- 0:01Speaker 1: My name is Aaron Lindauer, and you're listening to a
- 0:04Speaker 1: Life Without Struggle. I'm a wife, a mother of two
- 0:08Speaker 1: wonderful children, a two time best selling author, and a
- 0:12Speaker 1: highly driven and successful entrepreneur. In my seventeen plus year
- 0:17Speaker 1: career as a mindset and health expert, I know what
- 0:21Speaker 1: holds women back from a life you only dream about,
- 0:26Speaker 1: whether you're a CEO, a businesswoman, or executive. I started
- 0:31Speaker 1: this podcast because I have been where you are, and
- 0:34Speaker 1: I know you want and deserve more out of your life.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I believe women are limitless. We just get lost along
- 0:42Speaker 2: the way. The process to get you there is the
- 0:45Speaker 2: topic and purpose of this podcast. When you understand what
- 0:49Speaker 2: you want, you can truly step into a life without struggle. Welcome,
- 0:56Speaker 2: and I'm so thankful you're here.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of Life Without Struggle. My
- 1:03Speaker 1: name is Aaron Lindauer, and today we're going to talk
- 1:06Speaker 1: about knowing where to tap. Okay, so why don't women
- 1:11Speaker 1: who are forty plus need more information? You actually need
- 1:16Speaker 1: the right strategies. So I'm going to talk about how
- 1:19Speaker 1: much information y'all are drownding in. And I want you
- 1:22Speaker 1: to chuckle a little bit I want you guys to go,
- 1:25Speaker 1: oh crap, she's kind of calling me out here. Listen,
- 1:27Speaker 1: you guys are listening to podcasts all right, mine included.
- 1:31Speaker 1: You're scrolling TikTok Instagram, your scrolling Facebook. You are doing
- 1:37Speaker 1: random workouts okay, you're buying different people's programs. You are
- 1:43Speaker 1: buying supplements. Beyond supplements, you're counting your macros. You're doing hormones,
- 1:47Speaker 1: peptides potentially, And listen, the experts. Experts are everywhere. Okay,
- 1:54Speaker 1: Yet women talk to me all day every day, some
- 1:58Speaker 1: of them in my DMS, some of you get on
- 2:00Speaker 1: calls with me, and listen, you're still inflamed. You're exhausted,
- 2:05Speaker 1: you're frustrated, you're overweight, you're confused. And so the problem
- 2:11Speaker 1: is no longer a lack of information. It's a problem
- 2:16Speaker 1: around the direction and the strategy. So what I see
- 2:22Speaker 1: is women are consuming more information than ever, okay, and
- 2:26Speaker 1: you're getting worse results. You guys are frustrated. You're trying
- 2:31Speaker 1: all these things, and some of this stuff is actually,
- 2:34Speaker 1: you know, pretty concerning, you know, especially my women using
- 2:37Speaker 1: a golp. I am all for using golps, using peptides,
- 2:42Speaker 1: but if you don't know how to put this all together. Cool,
- 2:45Speaker 1: you're losing weight, but you're never going to keep it off, okay,
- 2:49Speaker 1: and you're actually putting yourself in a worse metabolic situation
- 2:53Speaker 1: because you haven't put muscle on your body, you don't
- 2:56Speaker 1: know how to eat, you haven't gotten a good relationship
- 3:00Speaker 1: with food. Okay. So I want to share with you
- 3:04Speaker 1: a little parable and I want you to hang with
- 3:06Speaker 1: me because I thought this story was really really good
- 3:10Speaker 1: the first time I heard it, and I want to
- 3:11Speaker 1: share it with you, guys. And so I want to
- 3:14Speaker 1: share with you a massive ships or I want to
- 3:18Speaker 1: share with you a story about a massive ship's engine
- 3:21Speaker 1: that broke down, leaving the crew stranded, and a local
- 3:26Speaker 1: mechanic and younger engineers tried everything, but nobody could fix it.
