  Speaker 1: Wo, wo, wo, whoaaaaaa! thinking about waking up in a more delightful manner, this is what mindful meditation's primary goal is, be present and happy, acquire a sense of awe dew, dew, dew, dewwww, it is this way when we allow ourselves to settle, to accept, recognize there are an infinite number of possibilities of everything, lay back, relax, take it easy, become tranquil, full of grace, Why not?

  Speaker 1: How (?) means remembering one's physicality, is one way through one's breathing, playful, through one's pulse, watchful, through one's thermal energy, glowing, radiating with growing perspective about one's majesty, one's shimmering essence of life force wo, wo, wo, wooooo, remembering whom we are, bundles of miracles, a newly formed body and a mind with a great deal of blank slate to write one's own history upon, one's moments, one's flowing transition from the past, now, to what's to come?

  Speaker 1: How are we greeting this torrent of energy flowing everywhere, flowing inside of us, thirty seven trillion cells in one's physical form and what are they saying?

  Speaker 1: feeling one's pulse beneath one's pulse, rather an effervescence, feeling in one's mind with one's ears, with one's eyes, preferably closed, feeling focusing, concentrating, being present in this moment as eternity stretches by, we call time a transition from that to this to hello, we're here breathing.
