- 0:00SPEAKER_00: On this episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, we'll talk about how social media is not being fully utilized for relationship building.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Social media is such an amazing, powerful tool to build relationships, and it's just not being done because I think I think we're not looking at it the right way.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: So let's jump into it.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: I'm going to tell you a story of how I've been able to use social media to build relationships and open more doors than I ever thought possible.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: The massive agent podcast.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: I love to buy houses.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: I like to sell houses.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I'm a national speaker, trainer, and real estate marketing coach.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: I'm the host of not just this show, but Industry Connected.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: It's our new podcast and video show.

- 1:50SPEAKER_00: I am a realtor in Salt Lake City, Utah with EXP Realty, co-founder of the Industry Syndicate, Real Estate's First Media Network, and the founder of the Massive Agent Society.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Massive Agent Society is our Facebook ads lead gen uh coaching program where we only have room for one agent per market.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: So there's a lot of markets already sold out, but the vast majority of markets, probably yours, is not yet claimed.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: So who is the society for?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: The society is for those agents who have never run a Facebook ad before, but you really want to start leveraging the power of Facebook advertising.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: We give you ads you can copy and paste.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: It's for brand new agents that are trying to get started on the right foot.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: It's for agents who are stuck and trying to uh trying to figure out how to start getting a bunch of new business in the door, not just now but long term.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: That was me, by the way, about four years ago.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: I was a stuck agent.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: I wasn't new, I was just doing shit the wrong way and had no clue how to get my own how to get my own business.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: It's also for those who want to step out on your own.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: You want to leave the team you're with, step out on your own, and really, really go for it by yourself, but you need a boost.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Check out MassiveAgenSociety.com to see if your market's still available, and if so, claim your market.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: As long as you're a member, no other agent can join.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: It's yours, as is all the content, coaching, and you can speak openly.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: You don't have to worry about any competitors being in there or any competitors using the ads that we give you.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Let's see, so holy crap.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So this show comes out on Independence Day.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: First off, happy Independence Day.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Happy Fourth of July.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Let's take a second, seriously, to just be grateful for everything that that this country provides, that America has has provided a lot of great things to the world, right?
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: It's an amazing place to be.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: North America is an amazing place to live.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: We have so many things that we take for granted, like running water, electricity, uh, the ability to choose whatever we want to do for a living, the ability to start a business, the ability to, you know, and the list goes on.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: We have struggles, we have issues, we have things that we're frustrated about in this country right now, but those are few and far between compared to all the amazing blessings we have.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So let's take a minute to be grateful for this amazing country we live in, and uh happy Independence Day.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: I am certainly grateful for all the amazing people that we've been able to learn from on this show.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Uh since launching the show, we've been able to have some amazing guests on.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: And last week we had Doran Doran Aldana on the show, episode 79, talking all about Google reviews and how you can systemize getting more Google reviews from your past clients, and how his company, Testimonial Engine, actually has a system that does it on autopilot for you.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: So all you have to worry about is closing deals in the background.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: So I've actually teamed up with Doran, and we are doing a webinar, a completely free webinar, to teach you how to build this system, to teach you how to get more Google reviews and how to start building your Google profile to start getting business organically.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: So definitely tune in.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be doing the webinar on Wednesday, July 10th.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: So it's just a few days away, Wednesday, July 10th at noon Pacific time.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: That's 3 p.m.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Eastern time.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: So if you are mountain time, that would be, let's see, uh 1 p.m., 2 p.m.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Central, 3 p.m.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Eastern.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: And to register for free, all you have to do is go to MassiveAnPodcast.com slash July Webinar.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Massive Agent Podcast.com slash July webinar and register.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, Doran's going to be bringing the heat and teaching you specifically how to get more reviews, how to ask.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Like what kind of scripts should could you be using to ask for more reviews?
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: And then what are some some ways to reduce the friction between you and your client to make it easier for them to just click and review and submit?
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Because the easier you make it for them, the more likely they are to do it.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And over time you're gonna have a crap load more reviews, especially more reviews than your competitors.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: So, guys, be there.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be amazing.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna learn from Doran on this.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: So if you enjoyed episode 79, we're gonna get tactical and show you visually on this webinar how to do it yourself.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: MassiveAnPodcast.com slash July webinar, and then be there Wednesday, July 10th at 3 p.m.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Eastern.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: If you have something else going on, register because you're going to get the replay link for you to watch later.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Please, I'm telling you, this is one of the best webinars that I've done, and we're going to be bringing the tactical uh tactical roadmap for you.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Before we jump into the content and we start talking about the power of social media for building relationships and how I've been able to do it and what's happened for me, what what doors have opened since I started uh down this path of social media and how one thing leads to another, which is kind of crazy.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Um super, super proud and excited today to announce that we have uh we have Postcard Mania sponsoring the show.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Uh so I want to welcome PostcardMania.com as an official sponsor of this show.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: If you guys heard episode 70, and I know most of you did because it's it's in the top five most downloaded, it's it's in our top five most downloaded episodes about how uh digital and print is actually being combined by a company called Postcard Mania, where you as agents and loan officers, you can just hire them to do literally everything.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: A postcard campaign, Facebook ads, Google ads, retargeting, all that stuff.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: They handle it for you.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: So I look, I get the feedback from you guys.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: You're like, look, I know I need to learn this thing, I need to, I know I need to do this, but who can I hire to do it?
