- 0:25Hello everyone.
- 0:27Welcome back to another episode of Love Your Love Muscle.
- 0:30I'm sep, I'm a transformational meditation group, the group
- 0:33that, uh, provides you this, uh, this podcast
- 0:36of podcasts and Lucas back.
- 0:39It's everybody. Hey, Erin,
- 0:42How have you been? How are you guys doing?
- 0:43Um,
- 0:45I've been doing Chaotically Wonderful.
- 0:47And also coming off of another bout
- 0:50of the awesome coronavirus that's been coming out.
- 0:54Awesome. Just awesome.
- 0:56So that is all cleared up, just the residual cough.
- 1:00But other than that, life has been great
- 1:02and I honestly, it's just been a continuation of Wonderful.
- 1:07How about you? What's been going on with you?
- 1:10Same, uh, same as always working hard.
- 1:13Just finished my last, uh, deep meditation session in, uh,
- 1:17the town where I come from, uh, of this year.
- 1:20And, uh, looking forward to starting up again in January.
- 1:23Uh, I'm just still debating if I'm going
- 1:25to do it in the same format.
- 1:28You can always say like, never,
- 1:29never change the successful recipe,
- 1:32but well, maybe we need to do that.
- 1:35We'll see. I'm not just have to listen. Meditate on it.
- 1:38Listen to my heart. What is going to happen in 2026?
- 1:43Well, I gotta tell you,
- 1:44I really love the guided meditation
- 1:45that you did out by the water.
- 1:47That was a wonderful call.
- 1:49Very soothing, definitely felt like the heart was opening.
- 1:54Just had to give you props on that.
- 1:56I'm going to continue with those, uh, podcasts
- 1:59where we do the nature meditations.
- 2:01Uh, also when I'm doing them live in the
- 2:03summer with lots of people.
- 2:05There are lots of fun to do, always meeting new people,
- 2:08tourists, sometimes the great fun.
- 2:11And people really learn to appreciate the, the, the power
- 2:15that nature has and how balancing nature can be,
- 2:20even though we're in an area, we are in a beautiful area,
- 2:22but we have the city nearby, some airplanes, some boats.
- 2:26And that also makes of an interesting meditation experience
- 2:29because whenever we meditate at home
- 2:32or wherever, wherever we are,
- 2:34there's always people around us.
- 2:35There are always distractions.
- 2:37Uh, and to learn how to turn those distractions into, uh,
- 2:42a, a non distraction.
- 2:43Like just, just incorporate it into you.
- 2:46Sit in your, your meditation,
- 2:48change your perspective on something where you're,
- 2:51how you see some things like, uh, instead of, instead
- 2:55of a speedboat going by, you think, oh, this is irritating.
- 2:58I can't meditate. They're saying, oh, it's a speedboat.
- 3:01Interesting people having fun on the water. You know?
- 3:05Yeah. So different ways. Different ways, sorry.
- 3:10Yeah. Different ways to look at things.
- 3:11Uh, and also changing your respective might also help
- 3:14changing your state of being, which again, changes the way,
- 3:18uh, that the things you, you experience in life, the,
- 3:21the things that come to you.
- 3:23Uh, it sounds easy when we talk about it.
- 3:26It takes some practice, but it's
- 3:27so much fun when you get the hang of it.
- 3:30It is, and you wanna know what, uh, you're right,
- 3:32it is a lot of work when you start.
- 3:34You basically have to be the bouncer of your own brain,
- 3:38and it's, everybody wants to get in that club,
- 3:41and you have to be very selective with
- 3:42what thoughts are gonna be allowed in.
- 3:45Like, yeah, what's the dress code?
- 3:47So the way that you alter that, it, I, you did
- 3:51that in your video that I saw,
- 3:52and I can't wait to see the one that you post from today,
- 3:55but you did that and it was a wonderful segue.
- 3:59Yep. Thank you, Daniel.
- 4:01Before we get, before we get started, Erin, let's just, uh,
- 4:04just do, do what we always do, uh, for the listeners
- 4:07and viewers, uh, get everybody
- 4:11into a state of being of receivership
- 4:15concentration focus,
- 4:17because we are going to learn stuff here.
- 4:20Um, we are going, we, we are learning things,
- 4:24always useful information.
- 4:26And I would really like, invite everybody to focus
- 4:31and, uh, and listen
- 4:33and watch instead of getting distracted by thoughts as
- 4:37what is on my Instagram now and what is happening.
- 4:41Just center yourself and be with us.
- 4:43Be with Aaron and me as we start this session.
- 4:47So sit up straight, just move your shoulders, your neck,
- 4:51loosen up a bit, close your eyes if you want to,
- 4:55and just breathe in deeply through your nose
- 5:02and out through your mouth
- 5:04and letting the day go, letting everything go.
- 5:07And as you breathe out, center to yourself, feel
- 5:09that you get comfortable.
- 5:13And again, a nice deep inhale through your nose
- 5:18and out through your mouth.
- 5:20Ah, you can sigh,
- 5:22just letting things go off your chest, letting go.
- 5:25Beautiful and breathe normally.
- 5:28Just breathe like you usually do.
- 5:35You might notice you're already breathing calmer and deeper
- 5:41and just breathe even more calmly and deeply
- 5:52settling down even more with every outbreath.
- 6:01Focus on your heart space
- 6:03and you can put your hand on your chest
- 6:04right where your heart is.
- 6:10And imagine breathing through your heart.
- 6:14Just imagine the air going in and out of your chest area.
- 6:27This does so good for your nervous system,
- 6:30balances your nervous system,
- 6:32and your heart becomes the conductor of
- 6:34that orchestra, which is your body.
- 6:37All the organs in your body, each are the,
- 6:39their own instrument.
