A Submarine Captain’s Warning: Proverbs 29:1 (C. Whitaker)
During World War II, a submarine captain heard the solemn warning of Proverbs 29:1 while ashore in Malta—but paid little attention. Later, deep beneath the sea, a life-threatening emergency brought those words back to his conscience.
In this remarkable account shared by missionary Mr. Whitaker in 1966, we are reminded of the danger of ignoring God's warnings and the wonderful grace that brings a lost soul to Christ.
