- 0:20Speaker 1: We help you shed the shame, grow to a new level.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We're gonna laugh, cry, and talk about the topics everyone
- 0:26Speaker 1: else is too afraid to talk about.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Get ready for your next level of self.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Hello everybody, Welcome back to the shee Rits Podcast. There's
- 0:33Speaker 1: three of us here today.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Oh, we've got a special guest with us today and
- 0:36Speaker 2: we know you're going to absolutely love her.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Yes, Welcome fee to the bookcast.
- 0:40Speaker 4: Hi, thank you so much for having me on the
- 0:42Speaker 4: shee Risers Podcast.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Thank you for coming. You've flown up from Sydney. I
- 0:45Speaker 1: did from my ladies here. We are so good. Anyone
- 0:49Speaker 1: who's never heard of you before? Who are you and
- 0:51Speaker 1: what do you do? Okay?
- 0:53Speaker 4: Well, Hi, my name is Fi and my name actually
- 0:55Speaker 4: means flying high in Vietnamese.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Wow.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Cooh, thank you.
- 0:59Speaker 4: My mom says she kind of regrets it because she says,
- 1:01Speaker 4: you travel so much, and I'm like, but you named
- 1:02Speaker 4: me that, which is really special actually because I was
- 1:06Speaker 4: Vietnamese born Australian, and so I think a lot of
- 1:08Speaker 4: people have a different name, but my parents are like,
- 1:10Speaker 4: you're going to be the same no matter what. And yeah,
- 1:13Speaker 4: it's a pretty crazy story because I feel like a
- 1:15Speaker 4: lot of my life has come from.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Difficulties or hardships.
- 1:18Speaker 4: It's actually my main energy in human design, which I
- 1:21Speaker 4: know we'll talk about, which is struggle.
- 1:22Speaker 1: And so it's kind of crazy.
- 1:24Speaker 4: My parents met fleeing the Vietnam War on a little
- 1:26Speaker 4: rickety boat, so if the boar didn't happen, I wouldn't
- 1:29Speaker 4: be here, And a lot of sequence of events, you know,
- 1:32Speaker 4: like whether it was stuff not working out on my
- 1:34Speaker 4: corporate career. But essentially, yeah, I am a life coach.
- 1:37Speaker 4: I do human design readings, I run retreats, and I
- 1:40Speaker 4: wrote a book called The Great Unlearning. So that's a
- 1:43Speaker 4: little bit about me. I've been doing this for five
- 1:46Speaker 4: years and I was kind of like a side hustle
- 1:48Speaker 4: turned full time gig.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So I'm very grateful to be here and speaking to
- 1:51Speaker 1: you both. Very freaking cool. We're going to get into
- 1:53Speaker 1: human design for this whole episode, but before we do,
- 1:56Speaker 1: we always ask our guests, and we do it every Monday. Yeah,
- 1:59Speaker 1: a share of the week. So this could be anything
- 2:00Speaker 1: that you're loving and enjoying to something that you would
- 2:02Speaker 1: recommend to everyone.
- 2:04Speaker 4: I feel like we were on the top b of snacks,
- 2:05Speaker 4: which I'm obsessed about love and I've seen it on
- 2:08Speaker 4: like you know, social media, but I hadn't done it before.
- 2:10Speaker 4: But do you know when you get a date and
- 2:11Speaker 4: then you like split it open, you put peanut butter
- 2:14Speaker 4: and like sprinkle salt.
- 2:15Speaker 1: It's like a snick as well. It's so good.
- 2:17Speaker 4: It's like a healthy hack, you know. Yeah, like you
- 2:19Speaker 4: get to have your dessert and it tastes so good.
- 2:21Speaker 1: So that's what I'm on. I've seen them, I haven't
- 2:23Speaker 1: tried it.
- 2:23Speaker 3: I haven't tried it either of it. It sounds amazing. People
- 2:25Speaker 3: rave about it.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Yeah, like all the overnight oats as well, like making
- 2:28Speaker 4: them like carrot cake flavor.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Like I'm obsessed. So alrighty, let's get into it. So
- 2:33Speaker 1: human design? What is human design? Because I had never
- 2:35Speaker 1: heard of it until I came across your profile on Instagram.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I've been following you for like probably four years now.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, I need to book in. I need
- 2:41Speaker 1: to book in I'll just keep consuming. I'm just not
- 2:43Speaker 1: quite sure yet. What is it?
- 2:45Speaker 4: Oh? I love that and thank you. I feel like
- 2:47Speaker 4: everything is always divine timing, right, And you know, we
- 2:49Speaker 4: kind of briefly spoke, and I think human design is
- 2:51Speaker 4: just beautiful, empowering modality and it very much infuses, say
- 2:55Speaker 4: like astrology, with different modalities such as I ching the
- 2:58Speaker 4: Book of Truths. It's like a Chinese book of truths.
- 3:01Speaker 4: You've got Kabbala, which is like mystical Judaism, It's got
- 3:04Speaker 4: the Chuck system, it's got quantum energy in the sense
- 3:07Speaker 4: that everything energy is interconnected. And so human design is
- 3:11Speaker 4: we read your chart essentially based on your birth time,
- 3:14Speaker 4: your location, and your birth day, and from that we're
- 3:16Speaker 4: looking at the planetary position. So it's very similar to astrology.
- 3:20Speaker 4: So I like to think of it as a love
- 3:21Speaker 4: child between astrology maya breaks you know those personality and
- 3:25Speaker 4: you're like.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Oh, oh, how does it know that? To me?
- 3:27Speaker 4: For sure, that's what human design is. And you know,
- 3:30Speaker 4: for people fit familiar with astrology, I think astrology gives
- 3:33Speaker 4: you the map, but human design gives you the compass.
- 3:36Speaker 4: It gives you practical tools to unpack things like what
- 3:39Speaker 4: does alignment mean for me? And I think the biggest
- 3:41Speaker 4: thing you can think human design is like a manual,
- 3:44Speaker 4: a guide, a roadmap to your life. When you see
- 3:47Speaker 4: your human design, it's something called a body graph, and
- 3:50Speaker 4: we can read it and it kind of tells us
- 3:52Speaker 4: what are your greatest strengths in life? Why are you
- 3:54Speaker 4: experiencing what you do? A lot of people come to
- 3:56Speaker 4: it to understand their purpose, so it really asks and
- 3:59Speaker 4: answers those big questions like why am I here on earth?
- 4:02Speaker 4: How do I live my full potential? And so it's
- 4:04Speaker 4: a really special modality to my heart. So it's really
- 4:07Speaker 4: exciting to me in a space like one of the
- 4:08Speaker 4: best things I think that came off the back of
- 4:10Speaker 4: the pandemic is that people are more interested in working
- 4:13Speaker 4: on themselves and they don't want something that's just like generic.
- 4:16Speaker 4: They want something that's so personalized to them, which is
- 4:19Speaker 4: why I love human design because it's over like two
- 4:21Speaker 4: billion different combinations. So it's very impossible really to meet
- 4:25Speaker 4: someone with the exact same human design. You might have
- 4:27Speaker 4: one layer, but it's so intricate. It's like a jigsaw puzzle.
- 4:30Speaker 4: And you know, I found it working in my life.
- 4:32Speaker 4: I'm working with clients' lives, like it's just been such
- 4:35Speaker 4: a big game changer and it changes as well, which
- 4:37Speaker 4: is crazy because you can do a reading which is
- 4:39Speaker 4: from your birth till your next life, or you're passing
- 4:42Speaker 4: and every day, you know, the stars are changing the planets,
- 4:45Speaker 4: and so you can have different transits in your life,
- 4:47Speaker 4: Like one of the most famous, which you're going through, Tiana,
- 4:49Speaker 4: is a satin return, you know, between twenty seven to
- 4:52Speaker 4: thirty one.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So it's yeah, it's really cool, so cool, And we
- 4:55Speaker 1: did a reading with you the other day which was
- 4:56Speaker 1: so freaking cool amazing. Just to give them more context
- 4:59Speaker 1: around it, could you briefly go over what ours were?
- 5:02Speaker 4: Yes, I think the first thing I said to you
- 5:04Speaker 4: both was like and a pod really like like use
- 5:07Speaker 4: actual evidence in your charts that you followed each other.
- 5:09Speaker 4: And it's really crazy the combinations and again like perfect
- 5:12Speaker 4: timing coming into each other's lives, because what I saw
- 5:16Speaker 4: was like your destinies and your past lives like intertwined.
- 5:18Speaker 4: So you two are essentially teachers for each other. And
- 5:21Speaker 4: the crazier thing is like your soul purposes they really
- 5:24Speaker 4: link together. It's like this karmic thing. And I was
- 5:27Speaker 4: thinking about this on the plane and what I would
- 5:29Speaker 4: share with the audience, because I think when we think
- 5:31Speaker 4: about like love, we always think about like our romantic partner.
- 5:35Speaker 4: But I think you two are essentially like love like friendship,
- 5:38Speaker 4: Like this is like a soul love that has crossed lifetimes. True, true,
- 5:41Speaker 4: And I think you know, in the personal development world
- 5:44Speaker 4: really quick to label or judge or be really extreme.