- 6:42And just getting everything in sync
- 6:44and in balance, calm down,
- 6:49center ourselves in a hard space, nice, calm,
- 6:54deep breaths through a heart.
- 7:00Just appreciate that moment.
- 7:02Feel nice that it is just getting back to your heart,
- 7:04to your core, to your being.
- 7:14And if you know medical termin terminology,
- 7:17the heart is called the core seal air.
- 7:21So that's, that's no coincidence.
- 7:28And if you want to just set the intention as you breathe
- 7:31through your heart to settle down, listen in,
- 7:36watch this episode, listen to this episode in an open mind,
- 7:41ready to learn new things.
- 7:43Pick up important information that is important for you.
- 7:46At least you'll know when that is happening,
- 7:52That the information always comes through louder somehow.
- 7:59So, and we appreciate you for
- 8:05listening in and joining us to,
- 8:10and we hope the information
- 8:13or talk will benefit you greatly.
- 8:17Alright, well get back
- 8:22to the room you are in
- 8:23and back to your device,
- 8:25which you're listening and watching this on.
- 8:28And, uh, yeah, let's get started.
- 8:30Aaron, Erin, uh, like you said, you are recovering
- 8:35the last bits of COVID that are going out.
- 8:38It's just a strike off. Yeah, we'll do the magic of editing.
- 8:41We can, we can remove the, the, the, the coughs
- 8:45and everything, so, no, no. I'm
- 8:47So sorry. I had a time.
- 8:48I'm going to try and stifle it.
- 8:50I have some hot coffee, which feels
- 8:51good on the throat, and I have water. Oh,
- 8:53Everything Amount of cough drops.
- 8:56Wonderful. Um, I wanted to talk about what you're,
- 9:00you're recently, I'm following you on Vero True Social.
- 9:03And if you're not aware of
- 9:04what Vero True Social is, try it out.

- 9:15no advertisement,

- 9:22Um, uh, people are very creative.
- 9:24A lot of photographers, artists there.
- 9:27Uh, Vera has their own music label as well.
- 9:31A lot of music going on video.
- 9:34Um, uh, cinematographers are there.
- 9:38Wonderful gang. I really like.
- 9:40I've been, I've been, uh, there for many, many years
- 9:43and I prefer it over Instagram and Facebook.
- 9:46Uh, also more engagement there
- 9:48than on Instagram and Facebook.
- 9:49Uh, luckily. Um, but yeah, try it out.
- 9:53And I've, but at least I'm, I'm following, um, uh,
- 9:56Aaron there and soon, and
- 9:59I follow you back Soon.
- 10:00There is a, Aaron will have a Patreon page as well,
- 10:04so that will be awesome.
- 10:06All the, all the stuff that, uh, that Eric, uh,
- 10:09Eric, I'm sorry,
- 10:12Or it happens all the time
- 10:14With Eric, with Aaron is, uh, is providing
- 10:16to us wonderful things, uh, amongst other things.
- 10:20Fa face readings.
- 10:21Well, I've heard a lot about readings,
- 10:23like reading a coffee cup, uh, Turkish coffee cup tea,
- 10:27leaf reading, hand reading.
- 10:30Uh, but face reading is new to me.
- 10:35And so one of your ve videos where, where you explained
- 10:38what it was, you had a whole tutorial about it almost.
- 10:41Yeah. Where you grip, where
- 10:44You pick it out of there, Pick it out, yeah.
- 10:47And do a facial reading.
- 10:48But, and you explained what it was about.
- 10:51It, it has to do with, with eyes how far your eyes are in,
- 10:55in your eye sockets your facial expression.
- 10:59I mean, you know me a bit now, you, you, you,
- 11:01you give me this feedback as well.
- 11:04Whenever I talk, I have a lot of facial expressions,
- 11:06so it's hard for me to, to, uh, to keep a straight face
- 11:10and, and tell a lie.
- 11:13But yeah.
- 11:14Well, you see, that's the thing.
- 11:17You are literally a product of your experience,
- 11:20your environment, your heritage, and your mindset.
- 11:25You are a huge amalgam of just consciousness.
- 11:30And I love this. And you come in with this
- 11:34baseline setting from the shape of your head to what organs
- 11:38and what placement they are, the hands
- 11:40and the feet that you have, the way that your face sits.
- 11:43And every which way that you have an experience
- 11:46or you have an emotion and you have a reaction to it.
- 11:51You tweak the, the muscles, the tissue,
- 11:54the fibers in your face, everything that you are feeling.
- 11:57The more that you want to see something, the more
- 12:00that you're going to protrude yourself into that.
- 12:02But also, you brought up the eyes,
- 12:04the eyes are truly the window of the soul.
- 12:07And one of the things I love about this is
- 12:11people can have very similar eyes
- 12:13and tell a completely different story.
- 12:16Like you have these eyes that are recessed
- 12:18and you have these eyes
- 12:19that have these wonderful hoods over them,
- 12:23but they stand out.
- 12:25And if I look at this
- 12:26and as I, I am watching like your body language
- 12:30and things like that, you're somebody who, it's,
- 12:33you have an immensely high standard.
- 12:35You have a great high standard.
- 12:37And also you, you're not just going
- 12:41to let people in,
- 12:42but you wanna be included to see what it's about,
- 12:45to see if it's something
- 12:46that you even wanna entertain with your time.
- 12:49And from what I can see with you, when we have eyes
- 12:53that are kind of like sloping down,
- 12:56or like they look a little bit more, um, an angle,
- 13:01downward angle, this is more often than not somebody who can
- 13:06pinpoint anything in this situation that goes wrong.
- 13:09Like they are looking for the faults in this.
