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: So pretty much, yeah, pretty much.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: I know it's we're due for in-person meeting, that's for sure.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad Lisa came out what a couple years ago now, I think.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and we did like a full-on photo shoot, which we're like, we don't know what we're gonna use all these photos for, but we know we're gonna use them eventually.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: And then like all the photos where we're like very like professional that you see, I see for the podcast.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: It's like, ooh, now we know exactly where we're gonna use this for ourselves.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: It was so much fun, like literally the best day ever when we did that.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: It was literally so much fun.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: And the photographer was great too, of course.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she was the energy, but like literally, I was like, oh my god, if I got to do this every day with Dizzy, it'd be amazing.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: Life would be the best.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: So if we could go back and talk to the version of ourselves before all this, what would you tell her?
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: And I know what I would tell her is buckle up, yacht, because you're going on a wild ride.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: It ain't gonna be easy, but it's gonna be worth it.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: That's exactly what I would tell her.
- 32:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh my God.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: I think it would just be I of course, like my again, like what I shared before is like my belief in myself has been like my biggest challenge because again, it's like I do these things and I love them and I get excited about them, but I just don't have that belief to like go for it sometimes.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: And that's where I would really remind myself like keep believing in yourself, keep trusting.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: Like there's a reason why you want to do this stuff, there's a reason why you want to help people, like do not give up.
- 33:21SPEAKER_01: And I think I definitely let myself give up so many times because it just was like more comfortable, and like, you know, I was afraid, I was so afraid, and like, you know, and I think I think that's what I would tell her.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: I would be like, just don't stop, just keep going, like just trust the process, you know.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think trusting the process is one of the things that Sam would say to us like, trust the process because sometimes it feels like you have a bunch of ingredients and you have to put it all together and make it, but like you can't really see what you're making yet because you've never done this recipe before and you've never actually put it together, and then you have to trust the process, and then you're like, Oh, that meal was amazing.
- 33:56SPEAKER_00: That cake came out amazing, right?
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: And so it's like trust the process is so important.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: This next question here, I don't really know what's one thing people often assume about our journey that's not actually true.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: I think I think people do misconstrue that I am more confident than I am because I've had people and like my one one of my first like mentors, business mastermind when I didn't know what I was doing before life coaching.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: Like, she was like, like, I was like, I don't know what I'm doing.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: And she was like, What do you mean?
- 34:25SPEAKER_01: You have red hair.
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: Like, how are you not confident?
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: Like, and I was like, I don't know.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: I like, you know, I just was would doubt myself all the time.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: And I would just, and and it's funny, like I had an energy reading for my birthday, and she was like, You've struggled with confidence like your whole life, haven't you?
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Oh my god, yeah.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, it was like that gut punch.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: I'm like, don't like call me out like that.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: Like, I yeah, and I think people just even though like I do so many things and I'm I'm you know, and and I I might be confident in certain things, right?
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: It's like like I teach yoga, I teach Zumba, and people will be like, I don't know how you do it, like you know, and I'm like, that's easy for me, like you know, but I guess like I'm just confident in that area, and there's other areas I'm not.
- 35:07SPEAKER_01: And I think people can, especially with us showing up on social media, it's still not easy.
- 35:12SPEAKER_01: It's I I still have to talk myself into it, you know.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: Like I have to get into the energy of being like, here goes nothing, post, you know, and like you know, not allowing the the self-doubt, not allowing the negative thoughts to take over, because that's definitely a skill I think I've learned as well going through everything.
- 35:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: How about you?
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: I don't know, nothing's really coming to mind, but I think a lot of people just assume that we have it more together than we do.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: And maybe in some aspects we do, but we're still like for me, I'm still healing stuff with my inner child.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: I'm still meeting her.
- 35:42SPEAKER_00: Like for my inner child pool party this weekend.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: Uh I had all these people that were coming, and then all of a sudden, like this person couldn't come and this person couldn't come and this person couldn't come, and then my inner child's like, no, it's coming.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: And then she's like, sad, right?
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: And so I of course I sat down, I journal it because I am the product of my own work and and you know, journal it.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: And her let me see if I remember what we came up with.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: It was to her, it was like if people don't come, they don't like love her, which obviously is not true.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: And like the the reframe was, you know, um, people have lives, and just because they don't show up doesn't mean that they don't love you.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: And I'm not giving that as much credit as what I came up with in my journal.
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: Um, but like it's you know, so I was able to sit down and like work out with her.
- 36:20SPEAKER_00: And I think people assume just because like you're a coach or you're a healer or whatever, like you're you're like healed or like you don't have things that come up.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: I think that's one thing.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: And I think sometimes maybe some coaches and healers actually don't do the work like we actively do.
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: Um, but I believe that a good coach and healer is working through their stuff as it comes up, right?
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: And so if I'm an inner child worker, you know, you're doing whatever, like you're doing your instant shift, right?
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Like you've been sharing how, like, oh, today I really didn't want to do the things, or like today, like I was really having a hard time, right?
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: Like it still comes up for us, and we still have to like put our own tools into action.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: And so I think a lot of people can assume that, like, oh, it's easy for them for sure.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think easy is the word.
- 37:01SPEAKER_01: Like, I think people think, even though we know all the tools, and that's why I'm super vulnerable and honest when we're when as I'm going through instant shift and having all these women go through it, because I'm sharing all the practices, and I'm like, listen, all the practices sometimes don't work, you know.
