- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: All right, welcome back to the gym business coach podcast.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm your host Tim Lines joined in New York City.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_02]: Randy Anxon, what's up, man?
- 0:08[SPEAKER_02]: Morning.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_02]: How are we doing?
- 0:09[SPEAKER_02]: Doing good.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_02]: We got a cool little backdrop here.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_02]: If you guys are on YouTube, you could see what we're talking about.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_02]: Believe it or not, never been to New York City in my life.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_02]: Don't know if I, especially after looking that for it.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if I want to go there.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_02]: You guys, I spent about 18 hours on a long layover there.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_02]: That was about it.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_02]: That was it.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_02]: about you, Brian, you've been to New York City, so the answer's no.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: So have you ever been so none of us a bit well, you were a great nurse.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: Anyways, people love it or maybe you hate it, but anyways, cool backdrop guys, we've got a big gross summer coming up in June.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_02]: This is our our eighth annual.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_02]: The fifth pro gross summit dot com it's in Scott Steller is owner June 25th 27th guys.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: We got Thomas Palmer Tim Grover Lindsey Vastole adjusting Kegley.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we got a ton of people lend free him in the CEO wellness living is going to be there.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_02]: I've got some break vendors and breakout sessions.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: A highly recommend you guys check it out.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: We we have a tiered pricing structure.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_02]: So the prices go up the closer you guys get to the event.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: But this is a can't miss event guys.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's in June.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: It is going to be hot.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_02]: In Scottsdale, we were thinking about calling it meltdown in the desert because it is going to be sizzling.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_02]: But that's cool because we got a pool party at the end and Lua and a lot of fun.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: So anyway, guys, this topic really is kind of taken everything by storm.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's AI, you know what I mean?
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: It's like artificial intelligence.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_02]: What does it do?
- 1:40[SPEAKER_02]: Why why what should you use it?
- 1:41[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we've, I mean, I've got my hands dirty with like,
- 1:45[SPEAKER_02]: two or three dozen, you know, different software platforms.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_02]: It's built into everything you're doing anymore.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, Google's search results are coming back in AI suggestions.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, I guess this is a tale of caution.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_02]: I can see this going down, you know, you can go down a rabbit hole with this stuff.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, if you can lose a ton of time and then you take your eye off the ball and then all of a sudden like your gym is struggling because you've been playing with AI this whole time.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_02]: Hopefully, hoping it's going to save the day one day, right?
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: So, I mean, there's a lot of use cases for it, but I think the biggest, the by far, the biggest,
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: take away on this whole show that I can give you guys is you have to kind of know what you want it to do before you start messing with it.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_02]: So like what is the outcome you're looking to build, create, uh, and then you back into the tool that you want to use because not every tool is great at everything.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_02]: Not not equal.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_02]: That's for sure.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: And there's some tools that are as far
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: And guys, I would consider myself a novice when it comes to anything AI.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_02]: I just know what I've built with it.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: And as a business owner, how I leverage it.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm going to just kind of give you how I use it.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_02]: And how I see other people use it.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: And again, I say it like it's one thing.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's 500 things, right?
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll just kind of go through some of the,
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: I guess main ones that we use.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody uses chatGBT.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: I almost feel like chatGPT is starting to become less relevant.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's interesting because these other agents and softwares, AI softwares, there's beaten the brakes off of this thing and chat becomes like almost like a next next best thing.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: So for example,
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: Um, let's just say you wanted to look at data, like data, spreadsheets, P&Ls, projections, performance, uh, you know, whatever you have, like putting that into chat, CBT isn't going to be as great as say something like cloud.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, cloud is another, uh, AI software that is far superior at looking at numbers and data is in spreadsheet and can push stuff to Google sheets and actually is a better writer
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think that's the biggest thing that most people realize right out of the gate using Claude is just the quality of the content that's created from a writing standpoint is it is it's it's more superior it's it's less I don't know if it's less AI feel you know what I mean like chat GPT is the.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: When you create content, we've all, first of all, it's kind of layout of disclaimer.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: If you're going to use this, use it and treat it kind of like an assistant in your business or an intern.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_01]: Don't copy and paste what, what, chat or, or AI is giving you verbatim.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: I definitely think that you should put it through your own voice.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: And even their ways obviously of, of giving it some context, so to speak to your language, it kind of knows you.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: But even at that, there's like the M-dash is there's there's styles of writing that are easily picked up by the human element that it's it's generated by AI and it's just copying this yeah yeah yeah you're right so I think using as an assistant as a tool is is the only way to use it because if you just
- 5:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll give you another example, I was doing a, we're doing real estate project.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_02]: I was doing performance on it.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_02]: And I, you know, I create this beautiful performer.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_02]: I keep feeding it data and, and then, you know, I fed it some data and then I go back and look and all the numbers just didn't look right.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: And if you, if you were just to take it as is and you try to present that to say an investor or bank or something, they're going to blow holes in that thing.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_02]: It was wrong.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: And then you call out, hey, Claude, listen, you know, this doesn't look right.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: What happened?