- 13:12Not to just be like pessimistic or anything like that,
- 13:15but to be able to navigate any potential
- 13:17problems that would come about.
- 13:18And that really goes along with, you know,
- 13:22the high standard that you have.
- 13:23You're not gonna let anything just bypass you with the way
- 13:28that our eyebrows sit.
- 13:30Like this is a major protector for us.
- 13:33If we have a really developed brow bone, this is somebody
- 13:37who has dealt with, you know, the way that they react
- 13:41to trial and tribulation is they wanna take action.
- 13:43They wanna take control of it, they wanna problem solve.
- 13:46If there's no buildup on the brow bone, if they don't have
- 13:50that prominent one, then they could see the very same thing.
- 13:54But they're not going to keep taking in all the information
- 13:56until they can have a real world application for it.
- 14:00So they can have similar eyes,
- 14:03but a totally different approach to something.
- 14:06And like you have, if I look at your face, you have
- 14:11a wider mouth.
- 14:12It's not a smaller mouth.
- 14:14This is somebody who you can talk to anyone or anything,
- 14:17but you have these wonderful little divots on the side.
- 14:21So I can almost guarantee you that you have
- 14:25the most unknown secrets about a person,
- 14:27and you could take them to the grave.
- 14:29You are a secret keeper.
- 14:31You will hold the this in high regard.
- 14:33I don't think that you're using it as, uh, something
- 14:37to use against somebody,
- 14:38but you are immensely a trustworthy person
- 14:40because you're not letting anything out.
- 14:44And that is a really cool feature.
- 14:46But also with, uh, sorry, I de I derailed, uh,
- 14:51from the brows and went to the lips.
- 14:53But, um, the closer that somebody's eyebrows are, the more
- 14:58that they have this, um, confrontation with authority.
- 15:04And they are not just going to take things lying down.
- 15:07Now somebody who, who could have a wide space
- 15:09between their eyebrows can still be confrontational
- 15:12to authority, but the way
- 15:13that they go about it is going to be immensely different.
- 15:16The way that you and I would approach things
- 15:18would be vastly different.
- 15:19You're gonna get right up in their face and challenge them.
- 15:22If it's something that you truly do believe in with me,
- 15:27I'm going to zero in.
- 15:28I'm going to focus. I'm gonna get the facts,
- 15:31and I'm going to create a case.
- 15:33You're gonna throw things at that person immediately.
- 15:36If you truly do believe in it,
- 15:37you're not gonna wait to build a case.
- 15:38You're gonna be like, you wanna know what beg to the, no,
- 15:41this is not happening on my watch.
- 15:44Sorry. And, uh, you are somebody
- 15:47who you can spot somebody coming a mile away,
- 15:50but you really wanna welcome them in.
- 15:52I don't think that you're naive in the slightest.
- 15:54I think that you see somebody's BS
- 15:56and wanna give 'em an opportunity to go another way.
- 15:59So when I say that to you, does that make sense? Yeah.
- 16:03Uh, well, we talked about what I,
- 16:05what I found funny is like, uh, the eyebrows,
- 16:08because I'm always having uni brow,
- 16:10or maybe you could call it a uni brow already.
- 16:13Is it true with the, uh, what people,
- 16:15because people most, most likely have questions about it.
- 16:18Is it true, like, um, uh, people with a uni brow, uh,
- 16:22that it's, um, uh, don't say distracting,
- 16:26but people mistrust them.
- 16:29And a lot of crim criminals have a uni brow?
- 16:33I don't think that it's mistrust as much
- 16:35as it is being guarded.
- 16:37Mm. So it's not that you're telling the wrong thing.
- 16:43I don't know if you're gonna get quiet
- 16:44and then going for the attack.
- 16:47So that's where that confrontation is.
- 16:49It is not a bad aggression.
- 16:51It's how do you direct it aggression.
- 16:54And I'm looking at like even how the face shape goes
- 16:58with you and also
- 17:00how the ears are even sitting on your head.
- 17:03You are somebody who's so immensely down to earth,
- 17:05but you think outside of the box from the tilt
- 17:08of where your ears are.
- 17:10And I wanna say that you're not a conformist,
- 17:13but you're not a non-conformist.
- 17:15You are going to try
- 17:16and play this the middle ground of
- 17:19what is gonna work best for you.
- 17:20But above all, you're gonna listen
- 17:22to your inner monologue about what is what,
- 17:25because sometimes you'll have to cave in on something
- 17:28and then go in for the attack later
- 17:30because you don't have everything
- 17:31that you need at that time.
- 17:33And I don't think that you are a very submissive guy.
- 17:37I think that you have been, um, probably led
- 17:42to have to portray that in certain situations.
- 17:44But it's all a facade. You're not,
- 17:46you're not submissive in the slightest.
- 17:48And in fact, your belief system holds you so tightly
- 17:52that your faith is completely unshakeable.
- 17:56And that is a real strong way that you navigate your life
- 17:59and it leads into every single
- 18:01action that you do in the day.
- 18:03It's something that I find immensely wonderful.
- 18:05And as you have gotten older, Seb,
- 18:08your intuition has gotten just more spot on
- 18:11and only reinforced your faith.
- 18:13You are what I would consider to be an unshakeable
- 18:17and unbreakable person.
- 18:20And with the research that you have done in your
- 18:22field, it only makes sense.
- 18:25Or for those listening
- 18:26and watching, um, uh, I have to say,
- 18:28what everything is saying right now is 99% spot on.
- 18:33And it's not because we know each other
- 18:36for a long time either.
- 18:37Mm-hmm. Uh, we have talked to each other maybe four times
- 18:41and always did, did a recording, uh,
- 18:44of the podcast afterwards.
- 18:47So we haven't had, we don't know each other
- 18:50that well, basically.