- 3:32Speaker 1: And so finally the owners called an old master mechanic
- 3:36Speaker 1: with about forty years of experience, and the old mechanic
- 3:42Speaker 1: he carefully inspected the engine. He listened to everything he observed,
- 3:47Speaker 1: He examined literally every single part, and then he reached
- 3:52Speaker 1: into his bag and he pulled out a very very
- 3:56Speaker 1: small hammer and he gently apped on one valve. Instantly,
- 4:04Speaker 1: the engine roared back to life. And a week later,
- 4:09Speaker 1: the owner received the invoice from the mechanic and it
- 4:12Speaker 1: was ten thousand dollars. Angry, Angry, the owner demanded an
- 4:19Speaker 1: itemized bill from the mechanic, and the mechanic said, sure,
- 4:22Speaker 1: no problem. He wrote on the invoice, tapping with a
- 4:27Speaker 1: hammer two dollars, knowing where to tap the hammer nine
- 4:33Speaker 1: nine hundred and ninety eight dollars. That's what coaching is
- 4:40Speaker 1: all about, and having the right competent coach. Okay, so
- 4:46Speaker 1: you think that this is just one little trick, strategy,
- 4:52Speaker 1: one supplement, one thing that's just going to magically instantly
- 4:57Speaker 1: create results. But I am here to tell you that
- 5:01Speaker 1: I come with a different bag of tools, a different
- 5:06Speaker 1: bag of experience, a different bag of education. And that's
- 5:11Speaker 1: why I want to talk about why my coaching program
- 5:15Speaker 1: is an investment. It is going to be an investment
- 5:18Speaker 1: in yourself. And you are going to question should I
- 5:22Speaker 1: can I? You know, can I really do this? And
- 5:25Speaker 1: I think it's a very very fair thing, especially for women,
- 5:28Speaker 1: because we don't tend to invest in ourself. Something for
- 5:32Speaker 1: myself personally is investing in myself has become a normal
- 5:36Speaker 1: thing for me. But this started back in two thousand
- 5:41Speaker 1: and nine when I hired my first coach, and it
- 5:45Speaker 1: was five figures and I never in my life had
- 5:49Speaker 1: spent that kind of money. And so I can appreciate
- 5:53Speaker 1: the first time you actually, you know, back then we
- 5:58Speaker 1: wrote a check, which is kind of funny, but like
- 6:02Speaker 1: I can remember, and also I can appreciate when I
- 6:08Speaker 1: felt very, very uncomfortable investing in myself. Now consequently, you know,
- 6:12Speaker 1: eighteen years later, in business, I mean, I've invested hundreds
- 6:16Speaker 1: of thousands of dollars. And that is not to brag
- 6:18Speaker 1: or boast, but that is because of the power in
- 6:22Speaker 1: having coaching and support, the power in knowing where to
- 6:26Speaker 1: tap the hammer. Okay, when I hire a coach, there
- 6:30Speaker 1: is an outcome that I will see, Okay, when you
- 6:35Speaker 1: have an energy exchange, that's the expectation that, hey, I
- 6:40Speaker 1: am going to know where to tap the hammer. Okay.
- 6:45Speaker 1: But this is where women just think, oh okay, you
- 6:48Speaker 1: know cool, she inspired, she motivated me. I listened to
- 6:51Speaker 1: her podcast, and you know, I just gotta I gotta
- 6:55Speaker 1: work a little bit harder. I need to be I
- 6:57Speaker 1: guess just got to be a little more disciplined Aaron
- 7:00Speaker 1: or I need to Yeah, I probably should button up
- 7:02Speaker 1: my nutrition, or I don't know, maybe I need to
- 7:04Speaker 1: do more cardio, or you know, I just saw this
- 7:07Speaker 1: other person's workout program and it looks really cool. But
- 7:11Speaker 1: often you're tapping the hammer in the wrong place. Okay.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I see women over train all the time. I see
- 7:18Speaker 1: you guys, you know, ignoring recovery. I see you guys
- 7:23Speaker 1: just doing random stuff on the internet. I see movements
- 7:28Speaker 1: and things that are absolutely putting you at risk for injury.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I see trends. I see trend after trend after trend,
- 7:37Speaker 1: and the problem is in a lack of effort. Guys,
- 7:40Speaker 1: like this is really just misdirected effort, and you know,
- 7:44Speaker 1: time is valuable. That's the other thing that I hands
- 7:49Speaker 1: down tell women that I am going to simplify this
- 7:52Speaker 1: and you are going to question is this going to work?