- 5:46Speaker 4: And I think when you two are so like people,
- 5:48Speaker 4: that's like yourselves like two peas in a pod, Like
- 5:50Speaker 4: you're so close. People like, oh, they're like super coda
- 5:53Speaker 4: pen and or clinging, But I'm like, no, Like some souls,
- 5:55Speaker 4: especially both of your soul purpose and paths, it's like
- 5:58Speaker 4: overcoming the conditioning of people pleasing. And it's almost like,
- 6:02Speaker 4: because you share such similar energies, you know what it's
- 6:04Speaker 4: like to be a people pleaser. You both also know
- 6:07Speaker 4: what it's like to be alone, and so when you
- 6:09Speaker 4: meet someone that just gets you, like straight away, it
- 6:11Speaker 4: doesn't matter how much time you've known each other not,
- 6:13Speaker 4: it's like your souls just recognize each other. And it's
- 6:17Speaker 4: interesting because both of your charts have what we call
- 6:19Speaker 4: we have a split definition and a triple split that
- 6:22Speaker 4: essentially says in human design, there are people out there
- 6:24Speaker 4: where they need other people to kind of bring this
- 6:27Speaker 4: energy that they're missing. And so both of your charts
- 6:30Speaker 4: are really synchronostic in that aspect, like you kind of
- 6:33Speaker 4: complete each other. And I think it's so amazing the
- 6:35Speaker 4: mission that you're on to empower women, because both of
- 6:38Speaker 4: you have this energy, the channel what we call community,
- 6:41Speaker 4: and it really comes from being like, where do I
- 6:42Speaker 4: belong in this world? And I actually know what it
- 6:44Speaker 4: feels like to be left out and to not have
- 6:46Speaker 4: the best friendships or romantic relationships, and to know like
- 6:50Speaker 4: when women come together, it's so powerful. So I feel
- 6:53Speaker 4: like you guys are bringing those jigsaw puzzle pieces and
- 6:55Speaker 4: really helping other women. So I think in terms of
- 6:58Speaker 4: your types, it was really interesting because Tiana, you're a
- 7:01Speaker 4: manifesting generator. Actually you're a projector. We're all discussing how
- 7:05Speaker 4: we have an emotional authority, which was learning, Hey, you're
- 7:08Speaker 4: actually built to be a sensitive person. You are meant
- 7:10Speaker 4: to be moody, And I think that's just like the
- 7:12Speaker 4: biggest permission slip to be yourselves and not be like,
- 7:15Speaker 4: oh I'm crazy, I can't believe I'm so emotional. I
- 7:17Speaker 4: think we're all discussing how it's interconnected with our relationships.
- 7:22Speaker 4: It's like those little things and you don't say something
- 7:24Speaker 4: and then it like sweeps under the rug and then
- 7:26Speaker 4: that explosion. It often doesn't have to do with the
- 7:28Speaker 4: person directly, it's actually being a build up and not
- 7:30Speaker 4: being able to share that. Part of that is also
- 7:33Speaker 4: like a physical love language. It's very much about hugs,
- 7:36Speaker 4: self soothing massages.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So, yeah, what did you.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Guys think about learning like, Hey, I'm meant to be emotional?
- 7:42Speaker 1: It was really cool. Yeah, I think we've also healed
- 7:45Speaker 1: that within our friendship as well, that all the things
- 7:47Speaker 1: we used to shame ourselves for we then saw in
- 7:50Speaker 1: each other and I was like, oh, if I can
- 7:52Speaker 1: love her for those traits and those parts of her,
- 7:54Speaker 1: why can I not love myself for that? And then
- 7:56Speaker 1: it also brought it more forward, So like every part
- 7:59Speaker 1: of our personality where it's territorial or jealousy or the
- 8:02Speaker 1: brady or the bitchy side, it's like all gets comeforward
- 8:05Speaker 1: and be loved. And we've just shown now we are
- 8:07Speaker 1: way more authentic and our true selves through that friendship.
- 8:11Speaker 1: That makes sense.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, it's been really beautiful, and I think a
- 8:13Speaker 2: lot of space that we've been able to hold for
- 8:15Speaker 2: each other throughout our friendship, there has been so much
- 8:18Speaker 2: evidence of every single time that we have been overly
- 8:20Speaker 2: emotional to ourselves too much, to other people too much,
- 8:24Speaker 2: where we think like, oh my god, she's going to
- 8:25Speaker 2: judge me for this, or maybe I can't show her
- 8:27Speaker 2: this actually leave me, or maybe she might not love
- 8:30Speaker 2: this part of me because I judge myself.
- 8:32Speaker 3: For it, and then she would immediately love.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Every part of me and she'd be like, no, like
- 8:37Speaker 2: bring that in here, like that part.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Of you is allowed to be here. I want more
- 8:40Speaker 3: of it, and vice versa.
- 8:41Speaker 2: And that's just every single time that we've kind of
- 8:44Speaker 2: had a moment like that, all it has done is
- 8:46Speaker 2: built evidence for us that, like, this place is really
- 8:48Speaker 2: safe for us.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And yeah, so it has been really healing in that sense.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And when you brought up that we had like matching
- 8:55Speaker 2: parts and that immediately we felt so safe. In real life,
- 8:59Speaker 2: it felt like that too, because the moment that we
- 9:01Speaker 2: spoke to each other, we were like, oh my god, like
- 9:03Speaker 2: we need to hang out, Like we need to hang out,
- 9:05Speaker 2: and he spent time together and then From there, we
- 9:07Speaker 2: just started training together, spending more and more time together,
- 9:10Speaker 2: and then after two weeks we were like telling each
- 9:12Speaker 2: other how deep was dark secrets.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Like it was like straight, it's not so private at all. Yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 3: and it's just been like that ever since.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So natural, so easy.
- 9:19Speaker 4: So say, they don't do that enough in popular culture,
- 9:22Speaker 4: right because we see those wrong cooms where like the
- 9:24Speaker 4: two leads will meet, they'll cross eyes, but they don't
- 9:26Speaker 4: talk about that enough with friendship.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Intuitively when we're tapping in.
- 9:29Speaker 4: When we did your readings last week, I said that
- 9:31Speaker 4: you were both on a heart healing journey, Tiana. I know,
- 9:34Speaker 4: I said, like I mentioned, I'd felt a feminine spirit
- 9:36Speaker 4: that had passed in your world, and she was very
- 9:38Speaker 4: adamant that she's going to help you find love. And
- 9:41Speaker 4: there was like that push to kind of move to
- 9:42Speaker 4: Bali and you know, checking in with your energy, with
- 9:45Speaker 4: your coaching business and scaling really big. And I think
- 9:47Speaker 4: the quote that came through was like, not everybody deserves
- 9:50Speaker 4: to be at your table. And I know that dynamic
- 9:52Speaker 4: exists between you two because you're so protective of each other. Yeah,
- 9:55Speaker 4: and you can see the things that other people can't
- 9:57Speaker 4: and we'll talk about that because that's like very unique
- 10:00Speaker 4: to your human design types. And I said, for you, actually,
- 10:02Speaker 4: like it feels like a rebirth. There's been all lot
- 10:05Speaker 4: and you're letting this go, and there's been transitions with
- 10:08Speaker 4: people in your life and things that have been happening
- 10:10Speaker 4: with your health. But I think, ultimately, like I was
- 10:12Speaker 4: saying to you, this year is like rebirth for you.
- 10:14Speaker 4: This is that year where you're being asked to like
- 10:16Speaker 4: step back into the spotlight and shine unapologetically and very
- 10:19Speaker 4: much like I think that was so empowering because like
- 10:22Speaker 4: remember they were saying, like you got to go for bigger,
- 10:23Speaker 4: you gotta shoot for the moon, and I'm not with
- 10:25Speaker 4: the stars, like you're not thinking like big enough, lady.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Like I love that that was really special. Speaking of personalities,
- 10:31Speaker 4: you both share a similar personality, so I'm like see
- 10:33Speaker 4: like literally and like I said to you, like the
- 10:36Speaker 4: possibility is like over two billions, so the fact that
- 10:38Speaker 4: you guys were lucky enough to find each other, and
- 10:41Speaker 4: so in human design, I was explaining, like the personality lines,
- 10:44Speaker 4: they are represented by the numbers one to six, and
- 10:47Speaker 4: you are both what we call a five to one,
- 10:48Speaker 4: which is a heretic investigator, and I was saying, this
- 10:51Speaker 4: is like very much like Jesus Harry Potter energy when
- 10:53Speaker 4: people like they put you on that pedestal and they
- 10:56Speaker 4: really love you and they really admire you, and they
- 10:58Speaker 4: see what they want to see in you. But in reality,
- 11:00Speaker 4: you guys are mirrors. And when you don't live up
- 11:02Speaker 4: to somebody's expectations, whether it's somebody you know, somebody you
- 11:05Speaker 4: don't know, they're throwing stones at you. They're like, hey,
- 11:08Speaker 4: I want you or like my savior and now like
- 11:10Speaker 4: I detest you. I'm really disgusted by you, which is
- 11:12Speaker 4: really hard because I was saying to you both, you're
- 11:15Speaker 4: both here.