- 18:52Uh, and, uh, and she already, from the first moment
- 18:56or the second time we talked was face reading me.
- 18:59And so, uh, pretty, pretty correct already.
- 19:03So if you're, if you're watching this
- 19:05and thinking, yeah, yeah, they know each other
- 19:07so well, that's not true.
- 19:08We only have talked to each other how many hours?
- 19:11Maybe six, seven total
- 19:13Maybe. And that is
- 19:14being generous, but yeah. Yeah.
- 19:16No, the thing is, once you do this, you can't not do it.
- 19:21Right? Yeah. If I'm thinking about somebody,
- 19:24I'm thinking about their face.
- 19:26It's just, it becomes automatic and you have to love it.
- 19:29You have to love what you do.
- 19:30Like if you're doing this
- 19:32and it's just something that's monotonous, you're going
- 19:36to avoid everybody.
- 19:37But you, it's like you have to be a people person in order
- 19:41to do this and the work that you do.
- 19:43You have to be a people person. Yeah.
- 19:45But you're a very protective people person.
- 19:48You've seen so many people get swindled
- 19:51and you have seen, uh, disappointments in various areas
- 19:55of your life, and you're like, no more.
- 19:58No, not this time.
- 20:01You will expose a fake person
- 20:04if you see them taking advantage
- 20:06or trying to create a following off of that.
- 20:09And I think that's one of the coolest things about you.
- 20:12So, yeah, no, I definitely read your features.
- 20:15The thing is, you're a genuinely good person.
- 20:19And I'm not saying that to fluff your ego.
- 20:21So there's so many people in these podcasts
- 20:24that have this overinflated, arrogant sense of self
- 20:26or their, their, their word is the word of God.
- 20:29And it's pathetic when they do that.
- 20:30But you, when you're doing this, you, you talk
- 20:34amongst the people because you are the people.
- 20:37And that's what makes you such an amazing leader
- 20:40when you get into this.
- 20:41And you definitely have leader qualities.
- 20:43'cause I'm looking at this, um, this wide set chin area.
- 20:47This is somebody who's going to stick their chin out
- 20:50for you, who is going to say what other people won't,
- 20:54and nothing but props.
- 20:56So this is something that I had been doing
- 21:02for I guess, most of my life.
- 21:04I didn't even have a name to put to it
- 21:06until a few years ago.
- 21:09But you take the reins off
- 21:10and it's like, okay, let's call a spade a spade.
- 21:12This is what we're doing. So it kind of fell into that.
- 21:17But yeah, it's, you have to have a passion for it.
- 21:21And I think that one of the most outstanding individuals,
- 21:24he's called the human lie detector, he hates it
- 21:27because he thinks that humans are fallible, obviously.
- 21:31And he doesn't think that he's
- 21:32correct a hundred percent of the time.
- 21:33It's Paul Eckman from the Paul Eckman Yeah. Project.
- 21:37And I am in his, uh, course.
- 21:40And I've been brushing up on the micro expressions
- 21:43because even though I've been doing this for years,
- 21:47there's still new things that are coming out
- 21:49and people are still evolving.
- 21:51So this, what is the little thing
- 21:54that you could possibly miss?
- 21:57A macro expression last two to five seconds,
- 22:01a micro expression is one 25th of a second
- 22:04because you're trying to conceal
- 22:06what it is you're actually feeling,
- 22:07and that that is a baseline. Do you get what I'm saying?
- 22:11Yeah. Okay. But it's just like you have to, if you want
- 22:14to do that, you have to, I mean, wouldn't you have
- 22:17to look very intensely
- 22:19and closely to somebody when they talk? Whatcha Are you
- 22:22Talking about loss?
- 22:23Yeah, something like that. Yeah.
- 22:26Like really intense staring at someone
- 22:29and to try to pick up things.
- 22:31Or are they repeating the same micro, uh, expression over
- 22:34and over again at certain point? The more,
- 22:37The more that you do it, the more easy it becomes.
- 22:42So in talking with you
- 22:45or anybody, I'm just talking to you normal,
- 22:48but my visual of you,
- 22:51it's becoming more attuned, more aware.
- 22:53I'm picking up all of your mannerisms, all of your features,
- 22:57even the way that you nod your head back, even the way
- 22:59that you flare your nostrils.
- 23:01Mm-hmm. Because you, you're very generous.
- 23:05And that's something that, again,
- 23:08you don't really necessarily see unless you're humanitarian
- 23:12and you happen to be.
- 23:13And the thing is, you'll give people whatever it is
- 23:17that you can give at a time, if they genuinely do need it,
- 23:20almost to a fault, you've had to pull yourself back
- 23:23because it can get to a detrimental point for you.
- 23:26And I think that you have a higher ranking of when to quit
- 23:31for yourself, and you don't necessarily know
- 23:34when to quit in the past.
- 23:35Now I think you have a better handle on it. Mm-hmm.
- 23:37But, uh, it would actually get to the point
- 23:39of sebs suffering.
- 23:41So you had to re that back in. Is that fair to say?
- 23:45Yeah. In the past I, like, I was,
- 23:47I was depleting myself. Yeah,
- 23:49Yeah. No.
- 23:50So you, you are a walking storyteller
- 23:54and you don't even realize that everything
- 23:57that you have done, everything that you've gone through,
- 23:59every which way that you have felt, even though you try
- 24:02and conceal it and you can conceal it, for the most part,
- 24:05it's gonna come out because your story wants to be told.
- 24:09The thing is, you are somebody who's highly influential
- 24:13with the people around you
- 24:14because you want to help so many people, you want
- 24:17to help them and turn their lives around.
- 24:19And that's where your key point is.