- 7:56Speaker 1: But my job isn't to make your life harder. My
- 8:00Speaker 1: job is to know where to hammer, okay, but know
- 8:04Speaker 1: when to tweak things. And that's one of the biggest
- 8:07Speaker 1: things that I help women do is Okay, if we're
- 8:10Speaker 1: chugging along and we're doing all the things, you know, hey,
- 8:14Speaker 1: maybe we do need to order some labs. Maybe we
- 8:17Speaker 1: find that you're more metabolic dysfunction or trending insulin resistant.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And guess what that is When I recommend to a woman, Hey,
- 8:26Speaker 1: a GOLP one could be beneficial. Okay. Sometimes I've run
- 8:31Speaker 1: labs and I've said, hey, everything's great, you're doing well.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Everything's in a good spot, and we need to get
- 8:38Speaker 1: more real with our nutrition. Okay. That's probably one of
- 8:42Speaker 1: the harder conversations that I have to have with women,
- 8:46Speaker 1: is hey, your nutrition isn't good enough. It's not going
- 8:50Speaker 1: to get you your result. Now. I am very, very
- 8:54Speaker 1: real with women that hey, here's what you can do. Okay,
- 8:58Speaker 1: here's what it's going to take, and are you willing
- 9:01Speaker 1: to do the things now? One thing that I will
- 9:05Speaker 1: tell you is a lot of women do sell themselves
- 9:07Speaker 1: short when it comes to goals and what they can
- 9:10Speaker 1: see for their body. I can only speak on this
- 9:13Speaker 1: because personally I did it myself. I even told myself
- 9:16Speaker 1: I was fine, this is just part of aging. And
- 9:21Speaker 1: you know, even myself going from getting myself in really
- 9:25Speaker 1: really killer shape, you know, hanging out there for here
- 9:28Speaker 1: just a second is what it felt like. And then personally,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I've just gone through a really freak natured injury that
- 9:36Speaker 1: I that I am working through, and I'm almost almost
- 9:39Speaker 1: through it. But man, it's been humbling. And even myself,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I saw myself, you know, shoot, my body fat percentage
- 9:46Speaker 1: up and I was like, huh, clothes are getting a
- 9:49Speaker 1: little bit tighter again. Oh my gosh. Now I got
- 9:51Speaker 1: to rain things back in. And it's been a very
- 9:54Speaker 1: humbling journey, even for myself. But it's knowing how to
- 9:58Speaker 1: put these pieces together. It's knowing what lifts are appropriate.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It's understanding how to get yourself into a fat loss. Okay,
- 10:09Speaker 1: because the random information that y'all are taken in is
- 10:13Speaker 1: you're just you're piecing things from forty seven different influencers
- 10:18Speaker 1: around peptides, supplements, fasting and listen. Half of the influencers
- 10:23Speaker 1: out there on the internet are not disclosing. I have
- 10:27Speaker 1: been fully disclosing of all the different peptides that I
- 10:30Speaker 1: personally have used, different supplementation how I work out. I
- 10:35Speaker 1: mean it, It is very very simple to look at
- 10:39Speaker 1: some of these influencers and I'm like, Wow, she is
- 10:42Speaker 1: not telling women the truth. Yes, she looks that way
- 10:45Speaker 1: because she works out, she eats well, of course, but
- 10:49Speaker 1: she's not sharing all the peptides and things that she
- 10:52Speaker 1: is on because you don't just look like that. Like
- 10:55Speaker 1: I'm just going to call that out all day every
- 10:57Speaker 1: day and listen, these things are tools, but it's not
- 11:01Speaker 1: fair to say to women, Oh, you just gotta like
- 11:04Speaker 1: eat a little bit better and you're gonna look like this. No,
- 11:06Speaker 1: you're actually not. You're not gonna look that way without
- 11:10Speaker 1: using something. And that's where I just want to get
- 11:13Speaker 1: really really real with women on here's what it's gonna
- 11:16Speaker 1: take naturally to get this look, and then hey, if
- 11:20Speaker 1: you want to go another edge, here are some helpful
- 11:24Speaker 1: tools that can produce the result. Pros and cons, education
- 11:29Speaker 1: around it, and what most don't understand. And I'm just
- 11:34Speaker 1: gonna call out a lot of the influencers in this space.
- 11:37Speaker 1: They do not have their education in this. They don't
- 11:41Speaker 1: understand hormones. Okay, they don't understand what it takes to
- 11:46Speaker 1: build muscle. Half of the influencers out there on the internet,
- 11:51Speaker 1: they have their own macro coach. Trust me, I have
- 11:55Speaker 1: been in countless masterminds and I was like, oh, wow,
- 11:59Speaker 1: you didn't get your body to that result on your own, Okay, cool,
- 12:03Speaker 1: you hired a coach to get your body there. That
- 12:06Speaker 1: is because you do not have your education in this. Okay, bingo,
- 12:09Speaker 1: got it. It's wild, guys, it's actually very very wild.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I am in a space where no one has to
- 12:16Speaker 1: have any education in this. You don't have to have
- 12:19Speaker 1: a license, you don't have to you know, have a
- 12:22Speaker 1: board bar test, nothing that says you help women with
- 12:27Speaker 1: weight loss, exercise, et cetera. And to be completely genuine,
- 12:32Speaker 1: that is part of the reason you're not getting results.