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Well, uh postcardmania.com.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: So MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash postcardmania.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Make sure you go there.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: They have a special deal for our listeners.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And if you have not yet, please go listen to episode 70 of our show because they are doing something so clever by combining digital advertising, Facebook, Google ads, retargeting, all that, with direct mail.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: And they do it so effectively and so uh uh cost effectively, it it compared to what you get and the way that you're able to just hire them to do everything and they do it and it works, it's such an amazing value.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: So I'm so proud that they are now an official sponsor of the Massive Asia podcast.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Welcome, postcardmania.com, amazing company.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: And I know a few of you who have reached out after episode 70, um, who who signed up with them or you know purchased one of their services.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: I've had amazing feedback.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing, guys.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: With sponsors in this show, anyone I talk about, I'm not just gonna talk about anyone because they want me to.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: I'm not just gonna talk about anyone because they might pay me to.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: I have to they have to be good, right?
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: It all it all factors in.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Like it all, it all jeez, what am I trying to say?
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: It all works backwards from there.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: So I know that they're a great vendor.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: I've used them, I know a few of you have used them, I will continue to use them and recommend them because they are great.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: And if you don't know what they do and don't know how they do it, and you want to know how you can have them handling a lot of your your marketing campaigns, once again go to MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash postcard Mania.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Check them out, support them, they're supporting the show.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: The least we could do is support them and grow your business at the same time.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: Not a bad deal.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: All right, so in a couple episodes in the past, in our last 80, you've heard me talk about this thread.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: This thin thread that you know one event leads to another, leads to another, leads to another, and it's a very thin thread that connects all of these events.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: And when you it's only when you look backwards that you're like, holy shit, had this one thing not happened, had I not gone to that meeting, had I not taken that phone call, had I not done X, Y, or Z, then all this other stuff could not have happened.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And it's really mind-blowing when you look back and reflect.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: I had a meeting yesterday with a with a commercial real estate agent.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: He's he's a commercial investment broker, so to speak.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: He calls himself like the stockbroker for physical assets, like car washes, apartment buildings, cash-flowing real estate.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: And it was such a valuable conversation.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: And and it was great because it was a win-win.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Like I was helping him with some marketing stuff and with you know what he's trying to do to scale his brand and everything.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: And he knows everyone in Salt Lake.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Uh absolutely amazing.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: But this happened because of social media.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: This meeting happened because he happened to be following me on Instagram.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: He found me somehow on Instagram, then connected on LinkedIn, started seeing some of my stuff, and he reached out, not even knowing that we were that we both lived in Salt Lake City.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: Come to find out after we had coffee yesterday, we went to the same high school.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: We know each other from back in the day, we just didn't remember each other.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: And and it's crazy, but social media connected this.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing like that the the relationship with with this person that we started building yesterday, it who knows what that's going to lead to.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: It's gonna help us both out tremendously.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna jump back like four years or so, like four years ago or something like that.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Had I not been listening so I'm gonna I'm gonna go way back.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: I was before I even know who Gary Vaynerchuk was, I was scrolling through Facebook.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: I was listening to like I was just scrolling, doing something, and someone I followed, so someone I was friends with had posted a video by Gary V, and it was uh his famous like, you know, FU Monday, uh, you know, talking about why Monday's so awesome and and all that.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: And and I was like, oh, this guy's cool.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: And so I started watching a little bit more about Gary V.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: And and pretty soon I start had I not seen that Facebook post, who knows how much later I would have heard about or seen Gary Vee.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Probably not that much later, but I started consuming his content, and one of the things he started talking about at the time was Snapchat.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: And Snapchat was so was just catching on, it was w when it was getting very sexy and new and and everyone was jumping on, and he mentioned, and I was using Snapchat because I heard him talk about it, but I wasn't using it effectively and I didn't have many followers or anything like that.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: And he in one particular video or was it a video it must have been a video because I don't think he had a podcast at the time, but he he he recommended that anyone who is using Snapchat for business needs to write an article about why they are a why they're using Snapchat for the coming year in their industry and submit the article to whatever media companies, whatever publications cover that industry.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: And so for real estate, it's it's Inman News, it's RAS Media, it's Housing Wire, it's a few others.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And so I was like, oh my god, I'm gonna do it.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna like I'm not even really using Snapchat that effectively, I didn't think, but I'm gonna write an article about why I'm going to.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And I submitted it to Inman and they published it.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And the next morning when it when that came out, remember Snapchat was still very sexy.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: I want to say it was like 2016-ish, and I had like 2,000 new followers.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Snapchat doesn't tell you how many, but like just going through all the notifications, it was like 2,000.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: And then the next day, the same thing.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: And I kept growing and growing and growing, and so I realized holy crap, the vast majority of my audience is real estate agents.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to start talking to real estate agents about things I've learned about marketing along the way.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: Because I started blogging, I started a website and and started learning how to promote that that content I was doing, and I learned a thing or two, and so I just started sharing it with other agents.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: And so they started connecting with me, and I started making friendships through Snapchat.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: And once, you know, I started realizing a little while into it that I was building real friendships with a lot of agents from around the country.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: And I thought, well, okay, what's a more effective way than just individual DMs on Snapchat?