- 24:23You can't be as infiltrating as you are
- 24:27unless you are that intention.
- 24:30Does that make sense?
- 24:32Well, I don't want to be infiltrating,
- 24:35I mean this in a positive way. Yeah.
- 24:37You Will see where somebody is griping with something.
- 24:41You're not going to invade them. No.
- 24:43But you're going to be able to get into the nook
- 24:45and cranny, show 'em their safety
- 24:47and power it and pull them out. Yeah.
- 24:50I did that before. I was like,
- 24:52like telling them the solution to things.
- 24:55I'm not doing that anymore.
- 24:57No. They'll find the solution on their own, but Yeah.
- 24:59Yeah. You're going to show them where the door is.
- 25:01Like, Hey, yeah. Look,
- 25:03can you turn the knob like this? Yeah. You can go in.
- 25:06You might want to, you might want to look that direction.
- 25:10These eggs hidden in plain sight. Yeah. Yeah.
- 25:13It's, it's absolutely amazing. So
- 25:17That's what I love about this work.
- 25:19Oh God. Yeah. But also, let me tell you, as you evolve,
- 25:24you as Seb, whoever is watching this, as you evolve,
- 25:28as you age, even your face is going
- 25:30to change from your experience.
- 25:31So if you have, like, say,
- 25:33a really strong prominent brow bone or cheekbones,
- 25:37or a really long pointy nose, the more that you act
- 25:41or behave in a certain way, that feature is gonna change.
- 25:45Your nose is never gonna stop growing.
- 25:47But you can mitigate like the expression of it.
- 25:50And this is not gonna happen overnight.
- 25:52We're talking years
- 25:53and we're talking other features that are gonna have
- 25:55to override that to have a different expression in that.
- 25:58And your brows, like, they might become more smooth,
- 26:02they might become more sparse or more nodded,
- 26:05but it's going to change in time.
- 26:08So where you may have been high strung
- 26:10before, you may have learned to relax,
- 26:12and now you have more relaxed features, more soft
- 26:15and rounded features.
- 26:16You're a guy who gets the facts,
- 26:18but you're also a guy who gets so many of the facts,
- 26:21unless you manicure them, it's going to invite chaos.
- 26:24And I feel like chaos has been a prominent thing.
- 26:27And if you want to mitigate that, it's said in, um,
- 26:31like the features and everything like that.
- 26:34If you can manicure that, then you can, uh, start
- 26:37to change the portrayal of chaos in
- 26:40that it's gonna be micro at first,
- 26:42but like everything else, it's a personal evolution.
- 26:46So it's, again, you are a constant evolutionary story,
- 26:51and you are never going
- 26:52to be the same person in the next minute.
- 26:55You're, we're not
- 26:57who we were five minutes ago for God's sakes. Well,
- 27:00Always changing change is the only
- 27:02constant is you say yes.
- 27:04Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Um, I, how do, how do we,
- 27:09I'm I, I'm, I'm a guy.
- 27:11I, I, yeah. Don't wear makeup, uh, naturally.
- 27:14Uh, I know some, some guys start doing that, but, uh, yeah.
- 27:18Like, how is that with, with women?
- 27:19How do you do face with, uh, face with a woman that's, uh,
- 27:24that says, uh, lots of makeup or clocks their eyebrows.
- 27:28Maybe they have a, maybe they have a uni
- 27:30brow, but it's all gone. Yeah,
- 27:32I had a uni brow when I was younger.
- 27:33Okay. So first off, my 19-year-old,
- 27:36my son Richie, he wears skyliner.
- 27:38He's in his goth face.
- 27:39And I'm just like, okay, I see,
- 27:42I see my young son right there,
- 27:43and he's trying to be this, you know,
- 27:47he's going through a goth stage.
- 27:48And then, you know,
- 27:50he's all about like this edgy spiky look.
- 27:53Um, but safer, like women who have eye makeup.
- 27:58I used to do the cat's eyes, and I still do sometimes,
- 28:01but eyeliner emphasizing this, emphasizing, especially
- 28:04with the colors that you could use,
- 28:06when we are looking at our eyelashes, sparse eyelashes,
- 28:10they just want the de they just want
- 28:12the detailed facts right there.
- 28:14They don't wanna mess around.
- 28:15They don't wanna fluff around emotions.
- 28:17And again, look at the other features to see
- 28:19how this marries with that personality type.
- 28:22But if somebody has lush eyebrows or eye eyelash extensions,
- 28:27and they have like a very thick eyelash going on,
- 28:30this is somebody who's trying
- 28:31to seem more softened and welcoming.
- 28:34So you marry that with
- 28:36somebody who's maybe wearing this heavy accented eye makeup,
- 28:40this is going to show that you can be massively intense,
- 28:44but also you don't want that person to be afraid.
- 28:47You wanna show that you are welcoming,
- 28:48but you're also not gonna be taking crap either.
- 28:51And when we have really thin,
- 28:53like say you have pencil thin eyebrows, me,
- 28:56I don't have pencil thin,
- 28:57but, um, if you have like pencil thin eyebrows,
- 29:01and I'm not even talking about the angles on that yet.
- 29:04This is somebody who really does care about
- 29:06what other people think about them,
- 29:08how they feel about them.
- 29:09They wanna, um, change their behavior
- 29:12to be more accepted by that.
- 29:14If you have a really thick, prominent, hairy eyebrow,
- 29:19you are very self-aware.
- 29:21You know who you are, you know what you're capable of,
- 29:23and you're putting your foot down.
- 29:24It's a very masculine, not gender oriented,
- 29:27but masculine quality to have.
- 29:29Thank you. Yeah. If,
- 29:31if you have really sharp angled eyebrows,
- 29:34that's a very intense person who has to be right.