- 12:35Speaker 1: If you're using the random person out there on the
- 12:37Speaker 1: internet that just loves fitness, that did a figure competition
- 12:41Speaker 1: or bodybuilding competition, you know, cool. I love their passion,
- 12:46Speaker 1: But there is a difference when you have gone to
- 12:50Speaker 1: school for this. You understand exercise physiology, and then just
- 12:54Speaker 1: the continued education that I am constantly doing. Because yes,
- 12:58Speaker 1: science changes, Yes things do change. Some of the stuff
- 13:02Speaker 1: that we were taught in school is different. So when
- 13:06Speaker 1: I was in nutrition class, it was eat six small
- 13:09Speaker 1: meals a day. Well, guess what that is actually not
- 13:12Speaker 1: the strategy that we do for people in weight loss
- 13:15Speaker 1: now is their validity and rhyme and reason. Yes, but
- 13:18Speaker 1: most people cannot stay in a caloric restriction enough to
- 13:22Speaker 1: lose weight when eating that many meals. So anyways, there's
- 13:27Speaker 1: a whole lot more. So your mind becomes overwhelmed, and
- 13:34Speaker 1: this makes it so much harder to make clear decisions.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And confused women consume Okay, you just keep consuming content
- 13:44Speaker 1: and decided women they execute. Okay, so be decisive when
- 13:50Speaker 1: you know, I just don't know how to put this
- 13:53Speaker 1: all together. And there is value of having a coach.
- 13:57Speaker 1: A coach doesn't just give you workouts, macros and meal plans.
- 14:02Speaker 1: A coach, meaning a great coach, sees patterns, sees blind spots,
- 14:10Speaker 1: understands identity, an identity around food, choices, stress, We understand physiology,
- 14:21Speaker 1: We regulate your emotional spirals. We create a good strategy,
- 14:27Speaker 1: and we adjust based on each individual. This cannot be
- 14:34Speaker 1: a cookie cutter approach. Okay, you're not paying for more information.
- 14:40Speaker 1: You're paying for precision of knowing where to tap the hammer. Okay,
- 14:47Speaker 1: anybody can swing a hammer, very very few know where
- 14:51Speaker 1: to tap. So okay, why then do women resist hiring help? Well,
- 14:57Speaker 1: you know, let's talk about this. Women will spend money
- 15:02Speaker 1: all everywhere else for everyone else. Women will be frustrated
- 15:07Speaker 1: for years. Okay, most of you guys come to me,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and you're like, I've been struggling with this for two years.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I've been struggling with this since I had my child.
- 15:15Speaker 1: My child is three, my child is four, my child
- 15:18Speaker 1: is seven, my child is eleven. I will never never
- 15:21Speaker 1: forget the very first time I was a punk twenty
- 15:24Speaker 1: something sitting down in a consultation with a woman in
- 15:27Speaker 1: our gym, and she was like, I've never been able
- 15:30Speaker 1: to lose the baby weight. And I was like, oh,
- 15:32Speaker 1: my gosh, cute, how old's your baby? And she goes,
- 15:35Speaker 1: my baby's eleven, and I was like, oh damn, okay,
- 15:39Speaker 1: got it. And so listen you. You spend thousands of
- 15:44Speaker 1: dollars on random things. You're buying supplements. Ah, man, if
- 15:50Speaker 1: I have one more person by a supplement thinking it
- 15:52Speaker 1: is going to solve your weight loss problems, Nope, it's not. Nope, nope, nope.