- 5:44[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, the cells are mixed up and it like a corrects itself.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: So like if you just copy and paste what any AI is going to give you, you're going to look stupid.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_02]: I mean bottom line.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: You have to know what the end result is, or what it should be, or what should it feel like, especially when it comes to numbers.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_02]: You could just look at something.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: You should know as a business, that doesn't look right.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_02]: And then you just ask, you know, the tool to go back and double check things and turn off, oh, and find the mistake.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, this
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: You'd never take it verbatim, you know, eventually maybe when it gets there, but like it's making mistakes and hallucinates, it gives you things like, where did you get that?
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: And you can, you will, a lot of times I have to keep correcting it.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, didn't I just tell you this, oh yeah, you're right.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_02]: You did just tell me that, but I decided not to do what you asked me to do.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_02]: So like, well, it's awesome.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_02]: It's an intern.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's awesome.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's still like you guys need to understand this isn't a cut and pace.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_02]: Type of thing.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I just see it, you know, lazy, lazyness is taken over, just writes it for you don't read it and you send that off and it says something you don't want it to say.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't have a list in front of me and I think if we were ever to do this episode again, I would love to kind of break down each one of these tools.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: However, I wanted to do this episode today because I wanted to speak to
- 7:13[SPEAKER_02]: How do you how to think about it?
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: Because again, we we have a in our iron circle.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: We have a new we call them circles.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: We have a new circle called the AI circle.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I think one of the biggest takeaways after we got on there.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, what can it do?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of what what does it do?
- 7:29[SPEAKER_02]: What can it do?
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: And so like the use cake.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_02]: I really use that word use cases.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: Very I think that's the first point you need to start.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I think truly those use cases should come from the business itself, right?
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: Look, yeah, exactly.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: You have to look at your business and decide, you know, where, what am I trying to accomplish within my business and is AI a solution that can help me fix this issue, right?
- 7:57[SPEAKER_01]: So whether it's writing, you know, copy for newsletters, blogs, whatever it may be because you don't have that being done right now,
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: Great use case, you know what I mean?
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: Is it data and interpretation of data and a dashboard?
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: Great use case, because if you're not clear on the numbers of the business, there's a gap, right?
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: But you have to identify, you know, from the business's needs.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: How you can use it first.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_01]: Otherwise, you know, it's basically a glorified search engine.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's probably the lowest use of it right now.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll give you some more examples of how I'm using it right now.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_02]: So at the gym level, I've created a dashboard that pulls in my meta ads, Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, my wellness-living data.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: What what what's the frequency per member like on average per month and then we've also got even built a heat map in there that we can kind of look at the global historical data for each hour of the day and what our session usage is and I'll look ahead to say hey you know what coming up in the next three months historical data from last year says that these these
- 9:30[SPEAKER_02]: Again, that was the use case I needed.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_02]: This is the data I needed to make decisions in the gym.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: And then I found the tools to go build that, connect it, and do it in a weekend.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: Now I can log in, and I can see exactly all the data in that gym because we're data people.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_02]: I need to understand data to make decisions in the business.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_02]: And so, like, somebody listening to that, it would be like, holy cow, I didn't know it could do that.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the point I'm trying to make is, yeah, because you don't know what, you don't know where to go and who to find and who to build it for if you should even learn or what tool to use because the what is so abstract that
- 10:17[SPEAKER_02]: you need to start there.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's the point.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_02]: That's the point.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to make.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's not.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_02]: Go get the tools.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_02]: See what it can do.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_02]: It's what do I need?