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Because Snapchat was not great for anything more than you know the individual DM.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, oh, let's do a Facebook group.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So so I created the Snappack, the Snappack Real Estate Marketing Group, which still exists.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: You can go search for Snappack, what's it called, Snappack Real Estate Marketing Group and join that.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: But that was our way of bringing all these Snapchat real estate agents together in one place to mastermind and network and and just you know communicate as a group.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: And that started growing and more agents started joining.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And and that had it not been for that, I wouldn't have really started helping out other agents.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't have really started uh sharing what I knew with other agents.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: And ever since I did that, I mean, ever all these doors have opened.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: Like I love what I do.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: I love helping other agents and loan officers with their marketing.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: I love hearing from you guys about, you know, you implemented something you heard on the podcast or heard, you know, in the Snappack group or whatever, and it changed your business and or you sold another home.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: I cannot tell you how impactful that is on me and how rewarding that is.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: And I so I can't imagine what my life would have been like had I not started sharing and helping helping other agents.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: And it all went back to writing that article for Inman, which was inspired by Gary V, who I randomly saw a video of while scrolling through Facebook.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: You see what I mean?
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: These are the these are the threads that connect everything.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: And it's only in hindsight that it's clear.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: So with that said, use social media as a tool for building relationships.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Because it is.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: So many of us, because we're in business, we're trying to make sales and everything like that, we use social media to sell.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: We use social media to promote.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And you know what, to a certain extent we should, because it's a very effective promotional tool.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: But it's also a great way to to meet new people and to develop friendships and relationships with them.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Those friendships and relationships can lead to in-person, in real life meetings and relationships, which can lead to, you know, you being introduced to somebody else who and you know, and then another opportunity comes from that, which then leads to another opportunity, which leads to a this and that, and it just gets crazy.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: And you're not gonna realize it until you look back.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: But if you are only using social media to promote your content or to run Facebook ads, or to put out that you're the best realtor in town, hire me, and then you put your frickin' phone number in the post every time.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, please.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: Because you don't need to put your phone number, okay?
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: People know now how to how they can contact you.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: You don't need to put your phone number in the post.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it I don't know why it drives me nuts, but you just don't need to do it.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: It looks really amateurish.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: As you're s as you're building these relationships and you're and you know who I'm talking about, you have people on Facebook or you have people on Instagram or wherever you're at who are you speak with on a regular basis and you consider them friends.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Well, what about the people who you don't speak with on a regular basis, but you like, you look up to them, you respect them, you follow them, and you want to be friends with them, you want to converse with them more.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: What's stopping you from doing that?
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: Reach out.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Okay, send send these people a message and and it doesn't have to be you don't ask for something, but just say, hey, you know, I've been following you for a while, or I've been watching your videos for a while, just wanted to say I really enjoy them.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: Thanks so much.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm in Salt Lake City, you know, if you're ever in Salt Lake, would love to meet you.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: Something like that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Just be cool.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Introduce yourself because that's what this other guy, this this guy here in Salt Lake, did with me is he's like, hey, I've been watching your content for a while, I think it's cool, you know, blah blah blah.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, would love to chat sometime.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: And and that's when we both learned we were in Salt Lake and decided to get coffee.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: But had he not reached out, that might not have happened.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: And and so you sometimes you just have to take uh you have to be a little bit bold and just reach out to somebody because I'm telling you guys, my life has changed so dramatically.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: So many doors have been open for me, and so many doors will still open to me in the future because of of dominoes I kicked over years ago by getting on social media, building relationships with certain people, sharing what I'm doing, putting myself out there in on in in a very authentic way where people can actually feel like they know me.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: I mean it's it's led to paid speaking gigs, speaking at conferences, uh, you know, launching the the Massive Agent Society coaching program.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: It's led to all sorts of stuff.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: If I was just using social to, you know, post my open houses and not really converse with people and not and not interact, none of that would have happened.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: So are you somebody who is using social media the right way?