- 15:58Speaker 1: And then you spend countless hours just scrolling, just consuming
- 16:02Speaker 1: more and more content, but you're hesitant to invest. Okay,
- 16:08Speaker 1: you think I should be able to do this myself. Okay,
- 16:13Speaker 1: but the truth around that is the smartest high performing
- 16:18Speaker 1: people in the world all have coaches, and so I
- 16:22Speaker 1: have personally always had a business coach. I did not
- 16:27Speaker 1: know how to run a business. I used to say
- 16:30Speaker 1: that our first mentor was like getting my fitness business MBA,
- 16:34Speaker 1: and that's practically what it cost us, but it was
- 16:37Speaker 1: worth every ounce of it, and it literally quadrupled our
- 16:41Speaker 1: business in sixteen months of working with the coach. And
- 16:46Speaker 1: so again, the smartest, highest performing people in the world
- 16:50Speaker 1: all have coaches. Why because proximity shortens the learning curve. Okay,
- 16:56Speaker 1: trying to save money often costs women years, years and
- 17:01Speaker 1: years and years of your life, and there is an
- 17:04Speaker 1: emotional cost of staying stuck. So I want to speak
- 17:08Speaker 1: into this a little bit deeper. And this isn't just
- 17:13Speaker 1: way calories workouts. This, truly, ladies, is affecting you in
- 17:18Speaker 1: all areas of your life. Okay. I see it in
- 17:21Speaker 1: women all the time. It's your confidence, Okay, it's your intimacy,
- 17:27Speaker 1: it's your energy, your leadership, just how you're showing up
- 17:31Speaker 1: to this world, your relationships. And the longer you stay stuck,
- 17:37Speaker 1: the more you normalize this feeling of suffering. Quite frankly,
- 17:43Speaker 1: you're suffering, and you don't just lose confidence in your body,
- 17:48Speaker 1: you lose trust in yourself. And this is one of
- 17:52Speaker 1: the hardest things that I watch women day in and
- 17:55Speaker 1: day out, but it's one of the coolest, hands down,
- 17:58Speaker 1: coolest things I get to witness. When women come into
- 18:02Speaker 1: my program, they absolutely just all right, let's trust the process.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Here we go, and reasonably speaking, that first month, we
- 18:11Speaker 1: are bull dozing weight loss for the first time, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: you're sitting here going, holy moly, like what is going on? Okay,
- 18:20Speaker 1: Sometimes for some women it takes just a little bit longer,
- 18:23Speaker 1: and I hate that, but for the most part, we're
- 18:26Speaker 1: gonna see that scale go and you're gonna be like, oh, relief. Finally,
- 18:32Speaker 1: Then you get a little bold and you're like, well, damn,
- 18:33Speaker 1: I should see more faster. But I'm just kidding. But
- 18:37Speaker 1: what happens when the right strategy is actually applied, So
- 18:41Speaker 1: you finally stop guessing, right, you stop just dabbling, you
- 18:46Speaker 1: stop trying to piece this all together, and you finally
- 18:51Speaker 1: start following a proven strategy. Everything starts changing in your life. Okay,
- 19:00Speaker 1: not overnight, but consistently. You will see that loss will
- 19:08Speaker 1: build muscle, see your hormones stabilize, and you're going to
- 19:14Speaker 1: get that confidence back, okay, that feeling alive again, and
- 19:21Speaker 1: most importantly, You're just You're just gonna stop feeling broken
- 19:25Speaker 1: and frustrated and stressed. And you know, like weight loss
- 19:30Speaker 1: has always been on your mind. I mean, if we
- 19:32Speaker 1: added up the amount of hours that women think about
- 19:36Speaker 1: weight loss, I mean it, it is mind blowing when
- 19:41Speaker 1: you could just hire a coach. And so for myself,
- 19:45Speaker 1: I'm always looking at okay, And for me, it's always
- 19:49Speaker 1: been a business that I have sought out higher level strategies. Hey,
- 19:54Speaker 1: what's working now, because again this is stuff that is
- 19:58Speaker 1: not my level of expertise. Now, over the years, I
- 20:02Speaker 1: would like to tell you I know how to run
- 20:04Speaker 1: a really, really good business. I mean, put it this way,
- 20:07Speaker 1: you would not be in a service based business for
- 20:11Speaker 1: eighteen years and counting not going anywhere. I had someone
- 20:16Speaker 1: message me the other day, you still coaching. I'm like, like,
- 20:20Speaker 1: I've been doing this for eighteen years. Yes, I'm still coaching.
