- James: Just a few minutes to ground, set intention for difficult things and for all that might come this summer. Hello friends, welcome to Daily Flow 10 Minute Mornings. This morning, because I'm traveling, I thought we'd do something a little different, which is do a few pulls from our Oracle deck. See what comes up. So first card, we'll pull three, I And so the first card, the intention is the near future. How should we arrive? What is some guidance for us to arrive in the days coming up today, the next few days? And the first card we pull is planting seeds seems appropriate. And tree pose the shape. To experience enlightenment, be enlightened. To experience enlightenment, be enlightened. For our second poll, how to handle things that might seem difficult, the things that come up in the next months that will challenge us. The shape is skandasana. It looks like reaction. Go beyond reaction and judgment to access your inner wisdom. And for our third poll, for our third card, I thought we would reflect on. The longer term, the rest of the summer. We have some time coming up. Let's see what that brings up for us. Wow, it's a pistol squat. Balance. Dedicate yourself to the spiritual spiritual and physical aspects of life. Well, these really seem to hit it on the head, don't they? Planting seeds. To experience enlightenment, be enlightened. Today, as we step into the day and as we begin ⁓ our ⁓ summer, at in US, with our official kickoff. We're planting seeds. We are grounding ourselves, quite literally, planting seeds. To experience enlightenment, be enlightened. What is it that you want to be? How is it that you would like to arrive in the world? Do that. Simple, easy, but simple. As challenges arise, and they will, life's gonna challenge. Go beyond reaction and judgment to access your inner wisdom, that deepest part of you, that most knowing part. What would happen if we took a pause when something is challenging? And just Asked what should I do? Your higher self, your deepest self, your universal self. And then finally, as we step into the rest of the summer and into the fall, even, dedicate yourself to the spiritual and physical aspects of life, finding balance. Our physical yoga practice a perfect example of this. Hopping back to Chaturanga is yoga if it's done with breath and grounding and intention. If it's done for exercise, it's a burpee. I love I don't love doing them, but I love them as done properly, they get everything. It's big power move. However, It's only yoga if it's connected to your breath and to your body and to some sense of intentionality. So, what is that balance for you? How do you approach this physical world, this space ⁓ we have to move and walk and live in? As a spiritual being. I hope this was helpful for you. It is for me. If you'd like more of these kinds of videos, maybe Sunday mornings, let me know. Of course, give a like and follow and all of those things. And may each of us approach today. as enlightened beings. May we approach difficult things. Without reaction, without being reactive. And may we approach the long term with balance. The light that is in me bows to honors and is so so grateful for the light that is in each of you. When I'm in that space in me and you are in that space in you, we are one. Namaste. I'll be back tomorrow with our regular 10-minute mornings yoga practice. So I hope to see you for that. And again, let me know if you like these kinds of things. I'm happy to do more of it. I love it. Have a great day and a good summer. And may you handle those difficult things from a non-reactive, wise, deep place that is your deepest self. Namaste.