- 11:15Speaker 1: To trigger people.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's not an easy soul mission, you know,
- 11:19Speaker 4: and kind of learning not to take that personally, especially
- 11:21Speaker 4: people with your personalities where there is an aspect of
- 11:24Speaker 4: paranoia because there's always been a lot of heavy expectations
- 11:28Speaker 4: placed on you, whether that's from your family, ex partners,
- 11:32Speaker 4: ex friends, like.
- 11:32Speaker 3: That expectation, yeah, like.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Do people really see me?
- 11:36Speaker 4: And it's also like people realizing what you see isn't
- 11:39Speaker 4: what you necessarily get, because I think what I saw
- 11:41Speaker 4: in your charts is both like super intelligent, very deep thinkers,
- 11:45Speaker 4: and very much this aspect of being truth seekers and
- 11:48Speaker 4: having that inbuilt bullshit detector that comes naturally. But you're
- 11:51Speaker 4: both lifelong learners, Like I bet you just want to
- 11:53Speaker 4: keep absorbing and learning and sharing as much as you do,
- 11:56Speaker 4: because a big part of your personalities is being problem
- 11:59Speaker 4: solvers and being those people when people turn to you
- 12:02Speaker 4: during times of crisis, and that's hard when you've got
- 12:04Speaker 4: lots of different things going on in your lives. Like you
- 12:06Speaker 4: guys want to help people, but that's also about your energy.
- 12:09Speaker 4: So I think it was really interesting, and I was saying,
- 12:11Speaker 4: you guys had that seductive energy, like people just want
- 12:14Speaker 4: to know about you. They're gonna either love or hate you,
- 12:16Speaker 4: but they won't stop talking about you.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yeah, And so what do you find about that.
- 12:19Speaker 4: In your experience like being in social media and having
- 12:22Speaker 4: people judge in like I said, those projections to be
- 12:24Speaker 4: the perfect sister, the perfect mom, the perfect partner, perfect colleague.
- 12:29Speaker 1: There's so many like things put on you. I felt
- 12:31Speaker 1: a lot of pressure over the years from that. We
- 12:32Speaker 1: actually did a whole episode on this pedestal because on
- 12:36Speaker 1: both ends, it doesn't feel good and it's not productive.
- 12:38Speaker 1: But yeah, I've definitely felt pressure over the years from
- 12:41Speaker 1: social media to be the fit person, or be the
- 12:44Speaker 1: best mom, or be the best business owner, and even
- 12:46Speaker 1: like within friendship dynamics that I've had online, it's like
- 12:49Speaker 1: you have to be the provider and you have to
- 12:50Speaker 1: like show up a certain way, and as soon as
- 12:52Speaker 1: you don't, it's like, oh, you're not a good friend anymore,
- 12:54Speaker 1: you know, because you used to do that. Now you're
- 12:56Speaker 1: not doing it. It's like, oh, what you've changed? Yeah,
- 12:58Speaker 1: you know, there isn't that room to just be a
- 13:00Speaker 1: human and evolve and change. And I've felt that pressure
- 13:04Speaker 1: over the years.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I've definitely felt that pressure in terms of being
- 13:07Speaker 2: a coach, like, yeah, potentially being put on a pedestal,
- 13:10Speaker 2: And we did talk about this where like there's both sides.
- 13:13Speaker 2: It's like being put on the pedestal, but then upholding
- 13:15Speaker 2: that pedestal as well, like from my aspect of being like, well,
- 13:18Speaker 2: people expect me to be here, so now I have
- 13:20Speaker 2: to show up as that. So there's the self responsibility
- 13:23Speaker 2: part of it. But it does feel uncomfortable when people
- 13:25Speaker 2: do that. I think I've had it a lot in
- 13:27Speaker 2: friendships as well, where I've needed to be one way.
- 13:30Speaker 2: But then when I show like my true vulnerability or
- 13:33Speaker 2: let's say my mess for example, then they can't hold
- 13:36Speaker 2: me in that.
- 13:36Speaker 3: And then it's like you're not allowed to be that.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Yeah, so I think too much?
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yeah, too much?
- 13:40Speaker 4: Yes, And I feel like it's so beautiful because you've
- 13:42Speaker 4: both come together to like nurture each other, because those people,
- 13:45Speaker 4: especially for you, actually like that's what your team was saying,
- 13:47Speaker 4: like she needs nourishment, like she's been through a lot.
- 13:50Speaker 4: She's such a giver, you know, And I think that's
- 13:52Speaker 4: so special that you guys have come together. And what
- 13:54Speaker 4: I wanted to point out was like, you know, someone
- 13:56Speaker 4: with your personalities you share in human design is Ellen DeGeneres.
- 13:59Speaker 4: So you can see that rise people put on the pedestal.
- 14:02Speaker 4: She makes one mistake and people are like guiding her
- 14:03Speaker 4: for it.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 4: So that's why, like, once that happens to you, there
- 14:06Speaker 4: is a bit of like that paranoid that fear like
- 14:08Speaker 4: people can turn at me at any time, and so
- 14:11Speaker 4: there's like this mystery and enigma to your personalities because
- 14:13Speaker 4: there's that sacred part you keep for yourselves and people
- 14:16Speaker 4: in your close knit circle. And then of course there's
- 14:18Speaker 4: that part that you want to share with the world
- 14:20Speaker 4: to really help people.
- 14:21Speaker 3: So I think that.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Was really beautiful and it's interesting your dynamic in terms
- 14:26Speaker 4: of your type. So there's five different types in human design. Yeah,
- 14:29Speaker 4: so let's like talk about those. So, Tiana, you're a
- 14:32Speaker 4: manifesting generator and that is also alongside generators. They make
- 14:36Speaker 4: up seventy percent of the world. And essentially you're very
- 14:38Speaker 4: much here to be these sacral beats, your sacral being,
- 14:41Speaker 4: like your womb space, your gut, and it's very much
- 14:43Speaker 4: the number one's energetic signature is to be turned on.
- 14:46Speaker 1: And I think that's like, yeah, we will.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Love that.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Before getting on air.
- 14:53Speaker 4: But I think people don't talk about that enough, especially
- 14:55Speaker 4: as women, Like we're built for desire and that's the
- 14:58Speaker 4: number one thing for generators and manifesting generators. It's like
- 15:01Speaker 4: you're here to be lit up. Yeah, it's very much.
- 15:03Speaker 4: If you make your priority, your vitality, you know, your
- 15:06Speaker 4: joy this like center point of your life. People feel
- 15:09Speaker 4: that that's what generators and manifesting generators are. It's like
- 15:12Speaker 4: these fireworks, Like you're like the fire and you light
- 15:15Speaker 4: up the people around you.
- 15:16Speaker 1: So cool.
- 15:17Speaker 4: A generator is very much like focus. They are like
- 15:19Speaker 4: the fire, they're like the doers. They like want to
- 15:20Speaker 4: do things. A manifesting generator, I'm like, it's like a
- 15:23Speaker 4: Swiss army knife.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Like you're doing one.
- 15:25Speaker 4: Thing, you're like yourrop it, you're doing another. You're like looking,
- 15:28Speaker 4: what's a Gemini combos like duality? Right? Yeah, it so
- 15:32Speaker 4: manifesting generators they like want to move quickly, especially for
- 15:35Speaker 4: your human Design chart, Like I think one of your
- 15:37Speaker 4: main energies was presence, and so it's like in that
- 15:40Speaker 4: moment if something comes like that's it, I'm doing it.
- 15:42Speaker 1: If I feel that.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Pool doesn't matter, it doesn't matter if it's messy, let's
- 15:45Speaker 4: get it done. And I think that was saying for
- 15:47Speaker 4: you actually, because you're a projector, you're very much here
- 15:49Speaker 4: to be a guide. Actually, you have a really interesting
- 15:51Speaker 4: chart because she's only got one open center, which we
- 15:53Speaker 4: don't really see, so there's a lot of energy circulating.
- 15:57Speaker 4: And so when you get things like you're actually meant
- 15:58Speaker 4: to be like the Royalty, like the Queen of Human Design,
- 16:01Speaker 4: where we're like we're margaritas on a Tuesday. We're like
- 16:04Speaker 4: relaxing when I have a nap. That's what projectors. I
- 16:07Speaker 4: always say, like everyone else is running a marathon, but
- 16:09Speaker 4: projectors are very much here doing the swimming. They go
- 16:11Speaker 4: with their own flow, and so very much like I
- 16:14Speaker 4: could see the dynamic between you, like you're ideating your ideas.
- 16:17Speaker 4: You're like, oh, do I get this done? I don't
- 16:18Speaker 4: have the energy, and Chan was like, yeah, let's go,
- 16:21Speaker 4: let's make it happen. I think we're discussing your Bali retreat.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Right how that was just an age thing, so ten
- 16:25Speaker 1: years older. But okay, we'll go with human time. It
- 16:28Speaker 1: sounds better. I'm so good.