- 10:26[SPEAKER_02]: Go back into the tool that can make, you know, build it for me.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: There's loveable.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_02]: There's madness.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_02]: There's, you know, like, um,
- 10:34[SPEAKER_02]: There's cloud code.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: There's all these things that can build at the code or around.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: You can whip up websites and a couple clicks now.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: Whip up landing pages and a couple clicks.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_02]: There's no more drag and drop.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's literally prompting, if you say prompting, they call it vibe coding, where then it creates the code and makes the beautiful landing pages and stuff.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: And here's a plug for as much as I hate or have hated high level.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: I just have hated it because of the way that came out and all of the agencies got a hold of it and created their own thing and try to say was there's like that gave me a bad taste about high level.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, and the other thing that I find very strange about high levels is anything that is created.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: They go off and create a hack for it.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_02]: Like they just rip it off.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_02]: Like that, that I don't understand, but as a user, sure.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_02]: So, somebody that can go in and buy a high level account and now has the same dashboard as a levelable and I can go build landing pages and what I'm hearing from our, uh, from Matt our, uh, AI circle guy.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: is you can now in high level as of like right now say I need a five email sequence with three text messages written for this thing with timers and it will go click of a button and we'll create the whole workflow for you in the landing pages in a voice prompt or in a text script prompt.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_02]: No more drag and drop and then it will go create it with the copy of the timers and then you
- 12:07[SPEAKER_02]: uh... you could you could have it analyzed your your contacts and like how many people have an open an email in this amount of time i'd like a re-engagement sequence for those people and it will just do it that alone that that's the reason like i'm out willing to now go ahead and look at the level because up until now
- 12:25[SPEAKER_02]: It just wasn't there for me and, you know, there's a lot of people that love it, great, all good, but it's funny, like even the builder, right, the builder inside of high level, being top down like vertical and I couldn't figure out like why they would ever build it.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Now there's an advanced builder that goes back to the way that I've always been used to in the infusion soft and keep days.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_02]: So fun, just funny things, again, these are tools.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now here's the caution, guys.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the whole point to this message.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_02]: You can go down a rabbit hole and lose your entire day, week, months and make zero progress in your gym because you've been tooling around all this AI and you've got nothing to show for it.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: The thing that, you know, I said this on a boxer to the iron circle like a week ago and I said, you know what, you know, part of me says, hey, am I the guy that should be going out and building this stuff?
- 13:24[SPEAKER_02]: then you don't know who to hire because eventually I'm not going to do it anymore, but I need to know how it's done and what happens in there and plus I like it anyway So it's not like that big of a deal, but at the end of the day, I've created last week alone five full-blown websites SEO optimized with AI search engine results the built into it connected to
- 13:44[SPEAKER_02]: search console and analytics with all of our pixels in there with hyros and for like beautiful sites you see them all in beautiful sites while the impressive you have timelines junior dot com force del's dot com um... if it pro-gross summit dot com like all of these websites were built
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: last week.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, by me, between 6 p.m. and 1 a.m. every night.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, that's not like great for me to do it.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_02]: But like at the end of the day, look at all the production I created out of that.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: And it's only because I knew what I wanted and I backed into the tools that could do it.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_02]: So again,
- 14:21[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, Chad G.P.T.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_02]: is like the tip of the eye.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_01]: I forgot this point.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: I got this point in the surface, yeah.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_02]: There was, there was a long time ago.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_02]: I connected this thing called fixer AI into my email.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: And because we have so many email addresses, it was pretty cool.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_02]: Got cumbersome because it gets so many emails.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: But it would, it would so cool.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: It would join you on your Zoom calls.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: It would understand how you speak.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_02]: Then when you got an email that needed a response, it would know that, respond for you in your voice.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: Put it in drafts and let you know you got something you'd respond to.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_02]: It's already written with your voice because it learned you.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: Then you could either edit it or just send it, then you send it.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: And it knows what the email said, and if it's not got a response yet, it will draft a follow-up to the person that hasn't responded back to you and say, hey, by the way, I sent this the other day three days ago.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_02]: Have you got a chance to look at it?