- 29:38They have to be right. They're not going
- 29:40to say something if they're going
- 29:42to feel like you're gonna get one over on them.
- 29:44Rounded eyebrows is somebody who can be very courageous,
- 29:48but also if you have, you know, thin,
- 29:50but, uh, full eyebrows like this,
- 29:52and if you have eyebrows that go to the end over here,
- 29:55this is somebody who's very wi wise in,
- 29:58has had certain experiences that have really shaped them
- 30:01to be more calm
- 30:02and kind of investigating in that situation,
- 30:06depending on the colors that let's say a woman
- 30:08or a man would use to color their eye, uh, their eyelash,
- 30:13not eyebrows, sorry, not eyebrows, not eyelashes,
- 30:15but the eyelids depending on that color, it's going
- 30:19to emphasize in, um, that not only that person's demeanor,
- 30:24but um, like if they say they have green, they're going
- 30:29to be seen and seeing things
- 30:31a little bit more compassionately.
- 30:33If it's blue, it's a little bit more emotional,
- 30:36maybe sometimes in the low vibes, it really depends.
- 30:40But there's different, there's different shades of blue
- 30:42and the red that is obviously intensity and passion.
- 30:46So it really does matter, um,
- 30:50how the features are interacting.
- 30:52And then the colors that you choose to use
- 30:54and the, uh, ways that you represent yourself.
- 30:57If you're, say that your
- 31:00eyes are open really wide like this,
- 31:02like I have the white going over the top
- 31:05and the bottom, this is, if somebody is walking
- 31:08around this expression, then this is somebody who's walking
- 31:11around with a heightened level of shock, wanting
- 31:14to take everything in.
- 31:16If somebody has these bulbous eye eyes
- 31:20and they're standing out like that, even recessed, um,
- 31:24this is somebody who doesn't wanna let people in
- 31:26but wants to be included to investigate.
- 31:29But if you have these outward eyes that are bulbous,
- 31:32you wanna be included with everybody.
- 31:33You wanna let people in, you wanna be seen,
- 31:36you wanna interact.
- 31:37And if they're recessed in,
- 31:39and if they're small eyes, I mean, you're,
- 31:42you're a fortress, you don't wanna let squat in.
- 31:45And depending on how the eye lids sit,
- 31:48either from the bottom
- 31:49or the top, this is going to be either fear or anger
- 31:53or just disinterest or disassociation.
- 31:57But what I also love is the ears,
- 32:00because the size of the ears
- 32:02and the way that they sit is going to tell you a lot.
- 32:05So you're not somebody who's a conformist,
- 32:08and you're not somebody who is going
- 32:11to just run all willy-nilly.
- 32:15You're gonna conform when it is absolutely necessary
- 32:18for a very specific purpose,
- 32:20and it's usually gonna work out for the best.
- 32:22But if somebody is really closed in ears, like really close
- 32:25to the head, you can't see them.
- 32:27If you're looking straight, this is somebody
- 32:29who's gonna go in.
- 32:30In more cases, again,
- 32:31look at the other features with the Joneses.
- 32:34If you have ears that are sticking out, you're going
- 32:37to be somebody who is very unique, marches to the beat
- 32:41of their own drum and kinda, um,
- 32:45can't be contained, but also pay attention to the inner ear
- 32:49because this protrudes out.
- 32:52And if, if it protrudes out,
- 32:53then this is somebody who's going to listen
- 32:55to their inner voice rather than everyone else.
- 32:58And it also matters which side of the ear this is going on,
- 33:01because both ears are different.
- 33:03If somebody has
- 33:05Yeah, I'm, I'm just surprised now.
- 33:07Yeah, I'm learning so much. Go on
- 33:10Again. It's,
- 33:11it's, it's, you have to love it.
- 33:13You have to have a passion, has to be obsessive.
- 33:16So like, if this internal ear is pushed in,
- 33:19let's say on this side, I'm gonna listen to
- 33:21what everybody's telling me
- 33:23because for whatever reason, I mean,
- 33:25it could be either I think they know more than me,
- 33:27or it's just, I wanna be able to fit in,
- 33:30or this is gonna get me ahead.
- 33:31There could be various reasons, not just those three.
- 33:34But if it's on this side,
- 33:36and this is my intimate circle, this is the feminine side,
- 33:39again, not equating to gender, then
- 33:41what this is gonna tell me is you are going to be listening
- 33:45to what your intimate circle says
- 33:47because, uh, for, again, for whatever reason,
- 33:49maybe you have more respect for what they have to say than
- 33:53what your own, than what your words are.
- 33:54But it doesn't always work out like that.
- 33:56Maybe you wanna create a sense of comradery with them.
- 34:00But if you have a really prominent ear
- 34:04and it's has that inner ear sticking out,
- 34:07you're gonna still listen to everybody.
- 34:08You are, you're gonna listen to everybody,
- 34:11but it's not gonna trump your own inner monologue
- 34:13and your inner knowing to make either a decision
- 34:15or take an action.
- 34:17But if you have like, all right, moving from the ears,
- 34:21and if a ear is leaning back, you think outside of the box.
- 34:25But if you have an ear that is sitting upright,
- 34:27what this is going to tell me is
- 34:29that you have a more linear way of thinking.
- 34:32You're going to look at all the different boxes,
- 34:34you're gonna look at all the criteria,
- 34:36all the grids and everything like that.
- 34:38But the slanted back here again, look at the other features
- 34:41and how that marries with them.
- 34:43It's going to be like, okay, I see this,
- 34:46but what's going on over here about this?
- 34:48How can I get this all to connect the lips?
- 34:52Now, if we look at the lips, a big mouth, a big wide mouth,
- 34:57that is gonna be somebody who is going to be very social.