- 16:30Speaker 2: No, that's exactly what happens, because it is very much
- 16:32Speaker 2: exactly we've just described is exactly what happens. Like we
- 16:34Speaker 2: were over there, we've been wanting to do retreats, both
- 16:37Speaker 2: of us separately. One day we just had a conversation
- 16:39Speaker 2: around it. And I can't remember how it initially started,
- 16:42Speaker 2: but it was like, oh, I've always wanted to do
- 16:43Speaker 2: Bari retreat. She was like, oh my god, were wanting
- 16:45Speaker 2: to do this for years, and so it just kind
- 16:47Speaker 2: of happened. And then when we're in Bali, we were,
- 16:49Speaker 2: you know, looking at a location to like Airbnb and
- 16:52Speaker 2: host everybody.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I was like, we've seen it. Let's just take your time,
- 16:55Speaker 1: we'll go back, we'll plan it all, like we'll just
- 16:57Speaker 1: enjoy our holiday. And she's like, no, I think we
- 16:59Speaker 1: should launch it. Launch. We have no website, we haven't
- 17:01Speaker 1: a payment Like no.
- 17:03Speaker 3: I was like, yeah, I think we can deal it
- 17:04Speaker 3: with it. I'm like, we should just try. Like we're
- 17:06Speaker 3: in the energy, we're in BALI your phone.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Straight away, sorting it out.
- 17:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:10Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, let's make this happen. And then
- 17:12Speaker 2: when you made it happen, you get too done.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Yeah, And I love that because that's like you guys
- 17:16Speaker 4: talking about your alignment piece, because that's something that's so
- 17:18Speaker 4: important to human design because we speak about alignment being
- 17:21Speaker 4: in the flow. It's easy, it's effortless in a way.
- 17:24Speaker 4: And I think that's what you do when you respond
- 17:26Speaker 4: to your energetic signature. They say that's how you interact
- 17:29Speaker 4: with the world. So for you, Tiana, as a generator
- 17:31Speaker 4: manifesting generator, it's to respond to the world. The universe
- 17:34Speaker 4: is going to drop something, a little something something, and
- 17:36Speaker 4: you're here to respond, like how does that make me
- 17:37Speaker 4: feel my body? Yeah, before you write those emotional waves.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Whereas for you, as she it's about like the invitation.
- 17:43Speaker 4: And I think when people look up human design on
- 17:45Speaker 4: the Internet, they're like, oh, if I'm a projector, like
- 17:47Speaker 4: that sucks, like I'm just waiting around. But I'm like no, Like,
- 17:49Speaker 4: as a projector, you're here to get invitations by being
- 17:52Speaker 4: your best self. It's like I was saying to you, guys,
- 17:55Speaker 4: like that coffee shop that's really good, but it's like
- 17:57Speaker 4: thirty minutes is out of the way, but when it's
- 17:59Speaker 4: so good, like people are going to come out of
- 18:00Speaker 4: their way for that, and it's like very much. You know,
- 18:03Speaker 4: as a projector, this lifetime of being really seen, heard
- 18:06Speaker 4: and understood. I think that's something that's so core to
- 18:09Speaker 4: a projector. And I think I was saying to you, like,
- 18:11Speaker 4: as a projector, you have this one to one aura.
- 18:13Speaker 4: So that is so precious to have one on one
- 18:16Speaker 4: time with you because you really see people.
- 18:17Speaker 1: You're the type of.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Person someone says, oh, I love blue ring muffins, and
- 18:20Speaker 4: you'll bring it to them for their birthday.
- 18:22Speaker 1: You know, it's like all those little details.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Whereas you know, for you Tiana, as a generator, it's
- 18:26Speaker 4: like this big enveloping aura.
- 18:27Speaker 1: There's like that charisma, people are really drawn to you.
- 18:30Speaker 4: So I think together, it's just such a beautiful way
- 18:32Speaker 4: that your human design is like synchronized.
- 18:34Speaker 1: That's so freaking cool for anyone listening. Should everyone get
- 18:38Speaker 1: a human design reading done?
- 18:39Speaker 4: I mean, I'm not gonna lie I am biased. I
- 18:42Speaker 4: absolutely think so, because I think, like, what do you
- 18:44Speaker 4: have to lose? And I think that you know, especially
- 18:46Speaker 4: with a lot of clients, they'll introduce me to their
- 18:48Speaker 4: partners and their family members. You know, I've done readings
- 18:50Speaker 4: for like a six month old I also recently did
- 18:53Speaker 4: a reading for like an eighty year old client. You know,
- 18:55Speaker 4: I can get so much out of your human design,
- 18:57Speaker 4: whether you want to find out, Like I really feel
- 19:00Speaker 4: cool to tell people, like if you're at a turning point,
- 19:02Speaker 4: you feel burnt out, you don't know who you're right, Like, yeah,
- 19:05Speaker 4: like human design, it provides an external point of reference,
- 19:09Speaker 4: and I always say, use your discernment. It's not the
- 19:11Speaker 4: be all and end or human design is an experiment
- 19:14Speaker 4: and it's just so interesting. Like for example, I said
- 19:16Speaker 4: to you both, you have a really rare feature, which
- 19:18Speaker 4: is a defined heart. So you came into the world
- 19:20Speaker 4: with natural confidence. But when you don't have that confidence.
- 19:23Speaker 4: It makes you think, oh, that's not naturally me. This
- 19:25Speaker 4: is you starting to realize, ah, this is what other
- 19:27Speaker 4: people are saying. That's starting to get to me. And
- 19:29Speaker 4: whereas I'm actually built to naturally be confident. So I
- 19:32Speaker 4: think it gives you that point of reference and it
- 19:34Speaker 4: can be applied to all aspects of life. I help
- 19:37Speaker 4: entrepreneur clients should they take this business deal and be
- 19:39Speaker 4: in business with this person. I've had people come thinking
- 19:42Speaker 4: about getting a divorce or why a breakup happens. So
- 19:45Speaker 4: I think it just gives you a lot of answers
- 19:47Speaker 4: and it's very company. Yeah, and I think you just
- 19:50Speaker 4: like the number one thing that I get out of
- 19:52Speaker 4: doing readings is people say I just feel so seen
- 19:54Speaker 4: and understood, Like I feel I know people like, yeah,
- 19:57Speaker 4: I've been best friends within my whole life, and I
- 19:58Speaker 4: can really understand why they are the way they are.
- 20:01Speaker 4: Because I think human design is like saying, hey, you're
- 20:03Speaker 4: actually perfect the way that you are. We don't need
- 20:06Speaker 4: to like make ourselves be a certain way. If human
- 20:08Speaker 4: design was a school, it would be saying, like, if
- 20:10Speaker 4: you're not good at matts, don't focus on that. Strengths
- 20:13Speaker 4: into art because there's somebody else out there that's really
- 20:15Speaker 4: good at mats that will pick that up.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Yeah for example, Yeah love that I want did a
- 20:20Speaker 1: test online to find out my human design, but I
- 20:22Speaker 1: remember saying to yours like I've read it, but I
- 20:24Speaker 1: still don't quite understand it. And that's why I wanted
- 20:26Speaker 1: to book a session with you, because I needed to
- 20:28Speaker 1: be explained to breaking down and personalized to me. So
- 20:31Speaker 1: I think, like there is websites you can do the test,
- 20:33Speaker 1: but personally, I think it's so much better to go
- 20:35Speaker 1: and like book a session in and to fully understand
- 20:38Speaker 1: it and give you guidance and clarity at.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Human design has contradictions in the same way as humans
- 20:43Speaker 4: we do.
- 20:43Speaker 1: There's dualities to us.
- 20:44Speaker 4: You know, we can be someone that you know, like
- 20:46Speaker 4: I said, maybe as a projector you're not meant to
- 20:48Speaker 4: be like on all the time.
- 20:49Speaker 1: But as I said, your energy is very much first energy.
- 20:51Speaker 4: Like when you're in that mode, something that takes somebody
- 20:54Speaker 4: five hours, it'll only take you two hours.
- 20:56Speaker 1: For example.
- 20:57Speaker 4: So I think it's really special to be able to
- 20:59Speaker 4: have that.
- 20:59Speaker 1: That's really cool. And when you talk and do these readings,
- 21:03Speaker 1: I was surprised didn't expect it, but you get downloads
- 21:07Speaker 1: and messages. Are these from angels? From spirit?
- 21:09Speaker 2: Like?
- 21:09Speaker 1: Where are you getting these downloads from?
- 21:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I would say it's like your spiritual team. I
- 21:13Speaker 4: call it like your spiritual counsel. And it's made up
- 21:16Speaker 4: because it's saying like this isn't our first rodeo. We've
- 21:18Speaker 4: had many, many lives, and our soul essentially chooses like, hey,
- 21:21Speaker 4: I want to go back to Earth. And especially because
- 21:24Speaker 4: thirty percent of people have very calmically tight souls, you
- 21:26Speaker 4: both have that where it's like, hey, for whatever reason,
- 21:29Speaker 4: I didn't get to finish what I did in my
- 21:30Speaker 4: last lifetime, so I want to come back. So maybe
- 21:33Speaker 4: you both have had day job voo experiences or those
- 21:35Speaker 4: people that really trigger you. They are also a sol
- 21:38Speaker 4: contract where they're like, hey, I'm going to be this
- 21:40Speaker 4: person for you. I'm going to be the villain in
- 21:41Speaker 4: your life, so I help you learn in the same
- 21:43Speaker 4: way maybe for someone else you might be a villain.