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: And it's like I have to slow my role and be like, what's actually happening in this?
- 37:19SPEAKER_01: And I have to do the deeper work, and it, you know, I can't bypass it, you know.
- 37:23SPEAKER_01: Like, and I think that you're you're so spot on with that too.
- 37:26SPEAKER_01: Like, I think people think that we just coast and everything's run rainbows and sunshine, and like I've had a year already, like, you know, and it's like, you know, going through it, and those tools help me get through those moments.
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: They're not they're not like I can't just bypass life, you know.
- 37:44SPEAKER_01: Life still happens for us, you know, regardless, and we don't have control over that.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: Gosh, yeah.
- 37:51SPEAKER_00: So, what would we say that we would hope women listening to this podcast take away from hearing our stories?
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: I think one thing that was coming through is I don't know how to like articulate it exactly, but you know, things are scary, and sometimes our biggest decisions are the most scary, the biggest investments, the biggest boundaries, the hardest things that we have to do and go through are actually the catalyst to where it is that we're actually desiring to go.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: And so, like, I know people were like, wait, what?
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: You're gonna do what?
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: You're gonna spend that much money, you're gonna do this, da-da-da.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: Like, not everybody's gonna understand you and they don't need to.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: You need to be behind yourself a hundred percent and and take and do the thing that you know could be the catalyst to where it is that you want to go.
- 38:37SPEAKER_01: Ooh, that's so good.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: I think, yeah, learning that lesson over and over and over again.
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: Um, and I think another thing is too, again, like we talked about, is like we're all living a human experience, whether you resonate exactly with our stories and what we've shared today, or you resonate with just a couple pieces or just that feeling where you are not alone.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: Like you absolutely can find somebody that has a similar experience and resonate with it.
- 39:08SPEAKER_01: And I think that's why we created this podcast.
- 39:11SPEAKER_01: It was for people to know the human experience, even if we are in, you know, the quote unquote spotlight and on social media and posting every day.
- 39:19SPEAKER_01: It doesn't mean that we got it together just like you said.
- 39:21SPEAKER_01: Like no one, like I I keep coming back to this other like a quote or just a remembrance that I keep saying is like no one has a you know instruction book for what human life is supposed to be.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: Like nobody.
- 39:34SPEAKER_01: I like things can shift in the blink of an eye.
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: And it's like, what do you do?
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, how do you respond?
- 39:40SPEAKER_01: How do you react and who's there for you?
- 39:43SPEAKER_01: And and all these things which are really, really tough sometimes.
- 39:46SPEAKER_01: And I think like learning these lessons and so much uh lessons, even even with my boyfriend, we're like we've talked recently about like different areas of our life and like friendships and stuff, and we're like we both have had similar visions in our life and and have done our own thing at some point, and like some of our friendships don't take it the right way because again, we we don't want to just start work a nine to five, we have bigger visions, and sometimes it's really hard, you know, to uh to articulate and to understand um if somebody has a different uh uh you know life experience in you or a different vision, you know, and I think that is really important to know that whatever you're thinking, whatever you desire is really truly for you.
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: And just like me and Desi keep coming back to this vision and keep coming back and creating it together.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: Like there's a reason.
- 40:32SPEAKER_01: There's a reason why, like we have these ideas, there's a reason why we want to help and support people because we do believe that everyone has their own soul purpose.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: We do believe that everyone is uh meant to live a full life, and so I think we just want to share that message, a reminder that we are vulnerable and that we're human, and uh this is why we we talk we share about this every time on our podcast, and we just really hope that whoever's listening and we really do appreciate you.
- 41:03SPEAKER_01: We're so grateful, and we do really want to hear your story and we want to hear some feedback from you because again, this is this is why we do this.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: So we hope you resonate with with us and resonate with our stories.

- 41:27SPEAKER_00: And I know there's so much more to our journeys and to our stories, and we want to continue to share that with you as we continue to grow this podcast.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and maybe we'll do a we'll do like a sticker or something or whatever, like on the stories about like question, like QA, like ask us questions.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: So if you're listening to this um on the day that it releases, definitely go to our Instagram stories so you can ask us any questions or give us any feedback or just like share what you you're feeling if you really resonate with anything.
- 41:58SPEAKER_01: We would love to hear from you.
- 41:59SPEAKER_01: And then we'll we'll do like a QA, another QA.
- 42:03SPEAKER_01: So definitely stay tuned and come back to back to our pod, our Instagram pod, our podcast, uh, our podcast Instagram so that way you can share with us.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: Maybe we'll do like a post and like we'll leave it pinned or something so you can ask us questions and and hear our story a little bit more.
- 42:18SPEAKER_01: But we do we love connecting with people, we love understanding and being curious, and just again, I think just having someone uh having you be seen and understood is like the biggest thing that everyone wants.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: So whether that's us, whether that is someone else in your life, like it makes life worth living, really, and at the end of the day.
- 42:40SPEAKER_01: So yeah, we hope you guys enjoyed this.
- 42:42SPEAKER_01: And we'll do another one, and we'd love to hear from you.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: Thanks for being here, guys.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: We appreciate you.
- 42:49SPEAKER_01: Until next time.