- 35:01They're going to be very outgoing if they have thin lips.
- 35:05It really depends on the type of, if a lip is, um,
- 35:09rolling inwards, then this is somebody who is very reserved,
- 35:13can spot somebody's agenda a mile away,
- 35:15and they're waiting, waiting to cast their chips in on that.
- 35:19If you have big full lips,
- 35:21this is talking about being highly emotional.
- 35:24And the more wrinkles that you have like
- 35:26that create these little crevices in the lips,
- 35:29the more prominent those are, the more emotionally, um, uh,
- 35:34what's the word I'm looking for?
- 35:36Um, the more emotional input you, I guess you try
- 35:39to have in other people's lives.
- 35:41But there's also a deep line that can go
- 35:44through the lips over here.
- 35:46And what this is talking about is being the
- 35:48entertainer of the group.
- 35:50So if you have a small mouth,
- 35:52you're gonna be a little bit more reserved,
- 35:54you're gonna be a little bit more, uh, reclusive there.
- 35:59That's kind of the word that I wanted to use.
- 36:02And the smaller that your lips are, the more
- 36:05that you are just going to be less, well, the more
- 36:08that you're going to be less saying or outgoing
- 36:11or talking people inviting 'em in.
- 36:14And again, look at the shape of them to see what it is.
- 36:17If you have these little dips over here,
- 36:20more likely than not, you are going to be the secret keeper.
- 36:24You are a walking diary,
- 36:26who knows the most unexpected things about people
- 36:29and groups of people or whatever that is.
- 36:32If we have these deep lines over here,
- 36:35these are talking about our hidden emotions, the repression
- 36:39that we do, and going into dimples,
- 36:41the charm aspects that we have.
- 36:43And those can fall into the lines over here.
- 36:45There's so many nooks and crannies
- 36:47and even the way that your face crinkles when you smile,
- 36:50the lines that come up here, the way
- 36:52that your moles sit on your face
- 36:54or even freckles, all of that.
- 36:57It tells a story.
- 36:59And there are no two faces that are exactly alike.
- 37:02And I don't care if you're an identical twin, that like the,
- 37:07the skin prints that you have on yourself are going to be
- 37:10as different as a thumbprint, so that you're going
- 37:14to be having a different story and a different perspective.
- 37:17There are no two perspectives on the planet in the way
- 37:19that we all direct, which is why we need
- 37:22to have more empathy and understanding
- 37:24and compassion and effort.
- 37:27Does that make sense? Yeah.
- 37:29Funny with the twins as well,
- 37:31because they start out being identical
- 37:34and once they get separated
- 37:36and live, start their own lives, they change mm-hmm.
- 37:39Physically as well. And I reckon the face as well, they're,
- 37:42they look similar, but differences are
- 37:45getting more and more.
- 37:47Oh, absolutely. Absolutely.
- 37:50And, um, and different aspects can start to grow.
- 37:54And even twin faces, like you have one to win,
- 37:57who can maybe have like a blank slate of a face,
- 38:00and the other one starts to have all these like little
- 38:02cherry moles or these little moles or these freckles
- 38:05or these divots that, uh, you know, start to show up on it,
- 38:08that's gonna start to tell a slight difference.
- 38:11And none of it is inherently bad.
- 38:13I mean, there are certain features
- 38:15that a person can carry on their face,
- 38:17which really does talk about like repressed, uh, feelings
- 38:21that may not be so positive, like rage, even
- 38:25if somebody has a big development over here
- 38:28and it kind of triangulates over here, that is somebody
- 38:31who has the most unbreakable willpower for God knows
- 38:36what at the point in time.
- 38:38But the more that we have a puffiness around our eyes,
- 38:41as long as you don't have a medical condition, again,
- 38:44there's, it's not everything is,
- 38:46not everything is in exact science on this,
- 38:48trust me, I'm very aware of that.
- 38:49But studies that they have done
- 38:51inconsistency have shown these traits show this.
- 38:56If you have huge puff covers on the eyes
- 38:59and on the under eyes, this is talking about somebody
- 39:02who could have a lot of repressed rage
- 39:07or I, I do wanna stick with rage on this.
- 39:09And I've seen people who have the repressed, you know,
- 39:13that huge puffiness going on,
- 39:15and when you see their wrath, it is frightening.
- 39:20And I mean, they can talk themselves off a ledge.
- 39:23These aren't things that are going to be a walking,
- 39:26you know, death trap or anything like that.
- 39:29A person can learn to control
- 39:30and mitigate their expression of it,
- 39:33but it's going to take time.
- 39:35And that's where the kind of wisdom comes in.
- 39:37Like you have, if I look at your face for wisdom, you carry
- 39:40that in your eyebrows because they go all the way out
- 39:42to here and there's something that is very soft and warm,
- 39:47but you still take no crap.
- 39:49I'm just gonna put that out there, Seb.
- 39:51Yep. So there's so much that goes into face rating,
- 39:55but it always leads to micro expressions, body language,
- 39:59and that it's, it's a floodgate that you just have to love.
- 40:03You know what I'm saying?
- 40:06I think what will be interesting
- 40:08with the AI things coming up as well, like you, you how real
- 40:14AI becomes, you still see
- 40:17by facial expressions of the AI
- 40:20that it's not the human being.
- 40:21Mm-hmm. Artificially, you, you still notice it.
- 40:24I think we are picking up on that, uh, as, as human beings,
- 40:29like, yeah, yeah, this look very real.
- 40:32But there's some things off.
- 40:34And I think what you're talking about,
- 40:35like those micro expressions, that sort of things we, we,
- 40:39we pick up on that, even if we're not focused on it
- 40:42or aware of it, we, unc subconsciously we,
- 40:45we pick it up like there's something off here.