- 21:45Speaker 4: So I think it's interesting to think of it. That's
- 21:47Speaker 4: how I think of human Design as a movie. But yeah,
- 21:49Speaker 4: essentially it's like loved ones that have crossed over. It's
- 21:52Speaker 4: like angels there's different goddesses. There might be archetypes like
- 21:55Speaker 4: KRLI is like sacred rage, for example, and so it
- 21:59Speaker 4: comes in and actually everybody's intuitive. I think that's a
- 22:01Speaker 4: really big misconception. I wanted to clear up because this
- 22:05Speaker 4: kind of tapped in five years before I started my business,
- 22:07Speaker 4: and I kind of thought, oh, like psychics, they're like
- 22:09Speaker 4: born that way.
- 22:10Speaker 1: But actually everybody has it. Yeah I hurt that too. Yeah,
- 22:13Speaker 1: everybody has it.
- 22:14Speaker 4: And it sounds a little wooy, but I'm like, you've
- 22:16Speaker 4: got to believe it to see it.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I think it's like a game with the universe.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Like it's not saying like, oh, Universe, you do this
- 22:22Speaker 4: first and then I'll see Like I'm like the universe,
- 22:24Speaker 4: it's like an energetic game of tennis. You go first,
- 22:27Speaker 4: and the universe is going to serve back at that.
- 22:29Speaker 4: And so there's all these different practices like intuition. There's
- 22:32Speaker 4: all these different sentiences, like clear sentiences where you can
- 22:35Speaker 4: like feel something, and so I think the best way
- 22:38Speaker 4: to develop is it is silence. Like you never get
- 22:41Speaker 4: that answer when you're rushing. You've got so much noise
- 22:43Speaker 4: in your head. It's kind of like this quiet calm,
- 22:45Speaker 4: like you can feel scared, but like your soul's like, no,
- 22:48Speaker 4: this is right.
- 22:49Speaker 1: That's why it happens, Like.
- 22:50Speaker 4: When you're in the shower right, or you're going for
- 22:51Speaker 4: a run, like yeah, inconvenient times because you're relaxed. And
- 22:54Speaker 4: I think the best way for people to open up
- 22:57Speaker 4: is like it's like automatic writing, it's meditation, it's you know.
- 23:00Speaker 4: For me, I started pulling a card every day and
- 23:02Speaker 4: just trying to connect and intention isth with intuition. So
- 23:06Speaker 4: I really encourage everybody not to like outsource and put
- 23:09Speaker 4: people in a pedestal, because it's like I've just got
- 23:11Speaker 4: a phone line that's really connected from the work that
- 23:13Speaker 4: I've done, and everybody's got that phone line, you know,
- 23:15Speaker 4: it's really cool.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Do you have negative downloads and messages, like say, if
- 23:20Speaker 1: you were to meet with me and you're like, oh
- 23:21Speaker 1: my gosh, a death is coming or a divorce is coming,
- 23:24Speaker 1: like or you know you're gonna run out of money,
- 23:26Speaker 1: Like do you ever get those downloads and pass them on?
- 23:28Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:29Speaker 1: I think they're really cheeky.
- 23:30Speaker 4: I think they always phrase it in a way because
- 23:32Speaker 4: I often do readings in advance and they'll just be
- 23:34Speaker 4: like something's gonna happen around this air of your life.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Everything's going to be okay, but we want to just
- 23:38Speaker 4: give you a heads up so maybe that you can
- 23:39Speaker 4: clear your schedule. I personally believe if people kind of
- 23:43Speaker 4: share that upfront, you know, you don't want to cause
- 23:45Speaker 4: fear amongst that because, to be honest with you, timelines
- 23:48Speaker 4: change all the time because if you change, you make
- 23:50Speaker 4: a decision to move or something that already shifts and
- 23:53Speaker 4: everything right. So I always say to people like, don't
- 23:55Speaker 4: be scared you're doing something right or wrong, because what's
- 23:57Speaker 4: meant for you is meant for you. And your spirit
- 23:59Speaker 4: team are like, oh, she took that path that's going
- 24:01Speaker 4: to take her two years more than what we wanted.
- 24:03Speaker 4: She's still gonna get there and do years time because
- 24:06Speaker 4: our team on the other side, they love us unconditionally,
- 24:08Speaker 4: Like the universe wants us to be happy, It wants
- 24:11Speaker 4: us to succeed and thrive, and I think as humans
- 24:13Speaker 4: we want it to be like beautiful, sparkly rainbow, like
- 24:16Speaker 4: everything synchronized. But actually sometimes life comes with some tough challenges.
- 24:20Speaker 4: You know. That's what I ran in both of your charts,
- 24:22Speaker 4: like I very much felt like a grieving process for
- 24:24Speaker 4: you both moving through a lot of things. But on
- 24:27Speaker 4: the other side, if you can feel so much sadness,
- 24:29Speaker 4: you can also feel so much joy, like ecstasy. That's
- 24:32Speaker 4: what it means to be human and to be emotional, right,
- 24:35Speaker 4: the duality, Yeah, that's like your sole purpose very much,
- 24:38Speaker 4: these two parts, Like you're always going to be like
- 24:39Speaker 4: my feminine and my masculine, my introvert and my extrovert.
- 24:42Speaker 4: And then for you, actually it was very much about
- 24:44Speaker 4: introspection and like it was interesting because your sole purpose was,
- 24:48Speaker 4: like you see, identification, how you see yourself is related
- 24:51Speaker 4: to other people, and so when different people come in
- 24:54Speaker 4: and out of your life, that can be ungrounding and nerving,
- 24:56Speaker 4: and you actually need other people to help you see
- 24:58Speaker 4: because you're like reflecting, Oh that trigger in her, Oh
- 25:01Speaker 4: that's a trigger in me. Those are those things. So
- 25:04Speaker 4: it's such a quite a d soule path that you
- 25:06Speaker 4: both have. Because I think I was saying for you actually,
- 25:08Speaker 4: like there's a lot of focus, a lot of mental energies,
- 25:10Speaker 4: and we know what's happened because it's like you worry
- 25:12Speaker 4: so much about other people and what they're doing, and
- 25:15Speaker 4: one of your main life energies was enthusiasm, Like, I
- 25:18Speaker 4: actually have so many entrepreneur clients that are really wealthy
- 25:20Speaker 4: because of it, because you're really here to teach people.
- 25:22Speaker 4: When you do what you love, that is how you
- 25:24Speaker 4: come across abundance. But people think it's the other way. Oh,
- 25:27Speaker 4: when I get the money, I'll.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Be happy, but it's not true. Yeah, that's really cool.
- 25:30Speaker 3: That's so cool.
- 25:31Speaker 2: I would love to know a little bit more actually
- 25:33Speaker 2: about your journey before human Design and now after, Like
- 25:36Speaker 2: how do you feel like using human design and using
- 25:38Speaker 2: it as your compass for life has really helped you
- 25:40Speaker 2: live on path like with where you're meant to be?
- 25:43Speaker 4: Do we have like five hours? Well, I feel like
- 25:47Speaker 4: it just really validating, gave me permission to be myself.
- 25:50Speaker 4: I think the number one thing was like embracing the fact.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I was emotional.
- 25:54Speaker 4: I think we already have that stacked against us as
- 25:56Speaker 4: women and growing up Asian Australian, Like it's very much
- 25:59Speaker 4: like how you represent yourself in the world affects the
- 26:01Speaker 4: face of your family. Yeah, so we're trying not to
- 26:03Speaker 4: be emotional because I think many cultures it's deemed as
- 26:06Speaker 4: a weakness. And I love that as women and the
- 26:08Speaker 4: feminine we're reclaiming like, no, our emotions are a power.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I'm like, that's how I believe I'm so intuitive because
- 26:14Speaker 4: I can find tune. It's like a radio signal, right,
- 26:16Speaker 4: going into that. And so I think learning that was
- 26:19Speaker 4: meant to be emotional, like because I was uming and
- 26:20Speaker 4: ring about quitting my corporate job for a while and that.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Was the emotional waves.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Like sometimes it's like two hours where you're like, yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 4: this retreat's meant to be, and for me, it was
- 26:28Speaker 4: almost nine months of like, oh do I do this?
- 26:30Speaker 4: Do I not? And so I think for me personally,
- 26:33Speaker 4: like learning my main life energy's struggle and I've had
- 26:36Speaker 4: a lot of things happen to me, like when I
- 26:38Speaker 4: just turned twenty, my dad died and that just like
- 26:40Speaker 4: completely changed my life because I was like, that's not
- 26:43Speaker 4: how life's meant to go, Like you're not meant to go.
- 26:45Speaker 4: And I think I went through all this hardship and
- 26:47Speaker 4: I was like, how am I going to get out
- 26:48Speaker 4: of this? Feeling really down at points, to be honest,
- 26:51Speaker 4: feeling so numb as an emotional person and not wanting
- 26:54Speaker 4: to continue, and then later on learning like, but that's
- 26:56Speaker 4: your main life energy because You're here to help people
- 26:59Speaker 4: turn pain into power, pain into purpose. So I was like, oh,
- 27:02Speaker 4: like life isn't some this random jiggle of events, Like
- 27:05Speaker 4: there's this purpose to it. So I think that was
- 27:08Speaker 4: really validating. And I think the biggest gift that I
- 27:11Speaker 4: can give as somebody to be able to see somebody.