- 15:21[SPEAKER_02]: So it knows what it says.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_02]: It knows it's smart enough to be in your voice, who'd respond to, and then, of course, it also categorized in like 10 different categories, marketing, you know, needs attention, you know, all these
- 15:38[SPEAKER_02]: That's fixture.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's an AI tool that plugs into something you're already doing in optimizes it
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: Another one, motion.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: Another great tool that we've been using for a long time motion.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: This ties into your Google Calendar and Outlook calendars and what you can do with motion is say that you needed to do a project for us, maybe it's like I need a prepare presentation for a perform better, right?
- 16:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I can go into motion and put that, put that task in there, set the priority, set the exit date, send the chunks like, hey, I can do this in 30 or 45 minute or two hour chunks.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_02]: And then we'll go on to your own schedule and find the best places in break up that task and put it on your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar so that it it optimizes your day.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, love that one.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_02]: Like, please, what is going on, right?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_02]: So there's again, there's all these tools.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_02]: And so like to me,
- 16:34[SPEAKER_02]: that's perfect because I'm always trying to figure out how to optimize optimize so like finding a thing that that goes and looks at the openings in your calendar and play systems on your calendar for you so you don't forget to do a project.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's one of the big things too.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, we talked to a gym owners all the time.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, I don't know how to prioritize the tasks that I have on my plate.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_01]: motion.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, hands down when one of the best use cases of AI, you know, that we've come across and it does it fit if it solves that problem in that seat.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I mean, we've been using that for probably what two years now most.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're early adopters to a lot of stuff, but then I'm also a not non-adoptive thing to like high level.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_02]: I've been non-adopted until now.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_02]: Not that I wish I would have because we've solved our problems with it, but now like it's getting so good, like you would be not intelligent to not look at.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: And that's a thing.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I think, I think all of us have to have an understanding that AI is going to have an impact in all of our lives at some level.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_01]: You can, you can dismay it or just kind of toss it to the side and say, you know, you don't want to go down that rabbit hole at all.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: But at some point, you're going to be chasing from behind.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, what what it's doing at the rate it's learning at the speed that it's getting better.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_01]: I just heard, I just saw something this morning from the CEO of Palantir, and he said basically the only jobs that will exist in the future are the things that A.I.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_01]: and a computer can't physically do physical stuff.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_01]: Physical, yeah, I mean he was using the example of like, you know, electric electricians and plumbers.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 18:10[SPEAKER_01]: That's a big thing.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_01]: But when it comes to creative, when it comes to design, when it comes to...
- 18:16[SPEAKER_01]: anything tech-based.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there are AI solutions right now, levelable might be one of them, but you can give it to your eBay, for example.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: You could throw in a massive business, run on the web, and it can mimic the entire site.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_01]: Literally, one prompt in a couple hours, you have a duplicate of it.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_01]: building apps, building, you know, dashboards and things like that that you've mentioned already, right?
- 18:48[SPEAKER_01]: It'll be, it won't be long before we don't even pay third parties for those types of integrations because your AI will be a solution.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_02]: Especially like agencies that do ads, you know, even meta has come out and said, hey,
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: We're not even going to eventually allow you to put your own copy and your own images in here anymore.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: You're just going to say, hey, I want clients between 40 and 60 years old for my gym.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: I just want clients and it will create the whole campaign for you.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_02]: Find the people and get them in your gym.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: And what does an agency in it do anymore?