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Are you someone who's using social media um or leveraging all that it can do for building relationships?
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Or are you just using it as a one-way street to just post shit?
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: I I highly recommend that you guys start to leverage it to build relationships and foster relationships.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: But but a lot of that too is you need to reach out to people.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: You need to be bold, do not sell, do not ask for anything, do not ask for them to be your mentor, do not ask for an hour of their time, don't do any of that stuff, but just say, hey, I've been watching you for a while, I think your videos are great, they've been really helpful.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Something like that.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: Uh if they're in your area, that's even better.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: Just say, hey, I'm also in Salt Lake.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: Just be cool, introduce yourself, start a conversation.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: And your life could be dramatically different if you do that with the right people.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So make sure you're choosing people that you want to hang out with, that you want to be around, because as you've heard, I know it's cliche, but it's so true, that you end up being a sum total of the five people you spend the most time with.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: So it with your income, with your personality, with with everything, right?
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: So whoever you spend time with, you start to become more like those people.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: So choose those people wisely.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: And you can consciously seek those people out on social media, build relationships with them, and uh introduce yourself.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Just be cool about it.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: And that can lead to in-person meetings and friendships and relationships that can benefit both sides for many, many years to come in ways that at like right now you that you can't even imagine.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: So I I I plead with you guys, if you're using social as a one-way street to just post shit, please don't uh take a step back, think about what I'm saying.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Alright, so uh one of the doors that that's open to me is is I've spoken at Inman a few times.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: So uh I'm actually pretty stoked to announce that uh I was just asked to speak at Inmin in Vegas this coming uh July 23rd.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna be at Inman Connect in Las Vegas July 23rd through the 26th, I'm gonna be speaking on Tuesday afternoon at I believe 2.45 p.m.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna be speaking about podcasting, voice marketing, generating leads with podcasting.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: And so that's gonna be really good.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: I'd love for you to show up and say hi.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Uh, but I will be around, I'll be around the conference the whole week.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna be there at Inman or even if you're just in Vegas, I would love to meet up and say hi and grab coffee, whatever.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Um, so uh super excited about that.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: This will be my third Inman that I've spoken at.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: I've spoken at Inmin San Francisco in 2017, Inmin New York this last January 2019, and now the first Inman in Vegas, which uh took over for the San Francisco Inmin um this July.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: So super honored and excited about that.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: And that all happened because of that that Inman article, the you know, building an audience, uh networking with a bunch of other agents.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, and by the way, guys, when you're networking with other agents, and if you've heard this before, awesome, consider this a reminder, when you you have to start building relationships with other agents, not just locally, but everywhere, anywhere and everywhere, because then they become referral partners.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: If if you have all these agent friends from all around the country and they know you as the Salt Lake City agent, well, one of them eventually is gonna have someone who needs to buy a place in Salt Lake or sell a place in Salt Lake, and who do you think they're gonna they're gonna give a referral to?
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: I've received many, many referrals from a lot of you great people because you Just knew I was a Salt Lake agent and you didn't know anyone else.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: That's the power and one more, one more hugely powerful reason to use social media to build relationships.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: Alright, uh, I mentioned the Massive Agent Society at the beginning.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: I'm an agent with EXP Realty, and something that's in my control is I have tools available like the Massive Agent Society, my coaching, my expertise, and my time that I can offer to anyone who comes to join my EXP Realty team.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: So if you are looking at expanding your opportunities as an agent, you're looking for something better, something with less, you know, fewer fees, uh, more opportunity, more more potential for income outside of just closing transactions, then I highly recommend that you look at why I chose exp realty.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: It was not it was not a decision I took lightly.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: I looked at many, many different things.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: In fact, I was looking at a different major brokerage prior to it until I realized, holy shit, I get everything that I wanted at this other brokerage, Keller Williams.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: It's just a lot cheaper and more lucrative than at Keller.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: And so I'm super stoked about it.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: If you are looking for a new opportunity, or if you just want to work with me, I'd love to work with you on a direct basis.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: Uh you get my coaching for free, you get my time for free.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: Because here's what's great about the business model.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: If you haven't really looked into EXP yet, or even if you have, EXP incentivizes me to help you succeed.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: By helping you to sell more homes and to make more money, I make more money.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: What a powerful frickin' deal that is.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: By financially incentivizing people to help you to make more money, why would you not want to be in on that?
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't why and and don't say your broker.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: Your broker is it's not the same thing, alright?
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: Um your broker's not making well, it's just different.