- 27:13Speaker 4: I think people think, oh, we have to solve other
- 27:15Speaker 4: people's problems, we need to jump in, but actually, I
- 27:18Speaker 4: think the most loving healing thing is seeing somebody for
- 27:21Speaker 4: who they are, yeah, and just saying like, hey, you're amazing,
- 27:24Speaker 4: like that's not a bad part of you. So I
- 27:26Speaker 4: think that's something that's been really special. And you know,
- 27:28Speaker 4: just being able to guide people whether it's in love
- 27:31Speaker 4: or in their career, I think is really.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Special as well. That's so nice, beautiful home mak. You
- 27:36Speaker 1: said that at the start that when people booking sessions
- 27:39Speaker 1: with you that they do feel that they feel seen,
- 27:40Speaker 1: they feel understood.
- 27:42Speaker 4: So beautiful, and it formed the basis of my book,
- 27:45Speaker 4: which is called The Great on Learning, because I think
- 27:47Speaker 4: people think, oh, in life personal development, you've got to
- 27:49Speaker 4: learn more, Like I don't know enough. But I feel
- 27:51Speaker 4: like from working with so many clients, it's like you
- 27:53Speaker 4: already know enough, but stuff that doesn't serve you, and
- 27:56Speaker 4: you've just got to get that all out. Like why
- 27:58Speaker 4: do you think success looks this way? Why do you
- 28:00Speaker 4: think by this to age at your life you should
- 28:02Speaker 4: have accomplished that. So I think it's very much this
- 28:04Speaker 4: process of unlearning and deconditioning from who the world tells
- 28:08Speaker 4: you to be and actually returning. That's the essence of
- 28:10Speaker 4: human design, who you actually are.
- 28:13Speaker 2: It's like the Michelangelo effect, like yes, yeah, where it's
- 28:16Speaker 2: like under the star and it's like that was this
- 28:17Speaker 2: beautiful sculpture, but it's like chipping away everything that wasn't
- 28:21Speaker 2: him so that he could like emerge and like come through,
- 28:24Speaker 2: and like that's cool. What you just said reminded me
- 28:26Speaker 2: a lot of that of it is like the great unlearning.
- 28:28Speaker 2: That's such a beautiful book name as well. I mean
- 28:30Speaker 2: he's so down to read that.
- 28:32Speaker 4: Like I honestly say to myself, like the universe had
- 28:34Speaker 4: a better plan than me than I ever expected, a
- 28:37Speaker 4: life beyond my wildest dreams. Like you use me tingles,
- 28:39Speaker 4: and I'm like so grateful for everything.
- 28:41Speaker 1: And so for.
- 28:42Speaker 4: Example, like how you do self love, it might be
- 28:45Speaker 4: face masks and Bubba Bush. Sure, and for other people
- 28:47Speaker 4: it'll be like quitting their job because it doesn't light them.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Up so much.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, do you mind if I turn a
- 28:52Speaker 4: question on you guys? No, absolutely, because I always talk
- 28:54Speaker 4: about unlearning. So I'm like, oh, what is the biggest
- 28:56Speaker 4: thing that you've had to unlearn your life? So I'm
- 28:58Speaker 4: very curious if you thought about what you had to unlearn,
- 29:01Speaker 4: and I think maybe I'll start se have some time
- 29:03Speaker 4: to think. But ah, for me, I always thought like success,
- 29:06Speaker 4: I had to be at the top of my career,
- 29:07Speaker 4: I had to be married at a certain age, and
- 29:09Speaker 4: it just put so much pressure on myself and I
- 29:11Speaker 4: never actually stopped to question weight why am I thinking
- 29:14Speaker 4: this way? And Human Design's like, yeah, use your discernment.
- 29:17Speaker 4: Where did you get that idea from? Was it the
- 29:18Speaker 4: way that you saw your parents their marriage or was
- 29:21Speaker 4: it you read a book and you thought that, or
- 29:23Speaker 4: maybe you watched a movie and you thought, oh, that's
- 29:25Speaker 4: how love is, and then when it happens, you're like, oh,
- 29:27Speaker 4: I'm not sure this is love.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I had to unlearn that me being
- 29:32Speaker 1: perfect is how it's going to be loved. But actually
- 29:35Speaker 1: my imperfections as how I'm more loved, more respected, and
- 29:39Speaker 1: more connected with everyone. And it's like that pedestal thing
- 29:42Speaker 1: taking the responsibility. When I was put on a pedestal,
- 29:45Speaker 1: I was then trying to be perfect, because that's why
- 29:46Speaker 1: I thought people loved me for that. But then I
- 29:48Speaker 1: took myself off. Other people took me off, and I
- 29:51Speaker 1: was just my authentic self. And then I felt like
- 29:53Speaker 1: my community, my bonds, and my connections and all the
- 29:56Speaker 1: things I valued started to come together and feel so
- 29:59Speaker 1: much more stable and strong and grounding. So I had
- 30:03Speaker 1: to unlearn that perfectionism. Yeah.
- 30:05Speaker 4: I talk a lot about that whole pressure. I'm sure
- 30:07Speaker 4: you guys have felt like to be that good girl.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, oh yeah, nor relates to that damn girl.
- 30:13Speaker 4: When you're that good girl and that nice girl and
- 30:15Speaker 4: you actually realize like you do come last because you're
- 30:18Speaker 4: that person staying the office till whatnot late, or you're
- 30:20Speaker 4: the one that's paying up baking your cake and everybody
- 30:22Speaker 4: else is sleeping howly, And it's not like being a
- 30:24Speaker 4: mean person. It's understanding. When you put yourself first and
- 30:27Speaker 4: you have more energy, it's like this ripple effect, Like
- 30:30Speaker 4: I'm like, don't just have a full cup, babe, it's
- 30:32Speaker 4: gonna be like overflowing.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I give it to other people.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, mine was actually the same.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Are we surprised?
- 30:39Speaker 2: I was gonna say, the biggest thing for me has
- 30:43Speaker 2: been unlearning the beliefs that I have to be perfect. Yeah,
- 30:46Speaker 2: Because for the longest time, I always thought that the
- 30:48Speaker 2: more perfected, more curated, more well put together version of
- 30:52Speaker 2: me was always going to be more well received, more
- 30:54Speaker 2: well respected, more well loved, and give other people more
- 30:58Speaker 2: of a reason to want to stick around and not leave.
- 31:01Speaker 2: And then when I started to uphold that, I got
- 31:04Speaker 2: kind of sucked into it, and I just felt like
- 31:06Speaker 2: I could never drop the persona of being perfect. And
- 31:09Speaker 2: it's still something that comes up for me now where
- 31:11Speaker 2: I really have to like shed the part of me
- 31:13Speaker 2: that wants to just be this perfectly curated version. And
- 31:16Speaker 2: I think the podcast has taught me a lot about that,
- 31:18Speaker 2: Like coming on the podcast has really allowed me to
- 31:21Speaker 2: show more of a vulnerable version of myself, like more messy,
- 31:24Speaker 2: more fucking spicy, more bitchy, all of the things. And
- 31:28Speaker 2: we even had a conversation about this the other day
- 31:30Speaker 2: and she was like, you don't have to be so
- 31:32Speaker 2: nice all the time, like it's okay, Like actually, after
- 31:35Speaker 2: my reading, yeah, yeah, and it was really coolse like
- 31:37Speaker 2: holy shit, Yeah, I don't have to be so nice
- 31:39Speaker 2: all the time, and not to the point where I'm
- 31:41Speaker 2: abandoning myself to be nice. You know. It's like I
- 31:44Speaker 2: can be kind, and I genuinely have that urge and
- 31:47Speaker 2: desire to be kind and nice to other people, but
- 31:50Speaker 2: not to the degree that I'm abandoning myself.
- 31:53Speaker 4: Yeah. I feel like we have that fear as women. Hey,
- 31:55Speaker 4: we're like don't want to be seen as me. Yeah,
- 31:57Speaker 4: but sometimes your intuition goes there's something not right about
- 31:59Speaker 4: this situation yea. Or it's like we kind of want
- 32:02Speaker 4: to believe in the best of people, and then that
- 32:04Speaker 4: leads us open to you know, human design says we
- 32:06Speaker 4: can be manipulated when people try to bestow a sense
- 32:09Speaker 4: of validation or our worth upon us. It's okay to
- 32:11Speaker 4: be protective. I think it's good to like follow your
- 32:14Speaker 4: heart and lead that way, but you have to also
- 32:16Speaker 4: protect yourself because we don't know what people what they
- 32:20Speaker 4: want or anything. And I think is when we feel
- 32:22Speaker 4: bad for that, Like why are we.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Always feeling bad?
- 32:23Speaker 4: Like sated client's like, you know, like men that will
- 32:26Speaker 4: always go for a job, like even if they're not qualified,
- 32:28Speaker 4: like yeah, I could do.
- 32:29Speaker 1: That, I'm just going to try.