- 20:23Speaker 1: And I was a little taken back, but you know,
- 20:26Speaker 1: all fairness, she didn't know, but I was just like
- 20:29Speaker 1: kind of in it for the long haul. So but
- 20:33Speaker 1: what is going to happen is you, when you have
- 20:36Speaker 1: the right strategy, you will create momentum. And then what
- 20:42Speaker 1: I see in women when they create momentum. This creates belief,
- 20:47Speaker 1: and it's one of the coolest things to see women
- 20:50Speaker 1: truly embody themselves and believe in themselves after years of
- 20:55Speaker 1: just being so frustrated. What you just don't understand is
- 20:58Speaker 1: how this impacts everything in your life. So don't need
- 21:05Speaker 1: more tips, you don't need different hacks. You don't need
- 21:11Speaker 1: another influencer's workout with very very questionable movements. Okay, you
- 21:18Speaker 1: need clarity, strategy, you need progression, You need a leader,
- 21:22Speaker 1: need a woman who is saying, hey, there is a
- 21:25Speaker 1: new standard for you out there. It is okay to
- 21:29Speaker 1: level up in a society that only wants to drag
- 21:33Speaker 1: you down. Guess what, let's do the opposite. It's actually
- 21:37Speaker 1: way more fun on this side. You know something I
- 21:40Speaker 1: coach and teach heavily is how to stay neutral in
- 21:45Speaker 1: most areas of your life. Where we don't get too high,
- 21:49Speaker 1: we don't get too low, but we don't sweat the
- 21:52Speaker 1: small stuff anymore. We give direction and guidance to our life.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Can you imagine just feeling in control? We Now, this
- 22:01Speaker 1: doesn't excuse that life does happen. Things do happen, things
- 22:04Speaker 1: do go sideways. But guess what can you imagine actually
- 22:08Speaker 1: navigating stress in your life with more ease if you
- 22:12Speaker 1: could stay more neutral and work through more challenges. This
- 22:16Speaker 1: is probably one of the coolest things that I get
- 22:18Speaker 1: to watch women really understand is don't have to get
- 22:23Speaker 1: so stressed out. And trust me, like from a self
- 22:26Speaker 1: proclaimed anxiety driven I know proclaimed myself depressed for multiple
- 22:33Speaker 1: years and right it was some experiences that I had
- 22:36Speaker 1: in my life. And the cool thing that I realized
- 22:40Speaker 1: out of some training that again I paid for, was
- 22:44Speaker 1: I don't have to wear my stress like a badge
- 22:47Speaker 1: of honor. I don't have to talk about being stressed.
- 22:51Speaker 1: I don't have to talk about how hard something is
- 22:55Speaker 1: because talking about something like that it actually doesn't make
- 22:59Speaker 1: things any better. I mean, have you ever talked about
- 23:02Speaker 1: your stress and now all of a sudden it was gone, No,
- 23:05Speaker 1: if anything, now you're like even more stressed out because
- 23:08Speaker 1: you got yourself all worked up. So you need clarity, strategy, progression,
- 23:16Speaker 1: and leadership. And most women are one right shift away
- 23:22Speaker 1: from completely completely changing your body and your life. So
- 23:31Speaker 1: the transformation wasn't in the hammer. It was knowing where
- 23:37Speaker 1: to tap. So if you have been struggling to see results.
- 23:43Speaker 1: If you have been considering hiring a coach, I want
- 23:47Speaker 1: this to be your wake up call to reach out

- 24:00Speaker 1: how many times I've gotten on calls with women and
- 24:02Speaker 1: they're like, oh, it's actually you, Yes, it is me, Okay,
- 24:07Speaker 1: catch me now. Until my business grows to the point
- 24:09Speaker 1: where yeah, I am going to have to have a
- 24:12Speaker 1: bigger team that's going to have to help me. But
- 24:15Speaker 1: get proximity now, because this is only going to grow.
- 24:20Speaker 1: What I'm doing and leading with women is only going
- 24:23Speaker 1: to grow. We're going to grow to in person events,
- 24:26Speaker 1: which is going to be really exciting. We're going to
- 24:30Speaker 1: grow just from the number of women that we can
- 24:33Speaker 1: impact and how we're serving them. And so it's never
- 24:38Speaker 1: been a better time to get on my schedule actually
- 24:41Speaker 1: have a conversation with myself and guess what, Let's turn
- 24:45Speaker 1: your life around. Let's get you smoking hot, feeling really
- 24:50Speaker 1: good inside your skin, because it's worth You're worth it.

- 25:31Speaker 1: in the mirror and you're not loving what you see,

- 25:36Speaker 2: Hey.
- 25:36Speaker 1: It takes one single decision, okay, and that is to
- 25:41Speaker 1: invest in yourself and get a competent coach. There is
- 25:45Speaker 1: no reason to keep dabbling in all of these different
- 25:49Speaker 1: little things, especially if it's been years and you haven't
- 25:53Speaker 1: seen results. So fire away all the questions that come