- 40:47Mm-hmm. Some, some things aren't, aren't completely
- 40:50as I'm used to, to seeing when talk to a real human being.
- 40:54So I, I, I think this is, this is going
- 40:57to be very interesting as well for people in general
- 40:59who also want to maybe
- 41:01or interested in, um, in, um, in stuff like, okay,
- 41:06how can I see
- 41:08or train myself in, in, in, in looking at videos
- 41:11and saying, okay, this is an AI person
- 41:14And you're gonna have to look at all
- 41:16the little fine tuned things.
- 41:17Yeah. And what I have noticed,
- 41:18because AI is getting a lot harder
- 41:20to recognize even now in the months that it's passed, um,
- 41:25there's a certain polish that kind of goes over
- 41:28and a certain angle to it
- 41:30where it is the most ridiculous angle in the most
- 41:33ridiculous position.
- 41:35And these people are having, like, it's polished,
- 41:38but they're having this weird interaction
- 41:41that makes no sense. Yeah.
- 41:43Yeah. If I can make a suggestion,
- 41:46if you really wanna see some ridiculous AI just
- 41:49to have a good, what the heck laugh, look at Sora,
- 41:52like, what the heck is that?
- 41:54Oh yeah. You'll see cats using machine guns,
- 41:56and it's like, I guess that works.
- 41:58Yeah, sure. This is an AI
- 42:01Can be great strong, but we have to be mindful
- 42:03of how we use it as well.
- 42:05Oh, oh God. Yeah. Yeah.
- 42:07But it's, it's a tool, uh,
- 42:09and we have to, to make sure we know how
- 42:12to use it in the best possible way for good, uh, instead of,
- 42:16uh, of bad.
- 42:18Um, this is, this was so enormously interesting
- 42:23and such a floodgate with information
- 42:24and it, I wish I had a notepad
- 42:27and just write things down as well,
- 42:28but of course we have to recording so we can always
- 42:32look it back step by step.
- 42:34Uh, is this something you're going to put as a course
- 42:37or a workshop on your page? On page?
- 42:40Um, I'm gonna be working on developing the course, yes.
- 42:44But also, um, I do have private reads for people
- 42:47where they could actually just have me do this for them.
- 42:51But also, um, with the Patreon,
- 42:54I was thinking about taking non copyright stuff
- 42:57or having people either donate material
- 43:00and having me dissect it and giving their feedback
- 43:02and showing them how to do it themselves.
- 43:05Awesome. Well, looking forward to that.
- 43:09And, uh, I hope we have, uh, we have your link ready mm-hmm.
- 43:13In time to put it on this video. Uh, I want to wrap it up.
- 43:16It was a, a, a great joy listening to you. Thank you.
- 43:20And I, I noticed myself becoming more when looking at your
- 43:24facial expressions as well, trying
- 43:27to understand who is Aaron?
- 43:29Oh, God. And I'm sure, I'm sure tomorrow when I meet, uh,
- 43:32meet customers and clients
- 43:33that I will be looking at their face
- 43:35and they may be thinking, what are you looking at?
- 43:38What's the story that you're telling?
- 43:39What are you trying to not tell me?
- 43:41And this is, okay, I got you.
- 43:44Yeah, no, it's, it's a lot of fun.
- 43:46And again, you really, yeah.
- 43:47Once you do it, you're not, not doing it.
- 43:50And my significant other, he'll look at people
- 43:53and he'll be like, what does their face say?
- 43:54And I'm like, it says I want french fries, come on.
- 44:01But it's, it's, it's fun and it's a, it's great.
- 44:05So once you do it, it's just, it's gonna pick up.
- 44:09Yeah. Yeah.
- 44:10And that's, it's, it's, it's not only interesting,
- 44:13it's great fun as well.
- 44:14It's fun to do and, and experiment with.
- 44:16And I mean, like, you talk about the ears, the mouth,
- 44:21and especially the eyes and eyebrows.
- 44:23I mean, there's so many combinations there of course. Right.
- 44:27So it's, it's like, it's a never ending story.
- 44:29People and, and the people are unique. Mm-hmm.
- 44:32And I guess, and I, and I'm guessing right now from
- 44:34what you've told me, like you can read that uniqueness
- 44:38from their facial expression from how they, how they Yeah.
- 44:42Animate their face as well.
- 44:44It really kind of flips over judging a book
- 44:46by its cover, doesn't it? Yeah. Yeah.
- 44:49Amazing. Yeah. Thank you so much for having me.
- 44:53This was so much fun. Erin.
- 44:55Uh, looking forward to it next time. Mm-hmm.
- 44:57Uh, oh, well, let's not plan on any topics.
- 45:01We'll see what comes up and, uh, it tends
- 45:03Happen naturally. Yeah.
- 45:04We originally wanted to talk about loneliness,
- 45:07but we thought, nah,
- 45:08with the holidays coming up and everything like that.
- 45:11Let's do that some other time.
- 45:13And, uh, let's, let's keep it lighthearted.
- 45:16And this was perfect. So thank you so much, Erin,
- 45:18for, for joining me.
- 45:19Thank you everybody for watching and listening in.
- 45:22Uh, thank so much for having me.
- 45:24Just as exciting and interesting as, as I,
- 45:26uh, I found this to be.
- 45:28And, uh, yeah, of course.
- 45:30Follow Erin, uh, all the socials are
- 45:34underneath somewhere down here.
- 45:36And, uh, and of course join her Patreon
- 45:39as well when that, uh, that comes up.
- 45:42Yep. I'll be working on that this week
- 45:43because the old one got taken away with my old phone number,
- 45:47so I had to start a new one,
- 45:48but you guys will be getting that. Yay.