- 32:30Speaker 4: Yeah, And we're like, oh, I don't tick like every
- 32:32Speaker 4: single box on that job description, so I'm not going
- 32:33Speaker 4: to even apply. And I feel like that's something I'm
- 32:36Speaker 4: sure you both speak about because your human designers said,
- 32:39Speaker 4: like your superpowers individually and together is really teaching women confidence. Yes,
- 32:44Speaker 4: that's a huge and I think for you guys to say,
- 32:46Speaker 4: like confidence doesn't mean perfectionism.
- 32:48Speaker 3: No, definitely being comfortable in your own skin.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Is there anything else you would love to leave us
- 32:54Speaker 1: with or you know how you said there's five about Yeah,
- 32:56Speaker 1: what was the other three? Yes, let's get other other types.
- 32:59Speaker 1: It's not leave the hanging.
- 33:00Speaker 4: So we talked about generators and manifesting generators. So we're
- 33:04Speaker 4: concentrating manifesting generators as you are one, Tiana, but as
- 33:07Speaker 4: they mentioned to recap, so generators are very much more
- 33:10Speaker 4: focused beings. They're energetic, they're like the fires. And again,
- 33:13Speaker 4: both generators and manifesting generators, it's like be turned on.
- 33:17Speaker 4: That's the energetic signature be really and I said, so
- 33:20Speaker 4: alignment is very much about satisfaction for generators and manifesting generates.
- 33:23Speaker 4: It's like that you know and feel like, oh yeah,
- 33:26Speaker 4: like that feels really good. It's like natural, it's effortless,
- 33:29Speaker 4: it's easy. You know, you wake up, you're excited, and
- 33:32Speaker 4: people can feel that in your energy. When you're not yourself,
- 33:35Speaker 4: you're out of alignment in human design terms. And we
- 33:37Speaker 4: were talking about frustration, Yeah, and that is like impatience,
- 33:40Speaker 4: like angry, and I think especially also for women, we
- 33:43Speaker 4: feel really scared to be angry. Yeah, And I always say, like,
- 33:46Speaker 4: you know, there's no morality to emotions. They're all beautiful,
- 33:50Speaker 4: of course, like how you deal with your anger that's
- 33:52Speaker 4: a different question, but you know, we say it's like
- 33:54Speaker 4: sacred anger and sacred rage.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Like that gets us.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Motivated because when you're like sad girling, like you're sad,
- 33:59Speaker 4: you're not doing much. But when you get that like
- 34:02Speaker 4: firing you to do something and it motivates you, that's
- 34:04Speaker 4: really power. So that's like the energetic signature for generators
- 34:08Speaker 4: and manifesting generators. So projectors are very much the natural
- 34:11Speaker 4: guides of this earth. You can think of them as
- 34:13Speaker 4: a lighthouse. They are like the birds that are flying high,
- 34:15Speaker 4: they can kind of see ahead of their time. And
- 34:17Speaker 4: I think I was saying to you, actually, projectors have
- 34:19Speaker 4: this natural level of higher consciousness. And that means like
- 34:23Speaker 4: when you see your friends, you might know exactly why
- 34:25Speaker 4: things are not working out with her husband. But if
- 34:27Speaker 4: you say it and you didn't get the invitation, oh,
- 34:29Speaker 4: even though you're say correct, you know very much people
- 34:32Speaker 4: see you as judgmental or mean or critical.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I think have you had that in your oinite too forward.
- 34:38Speaker 4: To That's why it's saying like, hey, wait, please, it's
- 34:42Speaker 4: like waiting for that invitation, either creating it by saying like, hey,
- 34:46Speaker 4: do you actually want me to give my advice, my
- 34:48Speaker 4: honest opinion or do you just want me to listen
- 34:50Speaker 4: and be a friend. And I think as projectors is
- 34:53Speaker 4: understanding your energy type is different so very much for
- 34:56Speaker 4: generators manifesting generators, it's a constant source of energy. If
- 35:00Speaker 4: you don't have that constant source, that's saying there's not
- 35:02Speaker 4: enough lit upness.
- 35:03Speaker 1: In your life.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Essentially, you know, people think think they're burnt out because
- 35:06Speaker 4: they're doing too much, But I'm saying you're burnt out
- 35:08Speaker 4: because you're not doing enough of the things that make
- 35:10Speaker 4: you feel alive. Love that For a projector, it's actually
- 35:13Speaker 4: like you need breaks and naps. Projectors very much take
- 35:16Speaker 4: in a lot of other people's energy and so you
- 35:18Speaker 4: need to kind of exert it, let it.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Move through you.
- 35:20Speaker 4: I mean, especially for your human design. As she it
- 35:22Speaker 4: was like, you need focus. Focus was one of your
- 35:24Speaker 4: main energies. Like I bet when you're here doing business,
- 35:26Speaker 4: that's all you're thinking about. But when you're at home
- 35:28Speaker 4: with your kids, you're like, I'm dedicating all of my dad.
- 35:31Speaker 3: We're talking about this.
- 35:32Speaker 1: The other day. Wherever I am.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Present, wherever she is, whatever she's doing, no matter who
- 35:36Speaker 2: she's she's so present. Yeah.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I said to, projectors are all about that details.
- 35:41Speaker 4: And I was saying in our reading the analogy when
- 35:43Speaker 4: you're looking at a leaf and you're like I can't
- 35:44Speaker 4: see the tree, and you're like, oh, because I'm so
- 35:46Speaker 4: zoomed in on that leaf. Yeah, And so projectors are
- 35:49Speaker 4: very much that guide and understanding. Waiting for the invitation
- 35:52Speaker 4: ensures your success, you know, very much, seeing that they're like,
- 35:55Speaker 4: you're here, we want your help. We want to give
- 35:58Speaker 4: you our money, our time, our energy, and our resources.
- 36:00Speaker 4: So understanding you aren't meant to be a worker bee
- 36:02Speaker 4: all the time. That's why we have all these different
- 36:04Speaker 4: human design nine types that come together. For you. Alignment
- 36:07Speaker 4: means success, and that's very much redefining what success means.
- 36:11Speaker 4: And I think, you know, I've been to that place
- 36:13Speaker 4: where I had the money, I had the career, I
- 36:14Speaker 4: had the partner, and I was like, something is still
- 36:16Speaker 4: missing because I had to redefine what does success mean?
- 36:19Speaker 4: What do you think, Ashy about that?
- 36:20Speaker 1: Oh, I've definitely been there the same thing. Had all
- 36:23Speaker 1: the money in the world, the cars, the big mansion,
- 36:25Speaker 1: the husband, the kid, and something was missing. Yeah, and
- 36:29Speaker 1: even like, yeah, last year I closed down a business
- 36:31Speaker 1: and I want to do this full time and it
- 36:33Speaker 1: doesn't pay nearly as well as at the business did. Yeah,
- 36:36Speaker 1: not yet yet, But it just feels so right that
- 36:41Speaker 1: it doesn't even matter, you know. Yeah, I really feel that.
- 36:44Speaker 4: And that speaks to your transit, which I said was
- 36:46Speaker 4: like consciousness and coming up and so yeah, very much
- 36:49Speaker 4: success is that signature. But when you're out of alignment
- 36:52Speaker 4: for you as a projector, that's bitterness. And I say,
- 36:55Speaker 4: there's this loop where you feel really needy, you perceive
- 36:57Speaker 4: yourself as demanding, you're trying to force things, and then
- 37:00Speaker 4: you can get into that mode where you're either like
- 37:02Speaker 4: ooh or you're just like really quiet and you're doing
- 37:04Speaker 4: nothing about finding that and understanding again these emotions bitter frustration,
- 37:09Speaker 4: they're not bad. And then the other types, which are
- 37:11Speaker 4: more rare, is a manifesto. They make up ten percent
- 37:13Speaker 4: of this world. And when we say rare, very, yeah,
- 37:16Speaker 4: we're more rare because they're kind of like the old Guard.
- 37:18Speaker 4: So projectors like yourself are like the new wave of
- 37:21Speaker 4: leadership doing things differently.
- 37:23Speaker 1: Manifest as we say they're the old Guard.
- 37:25Speaker 4: They've reincarnated, but they're like this lifetime, we want peace,
- 37:27Speaker 4: but the other people rule.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Let us have peace.
- 37:29Speaker 4: And so manifestors are those go getters, you know, those people.
- 37:32Speaker 4: They're the only type where that people say you should
- 37:34Speaker 4: go after what you want. That's them because everybody else
- 37:37Speaker 4: you're responding to something from the universe, an invitation, you're
- 37:40Speaker 4: responding to like a signal, and so very much manifestors
- 37:43Speaker 4: they're like spicy fireworks, bold trailblazers, and they're very much
- 37:48Speaker 4: often misunderstood. So when I find manifestors, find out they're
- 37:51Speaker 4: a manifesto they are like, oh, because the number one
- 37:54Speaker 4: thing is about control and very much as a child
- 37:56Speaker 4: feeling controlled, overcoming that, they're like misunderstood. Their energy is
- 38:00Speaker 4: very much a repelling aura. And the wu Woo term
- 38:03Speaker 4: is like human design says their shouldering the burden of humanity.