- 19:24[SPEAKER_01]: their algorithms have had some AI base for years now when it comes to targeting and in all all of that type of stuff.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm, and I'm sure there's a million different situations where you know, Jim owners are using AI that don't even know it's being done.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know, yeah, I mean, especially business dashboards, I, you know, for Jim's business dashboards, your P&Ls, you're even your bookkeeping work can be done now by AI where it auto categorizes all of your expenses.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: It warns you of like increased stuff.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm using a personal finance software called Monarch.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_02]: In Monarch, well, it's not necessarily AI.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's a tool where ties into all of your financial, you know, dashboards, your bank accounts, your credit card, all those stuff, and it creates categories for you.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a personal bookkeeper, and you can see as percentages where all of your money is going, and it's got cool graphs and stuff and it's got this flow chart where you get all this income and it flows out into all these little expenses.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: And you can say, and then it knows, hey, you're recurring bill that's been this way for the last eight months is not higher.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: What's up?
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like it just jump.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_02]: Things that you wouldn't notice, right?
- 20:38[SPEAKER_02]: Normally.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_02]: And so again, tools on tools on tools, but here's the point, again, right back to the point of this podcast.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, if you don't know what you want to use it for, just figure that out first and then go back in to the tools.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: And you can even ask, yeah, chat.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to build a dashboard for my company that plugs in all these outside sources so that I can log in and add a glance and see where my business health is, what software do you recommend?
- 21:07[SPEAKER_02]: And it'll tell you, you know, probably level board whatever, right?
- 21:10[SPEAKER_02]: So it's just just some really cool stuff out there guys.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I think
- 21:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think the point to this episode is that you need to be there.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_02]: You can't let AI and refuse to be a part of this AI movement, especially for your businesses.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: It's not just an email or a social media posting tool.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's everything tool.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's business operations.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we can get deep into the agentic side of it where you build bots that then you speak to on your telegram
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: a flight's for you hotels for you it'll it'll go in a talk it will create other bots within itself to say hey you know what I'm not the best for let me spawn off another bot that that'll do all of your blogs and all your posting for you all this stuff and you could do it from your couch.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, you were on the road the other day and you were editing it from the phone.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_01]: I was doing it for my phone.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's it's powerful.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, it's in your pocket.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: You can literally take it anywhere and continue to do the work.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of things now, like co-work and Claude.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you could set you set it up to do these massive tasks walk away and come back and it's done.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I tell you, I tell that I'm going to bed and it's like no worries boss all have this ready for you in the morning to the review and it's like sweet thanks man and and you can turn your computer off and it's still running as is a lot of experience.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: So again guys, I again, I'm not the best at this, but I would I'm just the point to the messages is like know what you want to build back into the tool don't just
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: You know, tool around with that you can lose a whole month of your life and still not having the outcomes and cost I mean, it's cost all these softwares You know, I think there's a There's going to be a point in time where I think most all of these tools are just going to live inside a high level.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's wild to think that that they can just hack all this stuff, but like
- 23:05[SPEAKER_02]: nothing's sacred anymore that you just put it in there and, you know, I think the coolest thing though is that voice prompt to build all your sequences for you, the Dragon Drop Builders are gone.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a voice prompt that voice or texture, I'm just saying voice, but like you type it in, where in the past it was always like, you know, bring this element down, right?
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: What you wanted to say, manual, upload this photo, bring this over.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, now it's just absolutely ridiculous guys.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: Go look at semi private pro dot com.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_02]: We built that on that was it last week.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_02]: I built that whole website with all the other ones in the same amount of time.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I just did one website a night every night with back in dashboards and everything else to it.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_02]: It's just really slick guys.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_02]: So hopefully that kind of gets your wheels turning this is a great time to be alive as a business owner because you got all these tools at your fingertips.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, it's mind blowing what's happening.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not there, you're gonna get past up, but at the end of the day, guys, don't lose yourself in this stuff, know what you want to build, find the tools that can build it for you, and then eventually, and once you know, then you could hire somebody out to do it, but like event, you know, the AI can just build itself.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_02]: So as long as you can just talk or type, it's going to be able to do it for you guys.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_02]: So anyways, mind blowing stuff, hopefully you get your wheels turning guys.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's it for this episode.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, come to the
- 24:28[SPEAKER_02]: We've actually got a whole AI workshop, a six-hour workshop for our coaching members that were bringing in just after the growth summit.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to kind of announce it there, but lots of cool stuff.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_02]: We're bringing a specialist in and out of cash.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_02]: That's it for this episode.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, until next time, keep changing lives.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see you on the next one.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