- 38:06Speaker 4: In the same way when you're calmic souls triggering people,
- 38:09Speaker 4: you're shouldering that burden. Manifestos do that just by their
- 38:12Speaker 4: presence people, you know, like just being in a room
- 38:14Speaker 4: can irritate people, and so manifest is, yeah, they're really
- 38:17Speaker 4: here to be that spark. Again, they're like the fire starters,
- 38:20Speaker 4: but they may not finish everything. And for them, as
- 38:23Speaker 4: they said, they're signatures. They just want peace, and when
- 38:26Speaker 4: they're not themselves, they have anger, and again that's what
- 38:28Speaker 4: they're moving through when they're not themselves. The final energy
- 38:31Speaker 4: type is what we call reflector.
- 38:33Speaker 1: They're very special. They're one percent of the world.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Wow.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Yeah, so very rare to meet them.
- 38:37Speaker 4: And I say they're like a living mirror. They're very
- 38:40Speaker 4: much that person you have in a friend group or
- 38:42Speaker 4: in your business, your community where they can just see
- 38:44Speaker 4: what's going on. So like these I always think of
- 38:46Speaker 4: it like that tree in Pokahontas. You know that wise
- 38:49Speaker 4: guide people say they're like the canaries in the mines.
- 38:51Speaker 4: They're very much the barometer. They can feel things and
- 38:54Speaker 4: they see things in such a different way. And unlike
- 38:57Speaker 4: the rest of the types ninety nine percent were ruled
- 38:59Speaker 4: by the sun, they're ruled by the moon. So the
- 39:01Speaker 4: moon cycle is very important for them. And when they're
- 39:04Speaker 4: in alignment, they feel surprised, which is really fun, very unexpected,
- 39:07Speaker 4: very unpredictable in their lives. And then so when they're
- 39:10Speaker 4: out of alignment, they feel disappointed, and so life's always
- 39:14Speaker 4: really changing for them. So that's why, like I mean,
- 39:16Speaker 4: I've just given you like a little taste of human design.
- 39:18Speaker 4: You know what we're going through. Was talking about personality, energy, centers, soul, purpose,
- 39:22Speaker 4: the future, Like there's just so many layers. But I
- 39:25Speaker 4: think I really encourage if you feel that pool of
- 39:27Speaker 4: curiosity to dive deeper.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Do a bit of research, come do a reading. Like
- 39:31Speaker 1: it's just so special.
- 39:32Speaker 2: I think the words that you used around human design
- 39:35Speaker 2: being a compass and something that you can use to
- 39:38Speaker 2: support you in going in the direction that you want to.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Go in, and that is actually meant for you.
- 39:42Speaker 2: It almost is like confirmation for the most part that
- 39:44Speaker 2: like you're on the right track, that you're doing the
- 39:46Speaker 2: right things. And it's cool to also hear your perspective
- 39:49Speaker 2: when you tap into our energy of what comes through
- 39:53Speaker 2: for you. Because some of the things that you said,
- 39:54Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god, that's me to a
- 39:55Speaker 2: t Like, holy shit, you.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Know, coach, you have a deeper understanding about yourself and
- 39:59Speaker 1: why you are where you are and where you're going. Yeah,
- 40:01Speaker 1: really cool.
- 40:02Speaker 2: And then even learning things that you know maybe you feel,
- 40:05Speaker 2: but you're able to see and feel that energy as well,
- 40:08Speaker 2: and actually hearing that from somebody else is like an
- 40:11Speaker 2: instant confirmation like, oh my god, like I've felt this
- 40:13Speaker 2: my whole life.
- 40:14Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a really good reminder that you actually reminded
- 40:16Speaker 4: me about, because I think human design kind of shows
- 40:18Speaker 4: you the things that you think are so easy they're
- 40:20Speaker 4: actually your gifts. And so it's so funny, like we
- 40:23Speaker 4: come into this world thinking we have to really struggle
- 40:25Speaker 4: to make money and work really hard trying to learn
- 40:27Speaker 4: how to do a job, But like, doesn't it make
- 40:29Speaker 4: sense that we spend so much time at work. It
- 40:31Speaker 4: should be effortless and easy, like do the thing that
- 40:33Speaker 4: actually feels good and you love it. Yeah, because you're
- 40:35Speaker 4: going to be so abundant from doing that. So I
- 40:37Speaker 4: think it's very much be p of advice your life easy,
- 40:40Speaker 4: Like why like that's already hard, Like we don't need
- 40:42Speaker 4: to make it harder.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Guys like gosh, why do we think the struggle? It's
- 40:46Speaker 1: like you get a gold medal for no, Yeah, so cute.
- 40:50Speaker 2: It's so funny what you were saying before around manifesting generators,
- 40:52Speaker 2: how they're very like turned on lit up. I remember
- 40:55Speaker 2: trying to do life in a way of like let's
- 40:57Speaker 2: say ex partners for example, certain ways of business that
- 41:00Speaker 2: I should have been doing it their way because it
- 41:02Speaker 2: was the right way, right, But I was unhappy and
- 41:06Speaker 2: so unlit up with what I was doing. I was
- 41:08Speaker 2: burnt out all the time. I was overly emotional. It
- 41:11Speaker 2: just like fucking sucked, and I just felt so far
- 41:14Speaker 2: away from whatever.
- 41:15Speaker 1: That's the thing too, you just want not having fun
- 41:16Speaker 1: doing it.
- 41:17Speaker 3: I wasn't having fun.
- 41:18Speaker 2: And then this whole last year has just been about
- 41:20Speaker 2: having fun, following that intuitive pool, not listening to really
- 41:23Speaker 2: what anybody else wants. And then I'm like, now we're here,
- 41:25Speaker 2: and we're doing all these beautiful things.
- 41:27Speaker 3: I've never been more lit up.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I'm like, fuck y, life gets to like this, Like
- 41:30Speaker 1: we always message each other, even last night, I'm like,
- 41:33Speaker 1: sucksier tomorrow. Yeah, kind of Brisbane, doing the drive up there,
- 41:36Speaker 1: doing the episode, getting dinner, go to dinner, lay in
- 41:40Speaker 1: the hotel, Like this gets to be our work.
- 41:43Speaker 4: I mean dream, I mean as women were actually built
- 41:45Speaker 4: for pleasure. Just like side note before I get off
- 41:48Speaker 4: this podcast, because ladies, I need you to hear something,
- 41:50Speaker 4: you know, like fail wow, man, we actually like the
- 41:52Speaker 4: clip is like the place for our pleasure. Men don't
- 41:55Speaker 4: have a body pot just for pleasure. And so I'm
- 41:58Speaker 4: like I feel like, you know, in the way that
- 41:59Speaker 4: women are intuitive and the way that we feel pleasure,
- 42:02Speaker 4: like you know, not to harpot about like the patriarchal way,
- 42:05Speaker 4: it's like they're threatened by that they don't get to
- 42:06Speaker 4: experience intuition and pleasure like us. Yeah, and so this's
- 42:09Speaker 4: been made out to be this dangerous, evil.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Like naughty, naughty thing.
- 42:12Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's like, hey, like turn in to be
- 42:14Speaker 4: turned on. So you're just like so juicy and so magnetic,
- 42:18Speaker 4: Like why doesn't life get to be fun?
- 42:20Speaker 2: You know.
- 42:20Speaker 1: I think I was listening to another podcast.
- 42:22Speaker 4: I think it was Lily Reinhart on Jay Shaddies, and
- 42:24Speaker 4: she said this beautiful analogy, like when you're like this soul,
- 42:27Speaker 4: it's kind of like that Movie's Soul in Disney Plus,
- 42:29Speaker 4: And it's like if the universe will say, hey, do
- 42:31Speaker 4: you want to go to Earth and experience life? Like yeah,
- 42:34Speaker 4: there's got to be challenges, but you get to feel
- 42:36Speaker 4: every single thing, make connections, like absolutely.
- 42:39Speaker 1: I want to do that.
- 42:39Speaker 4: I wouldn't trade that for the world, because my feelings
- 42:42Speaker 4: are what make me human.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Like so beautiful us.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Oh thank you.
- 42:46Speaker 1: If anyone listening who's like, oh my god, I need
- 42:48Speaker 1: to get a reading, where can they find you?
- 42:50Speaker 4: Hi? Yes, I would love to connect with you. So
- 42:52Speaker 4: I'm mainly on my Instagram, which is at the feed dang.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I'm sure your share.

- 42:58Speaker 4: would love to connect with you. Do a reading and
- 43:01Speaker 4: I post a lot. I do a lot of writing

- 43:05Speaker 1: I will clarify that so it's the t h E.
- 43:08Speaker 1: And then my name is p p h I dang d.

- 43:20Speaker 4: it's on Amazon as well, and so if you don't
- 43:22Speaker 4: find it in your bookstore, you can get it ordered.
- 43:24Speaker 4: And it's called The Great Unlearning Awakening to Living an
- 43:26Speaker 4: aligned and Authentic Light.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Oh my god, probably that's taken me this long to
- 43:30Speaker 1: actually book reading, but it was so incredible.
- 43:33Speaker 2: This is this is the permission slot for me to
- 43:35Speaker 2: move to Balley ladies are bye.
